SCOTUS also sided with the parents in two monumental cases protecting parental rights. These cases included the Maryland case prohibiting parents from opting out of LGBTQ literature in public schools. Then, Ken Paxton also scored a victory when the Supreme Court sided with him, allowing Texas to require age verification for porn sites. Finally, Zohran Mamdani attempts to rewrite language.
