• Journal on a time when your “mistake” led to unexpected growth.
• Practice speaking a boundary in a safe relationship—start small.
• Ask: What is my body telling me when I think about each possible choice?
• Instead of asking “What should I do?”, ask “What would feel most like self-honoring?”
