The PMDD Project with Phoebe Williams

Today we are talking with Phoebe Williams. Phoebe is the founder of the PMDD project and a PMDD survivor herself. After working in the corporate world Phoebe decided to shift gears and enter the charity sector to pursue a meaningful career and The PMDD Project became the perfect way for her to do that. As someone who struggles with PMDD Phoebe wanted to bring more awareness and community around PMDD. She has since learned just how validating connecting with the right people can be. Throughout this episode this is confirmed while we both share pieces of our stories with PMDD and consistently understand the experience each other describes.
