Alex Is our engineer, bo Is our producer. Rob G.

think he's coming back.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
Yeah, but somebody offered him fifty more per hour.
Speaker 4 (02:57):
And he might just take it. But he probably you
will have extra fifteen pounds when he gets.
Speaker 5 (03:02):
He'll be rolling in.
Speaker 1 (03:03):
So disappointed him that he said that in the group
chat am I I'm supporting of him, like Robbie, I
know you're gonna come in with abs of steel.
Speaker 5 (03:09):
You're funny.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
And he kept it real.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
He said, no, Brouh, Manzi, b is at the anchor desk.
You'll keep us updated throughout the program. Manzi, he's already
said he's put on fifteen. He already just took the
l that's terrible. He didn't keep hope alive at all.
He said, no, I'm coming. I'm over here losing twenty
four pounds since we started our challenge.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
I thought y'all were just talking mess. Oh these are facts.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
No, I said, Yeah, I said, Robbie, I'm sure you're
fifteen pounds. Like he's gonna secretively not talk about it,
come in fifteen down like oh shoot, okay, not the case. Okay.
I had it yesterday and my team decided to play
not like Clippers, and we won our games. So we're
going to the finals.
Speaker 3 (03:47):
Very nice.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
We shouldn't be.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
Let me tell you who should not be in the finals,
my team and also rest of you.
Speaker 6 (03:52):
You never heard of him, never heard of him.
Speaker 4 (03:56):
It's all social who media guru, one of the best
in the business.
Speaker 1 (04:01):
Real quick.
Speaker 4 (04:02):
I don't know, I don't know. I'm I'm bugging out.
I want to stand on this desk. Can I stand
on this desk?
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Let me hold you? Okay, all right, Elijah, get ready
to We got a clip? Are you really about to
do this? Oh? God, do I need to help you?
Thank you? Sam? Oh? Oh?
Speaker 4 (04:19):
Rob?
Speaker 1 (04:19):
See Elijah?
Speaker 3 (04:22):
Cut this? You know how I need this?
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Timestamp? Rob, what are you doing? Oh my gosh. Rob
Parker is the craziest man. What why are you up here?
Please explain to the people while you're here.
Speaker 3 (04:43):
School is over at USC.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
The man is so excited that the man almost didn't
make it. It's so bad. I'm like video right now.
This is how bad it is. The man almost died
because of the USC was out.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
Oh my goodness, almost fell over.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
I can't listen. It's the odd couple, not the odd single.
I didn't want to be doing the show without you
in the hospital.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
That's how excited I was that today was the last
day of class.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
I just got to give a final on the twelfth.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
But yeah, yeah, it was almost your final. It was
on your final show. I know.
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Not good, all right, crazy.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
That's gonna you know you're going to buy it right
when Elijah clips that up.
Speaker 4 (05:31):
But you know what, it's congratulate great semester. I'm happy.
I love teaching.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
But man, like, no, no, no, no, Like the ram
said about the picks, blank them kids, you're ready, I'm
ready for the summer.
Speaker 4 (05:44):
But uh, another older guy who did something crazy. It
was excited like you, he was excited and it wasn't
a fascinating ending to the game.
Speaker 3 (05:56):
In Halliburton's dad.
Speaker 4 (05:58):
Uh he ran out onto the court and I get it.
It wasn't exciting and it and his son. What was
the reason why the UH Pacers closed out the Bucks
in a in a wild finish?
Speaker 3 (06:19):
I mean, what is the number? Bo do you know it?
Speaker 7 (06:23):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (06:25):
Teams leading by seven, we're thirty five or forty seconds ago?
Speaker 3 (06:29):
Were like they were undefeated.
Speaker 7 (06:32):
Yeah, I know, it's like at least two, and both
of them were Doc Rivers teams, right, So.
Speaker 4 (06:36):
I mean, I mean, just unbelievable, and somehow they were
able to come back close out the Bucks. But the
big thing happened after the game. What was he holding up?
What exactly was he.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
It was where I couldn't see. It was big, so
it was bigger than a T shirt.
Speaker 5 (06:52):
Look like Then's face on him.
Speaker 1 (06:55):
Yeah, it was a.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Big towel, and and he held it up in Giannic's
face like he ran up to Giannis. And you know
what I'm all for about celebrations, all that kind of
stuff that was out of bounds, that was foul and
should never happen. I don't care how excited you are
that your son hit the game winning basket.
Speaker 3 (07:15):
It's the first round of the playoffs.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
It's not like miraculous they won the NBA Finals in
Game seven, because you know what I mean, they scored
eight points in the last thirty five seconds, and even
then you couldn't do what you did just terrible. Yeah,
and I'm gonna say this and then I'm gonna let
you go.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
Huh.
Speaker 4 (07:38):
It's clear what the NBA needs to do. Daddy, Halliburton
should be banned from the postseason for the rest of
the year, not a lifetime ban. But if that was
a fan, there's no way in the world they will
let that guy back in the building. And I get it.
(07:58):
His sons in NBA player star on the Pacers and
all that. That behavior was uncalled for, unjustified, unprofessional, unparent
like the NBA can't do that because if they allow
that to happen, then you opening the door for other
people to run out there. Seriously, you cannot. He has
(08:20):
to be punished and not a slap on the wrist.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
So I could not, unfortunately agree more because you know,
I like to go oppose you and but that's not
the case. I'm gonna break down a couple of things
why this was just all bad. Number one, do you
know who was rated the most overrated player in that
a poll that was done that they did the Athletics
anonymous poll. They behold a bunch of players and they
(08:44):
came up with the most overrated player with fourteen percent.
Speaker 3 (08:47):
Of the vote.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
It was Tyre's Halliburton most overrated player. You and I
have sat here, man, remember it was Tyree's Haliberdad Aaron
Fox which one. Ooh, the Kings have so much talent?
What are you? And all of a sudden, we're like, man,
he's kind of falling off a little bit, or he
didn't progress, he's kind of regressed a little bit. You
know who's been spectacular the last little bit of the season.
And you know who was spectacular last night? And we
(09:08):
had Steve de Seger sit up here and break down
the last three minutes of him in the regulation. A block,
a steal, a bucket shot here, two free throws, he
scrolls into the overtime, scores a bunch in the overtime.
Tyreese Halliburton should be being celebrated today, but instead over
zealous Pops and I know he loves his son, but
got too caught up in the moment forgot this is
(09:29):
supposed to be a professional arena West say this ain't aau.
This satan in the backyard with all the uncles and
cousins and now we're talking about you. We're talking about
you should be suspended. We're talking about maybe fine or this,
that and the other. Instead of celebrating Halliburton finally having
his moment, because in the regular season, you make your
(09:50):
name the playoffs. You make your fame, and he had
an opportunity to do so, so we're not talking about that.
That's where it was bad by Dad. Also, you run
up on Yannis and Yanni's just lost a tough game.
Jannis was emotionally said right after that, right after he's
trying to be having his moment of solace, and it
reminded me of the mouths in the palace, because you
(10:11):
know this, everybody gets mad at run our tests. At
the time pre meta, he actually went to lay on
the scorers table to cool out because him and Ben
Wallace were about to get into it, and he was like,
nah no, and he tried to like, let me just
cool out, and then they threw the beer on him.
And I say that to say, Giannis is like having
a little zenful moment, like, man, I can't believe he
(10:33):
just lost. He said afterwards, we were trying to win
this game for Dame Damian Lilly came back early for
us and we wanted to And now somebody's in your
face talking smack, calling you out your name, cursing at you.
And if Jannis were to snap and sock that up
a few times. Now, Giannis is fine now Giannis is suspended.
Now Giannis is a bad person. And now you so
you took your son's moment and then you almost made
(10:55):
put Jannis in the position where now Jannis looks like
a bad guy because he gave that a two piece
and a biscuit. Right, it should have been a six piece. Yeah,
he might have got a whole six piece. And so
that's why with that. Now, does Dad need to be
suspended for life? That he needs band for life? Band
for the whole year or two, No, but the rest
of his postseason, Pops, you gotta sit back. Maybe you
can come in the arena and be in the back
in the tunnel.
Speaker 3 (11:15):
No, but you can't.
Speaker 1 (11:16):
You can't be in the game and see and and
and you know, sitting down and joining it.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
You can't.
Speaker 4 (11:21):
Can't justify and on inside the n b A. Of course,
there was a little conversation. Shack didn't think it was
a big deal, right, and uh, everybody else disagreed.
Speaker 1 (11:32):
Here, let's hear it.
Speaker 8 (11:33):
He supposed to be on the court, just talked to him,
forget all. No, he was on the court. So what
do you think he said something? He probably know he
Dad is said something because he's on the corn.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
In his face.
Speaker 8 (11:47):
What you can't do that? You can't, you can't do
that said something. So you're thinking that his dad, his
dad bro said something to him. No he did not, No, not,
Look what is doing on the court. His dad is
not supulted to be on the court. You want to
(12:09):
He's an idiot. If you think that's why you're an
idiot too, No, I'm that dad is an idiot.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
And if you think you're an idiot too, I'm with y'all.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
Man, you ain't Chuck ain't wrong when he's right, and
he is right right now, because there's no other way
to see this. Giannis is by himself, right in his
own little world.
Speaker 4 (12:29):
Shaq is acting like it's okay for fans to run
out on the court. I just don't even as a player. Seriously,
do you remember when the mounts of the Palace, Who wasn't.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
That man because he slipped if he didn't slip.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
Right, but but he was on the court. If you're
Jermaine O'Neill, I don't know what's going on. This guy
could have a knife, he could come stab me. I
don't know what's going on. I turn around and I'm
clocking you yep.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
And he first ran up on Meta Ron at the time,
and Ron gave him a two piece and then Jermaine
O'Neill slid like a dude can. So yeah, I'm absolutely
Dad Pop's got too zealous. Pop relaxed. All right, Maybe
we're we're the old guys. I don't know, maybe we're
out of touch.
Speaker 4 (13:10):
Where are you eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox
eight seven seven nine nine six sixty three sixty nine,
Kelvin and I are together. We think he should be
banned for the rest of the postseason. He can't come
to the games, even though his son's an NBA star
with the Pacers could go to the finals. His son
just won an incredible game. All that he's over zealous,
(13:34):
he never it could have caused.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
Imagine if I gotta go defend Tree, could have been
a blows like like like he's supposed to know exactly
that that's Halla Burton's dad when he runs out on
a court.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
I don't know who that is. I don't know what's
going on. Who is this?
Speaker 1 (13:54):
Yeah, he Pops did way too much, and and I
respect Tyreese for still, you know, not going off Dad
too much. Was saying that dad wasn't the wrong and
y'all has handled it with class. When we come back,
maybe we might even have y'all. Y'all has handled that so.
Speaker 4 (14:07):
Well, all right, eight seven, seven ninety nine on Fox

Law Murray who covers the Clippers for the Athletic. He'll
join us, and we also have one's Gotta go, so
we have a full hour here in our number two.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
But yes, thank you, Lebron.
Speaker 4 (15:45):
But after last night, we saw the whole Milwaukee Bucks
thing franchise to centegrate right in front of ours.
Speaker 3 (15:53):
Easily you can look at that and said they blew
And what was the what I just showed you?
Speaker 6 (15:59):
What was it?
Speaker 1 (15:59):
One all in one nine or something ninety? Yeah, it was.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
It was insane, like the most unbelievable record for a
team to give up.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
To be up seven with thirty something second, with thirty.
Speaker 4 (16:14):
Five seconds ago or whatever, no team had lost and
finally the Clippers.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
So right away we're talking about this might be.
Speaker 4 (16:25):
Giannis's last game, like it could be could be Doc
rivers last game. They can look at this and go
this ain't going with the ain't no way we expected
this to happen. I'm not saying they expected to win
a championship, but they went out very meekly. And I
get it. Dame Liller was heard, so I get all that.
But they had that game under control and they could
have forced the game six in Milwaukee. But my question
(16:49):
to you is, because I would make a change with Doc,
I don't care what contra I would. I really would.
I just couldn't. I can't accept that number two. And
you know, people again, I saw people on social media.
Doc didn't have the ball go through his legs. Doc
didn't do this, dude, when Paul Pierce and all those
(17:12):
guys making baskets and they were making shots, they would
have did get ring? Did he get credit? Did he
got a new contract? I mean, come on, it can't
be like that, right, It's gotta be both. So I
could see that happening like change there. But can you
also see a change with Giannis where he says I'm good?
Speaker 3 (17:34):
Are you ready?
Speaker 4 (17:35):
For the last ten playoff games, giannice is averaged thirty
points and fifteen rebounds. What is his record in those
ten games? Averaging thirty points? And fifteen rebounds one and nine.
What does that say? So where are you do you
(17:57):
think Jannis should ascal?
Speaker 1 (17:59):
I think honest the last few seasons has put a
lot of pressure on the Bucks and Hens. That's why
they got Dammian Lili last season because Giannis is I'm
gonna actually quote him here, talked about how much it
means to him. He said, quote me not having a
second championship. I look back in my career and everybody
can say, oh, incredible career, active, Hall of Fame or
first ballot whatever, But me my personal goal. If I
(18:21):
am not able to help my team win a second ring,
I'm letting myself down. Giannie has put a lot of
pressure on them. He has high expectations ever since he won,
because he realizes to be considered one of them one,
you gotta have multiple, right everybody, steph even Kevin Durant,
we could talk, We could argue that Lebron, Kobe Shag,
you go down the line, they all have multiple, and
(18:43):
so he realized he wants to be in that rare air.
So at this point in his juncture, I could see
him saying, let me explore some options out there, let
me see what else is out there. I don't think
that's his makeup. I think he wants to be a
loyal guy. I think he wants to be there for Milwaukee.
I think he doesn't want to be the guy who
teams up with everybody. But I can see him absolutely
(19:05):
starting to say, hey, man, I might have to see
what's out there. But ultimately, I think again, when it
comes down to not what I may want him to do,
but what I think he will do, I don't think
he'll leave because I think he doesn't want to be
cut from the same cloth as some of these other guys.
I don't think he was.
Speaker 3 (19:21):
Saying what are you so you're saying he should leave.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
I'm saying, Kelvin, believe Yeah, I'm saying, go ahead and
explore us out there. You've given this team what eight years,
eight nine years, You've won a championship, and if you
want to move on, I think I'm always hey, if
you've done everything you can in the city and the town,
I don't have a problem with you leaving now. If
you want to leave after two three years and complaining,
I have an issue with that. But if you've given
(19:44):
your all, your blest, sweat and tears, I don't have
a problem with that. What Kim Milwaukee say, what fandom
Milwaukee can say, Yiannis never he didn't show up night
in night out, giving me is all competed, hard, gave
it off for our team, won us a ring since
we had won one since what was it like seventy
whatever when one with Kareem Luel Cinder. Was he lou
Au then or Kareem Milwaukee? Yeah he was. He was
(20:08):
liul al Cinder when he won. So my point is
he absolutely has earned that right to me, and it
should be without burning jerseys. If he's at that place
where he said, hey man, I'm ready to go elsewhere.
I'm ready to look and expand and move on. I
don't think there's a problem with that. When you've given
your all, blood, sweat and tears for nearly a decade somewhere,
I don't have a problem with that. You're not locked
(20:31):
in for life. You don't have to be locked in
for life.
Speaker 4 (20:34):
I totally disagree, and I'm gonna give you the reasons
why I think you should stay in Milwaukee. Okay, here
are my reasons. Giannis isn't from this culture and with
the other guys, you know, he won't work out with anybody.
He's not buddy buddy with the other players. He's doing
his own thing. He's done something nobody thought. Remember after
(20:57):
they got swept by Miami, everybody was saying that he
should have joined Miami Heat that offseason.
Speaker 3 (21:04):
Go to Miami.
Speaker 4 (21:05):
You'll never win. They called him an idiot. Oh you're
you're dumb. Why would you resign in Milwaukee? You'll never win?
That's what everybody said. What a mistake.
Speaker 3 (21:16):
What do he do?
Speaker 4 (21:17):
Won a championship in Milwaukee. Here's the other thing. The
Big three thing hasn't worked out for people. Go like,
like Kevin Durant. They did it in New y Well,
Kevin duran ran everywhere going.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
But except the Warriors, Kevin Urrat, Kevin Direck, Kevin Urreck.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
Okay, and then here's the other one and I'll use
Kevin Durant as well. So the Big three thing hasn't
been working for people. Going to team up with other
people hasn't worked. Number two, Kevin Durant gets half credit
for those two championships that he won, right because they're like, well,
if you go join his other team, Stephan them they
had already won.
Speaker 3 (21:56):
Blah, blah blah blah.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
So if Giannis goes to join some team that's already won,
what are you really getting from that? The difference from
Kawhi going to Toronto where they had never won, like
going to the Clippers where they have never won, people
look at it differently. No one's like Kawhi had a
chance to join a d and Lebron. You remember they
had money for all three of them, and he chose
(22:20):
not to do it. Yanna's to me is like his
old man, And if you're Milwaukee and you make that commitment,
let them go out and get you. To other players,
they did go out and get you Damian Lillard, all right,
so you can see there all you want and say
they don't. Did they not go get you Damian Lillard?
(22:41):
That was a big dre when it first went down.
Oh man, I'll watch out from Milwaukee. Dame and and
Yanna's go perfect together. They're perfect.
Speaker 1 (22:52):
And that has been underwhelming even when he has been
under it's underwhelming and the whole rest of the roster
has been eroding ever since they won in twenty twenty one.
It's get Brook Lopez a get too old.
Speaker 3 (23:03):
Uh, you need to make some change.
Speaker 1 (23:05):
Had Chris Middleton maybe a year or two, he wouldn't
go anywhere. So I'm okay with Gianna's going ahead, and said, dude, dude,
he's been there for a long He was a skinny
little bambi who could barely play basketball, was just freakishly athletic,
who's turn into one of the all time greats. And that,
to me is the difference. Giannice is self made. Where's
Kevin Durant? Excuse me? People could argue was not You
(23:27):
came to a team that won. Giannis is already self made.
MVPs finals, MVPs won a chip. So if he were
to go join, you know, some other team. He joined
the Rockets to make them a continent. He goes to join,
they give up chet some picks, he goes joins SGA
and uh and okay, See, Giannis has made No one
can ever question him. And that's why I like it
(23:50):
because to your point, unlike Kevin Durant, people can forever
say he wasn't a made man. He didn't win until
the guy with seven. He ain't won nothing. See, but
definite is not one before him, with him and after him.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
But the difference is Stephan them had choked down a
three to one lead, and I.
Speaker 1 (24:05):
Could sit here. I agree that he has changed the
history of their dynasty, right.
Speaker 4 (24:10):
I don't disagree with that because because without him they
don't Lebron might have two more championships.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
I mean I cannot Lebronic figured them. They had no
answer for.
Speaker 3 (24:20):
Them, They had no answer. They buried they beg givin Durant.
Speaker 1 (24:24):
And I one thousand percent agree with that. So you
and I agreement with what he brought to that team.
I'll never not Kevin. He was the best player on
the court at that time, no.
Speaker 3 (24:32):
Doubt about it. Any won both MVPN.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
So to me, that's not even a question. But for
those who want to question, to your point, oh he
didn't do that, man, I don't count those. Those are
steps rings. Ha ha ha. Well then that's why I'm
saying Giannis doesn't have to deal with that. Giannis is
a maid man. So if he were to go join
you know, and go somewhere and say, hey, I'm getting
ready to be the best player at this team, and Orlando,
you know, they got some young studs. Maybe they give
(24:55):
up Franz and Cole Anthony and some picks and now
it's Pollo and and Giannis. That'd be freaky, right. What
if he goes like I said, he'll give up. I'm
in Thompson, another player in some picks, and now he's
in Houston, like he's gonna be the man. He's gonna
be like Luca and Lakerville. If he went if and win,
(25:15):
Luca would ever win. You wouldn't necessarily you won't look
at Gianna, says he. Oh, he's just coasted to it
because Giannis is still in his prime and still in
an MVP candidate. So that's the difference.
Speaker 3 (25:24):
I think he's.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
Earned it, the right to. He's given his all to
a town blutswind tears one of a ring. I have
no problem. It's time for him. If he wants to say,
I've given you my agent, get to agenting.
Speaker 3 (25:35):
Get me.
Speaker 4 (25:36):
I think it's great when a guy can be at one,
one uniform, one team, have a long career.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
We saw it.
Speaker 4 (25:42):
Dirk Noavinski won one championship, right, and he's revered there.
Giannis would be revered in Milwaukee and and god forbid,
he actually put together a team and they won a
second one there like where that would put him as
far as small market Giannis was that good. He didn't
have to go to a big mark to join other players,
and he was able to win not one, but two championships.
(26:06):
That would be great for him. I just think Milwaukee
showed him that they were willing to make a move
when they went to get Damian Lillard.
Speaker 3 (26:16):
So why would they not go and try to find
other pieces of.
Speaker 1 (26:19):
Red And they could keep trying. The issue is now
becomes money. Those two both make a lot of money.
Damien is signed, he's injured, so you can't trade him.
So how do you know what I mean? Like, I
don't see that. We're right, but it's gonna be the
end of the year, next year, mid most of the way,
two thirds of the season or something, So you're not
gonna get a good trade for Dame right now at
thirty four, will be thirty five year old coming off
(26:39):
an Achilles that's just not gonna and blood clot issues,
so that's just what are you getting from that? So
I just see, I don't see how they're gonna be
able to make that work. And again, Yiannis has been
there since the twenty thirteen to twenty fourteen season. If
anyone has earned the right to say I've had I've
had it. I've give him all, not even in a
negative way. I just want to go explore life and
do some other things. I think that's Giannis all right.
Speaker 4 (27:01):
Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox eight seven seven
nine nine six sixty three sixty nine.
Speaker 3 (27:07):
Where are you? Should Giannis ask out?
Speaker 4 (27:12):
Or should he stay in Milwaukee and let them continue
to build around him? What should Giannis do after this
latest tobaccle in the postseason? It's another right first round
exit yep, three in a row, three in a row.
If you're Jianness, what would you do? We want to
hear from you. Kelvin says he's out. I say he
(27:34):
should stick around. It'll be interesting to hear what people say.
I know Milwaukee's not sexy, beer bowling, Alleys, and Miley
attractive I've never met.
Speaker 3 (27:44):
Eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox.
Speaker 1 (27:47):
He's starting to sundry Barkley and the San Antoni.
Speaker 6 (27:49):
Right.
Speaker 3 (27:49):
I didn't I didn't say anything.
Speaker 4 (27:51):
I was a mildly attractive downtown Okay, That's what I was, Okay, right,
Alex Oh, we heard we heard a no, no, no downtown.
Speaker 1 (27:59):
Okay, we thought we heard of why like you're about
to get to the women. No, No, I did say that. Okay, No,
it is the couple.
Speaker 3 (28:04):
Woman, Rob Parkerkelvin, figure out where that came. Yeah, I
don't know what that come from. I think Alex made

Speaker 5 (28:11):
No as you speaking to you.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
Yeah, man, Christian hip hop ain't playing with him nowadays. No,
I've seen both. Bow just threw his hat in the air.
Bow was going crazy with it. If I hear this playing, Okay, no,
stop stop, I.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
Was gonna say I might rob the collection play.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
I'm just saying, well, we were about to rob hell,
is what he just said. He's robbing hell, though it
means he gonna take souls that was damn going to
hell and bring up to heaven. All right, Okay, you
would have learned that if you came to Easter Sunday Service.
It's the thought about it. Robin Kelvin on a worship Wednesday.

Rob and I talking about Giannis. There's a lot of
speculation as he stayed. As he go, Rob says, stay
continue to be a legend in Milwaukee. I say, you've
(29:52):
given him ten eleven years. You gave it them all.
You want them a title. If you want to leave, brother,
go ahead, get up out of there. Eight seven seven
ninety nine on Fox, who we got Let's go try?
In Texas, You're on the odd couple of Fox Sports Radio.
Speaker 3 (30:02):
What's up.
Speaker 1 (30:03):
Try all right.
Speaker 6 (30:07):
First of all, Kellen is playing with the whole.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
I'm telling you thought Janni was gonna hit it with it?
Do jermain O Nicks slid through there?
Speaker 6 (30:16):
Hot?
Speaker 1 (30:16):
Du can.
Speaker 6 (30:19):
No? Man?
Speaker 9 (30:20):
I say to say, man, show in the contract for
a few more years.
Speaker 6 (30:23):
Man, And you know, I think it's just a European
in them.
Speaker 8 (30:25):
I think you're gonna say he's gonna be loyal.
Speaker 1 (30:28):
Now hold on because you know Luca.
Speaker 3 (30:31):
Luca didn't leave.
Speaker 1 (30:32):
You know what I'm saying, Luca traded. Meaning if if
Yanna says, look I want out, I know him on
the contract. But look, I'm telling y'all so we can
do this amicably. It can be a good breakup. Go
get the best player you can get. I want to leave,
is what I'm saying.
Speaker 4 (30:45):
But Trey saying that ain't in his DNA because he
could have left the first time.
Speaker 1 (30:48):
Yeah, I do agree that Janni's doesn't want to be
like everybody else. But I'm telling him as his friend. Bro,
if you feel if you want to go ahead and
move and do something, going ahead, don't feel stuck.
Speaker 3 (30:59):
Terry into Cooma. You're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio.
What's up? Terry.
Speaker 10 (31:04):
I was going, guys, it's Barry.
Speaker 8 (31:06):
But that's close very all.
Speaker 4 (31:09):
What I'm gonna start calling you too, got bo got
watched disease.
Speaker 7 (31:13):
Look this my time doing the show. Here, I'm gonna
make a rule where the callers have to have T
mobile at and T want to call the show.
Speaker 1 (31:22):
Don't don't disrespect cricket like that again. Okay, so bo you.
Speaker 3 (31:25):
Mean to tell me I wouldn't be able to call in?
Speaker 1 (31:27):
Then now you got booz mobile?
Speaker 3 (31:28):
What you got Booze?
Speaker 1 (31:29):
Right?
Speaker 10 (31:30):
So so here here's here's the deal. First of all,
I think you guys are doing a great job. I
was a Chris fan, and I'm impressed with the transition. Uh,
Calvin Robson, I appreciate that.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
By the way, to you. By the way, you can
still be a Chris fan too. But that no, that
that says a lot.
Speaker 11 (31:51):
Still I still catch Chris.
Speaker 6 (31:53):
But anyway, I never.
Speaker 4 (31:54):
Miss First things first, I never watched it, so I
never miss it.
Speaker 3 (31:57):
I'm a little moist right now, hold.
Speaker 11 (31:59):
Up, you got you guys are looking at it from
the wrong perspective. What what is most important is the
Milwaukee Bucks organization and and and for the good of
the organization. This kills me, But we need to trade
Giannis because we have zero assets, we have zero draft picks.
We have all this money tied up in Damian and
(32:21):
obviously and Yannis, and.
Speaker 10 (32:23):
It kills me. And I love him and I'm so
forever appreciative, but we need four draft picks, two starters
or whatever, somebody that can make an impact and somebody
for the future.
Speaker 6 (32:34):
We need it.
Speaker 10 (32:35):
That's the best for the organization.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
I mean, that's that's a team perspective for sure.
Speaker 4 (32:41):
Fans saying I got my championship on see you don't
let the door hit you.
Speaker 3 (32:45):
Thanks Terry, all right, appreciate it, Terry, and thank you
for the ky worst Terry means a lot, seriously, definitely.
You know, whatever you make a transition.
Speaker 1 (32:51):
Oh yeah, that's why I didn't take. That's why I don't.
I didn't take anything personally like you and Chris had
a great thing on. So somebody was like, I don't, like,
I do I get it? Five six years together, you know?
Oh yeah, six years? But I knew I was thanks son, and.
Speaker 3 (33:03):
You might wind up working longer with me than Chris did.
It could happen.
Speaker 1 (33:07):
I don't know, gonna do how many more years you got.
Speaker 3 (33:09):
I don't know. I don't know. Oh there it is,
where'd that?
Speaker 1 (33:16):
I don't know the way Mancy be looking over there,
she'd be looking at this chair. Mancy, I've seen Look
she ain't even hide it. Rob he said, you dag
all right, that's right, Hey Will Will in Mississippi M
I S S I S S M I crook letter,
Crook letter, Crook letter, I P B I.
Speaker 3 (33:33):
Rob My Balloney has her first day.
Speaker 1 (33:37):
It's be.
Speaker 4 (33:40):
My Boloney has a second day. It's m A y
e r oh. I love to eat it every day.
And if you ask me why, I'll say.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
Because oscar buyer has a way with b O l
o g.
Speaker 5 (34:01):
Y O l o g n A.
Speaker 1 (34:02):
What did you say?
Speaker 5 (34:03):
You spell out l Let's listen to the light hold
on every day.
Speaker 4 (34:09):
If you ask me why, I'll say, here we go.
Speaker 3 (34:14):
Because oscar buyer has a way with b O l
O EDG.
Speaker 1 (34:20):
I definitely left some letters.
Speaker 3 (34:22):
I left it out. My life was on the line,
like I couldn't spell it.
Speaker 1 (34:26):
You got three seconds to spell below it. I would
be like in the eyes of an angel, and it
would just be a picture of me in my funeral.
Speaker 3 (34:34):
Hey, Will, you're in the eye couple.
Speaker 9 (34:36):
How are you good man?
Speaker 3 (34:38):
How y'all doing what we're walling? Well, we are wild,
we're walling out, y'all.
Speaker 6 (34:43):
Having the time tonight? Man.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
But I love it, man, Thank you, buddy, thank you.
Speaker 9 (34:47):
It's just just timing in on the youngest conversation. And
I guess I kind of agree with both of y'all.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
Rob.
Speaker 9 (34:53):
I can understand, like, you know, just having a legacy
one jersey, kind of like Kobe Bryant, you know, just
being in one place your whole career. But I just
feel like these guys waste so much of a life
sometimes in these situations, in these small market teams that
don't want to make it move in their prime, and
then towards the end it's like, you know, you screamed
his Lord Kit the whole time, and then towards end
it's like, Okay, well maybe I should go. And I
(35:13):
think he should take advice from his teammates who decided
who was the same way.
Speaker 1 (35:17):
That's a great point.
Speaker 8 (35:18):
Will.
Speaker 9 (35:19):
They stayed in Portland too long and now look at
you got blood clots. You thirty six years old. I
think he thirty five to thirty six now you just
told your achiles, So like, what impact is he going
to have?
Speaker 3 (35:27):
Like, yeah, but here's the one. I'll give you another one.
Speaker 1 (35:31):
Why is your money back out?
Speaker 11 (35:32):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (35:33):
Dirk Dirk Davinski played there, what twenty years, right or
eighteen years or whatever it was.
Speaker 3 (35:39):
He is loved in that city.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
He is.
Speaker 4 (35:41):
He's got a statue, right, they're all about he never won.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
A champions and we thought of his one of the best.
But not having a real conversation, y'alla still has a
four or five way year runway where he could start
to crack a top ten. Dirk wasn't that. But Dirk
went to the finals twiice. Remember one was that guy.
He had one of the greatest final runs. I'm not
knocking her. What I'm saying is, at no point did
you ever go.
Speaker 4 (36:04):
But if you don't win, if you're staying in Milwaukee
the whole career and you don't win, then I understand
that if you're now, you're fourteen, fifteen years in and
you haven't won, and you want to go somewhere and
try to win. But he won, and that's what Like
he has that in his back pocket. You can't take
it away.
Speaker 3 (36:20):
From him.
Speaker 4 (36:21):
He didn't have to go join anybody else. He did
it on his own. You're going to be revered. Milwaukee
didn't have that many championships, and that got like that.
That is like you've written your ticket and now if
you can go get a bonus one and they've shown
you one thing. If you asked for Damian Lilla and
they didn't produce him, they went out and got him
(36:42):
when you asked for it.
Speaker 1 (36:44):
You just explained all the reasons why he can go. Now, mate, man,
you just heard forgot the gentleman who called from Milwaukee,
fanigy Will gave him his all blood, sweating tears, eleven
twelve years, got a ring. Giannis gone ahead, bring the
Adonna's body somewhere else. All right, thank you for that, everybody.
We got to Law Murray Covers, the Clippers for the
Atlanta getting rid of the Athletic getting ready to join
(37:06):
us here in a moment, it is the Ocht couple,
Rob and Kelvin. We just thank God on this worship
Wednesday at Rob is still here. If you don't know
what I'm talking about, go check out all of fsr's
blogs and sites and socials and all that good stuff.
Go check it out my page, his page, you'll see
it there. Join now by Law Murray, who covers the
Clippers for the Athletic. You know what's cool about this, Rob,
(37:27):
is that Law and I don't know each other, but
he doesn't know that. We ran a story on him
yesterday on Spectrum. Tim Parker, our buddy Tim Parker, did
a story on him. Okay, on Law, Yeah, what's up, Law?
Speaker 6 (37:38):
What's going on?
Speaker 3 (37:39):
Kellen?
Speaker 1 (37:39):
What's up?
Speaker 6 (37:39):
Rob?
Speaker 3 (37:40):
How are you?
Speaker 1 (37:42):
Man?
Speaker 6 (37:42):
I literally just got to LA a couple hours ago.
She's just got home because you know, lax Is and
a whole another island over there. Yeah. So but that's
what we do is Man. We're in the playoffs, so
we'll see. We'll see if I'm back at LA Friday
for Game seven.
Speaker 1 (38:03):
Yeah, well, let's talk about what happened man. A beat down.
Jamal Murray realized that he was playing a team from LA,
usually the Lakers. He decides to go crazy on in
nuclear on and he does that against the Clippers. What
did you make of that game?
Speaker 4 (38:18):
Ma?
Speaker 6 (38:19):
Jamal Murray look like Steph Curry last night, straight up.
And I knew that Jamal had that kind of game engine,
like Jamal Murray is what we like to call a
playoff riser. He's a guy that you know he might
take the what we used to call Mike Connelly back
in the twenty tens is the best players not being
All star yea, and Jamal is he's never been an
(38:44):
All Star, but we all know that he's an all
star caliber player. He got confidence early and he was aggressive.
I thought that the Nuggets got home after that put
back dunk by Aaron Gordon Saturday night. They got their rest,
they understood what was happening. And I looked at Jamal
Murray's box scoring. I was like, he hit some big
(39:04):
shots in that fourth quarters, but he only had thirteen points.
Like there was his worst game in the series. In
the Nuggets won that game, and I felt like this
is the time for Jamal to possibly go off. And
that's what happened. And so I think the biggest thing
is the Clippers blew out the Nuggets with outliers shooting
in Game three. That's the last game that's the Clippers won.
(39:26):
The Nuggets just got that same game last night, and
so I don't The thing about the playoff series is
you have to kind of take each game for what
it is. There is some momentum that goes into the
next game, but that momentum kind of doesn't matter after
a few minutes. Every game can speak for itself, and
so that's how this is going to happen. You have
(39:47):
to look at it going into Game six. Great game
last night from Jamal Murray. I don't think the Nuggets
can bank go on forty three more points from him again,
just like the Clippers can't bank go on Nikola Yokies
only having thirteen points again in the series like he
did last night.
Speaker 4 (40:00):
All Right, I was just going to say that, what
about I know you covered the Clippers. Well, we're starting
to look at the Nuggets and maybe they made the
right move by firing Mike Malone and they responded and
people are looking at them going if if Mary plays
like that, they got a shot to make a run
in the West, maybe maybe they get involved in it.
Speaker 3 (40:20):
How good do they look to you? Could they could
they do that?
Speaker 6 (40:24):
They got to fix the jobs. They were all three
to two last year in the semi finals against the
Minnesota Timberwolves, and they won three straight games to take
that three to two lead, and then they got smack
on the road and then they blew a huge lead,
the biggest lead you've ever seen blown that in the game,
says in the NBA Postseason History. So I'm not I'm
not looking at Oklahoma City's next opponent right now. I
(40:47):
don't know who that is yet. It could be the Nuggets,
it could be the Clippers. Like, let's just put it
this way. We got to see how this series ends,
because now you've got a team facing eliminations for the
first time. We haven't had that as five game and
so if it's the Nuggets, we know that they have
won the championship. The thing about the head coaching change,
(41:08):
this isn't like how Memphis or Sacramento changed head coaches.
I mean even Sacramento they had Doug Christie and does
have some success because he's been with those guys. You know,
they just didn't have the best luck at the end
and they weren't good enough. Frankly, Memphis, they'd put a
Huigh in charge who wasn't with the team last year.
Dave Adam has been with the Nuggets for years. You know,
he's been with Michael Malone. He was with them two
(41:30):
years ago. He's been in consideration for head coaching jobs.
And it helps that his dad as a Hall of
Fame coach, you know, like you can say he's built
for this. And I think he's done a great job
having the pulls of the team and doing what needs
to be done to get to the Nuggets to the
point where they pushed the Clippers to the brink of elimination.
(41:51):
But now the Clippers cern played desperate basketball. I don't really,
I really don't see the Clippers. They haven't played that
way yet because they haven't pushed that way. But maybe now,
maybe now this is the time where you see them empty,
empty to tank. They're fully healthy. You never hear that
about that. Rob likes Rob likes to talk about curtsies
(42:13):
and whatnot.
Speaker 1 (42:14):
You got to hurt right now, like everyone, No, no
slow down law. It's still early.
Speaker 2 (42:20):
No.
Speaker 4 (42:20):
But I hear what you're saying. And I was going
to ask you I was allowed. This is the last
question for me.
Speaker 3 (42:25):
Uh Kawhi and hard And I know they had a
bad day an to office.
Speaker 4 (42:30):
Yes, one of the greatest last of all time. But
when they're on and when they're playing, I mean, it
has been fun to watch. That's why you can't count
them out. Am I right, those two guys if they
play well, how can you count the Clippers out?
Speaker 6 (42:45):
Yeah, And and it's up to the Clipper to put
those guys in position to succeed, especially James. I think
Kawhi had a really bad game one, seven turnovers. She's
never had a playoff game with more turnovers, and then
he immediately want to say that game with his best game.
I think Denver ever since has kind of made it
tougher on him. But Kawhi is going to get his
(43:07):
He's too good. James, I think has kind of gone
through the motions since field goal attempt has decreased every
single game since the first game of this series. This
is got to be a James Harden game in game six.
He's got to be the one that he's not talking.
You know, he hasn't talked after he didn't talk out
the game four, he didn't talk after Game five. He
(43:28):
can talk with his play in game six, and that
statement needs to be something that kind of valleates the
season that he's had. He's led this team on the floor,
he's let the team off the floor like he's had
a great season, redemption season for people who wrote him off,
and so you know, don't go out like that, and
so the Clippers needs to put those guys in position
(43:49):
to succeed. It's a great story, but there ain't going
to be a great ending if they aren't going to
Denver for a game.
Speaker 3 (43:57):
Set him.
Speaker 1 (43:58):
That's a great point. And you mentioned, uh James kind
