(00:01):
Good morning, on my way tothe gym. It's Wednesday morning. We're
at four sales this week, andI wanted to say that the people that
serve the most people make the mostmoney. So if you serve the most
people, you make the most money. So the reason that Lebron James gets

(00:22):
paid more than a heart surgeon isbecause, yes, the heart surgeon is
saving lives, but Lebron James isentertaining millions of people, while the heart
surgeon only does you know x amountof surgeries per month. So while the
work is guessed probably more important savinglives, the simple fact is the more

(00:45):
people that you serve, the morethat you will get paid. And the
only way that you can serve otherpeople at a high level is if you
serve yourself first. So that sameLebron James spends millions and millions of dollars
on his himself, on the productof himself every year, therapists, massages,

(01:06):
you know, everything, everything thathe needs, training, all that
stuff, and so it's the samething. If you're not taking care of
yourself, you're not gonna be ableto serve other people at a high level.
So that means sleeping right, youknow, going to sleep at the
same time, waking up at thesame time every night, getting enough hours
of sleep whatever it is for you, maybe it's six, seven, eight,

(01:27):
nine hours, whatever it is,and then eating right. And the
reason I don't talk about this muchis because I had to hear it thousands
and thousands of times for me tounderstand all these things, and it's just
been a slow grind ever since Iwas I don't know, fifteen years old,
of making small adjustments to these things, and I'm just now, well,

(01:49):
actually, that's never true. Iwill never be done with improving those
things. But all these things areso important that lethargy that you're feeling throughout
the day, that when you feeltired throughout the day, just randomly,
you're like, why am I sotired? I can promise you it's one
of these different factors. It's you'renot sleeping enough, you're not drinking enough
water, or you're eating too manyprocessed foods. That was one for me,

(02:15):
right. I was like, man, I feel like I'm sleeping enough,
I'm definitely drinking enough water, Likewhat is it? And I realized
it's that like I'm eating healthy,I'm eating the protein I need to so
I can build muscle and all thatstuff. But I realized that where I
was getting this protein from was alsonot good. It was like processed.
I promise you if you switched tothe three or four meals you eat to

(02:35):
day, whatever it is, andyou make those at home, you cook
those meals, you prepare them, and you bring them to work. I
know it's hard. I know it'shard, but again, if you do
that for every meal, the energychange you're gonna feel in yourself is going
to be worth the effort that youput in. I promise you. You
know those days where you just feellike you're on fire, you have all

(02:55):
this energy, nothing slowing you down, That's how you'll feel way more often.
I'm not going to promise that it'severy day. Like you're not gonna
feel one hundred percent every day nomatter what you do. But when you're
sleeping right and you're hydrating yourself, you're exercising daily, you're taking care of
your mind too, and your dietis correct. And I want to go

(03:20):
back to taking care of your mindbecause this is kind of like a broad
topic, but you know you're takingthe time whatever it is for you,
right to me, I feel likeI'm an introvert somewhat, So I need
time alone in the mornings and atnight to just be alone with my thoughts
and if I can sit down, and you know, sometimes I'll sit down

(03:40):
at my iPad or with a pieceof paper or just sit down by myself,
Like even if I'm scrolling on myphone. You know, I try
to limit the scrolling, but thattime is important to me to be alone
and you know, just get backwith my thoughts. Something about me is
like when I'm around other a lotof people all day, is I kind

(04:04):
of my energy starts to go downa little bit. So that's fine,
Like, you know, you needto be able to be around people to
succeed, right, because you've gotto serve a lot of people. But
that just means that I need alonetime as well throughout the day and to
recharge my battery somewhat
