Speaker 1 (01:30):
Welcome back to an episode of pillow Talk with Elian Michelle.
I am your host, Alan Mitchelle. Today's topic came from
you know. I was inspired for this episode from my TikTok.
I posted a video that stated, it's a stated quote,
(01:51):
don't let Taylor Swift fool you. Having a lifelong partner
planning a family and adventures is much more fulfilled than
being a cat lady. Let me just tell you, the
swifties came in full force. I have never experienced such
hateful comments that had to do with a video of
(02:13):
my fiance and I hugging each other, loving on each
other like I have never ever experienced something like that,
And I've had a lot of hate on my page
for simply being a conservative but nothing compared to the
comments section, Like most of them have to be approved
because they're that disgusting. There's comments on there saying the
(02:34):
most ridiculous claims, saying my fiance is gay, or oh
I bet you he's cheating on her, like they have
such a distaste for men in general, and help happy
and healthy relationships because this culture has taught women to
hate men, to you know, dislike relations and don't let
(03:00):
a man hold you down. And then somebody said the
fact that she's not free, I have never been so
free in my life. By that, I mean my fiance
gives me the peace that allows me to be as
free as I possibly can. Because before I was struggling,
(03:22):
I was surviving, I was not living. He has given
me the gift of peace and time that I can.
I am free. I am not held down by the
shackles of a cubicle or held down by the shackles
of society. This is making me emotional. Surprisingly, the fact
(03:44):
that people don't like people being happy is so sad.
It took me a long time to get to where
I'm at and sharing relationships and sharing an intimate moment.
By intimate, I mean you know it doesn't have to
(04:04):
be all touchy feely or whatever. An intimate moment with
my fiance and then just speaking against the machine brings
you so much hatred, and that makes me so sad
for women because we have been conditioned to hate love.
(04:27):
There's so many more breakup songs than there are love songs.
There's so many TV shows of being women, being trashy
and being thrown aside and you know, not having that
loving relationship. And I'm not saying you have to be
straight to experience this. The gay community, you know you're
(04:48):
being taught that your love doesn't matter. But most of
us want you to find love, and most of us
want you to experience happy and healthy relationships or have
one solid one that just allows you to be the
most authentic version of yourself. And people like this people
in my comment section. If you want to check it out,
(05:10):
follow my TikTok at Ali underscore Michelle with two Eyes.
It's the most recent one posted. If this episode comes
out today in a couple of days, just look for
the caption that says, don't let Taylor Swift fool you.
Take a look at the comment section. I'm trying to
keep up with the amount of derogatory and distasteful comments
(05:33):
that I'm going through and I'm mass blocking people because
it's crazy. My kids look at my stuff and I
don't want them to see that I'm that this relationship
is bad because it's quite opposite. This relationship has allowed
me to be the best version of myself. And the
(05:54):
fact that and I should have knew when I said
swifties like I knew what I was doing. I was,
I was poking the bee. But at the same time,
the message was much more deeper than what their little
pea brains are letting them absorb. It's just it's quite
frightening that you know, we are experiencing this in society
(06:16):
and that but I bet you if I was doing
my original content like I was being a drywaller, I
would be claimed as a boss boss ass b and
oh you don't need no man. But the reality of
it is people, we as a human race, we were
(06:38):
we were created to pro create and love and and
have that companionship like that is embedded in our DNA.
And this chain of or these shackles that have just
held us down have given us a different idea of
what it means to be living because when you're out
(06:59):
here and survive and you are not living, so for
someone to allow you, someone who is there to provide
and protect, they give you the freedom to blossom into
something so beautiful and to make a difference and to
have your footprint on this earth. It doesn't mean I'm
(07:20):
being held down by a man. It's on the contrary.
He has given me time, and time is the most
precious gift I think anyone can ever be gifted. I'm
getting emotional again. I just don't see why there's so
much hate when it comes to love and happiness. I
(07:44):
did a lot of soul searching in my day. Don't
get me wrong. I was a toxic girl for a while.
I didn't know I had some wounds that I needed
to take care of. And then when I finally healed,
God or the universe or whatever you guys believe in
brought me my fiance. He found me in a moment
that I wasn't ready to accept anybody, and I didn't
(08:07):
for a while. It's just it's and the fact that
I took that risk, and I took another chance on
love despite being burned and burned and burned, and then
me turning into a toxic monster and then hurting people
in my journey. I put a let I let go,
(08:28):
and I just gave I didn't give up, but I
put more energy in myself and in my child. That
I was blessed. I was gifted with this wonderful man
who treats me ooh one second, who treats me with
(08:49):
respect and love and honor. So I just breaks my
heart that sorry, I had to regain myself, but who
gives me the power to be a woman, someone who
(09:12):
loves me for me and all my flaws and the
baggage that I came with. He totally unpacked it all.
So it hurts my heart that people are so rude
and mean and miserable that when they see happiness, it
must it must be destroyed. So I guess my message
(09:34):
today is to step back and look at who's around you.
Are they giving you love? Are they giving you peace?
And most importantly are they giving you time? We live here,
We live on this earth. One time, my fiance really
really uh taught me that we live here, We live
(09:56):
on this planet. One time. I think the best out
of it. And why wouldn't you want to be surrounded
by love and excitement and adventure, and you can still
have a job as a woman. I'm not saying don't
go get a job, but is the man or partner
or woman or whoever you're with giving you peace and
(10:18):
time and love and are they honoring you and are
you doing the same back. So I hope everyone has
the best day. I will talk to you guys on
the next one. Don't forget to send this to your friends,
your haters, your lovers, your family members. Don't forget to
