used to lose my weight and getlike more shredded. I used to be
two hundred and ten pounds. I'mcurrently two hundred pounds. And when I

was too ten, I was twelveyears old, so you know, I
was this fat little kid, anda lot of people will think it was
it was puberty, but it absolutelywasn't, because you know, you can
say puberty. But there was multipledays where I ate probably less than you
know, fifteen hundred calories, whichfor a two hundred pound kid, you
know, playing multiple sports who're supposedto eat more like three thousand something calories,

and I ate probably half of that. Multiple days. I remember just
eating like celery for meals, justyou know, skipping everything and running.
I was running my you know,my butt off, trying to lose that
weight. So anyway, you know, I love teaching this dude the ways
to lose weight. I've never reallybeen asked. Only a couple times maybe
some kids at the gym, well, hey, you know, poke me

on the shoulder, But more ofit, it's like I try to get
my parents to you know, getin shape, or I'm trying to tell
people like listen, this change mylife. You need to do it.
But this is one of the veryfew times someone's coming to me to do
it, and so it really excitesme that I'm able to help him with
that. And I know the resultswill come if he stays consistent and he

is man, he'll go out,he's like hey, man, He'll call
me. He's like, hey,I'm getting launch right now. Do you
think this is a good option.I'm like, hey, dude, like,
you know, put it in yourmy fitness bow. Make sure you're
you're just staying under your calorie goaland you're you're beating your protein goal.
And so it's sick and I can'twait to see the results on him.
And plus of course he's crushing it. So that like, that's really my

goal with Ryse Soler and I justtold the team and that's like, yeah,
selling a ton of deals is great, but I also want you to
change every other area of your lifetoo, because money's only one piece of
it, right. I want youto be in better shape. I want
your relationships to be better. Iwant your you know, just to be
more organized in life. Your yourcar is cleaner, your house is cleaner.
Like you just take life more intentionally. And we're creating this brotherhood,

this group of guys that push eachother to constantly be better and I love
that. So fitness is like oneof the top things for me. And
you know, money comes after thatbecause I can't really, you know,
make money if I'm not super healthy. I have a lot of energy because
I'm doing all the right things formy body.
