Good ol’ Boy Bark: On the next episode of Sip, Suds and
smokes.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (00:03):
For today's segment, drumroll, please.
We're doing PCA 2025
coverage. We went to the PCA in New Orleans
this year, not Vegas, sadly, but
actually had a good time in New Orleans, which was strange.
So, okay, as you know, we like to do our top five
(00:24):
cigars from pca, from all of us. And usually we
have four people in here, so these episodes are
usually a couple hours long. But because we just started
doing a new time signature this week, and moving
forward, we're going to talk about, uh, we're just
going to take a small second to go over three cigars
each, and there's only three of us this time, but we
(00:44):
are going to talk about some honorable mentions, and we're going to go over the
booths and what we liked and how we had fun.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: We'll be right back after this break.
(01:17):
Brought to you almost live from the dude in the
basement studios. Why? Because that's where the
good stuff is. It sips, suds and
smokes with your smokin host, the good old
boys.
(01:51):
Hey, man, got a light? It's time
for smokes.
All right, everybody, welcome to the smokes episode where everything good
in life is worth discussing. Our hosts today
are gonna be good old boy Benjamin on the ones and twos.
He's off the microphone, but he says, hi, everybody.
Good, uh, old boy Barger myself. And way down
(02:14):
next to me is good old boy Rich.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Hey, hey, what do you say?
And then pulling up the rear, we got good old boy Justin down
in Fort Lauderdale.
>> Bob (02:22):
Good morning, everybody.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (02:24):
How's the weather down there?
>> Bob (02:26):
It's hot.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (02:27):
Yeah, I know it. I know it. Well,
we are the best thing at 2am on right. Right before
you hear that strange noise from under your bed and just after
it gets you. As you know, and I hope
you know, our smoke segments are all about cigars and, well, anything that
smoked. And for today's segment, drum roll,
please.
(02:48):
We are doing PCA 2025
coverage. We went to the PCA in New Orleans
this year, not Vegas, sadly, but
actually had a good time in New Orleans, which was strange.
So we'll talk about that in a little bit. So just strap on and hang
in tight. We're gonna have fun today. But don't worry if you miss anything.
You could download the full episode from wherever you get your
(03:08):
podcast. But before we dive into the shallow end of the
pool, remember the buddy system. Where's your buddy?
All right. If you're a cigar newbie, fret not we got you covered
on Cigar 101 episode where all this cigar speak
will be decoded. Just search for sip suds and smoked
cigars 101. And that episode should pop right up in the link in the
show notes. All right, well, good old boy Rich gets the
(03:29):
honors of going over our smokes rating today. Take it away,
Rich.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: We'll be smoking and discussing these cigars and rating
them with our sips suds and smokes smokes
ratings plus our signature sounds.
Here are those ratings now.
One, this sucked even before it was lit.
(03:51):
Uh, a two, at least I lit it.
Three, I would smoke this again.
Four, how much you want for them?
(04:13):
Magnificent.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: And a five, where are they? I need a
box.
That's right. So, okay, as you know, we like to do our
top five cigars from pca, from all of us.
And usually we have four people in here. So these
episodes are usually a couple hours long. But because
we just started doing a new time signature this
(04:34):
week and moving forward, we're going to talk about,
uh, we're just going to take a, uh, small second to go over
three cigars each and there's only three of us this, this time.
Uh, but we are going to talk about some honorable mentions and we're going to go over
the booths and what we liked and how we had fun.
So Justin's up first with his line. Justin, tell
us what you, what you liked about, uh, pca.
>> Bob (04:55):
Oh, uh, pca. It was
so well run. It was huge.
The, um, booths were crazy. They had like a
whole Mayflower reconstructed
for Mayflower Cigars.
All the great people that make the cigars were there,
you know, all the personalities you want from
(05:17):
the League of fat Bastards. Adam Levine,
um, you got Rocky Patel. It
was insane. Insane.
So first cigar, um,
that was my favorite was the Oz family
cigar. Caritoba was a robusto
extra 5 1/2 inch by 55,
(05:39):
crafted at Nasca, Nicaragua. This box
press line features an Ecuadorian grown
Sumatra seed wrapper,
Nicaraguan binder and carefree
carefully selected filler blend of
Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos. Was
medium bodied, was complex.
Um, it was like amazing with cocoa
(06:01):
nibs and the dark black pepper.
It was just pretty crazy and uh, never
went out when I lit it. It was well constructed.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (06:10):
Yeah, I got dark chocolate off of
that.
>> Bob (06:14):
Oh, yeah. Cocoa nibs.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (06:15):
Yeah.
>> Bob (06:16):
Uh, it's like chocolate beans. You know, it's
intense. Intense chocolate.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: You know, the thing about that cigar was, is I think we
got that cigar on day three
or uh, four.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: After we had smoked a lot
and it blew me away. It totally blew me away.
As soon as I lit it up, I was like, this is the best
(06:36):
cigar that I've had. And I had smoked
a lot of.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (06:39):
And for a robusto, it was, it packs full of flavor.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yes, it does.
Oh, yeah, yeah. So what,
uh, what, what are your guys thoughts on this? Obviously, uh,
we all love it, but what about a rating? What, what are we
going to do here? We're going to go
fives across the board there.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Absolutely.
First five of the day.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Absolutely. Yeah, that,
(07:00):
that's definitely. Where's a box? I'm ready for a box.
Yeah, well, yeah, Tim, you know, we're local here too.
Tim. You send us a box, we'll take them.
All right, well, what's your second pick?
>> Bob (07:11):
My second favorite cigar, PCA was
Illusione Group of 5 Robusto,
5 by 52 ring gauge.
Um. Dion utilizes
tobaccos that he set aside over three years to create
the first size in this line to be offered to the public.
Plucked from the cradle by a secret society,
(07:33):
eventually becomes the leader. A world in
which few know the group of five hides in the
shadows, but in the public eye at the
same time. Tasting notes.
It was, um, peppery,
um, lightly fruity, and
it had a great draw. Um, it was really
(07:55):
nice, uh,
retronasal exhale
on this one. I did that like four or five
times. Um, we'll never
really know what's in it, but I really know that I
want to have another one sometime.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, I imagine there's like, guys in like
hooded robes, like plucking the, uh,
(08:16):
tobacco leaves secretly in the middle of the night.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (08:19):
Yeah. You know the
cigar monks. Yeah, yeah. Coming out there. Yeah,
yeah. Only in full or blood moons. Yeah,
yeah, no, I. So this cigar actually was
released last year, but they re released it again this
year. And, uh, was my one of my top
five cigars last year?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Absolutely.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Really good.
(08:39):
Absolutely. A good cigar. So what, what are you guys going to think
about rating it? We're going
fives.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Absolutely. Gotta go.
I'm, I, I have bought two boxes
of these. So.
>> Bob (08:52):
Nice.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (08:53):
Yeah. So we are they. It is
awesome. It's a great cigar and I encourage everyone to go try it. All right.
What's your third cigar? Nova.
>> Bob (09:01):
Ah, Mirage.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (09:02):
What's up, Leo?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, girl.
>> Bob (09:04):
Six sixteen by six. Uh, medium
to full body. The rappers from
Sumatra. The filler was
Dominican. The binder Pollotto. It's a
big ring gauge cigar comprised
of smooth Dominican filler
surrounded by a dark Sumatra
wrapper. Impeccably. Rolled and full of
(09:27):
flavor, this earthy to medium full
body cigar unleashes notes of leather,
white pepper, and dark chocolate. Um,
the flavor in this was great. The construction,
what had, like, pockets where it'd be just
air and I'd have to relight,
um, at a hot spot in the middle.
(09:48):
But the flavor was great. I mean, it just
took my rating down just a little bit, but I enjoyed it. What did
you guys think of this one?
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (09:55):
I've liked the Mirage. Um, you
know, Leo is just salt of the earth. She's awesome.
And a lot of her tobacco is 10 plus aged
years, you know, age.
>> Bob (10:06):
So that's why the flavor is so good.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (10:08):
Yeah, that's. And that's. Sometimes, you know, it's construction. These
are all handcrafted, so you might get one with a pocket of air.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. Mine, I didn't have any problems with the construction, but
anything from Nova, I'm. I'm on board with.
Um, they're just wonderful people, Real sweet, real
kind, and just make a high quality,
uh, product. So.
Yeah, absolutely. So what are we going to give that
(10:31):
rating? We're gonna go with a four.
All right, well, we're about to take a break, and
when we come back from our break, what's going to happen is we're going to go
over honorable, uh, mentions for Justin, and
then we're going to talk a little bit about what riches got
going on with pca. But other than that, what
was your favorite booth? The Mayflower, you said.
>> Bob (10:52):
Yeah, I would say the Mayflower.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (10:54):
All right, well, we'll be right back after this commercial.
Well, we just got back and hope, uh, you guys bought all those
things that we're talking about there. Uh, we just got
going over the Nova Mirage and we rated it
a four. And so we're going to talk
about Justin's honorable mentions, uh, cigars that he
(11:17):
enjoyed from PCA 2025 in New Orleans.
Justin, what were your honorable mentions?
>> Bob (11:22):
So I met this cool guy named Adam Levine who's not a
rock star, but he might be in the cigar world.
Yeah, M. He creates something called a League of
Fat Bastards. And, uh,
Series O is really
fun. And 40% of their profits go to
men's mental health. And I know a lot of crazy dudes, so I think
(11:42):
it's a really good cause.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (11:44):
Yeah, absolutely.
>> Bob (11:46):
Rocky Patel year, the Snake. If you got a lot
of money to throw at a cigar, you can make a pretty good cigar.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (11:52):
Yeah.
>> Bob (11:52):
Prove that.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (11:53):
That's true. That's true that you're the Snake. I Haven't
smoked mine yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Yeah,
I've smoked the League of Fat Bastards and they've got a
bunch of good cigars they're putting out right now. I mean, they've only got three
core lines. The El, the O and the Bandita.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Now, thought it was they're going to.
Do L, O, F, B. Yeah, yeah. Lo,
F, F and B are to come. So, rich, what
(12:15):
are your, uh, top three there? Oh.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So I said number one would be the Crown Heads
Broadway. And this is a, um. This is a
new. This is the first cigar of, uh, Crownhead's new branding.
And so, um, looks a lot better. It
does look a lot better. The colors are great. They pop.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So it's a. It says there it's a tribute to the city's
(12:37):
most famous neighborhood.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Which I don't know if I'd call Broadway a neighborhood.
Yeah. I wouldn't call it a neighborhood. It
stain.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. Regardless of that, it was a very good scene
cigar, you know, just kind of up there,
uh, you know, with the, uh, Oz family, you know,
same. Yeah, same. Same level there.
Really good. Um, rapper is a
(12:59):
usa, Connecticut broadleaf binder, Nicaragua,
Um, jalapa filler. Uh,
Estelle Yalapa. And if I can pronounce
this right, I'd be great. Omatape.
Omatape.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So really great cigar. Um,
burnt real well. Just really enjoyed it from front to back.
Yeah. So, uh, I smoked that cigar as
(13:22):
well, and I actually love that cigar. It's a great.
So we got the robusto size there, right?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
So the 5 by 50 or 52 or whatever it is.
Yeah, yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I smoked that one when I got back and, uh, was really able
to sit down and enjoy it, and I really did.
Yeah. Uh, did you smoke the Broadway Justin?
>> Bob (13:40):
I have not smoked that yet.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (13:41):
What's in your bag? I'm sure.
>> Bob (13:43):
Oh, I'm sure.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (13:44):
Well, what do we got for a rating there? We're gonna give it
five.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Absolutely. That's
definitely. Get a box of those. Um,
yeah. So my second was the Bentley
Rare Rosetta Green label. Um,
the Bentley Green was great. The Bentley Green
(14:04):
rare Rosetta blend is a celebration of the
exquisite Rosado God
rapper. Known for its subtle complexity.
Rosado,
okay. Known for its subtle complexity and rich,
earthy undertones. This blend is crafted
with precision, enveloping a core of hand
selected leaves, aged for three years, a process
(14:26):
that embows each
cigar with depth and character. The
risotto wrapper, with its unique reddish hue,
imparts A balanced sweetness,
perfectly complementing the nutty and spicy notes
that unfold with each draw. Rolled in the
oldest cigar factory in Nicaragua, this
blend is a tribute to traditions and the
(14:49):
art of cigar making, offering a luxurious smoking
experience that is both smooth and
satisfying.
So I didn't see the.
I couldn't quite remember the size that they
give us, but I think it was, uh,
five by 48, something like that.
It's a smaller. It's a smaller ring gauge. And I'm going to tell
(15:10):
you that was on my list. And
when I saw it was on your list, I took it off my list because I knew
we'd talk about it. Yeah, but that. That cigar.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Wow. Really good.
Really good. Justin, you remember smoking them?
>> Bob (15:23):
No, I remember the booth.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (15:25):
Yeah.
>> Bob (15:26):
I remember wondering if this was involved with the
Bentley car brand, but they're not.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (15:30):
I, uh, know that was. The whole stick was like.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. I said it's the same. It's not really the same, but it's.
Kind of the same. Kind of saying. Not the same.
>> Bob (15:39):
I kind of got to the end of it. Not involved.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Not involved.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (15:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Have you smoked the white label?
I smoked it there.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Did you?
Yeah, I liked it. Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Ah. I thought the white label was. Was really good.
It reminded me of an old Davidoff.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
>> Bob (15:53):
Oh, nice.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So, yeah, it was really good. I smoked that. It was a great morning cigar
with a cup of coffee.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (15:58):
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So both of these were just top, uh, the line.
Well, what you giving it? We're going fives.
It's going to be a nothing but banger episode.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Well, that's why we do the best of.
Right? That's right. That's right. Well, what's your third?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So, uh, the HDA cigar,
which is, uh, Hermanos de Armas,
which, uh, means, um,
(16:20):
um, brothers in arms. This is a 100
veteran, um, owned company, about a year or so old, I
think.
Yeah, that was a young company. Freaking awesome, people.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Dudes were cool.
Uh, we are going to do an episode with them.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Oh, good. So, um, I smoked the Descending
Shadow, which is a Toro
6x54 um
catechism. The features a fusion of. I
(16:43):
don't think this is the right one. The catechism is a
different one. Um, but it's a Nicaraguan, uh,
tobacco and, um, wrapped
in a commanding presence of, uh, Ecuadorian
habano wrapper. With each draw, it conjures
a storm of flavors, blending the earthy richness
of, uh, um, um. Ome
(17:05):
with the fiery intensity of
Kiga, invoked in a dark and powerful symphony
on the palate. Um, so, yeah.
Ecuadorian habano wrapper, Nicaraguan binder
filler. Um, it was. It was probably
my closest second.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: To, um, the other ones. Um, just
a really good, solid smoke. Had a great structure.
(17:27):
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
I think, uh, I really enjoyed it, personally. I want
to smoke a couple more, um, to see what I
really like about it, you know? And I think that. That
when we do an episode with them, that's going to really help. Yeah, for
sure. But what. What are you. What are you going to give it?
Yeah, we're going to give it four.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Number four.
(17:48):
I love your honorable mentions.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, you like that?
Yeah. Uh, tell the folks what I got to go with.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Camacho, man. So I haven't smoked a comancho in
a while. I think we got some, uh, last year
for my daughter's wedding, and I just forgot
how much I like a comancho. You know, the triple
Maduro is my favorite. Maduro out there. It's
(18:09):
so good, it's smooth, it's rich. And, um,
we got, uh. We went to the Camacho party, which
I have to say, honorable mention, man. Those guys put on a good
party.
That was such a fun party, having them play
Slayer.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, we were playing. They played Slayer. The DJ
was rocking it. People were dancing, putting some metal out
there. Yeah.
Everyone was looking around like, what the hell's happening?
(18:31):
We're all like, six of us.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. Singing rain, banging heads and singing
Raining Blood. They had, um. They
had this, uh. This.
The.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: The guy cooking the meat and.
>> Bob (18:42):
Oh, yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Oh, my God, it was so good.
All the steak you can eat.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Oh, it was good. Yeah. So, uh, yeah,
Comancho. You guys are just killing it. The
constructions are solid and
consistent, and, um, I've smoked a few since I've been
back, and, um, just. Yeah, just remember
how good I like them.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (19:02):
Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. The
triple Maduro was one of the boxes of cigars I got for my
wedding, but it was the OG with the. With the double
band, and it was in a different box, and,
like, they're old. Their old branding. It's like. I remember their
old Scorpion was so good.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Oh, uh, man, that cigar was so good. Uh,
so what was your favorite booth?
(19:24):
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Oh, I don't know. That was. That's a hard one. That's a hard one. I
don't know if I have a favorite booth. I think, um. It was
such a blur.
Yeah. So,
um, you really like that
Kikimomo booth, huh?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Well, the Kiki Momo was interesting. That's definitely
interesting. It was a fun booth. That's definitely.
Those guys were right.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: They were crazy. Had the throne up there, the guy sitting on the
(19:45):
throne the whole time. Yeah.
And then they had the leopard print.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: They were all dressed in the leopard print jumpsuits
with the pink stripes. I mean, it was crazy.
It was awesome.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, they're great, guys.
Well, we'll be right back after these commercials.
All right, welcome back. I hope those commercials were everything that you
needed. Uh, looks like I'm up
(20:07):
next, folks. And let's just say I found some pretty obscure
brands this year
that actually turned out to have some hitters.
I was very impressed with some of the smaller boutique
brands. Um, my number one
actually was one that I smoked when I got home,
and it was Imami cigars, a Komodo
(20:28):
triple Lijero Connecticut. Churchill.
Uh, he, um, Armin, I believe is his
name, handed me, uh, two of these Komodos
and was like, take these home. Smoke them. Tell me what you think. And I was like,
okay. Didn't really expect to, you
know, expect them to be hitters. But as soon
as I got home and was starting to smoke that, I was like,
(20:49):
good Lord. Um, there's not much available
on their website for these cigars, but It's a Churchill 7
by 50. The wrapper is Ecuadorian Connecticut.
The filler is Estelle Condega, and the seco is
Jalapa. Um, did you
guys happen to get any of them?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I. I got a, uh, Amani cigar, but I did
not get the. I do not know that I got the Komodo.
(21:11):
Okay. Did you. So you probably didn't get the.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, your two was. One of those was probably for me.
Okay, well, no, it was a Maduro and a Connecticut.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Oh, gotcha.
Yeah, I don't take your cigars, buddy. I
wish to register a complete. That's right.
Well, I'm gonna. I'm gonna give it a five. I mean, that was
literally my favorite cigar from
pca.
(21:32):
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Well, yeah, the, uh, Amami I spoke was great.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: And I couldn't tell you which one it was.
I don't know what factory he's getting his cigars in or what,
but he's. He's getting some decent cigars. Did you try any of
them?
>> Bob (21:42):
No, but I'm a. Look for him in the bag.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (21:45):
Yeah, you should have some Imami cigars.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Check it out. Yeah. And then, uh, my number two
is the Natura Cigar Company Second
harvest. I don't know if you guys remember, but the first
harvest was My top cigar last year.
Well, this year they came out with a second harvest and only made
3,000 boxes. Now, what I did learn about
(22:07):
natural cigars this year was that
they are grown in greenhouses
above 4,500ft
sea level. 4,500ft above sea
level. Now, there's another company
that claims they have the Highest production at
3,300. 3,500. But actually,
(22:27):
Natura is the higher. Higher.
They're higher by a thousand feet. And these guys
are. The guy was a vegetable farmer,
and during COVID he was like, well, what are we gonna
do? And so he started doing.
Making tobacco.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. So the, uh, interview we did with them is on our
social. So you guys go look for it. It's a great interview.
(22:49):
The guy was just solid and just a
sweetie. Just loved him, man. You felt like a grandfather.
Yeah, he got some. He had some really good answers
to some questions, and. And it was a good interview all
around.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: He likes horses, so.
Yeah. So that's. Most of their cigars are named after horses.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: He likes the cowboy movies.
Yeah. Cowboy movies. Yeah. So
(23:10):
it's a Dominican puro, and, uh, I'm gonna
give it a five.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I'll give it a five.
Yeah. Solid. Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Very unique.
Yeah. So, such good flavor.
Um, so my third,
and I'm kind of in. In all
that this is actually on my list.
(23:31):
Uh, it is, uh, Zejimun
engineered cigars. Yes, it's
the, uh. Let me see if I say this right. Yeah, the
Hrom Zeit. And
the way if you. Yeah,
now we do have an interview with him. Is it posted up yet?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Not yet.
Okay, well, when it comes out, you guys will see this guy, very
(23:52):
eclectic, very nice guy.
Um, he explains that this
cigar is like. You are traveling at the speed
of light far beyond the next galaxy when
your friendly Android serves you a slice of cake.
And that's how he introduces it. And I'm like, what are you talking
about? Like, what?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: What?
(24:12):
And so I lit it and started smoking it.
And what's funny is it
is a. It almost
tastes like an older Davidoff,
which is extremely strange because it's
none of it. There's only one leaf from the
Doctor in it. So you've got. The wrapper is Nika. Uh,
(24:33):
Nicaragua and Connecticut. Your binder is
Indonesian and Sumatra. Your filler is
from Jalapa. And your, uh, the second
filler is a Dominican Republic Poloto.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
And I was like, wow.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So these guys are like. They pride themselves on
the German engineering.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So they. They are really, like, into the Engineering
(24:54):
of the cigars, the construction and the.
The.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: The, um. The blend. Very pride, you know,
Pride themselves.
Yeah. They create an experience.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. And which one of the rappers glows in the dark?
Was that this one or the West Mine? The
Western Heimer or something.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
I could never say it. He'd have to. He'd probably
scold me for getting it wrong.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Thank you for that.
(25:15):
Yeah. But it glows in the dark, and
that's pretty cool.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Uh, so what do you guys.
I'm gonna give us a. Ah, four.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I'm going four. That's a good one.
Yeah.
Magnificent.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. And I'm looking forward to, um. Hopefully
(25:38):
they'll send us some that we can. We can do an episode.
Yeah, I'd like to do an episode with them too, also. We're
gonna try this, uh, coming year, going to,
um. Oh, it's not
tpe. It's, uh, Inner tobac, and Inner
TOBAC is actually one of the biggest. Um,
it's like the pca, but in Germany.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Yeah. So. So we're trying to get. Get us.
(26:00):
If anyone's got an in, let me know. Um, so
for my honorable mentions, for me, it's gonna
be the Big Sky. Uh, I think that's who it is.
Big Sky Cigars. Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
From Montana.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. We have their. Oh, uh, yeah, their episodes on the
Socials. Great, guys.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Gave us some history about the, uh. There's actually
some history of, uh, uh, cigars coming out of
(26:23):
Montana. They're kind of, you know, trying to.
Rebirthing. Yeah. And so their cigar called
the Cryptid, which they didn't want to give me at the
time, but they gave me one reluctantly. And now
you guys are on the episode. Thank you for that. Interrupt this program to annoy
you and.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Make things generally irritating.
Now I am going to mention those Kiki Momo guys.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yep.
(26:43):
They were just a blast.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: They were fun.
Like, they were fun. And a couple cigars. A
couple of cigars I got from them were really good, too. He just
has such a huge portfolio.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: He's got, like, over 100 cigars. And they're a new
company.
And they're a new company. He's got believable. Every different
cigar. I don't know how he's doing it.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. And the one they gave us had the stars.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: In the, uh. On the wrapper.
(27:04):
Yeah. Which was.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: We were kind of looking at it like, okay, just another one of those,
uh, you know. But it was good.
Yeah, it was good.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: We almost. We almost paid seven. What, $7,000
for it. Yeah, because we were smoking it when we weren't supposed.
Yeah, we were smoking it before, uh.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Before the fire marshal told them no
smoking inside while they were setting up.
We didn't get that memo, so.
(27:25):
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. Once again.
Yeah. Yeah. Um, also, I want to bring up the lure.
Cigars.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yes.
Um, small mom and pop companies centered around fishing.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
And, uh, you know, he just talked about how him and his dad, you
know, love to go fishing and smoke cigars.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: And I'm seeing the lure all over social media.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: People love this cigar.
>> Bob (27:44):
I smoked their Dumpster fire one.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (27:46):
It was great. Dumpster fire. That was War Fighter, wasn't it?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. I don't think that was lure.
Yeah.
>> Bob (27:50):
Dumpster fire is all a mix of everything.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (27:53):
That's War Fighter.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Cigar.
>> Bob (27:54):
Oh, okay.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (27:55):
Yeah. No, no, no. You. But that's also a good cigar, and that was a good.
You know, we did our. Our episode aired with
Warfighter just before we left for pca.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, that was a good one,
too.
Yeah. And then I like this corojo. That's the
one. I've smoked that one. And then I think it's the fish
sticks. I think it's the fish
(28:15):
sticks.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Are those the small ones?
Yeah, yeah, those are the small, little, like, dog walkers.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
And those little things are solid. Are they? I'd love to pick up a
little pack of them.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Uh, another one that's interesting that. That. That
I got to try was the.
The Bamp Cigars. And it's
badass Mother.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Efforts.
Efforts. And the guy
(28:37):
is very, very eclectic guy. Another nice
guy.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Veteran owned.
Yeah. Veteran owned and operated company. And
that's where he got his, you know, BAMF
logo from. It's like, well, what do we do? Well, we're
all this. So let's just call it this.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, I. I was telling my, uh, my. My military, uh,
friends about bamf. They knew what that meant, by the way.
(28:59):
Oh, yeah, we know that one.
Yeah. So he. He gave me a Vlad the
Impaler, and it was pretty good.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah, It. They called it the Vlad.
Uh, the Impaler because in the tobacco from, like,
I think so, you know.
I'd have to do a little bit of research. Yeah, yeah. Transylvanian
Tobacco. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, wow.
(29:19):
Yeah. So, um, what. Some
honorable mentions? What do we not talk about, guys? What have we not.
Because we got another section and another section we're going to come up. We're going
to talk after the break. We're going to talk about our booths.
What we liked about the booths and the conversations that we had
or we didn't have because we did get blown off by a few people.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: We did. But it was, uh, most people, it was good because they
(29:40):
recognized us from last year and they invited, uh,
us in.
So that was, I'm excited that we got to, got to interview
Nick.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
With a foundation.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Oh, yeah.
Hopefully we got it. We're gonna do an episode with foundation coming
up, but we'll be back right after
the break, folks.
(30:01):
Welcome back, folks. We were just talking about some
of my honorable mentions from PCA 2025.
But I want to take this little bit of section here and this last
portion and let's talk about how much fun
we had.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: That was great.
Was a good time. I want to thank, uh, the PCA for
letting us come back this year. Um, I mean we've
been back, this is our third year and uh, we've
(30:23):
just enjoyed every bit of it and had a good time. Like I
said, a lot of the relationships that we've built, we've been
being able to come back and, and they're, we
recognized and they're, hey, yeah, come here. And we've got
this. Let's talk about this. Let's have an interview. And then, you
know, my interview style is a lot different than everyone else's.
I'm not going to sit there.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: And we got a lot of compliments
(30:43):
on the interview style. I think people enjoyed,
you know, the five questions. You don't know what the five questions are?
Go to the socials. You'll find out what the five questions
are.
That's right. Uh, go. Follow us on Instagram. Rich is doing a really
good bang up job on them videos.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Banger.
He's putting out some bangers.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Justin, what was your favorite thing at, uh,
pca?
>> Bob (31:04):
My favorite thing at PCA was
other than hanging out with me, just the amazing
booth construction.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (31:13):
Yeah.
>> Bob (31:13):
How they can put these things together
in a day or two.
Some of them were multi level.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (31:21):
Yeah.
>> Bob (31:21):
You could like go upstairs and um, and
then they had to take them down in a day. What was
fun was watching the, the guy from
uh, Batman, uh, walk around
the set trying to score boxes right before everything
closed.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (31:37):
Oh, Captain America.
>> Bob (31:40):
Captain America.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (31:41):
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Anthony Mackie.
>> Bob (31:44):
So that was interesting.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (31:45):
I wanted to take a picture with him and he wouldn't let me.
>> Bob (31:47):
He wouldn't let you?
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (31:48):
He was like, no pictures. Yeah.
>> Bob (31:53):
And he was really cool. The veterans that were talking to him.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (31:56):
Um, yeah, yeah, he's, he's. Yeah. Robert ended
up Giving him a knife.
>> Bob (32:00):
Tv. What's that?
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (32:02):
We ended up giving him a cigar cutter knife that he made to Guy
Fieri. That was pretty cool.
>> Bob (32:06):
Yeah, very cool.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I think the, um. The, um. I like the, um.
The pre. Events and the events throughout the,
uh. The, uh, post, uh,
events were great. Food was great.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (32:19):
Oh, yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I'm an unbelievable.
Yeah, that Camacho event was a lot of fun with the brisket.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Can we. Can we talk about the, uh, oysters? Oh,
I know, right?
Listen, folks, there was these grilled
oysters at this place that I'm. I'm not a huge
oyster fan, but, like, I, uh, bet
I ate 30 of them things.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. And it was kind of stuck in the back, and people didn't
(32:40):
know it.
Was there, so garlic butter. Oh. In.
Oh, my goodness.
>> Bob (32:44):
So no lines, huh?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: No lines. Kept going around and around on that one.
So good.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (32:50):
Yeah. So what else? What else, Rich?
Um.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Uh, yeah, I mean, I'll talk a little bit more about the food. I think it
was Tatawahe sponsored the Cafe Dumont
breakfast, or kind of.
>> Bob (33:01):
They had a, uh.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (33:02):
I just got a note from the side here. I guess pregos was
the people who got the, uh, oysters.
Oh, Dragos.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Dragos.
That's a P, bro. Well known, like, you're
spelling English is hard. Yeah. Dragos.
That if you guys get a chance to go to Dragos down there,
or even. We got to go to Koshan Butcher.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yes. Yeah.
They used to have one here in Nashville, and I loved it, and we went
(33:25):
to one. Uh, like, you went and brought. Brought us back some
treats.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. Yeah.
>> Bob (33:30):
Bacon pralines.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (33:32):
So good.
>> Bob (33:32):
What's wrong with either one of those words?
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (33:35):
Yeah, nothing.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: It was unbelievable. Yeah. And I think we had, uh, those
shrimp po.
Boys. Yeah. Huh? Uh-huh.
So those were good, too, man. Everything was good. There.
Was so interesting is I was really worried about
New Orleans because I, you know, been pre Katrina,
and I hadn't been back since.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
And it was just not a great place.
(33:55):
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I think the. My only complaint is this.
The bus line needs to run right
next to the convention center.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Why does the bus line not run by the
convention center?
I don't know. Maybe we can get a hotel closer next time.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Oh, okay.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Well, you know,
at least we got to experience the, uh, drunk bachelor, uh,
(34:17):
party guy.
Oh, my gosh. We come back from our, uh. From one of the night
nights, and there's this drunk dude laying sprawled out on the floor.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Nobody knew who he was.
I took. I had to take his phone from him. And FaceTime, his
friends and I said, come get your boy.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yep. His buddies were in the strip club.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: He had no idea where he was. He was not in the hotel.
This not my hotel. They're like, no, no,
(34:38):
no. That was fun.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. Yeah. And I think, you know, PCA
always does a great job. You know, you talk about the size of.
But it's like, you know, it's like going to an Iron Maiden
concert. I mean, they come in and their crew comes
in and sets these things up. And I mean, they're
elaborate. The booths are elaborate, and everybody's booths.
I mean, it's. It's like a, uh, the best cigar
(35:00):
bar. What was that for? The best cigar
bar. Uh, you know, and there's 50 of.
>> Bob (35:05):
Them, so, uh, you know, that's a good description.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (35:09):
Yeah. No, it was definitely. This was a lot
larger of a floor this year
than. Than Vegas, it seems like.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. And the other thing, you know, talking to people is real
interested, you know, getting not too political
here. But, you know, talking about the tariffs, people were kind of, you know, like,
how's business going? I think there was a little apprehension going
into it that the manufacturers were
(35:31):
not expecting a huge turnout or that people were
gonna, um, you know, order as much. And everyone
I talked to said, oh, no, we've. We're. We've
exceeded expectations in. In
orders and how much, you know, what people are buying, what they're spending. So
I think it was a pleasant surprise for it, for
everyone. Um, you know, that
that was there and that it was definitely worth the time and
(35:53):
effort.
So it was definitely a good time for sure.
Yeah.
>> Bob (35:58):
J.C. newman was really nice.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (36:00):
Yeah.
>> Bob (36:01):
All those guys over there, their booth was incredible.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (36:04):
Yeah. Sydney was over there from. From them.
Great hospitality.
>> Bob (36:09):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (36:10):
Remember, we went down to J.C. newman, and she took us around
there, and that was a good time.
>> Bob (36:15):
Great tour, American cigar factory. Uh, and they
even have a cigar where all the cigar. The
Americans are made here and grown here.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (36:23):
Yep. That's awesome. And it's really good,
too. If you haven't had it, it's a good. It's a great cigar.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah.
Um, but. So what are you guys looking forward to next year?
Pca?
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: It's going to be in New Orleans again.
It's going to be in New Orleans again.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: I think it's going to be bigger because I think, uh, from what I hear,
some people were like, most. Like, maybe some of the West
Coast. Um, you know, a lot of
(36:45):
the.
West coast people are like that. We don't want if it's not New Orleans, we're
not going.
>> Bob (36:48):
Because it's not during a Jewish holiday too. They
kept some people out.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: They feel like Las Vegas is where they supposed to go,
so.
>> Good ol’ Boy Barker (36:55):
Yeah. Ah, you know, some people get in their head that they've only
one place that, you know.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: But I think they're regretting not going.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: So I, um, think next year is going to be bigger and better.
Absolutely.
Yeah. Absolutely. Well, guys, every. Just like everything and
worth, you know, everything in life is worth
discussing. Did you guys do any fun pairings with
any of this. With any of these cigars?
(37:19):
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: Yeah. So, uh, my new pairing is,
um, my wife bought this, um,
this, uh, it was like a peach juice.
Uh-huh.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: That she had bought to make, um, some
sort of tea for an event. We did. And I had some
leftover and it was so good.
Yeah.
>> UnidentifiedGood ol’ Boy Benjamin+++ Benjamin
Good ol’ Boy Bark: With, uh, some of these cigars that I smoke. So that's
(37:40):
my new thing.
Wow. Well, listen, guys, we had a good
time at pca. I want to thank the pca. So the,
you know, premiere the Cigar association. Pca.
