Keith Poettker is the CEO and Chairman of Poettker Construction Company, a nationally recognized construction management and design-build firm with over 45 years in business. Since becoming CEO in 2021, Keith has led the company through transformative expansion, more than doubling revenue and deepening its footprint in the Southeast. In 2020, Keith and his family relocated to Charlotte to lead the firm’s Southeast expansion. Under Keith’s leadership, Poettker partners with multiple Charlotte area charity organizations, including Dream On 3, a nonprofit that makes sports dreams come true for children with life-altering conditions. 
  
Keith holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and serves as the qualifying agent for the firm’s contractor licenses nationwide. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, boating, hiking, grilling, and spending time with family and friends.
