Speaker 1 (00:00):
One o two point five hazy. Okay, time for kicking
it with John Ryan. See Hawk's Legend John Ryan. What's
on your mind this week?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Well, I came on here a couple of weeks ago
and I said that if you have a successful March
Mad in this bracket, that it's a fluke, it's luck
and there's no skill involved. And I just wanted to
come on here today and apologize for that, because if
you did have a good bracket, let's say you finished
first or second, that it was a ton of skill.
It's a ton of talent and you're probably some kind

(00:31):
of basketball oracle. So I just I want to apologize
for that.

Speaker 1 (00:35):
So let me guess you won your brackets.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Oh funny you should ask that, Sarah. Coincidentally, I finished
first in my women's bracket and I finished second on
a fifty in my men's bracket, So yeah, that's just coincidentally.
Thank you for asking that. But now that March is
done and March Mad is done, this is like a
hot topic between me and my friends. We always debate
what's the best sports month of the year, And I

(01:00):
hope that we can talk about this on Instagram. After
this is FDS post this, But a lot of people
say March is the best month of the year. You
have March madness, you have baseball opening Day. A lot
of people say October we have baseball playoffs, we have basketball,
we have hockey, and obviously we have football, both college
and NFL in full swing. But I kind of have

(01:21):
a hot take on this, and I personally think July
is the best month of sports because it's kind of
one month where baseball has the spotlight on its football
hasn't quite started. We also have hope that our team
is going to be something good that year. Be Personally,
my favorite memories I've played in Seattle sides from on
the football field was sitting in Staffield Park now it
seeple a while on a warm July night when the

(01:42):
sun is just going down at seventy degrees, sitting in
the stands drinking a beer watching the MS. I honestly
think there's nothing better than that. So it's a bit
of a hot take, but I think July is the
best month that I'm love here what everyone has to
say on Instagram after this is posted.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
John, Thank you so much, of course, thank you, and
congratulations on your awesome bracket. Man, you are just an
oracle and it's it's amazing.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
I knew that so badly think you that was kicking
it with John Ryan
