We are grateful you are here today for our sixth episode of What Would You Tell Her? Podcast. Adrienne McHenry pops by for a chat. She came with all the accessories one might need to calm their spirit, including bra crystals. She is so very much fun and we have a great time together.
Adrienne is a mother of two littles ages 5 and 6. She is a semi-retired dental hygienist living in Phoenix. In her spare time, she teaches yoga sculpt at a local Chandler studio. Adrienne is described as fiery; however, she likes to say she is passionate. She is married to her best friend who lovingly went through the journey to parenting together. They both enjoy staying active, and Adrienne is now training for her first powerlifting competition with Caroline!
Enjoy.
