So what is the differentiator if I'm in the market
for a luxury home? How do you separate yourselves from
the competition?

Speaker 3 (00:13):
I think the biggest thing is the marketing and PR side,
just our brand exposure and the tools and resources that
we provide our agents to market the listings. We don't
allow them to just work with any photographer, any videographer.
Our internal marketing team does all of our agents marketing,
all forty five of them. So there's never a piece
of marketing that is produced on behalf of a listing
or a client that does not go through our internal

review process. The clientele knows exactly what they're going to
get and how we're going to reach their target market,
what tools and resources we have available to.

Us, and obviously this is what the segment's all about. Obviously,
learn about you, a little bit about leadership and a
lot about what it is that you're doing and the
work you're doing. So, if you could say anything to
the audience about the agency about you, what do you
want them to know? That you haven't already shared.

The biggest thing for me from a business standpoint is
that we have a community of agents that do things
honestly and honorably. We are again very intentional about who
represents our brand, how they're representing it in this market,
and because of my long standing presence in this city
and my family's involvement, we just lean into that and
we want people to know that if we are representing

you as a client or someone that you know, they're
going to be taken care of like they're our own family,
you know, or close friend in the most honorable and
trustworthy way.
