like could just walk up to the patrick and get
wings and paper. It was bounty.

And because what they would do for you to wipe. Yeah,
they have these high bar tables, so you're sitting there
eating the wings with the bounty white paper towel. So

quarterback available on the Super Bowls won four MVP yep,
all pro I think three times, right at least I

I'd be shocking now because that you know, it's hard,
you know, to win that. I think even Brady doesn't
have that many.

Two or two three, you know what I mean. You
can't win every year.

It's hard to win first team all pron the NFL
when you it's against all the quarterbacks.

Yeah, so that is day Aaron Rodgers. What what is
the latest now that he's uh not going back to
the New York Jetropolitans.

Right, yeah, No, So with Aaron Rodgers, you know, the
forty one year old, now that he is, you know,
out with the New York Jets, apparently he has been
back in California training. He was actually caught up yesterday
by TMZ and they were asking him all these questions. Guys,
They're asking what are you considering for your next destination?

And Aaron Rodgers actually went to say he's got two
rules or two things of what he's looking for for
his next team, whether he ends up on one or not.

We'll see.

But number one, he says, I want to go to
a team that wants me, so we'll see it's that.
And then number two, to help eliminate further teams, they
have to be a good team. That's his two rules.
They have to want me and they have to be good.
Those are his two requirements for his next not.

Trying to trying to rebuild, trying to I'm not going
to Tennessee or was it Charlotte trying to rebuild or something, Yeah,
something like that. I'm not interested in that. And that
makes sense at forty.

One at this point, I mean, at this point, it's
supposed to be plug and play, which is what the
Jets they were having four.

because four m vps are four All pros and somebody
quarterback this year was first team All Pro but didn't
win an MVP from that.

get more, and honestly, like the dwindling down of his
possible destinations isn't a whole lot anyways. With those two requirements,
the only two that technically count for both if well,
unless the one teams want them, but teams that are
good that could need a quarterback would be the Pittsburgh Steelers,

which he's been linked to rumored and whether they want
or not. And then this one, and me personally as
a Viking fan, I will say, I definitely don't think
they do want him. Vikings are also one that with Darnold,
who knows and if they trust JJ McCarthy, which I
think they do.

Those are the two popular ones, and then ones that
aren't necessarily good but could sneak up Titans Raiders uh
and even the.

So I have the Rams written down because that's the
sneaky one. You gotta watch sneak because first of all,
Sean McVay is an incredible coasters, no denying that, and
he always feels like he's able to do something.

He got Jared Goff to a Super Bowl.

Then you say, well that was maybe there was luck
or this, well, okay, then I got Matthew Stafford there
and then in this year, if they don't fumble, maybe
they're in the NFC champion in the Super Bowl, I
should say, or NFC Championship game, and then from there
you never know what happened. So, uh, that's an interesting
one because they just, for whatever reasons, don't want to
pay Matthew Stafford. He's been really good with them, especially

in the postseason.

They don't want he's thirty seven, his wife's are paying
in the bud. There's a lot of stuff going on,
you know what I mean, right, and then what he
would get paid at this age. They maybe don't want to.

But it's weird though, because he's been really good with them,
especially in the postseason, so you would think, let's just
ride this thing out. He's obviously he's in good shape,
so it's like, let's go another two or three. He
gets hard, but he always comes back, as you know
that covering him in Detroit, So you think, give him
another two or three years. But it's looking like the
wife has done podcasts mentioning they're ready to reset if
they need to and go to another city. Her brother

is an assistant coach out there with the Giants, and
there's inklings that maybe they would go there. So it's
starting that rumor or that hush is starting to get
louder with Matthew Stafford being traded. So if Matthew Stafford
were to be traded, the Rams do become interesting because
if you know, if Aaron Rodgers takes a haircut just
for a year too, you know, two year, you know, say,

fifty million dollar deal where it's not that much money
for a starting quarterback of his accolades, I can see
the Rams being one right, they're kind of plug and play.
They're already good. They expect to get better. They would
obviously want him because they would not have a quarterback
at the time they let if they trade and get
rid of Matthew Stafford. So the Rams are the most

interesting one. Raiders not interesting there to me. Titans, Titans
that that doesn't turn that isn't they're not good, They're
not turning around and all of a sudden being good.

So the Steelers become an interesting one because the stay
with Justin Field to say, we don't have to pay much.

Joe Burrow. They get a half good, halfway good defense.
I gotta compete with that. There's so many bad teams
without quarterbacks now.

I just think that, but remember we're going based off
I don't want to go where it's a bad right,
I don't want to go to a bad team.

Sam Donald just had that great year, and all the
talk is that they don't want to sign them, like
they don't want to catch them out. And you know

you play any better? Like for most all except for
the last two games, and even there there's still a
little squeamish on him.

That tells you that if you feel like you have
a quarterback, but you could upgrade and and look at
it and and and you hear Colin Coward's talked about this,
and we talked about him. Look at Aaron Rodgers numbers
the last ten games, say.

Would have blindfolded you and told you the number, you
know you would you would be like, oh, that dude
had a solid season.

He had a good season and it but.

They didn't win so so it was even horrible, you know,
that's the way you look at it. His numbers were
very comparable to Patrick Mahomes. One team was fifteen and two.
The other team didn't make the playoff.

the the plug and play theory, right, is that for him?
He had to win because the Jets were banking on
we're going back two years ago.

have a guy who's still doing podcasts, who who went,
who was rumored to be a vice presidential nominee. It

just seems like such a distraction. I think the only
place where he wouldn't be the biggest personality of the
room and not even the best quarterback in the organization
will be the Raiders. Bring him there, if they could
draft the door. He'd be a great guy to mentor him,
and who knows if he needs to start a couple
of games, even start the year, He's a great guy
to learn behind. I don't think any other place will
fit that guy.

I mean I don't know if teams are want to
invest in that want to go through and a drama
want to go through. You already heard some team, including
the Jets, saying, man, we've got to stop the Pat
McAfee and all that. And I don't think he wants
to do that. I think he enjoys his individuality, being himself.
So I don't know if people comply, if teams start

to really hit your cap to them because you know,
they had tremendous chemistry. They got off to a fifteen
and oh start. I mean they but you know, they
made a big trade at the deadline to get DeAndre
Hunter in there because they knew on the wing they
were small and that was a potential weakness. And they've

also got Vonte Green coming in as well. Javonte Green's
agreed to a buyout with New Orleans and he's going
to end up with the Calves once he clears waivers.
So you know the fact that the Calves Tarris LeVert
and George Niang, you know, they were willing to give
those guys up and potentially mess with their chemistry because
(27:53):
they feel like they have a championship shot right now,
and so that was you know, that was again we
don't talk about it enough, but it's a pretty interesting
move from the Calves to be willing to make changes
when things are going so well. But they are, Look,
they're in the they are in the championship conversation. I
mean the thunder of the Calves, the Celtics, those three

teams I think have separated themselves. And then I think
Denver is getting back to its best. Jamal Murray's really
been good since Christmas, so I think I think the
Nuggets are in that group to to to me, those
four teams, you know, that is the class of the
league right now.

Well, you let me mark the conversation about the Nuggets earlier.
They seem to be you mentioned it, getting right where
they want to be as they start to lead towards
the playoff stretch. Murray's playing well, Jokis is obviously out

can they be? What's their ceiling? Are they just getting

Well, look, Jokic has played the best basketball this season

case because the thunder are going to have the best
record in the West. And Yannis, if you really just

laser in on the level he's played at, I think
he has to be in the conversation as well. But
guy Yokitch is averaging like thirty twelve and ten, and
early on, you know, the Nuggets were like sixteen and twelve. Okay,
when they're sputtering close to five hundred, you could say, okay,
it doesn't matter if Joki is putting up those numbers.

But when when they're a fifty something win team and
Yokic is averaging again thirty twelve and ten, how is
he not the MVP favorite.

the MVP, And I said, writers are going to have

the numbers, how in the world can he not win MVP?

pay Matthew Stafford. He's been really good with them, especially

wife has done podcasts mentioning they're ready to reset if
they need to and go to another city. Her brother

is an assistant coach out there with the Giants, and
there's inklings that maybe they would go there. So it's
starting that rumor or that hush is starting to get
louder with Matthew Stafford being traded. So if Matthew Stafford
were to be traded, the Rams do become interesting because
if you know, if Aaron Rodgers takes a haircut just
for a year too, you know, two year, you know, say,

fifty million dollar deal where it's not that much money
for a starting quarterback of his accolades, I can see
the Rams being one right, they're kind of plug and play.
They're already good. They expect to get better. They would
obviously want him because they would not have a quarterback
at the time they let if they trade and get
rid of Matthew Stafford. So the Rams are the most

interesting one. Raiders not interesting there to me. Titans, Titans
that that doesn't turn that isn't they're not good, They're
not turning around and all of a sudden being good.

to really hit your cap to them because you know,
they had tremendous chemistry. They got off to a fifteen
and oh start. I mean they but you know, they
made a big trade at the deadline to get DeAndre
Hunter in there because they knew on the wing they
were small and that was a potential weakness. And they've

also got Vonte Green coming in as well. Javonte Green's
agreed to a buyout with New Orleans and he's going
to end up with the Calves once he clears waivers.
So you know the fact that the Calves Tarris LeVert
and George Niang, you know, they were willing to give
those guys up and potentially mess with their chemistry because

they feel like they have a championship shot right now,
and so that was you know, that was again we
don't talk about it enough, but it's a pretty interesting
move from the Calves to be willing to make changes
when things are going so well. But they are, Look,
they're in the they are in the championship conversation. I
mean the thunder of the Calves, the Celtics, those three

teams I think have separated themselves. And then I think
Denver is getting back to its best. Jamal Murray's really
been good since Christmas, so I think I think the
Nuggets are in that group to to to me, those
four teams, you know, that is the class of the
league right now.

Well, you let me mark the conversation about the Nuggets earlier.
They seem to be you mentioned it, getting right where
they want to be as they start to lead towards
the playoff stretch. Murray's playing well, Jokis is obviously out
of this world, and also Russell Wellstbrook back as well.

can they be? What's their ceiling? Are they just getting

Well, look, Jokic has played the best basketball this season
we've ever seen from him. Now that they're back in

I think Okitch is going to win MVP again really obviously, Yeah,
I think, you know, Shay Gilless, Alexander has a tremendous
case because the thunder are going to have the best
record in the West. And Yannis, if you really just

laser in on the level he's played at, I think
he has to be in the conversation as well. But
guy Yokitch is averaging like thirty twelve and ten, and
early on, you know, the Nuggets were like sixteen and twelve. Okay,
when they're sputtering close to five hundred, you could say, okay,
it doesn't matter if Joki is putting up those numbers.

But when when they're a fifty something win team and
Yokic is averaging again thirty twelve and ten, how is
he not the MVP favorite.

We we have this conversation and I said that the
Jokers having a better year in the years he's won
the MVP, And I said, writers are going to have
a big issue. If you believe in the analytics and
the numbers, how in the world can he not win MVP?
But then again, I just saw Jackson not win an
