It's amazing how life can change so much in a year, a month, or even a day.

The only power we have is in the now, not in the past or the future. But we MUST learn from our past and our experiences to help us move forward with clarity, to know ourselves better, and to learn to align our actions more closely with our truer selves.

Before we leave 2024 completely behind, here are 5 BIG LESSONS I’m taking with me into 2025 and beyond for a more conscious, mindful, and abundant life.

Join me in Episode 2 of my new podcast, You Never Know with Nicole Lee, as I talk about the unexpectedness of life, why we always have a choice, and why it’s so powerful to live the life we want to live.

I hope you find it meaningful and helpful wherever you are on your journey, and whenever you are called to receive this message.

❤️

Nicole

Join me on this podcast as I navigate the murky waters of human behavior, current events, and personal anecdotes through in-depth interviews with incredible people—all served with a generous helping of sarcasm and satire. After years as a forensic and clinical psychologist, I offer a unique interview style and a low tolerance for bullshit, quickly steering conversations toward depth and darkness. I honor the seriousness while also appreciating wit. I’m your guide through the twisted labyrinth of the human psyche, armed with dark humor and biting wit.
