Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now let us continue Bill cunning in the Great American
of course. Jeff crue Air is a radio talk show
host and e columnists and an author headquartered unfortunately in
New Orleans, with a fantastic mayor there.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
We like to trade a mayor.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
We'll trade peerrival for the disaster in New Orleans and
have a city council member to be named later. But nonetheless,
Jeff crue Air, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show.
I want to get some perspective because Cincinnati once again
has been the national headlines about a beatdown that happened
three o'clock in the morning after a cool jazz festival,
and the city, my city of Cincinnati, like yours New Orleans,
(00:41):
have had some difficulties recently with crime. But from an
outside perspective, what do you process happened in Cincinnati And
how big of a black eye.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Do we have?
Speaker 3 (00:51):
Oh?
Speaker 4 (00:51):
I think it's a big black eye. Bill. Sorry to
say it reminds me of what goes on down here.
Total dysfunction and competent leadership, embarrass me, embarrassing statements, too
few police officers, I mean the council member who said
that these victims deserve the beatings. I mean, that is atrocious, atrocious. Bill.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
You know, her name's Victoria Parks. She's not just a
council member. She's viewed as the conscience of Cincinnati City Council.
She's the president pro tem of the City Council. And
everybody has a bad day now and then, but a
couple of days later, upon somber reflections, she said exactly
the same thing. And I said that because they begged
for it, she said, quote they beg for that beat down.
(01:34):
I'm going, what, this is a leader. This isn't some schlep.
Victoria Parks is the leader, and she's hunkering down. The
last week. You can't find her with a search warrant.
And that's similar to and also you're Colin points it
out right now, the president is ready to federalize once again.
Washington d C. Staffers are being beaten up, shots in
(01:55):
the street. There was one staffer working for the president
that tried to help a woman whose car was being
carjacked and got beat down by ten youths, misguide at youths,
almost killed. And what happened is Cincinnati is common. Why
let me ask you the big question earlier, Jeff Kert,
Why is this happening? And every major American couty.
Speaker 4 (02:14):
Because every major American city is run by democrats. Every
major American city has these socialist policies. They do not work.
They never have worked, nowhere do they work foreign countries
in our country, and it just leads to failure. And
the people in these communities, African American voters, Liberal white voters,
(02:35):
others keep voting for the same ridiculous types of policies,
and these cities keep getting worse. More people leave, fewer
police officers want to serve. You know, city functions are
not handled properly. There's total incompetence throughout the city. I
mean we have it here. We're suffering from an outmigration
(02:56):
in New Orleans, Bill because you know, people are leaving
for safer areas and ones with better economy. So it's
happening everywhere.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Is it accountability? Because I made this point. In the
nineteen twenties, thirties, and forties and fifties, there were present
documentaries about prison life. I can recall movies and other
you go into America's prisons in the nineteen forties and fifties,
and those in prison generally represented the racial composition of
(03:26):
the population. It was rare to have the majority of
prisoners being black in major American cities, believe it or not,
because Black families were functional.
Speaker 2 (03:36):
White families were functional.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
And when I look at the incarceration rates in the thirties, forties,
and fifties, they were low because.
Speaker 2 (03:43):
There was functional families.
Speaker 1 (03:45):
Something happened that metastasized like a virus in the black community,
because that is not traditionally true in the black community.
With fathers and mothers president in the home. Walter Williams,
my good friend before he passed away, and Thomas Solahan
on a lot.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
They grew up an environment. Walter Williams grew up.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
In Philadelphia in the nineteen fifties in what she lived
in black neighborhoods because of the codes. But he said,
we didn't have keys to the door. There wasn't any violence,
There weren't any guns present. What happened in every major
American city controled by the Democratic Party and looked at
the results, and I think it's caused by policy.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
Correct, Well, it's caused by the Great Society. I mean,
I think everything changed when those Great Society policies were
implemented in the sixties, and then he went from the
black family, where seventy five percent of the households were
intact with a mother and a father, to now it's
just a reverse. Seventy five percent of the families do
not have a mother and father at home. You don't
(04:41):
have those role models, you don't have that discipline, you
don't have that structure. So they've destroyed the black family.
These policies which supposedly to help those impoverished, it actually
has destroyed communities and led to the violence, led to
the crime, led to the in public education, and everything
(05:02):
that we see in our big cities, and it's everywhere, Bill,
I mean, you know out in the West, the East,
the Midwest, the South, all of our big cities run
by Democrats have the same problems. High crime, horrible education,
horrible infrastructure, horrible services, and unfortunately a lot of people
that aren't working.
Speaker 5 (05:22):
Well.
Speaker 4 (05:23):
That's how that leads to what happened the other night
in Cincinnati.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
You have in your column, which I hate to see
Cincinnati getting such horrible publicity. But everything is accurate. But
the New York City, whether it's New York City, and
can you imagine Mom, Donnie the Kami Mom Donnie taken
over at New York City. You are talking about this
in your column, about what he is proposing, and now
he wants to round the corner kind of ignore it
till he gets in the office.
Speaker 2 (05:47):
Then it's going to be different.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
You say, he's a socialist who's called for defunding the police,
disbanding the Strategic Response Group, which is domestic violence, that
kind of stuff, labeled the police department wicked and corrupt,
as well as races, and his advocated re allocation of
the money to the place towards social services.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
And he's going to do it.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
In other words, he's going to back down a little
bit to get elected. But after he gets elected, away
we go in New York City is going to look
like Portland or Bangladesh.
Speaker 4 (06:17):
And then more, the folks who have memes are going
to leave New York City. So where's he going to
get the money to pay for all these services? He
wants to make New York City the trans capital of
the world, having all these people come there for trans surgeries.
How's he going to pay for all that? I mean,
he's going to destroy the economy there in New York
nobody's going to want to stay there with the communist policies.
(06:38):
I mean, and yesterday you had Elizabeth Warren Pocahontas. They
are campaigning with him. So I guess the left wing
of the Democratic Party is embracing this guy. They're thinking
that that's the direction they need to go, which is
why I think they're so out of step with the
American people. American people do not want this. It doesn't work. Yeah,
that's the direction they're going. They didn't learn anything from
(06:58):
the twenty twenty four election. They didn't moerate, they didn't
move to the center, which is what they should have done.
They move further to the left.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
Bill It's kind of like a government program. If it fails,
spend more money. And if some policy doesn't work, certainly
embrace it. Now you talk about the trans policy, this
is something Mam Donnie wants to do. He wants to
New York City to be the trans capital of the world,
not just free trans surgeries. He wants to pay for
the airfare of individuals coming New York City. He wants
(07:27):
to pay for the hotel rooms plus one hundred dollars
a day stipend in order to handle their food and
keep them there for several weeks during the post treatment
phase of the trans capital of the world instead of
the financial capital of the world, which is going to
cause more and more functional New Yorkers to leave, which
is already happening. And you also claim in your column
(07:47):
New York's taxes need to be raised. According to Mamdannie,
the city government should operate his own grocery stores like
in Havana, and his support of seizing the means of production,
which is pure and simple communism. It reminds me of
Venezuela twenty twenty five years ago. Before Chavez et cetera.
Venezuela was the richest country in South America, now though
the poorest because they took over. They that they used
(08:11):
socialism to take it over. And where's it work? Can
you give me an example, certainly not the Scandinavian countries
where these socialists say, you know what, We're going to
bring socialism to your city, to your town, to your state,
and we'll give you all these examples where it's worked before.
Speaker 4 (08:25):
Where has it worked well? I mean they've destroyed Cuba,
I mean Dan in Cuba, they're using vehicles from the
nineteen fifties. I mean, they have a very very poor
economy there. Venezuela, as you said, it used to be
a very rich country. They've destroyed the Venezuela. North Korea,
I mean, look at the difference between North Korea and
South Korea. South Korea's vibrant. North Korea has starvation. I
(08:50):
visited East Germany one time. Bill and I went over
the line to East Germany. Everybody was depressed. The grocery
stores had nothing in them. It was like gray. And
then you cross over the wall and you go into
the West German vibrant, lots of activity. Capitalism. I mean,
the difference is incredible between communists and capitalists. But these
(09:14):
Democrats want to move in the direction of a failed system.
They have never worked anywhere.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
Let's break this down, because I can't imagine a more
failed political experiment than liberal democrats morphing into progressives, morphing
into Marxists, then morphing into a communist than what I
see in every major American city control by the Democratic Party.
The only big city controlled by a Republican is Marsrez
(09:40):
in Miami, and that's functional.
Speaker 2 (09:42):
But I live in Cincinnati.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
You live in New Orleans, I can't imagine more failed
city policies than in Cincinnati and New Orleans. So in
New Orleans is at the Stockholm syndrome. What is it
that causes black voters to take on the attributes of
their captors? The Democratic Party is the party of slavery,
the ku Klux Klan, It's the party of lynchings. It's
(10:06):
the party of failed public schools and terrible law enforcement.
So why do voters who dominate the Democrat Now? I
think black females vote ninety five percent for Democrats, and
there's no vision of holding them accountable for failed policies,
simply move on. In Cincinnati, we had four council members
a couple of three years ago go to federal prison
(10:26):
for bribes. So the Democratic parties strew up put four
more in there similarly, and they're enacting the same policies.
Why do failed policies not be held accountable by Democratic
voters in New Orleans, Portland, Cincinnati, Austin, Atlanta.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Why does that happen?
Speaker 4 (10:42):
You know, you make a great point. I mean, you
would think the voters would wake up and say, hey,
we got to stop voting for this because it doesn't
work here in New Orleans. One of the leading candidates
for mayor did go to jail for bribery. We do
have a former mayor who was in jail, c Ray
Nagan LaToya. The destroying is leaving. Now we've got this
election going on. All the major candidates are Democrat, all
(11:04):
the council candidates are Democrat, all the sheriff candidates are Democrat.
There is not one Republican elected official in New Orleans.
The last Republican mayor of New Orleans was elected in
eighteen seventy two. So you've had one hundred and fifty three.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
Eighteen seventy two, and look at New Orleans.
Speaker 2 (11:22):
It's unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (11:23):
Cincinnati's not hit a Republican mayor in over fifty years.
And the city Hamilton, Alexander, Hamilton, the Crescent City, New
Orleans were functional for decades even with Democrats in charge.
We had Democrats in charge for since nineteen seventy one, actually,
and the city was functional with moderate Democrats like Charlie
(11:45):
Lucan and others who simply were working class, middle class,
labor union type Democrats. But this is not your father's
Democrat party.
Speaker 4 (11:54):
Why no, No, they've just moved further to the left.
We had the same thing here in New Orleans, but
we had moderate Democrats as mayors in the sixties and
they did fairly well. It was growing. I mean New
Orleans at one time had over six hundred and twenty
five thousand people. We were ranking the top ten in
the nation as far as population. Now the city has
(12:15):
three hundred and fifty thousand, so it's lost two hundred
and eighty thousand people since, you know, the late sixties,
early seventies, and people have fled because of the crime,
the education, the dysfunctions, the bad economy, you know everything, right.
Speaker 2 (12:33):
I don't get it.
Speaker 1 (12:34):
You know, Cincinnati, like many major cities, there's a hole
in the middle and a donat around and at least
where I'm located. We have seven or eight counties around
Hamlton County that are completely controlled by Republicans, held accountable
with great bond readings and a good police force. In Cincinnati,
we have to have the major companies. They are like
Procter and Gamble and Fifth Third Bank. They hire their
(12:56):
own police departments because the city and then we have
the city restaurant owners are sending out a missive that
the city fathers and mothers are destroying the restaurant industry
in Cincinnati. The suburbanites don't want to go into the
city because they fear of being a gun upside their
head or being beaten. Some woman told me that she's
thankful when she dines at a fancy restaurant here, that
(13:16):
she goes out to the parking lot and her car
is not on blocks. And I'm thinking on blocks, she's
thankful and she has to pay protection money to people
to guard her car so the windows aren't broken out
and put on blocks. So can't let me ask you?
Are you ready for Jeff Crue? Are you ready for
the big question?
Speaker 4 (13:34):
I'm ready. I'm ready.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
America's large cities, Los Angeles, Karen Bass, who loved Fidel Castro,
went there thirty two times. Brandon Johnson in Chicago, who
is to the left of Lorie Lightfoot and not much
room is there. And now in New York City we
have a commedy name I'm Donnie about to be elected
the mayor. And the on top of out the cities
beneath that, like Memphis. I watched NBA players say we
(13:58):
don't want to play in Memphis. There's too dangerous for
us to be in Memphis that we have to have
a throwaway car. By that, he means I want to
have a lousy car. I don't want to have a
nice car. So I was going to stop me and
blow my brains out for my car. Can America long
survive is a great nation when practically all of their
major cities are in collapse?
Speaker 4 (14:17):
No, no, we can't abandon our cities. We can't just
say all right, the cities are gone. These are the
cities that used to be great in this country. We've
got to figure out a way to save our cities.
You mentioned one of them led by a Republican. I
know that in Dallas the mayor turned Republican, so I
(14:37):
think there's an opportunity. We have a city in Louisiana,
Baton Rouge, that elected a Republican for the first time
in the generation. Wow, So it can happen. And I
do think those are what is needed because obviously Democrats
cannot leave. Democrats have failed policies, Democrats have caused all
of this. So eventually these voters have to start thinking,
(15:00):
all right, we gotta give Republicans a chance. But Republicans
need to ask for the vote. Republicans need to go
in these communities and campaigns. They can't just neglect our
urban areas.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
I would say, lastly, we have a council member who's
the vice mayor named lemon Kearney, who wants to pay
one thousand dollars a month to armed robbers every month
not to commit more arm robberies. I'm looking take her
in Victoria Parks. That's the cod Now, I'm serious about
this that if you're an arm robber, she wants to
(15:31):
pay you out of city money one thousand a month
to quit committing armed robberies. What about the kid that
doesn't commit armed robberies? He's treated worse than the kid
that does. That's assuming in the armed robbery someone isn't killed.
But when you have a vice mayor, we want to
pay robbers to quit robbing people.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
There you go, that's just going to create more robbers. Yes,
that's gonna be incentive ize people to commit crime. I mean, Bill,
that is a horrible.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
Yeah, I'm serious.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
I read this story and I said, now, wait a minute,
am I reading this correctly? And the answer is yes.
She's doubled down and said, yes, we need more pay
the arm robbers to quick committing armed robberies. The way
to make money is to commit an arm robbery. I'm going, hey,
that's a great idea right there. It's unbelievable. Well, I
don't know what to say. We're in a state of
(16:21):
shock and disbelief.
Speaker 4 (16:24):
Yeah, I'm sorry about what you're going through. I can identify.
I mean down here, you know, the criminals just get
released from prison. They don't even keep them behind bars.
You know, we let prisoners escape. We let prisoners go
because they get confused as to who they are, so
they just release.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
And here we're paying one thousand dollars a month to
armed robberies, armed robbers, to quick committing arm robberies. The
way to success is commit an arm robbery. We're going
to pay for it. That's the vice mayor. She'll be
president one day. All right, we got to run, but
Jeff Creweir, you're the best there is. Love yours at
townhall dot com. And Jeff, thanks for coming on the building.
(17:03):
I'm serious about this. We're gonna pay arm robbers. All right,
we got to run, but Jeff, you're the best. Thank
you very much.
Speaker 4 (17:09):
All right, my friends, thank you, Bill God bless you.
Speaker 1 (17:11):
Let's continue with more. Now there's a social welfare program.
We will pay you to have kids out of wedlock,
we'll house clothing, feed, and then when you commit armed robberies,
we'll give you more money.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
That'll work.
Speaker 1 (17:23):
Bill Cunningham seven hundreds WLW all right, Sean McMahon hit
the music, back at it again. We never stopped. We
simply continue. A little blond you right here, one of
my favorites. On what was it Tuesday night, I'm watching
Shri Palolo in the Power of Five do a great
story about city council members with all their ideas and
(17:44):
programs to stop violence. Then they quickly go to breaking news.
A man has his brains blown out. An OTR doesn't
make it at the hospital, shot in the head while
sitting in his car. God knows what they were doing,
likely something illegal. As Tom Striker used to say the
Great Chief of Police that if you don't involve yourself
(18:05):
in criminal activities, the odds of being shot or killed
in Cincinnati are somewhat slight, which the course is accurate. However,
it didn't apply to a Krishonda Win. Last night, again
police found a woman shot in the back. She was
found in the OTR on Republic Street. Police transferred her
(18:26):
to a UC medical center, where she died. Seemingly, this
thirty four year old woman was simply out for an
evening walk and she found herself stuck between two gangs
and one gunman fired at least fifteen rounds from a vehicle,
kind of like a drive by. She wrong place, wrong time.
The police have indicated the woman is not believed to
(18:48):
have been targeted. She was simply walking in the early evening,
and Sergeant Phil up Usino says the pattern of violence
and seeing the city is frustrating. It's just quote, someone
freely fired a gun down the street and hit her,
and I truly believe he said the city is safe,
which is said some people that just don't abide by
the law. It's kind of like saying, you know, the
(19:09):
Titanic had a great voyage, except the iceberg kind of
ruined the whole thing, So I can't imagine. He said,
by the way, could be as many as twenty shots
were fired retaliation to follow and seemingly this innocent woman
was simply out enjoying the vicissitudes of OTR walking around. Krashanda,
Sierra Wyn and she's dead and away we go.
Speaker 4 (19:32):
Now.
Speaker 1 (19:32):
I've done several national media interviews about this. You heard
Jeff crue air from New Orleans a similar difficulty and
that this isn't going away anytime soon. In fact, Jesse Waters,
my good friend, from the Fox News Network, sent Johnny
Johnny to the mean streets of Cincinnati yesterday to try
to find Victoria Parks. They had a big meeting yesterday
(19:54):
and Victoria Parks, you know, the Holly.
Speaker 2 (19:58):
Begged to be beaten like that.
Speaker 1 (20:00):
She actually got on her knees at one point and said,
please hit me in the face, hit me hard, one
punch one out, let my head snap back and hit
the pavement. That's what I wanted. Victoria Parks said that
she's the president of Poe time of the Senate, and
couldn't find Victoria Parks with a search warrant nowhere.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
To be found.
Speaker 1 (20:18):
So it's the largest black eye our city's received, I
think since April of twenty oh one, when the so
called Timothy Thomas Rides took place and we had parts
of downtown re looted. From that rose the three C
d C Stephen Leeper, and look at the great success
they've had and there's a great concern. The more national
(20:40):
publicity received, the more likely it is that our city's
going to suffer greatly. I know some have said in
the Morning Inquiry, Jason Williams's running mate, that what we
need in this town, of course, would be a deep
playoff run for the Reds to get the nation's eyes
off what's happening in Cincinnati. That'd be great. Begins tonight
(21:00):
against Paul Skeens at Pittsburgh first pitch about six forty tonight.
That'd be good stuff. But when Fox News and others
come to our town and find the conditions in which
so many residents have to live them live, it's not
a good situation. In fact, it's terrible. In fact, Fox
News had another big story up tonight from twenty oh
(21:21):
twenty twenty three, when a Reds fan came out of
a Reds game, he got separated from his crowd and
he was viciously beaten down and lost the lost an
eye during one of the kicking fests in downtown Cincinnati.
And it's not going to stop until it is stopped
by the policies of city council, which at this point
(21:42):
appears quite unlikely because behind the scenes. I'm told they're
hunkering down, will not give interviews like Scotti. Johnson was
approached by Fox News to give an interview, he refused
to say anything other than I'm not talking about it.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
I'm not talking about it. I'm not talking about it.
Speaker 1 (21:58):
And lemon Kearney about two years ago proposed that those
with guns be rehabilitated by providing one thousand dollars a
month stipend along with travel vouchers. And then you got
the Victoria Parks comment, and then you got Scottie Johnson
from council saying this isn't true that we're a safe city,
when in reality we know that's not the case. And
(22:18):
so behind the scenes, what's going to happen now in
about ninety days mark my words on this Wednesday, I'm sorry,
Thursday afternoon, August the seventh, mark my words on this.
That the president City Council will be re elected. The
mayor instead of getting eighty one percent of the vote's
going to get seventy five percent of the vote, and
(22:39):
life rolls on. They'll have a big party on election night.
Next day, they'll get back to work enacting socialist policies
that disarmed, the police provide sanctuary sanctuary city status, and
the judges themselves aren't going to change. Do you think
Judge Kerry Bloom and Juvenile Court is going to change
her political judicial philosophy because of political pressure. There's no
(23:02):
way half the judges in Common Police Court are left
during liberal extremists to go back thirty years to try
to free a convicted condemned killer because of newly discovered
evidence that exists only in her mind.
Speaker 2 (23:16):
That's not going to change.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
In fact, can you give me one American city that's
gone hard left in the past thirty forty years that,
after a somber reflection, said, you know what, we're wrong
about this. We've got to have a fully enforced law
legal department. We have to have cops that will do
their job. We must provide them the necessary equipment. They
(23:38):
must be fully funded. We have to have one hundred
and fifty more cops in Cincinnati. And Ken Kober, head
of the union, told me a few days ago on
the air it may take till March April and May
of next year to have any new cops hired. That's
the way the system works. And every time a cop
does something wrong, they're in trouble, and cops are not
perfect beings. They make mistakes like anyone else. You might
(23:59):
recall a police officer in Cincinnati use the F word
during an arrest. The F word was expressed, Oh my gosh,
the F word, and so he was reprimanded for using
the F word when arresting a vicious criminal. That's the mentality,
and the cops know it. About one third, maybe more,
of the cops in Cincinnati are used to passive policing
(24:21):
because for the last five years, that's all they've received.
Orders of passive policing. No truancy, no curfew violations, openly
smoked marijuana, no problem, drug sales and public no problem.
Fornication on the streets no problem. Open air drug markets
are on Saint Francis Seraph Church, no problem. Police cars
(24:41):
go by, businesses leave six more closed.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
And this is what.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
Happens in a city that addresses itself to social justice
matters and lies about the past, lies about the future,
lies about the present. And the members of council the
only one politically that has any hope moving anywhere. What
would be Mayor f Tapiroval. The other nine are well intended.
They're not evil people. They have bad policies. Lemon Kearney,
(25:08):
I think I met her one time, is not a
bad person. Scottie Johnson met him a couple of times.
He's not a bad person. They're good people with bad ideas.
They should not be demonized or vilified beyond they're personal being,
because they're good people who have bad ideas, much like
(25:30):
county commissioners. Mainly, they're good people with bad ideas. The
chief of police is a very good person with some
bad ideas. City manager is I haven't met her, but
I imagine she's not the reflection of evil. She's probably a
nice person with bad ideas. The ideas are the Democratic
liberal parties that give us progressivism sanctuary city status and
(25:54):
has mom Donnie the Commie run for mayor of New
York City and the Democrats are getting around uncircling. What's
amazing to me, and I brought this up with Jeff Krueer,
is the history of the Democratic Party as a party
consumed by racism and subjugation of African Americans. They were
formed as a slavery party, and they were formed to
(26:16):
make sure that slaves could be imparted in this country
and that they would be beaten and raped in his
submission and be owned by the Democratic Party. When the
Civil War was won, and for the next several decades,
the Democratic Party ordered the federal troops out of the
South so they could subjugate more African Americans because of
Jim Crow laws and lynchings and raping non voting rights whatsoever.
(26:40):
That was a Democratic Party. You might recall about nineteen seventeen,
nineteen eighteen, the Democratic Party organized on Pennsylvania Avenue a
large march of the ku Klux Klan march up and
down Pennsylvania Avenue. That's the Democratic Party. And even when
they saw the light sometime in the nineteen sixties, I
went back because I it I recalled that the Voting
(27:02):
Rights Act and the Civil Rights Act. The Voting Rights
Act passed in the Senate, ninety four percent of Republicans
voted to give African Americans more voting rights. Sixty nine
percent of Democrats did so. The great majority of the
reason the Voting Rights Act passed and the Civil Rights
Act year earlier was because of Republicans in the House.
(27:23):
Eighty one percent of Republicans voted to give blacks more
voting rights. Only seventy five percent of Democrats. It goes
on and on and on, and the disinformation campaign is
done its damage. Because the mainstream media is election interference.
They don't go back in time to a Governor Pritzer
and say, you know, Governor, you talk about realignment of
the congressional districts, reapportionment of districts. In the state of
(27:48):
Illinois in twenty twenty four, the Trumpster got forty four
percent of the vote. Yet in the congressional districts there's
fourteen Democrats and three Republicans, fourteen to three, and the
republic got forty five percent of the vote. Governor pritz Er,
how's that fair? If you take the six states in
New England, they are what Maine in New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut,
(28:11):
Rhode Island in Massachusetts, they're six states so called in
New England. Take all the six states together, Trump received
between thirty seven and forty six percent of the vote. Now,
how many Republican congressional districts are there in those six states?
In your own mind?
Speaker 2 (28:26):
Just think of a number.
Speaker 1 (28:26):
Okay, you take the six of them blended, it's forty
one percent of the vote went for Donald Trump. So
the Democrats can complete control of those six states through
the congressional districts. The realignment reapportionment. Okay, now, what percent
did the Democrats give to the Republicans when the Trumpster
got forty one percent of the vote. The answer would be,
(28:47):
raise yourhead. There it is over there. Answer is zero.
There are none. There are no Republican congressional districts electing
a Republican anywhere in New England. Why it's called Jerryman
and the Democrats are experts at it. In the state
of New Mexico, which goes back and forth Republican and Democrat.
(29:08):
In twenty twenty the Democrats controlled everything, and in New
Mexico the Trumpster got forty five percent of the vote.
Speaker 2 (29:15):
There's three congressional districts.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
So when they redrew the maps in twenty twenty one
and twenty twenty two, with the Republican getting forty five
percent of the vote in New Mexico, there's three seats.
How many seats were given to the Republicans.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
The answer is.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
Answer it raise your hand there it is zero. Zero,
I said zero. The Democrats have perfected gerrymandering. The media
doesn't tell you the truth I just did. So when
someone comes in, wait a minute, how is it possible
that in New England blend it wise? I got forty
two percent of the vote and we get zero seats.
(29:51):
It's it's shocking, isn't it. But it's true. When the
Democrats are in charge, they eliminate opposition. That's why the
Trumpster says the elections are rigged and you don't have
a choice. The districts in Illinois fourteen to three for
the Democrats when the state voted forty two percent for
Donald Trump. How's that not jerrymandering. The Democrats do what
(30:12):
they accuse the Republicans of trying to do and calling
that wrong. Facts are stubborn things. So yes, if Democrats
play that game, it's time for the Republicans to play
the get same game in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri and
other states that they control because the Democrats have done
it for decades and they get away with it because
the media didn't call them out. The truth is an
(30:34):
obstacle to partisan media coverage. Every time Pritzer came on,
hold up the map, Governor Illinois. Trump got about forty
three percent of the vote in Illinois, yet when the
congressional districts were drawn, fourteen went to Democrats and three
to Republicans. Is that fair, Governor? He says, yes, it's fair.
(30:55):
Well because he said we're a majority Democratic state. Well,
damn it, Ohio is a majority Republican state. Should Greg
Lansman District be Jerry manderd out following the Democratic model?
Speaker 2 (31:07):
Absolutely?
Speaker 1 (31:08):
Just split I seventy five west and east, and on
the west side give Landsman, Butler County and Warren County.
Speaker 2 (31:15):
See how that goes.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
And on the east side east seventy five, which is
about four hundred thousand people east of seventy five in
Hamleton County. How about giving Lansman Claremont County and Brown
County and Adams County.
Speaker 2 (31:27):
How would that look?
Speaker 1 (31:28):
The Democrats have played this game for decades without media
attention because they are the adjunct, the pr arm of
the modern Democratic Party. The mainstream media is election interference.
You know what I'm saying. Now, Let's continue much more
to say, but mark my words until the voters decide.
(31:49):
We can't live like this anymore. We can't be lied
to by liberal Democrats with no results, living in terrible
communities with bad schools, lots of crime, and the party
in power has every election.
Speaker 2 (32:00):
We're gonna fix that. We're gonna take care of that.
Don't worry.
Speaker 1 (32:03):
And after half a century they haven't done it. We'll
use a democratic voter whole Democrats responsible for their idiotic
policies and the failure. The most important thing in their
life right now is security. Is over the Rhine secure.
The mayor says, that's my number one priority. How are
we looking?
Speaker 2 (32:18):
Not good?
Speaker 1 (32:20):
Coming up next, we're going to have a put a
call into a real life general, a three star, about Hiroshima,
Nagasaki and what happened on the military base in Georgia.
The line becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine,
seven thousand. Bill Cunningham, the Great American Live as always,
It's home of the Reds the News Radio seven hundred WLW,
(32:43):
My Billy Cunningham, the Great American. Of course, we're commemorating
in the sense that the eightieth anniversary of when World
War Two ended with the dropping of atomic bombs August
sixth Hirosima, August Knight, Nagasaki, and also the terrible events
and for vetting the other day in which there were
four soldiers that were wounded because of I guess the
(33:04):
mental health difficulty of a fellow soldier and a man
that has information on all these matters. Lieutenant General Richard
Newton retired three star Assistant Vice Chief of Staff and
the Pentagon. He was the first B two stealth bomber
squadron commander and a thirty four year military career and
Lieutenant General Richard Newton, first of all, thank you for
your service. Secondly, welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. And thirdly,
(33:28):
when I watch what happened at Fort Hood Pensacola and
now at Fort Benning, it's weakening. I watched some of
the interviews of the soldiers who took down this other
soldier who uses private weapon to shoot four individuals. Thank god,
it appears all are going to survive. Well, what does
it do to military because you were inside the tent?
Shall we say Fort Hood involved in Islamic extremist I
(33:50):
think his name was Hassan and he killed a bunch
of soldiers ready for deployment in Pensacola. There was a
Saudi Arabian Air Force commander in penn Sola and he
killed a bunch of individuals. I guess for Islamic extremism.
Reason then what happened in Fort Benning is really a sadness.
So as a military man, what does that do for
(34:10):
military cohesiveness when things of this nature take place?
Speaker 6 (34:15):
Well, it's gut wrenching. Bill always good to be with you.
I was in the Pentagon when former Major Nadal Hassan
turned on his fellow soldiers, killed thirteen soldiers at Fort Hood,
wounded thirty. I was part of the initial senior officer
investigation team on that and it was a shock that
(34:36):
you would have an insider attack along those lines. By
the way, fast forward to this very moment to san
Is on death row awaiting execution at Fort Leavenworth. But
it was one that is you don't expect it. You
know Americans, certainly we have two point one million Americans
(34:56):
in uniform. All volunteers do an extraordinary thing. I think
they're the greatest generation serving Those soldiers, Sanders, Marines, space
guardians and so forth, and airman are are really extraordinary.
But this situation at Fort Stewart yesterday is a very
unique situation. I'm extraordinarily proud of the American soldiers who
(35:18):
ran to the sound of that gun subdued this perpetrator,
but also did their training kick in and conducted immediate
triage medical assistance to the five soldiers who are wounded,
and so our thoughts and prayers are with them. But
nonetheless we will have lessons learned coming out of this,
much like we did at Fort Hood. It could have
been a lot worse, but prevented because of the quick
(35:39):
thinking and training of those American soldiers on site. At
Fort Stewart there.
Speaker 1 (35:45):
Were there were six soldiers who shall we they put
themselves in harms way during the attack. One of the
soldiers acted quickly two of those wounded or female soldiers,
and mental illness has got to be assuming that there
wasn't some motive about Islamic extremism, and I don't know
about that, but no one, shall we say, gets a
(36:06):
personal handgun, which is illegal to be on the base anyway,
and takes it to willy nilly kill two females try
to kill two female soldiers and two male soldiers, and
of course mental illness rises. It's ugly head again. Is
there a sense that when these events take place, at
least the first two appear to have Islamic radicalism at
the route we don't know the causes yet, but mental
(36:29):
illness is all over and it's rampant, it's unaddressed. What
role does military leadership have. He was allegedly the perpetrator,
was depressed, he was unhappy, sad, et cetera. So what
role does mental illness have and trying to stop this
from occurring?
Speaker 7 (36:46):
Well, that's the first.
Speaker 6 (36:47):
Thing you think of, just speculation on my part at
this very moment. Bill, I don't believe this is linked
to any type of terrorism. I believe it is a
criminal event that will be addressed through the uniform to
military justice. I think also that the Fort Stewart leadership
at this very moment is also looking at the mental
(37:07):
health sort of the conditions surrounding the soldier's unit, but
also the soldier himself and his service. Reportedly, he's been
on active duty for about eight years. And the fact
is is that it's reported also in the media, and
I can underscore this that probably true that he was
pulled over for a DUI off post, off duty, but
(37:28):
did not report it to his chain of command that
he should have done so. Speaking of a handgun, it's
reported it's a nine millimeters a handgun it's a personal
handgun that is against regulations for him to bring that
on the installation itself, So that'll be taking a look at.
But let's underscore some of the positive here. The training
(37:48):
of these soldiers, the quick reaction. Frankly, the valor of
those six soldiers that you mentioned that went to the
aid of those being shot, and certainly the perpetrate is
something that we can all be proud of. Now the
lessons learned of this, What happened, how did it happen?
More importantly, why did it happen? When let's address you
(38:12):
know this these mental health issues. I don't know if
you can attribute this to mental health or not, well
determine that, but I can tell you having a son
in law in the United States Air Force about ready
to pin on lieutenant colonel Air Force Special Operations, and
my association with the current military, that you know the
mental health is one thing. I think those are rare circumstances.
(38:36):
We can be very proud of our men and women,
both from their their physical capabilities but their mental capabilities
as well. But there are challenging times, especially for our
veteran population. With regard to the last twenty twenty five
years of service since nine to eleven. You know PTS PTSD,
which you know is certainly stress is at the forefront
(38:56):
of the minds of our military leaders, but also the
rank and file. My final point here is I would
have our listeners understand that much like when we lived
in New York City, the theme was if you see something,
say something. Also with a fellow soldier or airman or
sailor marine or guardian, if you see them, perhaps not
necessarily at their peak and they're going through some mental
challenges or personal challenge, say something to your chaining command
(39:19):
and report that and make sure that it's addressed.
Speaker 1 (39:22):
Last few days, we've been commemorating the end of World
War Two with the eightieth anniversary August sixth, nineteen forty
five Hiroshima August ninth, the nineteen forty five Hiroshima and
the Naugasaki where both hit. The war ended shortly thereafter,
and I don't see the after eighty years, the self
flagellation that I normally see when we commemorate a military victory.
(39:45):
It appears that the media right now is keeping a
low profile about this. But if give me some historical perspective,
because my father as you may know, I would not
be here otherwise. See hit Guadalcanal, who's on the east
coast of China. He was part of the brigade in
about six months about to invade Japan from the west side.
(40:06):
America had lots of military units in China by that
point and perhaps unbeknownst to many. But how do you
react to those who say that America dropped to two
adam baumbs, that somehow it didn't have to be done,
that the invasion was probably preferable, and that Japan was
never going to retire from this battle, they weren't going
to quit, and that somehow this took unnecessarily civilian lives.
Speaker 6 (40:29):
Well, God, plus your father and his generation. My uncle
was at Pearl Harbor when it was attacked, a Pearl
Harbor survivor, and so forth. But the bottom line here,
in August of nineteen forty five, the mission of dropping
those atomic bonds was to force Japan's unconditional surrender to
end World War two. Otherwise it would have been an
(40:50):
extraordinarily costly invasion of both American lives and Japanese lives.
Because the United States was pressed to have to end
the war doing a massive invasion of the Japanese mainland.
The bombings, as controversial as they may be in some quarters,
they're not with me, frankly, were intended to demonstrate the
(41:11):
devastating power of this new weapon to Japan, but also
to the Soviet Union. Japan was showing no signs bill
of surrendering despite intense conventional bombing campaigns leading up to
August sixth and August ninth of nineteen forty five, and
so that invasion of Japan was being planned for and
nearly executed. But the projection of the incredible cost of
(41:33):
lives on both the as I mentioned, the United States
side and the Japanese side, was going to be extraordinary.
We knew that, and so the bombs, the atomic bombs,
were seen as a way to force at a swift
surrender and frankly, to further casualties. And it was also
a demonstration of power by the United States, you know,
to showcase this capability. And we knew that it was
(41:55):
going to be difficult to deal with the Soviet Union
in the ensuing years after World War Two. So that's
really belong and the short of it, this unconditional surrender,
the fact that the United States had been demanding an
unconditional surrender of Japan, but they weren't going to play
with that realm in terms of negotiating that. They wanted
to retain their emperor negotiate terms of surrender, you know,
(42:20):
but it was unacceptable those terms to the United States.
Speaker 1 (42:23):
And lastly, you use the term unconditional surrender. I think
about Hamas right now. We're jumping all over the globe
with Lieutenant General Richard Newton, and the way to end
the war right now between Israel and Hamas is for
Hamas to recognize they've lost. It's time to put down
our weapons, release the hostages, bringing the aid. Why doesn't
Hamas recognize reality? According to the IDF, there's about ten
(42:46):
thousand Hamas soldiers left. Why doesn't Hamas recognize reality, put
down their arms and free the soldiers.
Speaker 6 (42:52):
Why one word survival, their survival. Hamas has walked away
from a cusp of a negoti shated ceasefire several days
or so ago, and they walked away. They walked away
many times. They took the hostages in the first place.
On ten to seven Bill, in that brutal attack on Israel,
(43:13):
killing twelve hundred and fifty Israelis. They were killing babies
and children and women, raping on the battlefield and so forth.
We know that, and certainly the conditions of the hostages
fifty remain only twenty our live and we saw that
brutal video that came out that psychological operation of video
(43:33):
context of those two Israeli hostages, the one digging his
own great they're trying to influence really people against net
Nan who to persevere to destroy a moss but also
to bring the hostages home. This was out of their
playbook when this kicked off on October seventh, and so
what their playbook called for was to take these hostages
(43:54):
and to use them exactly what they're doing right now
for their own survival, because if they give up the hostages,
or if is Israel is able to get the hostages,
then Hamas leadership, their survival is gone. But they're not
going to do that. And so I want the American
people to understand the situation in Gaza is really starts
with Hamas. Blood is on Hamas's hands, not necessarily Israel
(44:19):
in the United States in this case, although Israel needs
to look at in terms of how they are trying
to go about the operations in Gaza and what's next,
but perk and foremost, the primary's primary effort here ought
to be bringing the hostages home.
Speaker 1 (44:32):
Lieutenant General Richard Newton, Let's face, Hamas is a death cult,
and what's happening now is specifically what they intend, which
is to cause their own people to suffer, to have
bad publicity for the Israelis, to make it look as
if that Israel started this thing instead of them. And
I can't imagine the horrific conditions the hostages are now
living under. I guess ten fifteen, maybe twenty or alive
(44:55):
if you call that a life, living in a hole
like a mole. And Hamas wants to die, want to
take with them as many innocent men, women and children
as possible. They want to kill their fellow gosins. They
want to kill's face of the number one casualties among
Islamic extremism are fellow Muslims, and the number I read
is two hundred and fifty thousand Muslims have been killed
(45:16):
by Islamic extremists. Whether you're a Muslim, or whether you're
a Jew or Catholic, a Christian, or an American or European,
it is a death cult that wants to die, and
I would hope maybe not to know who would arrange
the meeting if they want to die to be with
those virgins, get it done. But sadly they're using the
heartstrings of the American people to say the problem of
(45:37):
the Israeli is not letting the food in when the
food has to go through Hamas, in which case they
will decide who's fed and who's not. Hamas is winning
this in their mind because they have the video and
the photos of these suffering children, and then they quickly
juxtaposition Israel over the terrible behavior in which they've engaged
and I hope it ends soon. But America, when our
(45:58):
existence was at to stake, we did not consider whether
or not German city should be firebombed or a Japanese
city should suffer from atomic weapons. We wanted to win
the war as quickly as possible to save lives, and
Hamas is not in the business of saving lives.
Speaker 6 (46:16):
That's correct, And we're at the toughest, most difficult point.
We knew this was coming. This is the end game
of the conflict, this final point. What we're seeing play
out in twenty first century is extraordinary, barbarious psychological warfare
with regard to what I call a significant information operations campaign.
(46:37):
Really the only thing Hamas has left to really make
starvation now a weapon, but also the psychological warfare trying
to compel the Israeli people, to compel Yahu to capitulate.
But the fate of a Hatsa is hanging in the balance.
I would ask all our American citizens and certainly our
listeners here to continue to support Israel and defend against
(47:01):
help them defend against tyranny that is represented by Hamas
and others who not only are a threat to Israel,
but affect threat to the United States.
Speaker 1 (47:11):
Lastly, Lieutenant Richard Newton, I saw the C five A
sized transport on a Chinese air base that had ten
thousand drones inside the C five A. It wasn't a
C five A but one of those large transport planes,
and that the idea of the Chinese military is to
have these huge air platforms dispensing over a battlefield or
(47:34):
a nation, tens of thousands of specialized drones to take
out every aspect of the so called enemy's life, whether
it's electrical plants, whether it's water purification, whether it's cities
looking ahead. Since you're an air force guy, can you
see a circumstance in five or ten years when warring
powers use these weaponized drones instead of people operating airplanes.
Speaker 6 (47:57):
Well, welcome again to another aspect of new war in
the twenty first century.
Speaker 4 (48:01):
First on China.
Speaker 6 (48:02):
China is modernizing its military as we've never seen before.
One of the fastest modernizations of military in the world
is China, not on in terms of growing in numbers,
but in terms of capability. Secondly, what you're seeing is
a change in the nature of warfare of using what
we call unmanned aero vehicles or drones in this case,
and having that thousands of numbers employed is what we
(48:26):
called a swarm operation really go past enemy defenses and
so forth. I think that I don't see manned aircraft
and employment of manned airpower going away.
Speaker 7 (48:38):
Certainly in my lifetime.
Speaker 6 (48:39):
But I do see the advent of unmanned aero vehicles
operated in significant numbers under the command and control of
air leaders and so forth, to be highly effective. We're
seeing that in the Ukraine versus Russia and so forth
and elsewhere. But this is going to be the new
advent of war. Now it's up to the United States
to modernize our capability by bringing in the next generation
(49:02):
self bomber, the B twenty one, bringing in the next
stealth fighter, the F forty seven, but also bringing in
what I call collaborative combat aircraft that are unmanned that
can go against all targets and persist in highly contested
environments for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance as well as for Connecticut
to act. The United States is also putting a lot
(49:23):
of emphasis on this. But China needs close bear watching
because they, I believe are the ultimate threat of what
We've got to make sure that we maintain the best
military in the world to deter China, certainly to dissuade
them from acting such as taking and overtaking Taiwan and
other US national security interests in the world, but also
(49:44):
should they do so that we're capable of defeating China
and other adversaries who want it in the United States.
Speaker 1 (49:50):
Harm three Star Richard Newton, thank you. I remember the
words of Douglas MacArthur on in nineteen sixty four when
he got the Sayer Award at West Point. He ended
up by saying, near his death Only the dead have
seen the end of war, and that's the human condition.
Lieutenant General Richard Newton, you're a great American. Thank you
for your service and thanks for coming on the Bill
(50:11):
Cunningham Show.
Speaker 2 (50:11):
Thank you.
Speaker 6 (50:12):
General will always great to be with you.
Speaker 1 (50:15):
God bless America. Let's continue with more news coming up next.
Only the dead have seen the end of war seven
hundred WLW.
Speaker 3 (50:23):
Move away permanently. You better not come back home. It's
like growing up as Brantley's neighbor and then going to ole.
Miss you may as well just move out, stright call
on the inside corner.
Speaker 8 (50:36):
Nothing can walk. Why you want to live there in
the first place. I don't tell him, I SLF. I
won't tell him. No Twitter will.
Speaker 2 (50:51):
Hello quiet, and I'm broadcasting.
Speaker 1 (50:58):
He's on a shot A mississip stated.
Speaker 9 (51:02):
I think, so you don't mess with Jeff Brandtley. You
don't mess with state, and you don't mess with his dogs,
the bulldogs that is.
Speaker 2 (51:11):
How about tipping cows? You don't mess with that. Don't
mess with that either.
Speaker 1 (51:14):
Can I offer an objection to all the raw raw
going on? Can I raise my hand in the back
of the room, What raw raw?
Speaker 2 (51:21):
All the raw raw.
Speaker 1 (51:22):
When it comes to the Bengals and sports. Oh, you
got half a billion dollars invested? Yeah, and Joey b
number one and number five? Am I right or wrong?
Is that a half a billion?
Speaker 7 (51:33):
Time?
Speaker 9 (51:33):
I would say so, Yeah, half a billion dollars is
going to be more when finally comes around.
Speaker 1 (51:40):
Those three, would you agree are the heart and soul
of the Bengals? Bingo, they're going to play the night
in the game. Yeah, that is totally meaningless. Well, it
doesn't mean a damn thing.
Speaker 9 (51:51):
Well, Willie, they took you know, h double hockey sticks
last year for not playing at all, and then all
of a sudden they went against the Patriots, and look
what happened. They look like me out there and they
started zero to three, and you gottat you gotta get
your dig yourself out of the hole even before the
like when the season just starts.
Speaker 1 (52:10):
But segment a half a billion dollars, Joey Burrow t
and and you gotta put and not get injured. And
why play tonight when it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter.
Speaker 9 (52:23):
They'll play a few series and that will be I
don't want them to play. And you said they're going
write this down I don't want them to play at
all though.
Speaker 2 (52:31):
That's like you say, that's that's well, it's the truth.
Speaker 1 (52:35):
One and eleven the past six years, games one and
two correct. Joey Burrow is one and nine. Now there's
a trend, but you correct it by putting him at
risk in a meaningless game.
Speaker 9 (52:45):
This isn't baseball. You gotta play throw pitches. Look, I
mean pouring rain at Bristol, Tennessee over the weekend.
Speaker 2 (52:52):
Terrible. Who's at shortstop?
Speaker 9 (52:54):
What if Ailey daily Cruz grabs a grounder and all
of a sudden slips. There goes the ankle, That goes
the knee, There goes the leg, there goes the hip
and d O n E or d U n n.
Thank goodness he did.
Speaker 2 (53:06):
I can tell you segment, you're cheerleading once again.
Speaker 1 (53:08):
Yeah, but I don't want those players to play because
of the high risk of injury. Give me some sports, Willy,
the student reporters of Proud Service, Every local tame Star
heating and air conditioning dealers Tamestar quality. You could feel
in Cincinnati kaus Schmid Heating and Cooling five one three

Speaker 9 (53:27):
Sixty nine hundred sports. And we also want to thank
Ron's Roost for our lunch today. Willy, it's clucking good.
On the west side of thirty eight fifty three Race
Road at five seven four two two two the Queen herself,
Donna brought down our lunch today.
Speaker 2 (53:43):
Not Donna d but Donna. Correct.
Speaker 1 (53:45):
But I'm told by Tom Weedon has sent me a text.
They're not they're entering the final phase.
Speaker 2 (53:51):
No, they're not.
Speaker 1 (53:51):
May I may I just give you one rap leric
I've been working on hit it.
Speaker 2 (53:57):
We don't have.
Speaker 9 (53:58):
I don't have much of a choice, neither than the
audience do they. I had to take a poll to
see if how I don't mind taking I don't mind taking.
Speaker 2 (54:07):
Up like a pole, whether or not you in the
wrap or not.
Speaker 1 (54:12):
I took some of the words of rock you needed
to be updated. Also, now you're plagiarizing him. Correct, but
I added the big hook at the bottom. You ready,
now say go ahead, I'll just do three or four lines, Okay,
I don't have the beat box, Go go ahead. Got
my PhD getting it on with l O v E.
Got my PhD getting it on with l O v E.
(54:35):
Give me my money in stacks and my woman in

know what I mean. I come from the concrete jungle

all the Democrats bark. My rhymes are like razors. I'm

The Mexicans don't like ice. Just call yourself the cube dude.
Speaker 1 (01:02:00):
Dude that that's like iced tea, getting rid of real

Speaker 1 (01:02:34):
I know you know what he said, Gear on the
fast track can't say but he said, get ready, that's
why I'm rapping so much, and not to get up
every morning. And I got, I got lava flowing out
of me.
Speaker 9 (01:02:46):
Does the first lady help you at all, like, you know,
like with some ideas or something?
Speaker 2 (01:02:52):
I mean, does she like assist you in this?
Speaker 1 (01:02:55):
When I start wrapping, she heads for another room. If
I follow her, she goes outside and walks around. She said,
I want nothing to do with this. It was embarrassing.
At the university goes out. Does he go outside? Look
at that? You still got the fish in there? Yes, oh, okay,
got the nice coy pond. But at the University club
had a great server named Glenn. Yeah, who wanted me
to rap. Okay, I start rapping at the University Club.
(01:03:18):
In the dining room, Penny gets up exit stage right.
Sean Donovan put his head in his hands. The lady
he was with was smiling. She liked my rap, and
Glenn liked my rap. But my wife would not return
till I quit rapping.
Speaker 2 (01:03:32):
What about people around you? They look stunned. Say give
me out of the students, we all give me.
Speaker 1 (01:03:39):
I want to take calls the next if you want
to talk to the grade of How about doing a
poll later on segment should I rap?
Speaker 2 (01:03:45):

Speaker 1 (01:03:47):
That's what I like? Segment give me out of Stood's report?

Speaker 2 (01:03:58):
That's the worst thing I've ever had on my What
is she referring to? I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:04:04):
Maybe I'll put that in my wraps. You go there,
there's another way. On seven hundred wlw.
Speaker 3 (01:04:12):
Our Iheartradial Music Festival Present My Capital Ones in Vegas,
Paul will arena.
Speaker 8 (01:04:18):
Streaming live only on Hulu a weekend full of superstar.
Speaker 4 (01:04:25):
Oh you know.
Speaker 1 (01:04:26):
Well, now we'll accept calls from the American people and
then Susie will be first from Montgomery, the home of
Montgomery in on Montgomery Jewelry. Five lines open at five one, three, seven,
seven nine, seven thousand pounds seven hundred. Either way to
express your viewpoint on the image Cincinnati has or according
(01:04:47):
to the segment my burgeoning rap career to my left.
I just saw the iceman Ice Cube but doing an
interview with the CNN talking about his upcoming tour. And
I've been in touch with ice and these to come
on to talk about the the cities he's going to be.
He wants to get his rap career back on. He
need some opening act, and I think I'm one of them.
(01:05:09):
But secondly, I would point out that I said on
my Twitter account quote to the effect that City council
Member Michelle lemon Kearney wants to pay criminals to behave
up to one thousand dollars a month. And when I
went to Google to see how many how many situations
(01:05:33):
are similar, they took down that posting from an inquire
story of about a year ago. So fortunately the great
American captain, because right now it's hard to get it's
called censoring what you should hear as an American, and
she now claims that it didn't happen, that you don't
want to pay criminals to behave or not commit crime.
(01:05:55):
I'm holding in my hands right here from my archives.
As you know, I keep my records assiduously headlined by
Sharon Coolidge. And of course Sharon Coolidge knows everything. She's
the best City Hall reporter in the history of the Inquirer.
Under date of October twenty ninth, twenty twenty four, that
(01:06:18):
was what about seven eight months ago, not ten months
ago headline two hundred and seventy five thousand dollars program
would pay criminals to behave Council puts her to a
vote on Wednesday. Now, Council and Vice Mayor's denying this
is happening. I'm looking at the story written by Sharon Coolidge.
It must be accurate. Here's the first line. Cincinnati City
(01:06:42):
Council's poised to put two hundred and seventy five thousand
dollars toward a gun violence reduction program that attempts to
pull quote active firearm offenders unquote active firearms offenders away
from the street life with pay, travel, job trading, therapy,
and more. The bunny from the program is part of
(01:07:02):
a sixty five million dollar spending plan for money it
was not spent from last year's budget. Scheduled to vote
on the spending program, and I go into the deep
archives into the story written by Sharon Coolidge. She's a
fine reporter. Another key part of the program is transformative,
transformative care I'm carry and transformative travel trips out of
(01:07:22):
the Cincinnati will give the fellows or the arm robbers
a chance to get away from the dangers they face
and understand the life outside of Cincinnati. The programs cost
per fellow per year. Per the fellow is the arm
robber per year is a minimum of thirty seven thousand
dollars thirty seven grand, according to Vice Mayor Kearney and
(01:07:47):
Jan Michelle Lemon Curdy, and she loves the program and
at least she loved it in October of last year,
thirty seven thousand dollars. Police officer President Union Ken Kober said,
I'm skeptical about this to pay criminals not to commit crime.
So if this comes up again, I'm going to save
(01:08:07):
the story because it's going to be deleted from everywhere
because it doesn't fit the media diet tribe. But I'm
going to save this story written by Sharon Coolidge. It
must be accurate. I posted last night late the following.
Council Member Scottie Johnson says the city is safe as
Vice Mayor Lemon Kearney wants to pay arm robbers one
thousand a month not to commit crime. Safe Tell that
(01:08:31):
to the thirty one year old woman gunned down in
OTR during a fifteen shot drive by tonight, DEM's live
in a fantasy land? Is Cincinnati safe and now? I'm
being accused of lying about the vice mayor. I'll save
the story. I kept the story. The only thing wrong
about it one thousand a month. It's going to cost
more than three thousand dollars a month, which involves paying
(01:08:52):
criminals not to commit crime, give them travel vouchers to
travel around the country, etc. I'm saving the story. Secondly,
I'll accept your calls. Now we have Phil as a
semi driver. We got Susie, We have Victoria. Could that
be Victoria Parks? Could that be her calling in from Columbus?
(01:09:12):
Johnny of Waters tried to find her yesterday, doesn't show
up for work. She's running, trying to hide. She's got
three more months to serve, once to collect money. Then
go give me your reaction to wrapping and or the
city and more. Let's go to Susie and Montgomery, Dehlmah
Montgomery and and Tom Gregory. Susie and Montgomery, give me
a full report.
Speaker 5 (01:09:33):
Hi, Lillie, I'm Lotello deer Park Brad. And the first
time I heard you rap, I thought it was just
clever and great, and you'd be a great opening act
for ice Cube. But wait, at some point this foolishness
has got to stop. I mean, it's just you just
kind of are like those wind up toys that just
(01:09:54):
get going and going and going, and pretty soon I'm
afraid you're just gonna fall off your chair.
Speaker 1 (01:10:00):
You see doctor carryokus about every three months. I have
physicals every six months. I see more doctors than most
patients see in a lifetime. I get my body straight
and true because my career is ahead of me. I'm
looking at people that have blossomed laid into a new career.
I've done a few things in my life, Susie, but
I've never done rap. And our generation needs a voice,
(01:10:20):
and that's going to be me.
Speaker 5 (01:10:23):
I agree, And I love your voice every single day
I listen to you and seg I'm your biggest fand
but it just doesn't all have to be in rest.
And they're right that you kind of kind of get
better with the beat part. You know, your words are great,
but they don't always go with the beat.
Speaker 1 (01:10:40):
Got my PhD getting it on with love mega the
law in four to oh one case, my flow is
like lava leaving them days. Come at me if you can,
if you think that's the best. But the last dude
that did that got two to the chest. I'm messing
up your world. If you're a Kamala fan, the red, white,
and Blue will never be banned.
Speaker 5 (01:11:00):
See, I just gave you an excuse to do it again.
I already heard that today.
Speaker 2 (01:11:05):
To hear something different, hear something new. You don't want
to hear anything new.
Speaker 4 (01:11:09):
You want to hear her.
Speaker 7 (01:11:11):
All right, absolutely, let me come over here.
Speaker 1 (01:11:15):
That this was something I put together. I don't know
it's been it's been a long time. It's been about
three weeks since I met the cube. Uh, I'm pulling
it up right now.
Speaker 2 (01:11:25):
All right here it is. Get ready? Are you prepared?
Speaker 5 (01:11:30):
I'm ready. I'm ready.
Speaker 2 (01:11:32):
Are you ready?
Speaker 5 (01:11:33):
I'm ready?
Speaker 7 (01:11:34):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (01:11:34):
Here we go. See if you like this one. Willie
speaks the truth, got the country on his mind. With
Trump and the White House shaking up the plan. JD
is VP fighting for the common man. If you stand
for America, you know he's loving you. Let's talk about
the left. You know who they chose. Nancy Pelosi out
here stepping on toes. She's counting ice cream. We're counting
votes while Don and JD keeping Dems on their toes.
(01:11:57):
Pelosi tries to ban her, but she's losing her grip.
Willie pipes up, she's out of touch. Is a sinking ship.
Hein't afraid to say it. Calls out every fake Republicans United.
Now let's raise the stakes. It's the Queen City anthem
at the message. So straight, Willie on the airwaves, setting
it straight, hands out, great American shout outs on the fly,
Pelosi catch an ls and we all know why. Tune
(01:12:19):
in at noon to three. The frequency is true. Cincinnati Pride,
the Red, White and Blue.
Speaker 5 (01:12:24):
Now that was pretty good.
Speaker 7 (01:12:26):
That was good.
Speaker 4 (01:12:26):
That's good.
Speaker 5 (01:12:27):
Okay, so you could open with that, you could open
for ice Cube with that, and then but just you know,
enough is enough.
Speaker 2 (01:12:34):
Will Well Susie.
Speaker 1 (01:12:35):
I'll say this. I told the Cube. I will not
denigrate women. Because my mother's a woman, or was a woman.
She's dead, my wife is a woman who's angry at
me all the time, my granddaughter is a girl, and
my sister, Diane red And is a woman. So I'm
not gonna denigrate women. I love women more than men.
And secondly, I don't use curse words. See what I'm saying.
It's clean wrap for the fifty to eighty year olds.
Speaker 5 (01:12:58):
Thank goodness. One old deer Park cheerleader, Willie and all
of our step line too, you know, and so you
probably listened to us, and you learn well, and so
to make us proud when you open for ice cube.
Speaker 1 (01:13:10):
I'm from the concrete jungle known as the park, ripping
lines from my from my mic, making all the democrats park.
Speaker 2 (01:13:18):
I'm from the.
Speaker 1 (01:13:19):
Mean streets in park, mean streets. Thank you, SUSI, You're
the best. Thank you keep listening. Let's continue now. Let's
go to Phil, a semi driver. And Phil, where are
you now? If anywhere? Where's the mal marker? Where are
you in the concrete slab?
Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
Willie?
Speaker 6 (01:13:33):
I'm at my marker one nown on I seventy five sre.
Speaker 2 (01:13:37):
God bless America. What do you got.
Speaker 4 (01:13:42):
A couple of days? You want to keep the kids
off the street.
Speaker 1 (01:13:46):
How the parents you're going to win their their assistant.
Speaker 5 (01:13:49):
Sarkee take up the street?
Speaker 2 (01:13:51):
Jeez?
Speaker 6 (01:13:52):
Another ding your rapt is what the kids called win? Willie,
You're on.
Speaker 2 (01:13:57):
Fire, son. It's called what.
Speaker 6 (01:14:02):
Your my rap?
Speaker 4 (01:14:08):
My lap?
Speaker 1 (01:14:09):
My rap is dope? Is that it it's like lit dope,
like marijuana. I don't smoke marijuana. It's lit dope.
Speaker 6 (01:14:17):
I don't.
Speaker 5 (01:14:17):
I don't either.
Speaker 1 (01:14:19):
I have that.
Speaker 6 (01:14:20):
I have that decease that.
Speaker 5 (01:14:21):
Called the CEO.
Speaker 1 (01:14:23):
Do you think the truckers like you would love a
voice of your generation, something like me rapping with truckers
like this?
Speaker 4 (01:14:31):
I think so.
Speaker 6 (01:14:32):
I think if you come at him with the truth,
yea and nothing the truth.
Speaker 2 (01:14:37):
You got a niche right there, I got a big niche,
you do. You got a niche you need scratch?
Speaker 1 (01:14:45):
I got an I got a niche with a niche
and I'm rich. How about that one? There's one right there.
I just did it.
Speaker 5 (01:14:52):
And then then you, Yeah, I think you gotta scratch
that itch with the truth.
Speaker 1 (01:14:56):
You gotta scratch it, all right. I'm scratching. I'm scratching
right now. I can feel it. I'm scratching.
Speaker 5 (01:15:03):
You're a great American.
Speaker 6 (01:15:04):
I love listening to you, brother about here.
Speaker 4 (01:15:06):
I'll keep the hammer down.
Speaker 2 (01:15:08):
And God bless you, sir, and God bless America.
Speaker 1 (01:15:10):
Am I one thirty heading northbound and down. Let's continue
with more. Let's go to Larry and Loveland, the home
of the Tigers, and Larry and Loveland give me a
full report, Larry.
Speaker 7 (01:15:20):
Here's a full report. Well, I love your show. You
know it's it doesn't take a genius to use a
gun to commit a serious crime. But I can guarantee
you that there are criminals out there right now. If
I'm going to get one thousand dollars a month for
committing a serious crime, maybe I'll commit two of them,
(01:15:41):
and maybe I'll get two thousand dollars a month.
Speaker 4 (01:15:44):
So that's I kind of got.
Speaker 2 (01:15:45):
I kind of got crime. Crime pays correct exactly so.
Speaker 7 (01:15:51):
And the other thing I wanted to say in this
regard to New York, the mayor in New York, that's
the guy that's running for office in New York, met
Domie the common If you take this the comy okay,
if you take his name, the second D in front
of the or the D in front of the second M,
what do you have?
Speaker 1 (01:16:09):
The D in front of the second M sounds like
a rappler? Got Mama, Mama, mama, mama.
Speaker 7 (01:16:13):
Donny, No, a D is in David?
Speaker 2 (01:16:17):
You have mad Man Well communism.
Speaker 1 (01:16:20):
I want to know where socialism and communism has worked
long term?
Speaker 2 (01:16:24):
The answer is nowhere.
Speaker 1 (01:16:25):
Can I share with you, Larry a couple more lines
I put down about two nights ago when I was
sleeping absolutely four on the course, got that four oh
one k swing slow mod like its Groundhog Day, mutual
funds and a rough buffet edy pills in the cart.
I can still play. Check the vesting. I'm fully mature.
Golf clubs are clean at the KCC gave. My dividends
(01:16:47):
are pure swing like I'm young, but my back's onsure.
Catch me on the green looking sixty four. The office
is done. I catched in my plan. Now I spend
mornings in a four x four sand sip that metamucil.
Invest in the land index funds are popping like a
brass band.
Speaker 7 (01:17:04):
That's outstanding. That is outstanding.
Speaker 4 (01:17:07):
I'll buy that.
Speaker 2 (01:17:09):
Let me give you another couple of lines. Are you
ready for this?
Speaker 1 (01:17:12):
I'm ready dollar cost averaging since Reagan was king, I
was buying low. When you all chase bling s and
p rising like my cholesterol, I don't need crypto. I
got capitol diversified like a Boca brunch. My portfolios fat
like a lawyer's lunch. Reads in the mix, bonds for
the crunch, four oh one k rolls over one, I
munch Vieger and the glove box see alis in the drawer.
(01:17:35):
Still got game, just need help to score docs say
it's comment. I ain't sore at least my ira got
plenty in store.
Speaker 7 (01:17:44):
That is terrific.
Speaker 2 (01:17:45):
Thank you, thank you.
