(00:00):
This is Viewpoint Alabama on the AlabamaRadio Network, a public service show where
we talk about the people making newsin and around our state. I'm your
host, John Mounts. We areless than a year away from a big
national election and a local election inour state. Recent redistricting has put together
a lot of people who you mighthave been in one district and now you're
in a different district. You shouldprobably check out the website for our attorney,

(00:25):
our secretary of State because you mighthave moved and you might not even
realize it. All seven of ourcongressional representatives will be on the ballot this
fall, but before that, there'sa primary the spring to see who will
be showing up for each party. The sixth Congressional district, which covers parts
of Birmingham still and now almost allthe way down to Montgomery is clearly is
currently represented by Congressman Gary Palmer, but he's facing some stiff opposition in the

(00:48):
primary from his own party. Joiningme now in our Viewpoint Alabama studios this
week is another one of those challengers. Ken mcfeeders. Ken, welcome to
Viewpoint Alabama. Thank you, John. It's good to be here, absolutely
so. First of all, Ilead off with the same question I open
with every week when I talk tosomebody running for office, which is,
why did you decide to run? It's the craziness that's been going on for

(01:10):
the last three years. It's beenreally bothering me. And then I thought
about running, and I called GaryPalmer's chief of staff, William. I've
known William for a long time andGary for a long time since he was
elected, and I told him Iwas thinking about running. And then I
met with Gary for two hours andI told him some of my concerns and

(01:33):
he didn't get what my concerns were, and I was kind of floored.
And I went there with the intentionafter talking to William, of him talking
me out of it, and afterI talked to him, it's like,
no, I've got to run.So what are some of these concerns.
January sixth, the election, theCOVID, our response, global response to

(01:57):
COVID, the government's closing all ourbusinesses, overreach of government, and the
craziness. Everyone knows things have beennot right for the last three or four
years, and that's why I'm running. Okay, I'm going to tell the
truth. Let's let's pick each oneof those apart, and specifically, I
want you to talk about them fromthe frame of Alabama, because you're running

(02:20):
to be a congressman, but you'rerunning to represent the people of the sixth.
So when you talk about January thesixth, what are you concerned specifically
as it relates to Alabama. Well, I know a lot of folks that
were there at the the whatever youwant, what they're calling it now an
insurrection, But after January or amost these peaceful protests, depending on who

(02:43):
you want to ask, right,And I was there for the first one
and there was no problems there whatever. I didn't go to the second rally.
But then right after the event,I thought it was kind of odd
the narrative, And there's always anofficial narrative now, and if you question
the narrative, your debumund your band, and all kinds of bad things will
happen to you. But I hada video and I posted on social media

(03:08):
of the horn guy running through thebeing led into the Senate chambers by the
Capitol police, and it's like, that's not an insurrection. Well a year
and a half later, Fox Newsdid a big breaking story and they showed
the same video a year and ahalf later and it's like, wait a
minute, and then now the video. And when I talked to Gary,

(03:30):
he said, well, I thoughtall the video has been released from the
the Capitol police released all the videofrom the Stata or the Capitol building,
and no they haven't, and theyhave now, and it's not what we've
been told for the last two years. It's and it seems like everything's like

(03:50):
that from the meeting and the government. We're all getting a double story.
It seems like its scope to showone thing. I've seen footage from January
the sixth where you see people walkingthrough the rotunda and there's ropes you know
that you know, walk here, don't walk, and they're walking inside the
ropes, you know what I mean, Like they're on a tour and they're
just kind of walking around taking picturesand that kind of thing. You see

(04:11):
the Capital guards they're holding doors openas these people just gingerly walk on through.
And a lot of those people wentto jail for a very long time.
I think some of those people arestill in jail, aren't they the
political prisoners? And I mean it'sinsanity, it really is, And it's
like why are and then, youknow, and then all the Black Life
Matter demonstrations where they did several billiondollars worth of real property damage. Can

(04:36):
those were mostly peaceful protests? Yeah, yes, yes they were. And
I mean it's just it's the mediaand the government and what we're told.
And everyone I talked to is they'reraising their head and they kind of cocked
their and people in Alabama are smart. I mean, I've I've interviewed a
couple of campaign managers and one ofmy interview the other day and he goes,
well, now you have to understandand people in Alabama are stupid,

(04:59):
And no they're not. You know, it's Alabama has the lowest vaccine rates
in the nation. People in Alabamaknow something's up. They don't trust government.
I like that. And yet you'rerunning to be part of government.
Oh, they try to fix it, you know, because we cannot and
government. There's a book I'm reading, Lexus d. Toakville, and It's

(05:29):
not always been. Our government's notalways been as it is today. This
is written and I think was writtenin eighteen fifty his quote, and he
said, in our day, onecan say that in the United States,
the wealthy classes of society are almostentirely out of political affairs, and that
wealth, far from being a rightto power, is a real cause of

(05:51):
disfavor and an obstacle to coming topower. That's when America was becoming the
world power that it is today. That's no longer true. The people run
the government back then, that's whatwe need now. Now the elites run
the government and now and then, and they're changing from all the centralized on
American power in Washington, d C. And they're trying to switch it to

(06:15):
globally. I disagree with that, and it's sign for the people me vote
for Kent to come back, oryou know, to take a stand in
Washington. So can it sounds likeyou're kind of sort of dovetails with campaign
finance and the likes, because there'sa lot of people who once they get
to Washington, they stay in Washingtondo in large parts to the fact they
have access to money. They haveaccess to people who have access to money,

(06:39):
and so that's it enables them tostay there because it's expensive as I'm
sorry, you're well aware to runfor office, right, and so you
got to have access to the media, and in order to act access to
the media, you have to havemoney, and that most people can't stroke
a check, so most people haveto go to somebody else who can.
And I think that might be someof the problems you get into. Another
one that I think you're probably runningis one of your concerns is term limits,

(07:02):
because once people get to Washington, the longer they stay there, the
more power they amass, and themore people they are able to sort of
curry favor with to help them staythere. So what's your thought on turn
limits, term limits? I wouldlove term limits, But there's both sides
to the story. And sometimes rightwhen a person knows what you know the

(07:26):
ins and outs of the political system, because it is a complex maze,
you know, you bring them home. But the way it's becoming now and
with the money and the longevity,it was never intended to be a lifelong
event. And Gary said he wouldcome back after ten years. He said
he would sign a pledge that youonly served six years, but he would
come back after ten years. AndI was chairing the Mid Alabama Republican Club

(07:50):
and he was speaking when he announcedhis reelection, and he said that he
prayed about it and God gave himclarity and that he was that he was
to lie because God said it wasokay to lie. And I was floored.
I mean, it's like you're usingreligion to go back on your word.
I mean, if I wanted tochange and say I still wanted to

(08:13):
do some things, I would talkto him intellectually and say here's what I
want to do, here's what Iwant to get done. I would not
blame it on God. So youalso mentioned education briefly, and I understand
you kind of want to do awaywith the Department of Education. Expand on
that a little bit. Well, the Department of Education, it doesn't take
a long Google search, google Rockefellerin the Department of Education. And Rockefeller's

(08:37):
been behind a lot of the stuffthat's not good in America today. But
he started what ultimately became Department ofEducation, and it was founded under Ronald
Reagan in nineteen eighty. We hadthe number two schools in the nation in
nineteen eighty. I think we're attwenty seven now, number two schools in

(08:58):
the world. In nineteen eighty,we're at number twenty seven now. And
if you look, it was intentionalthe Rockefeller Foundation, and Rockefeller wanted complicit
workers, not critical thinkers. TheDepartment of Education by design is not to
give our kids a good education.Do away with it, we don't need

(09:18):
it. Let the states head aleeducation. Well, it also seems like
there's a lot of things built intoeducation that has little to do with the
three rs, as they say, reading, writing, and arithmetic. I
always find that ironic that three artsanyway, that we have a lot of
things where there's ideology being kind ofshoved down kids' throats that has nothing to

(09:41):
do with real world skills you're goingto need. Because people say, well,
when am I ever going to usealgebra? Well, when are you
going to need to know this transgenderbathroom stuff? So maybe maybe that's one
of your concerns as well. That'shuge. I mean, they are not
serving our kids right, and it'salmost tortural they're doing to young males.

(10:01):
Young males were not designed to sitin class for you know, our boys,
we're not designed and sit in classlearning about transgenderism. They need to
go out and play and once they'rewore out, then you can teach them
some reading, writing and arithmetic andcritical thinking and everything else they're learning is
a bunch of nonsense, and it'sby intention, and so if we give

(10:22):
it back to the states, notall the states will get it right,
but at least not all of them. Like with the national or the Department
of Education, the whole system's broke. We give them to the states,
maybe thirty percent of them will bebroke. But I think Alabama will do
a lot better job with education thanWashington, d c. Does. And
now they're trying to turning it intothe world government. It's insanity. So

(10:45):
you do think the government does havea role to play in educating people,
but you think that the role shouldbe more localised. It should be the
state government, maybe even your localgovernment, as opposed to because in Alabama
we've had a rather contentious relationship withthe AEA, the Alabama Education Association as
well, and there's a lot ofpeople who locally don't get along with the

(11:05):
AA, don't agree with the goalsof the AEA, because it seems that
to some they are more on theside of teacher pensions and retirement plans and
that sort of thing and less aboutthe end product of educating the kids and
getting them ready for tomorrow. That'scorrect. And then they then they ruled
Montgomery for years. I mean, they absolutely ruled Montgomery within our iron fist

(11:28):
for years, and it was notabout the kids. I mean, ultimately,
I like to give education back tothe teachers and the principles. You
know, they do a good job. Principle. If you don't like someone
not doing a good job teaching, kick them out. You know. It's
it's it's insanity the bureaucracy that doeseducation now, and they're doing it to
medicine. Medicine and education are thetwo things that they've the globalists and the

(11:52):
centralization of power people took over andwe just experienced the medical community the last
for the last three years, there'sbeen yeah, there's it seems that the
situation and I'm not denying that thatwhat we had with COVID wasn't a real
virus that we have, but italso seems like the government's reaction to it

(12:13):
may not have been the best solutionfor the problem. Usually get government,
it's not the best solution for aproblem. But if you were, if
you were, if I if Itook you in Doc Brown's time machine back
three years and I said, Okay, Ken, how would you address COVID?
What would what would you do?If you were in a position and
you said, okay, uh,you know, do you bring fauci in?

(12:33):
Do you say fauci? I thinkyou don't belong at this table.
What would you do about the situation? I was calling the radio station three
years ago, I was posting aboutit, and when I talked to Gary
about it, because says, oh, yeah, sure, what hindsight's twenty
twenty. I didn't have hindsight whenwhen when it first went down in China
and we said, oh, theylost one hundred thousand people. China's got

(12:54):
a billion people. If they werelosing ten percent of their population and lost
one hundred million peace people, it'stime to take stuff serious. I don't
need Washington d C. Nor itwas Washington d C took their orders from
the World Health Organization, which takesits orders from Bill Gates. That's who
gave the directives on the shutdowns, the vaccines and all that. The doctors.

(13:18):
If you went to the doctor withCOVID three years ago and you were
went there sick, you can gothere and get sick. You're going to
get treated. You going to geta here's antibiotic or something. If you
went there and you're diagnosed with COVID, you were told to leave, go
home and just you know, todrink fluids. You were not treated.
It was very treatable, and COVIDis very treatable. It's treatable now,

(13:39):
it's treatable then. But the peoplethat were trying to treat it were debunked.
They were they were shut down thereit was. It was incredible,
and doctors were not allowed to treattheir patients or with risk of losing their
license. And why we've never handledand we always have viruses. There's viruses
every year, they mutate every singleyear. That's sally survive. And doctors

(14:03):
were not allowed to treat for thefirst time in history of virus. And
that's why I'm here. So ken, I guess as we wrap things up,
give me, if you would,a one minute elevator pitch. Why
Chemic Feeders is the person for thesix Why you are the guy we want
to put in, and why youthink you are better suited than Gary Palmer
is to represent the sixth in Washington. Okay, thank you. It's hard

(14:26):
to convey the craziness and insanity we'veexperienced the last several years in one minute,
but here it goes. Corporate Global, Corporate government partnerships, which is
a euphemism for fascism. Fascism havebeen running the show truth justice and the
American way was turned into lies injusticeand the globalist agenda. As a result,

(14:50):
hundreds of thousands of people died andmillions injured. As with every other
crisis they engineered, we lost evenmore of our rights. We always do
every time they come up with itsomething that we lose rights. And we
also have the largest wealth transfer fromthe middle class to the elites in world
history. Alabama lost twenty five percentof their small business that is America and

(15:13):
the anti American centralization of power inDC has been bad enough, but now
they want to rule rule globally andit's And if you're oblivious or complicit or
in denial of what we went through, then you should vote for Gary Palmer,
as that's where he is. Butif you're tired of the globalists,
the eugenics loving WHO and world economicform in the Who's Worth Health Organization,

(15:37):
their goal is to lower the population. If you're tired of that and the
uniparty in DC who's been doing theirbidding, then vote for Ken mcfeeders.
Ken, thank you so much forjoining me this week on Few Point,
Alabama. Thank you, sir.Up Next, speaking of the sixth Congressional
District, JT recently caught up withCongressman Gary Palmer. Gary, thanks for
being back, Thanks for having meon. Let's talk about this balance of

(16:00):
citizen you know, the Citizen BalanceProtection Bill out there, you know,
getting it out of committee, andtalk to me about that process here and
what's the meat of what you wantto do. Then, a couple of
times that states have tried to requireproof of citizenship in order to retra to
vote. Most recently it was Arizonaand the Biden administration, and it may
have been Obama too. I thinkthey may have cried this twice, said

(16:22):
that it didn't comply with the nineteenninety three Go to Registration Act. And
so I've introduced a bill that wejust got out of committee yesterday to amend
the nineteen ninety three Go To ResistritionAct that will allow any state to require
proof of citizenship in order to registerto vote. Golly, should that not
just be national? Should that notbe a federal law? I mean,

(16:45):
it's crazy to me the lack ofcommon sense that allows this to even be
considered. You know, if you'renot a citizen you can vote in our
election. What other country around theglobe could you go vote in with a
big election coming up. Couldn't doit in France, couldn't do it in
England. I mean, I can'tthink of any place it allows non citizens
to come in there and vote fortheir leaders. Well, under our constitution,

(17:08):
if you're not assistant, you can'trun for office, you can't make
a campaign contribution to another candidate runningfor office, and you can't vote.
Yet the Democrats claim that they thatstates shouldn't have the right to require proof
of citizenship. I've got two otherbills on election reform as well that deal

(17:30):
with the voter rolls because like inPennsylvania, there's over eight hundred thousand inactive
voters still on the rolls. Inthe state of Michigan, is one hundred
and five percent registered to vote.JT. That's just a recipe for stealing
elections. Absolutely, we're going todeal with that. And then there's another

(17:51):
bill that I didn't introduce, butI'm getting on that will allow state the
censuspirity require assistance ship question on thecensus because we need to know how many
people live here who are not citizens. You know, it's outrageous. We've
got in a constitution you can't dothis. Yet you know the Democrats are

(18:14):
pushing, well, we're just gonnago ahead and let you do it.
It's like the immigration laws we've gotin the books. We have laws about
federal immigration, and yet they justcompletely ignore them and push them to decide,
Well, we don't have to dothat, we're democrats. Well,
the administrations is the most lawless administrationin the history of the country. Absolutely,
absolutely, all right, quickly, your thoughts on the end of the

(18:34):
ceasefire in Gaza as they cranked itup again this morning of this afternoon over
there back on again. Well,I've said from the very beginning, after
that horrendous attack, that massacre, that Israel's top objective needs to be the
complete elimination of Hamas. And Idon't mean just in Gaza. If their

(18:57):
country is giving them safe haven, they need to track them down. Can
they do that logistically? Find them? It's like whack them all? Where
are they? They're scattered everywhere,But the actual head on this octopus of
tentacles of terrorist organizations is Iran.Your thoughts on going after Iran. If

(19:19):
you're asking me should we launch anattack against Iran, I'm not willing to
go there right now. I thinkthere are other things that we could do,
starting with not giving them the sixbillion dollars. Again, this administration
is unbelievably inept in foreign policy. It was the State Apartment that set up

(19:44):
the entire evacuation of Afghanistan. InJT, I think if Trump had won
the election, there wouldn't have beenthis disaster in Afghanistan. We wouldn't be
seeing this war in Ukraine, andI don't think would Israel be dealing with
this in Gaza right now. Yeah, I'm one hundred percent on board with
you there. Well, Gary, thank you so much for fight for common

(20:07):
sense. I mean, you've gotto be a citizen to vote. Ought
to be a federal law, notjust state. It's incredible, it's not,
but it is in our constitution. So yeah, put me down for
a yes on that one too.Thank you, Gary, have a good
weekend. Thanks. This is ViewpointAlabama on the Alabama Radio Network. I'm
JT. And now as we stayin DC and catch up with Senator Tommy
Tubberville, why don't we start withwhat's happening, and everybody's talking about it.

(20:29):
The military holds before you know, the Senate decides to play ball with
you on the abortion issue. Herewhere are we on this year? You're
really getting raked over the coals. And you know, I love your position
on this, absolutely not. Shouldwe've using tax dollars to pay for people
in the military to go get abortions. I'm completely one hundred percent behind you
there, But I mean, what'sgoing going on now with a beatdown that

(20:49):
you're taking up there? Yeah,Well, the my ice in the hole
was the military budget, which weworked on the last two weeks back.
We've been working on them six months, but we got everything together, got
it in there and in the House, they had the language to put the
policy back into place. That's allwe needed. I had the votes in

(21:11):
the Senate, and Dictator Schumer tookit out up here, you have really
no say so about what goes onin any of these bills other than if
you're in leadership. So it kindof kicked it to the curve. And
of course they passed a resolution wherethey're going to go around me, or
try to go around me if theycan get eight or nine Repubican votes,

(21:32):
which they probably can. So thisthing's probably coming to an end. JT.
There's nothing I can do to blockit. You know, when they
do stuff like this, and youknow that's just politics in Washington, d
C. It's unbelievable. Really, they don't get their way. They change,
they move the goalposts, they changethe rules. You know, they
ignore federal laws when it comes toimmigration. I mean, Democrats don't get

(21:53):
their way in Washington. They justsay, well, okay, if we
can't get it that way, I'lltell you what we do. We got
control of the center, we'll justchange the rules and change how we do
things. And hey, you gota vote on that yet, Okay,
let's go Tarboroville, go sit down. I mean, it's awful how they
just change things when they don't gettheir way. Well, I gave a
scathing speech yesterday in a closed hearingof Armed Services and just break the Democrats

(22:15):
over the colds, because hey, that's the way they do it. That's
a dictator. That's how they changethis from the White House executive overreach.
And now they get it to theSenate and get it in the budget and
then they just pull it out.So no we're not going to do that.
And wait a minute, you knoweverybody voted for that. I got
enough Democrat votes to even keep itin there in the Senate and wouldn't let
it come to vote. So you'llhear a speech from me next week on

(22:37):
the Senate floor where I'm going toexpress my frustrations coming from basically the citizens
in this country to what's going onup in Washington, DC. Is a
complete mess. Yeah, it's awful. We are in a horrible position with
this country right now and so manydifferent arenas. I do want to talk
to you about the veterans and deservingVA accountability and your efforts in that arena.

(22:57):
I mean, we've got some serioushistory about the VA not looking so
good. I mean, veterans shouldhave the best care, in my opinion,
in this country, but in timesin the past it seems to be
some of the worst. You hearhorror stories about what's happening at the VA.
So when Donald Trump came into office, the Congress passed a bipartisan bill

(23:18):
by the way, called the VAAccountability and Whistleblower Protection Act. It really
did some good work, right, coach, And then it seems to be
changing again. Now, oh,anything of this administration JP is changing.
They've changed almost everything the President Trumpdid, and it's going south. You
know, the VA is the biggesthospital system in the world, and we've

(23:40):
got some really good vas in thestate of Alabama, and we've got some
very average and bad vias in thestate. I'm getting complaints. More and
more complaints are starting to pop up. You know, we passed the big
legislation a couple of years ago todo a lot more for the veterans,
but unfortunately a lot of that money, for some reason kind of slips out

(24:00):
and goes to what we call climatechange. What an idea, right,
And we heard this week that Bidensaid, you know, I've saved up
five hundred billion dollars for a newgreen energy policy coming down the pipe and
will let it be known here soon. And we know where that money comes
from. It comes from everything that'ssupposed to go back to the taxpayers.
But most of this money don't gooverseas. How surprising, right, you

(24:23):
know, it's so crazy to methat when they got that, you know,
Trump policy changed and it was abipartisan protection Act, that VA Accountability
and Whistleblower Protection Act, that. You know, there were a lot of
people that were held accountable because ofthat, and a lot of people lost
their jobs for cause. Now apparentlyBiden's wanted to take a bunch of money
and pay most of these five thousandemployees that were fired for cause with back

(24:48):
pay. Yeah. As a matterof fact, we had a hearing on
that the other day and I askedseveral of the people that are the upper
echelon in the VA, how inthe world can we do this? And
they're not not only going to restoretheir jobs and bring these people back,
they're going to pay them back payfrom the time that they were let go.

(25:10):
And so it's all about votes,Jati. Everything up here is about
what can we do to get morevotes and how can we get more senators
elected, How can we get moreCongress, How can we get power in
the House, the White House, the Senate. It's not for the American
people, it's for power. Mostlypeople up here don't need to be up
here, because that's all they worktowards is being able to stay up here

(25:33):
and be able to call themselves senatoror commerce. You know, And I
don't know how it's going to trickleback to voters and realize exactly what you've
discussed. And it happens in somany different categories in our country that when
we get these people up there todo what we want them to do for
us, that they get up thereand run their own shop to just stay
in office up there. And youknow, it's really disgusting where we're at

(26:00):
with what's happening with the Democrats tomaintain power and control and they'll do almost
anything, as we know, tocontinue that. So where are we going
with this coach? Do you thinkyou're going to get any headway with the
veterans and you know, getting somemore accountability back or are we heading down
the wrong road again? Well,we're heading down the wrong road. We
don't have enough votes and you know, the people that voted for these people

(26:22):
to put them in office, itjust that, you know, I think
they're getting their eyes open because theywant to change everything from what you drive
to where you live, track youdown, it will tell you how much
you can travel, what you caneat, when you can go to church,
all that COVID stuff. They wouldlove to have it back where they
have complete control of everything that's goingon. That they loved those couple of

(26:45):
years where they shut everything down. That's their four table because they got total
control of Let me ask you aboutthat rumblings now that Kamala Harris is going
to be put in charge of keepingan eye on that ball coming twenty twenty
four. And you know, well, just yesterday we're talking about this World
Health Organization alert that in China there'ssome sort of respiratory thing going on and

(27:07):
outbreaks of this and that. Arewe positioning ourselves for this Democratic Party to
pull another fast one where well, look, we're not going to demand it,
but we highly recommend that you goback home and start working again.
It's starting to spread. The numbersare indicating it. And if we send
you all home, of course,we're going to have to open up those
mail in ballot boxes we got storedhere in our basements and garages, right

(27:29):
next to the President's corvette, andwe'll get them out to you. You
just mail them in. You mayget ten or twelve in your home.
I know there's only three people livingthere, but fill them out and mail
them in. I mean, doyou smell something rat like coming down the
pike on all that? Sure youdid. I mean they're looking for any
possible way to cover something up.You know what made me sick of my
