that's going on globally. Well, I have a great show

can you receive divine guidance? What about those dreams that
you've been having? You know what do they mean? So

you know. So speaking of week, I know a lot
is going on globally, so much is happening, and I'm
just gonna say something quickly about your attention. You can

be aware of what's happening, but you need to watch
where you place your attention. You need to really watch
how much of your attention is going to the news,
social media, etc. Because your attention is sacred and precious,

and we know wherever you put your attention is going
to expand. I reached out to a client of mine
who lives in Paris because a lot what's going on
in Paris and in France, and just to say, are
you okay? So in the midst of a lot of
stuff happening globally, a lot of stuff happening in the US,

how are you feeling? You know, how is all of
this impacting you emotionally? Some of you have reached out
to me, and I'm going to say, if you're feeling stuck,
you know, in the area of your way, I'm gonna say,
first of all, you need to focus in on your

own intentions. What has God called you to be and
to do for this season in your life? So certainly
be aware. Then refocus in on who you are and
what has God called you to be and to do. So.
Somebody emailed me this week and said, will they're really
feeling stuck around their weight and they've just been trying

for years. Somebody else says that they feel so all alone.
They are empty nester big o'd house, the kids are gone,
she's divorced. Who am I now it's a new identity,
and then a lot of people are just fearful about
their future, about what's happening, etc. And I'm going to

really suggest that you schedule a complementary discovery coaching call
with me because it is during difficult times, times of uncertainty,
times of transition, times of disruption, anybody experiencing any of

Constance Hey, that was a nice introduction. Thank you you
can be our agent management. Okay, Well, you.

Know, before I hit record, I said to you guys,
I'm so excited listeners not I may get I don't know,
ten or twenty requests every week to be on my show.
That's not bragging or egos, just the truth. But when
I read your email, I told my assistant, I'm like,
(10:35):
I got to talk to these people. So let's get
into it. So for listeners, I want you to open
up your heart, open up your spirit. We're going to
be talking about knowing this or how can you not
be blindsided? Or can you receive divine dreams and tapping
to your intuition? So Nico, doctor Nick, Okay, tell me
(11:00):
about how you count this a wonderful, good looking man
thirty years ago? What was that like?
Speaker 6 (11:08):
Wow? Well, Michael was my sociology instructor and on the
very first day of class when he walked in, my
inner voice started screaming and shouting. And mind you, I
was twenty four at the time, Constance, and this guy
was twice my age at the time. Although the numbers
don't go in my favor as the years roll on,
(11:33):
Oh my god, but the inner voice said, you're gonna
marry this guy. He's your soulmate. And I was blown away,
but I knew I recognized truth in that. I ran home.
I told my roommate Heather, I'm going to marry this
guy in a heartbeat, and she thought I was nuts.
(11:53):
And then I knew. Holy Spirit said you be quiet, Nicole,
you don't say another word because people that don't understand,
they tend to squash our dreams and goals inadvertently with
their own doubts and questions. And so I knew it'd
be quiet, and I waited to the next semester and
I asked Michael out. And you know, ninety days we
(12:15):
were engaged, in nine months married, but we also had
dreams and signs along the way, and even before we met.
You know, Michael had that one dream before we met.
So you know, these tools have led us to this place, Constance.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
You know, I love this on Michael, what do you
think about our list? Professor Mike?
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Well? Interesting, interestingly enough, when Nicole asked me out, I
really didn't have a clue at that point. And she said, hey,
let me take you to I want to ask you
to lunch. Let's go to lunch. So I figured she
needed a letter of reference for graduate school, so I
was prepared for that. It's pretty common, a lot of
students asked for it. So we got to lunch and
(12:58):
I said, so, how can I be of service? What
can I do for you? And she said, well, I
thought we might date. I said what date? And she said, yeah, Hey,
what do we got to lose? Why don't we give
it a shot. I thought, this girl's got some guts,
all right. So we started dating, and one thing led
(13:19):
to another, and we went to suffer the next night,
and we were very quickly engaged and married with it
within nine months. But I had had a dream while
teaching that sociology class in Austin, Texas at a college.
I had a dream, a very vivid, clear dream, of
a girl with me in a chemistry class. We're in
(13:40):
the chemistry class together, and she was a studying to
be or becoming a personal trainer in the dream, and
her name was Nicole, and she looked like Nicole, and
she actually in the dream, I had written down that
she wore a purple dreas, and she actually one day
(14:03):
wore a purple dress to class, which triggered like whoa
deja vous, I've seen this before. I know this girl.
All that started going on. So luckily I journaled the
dream because I forgot the dream because they ask forward
three years who walks into my class? But the dream
girl the whole and I didn't remember the dream at
(14:26):
that time. But I eventually started having those deja vus
as flashes like wow, we've been here before. So that
triggered me.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
So you want to one who had the dream? You know,
before we got on this car, I said to myself,
God would not allow us and create us to be
on earth and keep stuff from us. There has to
be a knowing.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
You know.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
You know I've never had children, but why would I
would hold something from a child? I saw you do
saying write a doctor, Nick, what do you go? Ahead?
Speaker 6 (15:03):
Oh? Absolutely, we speak the same language here, Constance. I've
always said, you know, if you were going to make something,
you know, and you would want it to be all inclusive,
not needing to go outside for guidance. You know, you
would build it in this perfect manner and you know,
in His image if you will. So we've got the
(15:24):
perfection element and everything would be inside, you know, internal
the intuition. I always say constance. Even the atheist dreams
every night. In other words, regardless of one's faith or
lack thereof, everyone's had a dream, everyone's had a gut feeling,
and everyone's had a coincidence, you know, experience this type
(15:46):
of thing. And those are those three methods that are
universal between us.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
I love that. So let's talk about those three methods.
Speaker 6 (15:56):
Okay, well we'll jump right in with dreams.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
Okay, and dreams.
Speaker 1 (16:02):
When I had that dream, I hadn't paid just as
an aside, I didn't really pay much attention to my dreams.
It's like, Okay, that's a nightmare, or that's a dream,
it's just another dream. Once I had that dream and
I realized it confirmed where my life was going to
go with whom the actually had, the name of the girl,
(16:24):
what she looked like, what she was going to become
a personal trainer, and all that, it was like, oh
my God, I need to pay attention to dreams. It
comes from Holy I knew at that point it came
from a higher source. The Holy Spirit was showing me like,
if you'd wake up, Michael, pay attention to your dreams.
(16:44):
You're being guided in a divine sense every day with messages.
So that really changed the way I operated. I started
seeing dreams as divine guidance in that and really got
into dreams, earn lingham and following the message in the dreams.
And I've always found that they are really pure messages
(17:09):
for my daily guidance, to keep me on track, to
keep me from getting blindsided, to help me find the
one my soulmate. That's sort of thing. So yeah, dreams
were very important at that point.
Speaker 3 (17:22):
I love that I'm a big dreamer and believe and
have had many many times when the Holy Spirit has
spoken to me about an issue that I didn't know
the answer to. I remember one time I was gonna
lease this car back in the day, y'all. I didn't
have the money, and I'm like, where am I? And
I was going to meet the guy the next day,
(17:44):
and I'm like, I was so anxious, And I said,
Holy Spirit, speak to me in my dreams. That in
my dream what came to me was promisary. Note I
would have never thought of that in a mini I
don't even hardly use that word. So the next morning
I got up and I went to the we met
at the dealer. I said, would you take a promise
(18:04):
here and then he said, oh, no problem, my eyes
got bigger than what they are now, so so dreams.
And you said that we three components on the other one.
What's another one, doctor Nick?
Speaker 6 (18:16):
Your intuition, your gut feeling, and synchronicity or coincidence. But
we call them a sign, a sign from above, sign
from God.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
Yeah, So let's unpack intuition because how can listeners really
tap into that because would you guys say that that's happening,
God is signaling and and and kind of prompting us.
Are we ignoring that? What does that look like? And
how can listeners really tap into that?
Speaker 6 (18:49):
Yes, it goes on throughout the day for each of us,
and most people do overlook it because it's so subtle.
It's subtle, and it's it's it's real quick comes in
and most of us miss it because of the noise.
It's noisy these I mean, it's always been noisy, but
it's extra allowed these days with the scrolling and the
(19:11):
you know, just inundated with things as we live in
this modern age.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
And so it's.
Speaker 6 (19:18):
Really hard to discern that voice because it's so quiet
and quick. But the way that you know, the key
to all of this is to start tracking your data.
You track your data. You don't make life or death choices,
but you say, if I had a gut feeling, you note.
You know, you track your data, you note, you write
(19:39):
it down, and then you see how things turn out.
And then when you realize, oh my, my inner voice,
my intuition was right on the money. Then that's how
you build confidence and strength in using this tool, and
before too long, you're starting to rely on it. This
(20:00):
is really how the best way for the process to unfold.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
I love that, and so you know, so many people
are blindsided. Now you guys help people not to be blindsided.
We're gonna get into how you do that. But I
thought about you, doctor Nick, because I'm working with a
lot of content. They're life. Well, I've dated five guys
and I just had to get out there and date.
(20:26):
So people are dating on the websites, but then they're
blindsided by the real truth of who this person is.
Speaker 6 (20:34):
What would you say to that, Oh wow, and this
is this is just perfect because well, I would say,
you know, we've got to start paying attention, and it's
a crisis. This is why we started the institute because
it's a public epidemic getting blindsided. It's in the headlines
(20:55):
weekly from everyone from the President was blindsided to Benifleck
and a low And I could go down down the
down the street with with these headlines that are weekly,
the sports figures and they lost their contract and this happened,
and it goes on and on. But by starting to
pay attention, and we're going to give you know, your
audience before too long, we're going to share the best
(21:19):
technique for all of these things to turn on that discernment.
But but you know, let's go back real quick. Constance,
before I met Michael, I was dating someone. This is
in the nineties, right, this is before the internet, this
is before cell phones. I was dating someone for a
while and it was New Year's Eve, Constant and he said, okay,
(21:41):
I'll be I'll be back to pick you up in
a couple hours. I said, all right, great, and so
New Year's Eve comes and goes Constant and he never
shows up till this day, I've never spoken to this
person again. Okay. I was devastated, Constance. I was like,
is he alive? Is he dead? What happened? And again
(22:04):
there's there's no cell phones. There's no internet. There's just
house phones and and and yourself.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
Right.
Speaker 6 (22:11):
And so after four days of despair and tears and
not knowing, I have a dream. And in the dream
it's him with his with his kids and they're hand
in hand walking away from me. And when I woke up,
I knew what the message was. That he got back
(22:32):
with his family and was headed in another direction. Hey,
Holy Spirit, Gay was was so concerned for my well being.
And if we have any non believers, just go with
the word universe, your higher self. And it's really universal
that way. But that gave me that guidance for all
(22:52):
your daters. That's why I'm sharing the story, because we
are guided so beautifully on every topic, especially for the daters.
When Michael met me, he was dating four females silultaneously.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
And she looks so in a kick.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
A diversity. I'm just looking for diversity.
Speaker 6 (23:16):
He's the king of diversity.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
There you go.
Speaker 6 (23:20):
You know, he had just been blindsided by his first wife.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
With the divorce. You know, didn't see it coming.
Speaker 6 (23:26):
And when you're dating, you're really trying to find the one.
That's why it was like four people trying to trying
to find a good fit, and there was there just
wasn't a good fit out there. So so yeah, for
the daters, please pay attention to these tools. They will
guide you beautifully.
Speaker 3 (23:44):
Protesting Mike, what do you want to ask to what
she said? Anything?
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Yeah, it's interesting the reason that we do what we
do today and form the system of trust yourself, look
within yous dreams signs into it and it's automatic guidance.
It's there whether we're paying attention or not. In other words,
Holy Spirit or God or higher Self is really speaking
to us. I'm just not hearing it because I'm not listening.
(24:12):
And you know, when I was, I looked at the
stats on online dating because you were talking about it,
and eighty one percent this is nationally and eighty one
percent of the online daters lie, they bend, they manipulate
the truth. That's why so many people eighty one percent lying. Obviously,
(24:34):
you're going to get blindsided if you go into that noise.
So you know, how do you know? Because people will
ask us all the time, you know, Nick and Mike,
how do you how do you know? How do I
know this is the one? How do I know to
trust this person? How do I know to make this
move and in the stock market, or move to New
(24:55):
York or LA. I mean, I don't know. And that's
what we address with our tool. How to know really no,
not guests not be blindsided? So how to sidestep that adversity.
Speaker 3 (25:08):
I love this, so let's get it. Let's delve into
your tools. Can we really know and trust ourselves? How
would people begin to do that? I know you have
some gifts for them at the end, but what can
we share with them about that? Is that a system
that God has put into us? What would that look
and feel like for listeners?
Speaker 6 (25:29):
Okay, here's our let's get into the number one tool. Okay,
and okay, it's called we call it one magic word.
And oh the word has quite a history. The word
is hugh. Let's get ready to it. The word is hugh.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
H u h.
Speaker 6 (25:45):
I'll give you a demo.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
Okay and Hugh.
Speaker 6 (25:52):
On the exhil and repeat. You can do it out louder, silent,
eyes open or close. It's that user friendly and constance.
It comes from the word human. The word human actually
means god man, God within man. It's in the Oxford
(26:13):
English Dictionary. So then that we started doing all the
research on the word Hugh and the origin. We found
the word not just in the dictionary, but in fourteen
different religions and their sacred book. And in Egypt five
thousand years ago they used to hew from dusk until dawn.
So this tool is an ancient it's an ancient sacred
(26:36):
name for God that's universal. And then you know, you
start investigating and experimenting with things personally, for the for
your audience, for the listeners, because you don't want to
take our word for it. No, no, no, you want
to experience these things for yourself. You want to know,
as Michael said, how to know. So you start with
(26:59):
the Hugh. You do five minutes a day and it
turns up the volume constance on the voice, the voice
of spirit, the voice of the universe, the voice of
your higher self. And then you'll get some messages and
again you track your data and you see how things
turn out. And really that's the best way to get started.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
Absolutely, and yeah, just it's the deal is the Hue
actually turns on the system. Because a lot of people
we say, well, you know, pay attention to your dreams,
and their first response is, I can't remember my dreams.
And then if I do remember a dream, how do
I know what it means? And then a lot of
people say intuition. I followed it and I got blindsided. Well,
(27:41):
what they were doing is listening to the mind. The mind.
It's not the mind, it's not a thought. Intuition is
a feeling, a gut and it comes in the gut
or the heart area. That's intuition. Big difference, very subtle
or a sign. How do I see a sign out?
I don't see any signs. So when we hew, it's
the key a vibrational toning technique. Literally that turns on
(28:05):
the system. Because when we finish hewing, it's people will
say universe. Thousands of people say to us, oh my god.
I felt so tuned in. I could hear like the
inner voices for a change, I could hear inner music,
I could hear all kinds of stuff. They're really hearing
the voice of Holy Spirit and the system dreams signs
(28:25):
and into it, which is speaking to us twenty four seven.
Except I'm shut down, I'm silent. I don't hear a thing.
That's why the hue it turns it on. And it's
interesting because it's so simple two letters.
Speaker 3 (28:40):
People.
Speaker 1 (28:41):
A lot of people won't try it because they go
it sounds silly, it's too simple. It's the word that
created John One. One in the Bible in the beginning
was the word. The word was with God, the word
was God. Because I used to ask the Jesuits when
I was studying with them. They all had their PhDs,
they were all super smart, and I'd said, Father, what
(29:02):
what is that word? Come on, you should know you
got all these fet and they always wouldn't, like, I
don't know. So I'm looking for what is the word?
And what eventually I found was it's Hugh. And when
we have that, we have the most powerful word in
the universe. It created everything. Holy Spirit, God, God use
(29:23):
that to create the universe. Think about how powerful that
is and what you could do with it. That's why
we share it with people. If we do nothing else,
we share one magic word, the you, because that changes
lives instantly. Now it doesn't take ten years of therapy
or a year of therapy, it'll change it within minutes. Boom.
(29:46):
So there's for you.
Speaker 3 (29:48):
And so it's kind of like be still and no.
I heard doctor Michael Beg was saying the low whispering
broadcasting of the spirit that's trying to share with us,
and so we when we do Hugh, does that like
put us in the data state where we're relaxed and
(30:08):
we're more open to receive and hear what this totally
spirit is saying to us.
Speaker 6 (30:14):
Oh, Constance, I'm so glad you mentioned that. With our
thirty years of research, we have tested the hue up
against all the words, the OHM, this, that and the other.
We've done the EEG testing, wock meter testing, and you
know the cool thing, it not only puts us in
the FATA state, but it actually enhances all the states
(30:35):
the beta of the universally simultaneously.
Speaker 3 (30:39):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (30:40):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So what we found is it
it crosses and enhances the left and the right hemisphere simultaneously,
creating such a coherence that it just forces the it
you know, encapsulates the whole brain thinking. So you've got

the heightened heightened awareness, the heightened wisdom, knowledge and activated
as Michael mentioned, the activator. So so yeah.
Speaker 3 (31:11):
I mean, and that's exciting. I love that you guys
have done the research and attached it to the spirit.
That's that's that's powerful and what people need because a
lot of people say that's kind of woo woo, but
when you have the research behind it. When I started
doing this show seventeen years ago, what the spirit spoke
(31:34):
to me was, I want you to marriage or teach
spirit science and just the universal laws. And so I
love what you guys are really doing. What else can
you share with listeners about knowing this or tapping into
that intuition and or dreamed?
Speaker 6 (31:55):
Well, let's do a couple of stories, because think so beautifully.
You know, we were teaching and we were doing a
dream workshop and we had you know, the audience, and
then we do dream decoding with everyone live dreams. And
the one client she had poor health for years and
all the testing and different doctors and no answers, no answers,
(32:20):
but she comes and she's like, this dream, this recurring dream.
I have the letters p B like peanut butter, peb.
And Michael says, well, that's the element symbol for lead.
Your dream is showing you lead toxicity. So she went
and had the tests for lead toxicity. She went, hey,
(32:42):
what's up? I think this is the culprit. Sure enough,
she was toxic with the lead. There was the solution
from her higher self or holy spirit, and she was
able to take corrective action just like that. But you know,
that dream was recurring for a long time, and we
overlook that data and so and there it was the
(33:04):
whole time, as far and above you know, a doctor's
recommendation or test results. You know, there's nothing higher than
that knowingness from Holy Spirit, which is part of us
not you know, it's it's all one. So when you start,
it's like learning a different language. When you start using
the language of Holy Spirit, then you are just strapped.
Speaker 1 (33:28):
Which yeah, and that's that's a good way. That's a
good way of stating it. Actually, and it's the difference
is if I had to summarize it. I was thinking
about it this morning when I was thinking about coming
on the show, I was thinking, really, it's when we
look at the parts like we go to that we
go to the doctors and the white coats and the
(33:49):
experts and the politicians, and we still get blindsided. Why
because they don't know and why because we're looking outside
of ourselves. Yes, and that's where the parts and that's
where the errors are. When we look within ourselves, we
look within look in a mirror like purpose, you know,
putting purpose in your life. And I thought about it,
(34:11):
and I thought, we are the purpose. We are the purpose.
In other words, we are at the center of everything.
And that system runs twenty four to seven and it
runs on autopilot, and we tap into it through dreams, signs, intuition,
and vibrational toning technique with Hugh, and we've got all
(34:32):
the truth we need within. When I ask a question,
I don't care what it is, whether I should move
or invest in the stock, or is date that person?
Are they my soul? As soon as I ask the question,
within the question is the answer. If I'm just silent, relax, breathe,
(34:53):
and hue for a few minutes, I'll know it's like
a feeling, I'll come through. That's the answer. And that
is the way I've found that mechanically and vibrationally, even
at a quantum physics level, everything is structured that way.
So I can't ask a question without immediately getting the
(35:15):
answer if I look within. It reminded me of the
Bible story where the Pharisees were hassling Jesus. They were
trying to get him into a cage of some sort,
and they said, so where is heaven? And they figured
he had really screw up the answer, and he said
(35:35):
Kingdom of Heaven is within, and that really threw them.
They went, what, Yeah, what did he say? It was
so far beyond them they didn't even get it. It
was like what And there in lies the truth. It's
within all of this. It's within, not out there in
the experts and the white coats and that, you know,
the politics knew it's within.
Speaker 3 (35:56):
So I love those stories, and you know, I'm thinking
of my own life, the house that I'm in now.
I've been blessed to live in beautiful homes, but my
my bfluh. She said, Constance, you need to move. You
need to move on outside of town and come on
from the north side. And I'm like, nah, I'm gonna
stay on the north side. So she found this community
(36:18):
that I'm in, and so we went to three different houses.
I'm not, nah, that's not it. No, that'sn't it. When
I walked in this house, kind of like you and Nico,
I walked in, I said this, and so it was
years later, I mean, you know, just the style of it.
It was years later. I was walking in my neighborhood
(36:41):
and one of the neighbors he wanted the guys. You know,
every time you see me conscience, you always walk more
than any of it. And I'm like, yeah, yeah, he
said it might be because you got the biggest house
in the neighborhood. I'm like, the big I didn't know this.
I'm like, the biggest house in the neighborhood. Why you
keep saying that? Another year goes by and somebody else
(37:02):
says it to me, But this is what the spirit
said to me. You didn't know it. But because your
faith in me is so big, your thinking is so big,
your belief is so big, you had to attract that.
So it doesn't have anything to do with the bigness
of the house. Necessarily, it's who I am on the inside.
(37:22):
Like Professor Mike said, Yes.
Speaker 6 (37:26):
The house is a reflection of you and your state
of consciousness.
Speaker 3 (37:29):
Yeah, yeah, I love that. I love that. And so
people are going outside, and how else can we redirect
them that knowingness, that intuition is inside? What other insight
techniques do y'all have? Y'all full of wisdom, So we're
gonna get some today, okay.
Speaker 6 (37:49):
And you know, the house, it reminds me of this
fabulous story, your home, your story when we lived in Phoenix.
We tend to move a lot. So when we lived
in Phoenix, a friend of ours woke d she called.
She said, Nicole, my palm tree is laying on my
im in the front in the front yard, not the
(38:09):
lawn because there ain't no grass over there, but my
palm tree is laying down. She goes, what do you
make of it? And I said, your life's about to
be uprooted in passion. It doesn't mean negative, it could
be positive, I said, So just kind of start paying attention.
And then just a couple days later her husband had
(38:29):
an offer, saying company but a different role in the company,
and within one month they moved across the country constance.
So that was a sign. And then we decoded the
sign properly, and then they waited to see how it
turned out. And see, that's the thing. Most people would
have disregarded that, not knowing there's a message with a
(38:52):
palm tree. That sounds crazy, right, but here it is.
How do you know if there's a message. This is
regarding signs and things, because it's not just like my
shoes untied. Oh what's the message? No, no, no, no,
it's very specific. There's two things if there's a coincidence
she simultaneous events, there's a message, or if something is
(39:16):
so bizarre it catches your attention. And because it did,
that's how you know there's a message attached. So with
her with a palm tree that is too bizarre, there
wasn't a storm. She wakes up the trees laying down,
so she knew caught her attention. Then you interpret it,
you decode it and take it a step further that way,
(39:36):
so for and start tracking the data, folks, because we
don't know how the things turn out. You know, you
track your data and then you, like I said, you
get confident and comfortable and you start using your own
interpretations of what things mean to you, like with your
big state of consciousness is reflected in the big home
(39:57):
and putting the pieces together that way, the inner you
know as above so below and the inner is you know,
a reflection of the outer. So that's that's the way
to go.
Speaker 3 (40:08):
Yeah, and so Professor Max, So when people say, well,
you know, I had a dream, but what does that mean?
Or are they afraid to really trust their own intuition?
It sounds like that when you are tracking your data,
are you kind of writing down. Okay, in August, I
(40:28):
dream this and then are you connecting the pieces? What
would that look like for listeners?
Speaker 1 (40:34):
Michael, it would look like everything is really there for us.
Maybe it's a sign like Nicole was talking about words,
it's synchronicity. And I'm thinking about going back to school.
I'm thinking why it's time to go back to school?
And then I turn on my rad car radio and
the DJ says, hey, put some class in your life.
Try going back to school. And then I see a
(40:56):
sign that talks about It's like whoa. That is a
message to me confirming what I was wondering. And it's
interesting it comes through dreams, signs, or intuition. A quick story.
When I was I hadn't thought of this in a
long time, but this morning I thought about it. I
was went into the military and at Vietnam time, it
(41:18):
was you know, late sixty like sixty eight sixty nine,
and I was shipped over to Vietnam and I was
waiting to get the orders as to where I was
going to go. And I was in the artillery, not
the infantry, so I probably wouldn't be in direct combat.
But I've made a firebase shooting the big guns. Anyway,
(41:40):
I met a captain. We had breakfast together. He was
chit chatting and we were talking about our past and
he said, hey, why don't you come on over to
the infantry, Mike and joined the infantry and he said,
we're going to do a lot of different stuff. And
he said, I worked with jag judge advocate general. You
can travel the country, but you'll be out in the
field and the infantry in combat for a while. And
(42:01):
you know what, I said, Uh, let me think about that.
And the next day we met again, and I had
a dream that night showing me going I was in
the infantry, and when I woke up and thought about it,
I had a gut feeling like that felt right, like
the path. It just felt right in my gut. So
I went ahead and told him okay, he had the
(42:22):
orders cut. I went into the infantry and my buddy
who I was with I went over there with. He said,
are you crazy, Mike? Your life expectancy just went down
to a day or two. You're going to die, and
dying you're in the image. You'll be out there shooting
in the field. I went in and what happened was
when the big ted defensive came down in the north Vietnamese.
(42:43):
The bad guys came down. They we were getting ready
to have a big firefight. There was thousands of soldiers.
They went around us for the very first time, I
voiced us. Went down and over ran the firebase that
I would have been stationed at, and everybody but two
people got killed. They killed all the soldiers, which is
highly unusual. One of the guys who lived was my buddy.
(43:06):
He had gotten shot. They thought he was dead. They
let him be. He he was down to the hospital.
So I went in country down to the hospital to
see him. When when I walked in, the first thing
he said was, how the hell did you know? How
did you know? I got shot? I'm in a firebase.
You're supposed to get shot. You're in the infantry. They
(43:29):
avoided you. They came down and shot me. How you knew?
How did you know? And I just said it. I
can't help it if I'm lucky. He wasn't ready for it.
He wasn't ready for the truth of dreams.
Speaker 3 (43:41):
But the real truth about what Yeah, so.
Speaker 1 (43:45):
You know, that's that's how it rolls.
Speaker 3 (43:47):
So this is a great twol that people can tap into,
right now with all of the uncertainty and the job market,
maybe they've been down size fired. Woo am I Now
all of the systems that we've known are no longer there.
(44:07):
How can people who are trying to figure out what's
my next career move? What about my business parents? How
can they use this? All?
Speaker 6 (44:18):
Right, constance, let's get granular, let's get methodical. Okay, last
thing is to grab a journal. Get a journal. Something
cool is good because then you kind of makes you
happy when you look at it. But regardless, get some paper,
get a pen. We're old school here, and several things.
It's a dream, and you remember your dream, you know,
(44:40):
you write the dream down, then you interpret the dream
through simple methodology. What was on my mind yesterday? And
what does the dream symbol mean to me? I'll give
you a quick example. Two people dream of water one person.
One person loves scuba diving. The other person almost drowned
(45:01):
a year ago. So water means very different things to
these two people. One it means love, a great joy,
the other could mean fear. Right, So the dreams mean
different things. That don't bother with a dream dictionary. No,
they're no good, no good, no good. So you log
your data and you give it the date. The date
(45:22):
you had this dream is imperative because we have a
method called dream tracking, and so every quarter you go
back and you look at your data that you wrote down,
and then you see how your life turned out. This
is in the beginning stages, you know, because you're tracking
data to see how things. Is this real?
Speaker 3 (45:43):
You know?
Speaker 6 (45:43):
Can I take this to the bank, so to speak?
And then the outcomes start unraveling, And so that's the
best way you get your journal. You log the date,
you log your data. If it's a dream, you ask yourself,
you know, what was on my mind yesterday? Because it's
directly related, and what is the dream symbol? What does
that mean to me? And that's how you that's the
(46:04):
best and quickest way to interpret any dream. And the
same with the sign. If it's a if a coincidence
occurred or something totally bizarre caught your attention, there's the
message and it's really the same way. What was I
wondering about? And what are those things mean to me? Okay?
And again you track that data pen and paper and
(46:26):
quarterly you review. You know, you could review more often,
but quarterly is good. And the pen and the paper
because it's right here, right here in front of you.
If you do that stuff on your phone, oh you
don't know day to day and you've got to go back.
But if it's on the paper right here, and you
(46:47):
highlight your meaning what you thought it meant. As you're
flipping through the pages, you see the dates and you
see the one liner definition. So that's the best way
to do this thing, to get rolling, to get comfortable.
Now back to a question you said, like, how do
I know should I change the job? Should I move?
This type of thing you can ask before you go
(47:09):
to sleep, constance. You can literally ask who are we asking? Well,
you know, in my opinion, it's Holy Spirit, absolutely, you know,
for the non believers, the universe, your higher self, you know, regardless,
track your data, get your data. And the minute we
(47:30):
asked the question, we're given. We're given, given the insight
and given that wisdom. But it's on autopilot. This is
the thing. People don't realize that autopilot's twenty four to
seven dreams when you're sleeping, signs an intuition when you're awake.
And I have the coolest work story for you. Okay,
(47:51):
so I just started a job, you know, with therapy.
I've been working with clients for years doing therapy outs.
Blah blah blah. So this place called Apex, we start
working together. That day I signed the contract and I'm
driving down the street here in Detroit, and there's a
(48:12):
business the same name, Apex, and their sign is on
the ground leaning against the building, like their signing fell down.
And so the minute I noticed that this is a
bizarre thing, right, the inner voice says, you're not gonna
be at this job very long, Nicole. And so here
(48:35):
we go. I said, interesting, thank you, Holy Spirit, thank
you high yourself. It was two No, it was three months,
and the job ended in three months. Done, so I
was prepared. When it ended in three months, I was
not shocked or stunned or sad or blindsided. I was like, yes,
(48:55):
Holy Spirit rocked it again.
Speaker 3 (48:58):
I love that. You know, this just came to my mind. God,
we got about five minutes. I hadn't thought about this
in decades before I got married. I'm divorced. Before I
got married, I was my my ex husband. He's made
his transition. He was in seminary kind of like you
(49:19):
here I am in graduate school. He robbed the cradle
and Nicole, if you know what I mean. He couldn't
help hisself. But before I got married, this voice and
so he was like my mentor, my pastor, if you
get where I'm coming from. I had a dream two
days before I got married that said don't do that,
(49:41):
don't marry But and I told him, I said I
had a dream and he said, oh, he said that
wasn't nobody but the enemy trying to keep us apart.
Because I trusted him so much, he was the authority,
my mentor. I disregarded that dream because I didn't trust
(50:04):
my own intuition. But it wasn't nothing but the Holy
Spirit speaking to me doing that. I just hadn't thought
of there in decades. So I'm gonna live in witness
to my listeners that the Spirit is always on your
side and really has your back. So, guys, we got
(50:26):
five minutes left. What do you want to say to
the world? Some takeaways, and then we're gonna talk about
how can they reach you work with you. I gotta
have y'all back for part two already, see that. So,
Professor Mike, what do you want to say to the world.
Speaker 1 (50:43):
Just real quick? If they do nothing else, Hugh, start
hewing Hu here just every day for a minute or two,
up to twenty minutes, and you will notice the change.
You'll be able to hear that inner voice, you'll feel
your intuition, your dreams will begin to light up. If
(51:05):
you're hwe just before you fall asleep for a minute,
only a minute. It changes the channel inwardly and it's
a vibrational toning technique that works really at a quantum
level and it's never, never not worked. So that's it.
I'd say, start hewing to change your life.
Speaker 6 (51:25):
Well, you stole mine. And again I'll add to that
with eyes open or closed out, loud or silent, and
even while you're doing the dishes in the shower or
driving the car, so it's user friendly. I just really
want to get that part out there. It sounds silly
and it sounds too simple, and that's why most people
(51:48):
they overlook it. But we say, no, no, no, no.
If God or even yourself you were going to construct something,
you would make it super simple. If it could be
and you eat and it's free, what could be more
perfect than that? And you know, we also want to say,
you know it is trust yourself, but sometimes you know
(52:09):
Holy Spirit will say, you know, you need to talk
to Sue. Go talk to Sue, because Sue is the answer.
So that divine guidance is is is you know throughout
it's not just limited, it is not limited in any capacity.
And oh the law of silence though you're talking about
(52:32):
the spiritual laws constants, if I could say one other
thing real quick, it's to be quiet so we can listen,
so we can hear, and so we don't have that
outer interference from the negative people, the naysayers, the haters.
You got to keep your stuff to yourself. Then you
talk about it later if you want later, later, later, Yeah, I.
Speaker 3 (52:57):

in Paris and in France, and just to say, are
you okay? So in the midst of a lot of
stuff happening globally, a lot of stuff happening in the US,

how are you feeling? You know, how is all of
this impacting you emotionally? Some of you have reached out
to me, and I'm going to say, if you're feeling stuck,
you know, in the area of your way, I'm gonna say,
first of all, you need to focus in on your
(03:48):
own intentions. What has God called you to be and
to do for this season in your life? So certainly
be aware. Then refocus in on who you are and
what has God called you to be and to do. So.
Somebody emailed me this week and said, will they're really
feeling stuck around their weight and they've just been trying
(04:12):
for years. Somebody else says that they feel so all alone.
They are empty nester big o'd house, the kids are gone,
she's divorced. Who am I now it's a new identity,
and then a lot of people are just fearful about
their future, about what's happening, etc. And I'm going to
(04:36):
really suggest that you schedule a complementary discovery coaching call
with me because it is during difficult times, times of uncertainty,
times of transition, times of disruption, anybody experiencing any of

that that you really need professional I know I have

I'm so excited listeners not I may get I don't know,
ten or twenty requests every week to be on my show.
That's not bragging or egos, just the truth. But when
I read your email, I told my assistant, I'm like,

I got to talk to these people. So let's get
into it. So for listeners, I want you to open
up your heart, open up your spirit. We're going to
be talking about knowing this or how can you not
be blindsided? Or can you receive divine dreams and tapping
to your intuition? So Nico, doctor Nick, Okay, tell me
(11:00):
about how you count this a wonderful, good looking man
thirty years ago? What was that like?
Speaker 6 (11:08):
Wow? Well, Michael was my sociology instructor and on the
very first day of class when he walked in, my
inner voice started screaming and shouting. And mind you, I
was twenty four at the time, Constance, and this guy
was twice my age at the time. Although the numbers
don't go in my favor as the years roll on,
(11:33):
Oh my god, but the inner voice said, you're gonna
marry this guy. He's your soulmate. And I was blown away,
but I knew I recognized truth in that. I ran home.
I told my roommate Heather, I'm going to marry this
guy in a heartbeat, and she thought I was nuts.
(11:53):
And then I knew. Holy Spirit said you be quiet, Nicole,
you don't say another word because people that don't understand,
they tend to squash our dreams and goals inadvertently with
their own doubts and questions. And so I knew it'd
be quiet, and I waited to the next semester and
I asked Michael out. And you know, ninety days we
(12:15):
were engaged, in nine months married, but we also had
dreams and signs along the way, and even before we met.
You know, Michael had that one dream before we met.
So you know, these tools have led us to this place, Constance.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
You know, I love this on Michael, what do you
think about our list? Professor Mike?
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Well? Interesting, interestingly enough, when Nicole asked me out, I
really didn't have a clue at that point. And she said, hey,
let me take you to I want to ask you
to lunch. Let's go to lunch. So I figured she
needed a letter of reference for graduate school, so I
was prepared for that. It's pretty common, a lot of
students asked for it. So we got to lunch and
(12:58):
I said, so, how can I be of service? What
can I do for you? And she said, well, I
thought we might date. I said what date? And she said, yeah, Hey,
what do we got to lose? Why don't we give
it a shot. I thought, this girl's got some guts,
all right. So we started dating, and one thing led
(13:19):
to another, and we went to suffer the next night,
and we were very quickly engaged and married with it
within nine months. But I had had a dream while
teaching that sociology class in Austin, Texas at a college.
I had a dream, a very vivid, clear dream, of
a girl with me in a chemistry class. We're in
(13:40):
the chemistry class together, and she was a studying to
be or becoming a personal trainer in the dream, and
her name was Nicole, and she looked like Nicole, and
she actually in the dream, I had written down that
she wore a purple dreas, and she actually one day
(14:03):
wore a purple dress to class, which triggered like whoa
deja vous, I've seen this before. I know this girl.
All that started going on. So luckily I journaled the
dream because I forgot the dream because they ask forward
three years who walks into my class? But the dream
girl the whole and I didn't remember the dream at
(14:26):
that time. But I eventually started having those deja vus
as flashes like wow, we've been here before. So that
triggered me.
Speaker 3 (14:35):
So you want to one who had the dream? You know,
before we got on this car, I said to myself,
God would not allow us and create us to be
on earth and keep stuff from us. There has to
be a knowing.
Speaker 1 (14:52):
You know.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
You know I've never had children, but why would I
would hold something from a child? I saw you do
saying write a doctor, Nick, what do you go? Ahead?
Speaker 6 (15:03):
Oh? Absolutely, we speak the same language here, Constance. I've
always said, you know, if you were going to make something,
you know, and you would want it to be all inclusive,
not needing to go outside for guidance. You know, you
would build it in this perfect manner and you know,
in His image if you will. So we've got the
(15:24):
perfection element and everything would be inside, you know, internal
the intuition. I always say constance. Even the atheist dreams
every night. In other words, regardless of one's faith or
lack thereof, everyone's had a dream, everyone's had a gut feeling,
and everyone's had a coincidence, you know, experience this type
(15:46):
of thing. And those are those three methods that are
universal between us.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
I love that. So let's talk about those three methods.
Speaker 6 (15:56):
Okay, well we'll jump right in with dreams.
Speaker 3 (16:00):
Okay, and dreams.
Speaker 1 (16:02):
When I had that dream, I hadn't paid just as
an aside, I didn't really pay much attention to my dreams.
It's like, Okay, that's a nightmare, or that's a dream,
it's just another dream. Once I had that dream and
I realized it confirmed where my life was going to
go with whom the actually had, the name of the girl,
(16:24):
what she looked like, what she was going to become
a personal trainer, and all that, it was like, oh
my God, I need to pay attention to dreams. It
comes from Holy I knew at that point it came
from a higher source. The Holy Spirit was showing me like,
if you'd wake up, Michael, pay attention to your dreams.
(16:44):
You're being guided in a divine sense every day with messages.
So that really changed the way I operated. I started
seeing dreams as divine guidance in that and really got
into dreams, earn lingham and following the message in the dreams.
And I've always found that they are really pure messages
(17:09):
for my daily guidance, to keep me on track, to
keep me from getting blindsided, to help me find the
one my soulmate. That's sort of thing. So yeah, dreams
were very important at that point.
Speaker 3 (17:22):
I love that I'm a big dreamer and believe and
have had many many times when the Holy Spirit has
spoken to me about an issue that I didn't know
the answer to. I remember one time I was gonna
lease this car back in the day, y'all. I didn't
have the money, and I'm like, where am I? And
I was going to meet the guy the next day,
(17:44):
and I'm like, I was so anxious, And I said,
Holy Spirit, speak to me in my dreams. That in
my dream what came to me was promisary. Note I
would have never thought of that in a mini I
don't even hardly use that word. So the next morning
I got up and I went to the we met
at the dealer. I said, would you take a promise
(18:04):
here and then he said, oh, no problem, my eyes
got bigger than what they are now, so so dreams.
And you said that we three components on the other one.
What's another one, doctor Nick?
Speaker 6 (18:16):
Your intuition, your gut feeling, and synchronicity or coincidence. But
we call them a sign, a sign from above, sign
from God.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
Yeah, So let's unpack intuition because how can listeners really
tap into that because would you guys say that that's happening,
God is signaling and and and kind of prompting us.
Are we ignoring that? What does that look like? And
how can listeners really tap into that?
Speaker 6 (18:49):
Yes, it goes on throughout the day for each of us,
and most people do overlook it because it's so subtle.
It's subtle, and it's it's it's real quick comes in
and most of us miss it because of the noise.
It's noisy these I mean, it's always been noisy, but
it's extra allowed these days with the scrolling and the
(19:11):
you know, just inundated with things as we live in
this modern age.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
And so it's.
Speaker 6 (19:18):
Really hard to discern that voice because it's so quiet
and quick. But the way that you know, the key
to all of this is to start tracking your data.
You track your data. You don't make life or death choices,
but you say, if I had a gut feeling, you note.
You know, you track your data, you note, you write
(19:39):
it down, and then you see how things turn out.
And then when you realize, oh my, my inner voice,
my intuition was right on the money. Then that's how
you build confidence and strength in using this tool, and
before too long, you're starting to rely on it. This
(20:00):
is really how the best way for the process to unfold.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
I love that, and so you know, so many people
are blindsided. Now you guys help people not to be blindsided.
We're gonna get into how you do that. But I
thought about you, doctor Nick, because I'm working with a
lot of content. They're life. Well, I've dated five guys
and I just had to get out there and date.
(20:26):
So people are dating on the websites, but then they're
blindsided by the real truth of who this person is.
Speaker 6 (20:34):
What would you say to that, Oh wow, and this
is this is just perfect because well, I would say,
you know, we've got to start paying attention, and it's
a crisis. This is why we started the institute because
it's a public epidemic getting blindsided. It's in the headlines
(20:55):
weekly from everyone from the President was blindsided to Benifleck
and a low And I could go down down the
down the street with with these headlines that are weekly,
the sports figures and they lost their contract and this happened,
and it goes on and on. But by starting to
pay attention, and we're going to give you know, your
audience before too long, we're going to share the best
(21:19):
technique for all of these things to turn on that discernment.
But but you know, let's go back real quick. Constance,
before I met Michael, I was dating someone. This is
in the nineties, right, this is before the internet, this
is before cell phones. I was dating someone for a
while and it was New Year's Eve, Constant and he said, okay,
(21:41):
I'll be I'll be back to pick you up in
a couple hours. I said, all right, great, and so
New Year's Eve comes and goes Constant and he never
shows up till this day, I've never spoken to this
person again. Okay. I was devastated, Constance. I was like,
is he alive? Is he dead? What happened? And again
(22:04):
there's there's no cell phones. There's no internet. There's just
house phones and and and yourself.
Speaker 3 (22:10):
Right.
Speaker 6 (22:11):
And so after four days of despair and tears and
not knowing, I have a dream. And in the dream
it's him with his with his kids and they're hand
in hand walking away from me. And when I woke up,
I knew what the message was. That he got back
(22:32):
with his family and was headed in another direction. Hey,
Holy Spirit, Gay was was so concerned for my well being.
And if we have any non believers, just go with
the word universe, your higher self. And it's really universal
that way. But that gave me that guidance for all
(22:52):
your daters. That's why I'm sharing the story, because we
are guided so beautifully on every topic, especially for the daters.
When Michael met me, he was dating four females silultaneously.
Speaker 3 (23:07):
And she looks so in a kick.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
A diversity. I'm just looking for diversity.
Speaker 6 (23:16):
He's the king of diversity.
Speaker 1 (23:18):

You know, he had just been blindsided by his first wife.
Speaker 1 (23:23):
With the divorce. You know, didn't see it coming.
Speaker 6 (23:26):
And when you're dating, you're really trying to find the one.
That's why it was like four people trying to trying
to find a good fit, and there was there just
wasn't a good fit out there. So so yeah, for
the daters, please pay attention to these tools. They will
guide you beautifully.
Speaker 3 (23:44):
Protesting Mike, what do you want to ask to what
she said? Anything?
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Yeah, it's interesting the reason that we do what we
do today and form the system of trust yourself, look
within yous dreams signs into it and it's automatic guidance.
It's there whether we're paying attention or not. In other words,
Holy Spirit or God or higher Self is really speaking
to us. I'm just not hearing it because I'm not listening.
(24:12):
And you know, when I was, I looked at the
stats on online dating because you were talking about it,
and eighty one percent this is nationally and eighty one
percent of the online daters lie, they bend, they manipulate
the truth. That's why so many people eighty one percent lying. Obviously,
(24:34):
you're going to get blindsided if you go into that noise.
So you know, how do you know? Because people will
ask us all the time, you know, Nick and Mike,
how do you how do you know? How do I
know this is the one? How do I know to
trust this person? How do I know to make this
move and in the stock market, or move to New
(24:55):
York or LA. I mean, I don't know. And that's
what we address with our tool. How to know really no,
not guests not be blindsided? So how to sidestep that adversity.
Speaker 3 (25:08):
I love this, so let's get it. Let's delve into
your tools. Can we really know and trust ourselves? How
would people begin to do that? I know you have
some gifts for them at the end, but what can
we share with them about that? Is that a system
that God has put into us? What would that look
and feel like for listeners?
Speaker 6 (25:29):
Okay, here's our let's get into the number one tool. Okay,
and okay, it's called we call it one magic word.
And oh the word has quite a history. The word
is hugh. Let's get ready to it. The word is hugh.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
H u h.
Speaker 6 (25:45):
I'll give you a demo.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
Okay and Hugh.
Speaker 6 (25:52):
On the exhil and repeat. You can do it out louder, silent,
eyes open or close. It's that user friendly and constance.
It comes from the word human. The word human actually
means god man, God within man. It's in the Oxford
(26:13):
English Dictionary. So then that we started doing all the
research on the word Hugh and the origin. We found
the word not just in the dictionary, but in fourteen
different religions and their sacred book. And in Egypt five
thousand years ago they used to hew from dusk until dawn.
So this tool is an ancient it's an ancient sacred
(26:36):
name for God that's universal. And then you know, you
start investigating and experimenting with things personally, for the for
your audience, for the listeners, because you don't want to
take our word for it. No, no, no, you want
to experience these things for yourself. You want to know,
as Michael said, how to know. So you start with
(26:59):
the Hugh. You do five minutes a day and it
turns up the volume constance on the voice, the voice
of spirit, the voice of the universe, the voice of
your higher self. And then you'll get some messages and
again you track your data and you see how things
turn out. And really that's the best way to get started.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
Absolutely, and yeah, just it's the deal is the Hue
actually turns on the system. Because a lot of people
we say, well, you know, pay attention to your dreams,
and their first response is, I can't remember my dreams.
And then if I do remember a dream, how do
I know what it means? And then a lot of
people say intuition. I followed it and I got blindsided. Well,
(27:41):
what they were doing is listening to the mind. The mind.
It's not the mind, it's not a thought. Intuition is
a feeling, a gut and it comes in the gut
or the heart area. That's intuition. Big difference, very subtle
or a sign. How do I see a sign out?
I don't see any signs. So when we hew, it's
the key a vibrational toning technique. Literally that turns on
(28:05):
the system. Because when we finish hewing, it's people will
say universe. Thousands of people say to us, oh my god.
I felt so tuned in. I could hear like the
inner voices for a change, I could hear inner music,
I could hear all kinds of stuff. They're really hearing
the voice of Holy Spirit and the system dreams signs
(28:25):
and into it, which is speaking to us twenty four seven.
Except I'm shut down, I'm silent. I don't hear a thing.
That's why the hue it turns it on. And it's
interesting because it's so simple two letters.

People.
Speaker 1 (28:41):
A lot of people won't try it because they go
it sounds silly, it's too simple. It's the word that
created John One. One in the Bible in the beginning
was the word. The word was with God, the word
was God. Because I used to ask the Jesuits when
I was studying with them. They all had their PhDs,
they were all super smart, and I'd said, Father, what
(29:02):
what is that word? Come on, you should know you
got all these fet and they always wouldn't, like, I
don't know. So I'm looking for what is the word?
And what eventually I found was it's Hugh. And when
we have that, we have the most powerful word in
the universe. It created everything. Holy Spirit, God, God use
(29:23):
that to create the universe. Think about how powerful that
is and what you could do with it. That's why
we share it with people. If we do nothing else,
we share one magic word, the you, because that changes
lives instantly. Now it doesn't take ten years of therapy
or a year of therapy, it'll change it within minutes. Boom.
(29:46):
So there's for you.
Speaker 3 (29:48):
And so it's kind of like be still and no.
I heard doctor Michael Beg was saying the low whispering
broadcasting of the spirit that's trying to share with us,
and so we when we do Hugh, does that like
put us in the data state where we're relaxed and
(30:08):
we're more open to receive and hear what this totally
spirit is saying to us.
Speaker 6 (30:14):
Oh, Constance, I'm so glad you mentioned that. With our
thirty years of research, we have tested the hue up
against all the words, the OHM, this, that and the other.
We've done the EEG testing, wock meter testing, and you
know the cool thing, it not only puts us in
the FATA state, but it actually enhances all the states
(30:35):
the beta of the universally simultaneously.
Speaker 3 (30:39):
Wow.
Speaker 6 (30:40):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So what we found is it
it crosses and enhances the left and the right hemisphere simultaneously,
creating such a coherence that it just forces the it
you know, encapsulates the whole brain thinking. So you've got

the heightened heightened awareness, the heightened wisdom, knowledge and activated
as Michael mentioned, the activator. So so yeah.

I mean, and that's exciting. I love that you guys
have done the research and attached it to the spirit.
That's that's that's powerful and what people need because a
lot of people say that's kind of woo woo, but
when you have the research behind it. When I started
doing this show seventeen years ago, what the spirit spoke
(31:34):
to me was, I want you to marriage or teach
spirit science and just the universal laws. And so I
love what you guys are really doing. What else can
you share with listeners about knowing this or tapping into
that intuition and or dreamed?
Speaker 6 (31:55):
Well, let's do a couple of stories, because think so beautifully.
You know, we were teaching and we were doing a
dream workshop and we had you know, the audience, and
then we do dream decoding with everyone live dreams. And
the one client she had poor health for years and
all the testing and different doctors and no answers, no answers,
(32:20):
but she comes and she's like, this dream, this recurring dream.
I have the letters p B like peanut butter, peb.
And Michael says, well, that's the element symbol for lead.
Your dream is showing you lead toxicity. So she went
and had the tests for lead toxicity. She went, hey,
(32:42):
what's up? I think this is the culprit. Sure enough,
she was toxic with the lead. There was the solution
from her higher self or holy spirit, and she was
able to take corrective action just like that. But you know,
that dream was recurring for a long time, and we
overlook that data and so and there it was the
(33:04):
whole time, as far and above you know, a doctor's
recommendation or test results. You know, there's nothing higher than
that knowingness from Holy Spirit, which is part of us
not you know, it's it's all one. So when you start,
it's like learning a different language. When you start using
the language of Holy Spirit, then you are just strapped.
Speaker 1 (33:28):
Which yeah, and that's that's a good way. That's a
good way of stating it. Actually, and it's the difference
is if I had to summarize it. I was thinking
about it this morning when I was thinking about coming
on the show, I was thinking, really, it's when we
look at the parts like we go to that we
go to the doctors and the white coats and the
(33:49):
experts and the politicians, and we still get blindsided. Why
because they don't know and why because we're looking outside
of ourselves. Yes, and that's where the parts and that's
where the errors are. When we look within ourselves, we
look within look in a mirror like purpose, you know,
putting purpose in your life. And I thought about it,
(34:11):
and I thought, we are the purpose. We are the purpose.
In other words, we are at the center of everything.
And that system runs twenty four to seven and it
runs on autopilot, and we tap into it through dreams, signs, intuition,
and vibrational toning technique with Hugh, and we've got all
(34:32):
the truth we need within. When I ask a question,
I don't care what it is, whether I should move
or invest in the stock, or is date that person?
Are they my soul? As soon as I ask the question,
within the question is the answer. If I'm just silent, relax, breathe,
(34:53):
and hue for a few minutes, I'll know it's like
a feeling, I'll come through. That's the answer. And that
is the way I've found that mechanically and vibrationally, even
at a quantum physics level, everything is structured that way.
So I can't ask a question without immediately getting the
(35:15):
answer if I look within. It reminded me of the
Bible story where the Pharisees were hassling Jesus. They were
trying to get him into a cage of some sort,
and they said, so where is heaven? And they figured
he had really screw up the answer, and he said
(35:35):
Kingdom of Heaven is within, and that really threw them.
They went, what, Yeah, what did he say? It was
so far beyond them they didn't even get it. It
was like what And there in lies the truth. It's
within all of this. It's within, not out there in
the experts and the white coats and that, you know,
the politics knew it's within.
Speaker 3 (35:56):
So I love those stories, and you know, I'm thinking
of my own life, the house that I'm in now.
I've been blessed to live in beautiful homes, but my
my bfluh. She said, Constance, you need to move. You
need to move on outside of town and come on
from the north side. And I'm like, nah, I'm gonna
stay on the north side. So she found this community
(36:18):
that I'm in, and so we went to three different houses.
I'm not, nah, that's not it. No, that'sn't it. When
I walked in this house, kind of like you and Nico,
I walked in, I said this, and so it was
years later, I mean, you know, just the style of it.
It was years later. I was walking in my neighborhood
(36:41):
and one of the neighbors he wanted the guys. You know,
every time you see me conscience, you always walk more
than any of it. And I'm like, yeah, yeah, he
said it might be because you got the biggest house
in the neighborhood. I'm like, the big I didn't know this.
I'm like, the biggest house in the neighborhood. Why you
keep saying that? Another year goes by and somebody else
(37:02):
says it to me, But this is what the spirit
said to me. You didn't know it. But because your
faith in me is so big, your thinking is so big,
your belief is so big, you had to attract that.
So it doesn't have anything to do with the bigness
of the house. Necessarily, it's who I am on the inside.
(37:22):
Like Professor Mike said, Yes.
Speaker 6 (37:26):
The house is a reflection of you and your state
of consciousness.
Speaker 3 (37:29):
Yeah, yeah, I love that. I love that. And so
people are going outside, and how else can we redirect
them that knowingness, that intuition is inside? What other insight
techniques do y'all have? Y'all full of wisdom, So we're
gonna get some today, okay.
Speaker 6 (37:49):
And you know, the house, it reminds me of this
fabulous story, your home, your story when we lived in Phoenix.
We tend to move a lot. So when we lived
in Phoenix, a friend of ours woke d she called.
She said, Nicole, my palm tree is laying on my
im in the front in the front yard, not the
(38:09):
lawn because there ain't no grass over there, but my
palm tree is laying down. She goes, what do you
make of it? And I said, your life's about to
be uprooted in passion. It doesn't mean negative, it could
be positive, I said, So just kind of start paying attention.
And then just a couple days later her husband had
(38:29):
an offer, saying company but a different role in the company,
and within one month they moved across the country constance.
So that was a sign. And then we decoded the
sign properly, and then they waited to see how it
turned out. And see, that's the thing. Most people would
have disregarded that, not knowing there's a message with a
(38:52):
palm tree. That sounds crazy, right, but here it is.
How do you know if there's a message. This is
regarding signs and things, because it's not just like my
shoes untied. Oh what's the message? No, no, no, no,
it's very specific. There's two things if there's a coincidence
she simultaneous events, there's a message, or if something is
(39:16):
so bizarre it catches your attention. And because it did,
that's how you know there's a message attached. So with
her with a palm tree that is too bizarre, there
wasn't a storm. She wakes up the trees laying down,
so she knew caught her attention. Then you interpret it,
you decode it and take it a step further that way,
(39:36):
so for and start tracking the data, folks, because we
don't know how the things turn out. You know, you
track your data and then you, like I said, you
get confident and comfortable and you start using your own
interpretations of what things mean to you, like with your
big state of consciousness is reflected in the big home
(39:57):
and putting the pieces together that way, the inner you
know as above so below and the inner is you know,
a reflection of the outer. So that's that's the way
to go.
Speaker 3 (40:08):
Yeah, and so Professor Max, So when people say, well,
you know, I had a dream, but what does that mean?
Or are they afraid to really trust their own intuition?
It sounds like that when you are tracking your data,
are you kind of writing down. Okay, in August, I
(40:28):
dream this and then are you connecting the pieces? What
would that look like for listeners?
Speaker 1 (40:34):
Michael, it would look like everything is really there for us.
Maybe it's a sign like Nicole was talking about words,
it's synchronicity. And I'm thinking about going back to school.
I'm thinking why it's time to go back to school?
And then I turn on my rad car radio and
the DJ says, hey, put some class in your life.
Try going back to school. And then I see a
(40:56):
sign that talks about It's like whoa. That is a
message to me confirming what I was wondering. And it's
interesting it comes through dreams, signs, or intuition. A quick story.
When I was I hadn't thought of this in a
long time, but this morning I thought about it. I
was went into the military and at Vietnam time, it
(41:18):
was you know, late sixty like sixty eight sixty nine,
and I was shipped over to Vietnam and I was
waiting to get the orders as to where I was
going to go. And I was in the artillery, not
the infantry, so I probably wouldn't be in direct combat.
But I've made a firebase shooting the big guns. Anyway,
(41:40):
I met a captain. We had breakfast together. He was
chit chatting and we were talking about our past and
he said, hey, why don't you come on over to
the infantry, Mike and joined the infantry and he said,
we're going to do a lot of different stuff. And
he said, I worked with jag judge advocate general. You
can travel the country, but you'll be out in the
field and the infantry in combat for a while. And
(42:01):
you know what, I said, Uh, let me think about that.
And the next day we met again, and I had
a dream that night showing me going I was in
the infantry, and when I woke up and thought about it,
I had a gut feeling like that felt right, like
the path. It just felt right in my gut. So
I went ahead and told him okay, he had the
(42:22):
orders cut. I went into the infantry and my buddy
who I was with I went over there with. He said,
are you crazy, Mike? Your life expectancy just went down
to a day or two. You're going to die, and
dying you're in the image. You'll be out there shooting
in the field. I went in and what happened was
when the big ted defensive came down in the north Vietnamese.
(42:43):
The bad guys came down. They we were getting ready
to have a big firefight. There was thousands of soldiers.
They went around us for the very first time, I
voiced us. Went down and over ran the firebase that
I would have been stationed at, and everybody but two
people got killed. They killed all the soldiers, which is
highly unusual. One of the guys who lived was my buddy.
(43:06):
He had gotten shot. They thought he was dead. They
let him be. He he was down to the hospital.
So I went in country down to the hospital to
see him. When when I walked in, the first thing
he said was, how the hell did you know? How
did you know? I got shot? I'm in a firebase.
You're supposed to get shot. You're in the infantry. They
(43:29):
avoided you. They came down and shot me. How you knew?
How did you know? And I just said it. I
can't help it if I'm lucky. He wasn't ready for it.
He wasn't ready for the truth of dreams.
Speaker 3 (43:41):
But the real truth about what Yeah, so.
Speaker 1 (43:45):
You know, that's that's how it rolls.
Speaker 3 (43:47):
So this is a great twol that people can tap into,
right now with all of the uncertainty and the job market,
maybe they've been down size fired. Woo am I Now
all of the systems that we've known are no longer there.
(44:07):
How can people who are trying to figure out what's
my next career move? What about my business parents? How
can they use this? All?
Speaker 6 (44:18):
Right, constance, let's get granular, let's get methodical. Okay, last
thing is to grab a journal. Get a journal. Something
cool is good because then you kind of makes you
happy when you look at it. But regardless, get some paper,
get a pen. We're old school here, and several things.
It's a dream, and you remember your dream, you know,
(44:40):
you write the dream down, then you interpret the dream
through simple methodology. What was on my mind yesterday? And
what does the dream symbol mean to me? I'll give
you a quick example. Two people dream of water one person.
One person loves scuba diving. The other person almost drowned
(45:01):
a year ago. So water means very different things to
these two people. One it means love, a great joy,
the other could mean fear. Right, So the dreams mean
different things. That don't bother with a dream dictionary. No,
they're no good, no good, no good. So you log
your data and you give it the date. The date
(45:22):
you had this dream is imperative because we have a
method called dream tracking, and so every quarter you go
back and you look at your data that you wrote down,
and then you see how your life turned out. This
is in the beginning stages, you know, because you're tracking
data to see how things. Is this real?
Speaker 3 (45:43):
You know?
Speaker 6 (45:43):
Can I take this to the bank, so to speak?
And then the outcomes start unraveling, And so that's the
best way you get your journal. You log the date,
you log your data. If it's a dream, you ask yourself,
you know, what was on my mind yesterday? Because it's
directly related, and what is the dream symbol? What does
that mean to me? And that's how you that's the
(46:04):
best and quickest way to interpret any dream. And the
same with the sign. If it's a if a coincidence
occurred or something totally bizarre caught your attention, there's the
message and it's really the same way. What was I
wondering about? And what are those things mean to me? Okay?
And again you track that data pen and paper and
(46:26):
quarterly you review. You know, you could review more often,
but quarterly is good. And the pen and the paper
because it's right here, right here in front of you.
If you do that stuff on your phone, oh you
don't know day to day and you've got to go back.
But if it's on the paper right here, and you
(46:47):
highlight your meaning what you thought it meant. As you're
flipping through the pages, you see the dates and you
see the one liner definition. So that's the best way
to do this thing, to get rolling, to get comfortable.
Now back to a question you said, like, how do
I know should I change the job? Should I move?
This type of thing you can ask before you go
(47:09):
to sleep, constance. You can literally ask who are we asking? Well,
you know, in my opinion, it's Holy Spirit, absolutely, you know,
for the non believers, the universe, your higher self, you know, regardless,
track your data, get your data. And the minute we
(47:30):
asked the question, we're given. We're given, given the insight
and given that wisdom. But it's on autopilot. This is
the thing. People don't realize that autopilot's twenty four to
seven dreams when you're sleeping, signs an intuition when you're awake.
And I have the coolest work story for you. Okay,
(47:51):
so I just started a job, you know, with therapy.
I've been working with clients for years doing therapy outs.
Blah blah blah. So this place called Apex, we start
working together. That day I signed the contract and I'm
driving down the street here in Detroit, and there's a
(48:12):
business the same name, Apex, and their sign is on
the ground leaning against the building, like their signing fell down.
And so the minute I noticed that this is a
bizarre thing, right, the inner voice says, you're not gonna
be at this job very long, Nicole. And so here
(48:35):
we go. I said, interesting, thank you, Holy Spirit, thank
you high yourself. It was two No, it was three months,
and the job ended in three months. Done, so I
was prepared. When it ended in three months, I was
not shocked or stunned or sad or blindsided. I was like, yes,
(48:55):
Holy Spirit rocked it again.
Speaker 3 (48:58):
I love that. You know, this just came to my mind. God,
we got about five minutes. I hadn't thought about this
in decades before I got married. I'm divorced. Before I
got married, I was my my ex husband. He's made
his transition. He was in seminary kind of like you
(49:19):
here I am in graduate school. He robbed the cradle
and Nicole, if you know what I mean. He couldn't
help hisself. But before I got married, this voice and
so he was like my mentor, my pastor, if you
get where I'm coming from. I had a dream two
days before I got married that said don't do that,
(49:41):
don't marry But and I told him, I said I
had a dream and he said, oh, he said that
wasn't nobody but the enemy trying to keep us apart.
Because I trusted him so much, he was the authority,
my mentor. I disregarded that dream because I didn't trust
(50:04):
my own intuition. But it wasn't nothing but the Holy
Spirit speaking to me doing that. I just hadn't thought
of there in decades. So I'm gonna live in witness
to my listeners that the Spirit is always on your
side and really has your back. So, guys, we got
(50:26):
five minutes left. What do you want to say to
the world? Some takeaways, and then we're gonna talk about
how can they reach you work with you. I gotta
have y'all back for part two already, see that. So,
Professor Mike, what do you want to say to the world.
Speaker 1 (50:43):
Just real quick? If they do nothing else, Hugh, start
hewing Hu here just every day for a minute or two,
up to twenty minutes, and you will notice the change.
You'll be able to hear that inner voice, you'll feel
your intuition, your dreams will begin to light up. If
(51:05):
you're hwe just before you fall asleep for a minute,
only a minute. It changes the channel inwardly and it's
a vibrational toning technique that works really at a quantum
level and it's never, never not worked. So that's it.
I'd say, start hewing to change your life.
Speaker 6 (51:25):
Well, you stole mine. And again I'll add to that
with eyes open or closed out, loud or silent, and
even while you're doing the dishes in the shower or
driving the car, so it's user friendly. I just really
want to get that part out there. It sounds silly
and it sounds too simple, and that's why most people
(51:48):
they overlook it. But we say, no, no, no, no.
If God or even yourself you were going to construct something,
you would make it super simple. If it could be
and you eat and it's free, what could be more
perfect than that? And you know, we also want to say,
you know it is trust yourself, but sometimes you know
(52:09):
Holy Spirit will say, you know, you need to talk
to Sue. Go talk to Sue, because Sue is the answer.
So that divine guidance is is is you know throughout
it's not just limited, it is not limited in any capacity.
And oh the law of silence though you're talking about
(52:32):
the spiritual laws constants, if I could say one other
thing real quick, it's to be quiet so we can listen,
so we can hear, and so we don't have that
outer interference from the negative people, the naysayers, the haters.
You got to keep your stuff to yourself. Then you
talk about it later if you want later, later, later, Yeah, I.
Speaker 3 (52:57):
