of a sudden, there's been a lot of Kobe slander,
where I actually feel the opposite. I think since his
death has been nothing but praise and deservedly so. He's
one of the greatest of all times. Last week, you
think it's in a positive week.

And you've had if you've had he he passed in
twenty twenty, So if you've had five year run of
just Okay, praise I see what you're saying. I'm saying, Okay,

I mean, the whole nine. And now tam Mac Trades
McGrady comes out on the podcast and he says what

for Kobe, Me and Shaq win those titles too chaos
and sues over the last couple of weeks, and then
Shack replied.

let me just say this to Shaq, stop it. We've
gotten to a point now where the mythology of Shaquille

O'Neal has he clipsed the player and I'm gonna focus
on Shack right now. I'm gonna bring I'm gonna bring
facts first, i'mna bring feelings later, because I think both
are important. Shaq is credited with being the most dominant
player in NBA history. For my money, he is. He
is the most physically dominant, imposing player that I've ever seen,
and he's the biggest reason why when we have these

mythical debates like who's gonna win Jordan Bulls or the
Showtime Lakers. Showtime Lakers are the Steph Katie Warriors, Steph
kat Warriors versus Shaq Kobe Lakers. Ultimately it always comes
down to for me is yeah, who's gonna go Shack.
That's why I picking oh one versus damn near everybody,
because I don't think there's anybody that could have handled
a one Shack, point blank period. Having said that, for

Shaq to come out and say, you put Tracy McGrady
with me instead of Kobe. We're winning those three chips, Shack.
Let me take you on memory lane real quick so
that we know exactly what we're talking about when it
comes to the greatness of Kobe Bryant. You had Team
Mack before Tea Mac in Orlando. His name was Penny Hardaway.

third in MVP voting when he played with Shaq one
year in nineteen ninety six. And you know what happened.
Shaq got swept out of the playoffs ninety four, ninety five,

Shaq led him in scoring eight times. So even though
Shaq was the guy in the finals, Kobe was the
guy all the way up until they got there. Two
thousand and one, Kobe led the team in scoring eight times,

during that playoff run as players, again Shack because it

that was the pinnacle. Shack MVP easily the best player
in the year of the year, the most dominant season

we when not winning this game. It's over. You know
who led that comeback? It was a Shack. It was
Kobe in that game seven decided Game seven, Kobe led
the team in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, had the highest
plus minus on the team or of the starters. That

case that Shack, not only are you not winning three
championships with Trace him a great.

that Phil Jackson. If you want to know how he
was getting sweat, he didn't have Phil Jackson. You know
what happened when he got Phil Jackson. He started winning.
And by he, I mean they as in him and Kobe.
Now what I mean by that is, if you tell
me in the situation and I have Phil Jackson, prime Shack,
as we both you know know that was peak Shack,

I also have prime tracing McGrady because I believe this
is the premise we're all operating off of. You're having
prime Tracy McGrady and you're having prime Shack at the
same time. Then I absolutely believe they win at least

But the idea that everybody, oh, he wouldn't got nug

asked Oftens about who is the hardest to guard, he
talks about Tracy McGrady. He loved talking about how great
and most talented Tracy McGrady was. He said, he has
all the skills and all the athleticism. He goes on
to say he's probably six' ten and he had a
rare combination of size that made him so hard the
difficult to guard for that little period That tracy McGrady
Was tracy mc grady because it was no.
