that's a tough thing to do because I'm not a
big weightlifter. So just for me being a pretty thin

don't don't mind me just ripping up three hundred at

I mean there was powerlifting in my high school and yeah,

any records, but for me substantial growth, I'm pretty proud

I just stay away from those things. But I've gotten

ball so much farther after shoulder, you know, it's amazing.

so bad doing breaking bobby bones that they had to
pay for it, so they would send a physical therapist
to the house. That's cool, and it got to but
it's it sucked. No, not that you had to do that,
but you got comped. Well I used to get excited
about it. Oh, somebody can come massage. It hurts so bad.
It's not a massage, um, so they like I've had

like dry needling done. You ever had that done. It's
basically they take pins you go into your muscles like
how deep? How deep? I don't know because it is
like acupuncture ish okay, yeah, probably a little. It's probably
the needles a little different, but yes, it goes right
in and then your muscle starts to go twitch if
they hit it. It's like, that sucks. What else do

we do? We do that? Sometimes I'll just grind on
the upper bicep because my tendon nitis is my upper
bicep and on my shoulder, and that tendon nitus came
from a terror when I wasn't able to move. So
it sucks. I dread it. I dread it as much
as working out, and I hate working out. If I
were to listenings, I hate Thank you for asking peanut butter.
No one asks mayonnaise, cigarettes, good pollution, I mean, just

keep going with the like the go drugs. Well, I'm
getting there. Pollution exercise, that's my top five. Okay, now
I've cut out cancer and AIDS and all that stuff,
because for sure that would be everyone. It's like when
you want to have a dinner with anyone dead or alive,
you have to pick Jesus unless Jesus has taken off
the table. And if someone goes dead or alive and
they don't pick Jesus and it hasn't been addressed, I

may take a second look at them as a friend.
But Jesus should never be on the table because otherwise
you have to pick Jesus. So I now I would
like to make that rule when a run for office.
I'm gonna that's gonna be another one. No karaokee songs
over two minutes forty five seconds, and no in the
game of who would you have dinner with? Dead or alive?

particular soup that they feed you and you stay for

was like if if if she goes, like, do you

think I could go and be like her caregiver there
or I mean it was a real like you kind
of explore everything because I mean he commented that, yeah,
and that's when he realized it was all bs oh
that because he had cancer. And he went down and
it wasn't Mexico, Yeah, some other South maybe South, Yeah,
South America, And he was like he tried, but he
tried a lot of that stuff crystals and yeah, because
I think when you are at the end of your rope,

you're just doing anything done lose the end of the road. Yeah,
I mean, in the chemo makes you super sick because
I don't really know anything about Steve Jobs, but I
just know that about him, and I'm like, man, this
dude was so smart and if he believed that, like, yeah,
I don't know, and then my other person would be
Tupac Goode. Do you guys always want to know what happened?
Sometimes I don't know what happened, but that would be

convicted murderer escapes after allegedly attacking the officer driving the bus.

on the run in Leon County, Texas, after fleeing a

so many, like real life celebrities don't on it anymore,
because you can loose, tweet one bad thing, stupid thing,

it doesn't really matter. Nobody cares. Nobody really looks at it.

on Twitter that are my hoodies and sweatshirts are on sale.

I got to think of the room, and either everybody

back at the origins of the number thirteen, here we go.
Although no one knows for certain, we've talked about this
on the show. The fear of the number thirteen and
the fear of Friday likely combined around the late eighteen hundreds.
No clear mention has been discussed in any published works
before then, but the Last Supper is brought up. A
superstition associated with Friday thirteenth is that the last supper
that was attended by thirteen people Jesus Christ and his

twelve disciples. The number thirteen is associated with, which one
judas that's right, thank you nobody who betrayed Christ shortly
after the Last Supper. My brain wasn't working. Christ was
handed to Roman soldiers the next morning and crucified on
Good Friday. So there's the thirteen. There's a Friday reference
that is one they feel. Don't know but fuel could
have led to that. And then back in mythology, we

talked about Loki, who was an actual not just a
Marvel character. But in mythology there was Loki and at
a dinner with twelve the Norse gods, Loki was not invited. However,
the will make Her showed up. Fighting ensued and one
of the most popular gods, named Baldur, was killed that day.

Friday thirteenth. This step, you know, So what does that
have to do with elevators or like floors? And just
think generally the number thirteen is seen as unlucky, so
people don't want to be associated with it, so they

But like famous football players with thirteen, can you name one?
Odell Beckham? Is he thirteen? Can you name the most

of the pandemic. There was declared it was not a

thirteen year old boy was struck by lightning on Friday
thirteenth at thirteen thirteen military time. Or they're stretching with
that one. Wow. In twenty twenty nine, an asteroid will
come extremely close to Earth. That's not that many, that's it,
and Friday thirteenth rocks. That's all the bad stuff that
happened over time. Missouri woman wins the lottery while house hunting.

A Saint Louis woman who was house hunting made a
fortune a pit stop and it's two million dollars richer.
The unnamed woman won the lottery after making a quick
convenience store stop in Saint Louis while looking for a house.
She bought a twenty dollars scratcher. It as a winner.
A lottery officials it was just more money for a
down payment on a house. I think, is this house
down payment? WHOA? My goodness. She didn't need the money.

There was read a line from a story that somebody
could have just written man hunt's under way after I
convicted murderer escapes after allegedly attacking the officer driving the bus.
Will you see that in movies? And shows like the

I've just figured they're like cuffed down. I convicted murderers
on the run in Leon County, Texas, after fleeing a

prison transportation bus after he assaulted an officer. Gonzale Lopez,
forty six, was serving a life sentence following convictions on
capital murder and attempted capital murder. The bus was headed
from Gatesville to Huntsville. He was able to get out
of his restraints and reach the driver. See I feel
like somebody allowed him to get out of those restraints. Yeah,
someone had to loosen him up or leave him, not
tied him. He stabbed off Smith in the left hand

some sort of object. Hang it. Smith prevented the innimate
from taking his weapon, and the bus came to a stop,
maybe because the bus driver was like, we need to
fix this. I don't know. I'd always seen on shows
you're told to keep driving, but it's a show, so

officer on the bus fired at the inmate with his

weapon and as well as a shotgun. They do not
know if the inmate was hit by any of these shots.
The last time they saw him fleeing was across a
cow pasture west of Centerville. That's from CNN. They will
find this guy, unless this was all set up far
in advance with someone ready to get him to Mexico.
They'll find this guy. Yeah, because he's a bunch of
farms and ranches, so there's not really place to hide.

just it's out of control Twitter or not really. I
like reading Twitter the most. I don't post a lot there,
but not really worth it to post because it is
so toxic and you don't really gain much by posting,

viral or Twitter just kind of comes and goes. I

like it my favorite to look at. But that's why
so many, like real life celebrities don't on it anymore,
because you can loose, tweet one bad thing, stupid thing,
you get canceled, yeah, and tweet one awesome thing and
it doesn't really matter. Nobody cares. Nobody really looks at it.

on Twitter that are my hoodies and sweatshirts are on sale.

Let's see. A woman hasn't sat down for thirty years
because of a rare condition. A woman hasn't set down
in thirty years due to a rare medical condition that

Joanna Kilch has been diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy and

has had to use a standing wheelchair every day. That is,
that's bad. I mean I went to the mall with

know Jennie her knees are weak, she said, I film
my left knee will break soon and I won't even

be able to stand. That is that's really unfortunate. I
hate that. In a new poll, thirty four percent of
people say children will be better off if they don't
get a smartphone until they were eighteen. Told you you're
gonna listen to kids? Yeah, I mean that's that's true.
Are better off? Here's what I think. I think as
technology gets better and it's needed more and more and
use more and more. You're going to need it earlier

because everybody else is on it. Like when I was
in high school, we had a typewriter, we had a
typing class. Sure, we didn't have computers. Also, our school
didn't couldn't afford computers. But if computers would have been
a much bigger thing, we'd have had to have computers
to compete to allow the kids to get to the
level of other kids. And I think with technology, yes,
do kids need to be making TikTok videos dancing at twelve? No,

But I think there are going to be things that
tablets and phones have the kids need to have in
order to stay on the same level as other kids.
You have them tablets, yes, Phones No. The only thing
I would say about phones is that you can access
email anywhere. You don't need Wi Fi. Tablets still haven't
gotten there where they have like data. But your fourteen
year old son has a phone, right, he doesn't? He

rarely use it. It's crazy you said not until eighteen.
My point is you've also realized air of your blanket coverage. Yeah,
but it's like, really it was uncharged in my kitchen
for three days. And that's because calendar your point of kids.
But let me tell you why, because he's not allowed
to use social media. So he's like, well, this phone
is pointless great, So that's my point. So there is

no We didn't say social media. We said phones. I
mean the only reason he'd want to use need to
use the phone is to call us if we needs something. Okay,

It could text, you could call you yea and that
communication massive part email maybe for school if you got
to hit it. But you can do them the tablet
with why sure, But you made my point for me
point I did not say social media, but kids could

need phones, so there could be whole assignments that you
could do on your phone. I don't have I have
a computer. I rarely use that anymore. Use like I was, well,
I was working on my speech for tomorrow a little
bit on my phone. Usually I'd sit on my computers
working on it. Here my point is a phone, not
social media, is probably going to be needed more and
more and as kids get younger and younger, so kids

have the ability to stay on par with other kids
who are using the same technology. Okay, but thank you

the Bobbycast this week. Brad Tersey is one of the
members of Old Dominion. Old Dominion is a cool story
because not only they a great band with much of
hit songs, is it was a group of guys that
were successful songwriters basically in town. They were a little
older and they were like, yeah, why don't we try
to make this band? You know, they put themselves together.

There was anything super flashy about him except just great songs.
And now they're they're massive, and so you know he
as a songwriter. Brad's won the CMA Triple Play Award twice.
I mean he wrote three songs in each year, number
one song Sorry, And he talked about how he asked
to write differently for Old Dominion to match Matt Ramsey,
the lead singer, versus how he normally writes. Old Dominion
has a certain sound that is also Matt's voice, and

he's a songwriter as an artist, knows what he wants
to say and how he wants to sing it. In
MY voice isn't necessarily like his. It's higher. There's certain
things that just sound good when I say them. But
he'll be like, I don't know if I can say that.
I'm like, okay, well, sometimes unless I really believe in
a line, you know, I'll default to what is naturally
feels good for him, because he's the one that has
to get up there and sing it and believe it

while he's doing it. Here's one more. Brad is the
writer on Keith Urban's While Hearts. He wrote that song
with I think like Eric Passy cool, Yeah right, And
so he talked about how Keith Thurman called him, going, hey,
can I change some parts of this song? Here you
go Keith Love. Of course, when he called me and

he said, you know, Brad, I love this chorus. The
verses are not speaking to me. Really, do you mind
if I have a crack at rewriting the verses, so
of course, you know. Sure, So he rewrote the verses
to that song about his own life, and then he
just used our chorus, changed every word in the verse
both verses, and he kept our melody in the first verse.

But then he kind of went off on his own
little way on the second verse. So he one was
more than an equal writer on the song, for sure.
