up on Game and up on game presents a lot
of good content there for you. All right, let's jump
into it. I mean, you guys watch a lot of football,
and there would be no reason to think that with
the roster that the Denver Denver Broncos brought into this

(03:05):
season that they would be struggling the way that they are.
But yet we find ourselves seeing this team struggle. Guys,
we have a conversation about Russ talking about call out
run passed from the sideline, the guys urging them call
out run passed as if the defense needed assisting. They
did really well against the Colts. I mean, they played

(03:26):
well enough for the team to win, and they did not.
So where are we placing the concern if it's concerned,
Where are we placing the blame if it's blame? What
are you guys thinking about this Denver Broncos team, because
it doesn't look good right now? For them, well, well

(03:46):
for me, I don't know if you recalled this. I
did have to Broncos finishing last in that division, and
so am I surprised, Yes, and no, I'm surprised at
Russell Wilson isn't playing better, But I'm not surprised that
the Broncos aren't winning games. I picked him to finish

(04:07):
last in that division. And when when you look at
it's a new head coach, new quarterback. You gotta learn
each other, dude. It's it's tough for them because when
you look at the game, kJ Hamler is open, he
doesn't get the ball. That happens a ton. His reaction
to not getting that ball shows me everything isn't right.

(04:32):
Yeah you're open, Yeah you didn't get He slammed his
helmet and he he was disgusted as if he feels like, man,
you ain't throwing me the ball on purpose. That's a
bad thing. So to me, that that shows leadership. Uh
that we may believe Russell Wilson has or the respect

(04:53):
he has, it isn't there. It's his reaction to not
getting the ball shows me everything. And so I'm surprised
that Russell Wilson isn't playing better because of what he's done.
But I picked the Broncos and finished last in that
division for a reason. I just thought the teams in
that division were better. Um, the Raiders are in last

(05:14):
right now. I believe that will change. But the Bronco
man it offensively. If you Russell Wilson. I believed through
two seventy yards, seventy of those yards came on screen passes,
So really he threw the ball behind the line of
scrimmage in the backs. I got the majority of those yards,
and so he needs to play better. Man. It's almost like, wow,

(05:37):
what did Seattle trade Timber? Like he's damaged? Goods almost
and I don't believe he's damaged, but he he needs
to play better. It's as simple as that. Well, uh,
first of all, how y'all guys doing today? How how
you know what I did? Skip that? First of all?
How you doing to this thought? He skipped it on
purpose because he excited to get into this show today.

(06:00):
I was so punned us up. How you doing today? Man? Hey, hey,
hold on, hold on hold, I'm doing great. I'm doing great.
But but but fellas fellas, how y'all doing today? And
everything is beautiful? Man, everything is beautiful. How you doing?
T J? How you doing bad? Hey? Man? You know

(06:20):
a little bar I'm chilling man. Good to go, man,
ready to do this show? Watch some football coach, some
softball man having fun. Plex wanted to turn on that
smooth before he got into destroying somebody or something. Alright, alright,
well oh oh yeah, that's how they'd be signing them

(06:42):
with the smooth sounds of Plexico bursts and t J.
Hodgeman Zannah, yeah, hell man, cut the music, Man, show
me what you're feeling? What you what are you feeling?
Plex what what are you? Is it? Russ? Is it
the coach? Coach? Don't look like he got no control
over the inmates, man, man, Um, you know what, t J.

(07:06):
I agree with you, man. I'm really surprised that you
know how Russ has been playing in the first month
of this season, because you know, he has all the
weapons on the outside to be able to at least
be be a good be playing well right now, and
I just can't figure it out. But I will say this, man,
you have to put some of the blame also on

(07:27):
the one the officer coordinator hack Man. It's really the
He doesn't have a lot of offensive calling experience because
he was officer coordinator in Green Bay for the last
three seasons, but Matt la Floy was calling the place,
so they have to figure it out. I don't know
what what's going on with Russ because I think for
the first time myself so I'm throwing nook interception in

(07:49):
the middle of film, Like, I don't believe I've never
saw him do that before. It's just it's uncharacteristic of
him to to to making those kind of plays. And
even on the the the interception that he uh drough
to Stephon Gilmore, it's a double post concept, Dino concept,
and they called him in quarters, but the ball is

(08:10):
late coming out, it's behind him and almost it almost
kind of seems that the Stefon Gilmore abated him into
making that throw because it was just such a clean interception.
But he has to play better man, there's no doubt
about it. And just like TJ said, I also picked
them to to finish last in the a f C
West because how good the quarterbacks and the defense are

(08:31):
in that division. But if they don't listen, I don't
think they're gonna, you know, make the playoffs. At at
any trace of imagination, I probably got the dem Broncos
going like six and eleven, seven and ten. Hey, do
you guys recall the play Jerry Judy had an over route.
If Russell Wilson throws him to the sideline, that's a

(08:52):
catch of thirty forty yards. He throws them up the
field when the safety kind of jumped over Judy's back
and almost picked it off. If Russell throws that towards
the sideline, that's a big game. That's a bad throw.
And they gloss over that he loves Sutton. He loves Sutton.

(09:14):
And I will also say this, listening to Russell Wilson's
press confidence after the game, he made a predetermined decision
that he was going to Courtland Sutton based on the
coverage that he was getting. He was getting press, bump,
man and man, and he's gonna give his big guys
the single. You got to go to the other side

(09:35):
that on the side that the field was wide over
at least if you make that throw. Granted he had
a defender in his face, I understand that, uh caughting
Sutton six fourth man put that ball ten twelve feet
and make and make him go up and make him play.
But at the same time, listen, Tom Brady doesn't make
that mistake. I'd say, here's here's here's the issue. And

(09:56):
I mean, we're focusing in on one play, but I
think the big issue here is what we just said. One.
First of all, it starts with leadership. I think right
now that's fake leadership by Russ Wilson. It's fake leadership
because all your accolades and everything that you've done happened
somewhere else, and you have yet to play well with

(10:20):
the Denver Broncos. So you don't get you You you
get a grace period because of your reputation and because
of your your accomplishments, but you only get so much
of a grace period. You're too far into the season
now to be doing some of the things that you're doing,
and to think that your your prior career is going
to be the reason why you're not held accountable for

(10:43):
what's going on. That's first and foremost. Secondly, there's a
lack of trust. And I think that lack of trust
one it showed with them kicking a sixty four yard
field goal and they had enough time to run at
least one more play. There's a lack of trust from
the head coach. And who that's in I don't know.
Is their buyer remorts for for the quarterback, I don't know,

(11:04):
but it's it starts with the the head coach. Secondly,
Russell Wilson doesn't have trust for his receivers. Because there's
receivers running and these are good receivers. This should be
one of the best dynamic it should be one of
the best receiving corps in the National Football League. And
and they're running wide open. Like if you're watching the

(11:25):
film kJ Handler, you know, Judy, these guys are running
wide open on the field and he's he's not seeing them.
What's that? What in what school is? Well? You know
he's from Penn State. But I mean when he looked
for him last week the last game, you got a
big play. You gotta you gotta an explosive play. I

(11:46):
just think that Russell Wilson doesn't trust anybody but Suttlon
or Sutton, and it's costing him not only success on
the field, it's costing him um relationships in that locker room.
Can let me ask you all this. You know how
people Russell Wilson is corny, he's lame, he's this, he's

(12:06):
at he is no, no, no, no. The son he
is to some is on social media. So let me
ask you this though, because I don't know the man
well his Because quarterbacks get way too much credit when
things go well, and they also take way too much
of the blame when things go bad. Well, this starts

(12:28):
to turn the locker room against him, because when he
got there was all Russe is a great leader, He's this,
he's at well this start. I think it's already starting.
I think it's already started. You know, you know what
the most beautiful thing about this game, Thursty is what
is it? Nobody's talking about Matt Ryan. That's funny, that's funny.

(12:50):
It was some trash this game. They would be crucifying
right now. Some trash. Absolutely he was. But they were
both some trash and Matt Ryan ain't getting paid what
Russell Wilson's getting and winning solves a lot of problems,
just does it does its silences? It doesn't solve the

(13:12):
problem because they got a problem with Matt Ryan. And
there's no doubt about it. That was a trash can
quarterback game. That was That was Thursday night trash can quarterback.
That's what that was. Hey, what the bottom line is
he was less trash than what Russell Wilson was. Hey,
what do you think when when when Wilson, you know,
when he's with the Seahawks, he finishes press conference, Go Hawks,

(13:32):
and now is Broncos country. That's right. Where do you
think this comes from? Like what, guys, I'm not gonna
I mean, you've been there three months, Like I just
don't understand that. I don't either, But they're gonna have
to figure it out because if you know, if you're
paying attention, it was the former ownership group that brought

(13:55):
Russell Wilson in. It's a former ownership group that about
this this head coach. They could be the Russell Wilson
he good, Yeah, he's good. He know he's good. Nobody
taking that contract. Nobody he's good financially, but is he
good legacy? I truly believe if they don't turn this

(14:19):
around this year, Nathaniel Hackett is going they're gonna make
a run of Sean Payton. God, don't make a run
of Sean Payton, because they have the pockets to pay
him a kind of contract to where it's like h
and George Patton, who's the GM. Sean Payton will in
turn have more credibility didn't hit, So Sean Payton will

(14:41):
basically be running the organization hand in hand like he
didn't worn with Mickey Loomis. And so I believe they
don't turn this around Sean Pagne. They're gonna offer him
a boatload of money. H he gonna he'll leave TV
and he'll be the next coach of the Denver Broncos.
Hocket is hacking it up right now. I wouldn't be
are stuck with Russell Wills to through thousand seven. So

(15:01):
he has four years a hundred and sixty one hundred
sixty one minut and guaranteed into as good as that
least all they had to play complementary football on offense
because that defense is outstanding ball that defense good. Yes
they are. This Fox Sports Radio you're listening to Up
on Game. We're gonna take a quick break. On the

(15:22):
other side, we're gonna bring in our got James Jackson,
j J. If you're nasty for this week's edition, up,

this was a whole lot to absorb, so make sure
that you do it because we're coming right back at

we uh we've been talking broncos and I just got
a little little snippet of of this Week's on your Head,
So take a listen. This Week's on your Head. It's

(16:49):
like I'm on your head with James Jackson. I am
really surprised at the amount of good teams that are
struggling to start the season in the NFL out. Some
of these teams got to figure it out as a whole,
but there are some teams who know exactly what their
problem is. And it's even worse when that problem is

(17:09):
your newly signed two hundred million dollar quarterback holding you back.
Russell Wilson. Let's ride. I'm on your head man now.
How are you gonna tell Broncos nation less ride than
just lead him down the wrong path to start? See
the Ruggers come out of the gate two and three
this season, and in large part on the fall of
Russell Wilson, who looks like he might be seeing the

(17:31):
same ghost that Sam Donald was seeing a couple of
seasons ago. That performance that we just saw on Thursday
night was bad man, missing water upon receivers with the
game on the line and everything. It seems like his
connection with his White House right now is worse than
my connection with you all last weekend. Come on, guys,
we could joke about that now, right Russ must have
gotten kicked out of Gordon Ramsay's kitchen because no one's

(17:52):
asking that brother to cook anymore. We know things ended
roughly with the Seahawks last season because they wouldn't take
the reins off the offense and let Russ completely do him,
And now we might know why. Right now, things are
more out of control than a bucking Bronco at the rodeo, y'all,
And I don't know how they get it better. Completing
under sixty of his passes only four touchdowns to three

(18:14):
interceptions on an eight two quarterback rating, shakey baby, And
what really puts salt in the wound for Broncos fans
is that Russ just signed one of the highest guaranteed
contracts in NFL history. So it looks like y'all are
stuck with the brother for the foreseeable future. And I
hope he gets it right because right now things are

(18:35):
rockier than the rocky mountains out there in Denver. I'm
on your head, all right, Uh, let's do this. Tom
Brady seems to agree with what what James had to
say about about poor play. Uh, let's get an update
from our guy Isaac Lowan Kron the legend himself, and

(18:55):
then we'll come back to some sound from Tom Brady
that kind of doubles down what my man, James Jackson
had to say. What fellas I got the college football
scoreboard leading off and some interesting comments from NFL Commissioner
Roger Goodell that I know you'll be curious to here
in just a couple of moments. But first fourth rank
in Michigan out to a seven nothing lead at Indiana

(19:17):
midway through the first quarter, Eighth ranked Tennessee already a
ten nothing leading, Number twenty five l s U nine
minutes out of the ballgame, seventeen ranked TCU at three
nothing lead at number nineteen Kansas with four minutes left
to play in the first quarter, and number twenty three
Mississippi State has just gone up fourteen to nothing over
Arkansas with four minutes left in the first quarter. At

(19:39):
the Cotton Bowl, Texas has just scored a touchdown to
take a six nothing lead over Oklahoma eight minutes in
the Longhorn starting Quinn at yours at quarterback today, he
is five out of six or forty seven yards for Oklahoma.
Is Davis Bevel getting the start at quarterback despite the
fact that it was and Gabriel, who of course suffered

(20:01):
a head injury and last Saturday's lost to TCU taking
early warmps and then taking pregame warmups just before kickoff
with Oklahoma's first string. But again it's Davis Bevil getting
the start at quarterback for the Sooner As. We also
have Game two of the American League Wild Card Series
underway from Cleveland. The Tampa Bay Rays and Guardians are

(20:23):
scoreless on the top of the second inning. Cleveland won
the opener in Game one yesterday. In the NFL, the
Washington Commanders officially activated rookie running back Brian Robinson from
the non football injury list for tomorrow's game against Tennessee,
less than six weeks after he was shot twice in
the leg when he was the victim of a robbery attempt.

(20:44):
And finally, today in London, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell was
doing a Q and A with Neil Reynolds of Sky
Sports and O C Human euro and said that he
was open to the possibility to one day having an
NFL division in Europe. Listen, we used to ask for
a franchise, Can we please have a division? That's not

(21:06):
that that's part of what we're doing it right. We're
trying to sort of see could you could you have
multiple locations in Europe where you could have it, you know,
an NFL franchise, because it would be easier as a division.
It would be easier as a division. I would I
would be interested to see how they could figure that
out in terms of playoffs in Super Bowl, but it

(21:28):
would be easier to just have a division. Now, if
you guys were still playing and free agency looms, would
you be open to signing with the team in a hypothetical.
Let's say four team NFL division. If they're giving me
a contract that says the same numbers as an American contract,
and I get that, I get that mark up, you know,

(21:50):
like the money over there had more more back and listen, man,
them flights to away games, bro and you got a playoffs. Man,
ain't know, but you're not. It's not gonna be flying
back and forth. You're gonna have a division. It's not
gonna be an entire league. You're talking about a division
like four teams. So listen to what I'm saying. Are

(22:12):
you okay? Listen to what I'm saying. Listen to what
I'm saying. Before y'all talk to me, Listen to what
I'm said. I'm gonna tell you exactly the same thing
that I just told you. If they create a division,
what if you don't have to make that trip over
here or or teams here, don't have to make that
trip over four teams? Right, how are they gonna play

(22:34):
in the NFL when you only play your division? You
would have to you'd have they'd have to figure it out.
That's what we're talking about. That's what I talk about.
So we're traveling back and forth. Four teams, four teams,
you played them twice a year, that'd be eight games
games because the other games coming from Yeah, that's true,
all right, Like the time, the amount of time they'll

(22:57):
be flying like they'll figure it out. You'll you'll fly
over their play a game. The following week would probably
be your bye week. But when they fly over here,
which would be what's the money? It's pounds, aloun is
at the pound? What is it? What's their money over there?

(23:19):
The euro? The euro? It's stronger than our money. So
if you gave me, if you gave me a contract
and in euros and it was the same numbers as
as the money over here, I'm going you gotta pay
taxes in both countries? How United States citizen? Yeah, I

(23:40):
guess you're. But there has to be something somewhere around that.
There has to be interesting to see. Obviously they're they're
they're playing in England for a reason. That's extensive. Doing
it for a reason, Well, the commissioner just said it.
I don't know. I think that would be interesting. I

(24:01):
think that'd be an interesting scenario. It's a great question.
I love. But let's revisit that another time. We're gonna
We're gonna shelf that one because you know what on
your head by j J was interesting. He started it
off by saying there's a lot of poor play in
the National Football League. Well, earlier this week, before the
Thursday night game, Tom Brady had this to say, And

(24:22):
I'm interested to hear about your you know what you
guys think opinion wise about what Tom Brady had to say.
Here's what he had. You know, I was thinking, I
think there's a lot of bad football from what I watch.
You know, I watch a lot of bad football, a
lot of poor quality of football. That's what I see. Now,
I'm gonna preface this before I let you guys go
by saying, I think it's funny when defenses are dominating.

(24:47):
It's poor football, you know what I mean. He would
not be saying that his defense is playing poor football.
He would be thinking and saying what he's saying, that
offenses are playing poorly. So you guys go ahead, because
that's to me, that's the premise of my whole discussion
on on this whole idea of it's poor football. No,
it's poor offense. I mean, to a certain degree, you

(25:12):
have a point, but let's be honest, the rules are
they favored off inside of the ball, So if you're
not moving up and down the field, it's poor football,
because that's what it's been in years past, years past,
the offense are growing up and down the field. So
now while of a sudden, is there a are offensive
not moving up and down the field like in previous years,

(25:36):
that has to be poor football because all the rules.
You can't touch your quarterback, you can't hit him here,
you can't hit him here, you can't touch your receiver here.
You all the rules right now, favorite offense. So if
it's not up and down the field like college football,
then you would have to say that. But he's a
part of that. I mean, I'm sure when he watches
the Bucks tape is poor football. Defenses are playing back

(26:00):
there about the offensive that they're not in sync, and
it could be a lot of people, don't A lot
of people, a lot of players. They're not playing in
the preseason anymore. It's not like when we played you
already knew the first game you played a series or two.
Second game you play in the first half, third game
you play in the first half, and probably through the
third quarter. It's different. So you're ready to go. Now.

(26:21):
Guys aren't playing in the preseason, so the first quarter
of the season in that sense, it's the preseason game
for a lot of these dudes. And so it could
be that, Hey, listen, I was gonna say the same thing.
If you look at the Los Angeles Charges, the Los
Angeles Rams, they are not playing any snaps in the preseason.

(26:41):
So the first action that they're getting is the is
the first game of the regular season, and they haven't
played football since the Super Bowl h January February, whenever
your season ended. You're talking about six seven months of
off of not any contact, getting getting in shape, football shape,

(27:05):
because there's nothing that can resemble game speed until you
get into the game and like your body goes in
the shop and then that's why you're having some of
all these injuries. And that's what I believe it is.
And these guys just have to go out and get
some reps during the preseason. I don't think it's bad football.

(27:27):
And everybody knows that this is the first month of
the season, those first four games, every team is trying
to establish an identity. We don't even really get into
the like the real season until October and listen, if
you're going into October, you're one in three or whatever
the case, maybe you probably won't make the playoffs because

(27:47):
everybody is is establishing their identity of the first month
of the season. And I don't believe it's just bad football.
You guys are just not playing well. I mean, that's
just what it is. I think there's validity to what
you guys are saying. I definitely buy into the whole
not playing in the preseason. I mean, generally speaking, when

(28:09):
you come into spring practices O t A. You know
many camps, the defenses are usually ahead of the offenses.
Is it's it's it's it's rare that you'll find an
offense that is ahead of the defense during those practices.
So I tend to agree with what you guys are saying.
But I do believe that with with these offensive schemes

(28:32):
that are copycat schemes, right like, most of these schemes
as of late are are either r P O S
or or it's it's a shale or or I guess
an imitation of the Shanahan coaching tree offense, or you know,
a a still almost like a West Coast style spread

(28:54):
offense with some of these these teams. I just think
defenses have caught up and there's want to have to
be some more innovation, you know, using these running quarterbacks.
It's it's not it's not open. Yeah, some more innovation.
They've got to be more innovative with the way that
they're calling games. I mean from my perspective as as
someone who watches it with a defensive eye, I just

(29:17):
think that defenses have now adjusted and adapted to to
the to the referee calls, you know, the rules. I
don't think I don't think that even I think the
NFL game has now become the college I mean the
college game has become the NFL game because these quarterbacks
are coming from systems where, uh, like you just said,
r B O, rpls, there's no longer that you know,

(29:40):
getting under center, five step drop, firing the football, seven
step drop play action. All of these guys on the shotgun. Now,
so all those all those college quarterbacks that are coming
into the NFL, though the all those NFL teams are
running the system. Just look at what happened between Joe
Flacco and Lamarge Accent. I didn't even know they had

(30:02):
a whole second offense when they inserted Lamar Jackson. When
did the Baltimore raven insert a whole offense for Lamar Jackson?
We we didn't even know know that existed until until
the Baltimore Ravens made him the starting quarterback. So that
that's what the teams are doing now. You said, no,

(30:24):
go ahead, go t J. It's defenses aren't catching up.
It's just the guys aren't playing in the preseason. Man,
they're not playing. And then you got quarterbacks taking hiatus
and so you would be team. So you're saying to
me that t J. Hushman's atta wouldn't be as good

(30:45):
as good enough to produce in early games because you
didn't play in preseason. That's what you're saying. It's not me,
it's the cohesion as a team as a whole. That's
you can play one. But under the current rules passing catches,
I mean, okay, there's a pass rush, but for large
land part running the ball, passing catch like it is

(31:09):
what it is. Yes, but it's that I'm I'm I
understand the game with football inside and out, okay, and
I know the game starts up front. That's true, without
the blocking with the offensive line, you have nothing. Without
your defensive line, you have nothing. So the game is
one and loss up front. And so if these guys,
if they're not playing that, they're not getting live reps.

(31:31):
When guys are really coming after the quarterback and really
trying to hit him, you have to adjust that. That
just it takes time. And in practice, yeah, we we're
going full speed. We were trying, and I'm running every
route full speed. But when I get in the game
and I walk out that tunnel and I see the
fans that are drilling and that kicks in. It's a

(31:53):
little different speed now during the game than it was
in practice because it had adrenaline of the fans and
the people that are support. This is just a different
speed that you play at than what you practice that.
And so you get that in the preseason, although it's
not a lot. You get that. You feel that excitement,
that adrenaline. They're not even getting it in the preseason.

(32:13):
And so now these three first three four games in
that since our preseason games, not for everybody, but for
the majority of them. But yes, defenses are playing better,
but man, some of this offensive football. Man, when you
look at it, it's almost like what are they doing?
Single high? I go here, too high, I go here,

(32:34):
I trust my receiver. I throw an anticipation completion. That's
not right now the breaking like every everybody say a
quick prayer for for coach Hart Uh, the running backs
coach for Michigan. He was just carded off of the field. UM,
I don't know. Do we don't have any details on it?

(32:55):
Do we do we yet? I loo, I'm not sure,
but that that's kind of a gary seeing watching UH
coach coach Mike card obviously if you know the name
he was running back for, it looked as I don't know,
I haven't seen the details on it, but it didn't

(33:16):
It didn't look great. Um didn't eat hit or he
just collapsed. Yeah, I don't. I don't. I don't think
they showed it. I'm not certain that they showed it
so UM, but they did. They did strap him. You know,
he was not hit. He was simply taken off the
field in a card on the back of his stretcher,
lying on his back. And that's all the details we

(33:38):
know for now. Uh. It just just happened moments ago.
So we're looking for reports coming out of the stadium
from reporters covering the game, So so we'll keep you updated. Okay,
Man stressed and running these dudes into the ground. Man, stress,
they run him into the ground. College coach Man, he
was coherent, He was coherent, but they were holding has

(34:01):
had Man. I don't want to make any speculations, but
that that looks like almost like a stroke like symptom.
That they eat bad food. They hardly get any sleep.
They recruit, they coach all day. I mean, they have
no free time for themselves and their families. Nothing. Man,
they need to tap on these hours that they can
actually work. Man, it's like there's no when winds enough enough.

(34:25):
I know a coach that was in college and he
went to the NFL. He was like, Man, then NFL
is a grind, but college is worse. Season ends you.
You can't even go home. As soon as we finish
our season, I'm on the road recruiting. I'm on the
road recruiting the day after our season is over. And
that's as if they have a bowl game, but they
get a couple of weeks off. He's on the road recruiting.

(34:45):
Then he comes back to practice for the ball game.
Bowl games over, He's on the road recruiting sleep. When
you get time to spend with your family. When I
have time, that was his answer, When I have time,
it's crazy, man, I thought and prayers with with coach
heart and his family. Man as speedy recovery to you. Man. Uh,
let's let's take a quick break. Let's take a break

(35:08):
on the other side. We'll we'll talk about what's going
on in Pittsburgh. Day named the new head coach. Excuse me,
not new head coach and a new uh starting quarterback.
I'm sorry, my mind is off right now. Boy sitting
here thinking about this this young man and coach it up. Yeah,
uh yeah, new starting quarterback in Pittsburgh. We'll get to that.

(37:24):
of the woods and your old stomping grounds, my my
old stomping grounds where I'm from, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Plex, we
could leave t J out of this conversation because we
know how he feels about Pittsburgh. Uh, but can you Pickett? Okay,
I'm just messing with baby. Yeah, equip to Equippa shouts
out to the quicks up all right, okay, yeah, home

(37:48):
A Derrell reevas Sean Gilbert. You know Tye Law Madonna? Okay, Madonna?
Who Madonna? Who do you? How many people you know? Madonna?
Madonna's from from? You? From Pittsburgh? You don't even know that. Well,
we're a football we're a football town. Well we don't
really get in all that other stuff. I thought you

(38:09):
that she ain't from No Pittsburgh, bro, look it up.
I'm looking it up right now, born Man and Mike Tomlins. Yes,
let's talk about this named Kenny Pikett. Plex was saying.
Plex was saying this from the very beginning, making your starter,
making your starter. And I and I said, Trabisky is

(38:31):
gonna start a handful of games, six maybe, and Pikett
will be the starting quarterbacktor after a little sooner than
I thought. But they're a nimick on offense. They can't
move the ball, Mitchell. He's not throwing the ball with anticipation.
He wants to see the guy open. In the league,
when you do that, it's too late. And so when

(38:52):
you have Chase Claypool, Deonte Johnson and George Pickens, those
three guys have shown and Pickings been a rookie, he
own give me a chance, I'm gonna make something happen.
That's what Kenny Pinkey will do. He will give his
playmakers a chance to make plays. And that's all you want.

(39:12):
Give them some chances on balls. If you do that,
you're good to go. Are they gonna make all the plays?
Probably not, but they're gonna make enough. And so Trabinsky
didn't get it done. Um, he was a little gunshot,
so to speak. Let's see what Kenny Picken do. He's
playing the stadium his whole career, and so it's just

(39:32):
a different locker room, a different uniform. Okay, plex, did
we lose plex? We're having technical difficult having some difficulties
for me. And did did you look it up where
Madonna from? She's not from Pittsburgh, Player, She's from Laquippa. No,

(39:55):
she's not. She was born in Bay City. Uh, Bay City, Michigan.
Where she grew up at? I don't know. It doesn't
say where she grew up your point of view, God,
I don't know. I don't know what to say. I
just think they think. I'm pretty certain she's from mixed Michigan.

(40:15):
All right, Hey, so so listen it. It may not
work out for Pittsburgh this year, is what I come
down to, but Kenny Pickett could be the man of
the future. That's that's what I will say. Um, we're
gonna start the next hour off uh much better than
how we ended it. All right, this is a whole game.

(40:36):
We'll be right back
