Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Geddy Lee joined Shelli and Marc Coppola (filling in for Jim Kerr) to discuss his latest project, "Geddy Lee's Big Beautiful Book of Bass." You would think as bass guitar god for over 40 years with Rush Geddy would have a huge collection, but he only just started collecting vintage basses in the past few years. For the book Lee interviewed other legendary players like Bill Wyman and John Paul Jones, as well as expert collectors, giving him first hand insight into history of the sometimes overlooked instrument. Lee also gives us a definitive update on the future of Rush and what might be coming from him in the future. "Geddy Lee's Big Beautiful Book of Bass" is out now on Harper Collins.
