It was a tremendous game, a tremendous ending, obviously, when
a team comes back from sixteen points down in the
fourth quarter, and there's some there's a punt return, and
there's a two point conversions galore, and there's a weird
one where there's like a fumble, right, a fumble that
winds up in the end zone and one of the

players just picks it up as if to take it
or give it to the official, and he's in the
end zone and it counts, and.

I'll give this the the referee who was on the
broadcast on Amazon Prime, he said it was immediately. He
didn't even flint when he saw that. He said, that's
recovered in the end zone, like it wasn't for him.

He saw he said, this is a backwards pass, right,
we're looking at it from the overview camera.

Backwards pass, So that makes it a live ball right
and the ball there was a defender.

And everybody thinks it's done. You listen, it was crazy
flukey playing without a doubt.

But we had Adam Kaplan our NFL insider. We had
Sean King, former NFL quarterback in one of our insiders
as well. Everybody commenting on this game really the game
of the year, with so much on the line over time.
It ends on a two point conversion. The Seahawks didn't
just kick an extra point to say no, no, no, we
can't afford to lose this game.

They went for it. I give them credit for that.
Speaker 4 (03:11):
Yeah.

I was like, oh, you hard to get back. You
would think you want to take the easy way out
of it. They were like, nope, not, And you know what,
it's probably the right thing.

Because the Rams had over five hundred yards of offense.
It wasn't like you were stopping them until the fourth quarter,
which is when you stopped them four punts and a
miss field goal. But anyway, the conversation and we want
to get you involved. Don't forget eight seven, seven ninety
nine on Fox. Is was this game when you look

at it? Did the Rams choke or did the Seahawks
win this game? And I'm going to go first, and
I'm going to say that the Rams choke, okay, because
to me, you can't have a sixteen point lead in

the fourth quarter, got over five hundred yards in o offense,
no turnovers, zero turnovers and the other team has three turnovers. Yeah,
you give up a special team's touchdown killer. You know
that whenever there's a special chance of you winning, should
be a stat on that.

Think about the Super Bowl are something when they got
that onside kick, special teams things ramp.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
It just changes everything because you're getting a touchdown without
having to put in the work of a drive and
you know, getting the third downs, you know what I mean,
and all those kind of things that go in at
take up time and energy.
Speaker 3 (04:36):
It just really flips the script.
Speaker 1 (04:38):
And then you know Stafford had these big numbers, right,
but no big numbers in the time when it mattered,
and that was the fourth quarter to ice the game.
He had four punts and one missed field goal. Of course,
the field goal had nothing to do with him, but
the four punts. Three of those possessions, okay, Now this
guy who threw for over four fifth okay, four hundred

and fifty yards crazy, Three of those possessions were three and.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
Outree, three and out.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
You can't tell me if they got one drive going
eat up clock, you know what I mean, and get
a field goal or whatever it was, they couldn't do it. Okay,
he threw a touchdown and over time we got that
to pook up. But my point is that was the
ultimate choke job. In fact, the stat that I saw

was no team in NFL history, did you hear me? No,
No team zero, never been done before, had over five
hundred yards offense, had no turnovers and won that battle,
had a sixteen point lead in the fourth quarter, and
(05:54):
have ever lost the game until last night. That was
a mar choke job in the all time, especially given
what was at stake, both eleven and three, both with
a chance. It's a big different road. It don't mean
that the Rams couldn't win if they had to, but
(06:15):
it's a hot way harder road than being a top
team in the NFC having a buy home games.
Speaker 3 (06:22):
Now you gotta go on the road.

Last year they lost in Philadelphia on their way r weather.
You could avoid it if you got the crib. If
you at the crib and you wound up playing. Uh So,
to me, that was a choke job. I can't give
Seattle more credit. Obviously they made plays and they did
stuff to win the game. But if I have to
side with one, I gotta go with the Rams choking. Well,

you know, I don't agree, and I hear some of
the things you were saying. I understand, but that's what
makes some of these things great. It has been you.

You have the first You and I debated on the whole.
It was the Pacers Nicks. You know, is it a
choker or do they win it? I guess my thing.
Speaker 1 (06:59):
A couple of must have been a choke because TIBs
got fired. But I'm just that's another story.

is why I disagree with you, my man, Rob Parker.
Check it out. If this were two or three picks
sixes by Matthew Stafford in the fourth quarter, some flukey
off a helmet and then now, okay, I get you.
It was a complete game that turned it around for

the Seahawks, which is wide to me. It was they
had to go out and get it. Your special teams
had to return a punt. So now your special teams
are taking care of their job, returning points, getting points
on the board, helping you, of course, not using up
the clock because you get to score fast. Your defense
had to hold the arguable MVP two three and outs
(07:44):
in a miss field goal. Our defense had to step
it up. Who's been number one in the rush number
two and passed? Finally look up and realize, yo, this
is who we are. And you locked this team down
who had been moving the ball up and down in
a greater part of a quarter and a half two
quarters the Rams and then your offense, Sam Darnold aka
Sam McDonald according to you, finally said, let me do
(08:07):
what I don't normally do. Normally, I choke in this moment.
Normally I freeze up. Normally I get frantic and start
throwing more on the two point conversion that luckily bouncing
on the two point conversion that I remember, he threw
it right there smack to one of his tight ends
to win the game. He threw two touchdowns, got two

two point conversions, and the offense was able to put
up thirty eight points on the Rams team that we
say is the most complete and in one of the
better defenses in the league. So all three facets came alive.
I would completely agree with you if it were two
random pumper turns and a a pick six or crazy
weird fumble fluky thing. The offense had to score a
(08:49):
bunch of points in a short amount of time, the
special teams had returned a punt, and the defense had
to lock up Matthew Stafford and that offense that was
humming Pooka Nakua a couple hundred yards receiving. But that's
so to me. That's why they came together, locked in
in the fourth quarter and were able to go and
take a game that they needed against a team. Now
they the Rams are in a weird position. Rob they
(09:12):
can mess around, and if they mess around and lose
the next two games, and if the forty nine Ers
win all and the Sea, they could not be in
the postseason. But there's a chance of that. That's no,
I can't say now.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
But but my point is, you were you were running them,
you were running the yard. Okay, with with Stafford in
the four hundred yard all that other stuff and three
three and outs come up, three three and outs. I
get their defenses good, don't get me wrong. I'm acknowledging
that that's where your quarter. It's winning time. We need

a drive, I need to make a play. There's no
way that you're you're running the game and total Look
at the numbers, Look at the look at the time
of possession for the Rams had the ball forty four minutes,
they forty four minutes.

It's you can't lose that game.

Oh okay, you know that forty four minutes. And then
in the fourth quarter you got four punts and so
you're getting the ball back. They're giving you the ball back, right,
But for you to have four punts and a missfield
goal not that that to me is a choke job,
one of the all time choke jobs. And if they

get knocked down the playoffs because I have to go
on the road or somehow don't make it, it will go
down as one of the biggest chokes. And that's why
they were all hot, including McVeigh. He knows the significance
of that.

It was different.

Yeah, it's different. If you hadn't want to shootout and
they beat you. They're good team. You can live with that.
Not to be up by sixteen in the fourth quarter
with like eight minutes left.

And that's again why I give the Seahawks the edge,
because they had to do it in all three facets.
It wasn't just some random flukey turnovers from Stafford or
some running back fumbled twice and some crazy Derek Henry fumble.
He had a couple of times a season. You know,
this wasn't that. This was special teams doing it. Defense,
locking up on the on the Rams offense going to

do it, and again you exercising the demon Sam Darnold.
Gotta give him credit. The dude looked bad that first
two and a half quarters and you're like, here we
go again. He can't do anything against the Rams, just
so he can't get the first half. Seriously, did you
go like first half? Seeing Sam? I told my children
leave me alone. I said, why, I said, because I
got to hear Rob to my you already know it.

And then I'm making them dinner. I'm grilling grill you know, kids,
I got one. I'm grilling the grilled cheese I just
brought home some Mediterranean food. I'm making the plates. I'm
doing all this, got the little spectrum map going so
I can our Amazon Prime so I can watch it.
And I'm done. Sunlight, boy, you would have thought, you
would have thought I went to USC and I was
a sam Don fan.

I was so happy, I said, I get to tell
Rob to his face, tell that man put some respect
on his name. I bet you did, because at first,
you know me sick like daddy is. I said, I

at the Seyhawks. Give him some credit right up? Seven
it's an American Express, like you say, be a credit card.

We got to Lamar Mitchell bet MGM director on the

The opener of the college football playoff, Alabama was choking
early second quarter. It was a dominant seventeen nothing for
Oklahoma at home. It's now seventeen ten against Bama in
the second quarter. They're at the two minute time out
right now. Oklahoma had won at Alabama by the way
regular season about a month ago. That was twenty three
twenty one. This was, as I say, dominant's early second

quarter when it was seventeen nothing. The yardage advantage for
Ou was one eighty one to twelve. Alabama had no
first downs, going three and out on its first three drives.
Now they've not only had a touchdown drive, but after
Oklahoma punted well kind of the punter dropped the ball
and had his punt block that turned into a Bama
field goal. So sooner seventeen Alabama ten late first half.

The three other first round games are on Saturday in Tampa. Today,
NC State won a bowl game against Memphis thirty one seven.
Western Michigan defeated Kennesaw State forty one to six. Arizona
Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Junior says he'll return Sunday
from a heel injury. Falcons wide receiver Drake London is
due back on Sunday at Arizona after missing four games

with a knee injury. Wide receiver at the Jets, Garrett
Wilson will remain on IR so he's out for the season.
Rams wide receiver DeVante Adams is likely out next week,
also with his hamstring injury. To the NBA, the New
York Knicks have won six in a row. They're down
at home with five minutes left Philadelphia one oh three,
one hundred against the Knicks. Final minute at Boston at

Celtic's one twenty nine, one ten over Miami thirty three
points for Derek White, still a big lead for San
Antonio at Atlanta with five minutes left, it Spurs one
nineteen to eighty six, and with under eight minutes to
go at Cleveland, it's the Bulls up one ten one
oh eight over the Caves. The only other game going
will have the thunder at Minnesota Oklahoma City twenty five

and two. That one starts in ten minutes. And in
women's basketball number seven Maryland one today ninety eight to
thirty against windless Central Connecticut which is ozero and eleven.
And among the five NHL games tonight, it's the Hurricanes
leading with eight minutes to go three to one. At Florida,
the Angels agreed to a settlement with the family of
their late pitcher Tyler Skaggs, after thirty one days in court.

one there. The Bears are one and a half point
home favorites, and Kayler Williams is coming off I could
be his best game of the season. Meanwhile, you got
Green Bay just lost Michael Parsons for the year. That
might have changed the spread there if that was different.
Chicago playing its most confident offensive football. Williams, he's highing
a franchise passing record. Better trust in the Bears at home.
We're still back in the Packers in a near Pickham game.

Yeah, we opened this up at two and a half
on the pack and they have immediately, you know, bet
this game. Bet this game down to the other side.
The Bears is the one in that point four. So
the darts came in immediately once we opened a two
and a half, and that might have been early before

Bears two to one. Take account, money's about three to
one on the Bears. This is a tough situation for
the Pact, considering they're banged up without Micah.

Justin Herbert has thrown more interceptions this year than any

How are betters treating this one leaning on Dallas's motivation
question or trusting the Cowboys at home at home under
a field goal?

You know, that's that's a strange scenario to be because
you you have to figure, like you said, the Cowboys
could be eliminated before they even play this game. The Sharps,
believe or not, the Sharps, we open this at one
and a half, they juice it up and then they
vetted up to two, and then we got the highest
two and a half and the Sharps sit back at
two and a half. But right now it's sitting pretty

at Cowboys minus two, even though they might be eliminated
for this game. Money's all in the favor of the Chargers.
Though in this situation, Money's about nine to one in
favor of the Chargers, and Joe Public is about three
to one in favor of the Chargers. So the Sharps
is definitely on the Cows, but the public is definitely
on the Chargers.

The Chargers' offense is struggling right now, man, without a doubt,
they struggle. List struggle in all right, just go to
the Bills. They're laying ten and a half on the road,
and Josh Allen is obviously one touchdown a way from

Miles Garrett is chasing the NFL sack record. He has
been a beast what she always say is but with
so many league talents in his matchup on both sides,
are the Sharks swallowing the big number with Buffalo or

sitting at minus three flat. Definitely, the Sharks are definitely

on the Titan tier. But the public is about split
fifty to fifty and the money is about three to
one in favor of the Titans in this situation. But
definitely looks like Joe's versus Bros. In the situation.

All right, let's go here. Cincinnati is a four point
favorite of Miami, who was turning to rookie quarterback Quinn
you or is the Dolphins. They rely heavily on yards
after catching. The Bengals defense is allowed the most yak
over expected in the league and also better as a
trust in Jake Browning and the Bengals to take advantage
of Miami's chaos. What about the Sharps? Are they any
interest in the rookie and the points in this.

Situation, I would have to say yes, yes, because what
we have here is the Bengals were one and a
half and now they're all They were plus one and
a half and now they're all the way up to four.
So in this situation, it's like, yeah, there's no interest

to the side where the Bengals are the favor. They
think Joe Burrow is going to do his job and

the Steelers are likely without t J. Watt, which is
obviously a big blow for them. Pittsburgh generates most of

the passing yards through yards after Cats, but Detroit is
the lead at limiting yack, Lamardo Sharps. Are they treating
us like a bat matchup for Pittsburgh or is the
touchdown spread keeping the balanced.

No, it's really cut like the lack. And we talked
about Jaguars and Broncos. The shots have been on both sides.

putting up elite numbers on the road. Are the shops
expecting the Ravens to finally break through in the red
zone or is this a heavy interest in New England
as the field goal underdog?

We initially laid it open at the two and a half.
They juiced it up and then they were sitting pretty
at three, so they initially laid the two and a half.
But the public in this situation here, the public is
definitely on the Patriots two to one in favor of
tickets there, but the money is about two to one

in favor of the Ravens, so it's split all together money,
tickets and sharps. So not a lot of activity so far,
but you know that's usually our get back money game,

which is when you stopped them four punts and a

say is the most complete and in one of the

bunch of points in a short amount of time, the
special teams had returned a punt, and the defense had
to lock up Matthew Stafford and that offense that was

in the fourth quarter and were able to go and
take a game that they needed against a team. Now
they the Rams are in a weird position. Rob they

can mess around, and if they mess around and lose
the next two games, and if the forty nine Ers
win all and the Sea, they could not be in
the postseason. But there's a chance of that. That's no,
