Speaker 3 (00:32):
Ali so pressure Trump is named Robert Cicada As has
picked to lead the ATF. He's been at the ATF
for twenty years and I know people say, well, then
he's part of the problem. Way maybe, but a lot
of people who I respect are saying this is a
really good choice. He was one of the ones who
(00:54):
was working to get the ATF off of it's zero
tolerance policy where they were closing down FFLs under Biden.
The NSSF National Shooting Sports Foundation said it's a very
good thing. They've been working with them and they think
he's going to be good.
Speaker 4 (01:10):
Now.
Speaker 3 (01:11):
The gun control groups are going to d the Democrats,
but I repeat myself, they're going to oppose him, of course,
because they don't think he's going to be strong enough
at trying to destroy our Second Amendment rights, which is
one of the things the ATF has worked on for
some years now. We'll keep an eye on this. It's
going to be very interesting to watch. But it could
(01:34):
be a good thing. Well, it's gonna be better than
what we had in the past. I don't know that
it can be worse, actually, and all science points to
it being better. So we'll keep our fingers crossed and
I'll keep you posted on that. Let's just go to
line five. Chris is in Baton Roots Souisay, Hey, Chris,
you're on gun Talk.
Speaker 4 (01:53):
What's on your mind, sir?
Speaker 5 (01:55):
Good afternoon. I was just gonna comment you were saying
about inviting family or purchasing gift certificates for family for
gun training, and I help out over at Range Ready.
Chris Sereno invited me to come out there and assist
with him from when they do trainings, and I'm kind
of help out at any rate. We had a basic
(02:19):
pistol I think they called it a central pistol this
weekend on Saturday, a one day class, and we had
a mom and dad. The youngest of I think it
was four daughters, had decided she was supposed to be
the instigator for it. Decided they'd be a good thing
for them to do is take that class. So they had,
you know, all the kids and the mom and dad
out there, the girls really who hadn't been familiar with guns.
(02:41):
Dad was a duck hunter, and all of the ladies
there were just grinning ear to ear, all enthusiastic they
now want to get into and the young girls were
really shot well, and the mom did too, and they're
actually talking about, you know, well, what's this competition stuff
that y'all was talking about. So, yeah, they just had
(03:05):
a blast and it was a family deal. They were
all We put them on the line, all side by
side so they could kind of egg each other on,
and there was a lot of that going on. But yeah,
I mean the mom started off with a group that
looked like shotgun and she ended up with one that
you could cover up with probably a folded dollar bill.
At wow, between ten and fifteen feet. We shot a
(03:29):
little bit out to thirty feet and I mean everything
was looking really great.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
Hey, let me ask you, did they have their own handguns?
Or did they rent them from range Ready?
Speaker 5 (03:40):
No, range Ready provided them with guns to shoot.
Speaker 4 (03:45):
Okay, so they.
Speaker 5 (03:47):
Had loner guns.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Do you mention that all the women and girls, because
they've got all different ages, they're shot well.
Speaker 4 (03:55):
And as an instructor, let me ask you this.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
I have talked to a number of instructors who say
that generally speaking, women may better students.
Speaker 4 (04:04):
They do. They make better students, don't they?
Speaker 5 (04:07):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (04:08):
Uh?
Speaker 5 (04:08):
In fact, uh, I was trying to think of how
to phrase it diplomatically. But the reason I was on
the line and didn't get a chance to do much
shooting yesterday was had a uh had somebody I just
kind of had to keep an eye on one of
the guys.
Speaker 6 (04:23):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (04:24):
With the ladies just listened to every instruction and uh,
I like, you know, I think it was Chris Sarno
yesterday that we are Yeah, I was yesterday was saying
something the effect of, you know, the guy say, oh
I can do this, and the ladies say, oh, hold
your arm like this and point the gun down there
and shooting. Yeah, there's a target, there's a group. Look,
it's a small group, you know, because they listen.
Speaker 3 (04:47):
Well, yeah, I call it testosterone poisoning. The guys come
in thinking they already know this stuff, and then women
are open to the instruction. And with the guys you
got to spend some of the time kind of breaking
them down to say, look, you really don't know what
you are doing. Start over, forget all that junk you
brought in here. And with the women, you're kind of
starting with a blank sheet, and you can make some
(05:07):
pretty fast advancement.
Speaker 5 (05:10):
Yeah, because I remember three of the young ladies said
that their dad was a duck hunter, and they said,
you know, I think I remember shooting a shotgun a
couple of times when I was a kid, but she
has never touched a handgun. And the mother basically the
same thing. And there was another lady I don't remember
she was related to him or not, but she was
saying that she was a stay at home mom, which
(05:33):
so she says, I never wanted to have a gun
laying around. I didn't feel like I wanted to carry one.
But now that the kids are all bigger, she says,
now I want to get more familiar with it. If
no other reason, maybe not carrying it. But so she
feels comfortable with him there, and you know that she
knows how to handle one if she picks one up
such as that and the smartest.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
You know, it's kind not a smart approach.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
I mean, because a lot of people would say, well,
I don't want to have one around, and they make
nervous and so they just don't want to have anything
to do with it. But this woman said, no, no,
I know that if I have more knowledge about it
and am comfortable and competent with it, I'll be okay
having it around.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
That's just that's an approach that's so enlightened.
Speaker 5 (06:16):
Yeah, And the young ladies were saying the same thing
at first in the morning, that well, we just want
to know, you know, a little bit about the gun
by the end of the day. There. Like I said,
I texted Chris last night and I said, if y'all
offer a basic competition course right now, just introduce people
to it. And if y'all do a follow up two
or three day pistol class right now, You've got six
(06:37):
sign ups those classes right now.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
So you know, let me get this.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
I got to ask you, how much fun is it
for you as an instructor to work with those people?
Speaker 5 (06:51):
Oh? I love it. I mean, I've got my ur instructor,
I don't use it as such. I don't feel like
I've got the experience to charge somebody a lot of
money to even, you know, to try and train him.
And I don't want that responsibility. I'm also a flight
instructor or used to be in as I say, previous life,
so I don't feel like I've got to have that
(07:12):
level of expertise expertise to take that responsibility. But being
out there on the range and riding on Chris's coattails,
so to speak, and helping folks like that, and like
the guy that I was working with yesterday, he was
just so enthusiastic. He was making a couple of basic mistakes.
I just kept, Okay, here's what you're doing, and you know,
you know, watch where your muzzle is and all, you know,
(07:34):
all the basic safety stuff and all the basic grip things.
But his shooting improved as well, and he just he
was so appreciative. He just really enjoyed the day. And yeah,
it's for me. I mean, how much more valuable can
you be than to be value to see your fellow
people And.
Speaker 3 (07:51):
Yeah, you're right, you say you enjoyed it. It's a
wonderful thing. To watch people come in and say, you know,
I just want to know a little bit more about this,
and then all of a sudden they realize I can
do this, and then right after that it's hey, this
is fun and.
Speaker 5 (08:06):
I want to consume this now. I mean those young ladies,
I really think that Brad and Taylor and Shane, that's
the other instructors, and a couple of those guys are
master class shooters. Literally, they're they're great, right, And yeah,
they've invited them. They said, look, if you all want
to come out to the range to one of the competitions,
(08:27):
you know, come on out. We'll coach you through this. So,
you know, they were so enthusiastic and so receptive of
helping those you know folks, and you know, and that's
the way the gun community is.
Speaker 4 (08:38):
It is, and you know they got a lot of it.
You got a lot of it.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
And this gives me a chance. And look, I appreciate
the call, Chris, thank you so much. It gives me
a chance to do my shout out as Look, if
you want to do something for the Second Amendment and
do something that's really fun, go get your credentials, take

(09:04):

Have some fun and stay informed with the gun Talk podcast.
Speaker 4 (11:34):
Hi yea, This is a W. R. Hawkins from Bribe
Barton News. Welcome back to gun talk. That was fun.
I appreciate that call from Chris.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
The take it people of the range who haven't shot
before or have it shot much, and you teat them slowly,
you bring them in, and all of a sudden they're
you know, as he said, they start off with something
that looks like a shotgun pattern, and before long they're
shooting little, tiny groups and you're going, wow, this is fun.
Speaker 4 (12:09):
I can actually do this.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
What's not being said is they come in thinking that, well,
nobody can really shoot a pistol that well, because pistols
are hard to shoot, and if I can hit the target,
if I get all the shots of the target, that
would be great, like on the piece of paper. And
then he realized, as he said, they're shooting groups that
(12:33):
you can cover with a folded dollar bill. So we're
talking what two inches three inches square ballpark? That's impressive.
Well at that point you're going, hey, look at me.
This is fun. Whether you're doing it informally just taking
friends out, or you decide you are to becoming a
(12:53):
firearm's instructor, it's worthwhile. And I always like to tag
this on because I do think this is really important.
We need more women shooting instructors. A lot of times
women just simply respond better to a woman instructor. Women say, look,
(13:14):
I don't want to be judged by a man. I
just I'm tired of it. And women relate to each
other differently. And all women class, if you can find one,
is really worthwhile. The dynamics, the discussion, the talk, the chatter,
it's all just very different from when guys get together.
(13:36):
You don't have to have female instructors, but an all
women's class can be a lot of fun if you
can put that together. And sometimes it's just a case
of calling around saying to your friends, Hey, you guys
want to go do a class together, Let's put together
shooting class. You get eight or ten of you, you
can find an instructor who will do that for you.
So I appreciated Chris's comments there. I love the idea
(13:58):
of a family doing this together. So that's pretty cool,
all right, this story out of Fort Worth, he reads
The Second Amendment Foundation in the Fire's Policy Coalition have
filed a strong opposition in federal court against the US
(14:19):
government's latest attempt to narrow a previously granted injunction the
barred enforcement. Blah blah blah. Let me explain what's going
on here. There was a lawsuit, Well, the law is
that you can't carry, or the regulation is you can't
carry your gun into a post office. There was a
(14:39):
lawsuit that challenged that, and we won Second Foundation, Fire's
Policy Coalition together.
Speaker 4 (14:48):
The judgment said that not for everybody.
Speaker 3 (14:52):
He said, yes, this definitely violates the Second Amendment, but
we're not going to say that everybody has the right
to carry the office now.
Speaker 4 (15:01):
But what we're going to say.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
Is that members of the Second Amendment Foundation and members
of the Fire's Policy Coalition can now carry in a
post office. I know it makes no sense. It's under
the new ruling by the Supreme Court in the Kasa
case where they're trying to get away from unlimited injunctions.
(15:26):
But the government came back and said, well, yeah, but
we don't want that. This is where it gets interesting,
because under Trump, we think it's going to be a
pro gun government. It's going to be a less anti
gun government. But it doesn't mean it's pro gun. It
doesn't mean it's pro Second Amendment. Governments by their very
(15:46):
nature are about control. Governments, by their very nature about
seeking and demanding your compliance. That's what they really want
is your compliance. And so what the government did. They
came back and said, well, wait a minute, we don't
(16:08):
think that this should be extended to all members of
the Second Amendment Foundation and the Fire's Policy Coalition.
Speaker 4 (16:15):
We think that.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
The people who should be able to carry in post
offices are just the two people who sued, Gavin Pate
and George Mandry, just two people. It violates the Second Amendment.
This regulation, the court said it violates the Second Amendment.
That's a constitutional right. And yet the government is saying, yeah, okay,
(16:42):
but we should only have these two people out of
all the people in the United States get their constitutional
rights in post offices. It's been challenging court. These things
never end. We're always fighting them. That's why we always
have to fund these groups, and the FPC and SAF
work together on these.
Speaker 4 (17:05):
It doesn't mean.
Speaker 3 (17:08):
That the Trump administration is anti gun, but at the
same time, I think realistically you have to understand and
appreciate that it doesn't mean that the Trump administration is
pro gun rights either. And the Department of Justice wants
to defend federal law. That's what they do that's always
(17:32):
their position. It is frustrating no end to see this happening,
But at the same time, you go, look, this is
the reality of it. And if you want us to
win these things, we have to be involved. You have
to be a member of the Firearm's Policy Coalition and
the Second Amendment Foundation and some other groups as well.
(17:53):
Just what's my thought for you. Let's go grab Jim
out of Medford, Oregon Online.
Speaker 4 (17:57):
Three. Hey Jim, you're on Gun Talk. How can we up?
Speaker 6 (18:01):
Oh? Tom, how are you today? Yeah? I've been pondering
this question for a long time. So everybody you know,
you hear I've heard it from you, and I've heard
it from other stations that I listened to you occasionally.
They've talked about guns and whatnot about know your Constitution,
Know your Constitution, Know your Second Amendment. You know this
(18:22):
and that so and that covers the whole US our
constitution right right. But then you get to like Oregon
where I live, and Tina Kochek can take the Constitution,
she just flatly destroys it and outlaws this part of it,
that part of it, and that How is that possible
(18:43):
for the lower the states to do that?
Speaker 4 (18:48):
It is.
Speaker 3 (18:49):
I understand your frustration. It is possible because government seeks control.
That's what all government does. And so we have state
law that's in conflict with federal law, and as long
as they're not challenged on it, they will do it.
(19:09):
As long as we don't win in courts, they will
do it. As long as people in Oregon and you know,
the Drill keep electing them, they will do that. And
so that's why we have groups like Second Foundation and
Farm's Policy Coalition to file suit all the time and
challenge them and get it knocked down and go to court,
and then go to another court and then go to
(19:30):
the Supreme Court, because there are people who will strip
you of your constitutional rights. At the same time, they're saying, well,
of course I support the Second Amendment, and then it's
always followed by but, which you remember the whole deal
of If they say but, it means that everything that
went before the butt was a lie. So they said, well,
I support the Second Amendment, but there ought to be
(19:52):
some reasonable restrictions. Well, no, you don't support the Secondmendment
at all. To your point, yes, the federal laws are
often in conflict with state laws.
Speaker 4 (20:03):
Federal law is supposed to.
Speaker 3 (20:04):
Be supreme and if we had stronger courts that actually
would interpret the laws as they're written and would follow
a Supreme Court precedent, then we wouldn't have so many
of these problems.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
But you got the Ninth.
Speaker 3 (20:19):
Circuit, which, of course is maybe slightly better than it
used to be, but generally it still supports restrictions on
you and me on gun owners.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
It is.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
Maddening at times to see this conflict between the two
and just you think, well, but we have the Second
a Memdment. Yeah, we do, but it doesn't. It drives
people crazy when I say this, Look, thank you for
the call. I the Second Amendment is strong, and it's worthwhile,
(20:53):
and it's great and all the rest of it, but
it doesn't really mean much if we don't protect and
defend it. What does that mean To protect it and
defend it, It means fighting every single day because there's
people out there that every single day they're trying to
do away with. I mean, Gaven Newsan said it's time
(21:15):
to repeal the Second Amendment. He's going to run for
the presidency. It's going to be Gavin Newsom and AOC
running and one or the other will probably get the nomination.
Trust me on this. Both of them would like to
do away with the Second I'm not talking about restricting
it a little bit. I'm talking about wiping it out.
Galven Neusen said we need to repeal the Second Amendments,
(21:38):
so start with that.
Speaker 4 (21:40):
This is the fight.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Every day when you get up and lace up your shoes,
every day, it's another day of the Second Amendment battle.
It's the same as it was fifty years ago when
I started writing about this for national publications. It's the
same as it was thirty years ago when I started
doing gun talk you. It's the same as it was
last Wednesday. And it's the same as it's going to
(22:05):
be in twenty years from now, in fifty years from now.
This is where we are. It's where we're always going
to be. We can't say with you, I'm just tired
of this. I wish somebody else will do it. You
know what, There's nobody else, there's no them, there's no
left the NRA do it.
Speaker 4 (22:21):
Let those other people do it. It's it's you and it's me.
And if we don't do it, if we don't get.
Speaker 3 (22:25):
Off our butts, they're going to take away your Second memor.
Speaker 4 (22:28):
Right, it's as simple as that.
Speaker 3 (22:38):
Hey, hey, hey, time to catch up on Second Amendment news.
Joining me right now, John Petrolino. He's a US Merchant
Marine Officer, twenty twenty four Second Amendment Foundation Journalists of
the Year. He's a board member at the Citizens Committee
to Keep Them Bear Arms and also a certified firearms
instructuring a lot of different disciplines.
Speaker 4 (22:55):
He writes at.
Speaker 3 (22:56):
Bearing Arms and amble Land News. John, Where on the
Earth have I caught you today?
Speaker 12 (23:02):
I would love to tell you that, Tom, but that's confidential.
How you doing today?
Speaker 6 (23:06):
Man?
Speaker 4 (23:07):
Okay, all right?
Speaker 3 (23:07):
So you are, in fact somewhere on the ocean in
one of the seven seas.
Speaker 4 (23:12):
Sure, fair enough?
Speaker 3 (23:17):
All right, good deal, all right. So you've been covering
the Second Endment in what's going on?
Speaker 4 (23:21):
A good bit.
Speaker 3 (23:22):
I was wondering if you had like two, maybe three
stories that you're working on that you think people.
Speaker 12 (23:26):
Ought to know about the biggest thing right now. And
this is kind of like old news, but it's not
old news, and I know your listeners are super aware
of it because you've covered this. But it's the Post
Office Carrie prohibition getting overturned in the court in Texas, right,
And I know you guys have been tracking this really
hard lately. One of the things though about this whole story,
(23:49):
aside from the fact that and to get your listeners
up to speed for them that don't know, is a
federal court found in September that certain Post office is
cannot ban carry of firearms on their property, found that unconstitutional.
Now there's a couple of hang ups with this story.
As you're aware, it's been filed down to the organizational plaintiffs,
(24:15):
so members of Firearms Policy Coalition and Second Amendment Foundation
are the ones who are the affected parties. So it's
not like this is a wide, sweeping, nationwide injunction. And
that's part and probably the fault of the CASA or
Trump versus KASA case, which does limit these nationwide injunctions,
(24:35):
which they say is on an interlocatory basis. So I
don't know, we're probably going to go into the weeds
too much. But some of the things that are really
I think important about the story that no one has
really really talked about this is Number one is that
the Post Office, like the USPS, is obviously aware of
(24:59):
what happened. And the reason I know that is because
I actually reached out to them. So I've got like
five stories about this. You and I have talked about
this for.
Speaker 3 (25:08):
A while, and yeah, you hear across like a leaked
memo from USPS about this that they didn't want out.
Speaker 4 (25:15):
What did that tell you?
Speaker 12 (25:18):
Right, so that that leaked memo And again, so you
got to take this for with a grain of salt
because it was like a Creddit post online somebody claiming
claiming to be a postal clerk was well, that's not
good enough for me. But let's let's dig into the memo.
One of the things that the memo says here is
that you know, because of this decision, you know, postal
(25:40):
employees may run into customers who are carrying firearms. Said
they said right here, end quote. The post service employee
should allow the customer to conduct their business in the
same manner as other customers. Once the customer leaves. And
this is funny is once the customer leaves, they want
they want the postal service worker to report it to
(26:03):
their manager, and then the management employees are supposed to
call the inspection service, which we know the inspection service
is like the postal police, which is like they're no joke. Anyhow,
So once they have the manager called the Postal Inspector service, uh,
and they want them to find out from them whether
(26:25):
or not the law could be enforced, which is really
weird because you know the injunctions the injunction, so I
don't know what they're going to discuss, but they want
to discuss it, right, And of course they say here,
you know, to their credit, they say, don't call nine
one one, don't call the local authorities, which I think.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
Is it's.
Speaker 12 (26:49):
Exactly so like and I'm like, I'm saying that with
a grain of salt. Maybe the little tongue in cheek
is like, you know, to their credit, but you know,
this is the US government we're talking about. And then
the memo ends with basically how this injunction doesn't affect
US Postal Service employees, which I have a hard time
(27:10):
wrapping my head around, because what if you're a staff
member or an FPC member and an employee, are you
still not able to leave your firearms saying your vehicle, which.
Speaker 3 (27:20):
Is right right, because they're saying right now, employees, anybody
else can carry there, but the employees can't carry you there.
So that probably sounds like another lawsuit. All right, we
talked about that. One pick one more story that you're
working on that people may not be aware of, and
bring that out.
Speaker 12 (27:38):
Please, Okay. So one of the other things that's going on,
and you and I talked about this a while, and
it's kind of a percolating thing. It's been going on
since the summer. In New Jersey. We have a big
push for permit to carry phe nullifications and you know,
in the post bruined world, New Jersey of course react
(28:00):
did very adversely to us getting carried. You know, they
did not get it, like the Supreme Court saying that
the peasants shall carry their pitchforks. Like, they didn't like that. Yeah.
So one of the things that they did in their
bruin response laws they jacked up the price for a
permit to carry to two hundred dollars and part of
that two hundred dollars fifty goes to the state and
(28:22):
one hundred and fifty goes to the local municipality. So
two things have happened. And I haven't really finished working
on this story yet because there's a lot of stuff
going on, and like I said, it goes back to June.
But we have ten, ten, maybe eleven municipalities right now
who have passed resolutions where if you get a permit
to carry, they will send you back or rebate you
(28:44):
your one hundred and fifty dollars fee because they the
local municipality have found they found the fees to be
onerous and unconstitutional. Well, simultaneous to that, and you know
about the Coons Crawl, right, this case that was sitting
there in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals for like
two years almost right, Well, one of the good things
(29:06):
really and there wasn't a lot a lot of really
good things from the Coon's case, but one of the
good things that came out of the Coons cases they
decided that the fifty dollars state fee is unconstitutional, and
they found that because that fee wasn't going to any
administrative purposes. So, in essence, if you live in one
of those you know, nine, ten or eleven municipalities who
(29:27):
have nullified their fees, you're getting a free permit to carry.
Speaker 4 (29:32):
This is my shocked face because you're talking about New
Jersey here.
Speaker 12 (29:37):
Well, it's funny. It's like what happens when you corner
an animal, right, They don't really act very well and
that's what a New Jersey is essentially done to the
New Jersey gun owner for decades. If they've they've put
us into corners and they've forced us to come up
with ways to fight them that are really, really, you know, remarkable,
(29:59):
and this was one of them. So the first one
came out in June, like I said, it was Daniel
Francisco in English Town, New Jersey, and it's spreading kind
of like wildfire. Now, the initiative itself, it's got full
backing and support from gun rights organizations. Once this grassroots
efforts got ignited, New Jersey Firearms Owner Syndicate, which is
(30:21):
a you know, a New Jersey group that's about a
year old, and Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep
Arms got involved. Mister Gottlieb is very, very interested in
this and he's been throwing his support behind it, as
well as the NRA Institute for Legislative Actions. So it's
not like this this initiative doesn't have any teeth and
it's like, well we look at it, Mike poo pooh,
maybe there's only ten, eleven, twelve towns, but this is
(30:44):
actually like very meaningful.
Speaker 4 (30:46):
Well, yeah, it's really something.
Speaker 3 (30:48):
And then you know the fact that, as you say
the gun owners in New Jersey, you're saying, Okay, we
have been putting up with this forever, and we're going
to start pushing back. I'm just looking forward to see
what comes next. Hey, John, tell people where I can
read what you're up to, and then you're writing.

i love the range report from Range. Rady that was
Fun and she's right AS i, Say chris makes a,
(39:12):
point but, boy can he teach you how to shoot fun?
Stuff eighty six y' Six Talk. Gun I'm Tom. Gresham
this this gun. Talk you know right now it would
be a really good time to give me a call
if you want to be part of the after, show
which we're going to do in just a few. Minutes
(39:34):
give me a call It Tom Talk. Gun i'll get
you in. Here as for wrapping this up, today a
few thoughts come to. Mind one is talked about road.
Rage don't be a part of, it don't cause, it
don't respond to. It don't be flipping, please please, please
don't ever flip people off while you're. Driving you can
run into a person who's truly. Unstable it also kind
(39:56):
of marks you as a ballon, frankly and then you
can get yourself into a situation where somebody can end
up getting hurt or. Dead don't get out of your
car ever in a road raide. Situation don't roll down
your window to talk to. Somebody drive. Away just don't be.
There drive, away back, up go somewhere. Else it's real,
(40:18):
simple call nine one. One don't try to teach somebody
a lesson or show them. Whatever another thing that's going
on here is people have decided that taking video of
an incident somehow makes you immune to what's going on around.
It you're not part of, it you're just videoing. It
except that the person just got knifed actually shooting video
(40:42):
of a road raised, incident and one of the people
got mad that somebody was shooting video and ran over
there and stabbed.
Speaker 4 (40:48):
Him in the.
Speaker 3 (40:49):
Back having a phone and shooting video does not make
you immune to what's going on. Here if people are getting,
stabbed or people getting, shot or people getting run, over
they can do that to you. Too if somebody is in,
trouble you can run in and help them rather than shooting,
video or you can go somewhere and call nine one.
(41:12):
One but for heaven's, sakes this idea Of i'm going
to shoot video and post, it.
Speaker 4 (41:19):
There's something really weird about, that truly is.
Speaker 3 (41:23):
Well as we head toward this holiday, season the gun
control groups are, saying here's some talking points to talk
about gun control at The thanksgiving. Table hop about just
be a good family member or a good guest and
not bring up politics at. All just if you know
it's going to be a, conflict just. Don't if somebody
(41:46):
says they want to bring it, up they can't stand
they're going to bring up gun.
Speaker 4 (41:48):
Control so here's one to have in your.
Speaker 3 (41:50):
Pocket are you aware, that according to THE, fbi that
more people are murdered with fists and feet than they
are WITH ar Fifteen's and that's, true not even.
Speaker 4 (42:03):
Close just stop them in the.
Speaker 3 (42:05):
Tracks but THEN i, say, yeah you, Know but, honestly
why don't we just have some nice family time.
Speaker 4 (42:11):
Here we don't need to do.
Speaker 3 (42:12):
This it's coercive and it's, rude and it's manipulative to
bring up politics when you know it's going to be a.
Problem just don't and don't. Participate you, know if you
don't take the, bait they have nowhere to go with,
it as simple as. That don't rise to the bait
because that's what they're looking. For in the, Meantime, hey
it's time to buy Those christmas, presents those. Gifts it's
(42:34):
okay to get one for, yourself it really. Is if
there's a gun you've been thinking, about go. AHEAD i
give you. Permission it's. Fine if you've been thinking. About
that's the, pressure.
Speaker 4 (42:42):
Don't put it.
Speaker 3 (42:43):
Off there's liable to be a rush after we get
through the first of the, year and supplies may be
down at that. Point but right, now the companies that
make them and sell them are offering to pay your
two hundred dollars tax for.
Speaker 4 (42:55):
You how can you not take advantage of?
Speaker 3 (42:58):
That and if it's the first, suppressor are you in
for a, surprise because what typically happens is after that
you gotta want more because they really are that much,
fun that. Cool you might want to take a look
at some of the new, cartridges the new, rifles the
new guns out, there and if you don't have AN,
ar it's time to buy your first. One by all
means that's a ton of. Fun as, always of, course
(43:21):
be BUYING. Ammo always be BUYING. Ammo and if you
would please consider making a contribution to one or more
of the gun rights.
Speaker 4 (43:29):
Groups they need the money and.
Speaker 3 (43:31):
We need the support because the battle for your second
amend of rights is constant every single. Day get out
to the, range take some people with, you take the
family out, there go do a class. Together it's great.
Fun you'll enjoy it and they will. Too simple as
that carry every. Day make it part of your. Lifestyle
(43:52):
never forget that gun at. Home it just might save your.
Speaker 6 (43:57):
Life
