(01:09):
did You'll always pop up at the top of the screen.
Don't forget to do that right now? Seventeen to seven
Patriots over the Giants, and Giants just scored. It was
seventeen to nothing Patriots after the first quarter, but now
seventeen to seven and still a lot of time. Twelve

(01:30):
forty five left in the first half in New England.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
I'll tell you what, if you're the Giants, you know,
win lose, you just want to compete obviously right now,
but you got to be feeling good Jackson Dart, feeling
good about Sam saying they got Jackson Dart who they
feel good in, Malik Neighbors, who was a top receiver
when he comes back.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
He obviously got her early this season.

Speaker 4 (01:50):
And then you got Scataboo as well coming back, like
they got some nice pieces along with some good defensive
players as well.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
So you got them as what they're gonna be going for.
I can't do it, an, I got to tell you
that next year. I just can't.

Speaker 1 (02:02):
Iep saying a team that's two and ten and you're
talking about injured because.

Speaker 4 (02:07):
Their quarterback has been First of all, they started Russell Wilson,
not a few games.

Speaker 2 (02:11):
That's where they went wrong. I told you that.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
But their quarterback like, okay, like he hasn't won any games.
I mean, my god, I get it. He's a young guy.
He's reckless out sit here and tell you that he's
not gonna have the career you think because if he
continues to do what he's done and continues to run.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
He will not be a quarterback for the Giants and.

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Been a half of the quarterbacks, he said the same thing.
They need to calm down, and he learned to slo
and they did. This is his first year in the NFL.
Disagreeing with you, I said, his head in there. He
take he got wrong.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Keep doing it, keep doing it. You may not be
a quarterback in the nation.

Speaker 4 (02:53):
They're going to hammered that to no pun intended, hammer
that on his head this offseason.

Speaker 2 (02:58):
He just com gonna say that because it's Ron. Let
me tell you why. You know why. We're creatures of habit. Okay,
So when I start saying this, you want to ask me,
are they gonna mean.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
A super Bowl? That's because you're a creature of habit. No,
I'm not doing that for forty years. I'm not going
on the stove hand like that. They after their fans
have to be saying, hey, I like our quarterback. I
like Scataboo, I like the energy. What they are able
to do when leak neighbors is insane when he comes back.
So I'm saying, if you're a fan of the Giants,
you gotta be feeling a little bit of like, all right,

(03:28):
I like what we can be next year. They got
some nice pieces. Defensively, they got a couple as well.
That's what I'm saying, Rob, not saying that the Super Bowl.
What you gotta start, You gotta say anything.

Speaker 1 (03:38):
I've never seen anybody more positive and more rainbows lollipops
than you. Everybody's great, everybody's gonna be great in the future,
not at all. Yeah, let me look at this young guy.
Yeah okay, yeah, Like you sat there and you told me, yeah,
oh yeah, this guy's gonna be great. Well, I'm just saying, like,
what what what rub?

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Rub this? No, So this is our company.

Speaker 4 (04:00):
We all. You can literally have somebody be fifteen and
two and you find, oh, the one game they lost,
even though you picked them to lose every single week.
I can come out of here and tell you I
like this person, this team, and then tell you what
I don't like about him. You know, they got to
give it a great example. I don't like the way
Dan Campbell is coaching right now, Lion's rooting for him.

(04:23):
I can also tell you that with you, it's gang related.
If I like you, you can do nothing wrong. I
actually can be objective and come on here and tell
you you will not like the Lions due and I
don't like that.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
I'm not even gonna for you about it.

Speaker 4 (04:38):
If you're fan, the best part about it and the
best part about it, you can take your You're not objective,
you're the best part about you have a pod fan.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
Can you admit your fan? Your fan? I'm the Lions?

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Who is Lions jerseys? And who is but that you're fan?
You're Here's that nice? I'm not gonna buy. We're not
gonna You're not. You're the only one that has a
problem with you know, we know.

Speaker 5 (05:10):
It.

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Don't sit in and going it's freedom. I'm objective.

Speaker 4 (05:14):
Absolutely, you're in the last part and you take the
Lions out and I can tell you going to his instagram.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
Lining one again, one again? How are you all object one?

Speaker 4 (05:25):
Because I come on the air so so is there
a partition here?

Speaker 2 (05:28):
You're not? Do you listen?

Speaker 4 (05:30):
Is your left ear messed up? I tell you every
week what I see, what I call it as it is.
Every single week, I'll tell you whatever team we could
be talking about. I like Patrick Gohoman, I don't like
the way he's playing. I don't like the way they're
they're going right now. I can tell you, Josh Allen,
I don't like the way that they're sold. Josh right,
Josh Allen Blant, I tell you every week. That's the difference.
I can tell you a team that I like, but

(05:50):
I don't like what they're doing. Or I like this system,
but I don't like that you if you're in it's
gang related.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
I got blinders on. I can't see anything else.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
Hey, Aaron Rodgers suck well well, Lamar Jackson need to
win well, Lamar Jackson. That's the difference. I'm the best
part about everything, this is taped. We got all The
difference between me and you is that you're rooting. You
want the Lions to win a s and I want
to tell you that's what being a No, you're not
liking somebody's not being objected.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
No, I don't care who wins, but you're not good.
That's the difference.

Speaker 4 (06:25):
Don't come on here and say no, I am from
the metro Detroit area.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
That's fine. I've been a fan of the Lions. That's
the Lions. You're not flaying right now, boy, just year
it off. Raise your fan. I'm a fan boy. I
love Detroit. Do we need to go back to the common.
We need to go back to the common. I'm gonna
because I'm not that god, but you are.

Speaker 6 (06:46):
I'm not.

Speaker 2 (06:47):
It's okay. I feel like I'm gonna say, intervention.

Speaker 4 (06:52):
Of a Yankee fan. I've never been to yan tell
you about your history. I'm telling you about your president,
telling you. Everybody who listens to the show knows we
just had a whole segment and nothing but comments.

Speaker 2 (07:01):
They know you ain't hiding it. I'm not honest.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
I'm a Lions fan who is disappointed in the way
that they've been performing, disappointed.

Speaker 2 (07:11):
In Dan Campbell, Dan Gamble as you call him. I agree.
I text you all the time. I tell the people
on the air the time.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
He's gonna cost him several games, and he continues to
not do this. I do this about the sixty at
the time. Lebron James shouldn't have did this, shouldn't have
did that. The best part about this we got podcasts,
we got YouTube. Why can we put any time that
we are the odd couple. I'm you and you're a
fan because you're I'm a reporter, I am you a

(07:38):
you're a fan.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Keeps it a buck. That's why. That is what I am.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
Are fans who keep it a buck, and I'm about
to keep it a buck about somebody else you're a
fan of.

Speaker 2 (07:47):
Since you want to go there, Ron.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Know, the only reason that you don't like Caleb and
they'll winning because this affects the Lions.

Speaker 2 (07:52):
This doesn't affect That's what yesterday that they're gonna win
the division and it's the reason that the Lions aren't.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
And that's gonna hurt you if the Lions don't win
is because the Lions haven't played well enough to win.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
Sure, Patrick Mahomes didn't play well. They all you talk
to me. What did I say every week throughout? What
made the play? What did I say that win? That's
what That's what that's lies. Put the camera on me.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
That's what every single week when I set up here
and told you, unfortunately Ride, I gotta agree with you.
Patrick Mahomes is off right now. Some doesn't look right
right now. The offense can't get going there. Thank God
for that defense.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
That's what I do.

Speaker 4 (08:30):
You know, I'm a news anchor too, right. I come
in with the facts and be objective.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
Brother, You know this.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
Put the camera back on let's talk about these Bears.
Let's get back to these Bears. I was sitting here saying,
they actually have a high ceiling because Kayleb Williams hasn't
played well, because Kayler Williams is either middle or last.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
When it comes to your TJ Houshman Jado when he
was on part go ahead, forget it, go ahead, they
right now, we all came into this season with Williams
of Philadelphia one. He gotta, he gotta with Kayleb Woods.

Speaker 4 (09:01):
No, no, I don't have a I'm saying they're winning
despite him, the fact that the Bear. We came into
the Bear saying Ben Johnson Kayler Williams, how's this marriage
gonna work?

Speaker 2 (09:10):
How is Kayleb Williams going to improve?

Speaker 4 (09:12):
And what it ended up being is that Caleb Ben
Johnson reminded us that what Ben Johnson did, despite all
the sexy and Q plays in Detroit, Ben Johnson at
his core is a running actually a running style offensive coordinator.
And I think we got reminded of that this season
because they're number number two in rushing right now. The
Bears are averaging about a buck fifty a game, and

(09:34):
then you look at what their defense is doing right now.
They're first in takeaways. So this team has been built
between defense, running the ball, which we all gain. Ben
Johnson will draw some crazy plays, but that's the core
of who he is. And then you look at Caleb Johnson, right,
Kayler Williams, who's been struggling right now, as he had
fifty percent against these Eagles. They ran the ball almost

(09:54):
three hundred yards and he is averaging like his completion
percentage around fifty seven percent right now, and he's qbr
is eighteen. So they actually been winning despite when we
all came in wondering how the pairing between Kayler Williams
and Ben Johnson it would be, it hasn't been great.
Ben Johnson has said we've won in spite of the
passing game. I ain't the coach, That's what he said,
and so that's to me why it's been remarkable.

Speaker 2 (10:16):
And to that credit, their ceiling can be high.

Speaker 4 (10:20):
If Kayler Williams starts to get it going, that would
be impressive because the defense has been spectacular, turnovers, getting
takeaway running game, what's the record ninety three?

Speaker 1 (10:30):
It's just it's just silly, like like you could go
and hand pick whatever you want. If you watch, if you,
if you, if you watch.

Speaker 4 (10:37):
The game, it's about making plays.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
Did you watch the game? The touchdown he threw the
seal of game in Philadelphia. That wasn't a running play.
He rolled out, he rolled left and made up and
threw a dime. Go watch the play. He doesn't have
to throw three touchdown. Patrick Mahoons threw four touchdowns and
they lost.

Speaker 2 (10:57):
That's great. Don't put him in. Patrick. I'm trying to
say to you, is that.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
This whole idea that you worried about completion percentage, It
ain't got nothing to do. It's about wins and losses
and making plays. That's what the NFL is. It's about
making plays. It's about did you tackle a guy or
did he get by you. It's really a really simple game.
Did you catch the ball or did you drop it?
So did you throw the touchdown? When it matters how

(11:23):
many big games did they win? At the end where
he threw a touchdown? Asking you a question, just don't
understand it. He's won nine three, that's what has he performed? Well,
that's what I care about.

Speaker 4 (11:35):
Second year quarterback would have asked coordinate absolutely okay? Well,
his own coach his own coach doesn't think that, and
nobody's saying again, that's why I said the ceiling is
high for them.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
If he can get it right.

Speaker 4 (11:46):
That's why I just said that, if he can actually
get it right, they won.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
Four games when trailing with two minutes to go.

Speaker 7 (11:54):
In the game.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
He's done something right. That's my point is that he
has made play okay game. So so you just want
us to go, how about we not be down all
the time. That's that's not how it goes.

Speaker 4 (12:08):
And again, so my whole point is they've been able
to dominate with the defense. Caleb Williams. This is what
we're just talking.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Nobody said they can't I prove. I'm saying that's literally
that's they've been able to. It's a backhanded compliment. Man,
get out here with what it is.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
He hasn't played West. He has made pay, but he
hasn't played well.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
They won four games in the final two minutes and
you're acting like he hasn't done anything.

Speaker 4 (12:36):
That's not what I said. I said, he has not
played great a professional athlete. That's literally what we do it.
Because he's being this is come on, at least have
some consistency because matter of factor, maybe the opposite. You
do have consistency because Matthew Stafford has been playing out
of his mind and he ain't this and he ain't that.

(12:56):
But in Kayler Williams, who is fifty percent passing, a
lower than half the league. But he's out here playing
with boy. I can't keep up. I can't keep up
with you at the year won't make in his second year.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
They started out oho and two, they gave him fifty
points in the Lions and now they're nine and three,
one of the best records in the league.

Speaker 2 (13:16):
And you see here and you're coming.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
Your comment and your conversation is about how bad Caleb Williams.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Come on, guy, awful? That's awful?

Speaker 1 (13:28):
Is facts eight seven seven ninety nine on Fox eight

(15:29):
on Fox and take some calls. Rob talking about Kayleb
Williams and the Bears are nine and three. I say
there's still allowed to be desired for the passing game,
and that would only enhance them at this point because
the running game of the defense is great. Rob says,
shut up their ninety three? Who we got, Chili, Tim,
you're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio. Hope you
had a good Thanksgiving you and the family Chili?

Speaker 6 (15:50):
Right, Yeah, we did, we did. I hope you guys
did as well.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
Did brother man.

Speaker 6 (15:56):
I'm gonna make three quick points if I can't real quick,
and I'll try to do it in a minute. Kelvin,
I just wanted to make a comment. You made them
then as I said last week off the air, when
you said it as I got the phone about when
I was just talking about Kendrick Perkins, I didn't. What
I meant to say was in the community, when we
say things when it's not really discriminating the racism, when
you make it something that is not, that's when it's

(16:18):
not taking scansions. And that was the point I was
trying to make about that everything got always demand zegabow
with Taylor Williams. You know, the same things that make
it happy can make you cry. Right, it's a dead
line between love and hate. So I think what Ben
Johnson is saying is that, hey, yes, we're doing fine now,
but when the playoffs, when things get a little tighter,

(16:40):
the buddies get a little tighter, you know, the chance
the choke comes a little greater. In the playoffs, we
don't have another week to go back and recorrect these things.
You know, a bad mistake like that starting slow. Can
you know the next time we get a chance to
correct it would be you know, over the summer. So
I like what they're doing. But what he says, look,

(17:01):
we knowing that you know what he's been in the
playoffs knowing that he saw it with the Lions. You know,
you can choke down something, so let's get it straight.

Speaker 8 (17:08):
Let's tighten it up.

Speaker 6 (17:09):
We're notin and three, but what we're doing won't get
us to where we need to go. So I like
what he's doing, but I think he's just trying to say, hey,
you know, let's let's tighten these things up, because the
same things that Nigga's happy right now, niggas crying the
playoff that's.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
Perfectly for I couldn't one thousand percent agree.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
I just nobody's perfect. No coach is ever going to
say everything's great, we don't have to do anything.

Speaker 2 (17:31):
I get it. He's a young quarterback.

Speaker 3 (17:34):
MO.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Only point is I just you can sit here and nitpick.
People watch film and all they do is talk about
all the plays that are missed. It ain't the games
that Caleb Williams in. I see plenty of games. I
see the same film from all over the league. Guys
are wide open all over and quarterbacks don't see them
or they miss a play. I just I just think,

(17:55):
if you want to harp on somebody, I like the
idea that he's made four plays or help them win
four games and about four plays in the final two minutes.
I'll take the four plays. A lot of guys can't
make that.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
That's real. We got that's Rob g in his quarterback.
Why you do that? Holiday seas you're gonna bring him down?
Because what are you happy with with?

Speaker 3 (18:17):
Hey?

Speaker 2 (18:17):
How many players your quarterback may yesterday?

Speaker 3 (18:19):
Rob?

Speaker 2 (18:20):
What I don't any one? I have a quarterback? All right?
I don't have it. Would you like to hear the
YouTube being thoughts on those can what they say?

Speaker 3 (18:27):
Now?

Speaker 2 (18:28):
You don't care? Why you don't care now from earlier?
Now you don't want to hear the YouTube? Be can
you block on YouTube? I just want to know? Fan
but drinking the bath water of Rogers Caleb Lamar Judge?
Come on, Rob, we can still be fans. Yeah, y'all
could be fans. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (18:45):
I thought Rob would be happy since stat Pafford through
two pigs yesterday.

Speaker 2 (18:47):
I guess not. Rob stays salty now he was happy.
I'm happy. It didn't matter to me. What do you
mean you were happy? Not a fan? Come on, man?
How many times did Rob talk about Aaron Judge this summer?

Speaker 5 (19:01):
You know?

Speaker 2 (19:01):
How funny when the lines in the back he was
the MVP.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
He put together one of the greatest seasons ever. What
are you talking about? That ain't being a fanboy. That's
acknowledging greatness. Oh man, what you say? I never acknowledged greatness.
That's what I'm just saying.

Speaker 2 (19:14):
Anybody who's great?

Speaker 4 (19:15):
Yeah?

Speaker 6 (19:16):
Hello?

Speaker 2 (19:16):
All right?

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Who we got Trey in Michigan, Drey and Michigan. You're
on the coming up from sports radio?

Speaker 2 (19:21):
What's up?

Speaker 4 (19:22):
Hey? What's going on with?

Speaker 8 (19:22):
Fellas? Are good? We are we are good?

Speaker 6 (19:25):
Good good good.

Speaker 7 (19:26):
Hey.

Speaker 8 (19:26):
I like to saying, Look, I'm from the old school,
so when I'm seeing a quarterback, I don't worry about
his progression.

Speaker 6 (19:31):
You definitely see progression in Caylor Williams game.

Speaker 8 (19:33):
So we got to give him that. But I got
told I gotta call my boy Rob out on his
objectivity stance, because anybody that heard that interview a couple
of years ago with Joe man tyn to understand that
Rob is a fan boy.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
You remember that Rob. There was no bad boy at all.

Speaker 4 (19:52):
Rob.

Speaker 8 (19:53):
We can hear you smiling and suck through the radio thing.
It would have made it better if you did the
interview at matt See what a pate full of.

Speaker 1 (20:02):
Wing Bro, Now you know that was heard, you that
heard that interview was as objective as possible.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
And then at the end I got him. I got
him to laugh. I got him to laugh because I
got him to laugh. At the end, I thought it
was fun, that's all.

Speaker 8 (20:20):
But I don't I'm so priud you didn't end up
pregnant at the day. Clearly, now try.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
I can't even believe you said that. Wow, you know
that's right, that's that's so cold.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
Oh man, listen, I know I'm just trying to be
the voice go.

Speaker 5 (20:39):
Call, Go Call ninety seven won the ticket. That's okay,
robbing not on negative though. The you two beings right here.
The album Mob Saying All I Want for Christmas is
a sixty minute podcast of Rob shouting motivation throughout my day,
plus a Rob Parker Christmas album.

Speaker 4 (20:53):
Well that they said, all they gotta do is put
the put the album together. You already got at least
a EP. You got about six seven tracks. You might
have a full album, but you got six and seven.
You go a little EP extended play.

Speaker 5 (21:03):
Rob don't, like I said, came up with that before
he did. He already had the urinating mouse book. He
could add the mixtape of jingles. All right, it's called
uh being creative.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
Yeah, I'm gonna take another car. We have another car.
That's all right. All on the way, we got to
talk about Shudduor and oh.

Speaker 1 (21:25):
Yeah, Caleb is terrible, but your door is great and
he's a franchise quarterback.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
Okay, who said your door is? See what I mean?

Speaker 4 (21:31):
That's what I'm talking about. On the way right now,
Steven Sager, get a set on what's trendy?

Speaker 2 (21:35):
Fan boys date not talking about me? I soon. No,
it looks no they got tow got radio.

Speaker 3 (21:45):

lineup in the nation. Catch all of our shows at

Speaker 4 (22:12):
If you are on the socials, you can hit up
Rob Parker, MLB bro I Couple, FSR, kdub Live for myself.

Speaker 2 (22:19):
Shador Sanders.

Speaker 4 (22:20):
Rob G got to start again against a really good
forty nine ers team and in my estimate, played similarly
to the week prior. Solid, not great, not bad, just
you know, solid quarterback against a really good team. And
the announcement is that he'll get to start again this
next game, which is interesting though, robb G. That why

(22:42):
they won't just say, you know, we're just gonna get
to him for his his for the duration. Well, you know,
we'll as opposed to kind of going week by week.
But but that's what they said, and just break down
kind of that game where he had one hundred and
fifty six yards in touchdown.

Speaker 5 (22:54):
Yeah, you could actually argue he played better in this
game than he had in any of his previous games.
He was sixteen to twenty five, one touchdown, first home
start for the Browns. Obviously they lost, but if there's
a silver lining, they were only down by two points
with seven minutes left to go in the game, and
Kevin Stefanski said, hey, fourth and one from her own
thirty three, what we gonna go for and we're gonna
have a QB sneak with our backup tight end. That

(23:16):
ain't work nwered you get the ball right back. They
score game's history at that point. And to your point,
he is gonna be starting next week. They announced it today,
and this is on the heels of an ESPN report
on Saturday that said from Adam Schefter that their plan
is to give him an extended look the rest of
the way, the same way they gave Dylan Gabriel and

(23:37):
extended with I said it look there in the middle
of the season, so Rob Parker get used to it.
Shador standers will be the Browns QB one for the
forseeble future, the then name of them the start of
the rest of the year.

Speaker 1 (23:48):
No, they didn't, okay, all right, and I didn't see
anything that was, uh, he's QB one for sure, whatever
one hundred and fifty yards what they scored after the
one touchdown, they got shut out.

Speaker 2 (23:59):
Basically the rest of the game. That the second half, right,
the second half, they got nothing. I just it was
just okay.

Speaker 1 (24:06):
It's not like I know, people want to talk about
him because of the other stuff and his name and
all that, but nobody else with a quarterback who quarterbacked
a loss and scored no points in the second half
would get any kind of talk conversation. What is there
to talk about. I just I'm just being honest. I
don't I don't dislike. If you go back and watch

(24:27):
first take during the t Tim Tebow era, that was
when me and Skip won a lot together. We argued
about it all the time, and I kept saying, I
don't understand it. Tim Tebow had eighty nine yards passing,
and then he sets up the game winning field goal,
and the whole story and the whole show was about
Tim Tebow without any numbers or without anything. And so

(24:47):
this is why I always equate him to Tim Tebow.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
We'll see. I still think that Sean Watson will be
the starting quarterback next year. I really do.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Well, let mephrase that I get the money into I
hear that party's getting healthier. I just I really believe.

Speaker 1 (25:03):
I'm not even kidding you. I do believe, and then
they'll keep one of these two back as the backup.
I really do going forward. I just think if Deshaun
Watson's on your team, he's going to play.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
I think should Doure If everything goes lines up as
they say, he gets the next five weeks whatever it is.
His job is to absolutely say, no, you're wrong, Rod Parker,
in that Deshaun Watson had his chance, got all the money,
didn't play well. That's the thing too, Deshaun Watson. It's
not like, oh man, it was the injuries and it
was the you know, he didn't really get to go.

(25:35):
He had his chance, he played terribly. So it's not like,
oh man, a suspension and that he didn't play well
and he gets old a bunch of money.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
But we've seen teams do that.

Speaker 4 (25:43):
That's what the Broncos did with Russell Wilson, right, they
lost a lot of money, let him go. So some
teams can do that. And I think if you're Cleveland,
you just cut ties. We made a bad business decision.
Let alone on x's and o's. I just get we
made a hurt them. If they do it, because they're
already hurting Rob. I mean, they might as well get

(26:03):
rid of this so we can start get the monkeyards.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
If they lose the next five games and should door
is just okay, then what is that? Definitely we're gonna
go that way next year. I'm just saying, you don't
want another game and it's just okay. Not not spectacular,
not terrible, but just okay. I just think that you
would open up the competition and you would say he's healthy,
let me take a look and see if this guy

(26:26):
can get back there.

Speaker 2 (26:27):
That's what because we got to pay him regardless.

Speaker 4 (26:30):
I guess the reason why I say they wouldn't do
that is not just simply the math of the money
and hey, well he's just around.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
I just don't think I think you want that juju
if you will away all of that. We made National
Football League with all these guys, we've made it happens.

Speaker 4 (26:49):
I'm not it's not just still with guys who's that
he didn't perform well, he had all you know, he's
been injured.

Speaker 2 (26:56):
Yeh, but he was.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
Playing even though he wasn't performing well because he was
the starting quarterback.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
They gave him every chance and the only week.

Speaker 1 (27:04):
But the only reason he wasn't playing wasn't because they
benched him and said you can't play.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
He got heard.

Speaker 1 (27:09):
That's my point. But if to your point, to your point,
if they really wanted to do that, what do you
mean Joe Flacco took him to a playoff.

Speaker 4 (27:17):
I'm saying they brought in Joe Flacco, is you were
just what you're supposed to be a backup, not a
not a guy with But they said they don't have
an option. Joe Flacco played pretty well for them. They
want to go into that season saying Joe.

Speaker 2 (27:30):
Option.

Speaker 4 (27:30):
They did have an option, right, Thirty two teams have
options in the backup. You got to have a backup
in the NFL. What I'm saying is they didn't have
their air parent or somebody there saying, oh, they said, shoot,
they were mad. We got to go to Joe Flacco
so much so the many but they say, you can
get out of town.

Speaker 2 (27:44):
I would buy it.

Speaker 1 (27:45):
If they benched him while he was still healthy, then
then then I would agree with you that they don't
think that that they don't think he has anything left,
because you would just bench the guy the way that
they did in Atlanta. Right, they decided to despite all
the money they gave to Kirk Cousins, right and the
chance to make the playoffs, they benched them and they
didn't make the playoffs. That's what I would have had

(28:06):
to see for me to believe that they're totally done
with somebody.

Speaker 4 (28:09):
I hear you, but you know what we talk about
all the time. Organizations are too prideful. They draft a
guy high, clearly ain't the guy, and they just keep
running out there because he's our fifth peaker, he's our
tenth peaker, he's our third pick. We won't keep giving
them chances. Same thing with quarterbacks. We brought him in,
we paid all this money. We don't want to look
like fools, we don't want to get embarrassed. We're gonna
keep running out there. So I think the injury might

(28:31):
have saved them, not him, in the sense of saying,
we finally get to clear our hands and move on.
And now you gotta looks at Dylan Gabriel who looked
I looked up him, you know, Shador like that. Maybe
a little bit more juice and Dylan and and now
you see what you got for.

Speaker 2 (28:46):
The next five weeks because comparison him just by the
way while he's pulling those up.

Speaker 4 (28:52):
Also, Stichen, you mentioned that fourth and one on your
own thirty is what are we doing here against Sefansk?

Speaker 2 (28:58):
I'm sorry, Stefanski.

Speaker 4 (29:00):
Trying to win the game. He's trying to play. Ain't
winning the game against a really good forty nine er team.
You you you either go for it at a better
player than your backup tight end work. That can't be
the play. And then also he said you go for
you take the point. He wouldn't even following the Dan Campbell,
you take the field goal. Later they had fourth and two.
I believe it wasn't they go for it and they
don't even and they miss. If they don't even take

(29:20):
the points, you playing a really good forty nine er team.
You have a rookie quarterback in his first game, starting,
first game, starting, you gotta help him out.

Speaker 1 (29:30):
You take the points. You don't you punt or you
go for a better play. Now you know what we're
gonna do. This is only because of Shadua being a quarterback.
So so people over break calls. People Oh no, but
people over over analyzed, just like with the with the
Judy if not the first game where Judy dropped, how

(29:51):
to drop or I got this like, oh look, I'm like, dude,
people drop passes in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
Can we stop?

Speaker 4 (29:59):
That's all I agree with you, And that that was crazy,
just that the idea that he's just gonna fumble on
purpose and sabotage and make himself look crazy.

Speaker 2 (30:06):
This is this guy's playing. He's a professional football player.
What are people do.

Speaker 5 (30:10):
By the way, guys, you want to talk about what
it's like being a Browns fan right now. So we
just did a good, blistering ten minutes talking about the
listening like ward winning and pulling back the curtain.

Speaker 3 (30:24):
Like.

Speaker 5 (30:24):
Four of our top ten videos of the month have
been related to the Browns and Shador Sanders. Okay, here's
what their quarterbacks have done. The two rookies that everybody's
fighting over.

Speaker 4 (30:34):
This is just this, ain't Joe Montana and Steve Young
Jill Gabriel one in five fifty nine percent completion, seven touchdown,
two picks with a QBR of thirty one.

Speaker 5 (30:46):
Okay, Shador Sanders one in one, fifty one percent completion,
fifty one, two touchdowns, two picks, QBR of seven.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
This is what I'm trying to say. But everybody, I
mean both the both these do suck. I know, but
but but not according that you should door people. Is that,
Oh he's got something out, don't you see the juice,
He's got a seventh QB.

Speaker 5 (31:09):
To the point about the juice, Dylan Gabriel average one
hundred and four past yards a game. Shador Sanders blowing
him out of the water at one thirty five.

Speaker 2 (31:18):
Oh yeah, there we go. That thirty is crucial, the
Mexico thirty problem.

Speaker 1 (31:23):
That's my only point is that I just don't see, like, like,
this is what Those are the two guys having a
mid off right now?

Speaker 2 (31:28):
Those are the two. Those are the two gods.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
It might be a compliment that that maybe if a
healthy Deshaun Watson shows up, you're not going to put
him in.

Speaker 2 (31:36):
I think you will put him in. I just don't.

Speaker 4 (31:38):
I don't agree, and I don't think it's just of course,
he's he's played, he's been in the league, he was
an MVP candidate when they gave him all that money
coming from Houston there. But also, you can lose it.
We've seen Russell Wilson be a prime example of that.
We've seen a handful of it. You start to lose it, you're.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
Not if you've never had it like these two. I mean,
I'm like, they haven't done anything.

Speaker 5 (31:58):
No, we have seen the shot. Watch his last season
before he popped his achilles, sixty three percent completions, one
in six, record, five touchdowns, three picks, one hundred and
sixty four yards of games.

Speaker 4 (32:09):
So he's blowing both these juts out of the water
with a QBR of twenty one. That's what I'm saying.
Like I've seen that, I know what it is. It
comes with drama and back in baggage. I'm just saying
I'm moving on. I'm moving on and sho door again.
This is one start. Let's just see what he's got.
Give him a few. Dylan got six starts. Let's see
what he got. He got a start in a half
is where we are with Shador the should do it too?

(32:30):
Or two starts. I'm sorry, Let's get him the six hounds.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
To start and a half. He didn't want to acknowledge
that he started.

Speaker 4 (32:36):
Well, no, I'm saying I was couting the half when
he came in. But it's two two and a half.
Let's give him a six or with two touchdowns and
two picks. Yeah, okay, and his numbers have improved every guest.
Let's see what it gets.

Speaker 2 (32:47):
Over that he has a QBR off seven.

Speaker 5 (32:50):
Guess because his first game is passerating was thirteen Yeah,
and passed and passer rating is like double what your
QBR is, right, uh?

Speaker 2 (32:58):
And then he went to eighty seven against the right
then ninety three. Yes, yes, give them a chance. That's all.

Speaker 4 (33:03):
That's all I'm saying is like I said in the
off season, give Dylan Gabriel shot, give your door shot.
Don't give me Kidny picket, don't give me Joe Flat.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
Give them a shot.

Speaker 4 (33:14):
Why not, because I've already given them a shot That
don't even.

Speaker 2 (33:18):
Make any sense. Have you ever gotten a second chance
in some situations?

Speaker 5 (33:21):
Yes, okay, the Rob, because now Rob's defending not one
two black quarterbacks and any picket.

Speaker 1 (33:29):
Just the idea that it's just ridiculous that they start
that they deserve anything, don't deserve.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
But you watched them in practice.

Speaker 1 (33:38):
That's where you watched them, and exactly if somebody lew
you away in practice, they would be playing.

Speaker 4 (33:43):
Come on, man, you know we are exactly what I said.
We would be right where both of these guys started.
You told me making a Super Bowl, I'm not wrong yet.
You told me that the line and making a Super
I'm not wrong yet. And I told you, but what
has happened. We got jewels that right, Rob, You got
jewel doing that. He went and picked out what from
what we do know is Shador Sanders is the starter

(34:06):
for multiple weeks. Like I told you, you would be
Eliza run a tape. I told you it would be
a starter. Rob, you ain't want to listen to me.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
Yeah, you're right. I didn't know that that there would
be a concussion that would finally get him a chance
to get on the field.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
I told you, because they didn't just put them more
a concussion in two trades because other people wanted the
other two.

Speaker 2 (34:24):
Canter two quarterback you don't even know you.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
Pick wasn't because it was because he jumped over those
two and they're still on the roster.

Speaker 2 (34:32):
They had to be traded and another guy that you
can cut.

Speaker 4 (34:36):
Rob.

Speaker 2 (34:36):
It's okay. Sometimes you can be like yo, Dub, you
was right. No, it's okay. I'm waiting for that time,
waiting for that. You were right on that right. Let's
call Tim. I got a headache today, you do. I
can't hurt.

Speaker 4 (35:25):
They were telling me at TV, hey, man, I missed

I came on everything I say, I said, this guy's blue.
You already to argue with me. I'm just you know
how I operate.

Speaker 2 (35:34):
That's all absence makes the heart is just the way
you say you missed me. Is that you want to know?
I say, I gotta like I gotta show it like that,
nah and all that.

Speaker 4 (35:42):
It's just that, you know, like those couple of days off.
I just thought to you know, they must have been
all just nice to you. Now you I'm not gonna argue.

love I got to hear you on Thanksgiving.

Speaker 2 (36:29):
I appreciate that so much. Thank you.

Speaker 7 (36:31):
And I also want to tell you you know what
difference is between Kayla Williams this year and Patrick mahons
is last year. Tell me Patick Mahomes had the referee
bail them out and Kayla Williams has a team bailing
him out this year.

Speaker 1 (36:45):
Okay, there you go. The referees did help Patrick a lot.
I ain't gonna lie, no doubt. We appreciate the support
and the call. Thanks for listening on Thanksgiving, and yes
I was here.

Speaker 2 (36:55):
Who's a better actor to get calls? Lebron or Caleb Halo?

Speaker 4 (37:01):
I mean, I'm sorry Patrick, Oh, I was gonna say, right, okay, Patrick,
because you know they they you see the.

Speaker 1 (37:08):
Video of Lebron where he doesn't get hit and get
hit kind of looking like, hey, I mean it looks bad.

Speaker 2 (37:13):
Luca's really good at that. You Yeah, Lucas every problem
I can't. I just it's hard for me to watch.
And he doesn't let it go. That's the one argue
about it the whole way down. That's what drives me.
I don't mind every play. I mean, like, dude, yeah
it's scoring fifty. It ain't enough like every play. Oh
they found every play?

Speaker 4 (37:34):
Yeah, Luca to me, that's the thing, like, okay, I
get it. You thought you got fired. Understand you're a
superstar on it.

Speaker 2 (37:39):
Brouh. We done went up and down the court three times?
Can you let it go? Who looks more confused right now?
Elijah or Tylerun? Tyler over here?

Speaker 1 (37:49):
Elijah? He thought it would look confused Elijah. Elijah's the man.
He just hooked up my headphones. Man, I appreciate it
so much.

Speaker 4 (37:56):
Yeah, there ain't not allowed to be going soccer, Elijah

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today.
