(00:01):
When I was in college, Igot into the wrong groups. I was
doing drugs, and I never thoughti'd be someone that would do drugs.
You know, we alcohol, yeah, but nothing worse than that. And
I was and I didn't know Ihad a problem, but I ended up
getting in a lot of fights.I was drinking four or five nights a
(00:22):
week. I failed every single class, barely showed up to any of them.
And when I dropped out of college, I basically dropped out of college.
And as soon as I dropped outthat I was doing these drugs every
single day, and I didn't realizeit was a problem yet. I don't
know what was going through my mind, but it was the day that I
(00:46):
dropped out of college, I nevercraved one of those drugs again to this
day, I am not lying.I have not even craved any of those
drugs. That haven't done them sincethen, and in fact, I've had
them offered to me and I'm likerepelled by them. And it's just it
(01:07):
really just comes down to the crowdsthat you hang around, the people that
you hang around, And that's whatreally showed me that lesson. As soon
as I got out of that environment, I never wanted to touch those drugs
again. And it's just crazy tome that, you know, I never
really had a problem with them.I never you know, overdosed or passed
(01:29):
out or had to go to thehospital because of them. But it's almost
like to me now, they're likeI'm repelled from them. It's something I
would never do. It's like thatfood that you would never ever touch,
Like for me, it's oysters, like I'll never You don't have to worry
about me getting addicted to oysters.I will never want to eat an oyster.
But it just goes to show theenvironment that you're around, maybe the
(01:49):
reason that you're feeling the way youare. You're feeling lethargic and a little
bit lazy and you don't want togo out and work, or you're getting
angry very often, or whatever itis. Take a look at your environment,
where you are and who you arewith specifically, because you'll be amazed
the moment you take yourself out ofa certain environment, the habits that change,
(02:15):
almost like you never had those habitsbefore, deep entrenched habits that you
thought you'd never stop doing, thatyou weren't the biggest fan of. As
soon as you leave that environment,it's like you never even did them.
You never even did them.
