Well, happy holidays everybody, and welcome to the Think Believe
in Manifest talk Show. And of course I am You're
a grateful host, Constance Arnold. I'm so thankful. I'm so
appreciative that you made a decision to join me today.
Guess what. I believe that it is no accident and

(00:52):
that actually the spirit of the universe, the spirit of God,
has really attract that you hear, has really wo you
here to really receive, become inspired, remember who you are,
and walk fully and boldly into twenty twenty six. What

(01:14):
can you believe that we are inching closer and closer
to twenty twenty six. Possibly when you hear this it
will be twenty twenty six. I pray that you are
making a decision that you had a great Christmas and
that you're making a decision to really get it excited

(01:37):
about the new year. Well, I'm going to be teaching today,
teaching you how to revisit, how to review, and how
to decide even before you write anything down to take
a look at, to do a summary of twenty twenty five.

(01:59):
When your lesson learn what are you going to keep,
what are you going to release, what are you gonna
let go of? What your new mindset needs to be.
It's really gonna be great. Well, Gods, I'm so appreciative
all of you for following me, many of you for decades,

(02:21):
and of course you can follow me on all of
my social media platforms. At the end of every year,
I always offer my buy one, get one free. So
what is that that is? Simply buy one hourly coaching
session and get one free. What constance? Why do I

(02:44):
need a coaching session? Well, let me just tell you
a little bit about some of the results of my
clients this year. Increase money, better career positions, even those
people who were downsides. So if you feel stuck in
a career, if you know that you have more gifts, talents,

(03:07):
and skills, if you want to deal with fear, then
coaching will help you. And the interesting thing you've heard
me say that on all continents that I coach on,
everybody basically wants the same thing. Well, what about money?
If you've been struggling with money, if you've been living

(03:27):
paycheck to paycheck, if you're tied of struggling. Many of
my clients, not only this year, but over the years
major contracts attracted more money, making more money than they
ever have. Why's that because with coaching, I really get down,

(03:48):
really deep in your soul about your core beliefs around money,
around wealth. And I even share my own story of
how I when I lost millions, how that came back
to me? What was my mindset? What did I have
to do differently? How did I have to think so

(04:13):
money and abundance? And what God has gifted me to
do is to help you to deal with your paradigms,
your core beliefs, and you know, what you've been doing
is at work. And I hear people say I thought
I could do it alone. And I don't know about you,

(04:34):
but I've already scheduled one of my own personal sessions
for myself that I'm going to start again in twenty
twenty six. And then when it comes to love, boy,
do I know a lot about love, And I've just

(04:55):
been so happy to see so many of my clients
get married, attract loafe and in that area. I believe
that God has gifted me to really help you to
understand that it is your core beliefs, your codependency, your
childhood messages, all of that stuff. That's really what can

(05:19):
I say. That's really put a relationship blueprint on the
inside of you that you can switch and change. So
this is your opportunity to invest in yourself. You guys
have heard my clients all year long from all over
the world, and I have a stellar record of integrity

(05:43):
of helping people. So if you're ready for change, you know,
the interesting thing that I'm going to talk about when
I come back from commercial is that this year I'm
going to have you to go back and look at
what you do. So I went to the gym this
week and I have them to give me a print out.

(06:06):
I said, give me a print out of how many
times I went to the gym this year. And when
they gave me the print out, because my intention was
to go two times a week. When that gave me
the print out me and my trainer, I was stunned.
I've wait trained one hundred and eighty four times and
my body shows it. But why did I do that?

(06:29):
I've been a walker runner for years. Why did I
do that? It was because I had a coach. This man,
he has taken my body to places that I couldnot
even have imagined. He's brought youth back to my body.
How could he do that? Because he's a coach, he's

(06:52):
a trainer, he knows what works. He was there to
support me when I didn't want to show up. He
was there to say to me, no, you need to
do more of this and less of that, even though
I thought I knew everything you know about my body.
And so if you're ready for change, you can certainly

(07:12):
take advantage of this until the end of the year.
Go to Fulfilling your Purpose dot com and somebody asked me,
can I purchase more than one session? Absolutely, but you'll
have to do it one session at a time. So
you purchase one session and then if you want another one,

(07:34):
you go back and you purchase another one, and then
I will coach with you with you. I got that
out within seven to ten business days, Katie will contact
you and let you know that we received your payment
and we're going to start the new year off right.
All right, everybody, take a deep breath then, knowing that

(07:58):
God has kept you and so stain you for this year.
The spirit of God has moved you through difficult times,
the favor of God has gone before you. When you
don't even want to keep going forward, I always say,
the spirit romances you. The spirit woos you and pull

(08:22):
you forward. And I want you to get excited about
twenty twenty six. So get out your pin and your pad.
You know, neuroscientists have done a study that says when
you write something down on a piece of paper with
blue or black ink. I don't know where they got

(08:43):
that from, that your brain begins to formulate and begins
to recalibrate and will align with whatever you're writing down.
So guys, get that out, and when I come back,
I'm gonna be teaching you how you're gonna move into
twenty twenty six. Take a deep breath, Let it out

(09:09):
one more time. Let it out. I'll be right back.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
How to reflect, Review, revisit and move on to twenty
twenty six. I'm gonna do some serious teaching today and
I'm going to really break it down. So it is
the end of the year. Congratulations, God has kept you,

(10:33):
sustain you, and blessed you. Was everything perfect, absolutely not
so what I want you to consider. I don't even
want you to even think about, well, I needed my
New Year's resolutions. I need to write down my intentions. No,

(10:56):
that doesn't work. And you know it. The word is holidays.
Everybody's been saying enjoy your holidays, but I heard someone
say that really from holidays in some languages it means
it means holy days. So I want you to take

(11:16):
some holy time where you are focusing holy on yourself
so that you can make a decision how you're going
to move and flow in twenty twenty six. So if
you think about a football player or a tennis player,

(11:38):
let's just say that a quarterback. For the last six games,
he's been showing us a throwing interceptions, he's been losing
the ball, and he says, well, next year, I'm just
next a game, I'm going to get better. No, if
you know anything about sports, they're going to go and

(12:02):
look at film to see what could he do different.
He's gonna get his specialty coach and say you need
to change more of this. You need to stand here,
you need to run back and not throw the ball
from from out of the pocket. They're gonna come up

(12:23):
and devise new ways that he can really get a touchdown.
They're gonna review, they're gonna reflect, and then they're gonna
revise what doesn't work. And so think of tennis. Okay,
Serena Williams the goat. Let's just say, if she keeps

(12:44):
hitting balls out of bounds and in the third set,
she always loses. So she just can't say, well, next
time I'm going to win. She has to go with
her coach and take a look at and deserve and discover.
You need to do more of this. It's not a judgment,

(13:04):
it's just a readjustment. And so for your life, which
is more valuable than any sport, you need to make
sure you take some holy time to wolly reflect on yourself. Now,
let me just say you're from We're not judging. We're
not saying what you should have, would have, could have done.

(13:26):
There is no shame. There is no shame in Oh,
you said you were going to do this in twenty
twenty five and it didn't happen. Look at you, what's
wrong with you? Why didn't you? We're not blaming or shaming.
We are really observing. What does observe mean? Observe means

(13:49):
to what take a look at So before you do anything,
you can't pass this up because if not, the same
thing will happen in your life life year after year.
So this is what I want you to do. I
want you to take some holy time to sit back
and review without judgment. You know you might see it

(14:14):
as your year in review. You know what does that
look like for you? So you're gonna take some quiet
time and you're gonna say, Okay, God, cause let me
say this. We know God's not holding back from us.
We know we're not believing for our breakthroughs. We know

(14:35):
we're not waiting for the year of j believe. You
know I did all those things for years. What we
know now? I want to say what we know now?
Five years ago we didn't know. So it might not
mean that you have to do something different. It might
mean you need to know something different and from that

(14:57):
place some knowing you can beep. So you're gonna sit down,
You're gonna write down just the different areas of your life.
We're gonna review with our judgment. So we're looking back
at the year. I'm gonna say the first thing is
what things are you proud of? You see, there is

(15:21):
power in reflection. That is power in celebrating. I was
with one of my former clients for a business opening
and I said, have you sat down and really reviewed
all of your accomplishments for the year and see she
said no. I mean she's opened up two different business sites.

(15:45):
She has had major accomplishments. But she said, I always
think about the next thing. I'm like, no, no, no, no, no.
You must sit back and reflect, accept and celebrate. So
what's happening when you do that? When you celebrate, when
you reflect, it increases the flow, It increases your confidence,

(16:10):
it increases I can do anything. It gets you in
the vibration. If I did that, then I can do this.
So I want you to sit down. What things are
you proud of that you did or that you become
that you became in twenty twenty five. So I'm going

(16:33):
to use me for an example. So this week I
went to the gym and I said to them, can
you give me a print out of how many times
I've been to the gym? And so those of you
who know me know that I've always been a walker.
But I made a commitment this year. I'm going to
do weight training two times, two times a week when

(16:56):
they gave me that print out. She said, ma'am, it's
five pages. I was doune my breaking on myself. I
might be I'm celebrating myself. So when I go to
the gym, I'm only weight training. I do my other
exercise outside of the gym. But according to their records,

(17:17):
I have been to the gym weight training one hundred
and eighty four days. Wow. What an accomplishment. When I
saw that I knew it, I thought it was less
than that I knew it. I celebrated that. I gave
myself kudos. I reflected on that and I said, if

(17:41):
I did that consistently, I can do this in twenty
twenty six. So write down all the things that you
are proud of. I'm proud that I've done fifty two shows,
fifty two podcasts this year without being without being Oh no,

(18:02):
I can't do it. Even on days or weeks when
I might not have been feeling great, I did it.
I'm proud that I have over nine hundred and sixty
archive podcasts over seventeen years and have only missed one
one week. So sit back and write down. You're not

(18:22):
being arrogant. Humility is walking in all of the power
you know that you have, so write that down, meditate
on that, reflect on that. Next thing, I want you
to write down things that were hard are difficult for
you this year. You know, what are some of those things?

(18:43):
I think for me, I don't think, I know. I
know for me, some difficult things for me was my brother.
He's going through some stuff, so you know, just reflecting
on that, accepting that and dealing with that. Just a change,

(19:04):
I think. Another I don't think I know. Another thing
was just to change in the culture atmosphere in the US.
So those are some things or even some shifts in
my business. You've got to admit, Okay, God, these are
areas that I really found difficult, and I'm open up

(19:28):
to receive new wisdom, new knowledge, new insight and how
I can navigate this. Another one is lessons that you learn.
Oh boy, did I learn some lessons this year. One
lesson that I learned this year, I knew it was

(19:49):
when people show you who they are, believe them the
first time. Because I realized, even now, even though I
know a lot of about codependency and I teach it,
there were a couple relationships that I had given so
much grace to and in return they had not. So

(20:14):
what lessons have you learned? So there's no blaming, only learning,
or you see how important all of this is. You
don't just move on to the new year without addressing
these things. Here we go, y'all. The next thing, what
were your beliefs in this past year that you felt

(20:39):
really worked for you and that you're proud of. Maybe
some of your beliefs where I'm consistent, I've been intentional,
I know how to get support, I know how to
get help, etc. And what were some beliefs that didn't
work for you? It might be I can do it alone.

(20:59):
Shame on you. Why haven't you done this?

Speaker 1 (21:03):
By now?

Speaker 2 (21:04):
I'm hearing a lot of people saying, by now you
said that you were going to lose weight and you didn't.
I tell people, I don't think we are reinventing ourselves.
What we're doing is just adding more wisdom. We're adding
more insight, We're adding more knowledge into what would work

(21:27):
for us. Just like Serena Williams, she already has the basics.
But if her coach said move more to the back
swing the rack this way, that's not taking away from her.
That is just adding to her, So what were your beliefs?
Could it be that your belief might be I'm too old,

(21:49):
I can't do this, I've tried this, this never works,
And you need to write those downs because remember, your
subconscious will drive your behavior. That's why when you coach
with me, it is never behavior modification. Behavior modification deals

(22:11):
with the outside but not the inside. Behavior modification in
AA or for a person who is dealing with addiction,
they always say, just because the person has stopped drinking
does not mean that they have dealt with their alcoholic behavior,

(22:31):
because it was the behavior that created the drinking. It
is the behavior that creates the overeating. It's the behavior
and the beliefs that creates the procrastination. And so look
at that. In the areas where you feel like you

(22:53):
are struggling, can you really say that you gave your
time and a con attention to those areas? Can you
really say I realized that in the area of business,
I did not give as much times and attention as
I needed to. But this year I'm being very intentional.

(23:17):
So before you write down anything, can you see how
important of this is? And you got to remember that
God said he knows the plans that he has for you,
plans for good and not for evil. Also, the spirit
says that his mercies are new every morning, and that

(23:38):
he wants to crown your year. Crown your year in
your year, so that your paths may drip in abundance.
Anybody wants that. You need to remember that all of
the light atoms in the universe have been here to
serve you. Have you been looking more at your outside circumstances.

(24:00):
Remember three D is just a print out of what
you've been thinking. So when they gave me the print
out of how many times I've been to the gym,
I'm like, y'all, this print out is what I've been
doing all year long. So whatever you've been thinking, if
you believe, while God is for me, I don't know

(24:20):
how all of the light downs respond to me. They're
here to support, to help and encourage me. If that
is where you vibe, is that is, if that is
where you live, then that's what's going to happen to you.
I had somebody talk to me about dating. They said, well,

(24:41):
I've just been believing for a husband and I've been
on all the dating sites this year. And I said
to her, have you taken the she said, and nothing
has happened. I said, have you taken the time to
look at what are your beliefs around relationships? I said,
do you trust men? She said no? Do you believe

(25:02):
that men can be faithful? She said no? Do you
feel good enough? She said? Maybe if I lose ten
pounds I would be more attractive. Do you feel worthy?
So with all of those core beliefs, how can she
attract desired love? So if every year the same old Sama,

(25:23):
Oh this is my breakthrough you, Oh, this is gonna happen,
and it doesn't happen, that is an opportunity for you
to spend some holy time, holy time with you and
God to say why God is on my side? God
won't to help me. If God before me, who or

(25:47):
what can be against me? No blame, just observation. You
gotta be honest and real with yourself because remember, we
ain't waiting on God. So if it ain't happen, it
means that you need to align your thinking. And I'm
gonna be teaching more extensively on this in January. You

(26:10):
need to align your beliefs, y'all. Everything flows through our
paradigm like the Great Late by practice saying what is
your paradigm. It's your beliefs, it's your experiences, it's your vibration,
and it's what you believe in your subconscious And so

(26:33):
this is the first thing I want you to do,
is what I just shared with Be real, be honest
with yourself, and write down all of those great and
wonderful things that did work for you. You know, it might
be maybe the highs and lows and the plot twists

(26:55):
of this year, just telling what happened in this year.
Go through your phone and just look at all your pictures.
I know y'all got a lot of them, and say, oh,
in January I did this, Oh in March I did this.
And see, it's not a lot of doing, it's what
you know. It's what you know. Something else that you

(27:20):
could do. If this year were a book, what would
be some of the chapters in your life? Oh? Boy,
if you do all of this is gonna were This
is preparation, y'all for twenty twenty six. If this year
were a book, what would some of the chapters be.
Would it be celebrating my life? Would it be a

(27:42):
consistency with my children and the lessons learned so what
were some of the high points? Look through your pictures,
what were some of the low points? And if you
could do this year over again, what would you repeat?
What would you change? And what would you approach differently?

(28:06):
While I could teach you on that one, so what
would you repeat? You're gonna repeat what's working? What would
you change? You're going to do more of this and
remember all it takes is a little change of your thinking.
I had something that happened to me this morning. One
of my friends, Lucy Sharp, she called me and she

(28:29):
had sent me a snapshot of a PowerPoint that I
had conducted for all of the engineers in two thousand
and eight on how to build high performance teams. So
she said, Concerce, I found this in a box I
was gonna throw out in two thousand and eight. So
we're talking about how something all it taketed something small,

(28:53):
and so she called me and I said, man, I
don't even I remember doing it. It was to all
mail engineers and analytical guys. I remember this. I was
on a stage. I remember walking out there. And then
just from that conversation we start discussing other things. We
brought up a couple of people. I reached out and

(29:14):
contacted that person. I'm gonna have lunch with another person
all from that one small vibrational conversation. So what am
I saying all of text is a little change in
your vibration, a little change. God is with me. God
is on my side. God's gonna empower me, God will

(29:36):
bless me. God is going to help me. So that's
what That's what I would say to you. And what
could twenty twenty five prepare for you? Could you say
what this year has prepared for me? What it has
prepared for me to be more successful? You know, I'm

(29:56):
just gonna say that. When I saw that print out
of one hundred and eighty four, it made me proud.
It made me realize how consistent I am when I
think about how I've done shows for seventeen years. It
made me realize, boy, my consistency of how tenacious I am.

(30:18):
And if I did it over there, I remember in
the quantum fere, everything flows over. So I'm gonna go
on everybody. Everybody. Everybody got that, So let me move
to the next chapter. I'm looking at my time. So
the next thing I want you to do is release
what no longer serves you. If you haven't seen My

(30:39):
My if you haven't heard my show with Doctor Baccari,
well she talks about how to let go of things
that no longer serve you. So I want you to
write down the worries, habits or relationship that you allowed
to drain you in twenty twenty five. What were some
of the things you worried about? Was it money? You know,

(30:59):
somebody said that if you were were you really praying?
Do you want your prayers to be answered for what
you're worried about? So? What right? Get out a piece
of paper. What were some of your worries? What were
some of your habits good or bad? And what are
some relationships that drain you? What habit drained you? Was
it the habit of staying up late, not getting eight

(31:21):
hours sleep? Was it the habit of worrying instead of rejoicing?
I did a short real and it says, when you complain,
you remain, When you praise, you get raised. I ain't
going to even stay there. So what has drained you?
And why have you allowed that person, that relationship, that habit,

(31:46):
or that word to drain you? So I'm gonna say
this about relationship. Relationships are for a season or reason
or a lifetime. And so if somebody is draining you
and they are are very toxic, you cannot change Your
love is not enough to change them. I want you
to begin to love yourself and make a decision. I've

(32:07):
been listening to this person for ten years. They I've
been allowing them to call me. You're gonna need to
set boundaries. Say no to that and say yes to yourself.
What habits have drained you? Maybe it has been a
lack of not preparing your meals, a lack of what else,

(32:30):
not making time to go work out, a habit of
not looking at so much TV. You don't have time
to really spend time with God or are doing your
hour power. You gotta look at what has drained you.
What no longer works for you? Staying up to two

(32:51):
and three and get in four on five hours of sleep?
Does that work for you? Not moving your body does
that work for you? Not spending time with God? Does
that work for you? So what happens no longer aligned
with where you are going? Because really, I heard one
lady who was pregnant. She said, I'm eating for two,

(33:15):
I'm eating for where I am going. And so these
are powerful things. And I'm going to say another habit.
You need to adopt it. Get the support that you need.
I would not be where I am without my trainer.

(33:36):
I would not be where I am without my coaches.
I would not be where I am without my pastors
mentoring and coaching. You need somebody that's an expert in
the film. You need somebody that's been there and done that.
I've lost meetings, but I got it back. So somebody

(33:59):
can't coach I'm not saying they can't coach you. But
you've heard really successful men and women say if I
lost everything, I would get it back. That's the person
that I want to help me. So get the support
that you need. Invest in yourself to get that support.
You're worth it. And then I want you to forgive yourself,

(34:23):
forgive anybody. Do not give your energy, your thinking, your
emotions away to negativity. And what this person did? You
know the Bible says forget the whole. Behold, I do
a new thing. Now God is doing a new thing.
What you're gonna do because as long as you stay

(34:44):
in that old vibration. I heard something today of this
lady went in to get her medicine, and the doctor
said she had been coming to the doctor for arthritis,
and he said, well, is it anybody you need to forget?
She said, yes, my sister. How long has that been
something like fifteen years ago. Do not allow anything anybody

(35:07):
to drain you or take away from you all of
the good that God has you, and even yourself. Forgive yourself.
You heard me say you did the best you could
with the wisdom and knowledge that you had at the time.
You've also heard me say that where you are right

(35:30):
now does not define who you are. All you need
to do We're gonna We're gonna flip the script. Where
you are does not define who you are, and that
you are stronger than what you believe. Look at everything
that you accomplished in twenty twenty six five. Look at

(35:56):
everything that you walk through tenaciously, effortlessly tap into that strength.
Look at that strength, move in that vibration instead of
looking at what you have not done. So, guys, I'm
just breaking it all the way down for you. All right,

(36:19):
So how has judging yourself, not having mercy with yourself,
How has all of that helped you? It has not,
all right, So what's the next thing I want you
to do. Oh, let me talk about forgiveness. A look
forgiveness isn't approven. It doesn't mean well, you know, I'm
approven of what they said. No, forgiveness is freedom. So

(36:42):
you need to let go and don't carry that extra
way in the new year. And you know, guys, they
say that in some lives that when you sometimes your
physical way has a lot to do with the emotional
and psychological weight that you're carrying. I was telling somebody
the other day that you will never create by God

(37:03):
to carry it away to your whole family. She carrying
the mama, the sister, the whole legacy of the entire family.
So you see what we're doing first, how important this is.
This is foundational. How can you even write down your
intentions when you haven't dealt with all of this inside stuff.

(37:24):
So you're making a decision. I am gonna sit in stillness.
God show me, teach me, give me insight. The Bible
says you can not put new wine into old wine skins.

(37:48):
What does that mean? You can't put the new year
into that old mindset that you've had. So sit in stillness.
What is that gonna look like? It's gonna look different
for everybody. You know, it's gonna look you. It's gonna
look like you're sitting down with your pad and your pencil,

(38:08):
your ink pen. It's something about writing something. Somebody I
saw that. Somebody said that when you're writing, there's a
direct correlation between your writing and your brain. Your brain
picks up on that you want change, Uh, so you
don't have to know what all of your intentions are.

(38:29):
So many people rushing do that, and that's why when
the new year comes, they ain't even ready for it.
Excuse my English, simply because they have not done the
inner work. So you're gonna sit God, why is it
that I that I have not manifested love? Why is

(38:51):
it that I'm struggling with money? What new money ideas
or business ideas can I get at? Do I need
to receive? How can I shift my business? What can
I do differently with my eating? How can I begin

(39:16):
to set boundaries? How can I begin? Show me how
to change my self image? You know, the Bible says
that the unconditional love of God. See unconditional love means
it's not based on what you've done. You know what
you're going to do what you are doing. Unconditional love

(39:42):
is the most powerful vibrational force in the world. So
unconditional love is the most powerful force. And it can
come in and massage and shift and change those old
core beliefs. It can diminish that old self image that

(40:06):
you have of yourself because you already see you're not
gonna do this by yourself. Right. Self effort alone is
not enough to really get in the vibration of transformation. Now,
behavior mind behavior modification is I'm gonna go outside of

(40:27):
myself and I'm gonna do all of these things and
then stuff is gonna work for me. And it doesn't work,
it's not permanent. Great example of that is weight loss.
I'm gonna go to the gym, I'm going to I'm
gonna join WeightWatchers, and I'm going to do playing ABC.
All of that is really good. But what is your

(40:49):
thinking around your mindset around your health is your what
is your thinking around your body? What mindset do you
need to release? What emotional baggage do you need to release?
So you want to do emotional eating? Everybody got there.
See that's transformation. The most powerful thing that you can do.

(41:12):
Doing these holy days I'm not saying holidays, I'm changing it.
Doing these Holy days. Is the sitting stillness. Now, that's
gonna be uncomfortable for you. You're going to feel weird.
You're gonna get up and say, do I need to
eat something? But sit your lady ladies, sit your little

(41:36):
cute self down. Gentlemen, sit your handsome self down and
be in the presence of the spirit. You might sit
there for one hour the next day two hours. Don't
rush this because you are having an encounter with the spirit,
because this is the beginning of something thing new, all right.

(42:04):
And something I forgot to say is I want you
to when you're writing down what you're proud of, man,
I want you to be in radical gratitude. Radical gratitude. God,
I thank you for how your spirit. I thank you
for how you bless me, how you have kept me,
how you have sustained me. I thank you how you

(42:26):
saved me in July or whatever it is. I thank
you how you gave me that great idea. Celebrate that
God is with you. Always remember that you are one
with a loving, giving spirit, and be gentle with yourself,
and asactaid earlier, You're not reinventing yourself. You're just bringing

(42:52):
forth what did work for you in twenty twenty five,
and you believing behind what didn't work for you. All right,
So all the stuff that did work for you, you're
gonna keep that. You may add to that. And it
makes me think of a doctor that I had on
my show and she said something, doctor Harden, she's a MD.

(43:16):
She said, don't stop anything, add too. And I remember
asking her, what did you say? She said, don't stop anything,
add too, So she said, don't stop eating sweets. Add
drinking an extra glass of water, add eating an apple
a day, add moving your body for ten minutes a day.

(43:40):
And as you begin to add those new vibrations to you,
the old will begin to drop off. So always remember that.
So you're going to intentionally take time because you're resting.
You're resting. You're ending a year field with a lot

(44:03):
of stuff that maybe did not go for you or
the way you thought it would. And I always say,
we feel guilty for resting, But resting isn't laziness. It's
preparing you. It's preparing you for the year you know
that is ahead. And you've heard me say so many
times there is profit in stillness. Somebody write that down

(44:29):
there is profit in stillness. When you are still, you're
open to receive. Just imagine that all of the wisdom
that's in the universe. There's a verse in the Bible
that says in Proverbs, it says, wisdom is in the
streets crying. Why is wisdom in the street crying? Because

(44:51):
it's crying out here. I am. I'm waiting for you here,
I am. Don't go anywhere, you know, be still. I'm
here to help you. So you're gonna sit in stillness
and see what the spirit says to you. And then lastly,
I think I want to say this. I'm not gonna

(45:12):
get into writing your intentions, but can you see how
foundationally how important this is? And man, I have got
some of my greatest down lows when I've taken the time.
So you might say, well, concerts, I don't hear from God.
Yes you do. It's that quiet intuition. It's an idea,

(45:33):
it's a hunch. It's like, hmm, I never thought of that.
You know, God loves you so much, he will he will.
You could be on Google, you could be on social media,
you could be on TikTok, and just that one thing
that you need. God got a million ways to speak
to you. You're not gonna hear no audible voice, but

(45:56):
you're gonna know that it's something of the spirit. Because
this is your year to not hold back. If not
now when this is your year saying I'm going for it.
This is your year to share just anything that does
not align with you. This is your year where you say, God,

(46:18):
show me who I am and how much I love you.
God said you made in the image and likeness of God,
and he says that you are little gods. Well, I
ain't gonna go into that yard, but isn't that amazing
that you are God in there? You are royalty. You

(46:39):
are royalty. And I'm gonna go back to something to
remind you. So be open to receive. Listen to this
over and over and over again. And as I said
at the beginning, if you're really ready for change, I'm
ready to work with you. Nobody does it alone. You

(47:00):
tired of doing it by yourself and feeling shame and
oh my God, when is this gonna happen? Well, it's
just me and God. Well it don't have to be
you and God. It could be you God and the
God in somebody. I shared this before, but I want
to share it again so that you can make sure
you stay out of blame. You did the best you

(47:22):
could with the knowledge you had in twenty twenty five,
with the courage and strength that you had at the time.
Forgive your dog, gonna self all right. Your current situation,
as I've said, does not define who you are. Rewrite
the script. If you're reading the book right now, you

(47:45):
old school. Sometimes I like to have my audible is good,
but I like to flip a book. If you on
chapter one and you finished with that, turn the page
so you can rewrite the script. Where does it begin?
With your thinking? With your clarity, which I'm gonna talk
about next week. And as I talked about strength, you
already strong, sir, You already strong, madam. Tap into what

(48:11):
your strengths are. If you're really good, if you're really
good with organization, tap into that, because since everything in
the quantum world is connected, then that will really flow
up in the other area. And so don't judge yourself

(48:32):
if you're feeling depressed and sad. I am in no
way minimizing depression, no way, y'all know I've been there
and done that, and still watch over myself. But if
you're feeling depressed and sad and shame, shame says it's nothing.
There's something wrong with you. Huh, huh, there's nothing wrong

(48:54):
with you. Gilt said you did something wrong and so
but what did you do really good? What are you
strong at focusing on that? Tap in on that you know?
At the end of this year, I want you to
remember the power of intention. Everybody say, I'm just one

(49:16):
decision away from change. Whoa, I'm just one decision away
from change. Intention is one of the most powerful forces
in the universe. Now we know you're gonna have to execute,
but if you make a decision, you know something. In
twenty twenty six, I'm letting go of all toxic relationships.

(49:38):
Change in twenty twenty six, I'm going to focus in
on my body like I did and move it x
number of dates. Change in twenty twenty six, I'm going
to finish my degree. Change in twenty twenty six, I'm

(50:01):
going to get closer to God. Change your one decision
away from change. And that's why when you set an intention,
it's the most powerful force in the world the universe. Say, oh,
she wanted to do that. The universe said, oh, John
wants to do that, and then your future is still unwritten.

(50:25):
You've been given the powerful guys, girls, women, men, children
of all ages. You've been given the power to create
and rewrite your life with your beliefs, intentions, and actions.
I went to see Wicked, the final chapter the movie

(50:46):
during the holidays, and one of the main thoughts in
that was the odds you've always had the wisdom on
the inside of you. They were looking to the wizards,
and so you have the power to right now choose

(51:06):
a thought and choose an intention that would change your life.
All right. Last one, You're not alone, and it's not
too late. God doesn't exist in time. God is outside
of time. You're not alone, and it's not You're not

(51:28):
too late. What conserts I feel alone with the Bible
said you got angels. You got a host of angels
around you. I say, if God got to go through
eight billion people to get to you, to get a
message to you, to get encouragement to you, to get
anything to you, that's what unconditional love does. Because the

(51:49):
power and the energy that create the universe is on
the inside of you. You're powerful, you're not a victim,
You're not pitiful powerful, So these are all step This
was so good that I want you to do even
before you write your intentions, because we want something different.

(52:14):
If you want something different for twenty twenty six, you
must be it first, and from your being. You do
doing before you actually be something, you're gonna create the
same thing. Well, guys, this is so wonderful. I cannot

(52:34):
wait to speak to you in twenty twenty six. We're
just believing for the unprecedented. They are just unlimited possibilities
awaiting us that you know. Not of the Bible says
God would do exceedingly, abundantly more than you able to think, ask,

(52:54):
or imagine. So whatever you're thinking, God can do more
you asking, God can do more whatever you imagining. Somebody
talked about the mysteries. The mysteries are beyond your imagination.
So take the limits off of yourself, take the limits

(53:16):
off of your mind, take the limits off of God.
You do not have to know how, So listen to
this over and over and over again. Please share this
with your one of your family members, your colleagues, who else,
that person that's been getting on your last nerve, share
this with them, and just watch the hand of God

(53:40):
moving into twenty twenty six, I think I'm saying a
little easier than I normally do. Moving into twenty twenty six,
the unlimited possibilities are awaiting you. I personally want to
thank all of you for following me for all of
these years, decades and so parting me. I'm so grateful

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
