Tyrice Knight, Seahawks LB joins Ian to talk about his rookie experience, training camp and learning the new system. He describes his first experiences in the NFL, the coaches he leans on and being ready to play some real football.  Byron Murphy could have a significant impact as a rookie this year. We take a listen to what he had to say to the media yesterday.  Ian tells you what's stood out to him at training camp so far, digging into the depth chart just a bit.  Jayson Stark, The Athletic joins Ian to break down the Mariners' moves at the trade deadline. He was impressed by the fact they didn't give up too much to get what they did, staying disciplined in the process. He also dives into what each of the acquisitions adds. He discusses what the AL West looks like and Seattle's best chances to lock it up. Finally, will the White Sox make history as the worst team of modern times this year?  How different is the Mariners' clubhouse right now? Anders was there this weekend and fills us in. We hope Mitch Garver doesn't tap out for the rest of the season, as he seemed to imply last week.  The Daily Power Play with Mike Benton!  Chris Francis, FOX 13 joins Ian to talk about his new role with the station and getting back in the swing of things. Taking a step back for a bit gave him a different perspective of what the fan expectation is for the Seahawks this year. There are a lot of questions heading into this season, which is reason for excitement, but also a bit of anxiety. Finally, Chris sees the Mariners as a .500 baseball team, and not much more.
