How to prep for this weekend's wintry mix

KYW Newsradio's Vik Raghupathi tells us New Jersey is staying on the front foot. ****** The famous Kansas City Chiefs bar in South Philadelphia, Big Charlie's Saloon, has announced it is now permanently closed, less than a month after the death of its longtime owner. Paul Staico died four weeks ago at 59 years old, after more than 40 years running the bar at 11th and McKean streets. Philadelphia City Councilman Jim Harrity was close friends with Staico, and he memorialized him at a council meeting earlier this month. ****** Friday marks the first day of Kwanzaa, and the African-American Museum in Philadelphia has a week-long slate of programs to celebrate.
