All right, Friday morning, SonagyMorning Show ready on Camel Bay areas number
one for hip hop and rbast oneof six point one. Good morning,
it's your girl. Sign of Gwas sut Hey, Hey, you're playing
pint G biz. We got newscoming up next, g bis what we're
talking about, you know, Sonof G. We gotta go ahead and
give San Francisco a round of applausebecause they did something yesterday. You know

(00:20):
that definitely is the first of itskind and it will help a whole lot
of veterans out here in these streets. And see Francisco. We gotta talk
about what the mayor had to sayabout it as well. We'll get into
the next big news happening six tenright here on the Son of G Morning
Show and one of six point onekid yea Morning shows number one for hip
hop and R and Okay, let'sget you out to see post all my

(00:44):
posty fans out there, post belowmy last pair of tickets for this week
eight ten, calling one h six, We're gonna be looking for you on
this Friday morning. Let's go aheadand get into this news though, biz.
What's going on? Sona G.We gotta go ahead and give an
update on this case that's going onout here. Got bigness for a clap
one time. Now, we justsaw the start of the prosecution go down
with the of course Nima Momeni, who is the man who's been accused of

(01:07):
murdering that Cash I founder Bob Lee. Of course, Lee was found stabbed
to death out here in San Francisco, and Momeni has now been charged with
the crime. Well, his hyou know, lawyer came out yesterday and
said that this man was pleading notguilty because you know it was quote unquote
an accident around what happened, Soyou fell into him like ten times with
a knife or like, how isthis accidental? I don't understand that.

(01:30):
I mean, like you mentioned, this man did stab Lee multiple times with
the kitchen knife, and his lawyeris saying that you know their client definitely,
you know, should I be chargedfor this thing? Yeah, here's
a Momeni's attorney and then a districtattorney, Brook Jenkins, talking about we
know it's him, So there's thatit is an accident with a cross between
self defense and accident. There wasno premeditation, deliberation. We believe that

(01:56):
we have the murderer of mister Lee, and that's mister Momeni. And so
there's no question in our minds thatwe have charged the correct person who killed
mister Lee. You see the differencein the tones there. I think MOMENTI
or needs another attorney because it wasan accident. It is an accident.
Are you sure? You don't evensound believable asking a question? Right?
Yeah, But we'll see how thischild continues on. Of course, his

(02:19):
man is still being held without withoutbail, so he's still you know,
still in that county jail while stilltrying to sort out. So his married
sister was messing around with Bob Lee. Apparently that's how it went, but
I hear different variations of how exactlyhe was involved. But again, if
it was your sister's love affair, what the hell are you doing? Stay
in your lane like there's a levelof brotherly love, like did he dump

(02:43):
her? Or but still she's married? Where's her husband in this situation?
It's crazy. I don't understand it. It all sounds awkward, but you
know, I definitely know more wewill unfold during this entire trial for show.
Yeah, it was an ugly wayto go out, man, that
man was pleading for help, calledthe police, couldn't get any and lost
his life before anybody get to them. So r I p. Robert Lea.
Yeah, man, cold game, got big news for your clap one

(03:04):
time. Treasure Island had a hugemovement yesterday as Mary London Breed joined a
bunch of city officials in opening upthe Macio May apartments. Now, this
thing is gonna be one hundred percentaffordable housing for veterans. Specifically, they
got about one hundred and five differentbrand new units out there, and this
is a part of a brand newmovement. The city actually has to create

(03:24):
more affordable housing on Treasure Island andyerba Winna Island. They said that will
hopefully house about eighteen thousand units andcreate eight thousand brand new homes. Yeah,
it's a beautiful thing, manah lookingat eighteen hundred like you said,
at the end of all of this, so I guess Treasure Island is going
to be the place where we counton to go ahead and put our houseless
community. So this is a beautifulsituation, one hundred percent affordable housing out

(03:47):
there for them. But London Breedalso is talking about the entire city of
San Francisco. I mean we allsee it, we even say it ourselves.
Things look different, yeah, andin a bad way post pandemic.
And she's just it's like, Idon't like what people are saying about my
city. We're gonna be able tobring this back economically. In another way,
we are gonna focus hard on oureconomic recovery, and we're gonna focus

(04:10):
hard on making sure that people understandwhat we are as a city, not
what others say we are. Weare a great city, We are a
resilient city. We have come backfrom earthquakes and pandemics, and there is
no doubt in my mind that withthe investments in the work we're gonna do
together, that will emerge stronger thanwe ever have before. There's definitely things

(04:30):
in works, um, but it'sgonna take time, right, you know,
It's gonna take time to rebuild SanFrancisco the way that it was before
the pandemic. So we'll see whathappens. But London Breed always get you
a little fired up, right. She has a way of speaking, she's
good at that. Definitely sounded likea whole politics. Some folks throughout here
trying to use AI as a getrich scheme. Shout out to all of

(04:51):
folks who are up on this chatGPT. Now, of course this app
will give you a rundown pretty muchAI of how to do anything. You
could write anything from essays all theway. Yeah job well, barely Foster
right here asking chat GPT how theycan get rich quick. Oh yeah,
I like chat GPT. I tellme I can make some money right now?

(05:13):
Is now? I guess Foster doingthis stuff and putting their responses up
online. Even was a YouTuber thatwas like, listen, it's not gonna
give you the you's hoping for. It's one easy way you can use it.
You can go ahead and do thatthing to write emails if you want
to go ahead and start to dofreelancing yourself out. But of course these
companies can just do that themselves.People trying to figure out how to get

(05:33):
it, y'all just spinning your wheels. If y'all put in that much energy
into actually doing something the right way, it might mean it might give you
rich by now. Yeah, it'spretty good, but it's not you know,
a miracle, right The idea thatyou can kind of produce an amazing
piece of work with very little effortisn't to actually trip. Yeah, so

(05:53):
I don't know type what you wantedin there. Um, there's always gotta
be action behind it. It can'tdo everything for you. I'll tell you
what the answer should be. Chatchept. How can I get risk quick
go buy a lotto ticket? Well, I don't know if that's an answer
either, but it got away morechances and just typing a question. Yeah,
all right, we'rena talk about Clownof the Day coming up in a
second. Y'all have been out toDisneyland at Disney World. Of course it's

(06:15):
not a chief ticket. Let's becompletely honest. That's why we love when
we are blessed, so we canbless the Bay area and your family to
go out there and have a greattime. Imagine not being able to get
past the very front entrance. You'rein the park, but you can't go
inside. We're gonna talk about thesefamilies as clown of the day coming up
at six thirty five the day. It's up next at six thirty five Morning

(06:38):
show, six point one. Allright, the weekend, Now, so
that means time to h put alittle someone step out of these streets,
son, and you want to showon cameo. But it's number one,
fifth five in R and B.I'm signing side yo, you're playing bid
lex Jones where you at LEXI?Listen, man, we're doing it tonight.

Come on, buy us a wholegang of people. It's gonna be a
whole gang of drinks and some food. It's gonna be a good time.
I don't know how any of y'allwho have to work on Monday that Parliament

(07:23):

Sunday, I'm gonna be out herein the city. Shout out to
Uncle Damien, always doing it forthe community. Man got a brand new
club that opened up Cannabis Club lastyear called Barbourside out here in the city,

(07:44):
so they're gonna be doing a oneyear anniversary. So I'll be out
here Sunday afternoon rocking with him.You feel me. So if you're trying
to come out and get some medicinalseight you can slide. You know what
I'm talking about. So you knowit's a good moment for the weekend.

tomorrow morning I'm actually doing a communityconverse, says rick with Ricky Vincent.
Shout out to him. He's anex panther who actually just wrote a book.
So he's doing some downtown Oakland earlyin the morning ten A and we're

(08:07):
gonna be having a great conversation anddoing some community work. That's real bad.
Yeah, I love that man beoutside, whynot? But what you
don't want to do is fight anyonein the streets this weekend. Stay safe.
We're gonna talk about these families outthere at Disney World coming up next
for Clown of the Day. Right, Yan came here. We got two

(08:35):
specific unnamed clowns of the Day thatare getting the clown crown today. But
I'm gonna set the move for youbecause you're walking up through the quad area,
right, and this is a DisneyWorld. You're heading up to the
gates, right. You scan eitheryour ticket on your phone or your actual
paper ticket, and you're headed intoone of the happiest places on the planet.

(08:56):
You look over and put your earson. You're looking at either the
Mickey or the one hundred anniversary signthat's right there in the grass in front
of you before you enter the park, and then you feel a punch to
the left side of your face andthen it all goes crazy there. Apparently
some clown was upset that another familywas getting in front of the hundred anniversary

(09:18):
sign over there at Disney World, and so they were trying to figure out
who could go first, who wasthere first, whatever. Before you know
it, the two men I guessthat we're with either family started to get
into it. Before you knew it, they were on the ground rolling around.
Then the women jumped into the brawland started punching each other, trying
to throw each other across the park. Obviously, the people at the park

(09:41):
ain't having that gibus b It wasfists and ray bands flying everywhere, sign
of jail were going head shots rightin front of that one hundred years of
wonder. Now you know what's thecrazy thought? How about everybody just stand
and wait there turn to take aphoto because we didn't spit thousands of dollars
to get these damn kids in here. Y'all can't even making five steps in
the park. Luckily, only twopeople were banned for life from the park

(10:07):
and ever coming in there, becauseyou just completely ruin everybody's good time.
You hain't even made it into thepark yet. You're at the front where
the signings to take a picture. Can you imagine those poor babies crying back
to the car. If all ofthem had to leave, it would be
so sad. But they only banneda couple of folks. I'm figuring it
was the two men that started thebrawl. Kids are still gonna be traumatized.
They'll never be able to look atit the same. They're walking right

(10:30):
in the Park. All right,Dad, I'll see you back in the
hotel. Clown man, clown. All right, we're gonna talk about what's
getting the bake coming up here.About a second couple of real big events
going on. One of them kickingoff today, but we'll go on for
about a week. The other onehappens tomorrow over there in the town.

these scissor tickets coming to the Chaseall right late? Just yeah, I

over there at the Star Garden toplessdive bar, they have officially gone ahead
and started a union. They saidthey feel like it's a victory after management
had decided to abandon their you know, opposition to the dancers Guild, the
Lex Jones, so he took powerinto their own hands. See see,
this is the first type of unionwe've seen of its kind. I mean,

(21:59):
I'm glad that they could come togetherand you know, just unify for
all the strippers. Maybe it'll starta revolution and they could be like the

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
