Chief Food Genius and Founder of the Food Literacy Center, Amber Stott, gives an update after the successful completion of the Center's 7th year in Sacramento schools. Amber highlights the organizations accomplishments and reveals that a long worked for goal is finally on the horizon! Amber Stott and her team work tirelessly to teach low-income elementary children how home cooking and nutrition can improve their health, their environment and their economy… and of course, inspire them to eat their vegetables.
