Speaker 4 (08:36):
That's just the point.
Speaker 8 (08:38):
Frisbee and Slade had their money in his bank. That's
why they were framed for murder.
Speaker 12 (08:42):
See do you mean to say they want guilty of murders? No,
but the evidence fly four men seen him do the shooting.
Those four men were paid to tell the jury that story.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
Why Bush? Yes, what's his game?
Speaker 11 (08:54):

Speaker 6 (09:17):
What do you know about him?
Speaker 12 (09:18):
I know he never gives a man a chance to
pay him a mortgage if he hasn't a little later. Yes,
he swindles in cheats wherever he can. I always told
he's stuck to the letter of the law.
Speaker 5 (09:28):
No, he doesn't even do that.
Speaker 6 (09:30):
What am I to do now?
Speaker 11 (09:31):
I want you to help me.
Speaker 6 (09:32):
How I'm going to ask you the same question I asked.
Speaker 8 (09:35):
Slade and Frisbee, Eh, will you take your freedom on
a chance that you might hang rather than spend the
rest of your life as an outlaw? I don't save
as you stand right now, you're safely away from the jail.
You can leave my camp and go where you want to,
but you'll always.
Speaker 4 (09:48):
Be hunted by the law for a crime you didn't do.
Speaker 5 (09:51):
That.
Speaker 8 (09:51):
If you will help me and risk being captured, there's
a chance to put Ben Bush and Sheriff Crowley where
they belong, and then you can return the town of
free men. Life wouldn't mean much to time me away
from my wife and kid.
Speaker 4 (10:01):
Then I can count on you.
Speaker 11 (10:03):
Yes, I suppose.
Speaker 12 (10:04):
Frisbee slave decided different, being his ain't around here.

We're a fire of us, counting my friend Taddle. Oh yeah, Larcen.
From now on, don't ask questions, just do what you're
told and count on us.
Speaker 12 (10:22):
I never thought I trust a man that wore a
mask stranger, but there's something about your style that makes
me like and trust you.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
I'm taking your orders.
Speaker 7 (10:30):
From now on.
Speaker 2 (10:46):
The lone ranger had a definite purpose in mind when
he freed the three men Crowley had imprisoned. In the meantime,
the sheriff and his posse scoured the country in search
of the masked man and his companions, but without success.
The hunt continued for several days.
Speaker 4 (11:00):

with our story.
Speaker 4 (15:08):
You will recall that in the first act.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
Of tonight's Lone Ranger drama, the banker and the Sheriff
of Wells said he framed three men for murder, only
to have them taken from jail by the masked man.
The accused men were large depositors and the bank owned
by Bush, who intended to steal their funds. The lone ranger, however,
had freed the convicted men as part of a plan
to bring Bush and Crowley to justice. Then the fourth
(15:31):
man ended the story. His name was Mark Him, and
he was discovered standing over an Indian he was accused
of killing. That same afternoon. Mark Him had placed a
large sum of money in the bank. Bush saw another
opportunity to frame an important depositor.
Speaker 11 (15:45):
Pull on our shelves, kids, you listen to me for
just a minute or so.
Speaker 6 (15:49):

place today, Bush. I suppose now you'll claim I ain't
no money there and keep it for yourself.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
Take him in chaff yep, oh my hand.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
What the redskin. I'll go back and see if he's
dead for sure.
Speaker 5 (16:20):
No, you won't. What the massman again, you'll stand by
when you are calling.
Speaker 3 (16:24):
If he gets this prisoner away from you, I'll hagger
it out in town on the rail.
Speaker 5 (16:28):
I'm not after your prisoner. I'm here to take the
Indian away with me. See here, you you're under a

Blast it, ol Crowley, don't let him get away.
Speaker 2 (17:39):
The lone ranger made no attempt to rescue the sheriff's
latest prisoner. Instead, he and Tanto rode Swift into their camp.
There they were met by the three fugitives who had
agreed to assist in carrying.
Speaker 4 (17:51):
Out his plans. See how did it come out? What
happened this thing? What did you do?

of getting away, not unless the last man get him
away like he done us.
Speaker 8 (18:18):
We're going to let Mark Him go on trial, and
when that trial comes up, the sheriff and Ben Bush
will have a surprise.
Speaker 2 (18:45):
The lone ranger had proved the dishonesty of the sheriff
and the banker beyond all possibility of doubt. In the meantime,
Mark Him was put on trial. A jury was hastily
summoned and the evidence of a series of lying witnesses
presented to the court.
Speaker 8 (19:00):
Markheim calling his gun and fired the red skin dropped dead.

Speaker 10 (19:19):
I dumped the cartridges out without looking to see your
railroad me to the hangman's rope.
