in a phase right now that we gotta we gotta
be a little smarter in certain situations. So I mean,
it's it's all part of growing as a play caller. Now,
there's levels to this, y'all. Jerry just through shade as
ceedee lamb. Mike McCarthy just threw shade at his off
as a coordinator. Uh, what's yall's interpretation of this? Because

this is the epitome of what you could categorize as
big deed dysfunction. Man. Listen, they the season is pretty
much over for the Cowboys and the season just started. Yeah,
Mike McCarthy I mean, all they're doing is throwing each
other under the bus. Really, Mike McCarthy is basically in

a roundaby way saying Kelen Winslow needs to make adjustments
in Kelly Moore. I mean, yeah, Kelln Winslo, Kelly more
needs to make And why would he for real, why
would you say that publicly? Which just tell him in
the meeting, tell him in the staff meeting. You know
you don't have to say that publicly. And Ceedee Lamb, Yeah,

he needs to get open. Yeah, receivers need to catch
the ball when they're covered, and I'm sure he has
and I'm sure he will do. But you're not going
to do that snapping and snap out where you're just
covered and just completely Most people make contested catches all
the time. But this is what happens when you take
for granted how good Mary Cooper was. They took out

for granted, And so now this is what you wanted.
The whole offseason, all we heard was Ceedee Lamb is
gonna be the number one receiver. He's ready to be
the number one receiver. He's gonna take over. He's wearing

so let's hope he can get it together. But this
is what you guys wanted. Make it work. Man. There's

this man to be the office of coordinated for your

So you hired this man, deal with it. If you
want to get if you want to fire them, you
can also do that. But just like t J just said,
Mark Cooper is a number one. While receiving this league,
it is very difficult to go out and to be
a number one a wide receiver weekend and week out.
Like I always say, you can neutralize size, but you

cannot loutralize speed. And I will say this from a
CDEE Lamb stand for him. Listen if you are if
you are a great wide receiver, you expect to get
double covered. But Ceedee Lamb is not one of those
guys where you can just put them in one on
one situations or you can't put them on or double
coverage and the storm a jump ball and tell them
to go get it. How many times is that going

to happen? And you got to also realize and understand
from a wide receiver standpoint, one of the most difficult
things for wide receiver. Dude, I had an issue with
it for two of my first two three years in
the league. You're no longer going to be four or
five yards in front of guys on creating separations, and
for for you to be in the number one while
receiving to be elite, you're gonna have to be able

to make contested catches in this league. That's just how
the game goes. You're not gonna be wide open. You're
gonna have to fight through some courages and get open.
You you the man. Now, this is what we all want,
and now you have to go out and produce and
make contested catches on Sunday if you want to help
that football team. Moved the chains down the football field.

So whether they go from here, you don't have Dak Prescott.

who just blew it last week. They're gonna try to
run you off the field. Absolutely, And and Nephew J Jones,
you want to put that bs out there talking about
that Dak Prescott is only gonna be out four weeks.
Since when a broken thumber surgeon to play, it went
from eight weeks to four weeks. So I'm just saying,

I'm saying that Dak Prescott is gonna be out eight weeks.
Four weeks is of no go because it's already been
one week and if he just had surgery, then he
will not be on the field of another three weeks.

ginormous fight. What what can we expect? We can expect
fireworks from a fight that is four years delayed, But
do not be remissed because Canelo Alvarez has created an

amazing body of work within that four years. I mean literally,
this man went to become the first ever super middleweight,
unified and undisputed champion of the world when he defeated
Cava plant And I mean, with the exception of his
last fight against Dmitri Biball, this man is going on
the eight old wind Street. Don't jumping through weight classes,
light heavyweight, middleweight, super middleweight. Cannelo is proving that he

is the face of boxing, as Floyd Maywell have said
after they thought that he would become so. At the
end of the day, Cannello has nothing left to prove.
But against Triple G there are doubts because for one
draw to one majority decision on Carnelo side, people still
want to see if Triple G could win this third fight. Man,
you know that one draw is a victory for Triple G.

They you know, boxing is so corrupt, they cheated him
out the victory. He lost a second fight. This third
fight for me is to decide who's the best. If
we're being honestly, and you really judge the fight honestly
and not for who you root for. People will say
Cannella waited ahimount if it's so personal, why wait so

long to have a trilogy, You waited for him to
get old. How do you see this fight going? Considering
Triple G s forty, his style does not age well,
and Cannello, like you, he's Jeff and weight classes, but
he seems to be punching harder everyweight classy goes up in.

the boxing business man. It's a fullish shenanigans, the pol tricks,
and you know Cannello and Triple G both went through
a couple of situations. For instance, right after Cannello Verus
Triple G two. Cannelo decided pretty much maybe for a
year or two after he was done with Oscar de
la Joya and Golden Boy Promotions. Now, this was also

a tragedy of COVID nineteen when Canelo signed a baseball
side contract for three hundred and sixty five million with
The Zone for eleven fights. For those who believed his
Zone has not um made well on its promise to subscribers,
that's an opinion, but some people feel like the Zone

they failed. Cannelo felt like, don't care about COVID nineteen.

He had his whole career in America under Able Sanchez's trainer. Now,
as LaVar knows, I've been a fight promoter and I

used to work with these guys. Able Sanchez was a
hundred percent of father figure, a custom model, if you will.
To Triple G's Mike Tyson. After Canelo first Triple G two,
Able had a lot of bad things to say about
his own fight or Triple G. Triple G said, you
know what, I'm gonna keep it flowing. I wanted Detroit style.
He started rocking with Jonathan Banks. That also created what

a new situation and Cannell, I mean, excume a Triple
G needs to figure out how him and Jonathan we're
gonna get together again before taking on the jugging off
that is Canelo. So boxing politics had a lot to
do with it, Plax. But to your point, yes, you
know this fight has been way too long. Triple G
is a little older now, foty years old, but he's
still slugging like crazy. And for those who don't know

past Triple G. But for Canello, he's put together an

to one temp scorecards will always be agreed just in

fans minds from s of that fight at either a
draw or had triple g win. It a red man.
I gotta I gotta agree and disagree with you men
at the same time. And man, you will usually be
seeing out of eye, you know, in his boxing and
seeing what's going on. But I do agree with you

to come into boxing and disrupt the flow of the
pay per view game. I do agree with you with

in the ring nine days after a fight. I believe
that him and this contract there. They're trying to get
get some of these fights out of the way because
because of the contract. But if he loses this fight
back to back in ninety days, what do they do
moving forward with Carnello Because right now he's not fighting well,

he's throwing a lot of power punches, he's not jabbing.
So if he loses this fight to to Triple G
ninety days a move from his last loss. But with
Dmitri Baval, what the dads a move on from there? Well,
I have to agree and disagree with you as well. Yes,
it is a bad look if Cannelo loses this fight
tonight against Triple G undeniably and gives Triple G a

lot more respect because he gets fourty years old. But
let's be honest. Abarez took on way more than he
could chew when he fought Dmitri BiVO. Yes, you knocked
out before before the fight. Let me say this. You
said he took on a lot of meat that he
can chew, but he was eating that tainting meat he

did eat. To talk with me, But I'm saying this
what I think Canelo God was a false sense of security.
You know, it's one of my favorite scenes man. Sometimes
you could win so long you have no idea what
a loss looks like. And Dmitri Bival was the one unicorn.
He did not expect this guy. I just said, Kasa
stan Ukrainian, I'm rushing in there. This is the new
thug life. Dmitri biball is stugged life, saying with your chance,

and Canello really thought he could go handle this. I
believed in him as well because he was crazy with it.
But Dmitri Bibo has been consistent, and Canelo honestly thought
he could power punch his way into a victory like
he did with Covallet. But that was that light heavyweight.
So again, if we were talking about middleweight super middleweight,
that that's where Canelo has been shining. Now, also to
your point, why is this a bad fight for Triple G? Well, Black,

you and I both know Triple Gs never for the
supermddle weight. In fact, he duck going up weight classes
because he was scared of andre Ward. So at the
end of the day, now he's fighting supermiddle weight for
undisputed against Canelo. This is actually a bad fight for
Triple G. M okay, but middle weight andre Ward called
this man out forever at want no parts andre Ward.

He's going with that, but let me step he's doing
in front of money though, let me step away from
Canelo Triple G for a second. I know where he's
going and Terence Crawford going to happen on November night, teeth.

is Terence Crawford decided, you know what, let me stop

to put respect on my name in these negotiations, and
let me go prove that I'm the best. I think
with Terence Crawford, we have a throwback fighter. We have
a Haglet level fighter that believes that this is his

go defeat Errol Spence so that we all get from
the respect he deserves. He's never had the hype machine

around him. Bob Adam does not know how to promote
certain kinds of fighters. He promotes the good guy. Terence
Crawford can be a good guy. He does a lot
for the community, but he has the visage of a
fighter that ain't playing no games and he's not really
here for the talk. Errol Spence plays a different position,
but he's also with Al Hayman, who knows how to
make stars. Top rank doesn't make stars. Stars come to

top rank, right, So back pack Yale Adam just knew
how to get him good fights for Paciale is a star.
When Floyd wanted to be the quote unquote bad guy
for white America and the shining star from Black America,
Bob Adam didn't know how to handle him. Floyd borders
freedom and started becoming money made with it. Terence Crawford
lied in that economy with Bob Aaron, which is why
he left and even claimed racism against his former promoter

going down. I'm going Cannelo Alvarez by decision. I'm going

I think him moving up a couple of weight classes.
I thought I'm expecting him and coming to the ring
about ten ten of fifteen pounds up from his normal weight.
And uh, I think he's gonna hit Carnelo with some
punches that's going to hurt. I think with with with
him not having to lose weight at forty years old.
That should be in his favor. I like Carnelo man

Canelos a hell of a boxer. I think I'm pulling
for Triple G just because I feel like a lot
of people waited him out, nobody wants the fighting. And
then when Kelly Brooke takes on the challenge and shows
certain weaknesses and Triple G and then everybody who felt
comfortable stepping up to the plate um, Triple G is
gonna have to fight a fight that he's never fought though,

and I don't know when you get forty years old,
can he Because Cannella looked like he gasped against Bivill.
So Triple G is gonna have to try to gas
and put pressure oning um, go to the body and
try to worry him out and hopefully in the later
round on step bowls. Well, I want a good fight,
but I would sound probably pulling for Triple Jesus because

I feel he got shafted in the first fighting a
lot of fighters that waited him out when he was
coming on that run in HBO. Alright, I'm gonna I'm

ceedee lamb. Mike McCarthy just threw shade at his off
as a coordinator. Uh, what's yall's interpretation of this? Because

this is the epitome of what you could categorize as
big deed dysfunction. Man. Listen, they the season is pretty
much over for the Cowboys and the season just started. Yeah,
Mike McCarthy I mean, all they're doing is throwing each
other under the bus. Really, Mike McCarthy is basically in

a roundaby way saying Kelen Winslow needs to make adjustments
in Kelly Moore. I mean, yeah, Kelln Winslo, Kelly more
needs to make And why would he for real, why
would you say that publicly? Which just tell him in
the meeting, tell him in the staff meeting. You know
you don't have to say that publicly. And Ceedee Lamb, Yeah,

he needs to get open. Yeah, receivers need to catch
the ball when they're covered, and I'm sure he has
and I'm sure he will do. But you're not going
to do that snapping and snap out where you're just
covered and just completely Most people make contested catches all
the time. But this is what happens when you take
for granted how good Mary Cooper was. They took out

for granted, And so now this is what you wanted.
The whole offseason, all we heard was Ceedee Lamb is
gonna be the number one receiver. He's ready to be
the number one receiver. He's gonna take over. He's wearing
number eighty A. Mikeel Irving, Dad's Brian Ceedee lamb and
so let's hope he can get it together. But this
is what you guys wanted. Make it work. Man. There's

so many storylines to this. I just don't even know
whether begin. T J coming into the show, your your words. Uh.
If Mike McCarthy doesn't make the playoffs in the first roend,
he's out of there. Guess what he gone that came
out and said, you know what, y'all ain't gonna put

So you hired this man, deal with it. If you
want to get if you want to fire them, you
can also do that. But just like t J just said,
Mark Cooper is a number one. While receiving this league,
it is very difficult to go out and to be
a number one a wide receiver weekend and week out.
Like I always say, you can neutralize size, but you

cannot loutralize speed. And I will say this from a
CDEE Lamb stand for him. Listen if you are if
you are a great wide receiver, you expect to get
double covered. But Ceedee Lamb is not one of those
guys where you can just put them in one on
one situations or you can't put them on or double
coverage and the storm a jump ball and tell them
to go get it. How many times is that going
(08:48):
to happen? And you got to also realize and understand
from a wide receiver standpoint, one of the most difficult
things for wide receiver. Dude, I had an issue with
it for two of my first two three years in
the league. You're no longer going to be four or
five yards in front of guys on creating separations, and
for for you to be in the number one while
receiving to be elite, you're gonna have to be able
(09:11):
to make contested catches in this league. That's just how
the game goes. You're not gonna be wide open. You're
gonna have to fight through some courages and get open.
You you the man. Now, this is what we all want,
and now you have to go out and produce and
make contested catches on Sunday if you want to help
that football team. Moved the chains down the football field.
(09:33):
So whether they go from here, you don't have Dak Prescott.
You're throwing coloring more under the bus. Ceedee Land wants
more ball throws the way he catches. It's two wide
of eleven talkings. So something they write. So what you're
gonna do now, you're gonna blame it on the backup quarterback.
Somebody gonna have to take the blame. But Mike McCarthy
has already came out and said, y'all are not gonna
blame this on me. So it's calling more the want

his job because of a lack of success, y'all think

They didn't want to lose Kellen Moore. Kelly more he
was offered the head coaching job at Boise State. He

fire him. He can't can't. He's still the head coach,
head coach. He can fire Listen Garon, I was garen Te.
Mike McCarthy does not have the power to fire Kella More.

from eight weeks to four weeks. So I'm just saying,

Four weeks is of no go because it's already been

this man went to become the first ever super middleweight,
unified and undisputed champion of the world when he defeated
Cava plant And I mean, with the exception of his
last fight against Dmitri Biball, this man is going on
the eight old wind Street. Don't jumping through weight classes,
light heavyweight, middleweight, super middleweight. Cannelo is proving that he

is the face of boxing, as Floyd Maywell have said
after they thought that he would become so. At the
end of the day, Cannello has nothing left to prove.
But against Triple G there are doubts because for one
draw to one majority decision on Carnelo side, people still
want to see if Triple G could win this third fight. Man,
you know that one draw is a victory for Triple G.

They you know, boxing is so corrupt, they cheated him
out the victory. He lost a second fight. This third
fight for me is to decide who's the best. If
we're being honestly, and you really judge the fight honestly
and not for who you root for. People will say
Cannella waited ahimount if it's so personal, why wait so

long to have a trilogy, You waited for him to
get old. How do you see this fight going? Considering
Triple G s forty, his style does not age well,
and Cannello, like you, he's Jeff and weight classes, but
he seems to be punching harder everyweight classy goes up in.

the boxing business man. It's a fullish shenanigans, the pol tricks,
and you know Cannello and Triple G both went through
a couple of situations. For instance, right after Cannello Verus
Triple G two. Cannelo decided pretty much maybe for a
year or two after he was done with Oscar de
la Joya and Golden Boy Promotions. Now, this was also

a tragedy of COVID nineteen when Canelo signed a baseball
side contract for three hundred and sixty five million with
The Zone for eleven fights. For those who believed his
Zone has not um made well on its promise to subscribers,
that's an opinion, but some people feel like the Zone
try to disrupt the pay per view narratives and that
they failed. Cannelo felt like, don't care about COVID nineteen.

and Dubai, I want my fights in my bread And
when Oscar couldn't do that, he said, it's time the role,

and Cannelo had to figure out what being a free

He had his whole career in America under Able Sanchez's trainer. Now,
as LaVar knows, I've been a fight promoter and I

used to work with these guys. Able Sanchez was a
hundred percent of father figure, a custom model, if you will.
To Triple G's Mike Tyson. After Canelo first Triple G two,
Able had a lot of bad things to say about
his own fight or Triple G. Triple G said, you
know what, I'm gonna keep it flowing. I wanted Detroit style.
He started rocking with Jonathan Banks. That also created what

a new situation and Cannell, I mean, excume a Triple
G needs to figure out how him and Jonathan we're
gonna get together again before taking on the jugging off
that is Canelo. So boxing politics had a lot to
do with it, Plax. But to your point, yes, you
know this fight has been way too long. Triple G
is a little older now, foty years old, but he's
still slugging like crazy. And for those who don't know

Ukrainians because that kind of stacking, these are the new
thug life, bro, this is life. They popping Russians, they
going in and they're doing right back to the fight game.
These guys are monsters, bro. So I'm not taking that
past Triple G. But for Canello, he's put together an
amazing body of work. But yes, that first fight where
Adelaide Bird to judge gave Cannello one hundred and eighteen
to one temp scorecards will always be agreed just in

fans minds from s of that fight at either a
draw or had triple g win. It a red man.
I gotta I gotta agree and disagree with you men
at the same time. And man, you will usually be
seeing out of eye, you know, in his boxing and
seeing what's going on. But I do agree with you

to come into boxing and disrupt the flow of the
pay per view game. I do agree with you with
