(02:37):
off with a little bit of super Bowl talk. We're
here at the Super Bowl in Atlanta, And I gotta
tell you, man, I know you and I and you
just said we are in Atlanta. In Atlanta, I meant, hey,
let me tell you something. Just just so everybody's clear

(02:58):
out there, LaVar is tie today. We did Radio Row
all week. Man, it has been been an awesome time.
Uh yeah, so just if I if I come up short,
I appreciated. Has had a long, strenuous week just working guys.
That's what it is. Just a long day of work,

(03:19):
a long week long. I'm a little foggy, Butlins today. Yeah,
we're gonna get it right. Yeah, we'll get it right.
All right. So we're still trying to work out some
technical issues. Uh Plexico is here but in a different location,
so we'll have to see if we can find his
com rex. But uh t J. There's been a lot

(03:40):
of buzz on on Radio Row, a lot of things
being discussed, and it just seems to be a really
really pro heavy Eagles conversation in terms of being the
foregone favorite of of this super Bowl. But I mean,
as the week has gone on, there are a lot
of people that are out there, some pundits that say

(04:02):
that the Kansas City Chiefs can be a team of
destiny and Patrick Mahomes is a player of destiny and
a generational talent. Where are you at now on Super
Bowl Eve? In terms of how you're looking at the game.
My opinion of what I believe is going to happen
has not changed. But the Chiefs are a good team.

(04:26):
Anybody that makes it a Super Bowl, you're a good team.
It's not as if you've gotten there by luck or
happen chance. The Chiefs are a good team. But when
you look at the matchups of this game, Kansas City
has one game record on defense. That's Chris Jones. He

(04:48):
can wreck the game. The strength of the Eagles offense
is their offensive line, and so will that game record
be be able to beat the Eagles at their strength,
at their best position? Um, I say no. But Chris

(05:11):
Jones is making an argument that he can rush and
it's not even an argument. He's done it. I can
rush from a three technique and get sacks and put
pressure on the quarterback. I can rush from a seven technique,
can get sacks and put pressure on the quarterback. And
so when you can do both, it's kind of hard
for the offensive game plan. But the Eagles are good
enough to wear that one v one lane Johnson. He

(05:35):
can hold his own Kelsey, he can owne his own. Malata,
the left tackle, he can hold his own. And we
didn't even I didn't even bring up the left or
the right guard. And so I just like the Eagles
strength um going against Kansas City strength, which is Chris

(05:55):
Jones now and in no disrespect to uh, Frank Clark
to flank. And that's the thing, there's no disrespect to him.
But when you watched their games, and specifically the Bengals game, man,
that was pretty much all uh Chris Jones. You got
all the pressure I think Frank Clark did, did uh.

(06:17):
I mean it was by far their best, their best
showing as a defensive unit in that last game that
they played, which kind of gave me a little bit
of a thought process that if Spagnola, because here here's
where I say, Kansas City has has a chance. They
have experience, Their coaching staff has experienced, their players have experienced,

(06:42):
They've played in this game before. It's a big game.
They've coached in this game before. Spagnola has done it
with multiple teams, you know, Andy Reid has done it
with multiple teams. And Andy Reid has really been the genesis,
the main piece to the whole puzzle, you know, the
only way to get experiences to get it. Yeah, so

(07:02):
you you you must go through that process eventually, Syrianni.
In those Philadelphia Eagles, this is this is their process.
And again the dude, well, spac No, Let's say, okay,
let's try to get Chris Jones on landing Nickerson. Let's
try to get Chris Jones matched up one on one
was with Isaac Siamolo. That that's the right guard. Now,

(07:26):
that's possible, But that is the best offensive line of football. Conversely,
and I'd be wrong if I didn't say this, the
chief offensive line is pretty damn good. It's pretty good. Yeah,
it's it's better than it was. Uh, it's gonna be
a match up, man. Think about it though, John Gannon is,

(07:50):
he's it's it's the first time defensive coordinator, gig for
him is the first time being in the Super Bowl, Sirianni,
first time being a head coach in the Super Bowl.
I just say, with two weeks of preparation, that experience,
I get it. You gotta player to get it. But
if I'm Andy Reid, I know how to game plan

(08:13):
for for the two weeks. They say he's one of
the hardest coaches to beat when he has more than
one week to prepare for a team. I just think
that they're going to have to put together their greatest
game plan ever and have to figure out a way
to get this team off balance and keep them off
balance on both offense and defense. Spagnola has shown that

(08:37):
he can put together defensive schemes that neutralize what a
team wants to do best and find the weakness. Tell me,
you tell me when Spagnola has had to face an
offense this dynamic in the run game and the multiple
looks that they're gonna give you in misdirection, and you

(08:57):
have to your eyes have to be in the right
place at all times. If you're a defensive player for
the Cheese, you can't play too high shell like they
played against the Bengals and think you're gonna stop the run.
Not this Eagles offensive run game. It's a different ball game.
And you come down a single hot now you're leaving
those receivers one on one. I don't care, I don't

(09:20):
I don't disagree with that, But if they're going to
have a chance to win, They're gonna have to figure
it out. They're gonna have to figure out how to
keep Jalen Hurts contained. They're gonna have to figure out
how to stop the run, and they're gonna have to
figure out how to do that on early downs. If
I'm a gambling man, if I come out and I'm Spagnola,
I'm going to try to confuse them with coverages. The

(09:42):
last go to the NFC Championship, the forty Niners, their
defense was unbelievable all year, and in that second half
they weren't able to keep up. The Eagles just they
just kept pounding Yeah out. But I think that God.

(10:04):
One of one of the things I love about spags
Man is that he makes adjustments according to what the
offense is doing. He's not your average defensive call. He's
not He's just not gonna sit back and just make
defensive calls just because he wants to. He is going
to adjust how well or whatever the Philadelphia Eagles are doing.

(10:26):
And Jalen Hurts if if if he if he's making
players getting out of the pocket, he's going to contain them.
If he's picking the zone apart, he's gonna bring pressure
but his thing, his main deal that he wants to do.
He wants to get pressure on the quarterback without blessing.
And that's spags, that's what he does. If they want

(10:48):
to change every defensive coordinator. Though no, it's not no,
it's not just on the run, yo. He just on
the run. And that's that's what makes them so good
in these big games. He understands that there's no next
play and there's no next week. He's going to make
a call. Your de coordinator, pleae, absolutely, of course, See

(11:14):
what's your decordinator when you're going to super boat? Hey,
but when I when I held out, hold up, when
I got Michael straighthand Justin tucked rushing of course without blitzing.
Of course I can. I'm a little bit because because

(11:35):
so much hold on learning, this defensive front is just
as impressive. They're just and and statistically speaking, it says
they're as impressive as the eighty five Bears. Bro. Like
that's in terms of getting pressure on the quarterback. In

(11:57):
terms of get pressure on the quarterback. The Eagles, the Eagles,
we're talking about Kansas City. That's right, I'm sorry, sorry,
my bad plaque. Yeah, yeah, you know what I take
that all back. I had moved on to the that's
because I was talking about the Eagles, and y'all go ahead,
go ahead, and go ahead and finish your point now

(12:18):
with Eagles, well, well again, my my point is is
that if SPACs can can keep them confused on on
defense and and and meaning make Jalen Hurts have to
win the game with his arm, and I'm going I'm
going to take my chances in this game with all
the talent that they have on the outsides for Philly,

(12:41):
I'm going to take my chance playing against the run
and trying to figure out how to get that pressure.
And if I'm not if I'm not stopping the run,
or excuse me, if I'm not calling a defense predominantly
to stop a run on what I would consider to
be a passing down, I'm still trying to play it
from a pressure pressure from a decent big point for

(13:03):
the Eagles. Justin, Huggy Fresher, Cocks don't win this football
game anymore. That's what it's gonna come down to. I mean,
and the thing about the Eagles, you say, Justin hard
and Fletcher Cocks, right, but then we're not even talking
about their best pass rusher and Hassan Reddick, we're not

(13:26):
talking about one of the better defensive tackles in the
last decade. And the Dominicans soon lendvall Brand. They are
so deep on that defensive line. The Eagles that their
backups have been consistent starters. So now when the starters
are out the game, you're like, Okay, now I'm backups

(13:46):
and these guys are starters as well, and they've been starters.
And so to me, it's gonna come down to can
the Eagles take away what the Chiefs want to do
on offense and let's get the ball to Travis Kelsey.
We know at we know they want to get the
ball to Travis Kelsey. Uh. Gardner Johnson put a stop

(14:09):
to that, because I believe that's gonna be the match
up the other day tomorrow. As Gardner Johnson on Travis Kelsey,
you gotta take Kelsey out of the game. That's that's
just playing that simple. When I played in this game
fifteen years ago, I believe I had two plays that
I was in a single coverage and that was my

(14:29):
first k that was the first third down of the
game and the last play that we had and they
understood that. Listen, man, we can't let this boy just
run around and single coverage of all night because we
ain't got a chance to win the game. So that
last player of the game and my first third down,
that was the only two plays in the Super Bowl
that I saw seing you coverage, and you gotta capitalize

(14:52):
on that. And Andy and and and uh and Spats
knows this. You gotta stop Travis Kels want to win
this game, we gotta break a plex think about this.
This is what that's what I want to know when
we come back from break, because you are the only
one that have played in the Super Bowl amongst us three.
The motions and and how you feel today the day

(15:16):
before the game kind of think about that. Let us
let the viewers in on what the players are going through, uh,
the day before the big game. When we come back,
plex you're about to give us to give us that's
all right, and this is up one game and we
are going to take a quick break. On the other
side of the break, we'll hear about Plexico's story on

(15:37):
that and we'll also get to something I'm on your head,
all right, We'll be right back. Welcome back into up
on game live from the tire iraq dot com studio.

That's code up on game only at Draft Kings sports Book. Uh,
we got a horrible echo, so let's see if we
could work on that, uh T T J. Before we
went to break, and we'll get to I'm on your Head,

(16:20):
On your Head by James Jackson and a moment from
Straight Facts podcast. But before we went to break, you
tease the conversation point to Plexico about Super Bowl experienced
pre pre pre night pre Super Bowl. You know that
twenty four hours before the game, the players, I mean,
I'm sure it's par for the course. You know, you

(16:41):
try to keep the schedule the same. So out here
in Arizona, it's just about ten thirty. They've gotten up,
they've probably had breakfast already, uh, preparing for a little
little walkthrough. But after that, plex the downtime, the meetings,
UM what's your mindset, your thoughts? Uh, are you seeing

(17:04):
your family or you've handled all of that? Take us
through that, man. Just I remember just waking up Saturday morning, man,
having breakfast with you know, my kids and Elijah, he
was only one years old at the time, and just
trying to just take it all in. And you really

(17:26):
don't understand as a player what you're going through. You
know what you're doing, but it's it's like a dream,
you know what I mean. You're sitting there and you
know exactly, I remember exactly what I had that morning
was an eggs sauce of little chicken breasts and you know,
some juice and all those stuff. But at the same time,

(17:50):
you're trying to bring your heart right down. That's how
crazy it is. The day before the game. You're trying
to just keep your heart rate then because you can,
you can, you can feel like boom boom boom, and
you just know that you're on the verge of um
doing something that you always dreamed of as a as

(18:11):
a child, and it's it's just a real moment going
on that date for the game. I mean waking up
Sunday morning and I started the ceiling and I was like,
oh my gosh, it is Super Bowl Sunday and you're
just going through the whole, you know, getting yourself together,
trying to keep the lid on the pot before uh

(18:34):
it bubbles over and explodes. Off Man and I remember
that ride from the hotel to the to to Glendale
to that stadium, and nobody on that bus at a
single word. And you know, going to the games t
j like on a on a regular Sunday, everybody laughing
at joking, having a good time. But nobody spoke on

(18:57):
that bus for forty minutes. Now. Uh hey, now, are
because you've had two weeks to prepare for this, Are
you getting the first fift team Friday and walking through
today or you getting the first fifteen tonight and walking
through tomorrow morning because the game starts a little later. Uh.

(19:21):
You know what, we basically just kept the script of same.
You know, we're gonna script the first team plays. We're
not gonna get away from that. We played them obviously
in the week sixteen and uh the last game of
the season, so we pretty much had a grip on
what they wanted to do offensively and defensively, and we
pretty much went in with the same game plan, but

(19:41):
we just put window dressing on the plays and our
model for that game. They know what if we don't
turn the football over, we do not lose this football game.
And I remember we was in a slot formation. We
were in a cafe curl with a seventh cut on
the inside and Rodney Harrison buzzed out in front of
me the day when it's like thirty three buzz. He

(20:04):
buzzed on in front of me, and I went down
inside and he kind of threw the time and off
for the route and he ran straight to the sideline
and I was trying to get definite, trying to get
a hype, but I was already a step short of
where I wanted to get to because he buzzed. He
surprised me in front of me, and he picked the
football off and he got an interception, and who's going

(20:25):
In a halftime, they kicked the field goal, they go
up seventeen fourteen, and we end up losing the game
by three m And some people uh enjoy the Super Bowl.
Some people enjoy playing in the Super Bowl, and some
people are just a little salty when they don't make
it to the Super Bowl. Let's let's go to this
week's I'm on your Head. Let's let's check out what

(20:46):
James Jackson has say before we get the trend it
now it's like this online your hat with James Jackson.
I hate sorry losers, man, I really do. Because you
win some and you lose something. That's just how the
game goes. And I can understand if I heard one person,

(21:07):
maybe two people complaining about they lost the NFC Championship
game and how they lost the NFC Championship game, but
I've damn never heard the whole team say something at
this point. So the San Francisco forty Niners shut up. Man,
I'm on your head. And hey, y'all, I know your
quarterback got knocked out of the game and you're rocking
with your four string quarterback at the end of the day.

(21:29):
But Brock didn't trip over his own feet and hurt himself,
Hassan Reddick, and that Eagles defense was living in your
backfield from Jump Street and not saying it was inevitable
that Brock was gonna get hurt. But his day wasn't
gonna get any easier even if he stayed in the
ball game. And I feel like I got a different
forty Niners player complaining about something every day. I mean,
on Monday, I hear Brandon a saying he's not impressed

(21:51):
with the Eagles defense. On Wednesday, I got s Max
saying he feels like something was stolen from them. George
Kittle said it hurts to lose a game where you
didn't have a court back, and how ironic got On Friday,
I got Debo talking about he didn't win in a
fair fight. Well, I'm sorry, Debo, but you got knocked
the heck out of the playoffs and it's something that

(22:11):
you gotta deal with. And I also noticed something. It's
like only offensive players that are saying these things, right, C.
Mac Brandon, I you, George Kiddo, Debo. It's almost as
if the defense still gave up thirty one points. I mean,
I don't hear anyone on the out side of the
ball saying that something unfair happened. They just couldn't face
Jalen all game, and trust me, I know that hurts. Sorry,

(22:33):
I couldn't help it, but the four Niners came into
Philly talking a whole bunch of trash, even dressed up
the Rocky statue like every other stupid team. And now
that y'all loss, you want to start copying. Please whatever, man,
And this is coming from me, a guy who loves
to hate on the Eagles, but sometimes you just gotta
give credit where credit is due, because even besides your

(22:55):
quarterback getting injured, it didn't really look pretty for you,
San fran I'm on your head. That might be one
of the best ones. I like that one right there.
All right, Letten, let's just look at them. No, no, no, bro,
I wouldn't say they were complaining. They were just kind
of salty that they didn't have them quarterback. Uh. I mean,

(23:20):
it's a little salting, but it's not complaining. Not complaining
that's kept playing. Do let me tell you something. If
they say, oh, it wasn't a fair fight because t J.
Replexico wasn't able to play in the game early, Like
if you get knocked out of the game, that's a
part of the game. Like I could see if they
came into the game they didn't have him. I can
understand that. But listen, let's get an update from from Alo.

(23:43):
We could continue this conversation because it also ties into
what Roger Goodell had to say about officiating. So hello,
let's get let's get a little trend in right now. First, fellas,
all continues to be quiet in Arizona on the eve
of Super Bowl fifty seven. If you're gonna be playing
in the Super Bowl, you do not want to see
yourself on TMZ today or tomorrow, at least before kickoff.

(24:05):
It's exactly how the Chiefs and the Eagles the day
before the Super Bowl. Though the other three sixty three
days of the year fine. Meanwhile, the Super Bowl hide
anything but quiet elsewhere, including guys in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania,
which is about sixty miles north of Philadelphia, where the
Lehigh County Coroner's Office issued its daily report of well

(24:29):
those who have passed on, and the fifth listing on
the corners report was and I quote Kansas City Chiefs
dash various age ranges. The Kansas City Chiefs will be
crushed and laid to rest on Sunday in Glendale, Arizona.
He announcement will be completed by the Philadelphia Eagles upon

(24:51):
completion of the Super Bowl goal Eagles unquote. So even
the Lehigh County are are they justifying homicide? That is
basically I mean, use you do it? Serious when the

(25:15):
Corners office is getting involved in pregame trash talking. Just
a thought here, Apparently they did not learn a lesson
from the mayor of Cincinnati. I'm just saying so, maybe JABRONI,
if the Chiefs win, maybe Travis Kelsey will mention the
Lehigh County Corners office after the game. Finally, on the

(25:36):
college basketball scoreboard right now, Number five Texas up twenty
seven to seventeen over West Virginia, eight minutes left to
play in the first Tenth ranked Marquette a thirty one
to nineteen lead at Georgetown, five and half left in
the first half. St. John's leading, Number twenty Providence twenty
seven to sixteen with seven twenty two will left to
play in the first half. Fellas back to you, all right? UH,

(26:01):
trade deadline moves Katie to the Sons Lakers reload. We'll
get to that, but first let's continue on with the conversation. Uh.
Roger Goodell had this to say, came out during the
week and had this to say about officiating. We do
have the sound on this, correct or do we not?
We have to sound Okay, let's hear the sound on this.

(26:21):
And I'm interested because I know that officiating is something
that has been a large topic and uh conversation that
how much will officiating play a part in the outcome
of this year's Super Bowl. Here's what the commissioner of
the NFL had to say, Roger Goodell, when you look
at officiating, I don't think it's ever been better in
the league. There are over forty two plays in the season.

(26:44):
Multiple infractions could occur on any place, and our officials
do an extraordinary job of getting those all right, what
what what's the reaction to that? Bill and listen? Can
you can you? Can you take the the personal burn
out of this conversation, TJ. Because ultimately, I think the

(27:04):
referees costed you opportunity. The youngsters would say as man
man and Elijah would say, that's cap, that's not And
and I love Roger Goodell because what he's done for
the game elevated him. Troy vincing those guys and the
things that they've done, but that's not the truth. They
have not done a great job. When we on TV,

(27:28):
I can see that the call is wrong and they
don't fix it. That's a problem. And so he's supposed
to say that his job. Imagine this yeah, I think
our officials have done a terrible job. That they're not
really good right now, but they will get better, will
work on them to be better moving forward. If he

(27:50):
says that, what faith do people have going into the
super Bowl? That's what he's supposed to say. And so
he did exactly what he's supposed to do. But he,
in his heart of hearts believe what he said is
the truth. Absolutely not, because there are multiplen fractions on
every play he's that's one thing he is correct about.

(28:12):
But sometimes they don't call him. They'll call a holding
one play, next places more egregious, and they won't call it,
uh pass interference. The next guy would be a little worse.
If they don't call it, you're rough a certain quarterback,
it's rough in the pastor to do another quarterback worse
than that, it's not rough in the pastor. And so

(28:33):
there's no consistency. But I hope for a good game.
But that is not the truth in the statement that
he put out there. And he and he knows that, say, man,
it's Bill me b o b man, it's a bunch
of Boulogne. He knows it, and we know it. But
what else is he supposed to say. Being a commission
of the league, he has to support the people that

(28:56):
they are hiring. So is he gonna and behind the podiums,
you know what? Uh? Officiation officiating has not been good.
Uh we need to get more guys or make it
a full time job, or whatever the case may be.
But he knows, Man, there are instances in these games
we we watched and witness from sitting on our couches

(29:18):
and the recliners, and we have instant replay and they
still get it wrong. And I thought that was the
whole reason behind the instant replay was to be able
to go and and and look at it under the
hood and assess it and make the right call. And

(29:39):
they still get it wrong. So how can you sit
there and say, as a commissioner, you can't be more
pleased by the officiating. We we we we've played. We
understand what happens and what goes on in live contact
and in motion and playing the game. But when you
have a chance to make it right. U. The first

(30:00):
thing that jumps out to me when when when Roger
Goodell was just speaking, was the Sean Payton in the
New Orleans Saints and the cornerback was beat. He knew it,
and he ran into him personally because you know what,
the defensive model in the mindset, you know what, just
give us one more play, because he knew that he

(30:21):
was gonna make personal interference pass interference against the guy,
you know, and it's going to be first and goal.
Give us another chance to line up, and that's what
how guys are taught. And he did it on purpose
and they still got it wrong. And that's the things
that that what I have a problem with from from

(30:43):
the officiating standpoint and him saying that you couldn't be happier,
no man, instant replay as supposed to get it right
and you still get it wrong. I hope it works
out for the Super Bowl where the referees don't turn
this into some type but unnecessary, unneeded attention and you're

(31:03):
recalling game he that was an important game or a
big game where you haven't walked away saying, wow, it's
one of those jobs. It's as bad as it's ever been.
If you ask me, it's one of them jobs that
was going to be straight. It's never it's never gonna
be a straight straight line, just being honest, It's never

(31:23):
gonna be a straight line. Hold on, we gotta jump
to the break because we gotta we got a heart out.
But listen, you're listening to Up on Game and that
that debate will continue, that is for certain, and it'll
be interesting to see what the referees do. Uh. T J.
Hudson's out of Plexico Burst. I'm LaVar Arrington. On the
other side of the break, NBA trade deadline moves. We'll
talk about the biggest news that came out of free agents,

(31:44):
well trades on that front. All right, we'll be right back.

fellow pro bowler T. J. Hudshman's otta and Super Bowl champion. Yep,
that's right, Plexico Birds. You can only name a show
with that type of talent on it. Up on Game.
We're going to be sharing our real life experiences loaded

(32:29):

the I Heart Radio app, Apple Podcast or wherever you
get your podcast from. All right, welcome back into Up
on Game. We are winding down our one, but good
for you, we have one more to go. All right,
we'll get to that. Yeah. Yeah, Uh. If you miss anything.

(32:54):
We talked Super Bowl uh matchups earlier on in the show.
We we had on your Head, which was one of
the ass on your heads that I've heard all season long.
Roger Goodell on officiating. Uh, you can check it out
on anywhere where you get your podcasts. It's Up on Game.
Make sure you search Up on Game and if you
really dig what you're here and make sure you hit
the subscribe button. We appreciate that very much. The NBA

(33:16):
trade deadline, they made some moves, obviously none bigger than
Kevin Durant heading out to where we currently are, Uh,
in Arizona, not in Atlanta like I said earlier. Uh,
we are in Arizona. Uh. He's to the Sun's Katie

(33:36):
had made it to the Sun. The Lakers have reloaded.
What what was the biggest takeaway that you guys have
from these these mega trades that took place. It was
it was shocked really once Kyrie got traded to the Mavericks,
which uh mr, And what did I say? What did
I say? Um? You did say that. I just know

(33:59):
it was wishful thinking. Me being a Laker fan. I
didn't want him to go to Dallas. That's all that was.
And then he goes to Dallas and then it was
just like the dominos just started to fall. You know,
we're not gonna trade Katie. Bam, Katie goes to the
Phoenix Suns. That right there is a game changer. You
get Katie, who's the best pure score in the NBA,

(34:22):
playing with Devin Booker, DeAndre Ayden and Chris Paul being
a distributor. If Katie can get healthy, that is that
that's gonna be tough to knock him out day day
because Katie is an underrated, really good defender. But then
I'm not gonna lie. I like what my Lakers did.
I like what we did? You know you you you

(34:45):
you uh you bring your De'angelo Russell back in the fold.
Good three point shooter Malik Beasley can shoot three, play
some defense. Vanderbilt. Also, I like what we've done. Um
more bomba is who's the big dude that can stretch
the floor? Um, I don't north. Austin River's got he

(35:05):
ran up out of Orlando. What she said was this city.
But I like the moves the Lakers made. Um. But
the Suns. I mean, when you when you get one
of the best players in the history of the game,
and Kevin Durant, uh you already in contention. But Kyrie
Irving going to Dallas is gonna be interesting because him
and Luke are both ball dominant. Um that that that

(35:27):
parent will be interesting. You just know, one on one
when they had a ball, it's pretty much a bucket. Man.
The craziest thing about the NBA is that these superstars,
and if you're like a role player on any team,
you're at the mercy of what these superstars want to do.
And the Brooklyn let's gotta basically got a whole basketball team.

(35:48):
You get Cam Johnson, you get uh McCaw, uh Bridges,
you get uh all of these guys. And I told
you last week when when it was hard for me
to the say that Kyrie Irvin didn't have this conversation

(36:10):
with kyn to rent when he chose to get traded.
And I said, you know what, come to Rents leaving.
There's no way he's standing in Brooklyn without Katie, with
with without Kyrie Irvin me in there and him going
to Dallas, which I said was the best fit for
him because it will allow Luca to play less minutes,

(36:30):
to take him off the ball, and now he can
be just a pure scorer instead of handling the ball,
playing forty eight minutes a night. And now he has
a player in Kyrie Irvin who's gonna give him points
to night. That's what the Dallas Mavericks need. But my man,
Matt Ishpia, my fellow Spartan, has went into Phoenix and

(36:56):
changed the whole landscape of the organization. You go in
and you make the trade. Do you know him? Course?
Come on, can we invest inns bro? Ask him? Man,
whenever you want to go to a Phoenix Suns game,
We're on the floor. We can go do whatever we
go to. You sure I can get to the Phoenix

(37:17):
Suns game. And I still can't even get my Jordan's
from you. Wow, But listen, I just brought that up
because Rob Parker was given a hard time. It creates
a uh, create something different because you're looking at the
Western Conference and you're just thinking Golden State and maybe Memphis.

(37:40):
Memphis would no longer be able to beat the Phoenix
Suns team in in in a seven game series. I
don't needn think that the Golden State Warriors can beat
a Phoenix team in a seven game series. But what
does the Phoenix Suns bench look like. We don't know,
but they have enough firepower and Kevin Durant and Devin
Booker I pretty much to beat anybody on any given night.

(38:05):
So looking forward, I said the Milwaukee Bucks and the
Golden State Warriors would be in the NBA Farmers. With
everything that is transparted at last week, I'm just going
to have to say that I like the Phoenix Suns
to get to the Western to to the to win

(38:27):
the Western Conference and they get to the NBA Finals,
And I still believe that the Milwaukee Bucks would get
through once Chris Middleton gets healthy. Well we'll see. You know,
I thought it was a pretty big trade, but I
do definitely think that the Phoenix Suns are in pold
position to to do some special things out in the West.

(38:48):
We are in then up on Game Show. We're live
from the Tiraq dot Com studio. It's t J. Hushmon's
out of It's Plexic Coal Burst. I'm LaVar Arrington. We
got a whole lot to get to and hour two.
The tease is coming up in a matter of moments,
but first we're gonna take a quick break. Okay, guys,
so make sure you stay locked in again. It's up

(39:10):
on Game all right, Fox Sports Radio. We'll check you
as soon as we get back from the break.
