Speaker 1 (00:00):
Find reasons to stop giving a fun. Number one, most
people don't actually give a fuck anyway. They're focused on themselves.
They don't care about what you're doing, or what you did,
or what you're going to do. They're really only focus
on themselves. So you worrying about what they're gonna think
about you when you do a certain thing is literally bointless.
Number two is it's your life, it's not theirs. There's
no handbook on how to do life. Literally, no one's
ever had a handbook on how to do life, So
it's up to you on how you do it. In
(00:20):
my opinion, be respectful, ethical and moral and legal. But
nobody gave you a handbook on how to do life.
So just do it, do it your way, and then
you'll have an actual story to tell the time it's
all over. For three is when people are criticizing you,
they're really just reflecting their own insecurity anyway. Like if
they make fun of you for like posting on social media,
it's because they're afraid to post on social media, So
stop giving a fun. Number four is people's opinions change anyway,
(00:42):
So they may hate what you're doing now, but then
later in life end up liking it or vice versa.
They like what you're doing, now later in life they
start hating it. So why care about people's opinions if
they change and shift so much. Number five, as you
will literally never please anyone. Think about like the recent
president that just came in, a bunch of people love
them and a bunch of people hate them. There's never
once been a time where everyone's loved the president. It's
(01:03):
always a side that hates them, side that likes them.
So no matter what you do, you're gonna be polarizing.
Even if you sit at home all freaking day. Some
people are gonna like you, some people are gonna hate you.
And polarizing is good because it means that the people
that do like you really like you, and the people
that don't like you don't matter anyway. Number six is
fear of judgment is probably one of the biggest things
that limits growth. When you're afraid what people are gonna
think of you, it's one of the biggest things that
(01:23):
stops you. It's a big speed bump. You got to
get rid of it in life. Number seven is that
not giving a fuck gives you confidence and people respect confidence.
It makes you come across more authentic, more genuine because
you are You're just not giving a fuck. You're doing
what you want to do. Number eight is that regret
is worse than judgment anyway. I would rather be judged
for something than regret not having done something that I
wanted to do, So just do it. Number nine is
(01:44):
that you're just gonna have more freedom in life. Not
giving a fuck is gonna let you take the chains
off that you've had all life of being worried about
what people are gonna think about you with every step
that you make, every new thing that you do. So
if you want to have more freedom, to just stop
giving a fuck,
