Invariably – the majority of those vows fail. We speak with Stephanie Stolzenbach, Senior Director of Individual and Family Therapy at Charlie Health for some advice on how to approach the idea. Then, music is something so many of us turn to, to help with stress or our moods among other things. Why does it help and how does music make such a connection with us?
