Just talk to an employee whose statshave been going down. He had the
biggest January and February, the biggestmonths he's ever had. But in March
his stats went down, and wereally dissected what's the reason, and it's
because of January and February, andhe got paid these, you know,
multiple five figure checks and he's makinga ton of money. So he got
content. And that's one of thebiggest issues in solars specifically, because you

know, you're making these checks thatyou've never really seen in you know,
a few months in one one paycheck, and so you know, you
can get content like, hey,my bills are covered for you know,
X amount of time. Well,the reason he got content that we found
out is that he's been stacking thiscash and saving it up. So he's
got a big savings and you know, so his rents covered his cars cover

he could realistically not work for overa year and be totally fine. And
so what I told him is like, dude, that cash is your problem.
It's burning a hole in your pocket, it's staring at you in the
face every morning, and when whenyou have to go out knocked doors and
get rejected, why would you whenyou have all your expenses paid for.

You know over a year, youwouldn't do it. So one key and
I talk about this all the time, is what I do is I get
rid of all of my cash andinvest it so I can start getting that
passive income and stacking up my nestegg until you know, one day it's
you know, multiple million dollars.But it's getting rid of the cash and

broke, I'm like, oh shit, well I gotta go work.
