is today, We're going to breakin and dive into sorry, the most

(01:10):
impactful rookie at least we're going topredict it in the twenty twenty three season.
I also want to talk about maybeJames, the rookies that we're hoping
don't have to make an impact thisseason. That's a that's a core Larry
to the most impactful rookie before weget there. Jamar Chase in town with
those rookies getting their first day ofpractice with the veterans on Monday. Jamar

(01:33):
Chase reportedly also in the building.Bengals social media team planning to do some
Jamar Chase content apparently, James, what do you think? Yeah, yeah,
I love that he's back. Ilove that he's in town, and
it's just another step hacky. Hecan he can learn a thing or two
from from old man Charlie Jones, who's older than Jamar Chase. Kidding there,

(01:56):
but it is kind of funny tothink about, like Tee Higgins,
he's older than Tea as well. But no, it's cool to have Jamar
Chase in town and hopefully we'll getan in depth look at him during OTAs.
And it's it's weird because is itmini campus at ots? These are
still OTAs. They're going into thesecond phase this week of their their Organized
Team Activities training activities here in town. So it's good to have him back,

(02:21):
though, no doubt anytime Jamar Chaseis in the building. You can't
help but smile because he's he's beengreat over for the past two seasons.
You know, I don't have birthdatesfor all of the college free agent wide
receivers Mac Hippenhammer and Malachi Carter Ican't find birthdates for. But I believe
Jamar Chase is still the youngest widereceiver on the team. He's younger than

(02:44):
jose Vosh as well. The onlywide receiver I believe on the team born
in the two thousands as a decade, so he just turned twenty one or
twenty three, excuse me, Marchin March, yeah, yeah, And
the rest of the guys on theteam I think are eight birthdays, whereas
the two thousand birthday freak. He'sa free still the youngest and best wide

(03:08):
receiver on the He's nineteen, puttingthe LSU on his back, and then
comes into the league and can barelyget into a bar and is able to
do what he did as a rookie, and then obviously last year put up
huge numbers despite being injured, Soexpectations high for him. Expectations kind of

(03:28):
high for this rookie class, butin a different way. There's no fifth
overall pick. You know, thetwenty eighth pick in each round, um
is makes it tougher. I'll saythat to land a Jamar Chase type impact
guy. Not that there was anyof those guys really in this draft,
certainly at receiver. That said, you mentioned it rookies that are going to

(03:50):
make the biggest impact, and wewill get to ones that you hope don't
make a huge impact necessarily because thatcould mean bad things for the guys in
front of them. But let's startwith the guys that could make a huge
impact and really help this team thisyear. Who are you looking at?
Who do you have your eye onthe most? Jake Well, who I'm
hoping for is first round pick MilesMurphy. That's the best case scenari the

(04:13):
best case scenary, and I knowthey have a lot of depth that end,
and we've talked about that now.Is one of the things we said
going into the draft that was like, well, why would they take and
edge rusher unless this overwhelming value, which the Bengals feel like they got Miles
Murphy because they have four guys inthis rotation already that they feel good about.
But what you're hoping for is aMiles Murphy comes in and all that

(04:36):
promise, all those tools, allthat athleticism, all those flashes becomes something
that you know, maybe by weeksix, week seven are really consistent and
he's forcing his way onto the fieldbecause of how disruptive he is on a
consistent basis, how solid he isas a run defender as well, which
is obviously something this team is goingto care about and something that he should

(04:58):
come in relatively get at. Froma skill set perspective, it looks like
that something that should be a prettysmooth transition for him. So if he
comes in and has you know, quickly developed a pass rush plan, has
a few more counter moves, afew more secondary moves in his game,
has figured out how to hit someof those moves more consistently and affect the

(05:21):
quarterback more consistently, and he's forcinghis way onto the field. That is
like a best case scenario to me, with the first round pick, the
premium pick of the premium position. That's what you're hoping, I would say,
is the biggest impact? Is itwhat I think will be the biggest

(05:43):
impact. I think he has thebiggest opportunity just by by the nature of
being a first round pick, butI'm not sure if that's my pick for
having the most impact just right offthe bath. If every let's say every
pick works out as a rookie andthey they contribute on their respective sides of
the ball, not just special teams. He and you mentioned it, the

(06:04):
value, he will have the biggestimpact. So in a perfect world,
you're right. I think getting afterthe quarterback and doing that is going to
be as valuable as what any ofthese players can do, any of the
eight can do this year as arookie realistically, So I agree there.
I do wonder though, because it'swild to think about. I don't think
it's it's Drago, by the way, not Drago, but I don't think

(06:28):
it's Drego Turner, at least that'show he said it when he talked with
Dan Horde. I don't think it'sDrego Turner, DJ Turner for those wondering,
DJ Turner the second but obviously apremium position. Round three, I
think Jordan Battle. You might pickJordan Battle if I had to guess.
I'm not saying that you will.I'm just if I had to guess,
if I had to put Fandel Oddson it. That would probably be one

(06:49):
that I'd wager on for Jake Glisco. But I almost think their Day three
guys are going to have a hugeimpact in right away, whether it's some
special teams for Charlie Jones as areturner, or the fact that they use
three receivers all the time and thatif one of them gets nicked up,
I think Jones is going to bethe first receiver off the bench, and

(07:10):
a lot of scenarios and it's notjust him, Chase Brown who's there RB
two. I think Brown's going tobe in the mix there, assuming he's
the type of runner that they feelhe is. And then Brad Robins.
I mean, those are three guysthat could have significant roles right away in
a significant impact. So go ahead, give me yours and it might be

(07:33):
one of those three, But thoseare the three guys, as weird as
it sounds, Day three picks thatI could see making the most impact at
least early on this season. Dependson how you want to define impact.
That's another thing that we didn't reallytalk about before we started this discussion,
because if you want to talk aboutimpact and as like how much do they
impact the football game, it mightbe a different answer than impact as far

(07:57):
as how do they impact their position? Because if it's how do they impact
their position, Brad Robbins is goingto be the puncher this year sure barring
something crazy, and then I wouldsay it's Brad Robbins because that is a
wholesale change at the puncher position.Whereas when you talk about any of these
other guys of Bengals drafted this year, you're talking about them being rotational contributors.

(08:18):
Chase Brown, Charlie Jones, MilesMurphy, Drago Turner, Jordan Battle,
Drago Turner, DJ Turner, whateverwe're calling him. I think we
have to figure that out of theabove. For all those guys you're talking
about rotational, they're going to beon the field in subpackages kind of thing.

(08:39):
And then I think I still goback to Miles Murphy. Maybe he
is my pick. Charlie Jones isa good one too. When you were
talking about Charlie Jones, I startedthinking about six man in basketball, fourth
guy at wide receiver, most similarposition in the NFL. It's a sixth
man in basketball. Maybe maybe NickelCorner is the other one, because they're
not always on the field although thesedays the pretty much are those are the

(09:01):
two that spring to mind, justtrying to make some cross sport comparison.
Say yeah with me, I thinkit is Charlie Jones, I think the
most impact. Now I hope it'sMyles Murphy because if so, it changes
things. It changes this defense, and it makes this defense that much tougher.
If you say you hope it's DJTurner, well then well that means

(09:24):
potential injury and all of those things. I don't want to deal with that,
and I want Cheeto to have thebest year of his career coming off
of that ACO. And obviously youwant Cam Taylor brid to take a step
forward. So that's hard to seeJordan Battle. You could get behind it,
But then what does that mean thatNick Scott's the third safety, that
Dax Hill is the third safety asa second year first rounder. I don't

(09:46):
see that happening, and I don'tthink that would be ideal. So looking
at it and looking at this offenseand looking at what they're sort of missing,
they have one pass catching tight end, one guy I think that they
can rely on to catch passes.I think there's a lot of ways where
if Charlie Jones is the guy Ithink he's going to be this week when

(10:09):
Joe Burrow meets him in person, and already has by the time you hear
this recording, that he could havethe biggest impact. Let's continue this discussion,
though, Jake, because I stillthink there's a little bit more here
on these rookies, this rookie classand in the impact they could have.
Will do that coming up next. But today's show is brought to you by
FanDuel, and FanDuel is here atthe perfect time because the NBA Playoffs,

(10:33):
the Western Conference Finals, well theyget underway on Tuesday night. It's Lakers.
They took down my Steph Curry inthe Warriors. And I say my
Steph curt because I'm a huge Stephfan. But if you think Lebron is
on his way to ring number five, but you can wager on the Lakers
to handle business, or maybe you'regoing the other way, and you think

(10:54):
that the Joker, the back toback m VP prior to this year and
some thought he should win it threestraight years, that they're going to get
their first ring with the Denver Nuggets, or at least get to the NBA
Finals. You can wager on thatyou can do same game parlays with different
prop bets, and everyone's overlooking theheat in the Eastern Conference Finals. I

(11:15):
actually like them in game one. That prediction sure to be wrong. But
the point is is you can wageron all of those things by going to
Fandel dot com slash locked on toget a no sweat first bet up to
one thousand dollars. That's bonus betsback if your first bet doesn't win again
Fandel dot com slash un locked onto get a no sweat first bet,

(12:00):
of the Lockdown podcast Network. Yourteam every day. More to talk about
with these rookies and impact they're goingto make, who you want to make
an impact? And and like yousaid, and like I said, I
think it's hard to make a superstrong case for any of these guys given
the veterans on this team. Like, do I hope Charlie Jones makes a

(12:22):
huge impact as a rookie on specialteams? Yes, as a wide receiver?
Probably not right the same reason thatI hope we don't have to see
a ton of DJ Turner because youhope that Cheeto is healthy. You hope
that Cam Taylor Brick continues to bethe guy. Jordan Battledo is an interesting

(12:46):
one in terms of hope, likeis it a big deal? Did I
nail it? Oh? Keep going, No, but it's no. I
think I've given my answer. LikeMiles Murphy, Brad, Brad Robbins,
Charlie Jones. I think Brad Robbinsin terms of like like in a vacuum,
ignoring football, like what's important, right, because he's going to be

(13:09):
your punter And that's a huge differenceto me. Um, But you know
you're talking about. Charlie Jones isa special team and special teams impact.
Brad Robbins is a special team's impact. Miles Murphy is a rotational piece.
DJ Turner is a first corner offthe bench. Charlie Jones first corner off
the bench. You're talking about defensiveoffensive stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
first receiver off the bench. Ye. So so then when you look

(13:33):
at Jordan Battle, when when youwere talking about, you know, if
he's playing a lot Nick Scott's,you know, safety three. Is is
that such a bad thing? Though? If Nick Scott ends up being a
third safety he started for one yearin the NFL, and when they when
they signed him, and I stillthink this, they signed him to be
starting safety, a starting free safetyin particular deep safety, but they're not

(13:58):
paying him a ton, like ifhe ends up being the third guy,
the guy that actually, oh it'snot going to be Jordan Battle coming on
the field in the sub packages. We're actually gonna bring Nick Scott on the
on the field and sub packages tofree up Dax Hill. Sure you'll let
Dax Hill move around. That wouldn'tbe the worst thing if that happens in
like week six or week seven orsomething like, maybe after the buy when

(14:20):
they feel really comfortable with Battle. No, I agree with that. I
think it would be the other way, like something like I think some would
be like, oh, well,Nick Scott can play that deep safety role
in Jordan Battle can be Von Belland Dax Hill is just this guy who's
on the field for thirty percent ofthe snaps as Dax Hill myth busting James.

(14:43):
I'm just making sure I don't.I'm just making sure that no one
goes that route because of the threeguys. For always, Dak Hill has
been going back to high school. He was ahead of Jordan Battle. He
was obviously a higher ranked prospect.I think he would have been the number
one safety in this year's draft classhad he stayed and came out with DJ

(15:03):
Turner, just to give you anexample. And so, yeah, I
think he's ready to go. Ithink he's going to make a big impact.
I know he's on the builtbar plan, and so I just I want
to make sure people don't fall inlove with Jordan Battles so much that they
think that Dax Hill, a guywho didn't get on the field much last
year so we kind of forget,is going to be a huge part of
this defense. Yeah. I hopethat I was clear. I'm talking next

(15:26):
guy. I guess I was clear, like Nick Scott will be, No,
you were, you were. Ijust want to be clear on my
end. Yeah, Dax is heactually on the builtbar plan. I know,
I know you've had a chance totalk to him, probably in the
locker. I hope he looks likeit. Man, I'm telling you walking
around like one year in the Imean he was a young guy last year.

(15:48):
Right, he's another late two thousandsof babe. He turns twenty three
in September. He has a chanceto work into the NFL body this year.
Yeah, he would have been theWould he have been the youngest guy
outside of Miles Murphy in this classfor the Bengals, Yeah, it might
have been. He might have beenDJ Turner's close. DJ Turner is a
little bit younger, Okay, sameclass, a month younger. Yeah,

(16:12):
it's just Dax came out of youearly. Yeah. Um. As far
as guys, yeah, that thatyou don't want to have to make a
big impact this year, I would. I would still say Charlie Jones on
offense, you hope he doesn't haveto, but he will. They rotate
receivers, a fourth receiver get snaps. He will get snaps. And that's
the part. You hope the threestay healthy. Yeah, and then yes,

(16:33):
and also you wonder like Trent Irwin, they love him. Jones will
have to do a little bit earlyon to beat out Trent Irwin. I
think like he's gonna have to winit, right, It's not going to
just be handed to him. He'sa fourth round pick, not a second
round pick, you know, buthe has every opportunity, I think,
to win those snaps. But Irwin'sstill going to see the field a bit,

(16:55):
especially how much last year if youtalked about how much Joe Burrow trust
Trent Irwin, and we saw thatout time and time again on the field
where he was very comfortable throwing toTrent Irwin in in a variety of situations.
And then the other guy you hopedoesn't have to make an impact.
I talked about it Dj Turner, because you want those top three guys to
be on the field as much aspossible. But again, the luxury to

(17:15):
have DJ Turner and Charlie Jones asyour first guys off the bench at their
respective positions is a on paper rightnow in May, a pretty big upgrade
to their first half the bench atthose positions going into the year. Last
year, or I guess Cam TaylorBritt was not too dissimilar to DJ Turner,

(17:37):
but compared to the starters, andyou know your top four corners overall
are better, you know, Yeah, I was just thinking, are we
missing the boat here a little biton instant impact or are we sure it's
not Chase Brown, like as theclear cut guy that's going to make an
impact right away? Like we knowmixing going to max out. Let's say

(18:00):
he's on the roster. Let's justassume, right, which we don't necessarily
need to do. This isn't aJoe Mixon topic. I guess it's the
point sixty percent of the snaps Maxhe's going to be on the field for
at max. But that isn't heChase Brown. He's probably splitting that a
little bit with trey ViOn Williams.Sure, but how is that split because

(18:21):
Mixon might not It might not besixty for Mixon. What if it's forty
five? Yeah, and what ifit's like twenty for Trey via Like I'm
thinking in the world a like twentytwenty five percent for Chase Brown. Okay,
but that might be the most offensivefor defensive snaps. Well, I
guess outside of Murphy, Murphy wouldbe the one I guess that you would

(18:42):
hope, Yeah, you hope Murphy'splaying like six hundred STAPs this year,
five hundred staffs this year somehow.Yeah, but that's pretty big number.
But the Chase Brown one is sneaky. It's not like he can't carry that
load. Yeah, how many STAPsplay last year? Let's let's find out.
Pren played five hundred and fifty sixsnaps last year to Joe Mixon seven

(19:04):
hundred and thirteen, So that waslike much closer to a fifty fifty thing.
And I don't think Chase Brown isstepping into the the Soma j p
Run role because somaj p Ron wasout there for a ton of passing down
snaps and there's three games where Mixingwas out. Yeah, Mixon was injured.
But if mixes out, then ChaseBrown's getting a lot of STAPs in
those games for sure. Yeah, then he's RB one. I would say

(19:26):
from a running a running standpoint, and then you would use tra ViOn as
that pass blocking back. It's justit's interesting because I could still see them
adding at that spot. So willBrown have an impact, I'm not sure,
but I see the path to it. Yeah, And so it's a
it's good to have depth, Jake. I'll say that, and for Miles

(19:47):
Murphy, I said five hundred snapsthat was probably a little bit high.
Maybe four hundred is more accurate justlooking at the death start last year.
But you want to get Sam Hubbardmore rests. You want to get Trade
Hendrickson more rest. Those guys hadincluding the playoffs, nine hundred sixty two
and seven hundred and thirty two snapsrespectively. Camp Sample four hundred and eighty
including the playoffs. Joseph Asia fourhundred and eighteen including the playoffs. So

(20:08):
those snaps, primarily I would assumeare coming from Hubbard and Hendrickson. Keep
those guys fresher, and it alsomeans that you have five edge guys active
much more often. The next highestsnaps for an edge rusher last year out
of side of those top four, and this is where we talked about what's
the path to get on the fieldfor an edge rusher for this team was

(20:32):
Jeff Gunter a thirty seven, whichis nothing. He only played in four
games and he got hurt. Yeah, yeah, not many, not many
snaps there. So I think theyknow they have to give some relief to
Hubbard and Hendrickson, and those guysneed to know it too. I think

(20:52):
that's the other part of this, and I was talking DJ Reader and whole
willingly take himself off the field tokeep himself fresh during drives. Those guys
they don't think that way, whichI think is is crazy in one way,
but it's also something they're going tohave to learn, especially with a
guy like Miles Murphy in town.Up next Black Friday and the Bengals,

(21:14):
we'll discuss it. We are goingto talk about the Bengals pitch to make
Black Friday a tradition, the waythat Thanksgiving games or a tradition for certain
teams in the NFL, some ofwhich are exciting, some of which are
not, but tradition is tradition. Before we do that, one last point
on the Miles Murphy getting on thefield conversation, I wanted to hit really

(21:36):
quick. The other place I couldcome from, obviously, is guys kicking
in to the interior or Miles Murphyeven playing on the interior where BJ Hill
had a ludicrous nine seventy seven snapslast year. I mean BJ Hill playing
on the defensive interior outs that SamHubbard playing on the edge. That's crazy.

(21:57):
That's an insane ask. For athree tech for any defensive interior players.
So that's another place where they needto get that rear end inside a
little bit. Well, that's anotherguy you want to you want to save
some snaps for, right, Sothat's where you have those five edge guys
active. That's how you get fiveedge guys active. Is can't sample Josephosai
and Miles Murphy and Sam Hubbard.Maybe they're all comfortable playing a little bit

(22:19):
a four eye three technique in differentsituations. Yeah, makes sense. All
right, let's get to the BlackFriday. Yeah extravaganza that that wasn't It
was about to be a tradition, and at least in the Bengals eyes,
they were hoping to read the quotehere, I know you have it up
about the Bengals pitch for Black Fridayfootball and Cincinnati. Yeah, I'm on

(22:41):
all Bengals dot Com. Here Jamesreading reading this quote that a guy named
looks like James Rapine published. Isthat somebody you know? I've heard of
them? Yeah. So the CincinnatiBengals raise their hand and volunteered and said
we'd be happy to host the firstBlack Friday game. In fact, we'd
be happy to make this a tradition. How about Black Friday in Cincinnati every

(23:03):
year? It's something that they're goingto explore in the future. This is
Mike North, the NFL Vice presidentof broadcast Planning. He finished this part
of the quote saying, I'm surethat'll be something we explore going forward.
Now, I'm not sure if itwould be in Cincinnati every year. I

(23:25):
don't think you can just say we'regonna put every Black Friday game, which
will be a primetime style game, right like, it'll be an event,
it'll be broadcast as an primetime stylegame the way that the Thanksgiving games are.
Wouldn't probably be in Cincinnati every year. But it'd be cool for the
Bengals to have that, Cowboys,Lions, Commanders, what other teams play

(23:48):
on Thanksgiving, that kind of tradition, For the Joe Burrow era to be
born out of the Joe Burrow era, that'd be a pretty cool thing.
I think that was the Bengals pitchthough, is let's have it here always
it's Black Friday. We're willing toand that is pretty cool. I get
why they didn't go with it,especially if they had landed on Bengals Steelers.

(24:11):
This might make some Bengals fans angry. I think Dolphins Jets is just
as interesting as Bengal Steelers. Alot of that has to do with the
Steelers as it does anything, butfrom an interest standpoint, it's probably more
right assuming health, and I guessyou shouldn't do that, but there's a
lot of storylines that go into thatJets Dolphins game and for Aaron rodgers on

(24:33):
down right, and you could lookat both sides of it. I don't
know if I think the Steelers mightsurprise some people, but I don't know
if they're that interesting. They havea big fan base. You could argue
that I don't think they're that interesting, though the Bengals are obviously interesting,
must see all of those things,so it's not really a Bengals decision in
my mind. I think they mighthave looked at it and said, ah,

(24:53):
the Steelers fit here and it justdoesn't make sense, which I'm fine
with because I'm not playing on Thanksgiving, which will certainly take There's two huge
media markets there with with the Jetsand Dolphins to Miami and New York.
Some of the larger media markets, well, why are you focused on the
Steelers? Just because that's who theyplayed that week. Is that the thought
there? Yeah? Yeah, Andso the bank, the schedule makers might

(25:15):
have said, our ring, well, this is how it lines up,
do we do we prefer Cincinnati,Pittsburgh or New York Miami? Like if
I would come down to that,if it was going to be a tradition
kind of thing where you're going totry to fit in different rivalry games for
the Bengals, you know, ona rotational basis, because it's not always
the same teams playing each other, right, like they kind of mix it
up every year. The Bengals wereplayed on Thanksgiving before obviously it's the Jets.

(25:40):
Oh yeah, um, it wasa fun one. The the Ravens
Bengals, you know, would bea pretty strong competitive game, you know
from from from that perspective in termsof another division rivalry, I probably would
guess that the schedule makers wouldn't wantto put the Bills or the Chiefs on

(26:06):
that in that game, at leastuntil they know that it's going to be
a very hotly watched game. AndI don't know who's going to have the
broadcast. Is it going to bean Amazon broadcast? Do we know?
I would have to look. Iforget, but yeah, it's either or
NBC one of the two. There'sprobably Well, the reason I bring it

(26:30):
up is because there's probably some fightingover who gets the game and it is
on Prime, so it's probably youknow, the networks fighting to keep like
the Bengals Chiefs for example, insteadof putting Bengals Chiefs in that spot.
Is what I'm saying, Like, sure, you want to make it a
really good game. The Bengals aregoing to be playing the Chiefs or the
Bills or both in a lot ofyears because of the way the schedules work

(26:52):
playing other first place teams, Soyou would have some pretty good games to
pick from if you did want tomake it a tradition, is what I
was getting at. Sure, nodoubt about it, and who knows,
maybe they will moving forward, youknow, after this year, and it
depending on how the Black Friday goes. At the same time, if I'm
the league, I don't know ifI wouldn't pick one any team. Yeah,

(27:17):
ever, including the Lions by theway, and I know they've done
it and it's a tradition. Doesthat always work? Cowboys? I get
it. There's Cowboys fans all overthe country, so it probably does work.
But the Lions that there's been alot of lean years, So I
don't know if I would hit mywagon to any single team because you just
never know. Yeah, I mean, at some point it probably falls on

(27:38):
his face right the way the NFLgoes. But that's the other part about
it just being a tradition in general, is it is something that people stay
locked into over the years. Well, while we're on the topic of the
schedule, one other thing we didn'thit in that schedule reaction episode, James,
because we were so focused on theBengal schedule at the time. The

(28:03):
decision makers about prime time games withthe NFL need to do better. And
I don't know if I need toexpand on that or not, but the
Bengals getting four primetime games and someof the teams ahead of them getting more
primetime games, despite the quality ofthose teams, the Bengals performed really well

(28:23):
when they're on TV. I wentback and looked at the ratings for last
year. The Chargers I think hadbetter ratings and the Bengals in like one
game last year when I compared it, So, getting the Charger six,
I know you have a big marketin LA. But nobody cares about the
Chargers in LA and they don't drawthe way the Bengals did last year.

(28:45):
That's a big head scratcher for me. But we'll see how things go over
the course of the year and thevarious flex opportunities and that sort of thing.
I was surprised by four Prime time, there's no doubt, and essentially
five if you count that December twentythird game, because that is going to
be NBC. All of those thingsand they there are going odds are they'll

(29:07):
flex one or there, maybe twoand they'll be able to up it.
That said, I agree with you, but me personally not mad. Six
one o'clocks. A lot of themat home, heck yeah, no Christmas
Eve, no Christmas Day, heckyeah, New Year's Eve. That's fine.
I can spend that in Kansas City. So me selfishly, the one
o'clock starts at home or are prettynice, so I'm not angry at all.

(29:30):
The road Thursday night game is unique. For the past couple of years,
the Thursday night game has been athome, So now I'm trying to
figure out the travel for a Thursdaygame. It does make it interesting,
right, We haven't had to dealwith that. So that's one thing upon
further review that I stood out too. It's like, okay, all right,
when am I When am I goingto leave? When am I going
to try to to get into townfor a Thursday game? Do you try

(29:52):
to go in Thursday morning? Doyou try to get back Friday? Do
you try to go Wednesday and thenand then just come back Friday morning.
It's going to be interesting. Iknow what I would do, But you'll
figure it out for yourself. Iknow you will. You always do.
Yeah. From from a media perspective, you're never complaining about primetime games.
But from like a quality of teamego, about team perspective, that's that's

(30:18):
the perspective I'm representing there. Butideally, if I can get in on
Thursday and out Friday, yeah, that's what I would love to do.
Yeah, it's risky to fly ongame day, I guess. Yeah,
what what time of year is it. It's October early Novembers. You just
never know, You just never know. I got delayed going to Baltimore last

(30:38):
year on the way to New Orleansand almost missed that connecting flight to New
Orleans. Oh yeah, because Cincinnatidoesn't like they've lost so many direct flights
too. There's direct flights to Baltimore. But if it gets you know,
I haven't gotten that far. Yeah, that's just book the first one of
the day, the six am.I have plenty of opportunities to get there.

(31:00):
Oh yeah, I used to haveto do that fine out of Cincinnati.
Anyway, that's going to do itfor this episode of the lockd On
Bengals podcast. Plenty to come thisweek, including Joe Burrows meeting with the
media we believe on Tuesday, sowe should have some fun stuff to talk
