Chris and Rob give us up-to-the-minute analysis of the Game 5 showdown between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Minnesota Timberwolves, tell us why you shouldn’t be surprised if the Philadelphia 76ers end up being the first team in NBA history to blow a 3-0 series lead, and explain why Kyrie Irving is crazy for suggesting he should help ‘manage’ the Brooklyn Nets after the headache he caused this past season. Plus, Caesars Sportsbook Chief Trends Officer and podcast host Trey Wingo swings by to explain why the upcoming NFL Draft is ‘all steak and no sizzle’, why the Green Bay Packers will have no choice but to finally take a wide receiver early on, whether or not the Los Angeles Rams’ “F Them Picks” mantra will permeate throughout the league, and much more!

(01:30):
Review with Wingo and SCHLATERI that's Mark Schlay on Spotify
and also the Caesar's Sports Books offers a yeah yep
on Spotify and he'll join us at the bottom of
the hour and we'll talk a lot about this upcoming
NFL Draft, which is now just two days away. And then,

(01:51):
as I mentioned Rob, it's trash Talking Tuesday for everyone
out there. Rob, you trash who on deadspin dot com.
The Cincinnati Reds ownership, Chris, you know, they're they wanted
to make some fans take paper bags off their heads.
The Reds just ended, i think on Sunday, an eleven

(02:11):
game losing streak. Like they're really bad. They had a
good run. They almost made the playoffs the last year,
and then they got rid of a lot of good players,
didn't sign people. Yeah, and and they're mad at fans
for coming with bags on their heads. And that's a
proud franchise. A lot of people don't know the Cincinnati
Reds were the first professional team in the United States. Chris,

(02:32):
you know it because you spent some years growing up
to those games. It is a baseball town and they
have a lot of tradition there. Opening day is like
a holiday in Cincinnati, and uh and for the franchise
to be this bad um. If you don't want your
fans to wear paper bags, Chris put a better product

(02:55):
on the trash on the exact field. No doubt, my
greatest memories as a little boy was second grade. Right ahead.
He told me, if you get good grades, you will
I'll take you to any restaurant you want to go to.
And the restaurant I chose in Cincinnati was Johnny Bench's

(03:18):
home plate. Are you serious? And my dad took us
and we both went and it was a great, great
night out. So you were like, I want to go
to Johnny Benches. You knew like the restaurant and everything
you could rob. I mean, I'm I know, lie honestly,
like when I grew up, and I'm sure it was

(03:39):
saying for you. We just went from football to basketball
to baseball. Right. It was in the second grade. I
don't know which one I liked more, right, I mean, honestly,
certainly it was between football and baseball. But I started
playing baseball before any other sport. Baseball, Yeah, baseball was
the first sport I'm playing. When you're in great Chris,

(04:00):
you're seven years old, you know, like that nine to
twelve when you play Little League. That's like the big
where you can kind of you know, like like as
a kid for me, has so many great memories in
the Little League. Me too. I used to wear a
baseball cap every day like that. I was that kid.
We used to wear did y'all used to wear helmets?

(04:21):
We used to wear the plastic plastic Yeah, you were
supposed to wear but I know, but they weren't. Like no,
not like the batting helmets, you know, the plastic helmet
for the team that you could buy. No, I know
what you're talking about, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, no doubt no,
But yeah, I had some great baseball memories. But you

(04:41):
hit that on the head for sure. All right, But
let's go to basketball ride. Obviously it's that time of year,
and um quickly a few updates, right, We got some
Atlanta's about to go down. Their season is about to end.
Credit to Miami without their starting backcourt if you want
to call Jimmy Butler, gall he and Kyle Lowry on

(05:02):
the bench. Butler's day to day with his knee injuries inflammation,
so hopefully he's able to play through the next series.
And Lowry's got a hamstring injury again, the same thing
with him. You hope he can play. But gudos to
them because they're a big up. It's twelve. Yeah, it's possible.

(05:22):
Atlantic could come back. I just need to cover the
four and a half. Can they cover the Can they
make it close? Chris? I don't know, man, that's gonna
I would say no, but we'll see. But you know,
I'm gonna say yes. I'm gonna say that they cover
even if they lose, because this is their elimination, like
the desperation the last quarter, so you might make it
close but not win, you know what I mean. I'm

(05:43):
gonna say that they cover the four and a half
to down seventy. Strangely bad game two for ten, Rives
eight points, Trey Young not good. Yeah, they've been tough
on trade. They've been tough on trade. The other game.
The other game is a barn Burner rob sixty two
fifty nine early in the third about four minutes into

(06:03):
the third quarter. Timberwolves up. Timberwolves up. Um, you I think,
I mean, obviously you got the Grizzlies, so you're not
gonna say this if they lose. But I kind of
feel like Rob, and this happens a lot at home,
and the winner game, well, I'm saying I feel like

(06:26):
the winner of this game will win the series. Oh,
I think this would be a bad loss if the
Grizzlies lose, I think, But I'm just saying I didn't
think you. I mean, you picked the Grizzlies to win
the back, right, So if they lose tonight, I think
you'll still think they're gonna win it. But I guess
in your heart you'll know it's gonna be an uphill battle, right, Oh,
no doubt you. You got Game five, Chris at your

(06:49):
own place, you know what I mean. You're trying to
win that, and then you just gotta win one of
the final two games, with one of them being at
your home. I mean, you put yourself in a great
spot to win. So, yeah, this would be a bad
loss if they lost this because they lost by one
in Minnesota in Game four, So you can't you can't
squander it. I'm I'm I mean, look, I know during

(07:10):
the season these two teams. I mean I said it,
Rob when the series started. Minnesota is a tough matchup
for the Grizzlies, but I don't. I really feel like
the Grizzlies are a really good team. I haven't felt
that way about Minnesota this year. And what I'm wondering, Rob,
is if Minnesota wins this series, can they make a

(07:33):
good showing in the next round against Golden State. That's
the question for me, because Grizzlies. Look, the Grizzlies do
give Golden States some problems. So I think Golden State
will win that series. But I think, you know, Grizzlies
are farewell, they'll make a good showing. They won't be embarrassed.
I don't know, I kind of I could see the

(07:55):
Timberwolves getting embarrassed by Golden State, and you wouldn't you
would think that the Timberwolves couldn't be them. I think
the Grizzlies, the Grizzlies could beat uh Golden State. I mean,
I think they can meet him into playing last year,
Remember yea, they did Steph played. I know it was
no u um play Clay, but Steph played in that

(08:16):
and and then if I remember correctly, in the fourth
and the overtime he got shut out or something, right,
I mean it was. It was a weird finish Today game, right, Yeah,
he can't find them because they they buried those games,
like you can find them, but you know they didn't count.
They need to figure something. They need to figure it out.
It's like it's like they don't count against your record, Chris,

(08:36):
and they don't count in the playoffs. Yeah. I think
you gotta Rib. I think you gotta make it a
playoff game. You still call it the play in, but
it is a playoff games. Otherwise what is it? Then
do away with the stats? Are they're gonna have regular
season play in and then playoffs because that's what they

(08:57):
have to do. That's ridiculous. All right, let's get it
to the Sixers, Rob, And this is so interesting. Philadelphia
was up three zero on Toronto and looking great. Rob.
I mean, Harden wasn't you know, playing awesome. But Tyrese
Maxie was phenomenal average twenty six points a game in

(09:18):
the first three games, and it was looking like, Okay,
he's picking up. Harden is just kind of the playmaker
and giving you still eighteen to twenty points. Uh, you can,
you can live with that. But the last two games, Rob,
the Timber, the Raptors give them credit, right, you know
you're down three zero. It would be easy to one

(09:41):
two three cancome, It really would it, because you know,
it's like the uphill battle. It's just a lot of
work you gotta put in and you still probably won't
get there. So why you can't bother? I mean it
is it's human nature. I agree. And now Rob, they
are feeling like they I only won the last two,

(10:01):
and let's keep it real. That Game three could have
win either way. When mbeat hit that that three pointer, yeah,
I mean that game could have win either way. So
Philly's actually lucky to be up three two. But Rob,
the last two games, Tyrese Maxi's come back to Earth.
I said the Irish twenty six in the first three,
he's total twenty three in the last two. James Harden

(10:26):
is shooting like thirty seven thirty eight percent in the series,
looking very very mediocre. And Rob, if they don't win,
no team is ever in the seventy five year history
of the NBA lost a three O league in any
round and anywell ever ever. And Rob, if the Sixers

(10:49):
lose Game six, and it's in Toronto, so you know
the Raptors like their chances. If they lose Game six, Rob,
can you imagine how tight James Harden, Doc Rivers and
I even think Joe l Embiad are going to be.
Oh no, if they, they will be they will be

(11:10):
sick and it'll be hard. Yes, you could block everything out,
Chris and say it's just one game and all that,
but all the stories will be about Doc Rivers, what
has happened James hardness, had meltdowns in big games. Uh,
Embid hasn't always been great in some of these big moments.
So all this stuff is now added up. And then

(11:35):
the scary part is the Raptors are playing with house
money and nobody expects them to win. They could just
go out and play. Don't worry about it. If we
don't win, people say, man, you guys back right, they've
already won. Just might get into a game seven, and
then you know, people go, well, Nick Nurse man, he's

(11:57):
a good coach. They didn't quit on him, they didn't
give up, they fought back. Okay, they lost in seven.
That was hard. Nobody's ever done it. But if they
do it, there's gonna be hell to pay in Philly,
hell to pay. And Rob, look we said we then
it's not second guess when Doc Rivers was hired by

(12:18):
the Sixers, what did we say? We're like, how do you?
How do you? How do you win that press conference?
We didn't. Not only hear it out blown a bunch
of three one leads, He's blown three. He's only coach
in in NBA history to blow more than one three
one lead, but he was just coming off doing it

(12:39):
rob right, he got fired, and we both thought he'd
sit on the sideline for a year, get the stink
off him, and then somebody could say, Okay, well Doc
has got a ride blah blah. Both right, he podcasting
it before he was great. He could have done that
easily and just kind of gone. That's what we thought.

(12:59):
And we were shocked that they introduced him as a
coach in Philly and he got a five year deal
like he had won a chick I'm gonna I'm like
a championship. Yes, And we brought this up, and my goodness,
I mean, wouldn't it just be I mean, it would

(13:19):
be the very thing, the very thing that people are
criticizing him for is what would would come back to
bite him. And and worse than ever, how do they
make him like, how could the Lakers do, like his
name came up. I mean, Chris, can you imagine because

(13:41):
the only way he would be available is if they
got out knocked out early. So I'm saying, how does
that work where he's gonna go to the Lakers? Well,
I look, if he blew a three old lead, I
don't know that he ever coach again? Wow you might?
I mean, what do you think? Maybe I know what
you're saying? Great rapp. He still was named one of

(14:03):
the fifteen best coaches ever. But but it is about like,
as the GM, how how do you uh, you know,
how do you have that right? Right? Right? You gotta
be able to sell it because if I'm at the
press conference or Chris is at the press conference, like

(14:23):
the questions will be a little like like please tell me,
like why did you hire Doc? He's had failures and
recently in the postseason. Why do you believe he's gonna
be able to get you over the hump this time? Right? Right? Absolutely?
Absolutely so? And then James Harden robbed and I'm sorry,
and we talked about it a little bit yesterday. But

(14:44):
if they lose this series, I get Look, you traded
Ben Simmons, who was a star, you know, with all
his flaws, and you don't want to just lose him
for nothing, right because you also gave up a great
shooter in Curry and u Andre Drummond is just a
big body. So I get it, not wanting to lose

(15:04):
that for nothing, But Rob, I don't know what Harden.
If I'm Darryl Morey, I'm thinking, first of all, I'm
thinking I'm open to a sign and trade right if
another team wants, I'm open to it. I'm not saying
I definitely do it. I'm open to it. And I'm
also thinking, like James, let's look, two year deal, two

(15:25):
year deal, big money, two year deal, fifty million each
year or whatever. You know, they can max him out
at I do that, but I would do that right now.
Five years No. I mean, he looks like he's on
his last leg now. But he won't get paid Chris,
And you know that because it's the nature of the Beast,

(15:45):
and teams can't feel like they they got players, they
gave up, you know, players for him, and then they're like,
we just can't let them walk. And Morey loves him too.
Morey loves him, so all right, we're gonna throw it
out to you guys, or no, we're not. We're gonna
wait till the trash talking Tuesday should turn the way in.

(16:07):
You get thirty to forty seconds to do your thing.
But this might be the craziest thing Kyrie Irving has
every ever said. And that's saying something. We'll get into
that next couple of Fox Sports Radio. Be sure to
catch live editions of The Odd Couple with Chris Broussard
and Rob Parker weekdays at seven pm Eastern four pm
Pacific on Fox Sports Radio and the iHeart Radio app.

(16:30):
All Right, we are the I Couple. I am Chris,
he is Robbed, and we are live from the Fox
Sports Radio studios. And if you're dealing with a dead battery,
you gotta go to Auto Zone. It's America's number one
battery destination, offering free battery services like free battery testing
and free battery charging. So next time you're having battery trouble,

(16:50):
go to Auto Zone. It's your battery solution and America's
number one battery destination. All right, Rob Kyrie of course
spoke after last night's lost, their Game four loss where
they got swept, and one of the things he said
about their future now. He made it clear, Rob, he
don't want to go anywhere, and we all knew well

(17:12):
and he lives, he's from Jersey nearby. He's wanted to
play for the Nets. He doesn't want to go anywhere,
and that was clear. I don't know that that was
the smartest thing to say, because I mean, unless he
just wants other teams to know that he ain't looking
to go anywhere. But it does hurt his leverage, you know,

(17:34):
in negotiating with the Nets, if indeed he opts out
of his contract. But anyway, here's a quote he gave
about the future with the Nets. When I say I'm
here with keV meaning KD, I think that it really
entails us managing this franchise together alongside Joe the owner,

(17:55):
Joe Side and Sean the GM, Shawn Marks, and just
our group of family members that we have in our organization.
Rob I said on television yes yesterday or Monday, Monday, Yeah,
so yesterday that if you're a NETS executive or a

(18:16):
NETS fan, what you need to hope for is that
this series humbled KD and Kyrie, because those two act
like they have some secret, esoteric knowledge about basketball that
nobody else has the way they talk about it, and

(18:40):
they have made bad decision after bad decision. They wanted
Steve Nash. Kyrie says they don't need a head coach.
They don't they want to run iso high pick and roll,
driving kick. We just need a basic offense. Let us
do our thing. They didn't empower Nash to coach him.
They didn't empower him the changes in and adjustments, and

(19:03):
he didn't make any and they both got locked up.
The last thing I would have expected to come out
of Kyrie Irving's mouth was that he expects to sit
down with ownership and management and make some personnel decisions.
This is that's ridiculous. Rob the Nets leadership, whatever it is,

(19:25):
Sean Marks, if it ain't him the owner. They have
got to retake control of their franchise. They've given Kde
and Kyrie the three years to do it their way
and it's got them nothing. Yeah, injuries has been a
part of it, but they also haven't gotten it done

(19:47):
on the court, and now they need to run themselves
like a typical championship organization. They need to fix that culture.
And sure you'll consult your best players here and there,
but Kyrie and Kadie don't need to be in on
personnel decisions. And the way Kyrie returned it, that's where

(20:08):
you're not managing the franchise. You're a player, Come out,
show up. How you gonna be a manager? You don't
even show up half the time. Half the time is
actually more than you you miss then you show up.
And so that derived that just ridiculous. And again if
you're if you hope that will humble Kyrie and kd

(20:29):
that quote tells me it didn't do anything like that.
They're gonna be involved, Chris, and it doesn't mean that
involved like a typical star, but the franchise. I managed
the franchise. That's ridiculous. I just saying they will be consulted.
That's just because of the way the nature of the league.

(20:52):
I'm all, your stuff that you talk about is logical,
but that's not what we have. It's everybody's gonna do that,
right Miami, where Lebron had his most success, didn't they
were like, we're running this ship. Yeah, but you had
but see that the differences you don't with with Jets,
I mean jets with nets ownership and and Sean Martin,

(21:15):
what if they won nothing. They they don't have any
catabis strong. You gotta be strong, honest. If I'm in nets,
I can lose Kyrie all right. But I'm just serious,
like they don't have the at all that Pat pat
Riley had cash ship. You gotta take the pasche. He
didn't always have casche, but he always had that that confidence.

(21:40):
Well because he won championship with the Lakers. I know,
But I'm just saying, you've known Chris, You've known Stephen A.
Smith even longer than me. I met Stephen A ninety five.
I think you met him in ninety two. Right, he
always he had the same swagger when I met him

(22:04):
when he was covering Temple University. Does everybody. So I'm
and I get it. Maybe Sean mark Gies say, okay,
we have but they don't have swagger. They're not that personality.
But Rob, they gotta take control of this, this franchise.
That's all I'm saying. And I'm with you. Yeah, Kad, Look,
we're thinking about doing this. What do you think? Hey,
you like him? Right, I'm cool with all that. Like
there's no way to making moves and not talking to

(22:26):
those guys, right, yeah, yeah, I mean I don't have
a problem with that, but I just the Kyrie Rob
manage the franchise. Fox Sports Radio has the best sports

Our next guest, co host of a Pond further Review,
Wingo and Slay Risk. Check it out on Spotify and
the Caesar Swarts Books, Chief Trends Officer, our friend Tray
Wingo Trade. Hey guys, Happy Draft Week? How are we

(23:35):
We're good? Mate? You guy? Right to it? Happy Draft Week? Trade?
We always I've looked forward to the last several drafts.
A lot of big names in those drafts. This one
I think because there's a lack of you know, superstar
quarterbacks at least at this point, it doesn't seem to
have the buzz of the normal draft. And are we

(23:58):
wrong on that. It just feels a little different. Yeah,
it does. No, No, no, you guys, you guys are
absolutely right. Look, technically, this draft is actually really deep
because we've had two seasons of COVID in college football.
We have a lot of fifth and six year seniors
that would have come out in the last previous draft.
So the depth in this draft is really good. Like
you're gonna you're gonna get a lot of good players

(24:20):
from rounds three through seven. But you're right, this is
this will be only the second time in the last
eight years where a quarterback doesn't go number one overall.
It'll also be only the six times since two thousand
and one where a quarterback doesn't go number one overall.
So it is different. You know, in a way, it's
kind of like the twenty thirteen draft where that draft
was three at the top four picks for offensive linemen.

(24:43):
You know, it was Eric Fitcher, Luke Joko, and Lane Johnson.
It was like, Yeah, where's the where this is not
a sizzle draft. It's the state draft. That's the best.
That's the best way to put it. Yeah, but there'll
be players available. How about we know it's a why
was even rich draft? Uh? Who should we be looking

(25:03):
out for? Is there anybody, um other than the obvious
or that somebody might get lucky and get you know,
I don't say later rounds or a wide receiver like
that tray. Well, before we even go down that road,
there's a there's a couple of things about this trap
which are unique in that it's we don't even know
who the number one pick is. Like the last time,

(25:25):
the last time we didn't take a quarterback number one.
We all knew Mile Scarett was going number one overall
twenty seventeen. Like I'm trying to remember the last time
we really didn't know who the number one pick was
going to be. And it's it's been a while, so,
but you're there. There are so many good receivers, uh,
in the in the later rounds of this trap, we
could have six or seven maybe go in the first round.

(25:47):
But like, for example, a team like the Chiefs that
has twelve picks, which is the most in any in
any of the most for this trap or any one team.
You know, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't pick
a receiver till the second or third round because of
what you're talking about. They're gonna try and go edge
rusher and maybe even cornerback or safety. But they have
two first round picks, two second round picks, two third
round picks, and two fourth round picks. I mean, they're loaded.

(26:07):
They don't have seven roster spots when they got twelve picks,
so there could be some wheeling and dealing here. We
have eight teams with multiple first round picks. That's never
happened before. We've had six. And if they use if
all eight teams use them, that would be a first
So that makes this draft you need we have right now.
We have eight teams without a first round pick. We've
never had that before. And of course, the defending champion

(26:28):
Rams are in the middle of a seven year stretch
without using a first round pick, and they just won
the freaking Super Bowl, So I mean it's kind of crazy.
Trey we saw you know, Tyreek Hill leave Kansas City
or him trading. We've seen Defanante Adams leave goal Green Bay. Obviously,
those two teams need receiving. Now, Kansas City's core is

(26:49):
not bad, but Green Bay in Kansas City do need receivers.
Do you see them getting what they need? Particularly Green Bay?
I guess in this draft did that position? Yeah, well
Green Bay has to like think about it, like outside
of Randall Cobb, can you name me wide receivers in
Green Bay? I mean Lazard is there, that's it, but

(27:11):
that's the only one. Back Whenemi is Saint Brown is
now a Bear, Davante Adams is now a Raider, Marquess
Valdez Scantling is now a Chief, I mean literally, training
camp will be like Hi, I'm Aaron Rodgers and I'll
be your hornback. You know that's really weird. But both
the Chiefs and the Packers decided on this right and
I think your philosophy on receivers and what you want

(27:32):
to pay them a lot is on your quarterback. They
believe whoever they have at wide receiver in Green Bay,
in Kansas City, their quarterback will make them better. Meanwhile,
with Miami trading for Tyree Hill, what they're saying is Okay,
to Ah, we give you Tyree. You've got you know,
you've got Jalen Waddle. We've got tight end Mike Kasecki,

(27:52):
We've got Brahem Mostart and the Chase Edmonds coming over here.
Really up to you now to put this thing together.
So whether or not you pay a wide receiver to me,
says a lot about where you believe your quarterback is. Yeah,
And you talked about the Rams earlier, and I know
people are gonna draft players. That's the way you build

(28:15):
teams in the NFL, but their their way of thinking
after draft pick has worked. That's a copycat league. We've
always seen that trade any chance other teams sought to say,
you know, well, the draft is nice, but if we
can go get somebody who's proven and drop in a
piece for a year or two, you know what I mean,

(28:36):
even though we might pay some money for him and
we can win, that's the way to do it rather
than trying to draft these guys. Well, listen, I think
a lot of teams would like to do it if
they can figure it out. I mean, you what makes
the Rams best? Five years together with Sean McVay and
less Neat and less Neat was there, but the five

(28:56):
years they've been together, they've never had a losing record.
They made the playoffs four out of five years. They've
been to two Super Bowls and won one of them. Like,
I don't know, I don't know a franchise in the
league that wouldn't sign up for that, right, But to
pull that off with the way they've done this, you
have to have to have the talent of evaluators. You
have to have the player personnel, guys that can find
a Cooper Cup later on in the draft. You know,

(29:18):
like a lot of their key players were not first
round draft picks. And if you believe in your staff
and you believe that you can find these hidden gems.
And I know Robert Woods wasn't one of their draft picks,
but you know he was a guy that also sort
of fit into that category. And now he's moved on. Obviously,
they found ways to find gems in the later rounds.
And you can do it as long as you find

(29:39):
those gems and you hit on all those players that
you traded those first round picks for, right like you
when you trade a pick for some of those players,
they better be the players that you thought they were.
And certainly, guy like Janel Ramsey absolutely has been all right,
Trey quickly we got about a minute left. A lot
of na games out there, Baker Mayfield, Jimmy Garoppolo, Deebo Samuel.

(30:04):
Do you see any big trades with some of the
veterans going down with the draft? Well, I we're hearing
that the Jets are going to go all in on
trying to get Deebo Samuel out of San Francisco. But yeah,
and listen, here's the quandary though, Like Debo has made
it clear that he doesn't want to do what he

(30:24):
did in San Francisco anymore because he sees the dollars
that Tyreek Hill was getting, the dollars that DeVante Adams
is getting playing wide receiver. So Deebo is singularly unique
in the duality of what he can do for an offense.
But if you're trading for Deebo Samuel, you want that guy.
You don't want the guy that's not going to be
that guy. And he doesn't want to do that anymore
because he knows that he'll get more money if he

(30:46):
doesn't do that anymore. But he's got to prove he
can be that guy. If you don't want the wide
receiver who gets no touchdowns, correct, and you don't want
the wide receiver who winds up in the backfield and
takes twenty more hits the game. Ry, and you gotta
be careful. And look, I don't want to just poo
poo the Jets, but you know, Deebo, you gotta be
careful where you go. Right, he's in a good situation.

(31:07):
You can listen. You know you're you're exactly right. Like, listen,
I understand that Debo probably wants to be used differently,
but he's not going to be as effective that way.
Like this is a terrible thing. He's not a great
route runner, but he can get open and short intermediate
stuff and he can run over people. Like if you

(31:29):
look at Debo and you see him somewhere, he's a
big dude. Okay, he's a big dude. And other of
the wide the other wide receivers we talked about, they're
not built like Deebo Samuel. There's a reason the wide
back sort of gnomer fits for him, right, all right,
that's our stuff is always half fund in the draft. Man,

(31:50):
I'm gonna try really hard, boys, but in Vegas it'll
be difficult, Yes, it will be all right, all right.

(32:53):
All right, Chris, let's go trash talking Tuesday. Angel in Stockton, California.
You're on The Odd Couple Fox Sports Radio. Who you're trashing?
Christmas Sort. I'm gonna start off with a joke real
Rob Parker style. You need to change your name from
Christmas Sort to Chris blu soft you really got on
the radio waves and basically said freedom of expression should

(33:15):
be banned in music. You're most sugar no, and you
rach my man Rob's jolts every day. On April twentieth,
you said, and night quote I told yall, I always
say he's the funniest man in sports talk. End quote.
The old man yelling all that bs off the window.
Dan can't get off my loan. Well, I'm the kid
rock at your window and I'm allergic to be It's like, hey,

(33:37):
mister Bruce soft Bush stopping. Wow, what about Pablo in Wyoming?
You're on the couple of Fox Sports Radio who you're trashing.
I don't know if I can top that guy, but
I'm also trash and Christmas. Sorry on beach. Didn't you

(34:02):
say you were going to drop the bongos for the
uh back? I had to change that back? Uh man.
I was loving I was loving the uh The all
they do is win because I tell you what that
song spews narcissism at least with Rob Parker's song and
invites people to dance. No doubt me. You got me

(34:24):
and now too bad? You know? I mean, I could
buy you on your piece, Rob Parker, and I can
you know whisper words in your ears? So you can?
We can you know dor thing? Right? Rob? G get
his number after the show. Wow, I mean I have

(34:46):
a date for the woman to say, uh, I had
a glizzy in my mouth. You're the couple radio who
you're trashing. Well, definitely can't top that last ball, But
I'm gonna I'm not trash. Major League Baseball was about
the same. He was gonna, no, no, I love it

(35:10):
this man, but I love basel a major League Baseball,
I got trash you if they're playing there, there's talk
or I guess there's a discussion of a planning expansion
with the next three to five years. Man, you can
do that. It's like holding a fridge and the food's
always spoiling. You don't buy the food. You gotta frix
to f You gotta fix the fridge first before you expand.
You gotta fix all these problems at all the major

(35:30):
league teams, for example, Oakland and the Real Poople came
with all that stuff flowing through dowage and all the
attendance figures happening in Tampa and Oakland. You gotta fix
those teams first, either contract or relocate once a week
will relocate and fix your in house business. Then you
can talk about expanding to ultra seats fund so then
you gotta fix those sites first. And Cincinnati, shame on you.

(35:51):
You guys are trading all your players. Joy Bottles still
there and you're only keeping them to attract most of
their fans. You've got to get rid of You've got
to trade Joey Bottles favor treaming trout winners so we
can at least got a chance to win a championship.
I would coach subject Joey Vault about tremendous with that ownership,
no doubt, Yeah, no doubt. Orlando in Saint Louis, you're

(36:13):
on the couple of Fox Sports Radio. Hey Orlando, who
you're trashing? What's going on? Rob By the by a point,
I think you are one of the funniest guys on radio,
my man. I am trashed athletes interviewing athletes. I was
a sports reported for five years in local TV and
I'm sick of it. I love the comfortability between the

(36:34):
athlete and the athletes, but they don't ask the right
questions at the right time. They don't give the viewers
what we want. What about how do you feel during
this moment? What were you thinking up until this moment?
We get none of that, and I'm sick of it.
Just because you're an asklet doesn't mean you can sit
down and conduct the interview. Go talk to a journalist,
ask what I should. Hey, you don't have to go
get a degree, but at least at least take the
time to know what to ask and win to ask it.

(36:55):
I'm sick of it, my man, Orlando, Ye, that was
good too. All right, heads, our guy, Chris, Mace and
San Diego. You're in the odd couples. Merlin, Merlin Olson,
I right, Mace, It's gonna be Chris hum threes. More appropriately,

(37:17):
Chris Kardashian. This duface looks just like Wally Cleaver, and
it was dumb enough to marry that dim with Kim Kardashian.
Your manage only lasted seventy two days. You got played
and didn't even see it coming. Obviously, you don't have
the medical capacity to stay away from that degenerate family
that has played a hand in destroying this country by
condoning materialism, narcissism, vanity, greed, and self absorption. Oh dioz

(37:39):
spot us, I would rather dip my head in a
bucket up sofieric athide. They watch a nanosecond of that
monstrosity of a TV show that has killed millions of
brain cells to the viewers that supposed they're retten into
this garbage. Kim Kardashian is a took idiot who can't
even walk and shot gum at the same time, she
looks so deformed from all the plastic surgery, and now
she looks like the ancient each Egyptian god Anubis. At way,
she didn't knock her up in more spawns to destroy

(38:01):
this world. I can't begin to fathom how many brain
cells you lost by being around Tim and her degenerate
family in order to replenish all those bread dan cells.
I'm gonna do you a solid. I'm gonna start a
go fund Me page to make donations to pay for
a world class neurosurgeon three store those brain cells but
performing a lobotomies. All right, that's our man, Mace. He
always brings it right. And you know what, Chris, he

(38:22):
heard the music, he knew he had to get out.
Yeah right, he that was a relatively recent one too,
Chris HUMPHRIESE. That's just that's young for Mace. All right,
it's the Eye couple we're signing off. Look, go to iTunes,
Apple podcast or SoundCloud download, subscribe five stars and a comment,
keep it locked right here. Jason Smith and Mike Harmon
