Speaker 1 (00:00):
Are you ready to witness growing bring NFL fans, Welcome
to the largest tailgate party in the nation.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
Rock from the beginning, Rock from the beginning.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Because they're working today.

Speaker 4 (00:11):
Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Bet mg
the King of sports books.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
We're setting you up with the information you need to
watch your team win.

Speaker 4 (00:22):
Three is the in game. We're here to break it
all down hard.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
This is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by
Bett mg app. Now we're live from your tail game.
Here's Brian no Hire, NFL Betteran, Jeff Schwartz, and professional
sports better Bill crack Krackenberger.

Speaker 5 (00:46):
Ah, welcome in here, week sixteen of the NFL your
college football playoff, recap all of that good stuff. As
I see right now, it looks like our guy Jeff
Schwartz is on the road on where you head over there,
Jeff by in Utah.

Speaker 6 (01:01):
And the place we're staying at is a very high elevation.
Bryan's a two hundred almost at square feet. It's a
big place, a two hundred feet up in the air.
We're very high up. And if it seems like I'm
out of breath, not that I'm found out of shape.
It is the altitude. It is certainly the altitude I
could see. I mean, I mean, obviously we're on zoom
right now. You can I mean take a you can
take a piece. You got the mountain. This is I mean,

(01:23):
it's not look at that. Okay, yeah so, but but
work does not stop when the National Football League and
college football is happening right now. And I'd just like
to say congratulations to the Cultural Playoff Committee. You've got
what you wanted. Where the two top seeds have the
toughest games in the quarterfinals and the two losers of

(01:44):
the confege championship games are going straight to the semi finals.
Collet two hundred dollars passing, go right to boardwalk, and
you got what you wanted. This is the point of
the playoff, right was to get the best champion. Oh
no way. It's a reward people for winning the Mountain
West Conference. That's what it's for. So, Brian, I'm a

(02:06):
little peeved off. But Organna have to play Ohio State
at some point in the postseason. We're gonna do January first.
But yesterday was my most profitable college football day. I
went I went square. What does a crack call. Those
guys who have like the tape on their shoes. I
been every favorite, and I put them in parlays, and

(02:28):
I put them in all this other stuff with Montana
State and the Chiefs, and like I did the square
stuff possible because we have seen what happened yesterday and
Friday night. You graduated, you're irish. We have seen this
happen over eleven years of Colatortable Playoff where a team
has to step up in competition where they have not
played that level before. Now they're doing it on the road.

(02:50):
It's not neutral site. I mean Indiana had not played
in that environment ever in their life ever, right SMU,
never ever have they played an environment Tennessee's. When you
face Ohio State playing that well, it's hard to beat them.
And then obviously Texas and Clemson was sort of back
and forth, but a eight score kind of made that
a cover for Texas. But I was not surprised by

(03:12):
the results. But I don't know if you were. I
was not surprised at all. I even said to maybe
this group, I don't know what group it is. I
have proof I said this somewhere that I thought it
was more likely all favorites winning cover than one dog
wins out right.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Yeah, and I was right, Yeah, No, it wasn't surprising.

Speaker 5 (03:27):
I'm just glad, Listen, I'm glad that if you're gonna
point the finger at the committee, I totally agree with you.

Speaker 2 (03:33):
In terms of the seeding.

Speaker 5 (03:35):
And who gets the first round by it's a joke
like Oregon is the number one seed, their path should
be easier than a three or a four seed. It's
ridiculous that it worked out that way, so they have
to change that. I'm just glad that you weren't talking
trash about the committee like so many were because we
got these boat race first round games. It's like, not

(03:56):
everything's the committee's fault. This idea that, oh, you were
just supposed to put in Old miss despite three losses,
two of them to unranked teams Kentucky and Florida, just
because you think they would have given Notre Dame a
better game than I you. Why are we playing games then,
if we're not looking at wins and losses, Sorry, spare

(04:17):
me your tears. Ole Miss Alabama, who Miami, anybody who's
on the outside looking in win games.

Speaker 2 (04:24):
Don't lose the unranked teams and you'll be there.

Speaker 5 (04:27):
Not everything is the committee's fault. Why we got all
chalk in the first round.

Speaker 6 (04:33):
It's not that difficult. And you know, it's also funny
how there was this it's all SEC fans, by the way,
I don't even see. There's no Miami fans. I see.
They were like Miami should be in all SEC fans.
And you know the kickoff last night I think was
eight eastern of between o Housetaten and Tennessee. That's actually
when they logged off Twitter. I didn't notice any SEC
fans showed themselves after Ohio State blast Tennessee. They were there.

(04:57):
Paul Finbaum was certainly there early in the day. He
was there Friday, was there Saturday morning. I didn't see it.
Did I see? Did I miss anything from finally, maybe
we could have our research department look up a tweet
or a comment on TV about the CD I didn't.
I didn't see her. Did Herbie say something else after
he say after the game like Tennessee shouldn't have been
involved and or he's only said that about Indiana, Like

(05:18):
I'm just curious, like where the line is drawn? Oh
there we go, Thank thank you. Research departments get silence
on that one. By the way, the Tennessee team last
night that looked wholly unprepared to play Ohio States. They
beat Alabama, the team that everyone wants in the in
the tournament, and Alabama lost his twenty one point favorite
at Oklahoma. The old myst fans argument is, well, we

(05:38):
didn't get blown out by anybody. Congratulations, really good job
who The fact of the matter is, I've said this
for years, Hey, and I covered college football for years
on the PAC twelve Pac twelve Radio and whatnot. I
was against playoff expansion, Brian, because the reason why I
was against playoff expansion was the poor have a playoffs

(06:00):
to find a champion, and the champion's only coming out
of about five to six teams, and most you're just
like three teams, and we have this we could just
skip the first round, gone right to where we are now, Brian.
There was no need for the first round. And crack
I was telling Brian, what do you call what do
you call people that come into sports book with with
uh with tape on their shoes?

Speaker 3 (06:22):
What do you mean they're they're they're taped up.

Speaker 6 (06:25):
Yeah, Like you're like, uh, like the squares like like uh,
I think of a name for those guys. You you
you've said if I was telling Brian that I was
that guy yesterday, just just money line parlays with all
the favorites and college football, just just just load them up.
Yesterday I had Penn State note covering, note Dame covering.
I put Texas in a money line parlay and put

(06:45):
the Chiefs in the money line parlay. Crack I was,
I was squares could be yesterday and it paid off.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
Oh okay. Yeah. In other words, you're you're all favorite
money lines, you put them all together in a parlay,
and then you're waking up this morning thinking you're a genius.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (06:59):
But I did. Yeah. But yeah, but I'm gonna make
up for it with some NFL picks because they are
going to be as stinky as they come with with
some teams get some points today, it's I'll make up
for it. But it was funny, how like you know
some people that that we fade like the voice was
er for five in college football plays because they just
took all the dogs. They took all the dogs, like

(07:20):
there's all the season was a wacky season. Everyone the
dogs are going to cover. It's not it's not college FOOTBA.
When it comes playoff time, Man, this is Ohio State
last time. And that was that was Texas, Like these
teams are well prepared for these moments. Nor Adaim was
well prepared for that moment. Like these are good coaches
and they have a standing rosters and they are prepared
for these moments, and their teams were not. So it

(07:43):
was a fun day yesterday. I'm in Utah. I was
telling Brian this crack, and I was not able to
get down and opening numbers for Texas or Penn State,
because I will gladly take any of those opening numbers
you can give me on those two favorites come January.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
First, are you you're in an area there with your family? Right,
you're on the ski slopes? Now? Yes, how does that work?
Do you send the family out and and you're watching
the games today? Or yes?

Speaker 6 (08:11):
You know?

Speaker 3 (08:11):
Wow, wow, that's cool.

Speaker 6 (08:13):
Crack. It was a quick yes, yes, crack. You know.
We are well compensated, i'd say for doing this job.
I mean it's I don't say no right to the
when the check comes in, and I tell my wife
a lot like hun, I can't just take off during
earning season like if this is if this was like
after the super Bowl, great, I'll take a week off

(08:34):
of radio. I can't do that right now. So I
brought my whole I could send you have a picture.
I brought my whole setup to Utah, and basically I'm
doing like this show. Obviously we have the a little
bit of the the video element, but there are shows
I'm doing that, like our our video. So I have
my whole set up here. I got like coffee tables,
and I got like I got moved tables around the bedroom.

(08:55):
So this is a say this picture right now, this
is me yesterday watching NFL college football all together, tied together.
So yeah, I'm doing it all man. I mean, I'm
my kids are going out right now to go to
go to go skeeing about hour.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
Oh wow, no, I just you know, sometimes I remember
telling my wife and maybe we were married. I'm trying
to think I we were deeping or not back in
like the late nineties, early two thousands. Oh, we have
a wedding to go to Sunday. I say, wait, ho ho,
not Sunday. There's only you know, twenty weeks of the
NFL season here in college season, and you want me
to leave on a Sunday. Well, here's how it works.
I make X dollars a year, so that means, divided

(09:30):
amongst the twenty weeks, it's going to cost us twenty
one hundred and fifty dollars to go to the wedding.
So let's just be real, blunt, sweetie. Let's just give
them an envelope with double the amount.

Speaker 6 (09:41):
That's all it's about.

Speaker 3 (09:42):
No, that's all it's about. Anyway, you know, instead of
give them back, then let's instead of given a one
hundred gift two hundred or or three hundred, and and
she would get mad at me. She goes, that's not
what it's all about. It's about the beautiful bride, their
dress and then bride to make give me a break.
It's about the cash. Give them some extra cash. Everything
will be given. They won't even know we weren't there.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
You want to know our wedding day gift hack what
we did, and I don't think we plan to do this.
But we basically had a registry at like Dillards or Belts,
whatever it was nearby, and so everyone bought us stuff
and it was so like mismatched. I don't know why
my wife just put like random stuff on it that
we returned all of it. Wow, and then just bought

(10:24):
ourselves an entire like kitchen essentially, so like it ended
up working out for us. But yeah, I mean that's what. Yeah,
the wedding, I love. The GIFs were great. It was fantastic.
So yeah, I'm not taking this time off. My family knows,
I mean we might always been me sixteen years. She
understands how this works. And yeah, I got the TV
and iPad and watch a lot of ball today.

Speaker 3 (10:46):
Well nice, so you'll you'll watch all this stuff there
where the family's out wonderful. Brian is gonna be watching
I'm sure not, Brian. Do you go you go to
a book or do you stay local?

Speaker 5 (10:57):
Well here's the thing. I normally stay at the place
and watch all the games. But you could tell me
probably better crack here in Vegas, like the local games
get blacked out. I could normally watch on say like
the NFL app or whatever local game. I could still
get it. I would get the two local games, one
on my phone, one on my tablet, and I'm covered.

(11:17):
But here in Vegas they're like, no, it's blacked out.
I'm like it's blacked out.

Speaker 3 (11:21):
What do you mean.

Speaker 5 (11:22):
We've moved around all over the place, got rid of blackouts.
Not in Vegas. They haven't. Like you'll go and try
to access the local game, say on the NFL app
you cannot do it in Vegas.

Speaker 2 (11:36):
I don't know why.

Speaker 5 (11:37):
It's the only place I've been. There might be others,
but that's the only place I've been where it's like, sorry,
blacked out. So to answer your question, crack, I've gone
out a couple of times for the early games because
there might be a game or two that I really
want to see that's shocked out.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
Yeah. Sure, And for people home that are listening all
over the country. And then you say, oh my god,
you're in Vegas.

Speaker 6 (11:56):
You guys are in Vegas.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
What the Where? Where else would you like to be?
Whe else would you rather be? I should say than
Las Vegas to go watch games. It's not as easy
as that one. All these places now charge you, and
by the way, on the strip, ridiculous fifty bucks enough
to sit in a seat. People don't know that. People think, oh,
why you just go to the sports book and watch

(12:17):
games and sit down there with your buddies in order
to drink.

Speaker 4 (12:20):
No.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
First of all, drinks are hard to come by. Now,
the sports books don't give drinks out anywhere. They used
to get these things called drink tickets out all the time.
So one sports book started a trend. The rest of
them say, yeah, why are we giving these people drinks.
Let's save the money on drinks. Next thing is, oh,
let's charge for seats. They'll pay. If you build it,
they will come. Sure enough, people started paying for seats.
I mean, you go to Caesars, it's like fifty bucks.

(12:43):
I have the highest level card at Caesars. There is
the highest level card six figures in credit lines through
out their company's industry. I cannot get a free seat
to watch a game at Caesar's Palace. I cannot get
a free seat. You have to play to a certain level,
and you have to pay. Not only you have to play,
you have to pay for the seat or get a

(13:04):
host accompa seats. So we're stuck going to like local
casinos and listen. I like going to local casinos, but
it's no big deal. They have some really nice places.

Speaker 6 (13:13):
Brian, awesome.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
Yeah, the circuit charges the circus charging just just a
regular seat.

Speaker 6 (13:21):
Regularly come on called Derek. Yeah, get up, they charge
you a seat.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
I know that, but but you know, even going to
the local casinos though, believe it or not, some of
them charged some dope out like red Rock and then durangled.
Really nice. They're not going to charge out there. However, Listen,
this is dead serious NBA game. The scores to nothing,
they're getting up in front of you screaming and yelling

(13:51):
to nothing. Yes, that's what I mean.

Speaker 6 (13:53):
It's well because they probably better on the first basket,
had the.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
First field go.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
Yeah, they didn't have that.

Speaker 3 (13:59):
They've yelling and screaming before they even had that type
of bet from the first basket.

Speaker 6 (14:04):
How many how many? How many books in old Town
or how many sports posts are there in old Town?
There's not many though right downtown, Yeah, downtown, there's not.
There's not many right circle.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
Now there's actually a lot. No, they're they're everybody.

Speaker 6 (14:16):
Yeah, I stayed at the uh California nugget?

Speaker 3 (14:20):
Is that?

Speaker 6 (14:20):
What is that? What it is?

Speaker 3 (14:22):
Oh my god? What a bucket of blood there?

Speaker 6 (14:23):
Used to buddy, Buddy, I came out from March Madness
in twenty nineteen. It was your Taco falls on UCF.
I was working for a different company and they had
a they had a booth at the West Gate like
it was awesome, super book like, it was awesome. So
I got to sit there Thursday through Sunday. Now, if
you've ever been, which I don't know, Brian, if you've
been from March Madness, I'm sure Crack is been there.

(14:44):
It's a it's an overwhelming experience.

Speaker 3 (14:46):
It's a visual overwhelmingly cool.

Speaker 6 (14:48):
But I needed I needed a place to stay, and
it's like last second. So the California Nugget was it
was like, yeah, I got a calm somehow. I mean,
Doug was forty dollars tonight. It's literally and this is fine.
It's a bed and a desk in a chair like
that was the room, shower, bathroom was included. But you
know I was in there only to sleep. But I

(15:10):
just beat them smooth a super book the whole day.
And the thing I like about Old Town or downtown
is it is much cheaper. It's like the food's cheaper,
the tables are cheaper, Like you can get it nice.
Like there was a breakfast place across the street that
you just get like a good quality breakfast. You don't
have to go to a buffet and like spend one
hundred dollars for just getting some bacon and eggs. So

(15:30):
I do like downtown a lot.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
And you're right, you're right about what you just said.
I just kind of forgot there. They have coffee shops downtown,
which a lot of the places going now now. When
because you ask someone that's you know, thirty or younger,
where the coffee shop is, they point you to Starbucks. No,
I want a coffee shop where I can get bacon
and eggs, you know. So, don You're right, they have
like a diner. I see diner food exactly right now.

(15:53):
They have them downtown. They do have them at certain places.
But it's so different the Vegas of now compared to
ten years ago, where literally everyone no one charged to
sit and watch the game that didn't happen. Now it's
a business. Parking is a business. I went to the
Strip yesterday last night fifty bucks to park my car.

(16:14):
Like I didn't pay, But I mean, that's what the
that's what the you know, the civilians pay fifty dollars
to park your car. So I mean it's it's a business. Now,
everything's a business. It's it's it's unbelievable. What difference is.
It's not the Vegas that our parents knew, that's for sure.

Speaker 5 (18:20):
Yes, we welcome in our good friend, Christian Sippolini, BETMGM
Trading Manager.

Speaker 2 (18:25):
Good morning to you, Christian.

Speaker 5 (18:26):
You know we've got the new college football playoff lines
out for the second round here, and I'm just curious
if you look at the first round for instance, can
you give us an idea of when the money is
pouring in for whichever side, whichever total, right, is it
right away?

Speaker 2 (18:45):
Is it at the last minute? Like when do you
see the.

Speaker 5 (18:48):
Most action leading up to these games being played?

Speaker 7 (18:53):
So, yeah, the most action in the public wise, that
is a few minutes before kickoff, in the last hour
or before kickoff of most games, that's where we will
end up seeing about Sometimes it canna be fifty percent
of our entire handle comes in the last hour, so
we get a massive influx of handle, usually towards the end,
especially in big games like this, But that's from the

(19:13):
public side, usually the sharp side down the second weak post.
They're waiting to go in case we put up a
number that they were hoping for, So the sharps come
quick and the public comes later.

Speaker 6 (19:26):
It does feel like at least the public is going
to be on Ohio State pretty heavy early on against Oregon.
The numbers now to two and a half very quickly,
a point move in the last twelve hours. Are you
seeing just any money so far in these games? I
feel like because the favorites once so easily yesterday, You're
going to see a lot of money on Texas and
Penn State early on in Ohio State after the way

(19:47):
they played last night.

Speaker 7 (19:49):
Yeah, from a public perspective, the last week usually is
pretty significant towards what they'll end up betting. So how
to stay blowing out Tennessee yesterday makes sense for that.
I didn't specifically see if that was sharp atch and
that led us. I would imagine it would just judging
by looking around the market. But yeah, I think you know,

(20:11):
we got beat up pretty good yesterday, so we're hoping
that it's not all favorites that win next week.

Speaker 3 (20:17):
Christian. I'm happy to say that I'm one of the
guys that beat you up yesterday.

Speaker 6 (20:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:22):
No, I actually bet with bet MGM. I had Kansas
City plus three and then I bet them again money
line when they were like minus one sixty a couple times.
A big win for me yesterday, probably out of the
red with bet MGM. So I'm doing pretty good there
and that was one of my questions, Like they like yesterday, Boy,
those standalone island games when favorites win, overs come out

(20:44):
and this is even like talking about the Thursday game Saturday.
We know, I'm actually guessing that from what I what
I know in the industry that you guys probably even
lost money for the day yesterday. Am I am I
hearing that right?

Speaker 7 (21:00):
Have to like fully check the numbers. I just loved
at how the football one came back and they were
not good. But yeah, there's a pretty good chance that
we would have come out because you know, obviously the
football are our biggest game, and not one of those
went our way. All the favors won one pretty easy,
a lot over, like you mentioned, When that happens, Yeah,
it's tough to claw out of that hole.

Speaker 3 (21:18):
And you know, it's it's funny that I don't realize
it and we talk about it on the show. Sometimes
I've said that people bet at the last minute every
counter in this town, in Las Vegas, everywhere all of
the country with the sport sports betting is legal, people
are betting last second and getting shut out until I
hear you say a number fifty percent. Now what that
means is the last five minutes. Sometimes you're getting that

(21:41):
much over your handle. It's even hard to manage that
handle because you really can't move numbers at that time
with a couple of minutes to go, So that shows me.
You guys have a side on every game every week?
Am I correct?

Speaker 7 (21:56):
Yeah? Usually, and this week's definitely one of them. I
think I counted nine of the twelve games we have
we are one way action on one side now every
now and then sometimes we're super one way action and
then this last hour we start getting a whole lot
of money on the other side. But yeah, there's very
often five more often than not that we have a
side in most games.

Speaker 5 (22:15):
Christian Siplini joins us here on Countdown to Kickoff presented
by BEDMGM. What would you say, Christian today or even
factoring in the Monday night game.

Speaker 2 (22:24):
Tomorrow, what would you say say?

Speaker 5 (22:25):
Are your two or three biggest needs in week sixteen
with what's left here?

Speaker 7 (22:30):
Yeah? The team that I say every week the Lions
playing the Bears. We're definitely gonna need the Bears. That's
the one that I've seen the most money come on
one side. It's nothing the Lions. I think they've been
pretty good off the loss at some point this week,
they've been under a touchdown favorite. They are playing in
the cold, so we're hoping that that'll be enough. But yeah,
we have about ninety percent of the Lions and the

(22:52):
other games that we're just getting. One way action is
Bengals Browns just nothing but Bengals money. That line's moved
from seven to nine and a half. A little bit
off the quarterback news, but I'm sure and also based
off the volume that we're getting just significantly on the Bengels.

Speaker 6 (23:07):
So you've mentioned it just to recap all four favorites,
one in culture by yesterday the two fas what you mean,
one and cover. The two favorites one and cover in
the NFL Montana State won and covered. South Dakota State
did not, So so you got one there. But I
would imagine that the animals on North Dakota State though
in that game, considering the history of North Dakota State,
I think Division two the favorite one as well. The

(23:28):
championship last night and covered. So does that mean today
we're getting all these ugly dogs because I'm on a
lot of them, Jets, Cowboys, Panthers, you know, like I
think you mentioned a couple of them as well. Like
do you think you have you have you noticed in
your time doing this that a day that has a
big favorite day. The next day is a big underground day.

Speaker 7 (23:50):
Yeah, I think States Cracked usually says God is in
favor of the book cut most times.

Speaker 1 (23:56):
Yesser, Yeah, sorry, butchered that one.

Speaker 4 (24:01):
But that's a right.

Speaker 7 (24:02):
Yeah, there's plenty of times where you know, that's just
the way it tends to work out. I don't know
if it's just statistics, but yeah, generally, when we get
beat up, we do usually come back out the next day.
Maybe it's not the case today, maybe.

Speaker 3 (24:15):
It is, you know, Christian, I gotta tell you, I'm
looking at I don't like betting money line parlays like
I'm never gonna You're never gonna catch me betting Cincinnati, Buffalo, Atlanta,
uh and you know and Green Bay for team money
line parlay. But as the season goes on and these

(24:36):
lines even become more efficient, even Monday morning when the
lines come up, I'll tell you I wouldn't want to
fade those type of tickets. And I'm sure you're fading
a lot of them, am I correct?

Speaker 7 (24:47):
Oh? Yeah for sure. I mean anytime we have big
spreads like that, it does happen. But yeah, we certainly
will need one of those big teams to get knocked off. Yeah,
the public does do that. And kind of to your point,
this in the season, you know, we have so much
more information than we do in the first couple of weeks,
and that's why you end up getting games here, Like
we have multiple games at two touchdown or over ten

(25:09):
point spread. So yeah, that happened later in the season
a lot of times as quarterbacks or injuries, you know,
teams that just get beat up. But it's also based
off the back and we have a ton of information
and we know that the Packers are significantly better than that.
Whoever the Saints are rolling out of quarterback.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
All right, christ you might at the Giants today. I'll
just tell you mke at the Giants.

Speaker 4 (25:30):
I like that too.

Speaker 7 (25:31):
I like that too.

Speaker 5 (25:34):
Yeah, all right, Christian, good stuff, man, enjoy Week sixteen.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
We'll catch you soon.

Speaker 7 (25:39):
Yeah, good luck to everyone.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (25:41):
There.

Speaker 2 (25:41):
He is Christian Sippolini bet MGM Trading Manager.

Speaker 3 (25:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (25:45):
Man, it feels it's like almost any favorite I see
on the board. I'm like, oh gosh, I don't know
if I really want to take a favorite today.

Speaker 6 (25:53):
Only like one today at least, So I'm good. I'm
good there.

Speaker 3 (25:56):
Yeah, it's just it's just listen. I actually know a
pro makes his live in sports betting, and I listened
to his podcast every week, and he's parlaying a lot
of money lines on a lot of these big favorites,
and I'm like, wow, I've never done it. I've never
done it. But I do realize now that later in
the season, like Christian said, they have more information and

(26:18):
there's you know, people know the team's more even, and
of course that means the bookmakers know the teams more.
I guess you could do that, but they came not
doing it. I can't put it. I can't put a
land in a money lione parlay. I just can't with.

Speaker 6 (26:31):
A rookie quarter by making his first start do that. Here,
I'm telling you again, I just mentioned all the favorites
that won covered yesterday. Regression to the mean happens, and
I might have, just while we were talking about that,
done a couple of little fun speed sprinkles of some
some underdog parlays. Here cracks, so we'll see it with

(26:53):
I like him. Anyways, the underdogs, I put them together,
a little little sprinkle, little pizza money parlay, you know,
a little real Seattle and the Jets, the Panthers. Some
just some some some ugly sides. It's okay.

Speaker 5 (27:07):
Do you ever do uh the money line in reverse
like Crack was talking about, instead of a number, yeah,
instead no, instead of going Green Bay and Buffalo right
like as money line favorites, you go the opposite way,
and you're like, let me, let me take the Patriots outright.

Speaker 6 (27:24):
I just I did it. I did it. I did it.
I did an outright money line parlay. Okay, it's thirteen hundred,
so it's it's thirteen to one. Jets Seahawks Panthers.

Speaker 2 (27:33):
Jets Seahawks Panthers.

Speaker 6 (27:34):
I mean there's short, there's short, dogs, there's short. It's
not unconceivable. I'm not sorry. I'm not putting my hardard
money on the Giants winning a football game with the
Patriot winn football game. I don't care what the what
the odds are, what the number says, because I think
Buffalo we'll get to all our game, our favorite games later.
All Buffalo does is smoke bad football teams at home. Yeah,
they do it all the time, and this is my

(27:57):
one favorite I do like today. I think they smoking
Newly came off of bye last week and looked horrendous,
and Buffalo has to keep pace. The Chiefs won yesterday,
I mean they if they don't obviously win by a point,
you're happy. But if they don't win today, if they
lose today, that's it. She's had the one seat. It's
done already. She doesn't have to play.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
One's not going to be one of those type of
bets where he's gonna say, all right, kids, let's go
off the slopes. We gotta leave.

Speaker 6 (28:22):
No.

Speaker 7 (28:23):
I was.

Speaker 6 (28:24):
I made a comment at breakfast this morning, like back
did day yesterday. My son was like how much? I
was like, son, uh no, I'm not telling you how much,
but uh, there're so they know I do it. They
know I gambled.

Speaker 2 (28:37):
Now what a great follow up question? How much are
we talking?

Speaker 3 (28:40):
Dad?

Speaker 6 (28:41):
That's what we want to know. He's like how much? Wow?

Speaker 3 (28:43):
How old is he?

Speaker 6 (28:43):
He's like he's like, he's like a thousand. I go
maybe more, son, Wow? So hard to be like you
know a little bit, yea. The thing is like, I
had a bad first ten days of December, so it's
not like I'm making up for some of that, which
again I tell you guys this that's important. It's hard

(29:04):
to do to track all your wagers, but you gotta
do it. Yeah. I got my spreadsheet going from March eleventh,
the first a North Carolina. I had legal sports wager
every wager in really entire season. Oh yeah for you everything.
It's like I'm a week behind. I'll go back at
some point today and still put put in last Sunday
because you can. You can filter like a bet MGM.
Yet you can filter the day the bet settles, so

(29:25):
I can just look and just I just in put
him in my spreadsheet. Them up. I got a running
tally of your props. Crack. Good job, cool buddy.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
Yeah no, no, no, you're not going to use that
at the meeting.

Speaker 6 (29:35):
No, no, So yeah, I track everything. I got my
fades in. There been a NFL season, man, these these
these stop being a good faith year.

Speaker 5 (29:44):
By the way, Uh, yesterday, real fast to look at
the games, Chiefs win.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
It looked good.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
Mahomes.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
It's true.

Speaker 2 (29:52):
I love the NFL so much.

Speaker 5 (29:53):
The whole week is like Mahomes the ankle injury and
he has five carries for thirty three yards in a touchdown.

Speaker 6 (29:59):
You know, well he actually there was three carries. The
two were the Nils.

Speaker 5 (30:02):
At the end sorry, three carries five and we took
away a couple of yards because of those kneel downs.
But when he was running, You're like, wow, he looks fine,
looks okay, now, a little hitching the giddy up right,
like a little bit Olympic. But he was able to
tuck it and run and be effective. The Chiefs are
fourteen and one man, They're a fourteen and one football team.

(30:23):
I'm curious, though, you guys, especially you Jeff, what you
think of Pachecko because nine carries twenty six yards.

Speaker 2 (30:30):
They're easing him back in.

Speaker 5 (30:31):
They're still relying on Kareem Hunt quite a bit, so like,
where are we on Isaiah Pachecko, who just he's known
for running violently, but they are like slowly easing him
back in from that injury.

Speaker 6 (30:42):
Well, and you, Reid has always been a running back
by committee guy, like even when guys are hot. The
thing about Kareem Hunt is that he's never going to
break a long run. I think, as long as run
the seasons, like twelve yards, I mean, but.

Speaker 2 (30:52):
He had one at the end yesterday, like twenty yards.

Speaker 6 (30:54):
Oh very end. Yeah, good for him. But we've seen
Pacheco came back a first game out of forty yard run,
like they need that at a pachacout. They need some
of that behind the scenes here. So Monday I saw
Chiefs for getting three points and I thought to myself,
this is an absolutely ludicrous line. I took Chiefs plus three.
Crack texted me an hour later it was like, Hey,

(31:15):
what do you think about Mahomes playing? Oh, he's gonna play.
He always plays, Like this is ridiculous.

Speaker 3 (31:19):
This was really really a good thing you're talking about.
I didn't know it was an hour earlier though, Jeff.
I thought it was like five minutes or I texted
from early Monday morning. You were on air and the network.
I was like, listen plus three, I don't care whose quarterback,
and then I think Mahomes going to quarterback and you
were like, I already bet it. I was like, all right,
and then I sent that to the group chat and
then I said, listen, guys, you have sixty seconds to

(31:41):
bet this, like and then that was probably about two
minutes you had. They had a good two minutes to
bet it, because I was going to start betting it.
And then I actually gave it out, and then another
source gave it out and that was a really good
game for us, you know. And to be real blunt though,
ah god, I actually bit a little bit on the
others four. So I had plus three on one side

(32:04):
plus four on the side. Now, of course I had
the bulk of my money was on the plus three
with KC. But I usually I don't like middling games.
I like betting and keeping with the But you just
seven points on key numbers. Sometimes you're forced to do that,
and I of course regret it now. But yeah, Jeff
and I were on top of that early Monday morning,
and uh yeah, they changed. The line everywhere started moving

(32:27):
as soon as as soon as we started talking about it,
and then Brian gets involved starts betting it, the line
moved everywhere.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (32:34):
Uh, we do have speaking of moving lines, you know
this guy when he places a bet, the lines move immediately.
That would be one Isaac Loehenkron, who has the latest
what's going on?

Speaker 8 (32:44):
I low, oh, my luck has never run out. And
we got some fresh NFL news for you guys on
this Sunday morning, ESPN reporting a short time ago, Washington
Commanders tight end Zach Ertz will play today against the
Philadelphia Eagles. Ertz had been listed as questionable due to
his shoulder injury. We've got a bizarrely specific coincidence to

(33:04):
tell you about. This morning, the Arizona Cardinals added starting
center yelled to fro Hole to their injury report for
their game today at Carolina. He's now questionable due to illness.
Then just a short time after that, the Panthers added
their starting center Cade May's to their injury report. He's
now questionable, also due to illness.

Speaker 4 (33:29):
Jeff, is there.

Speaker 6 (33:30):
Something well that happened last week with the commander center
Tyler Biada. She missed a game because the illness put
on the put on the injury report Sunday morning. So
I don't know. I mean, there might be a little
like the centers, but there's a center convention. We didn't
know about that.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
That's what I'm thinking.

Speaker 8 (33:44):
I mean, is I was saying earlier, is there like
a secret offensive lineman lounges that y'all hang out at
the night before games because you're all part of the
same union.

Speaker 6 (33:53):
I don't know. I never got invited to those.

Speaker 4 (33:57):
Must be must be a re innovation.

Speaker 8 (34:00):
But yeah, very specific coincidence in the NFL around one
of the college football playoff on Saturday Night, Ohio State
to be to Tennessee forty two to seventeen to advance
in the semi final against one seed Oregon and the
Rose Bull On New Year's Day, NBA Saturday Night, Victor
webban Yama thirty points and tied to career high with
ten block shots in only thirty minutes, as is San

(34:21):
Antonio spursby Portland one fourteen to ninety four, and the
Cleveland Cavaliers improved their record to an NBA best twenty
five and four with a one twenty six ninety nine
win over the Philadelphia seventy six ers.

Speaker 1 (34:33):
Guys.

Speaker 2 (34:33):
Back to you, thank you, I Lowe.

Speaker 5 (34:35):
It is Fox Sports Radios Campdown to Kickoff, presented by BETMGM.
So I'm looking right here. We'll have this for you next.
The parlay platter looks like it hit last week.

Speaker 2 (34:44):
Good nice, yeah, cool, Okay, So we'll try to run
it back here.

Speaker 5 (34:47):
We've got Bill Krackenberger from crackwings dot com sports handicapper
Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran on the road in
Utah at high elevation right there.

Speaker 2 (34:57):
Very nice setup he's got on the road.

Speaker 6 (35:02):
The altitude kicks your button.

Speaker 5 (35:04):
It does absolutely I'm probably in though. Come it up
next to parlay platter. We'll each have one selection for you.
We pull it together for a greater payout. Hang out
for that. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff
presented by BETMGM. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to
Kickoff presented by BETMGM. Every time you make a wager
at BETMGM, you earn BETMGM Rewards points that can be

(35:27):
redeemed for things like bonus bets or converted to MGM
rewards points that could be used towards dining shows and
hotel rooms at over twenty MGM resorts.

Speaker 4 (35:37):
All right, let's do this, check this out parlay letter.

Speaker 5 (35:43):
All right, it is time for the platter. We each
have one selection, pull it together for a greater payout.

Speaker 2 (35:49):
Crack. We'll start with you. What do you like?

Speaker 3 (35:51):
Then let's go to the Dallas Cowboy game. Let's look
at Brandon Cooks and he's getting involved a little bit
more now in these games and starting to play his
full role again. So and this is a good matchup
for him. So let's go over. Bet MGM has over
twenty and a half receiving yards at bet endgm.

Speaker 6 (36:11):
Okay, I did this last week and I'm kind of
going back to the well here, guys. Tyreek Hill put
out a tweet this week that could be interpreted in
many different ways, but it can be interpreted very simple
as I want the football. I want the football, Give
me the football. And last week what happened with A J.
Brown when he was angry at the game the football?

(36:32):
What happened a couple of months ago when eighty when
George Pickham was upset the game of the football. The
only person that's had that that doesn't work for is Diebo,
who can't catch a football. So the balls go to
Tyreek Hill today. A lot give me Tyreek Hill over
five and a half receptions. I would be surprised if
you got three in the first drive. Guys, the ball's
going to Tyreek Hill today. Now, I didn't do the
over yards because the pass aren't very long, Brian in

(36:55):
the air. You watch a lot of enough Dolphins out
to notice that as well. So what do you think
is as a Dolphins fan here, Brian about my Tyreek
Hill over five and a half catches.

Speaker 5 (37:03):
I'm think you're onto something. No, Jalen Waddle, He's doubtful today.
You gotta throw the ball somewhere. They do all these
diking dunk passes, So yeah, you would have to assume
that Tyreek Hill's gonna be a big part of that.
He came out because the tweet Jeff's talking about was
something to the effect of guess it's time for me
to go coach, and we're like, wait, what what's going

(37:24):
on over me? He said, he was just talking about
guys like Michael Vick who got a new head coaching job.
Teddy Bridgewater has been doing some coaching, so he was like, oh, no,
it's it's nothing to do.

Speaker 2 (37:35):
I'm fine with Miami. I'm not running out of here
or anything.

Speaker 5 (37:39):
It's just you know, thinking about coaching after my playing
career is over.

Speaker 2 (37:44):
And it's like, okay, cool, Tyreek.

Speaker 5 (37:45):
But you gotta know people are gonna freak out if
I love these athletes that are like, no, I didn't
mean anything by it, as if they have no idea,
It's gonna cause some reaction there. I'm gonna go with
the Lions. Prop here give the tight end. Sam Laporta
over forty two and a half receiving yards the.

Speaker 2 (38:04):
Bears just aren't good covering tight ends.

Speaker 5 (38:07):
They struggled last week, They've struggled consistently throughout the season.
Sam Laporte has been targeted a lot lately. He went
ballistic last week and that shootout against the Bills. I
see him going over forty two and a half receiving
yards today. It's just it's a favorable matchup against the
team that doesn't do well defending tight ends and down

(38:28):
one of their weapons, David Montgomery. There's a little bit
more volume for other people to eat up, and.

Speaker 2 (38:35):
I see Laporta being one of those guys, so I'll
take his over there.

Speaker 6 (38:39):
We we got a pomp parlay flatter here. It's gonna
pay out really well.

Speaker 5 (38:43):
Geez yeah right, I've got it for you right here.
Let's see crack you with Brandon Cooks. You've got Tyreek
Hill there, Jeff, I've got Laporta. We're looking at plus
four forty two for that three lake parlay right there.

Speaker 2 (38:59):
That's it's what you want more than that.

Speaker 5 (39:02):
It's just because the juice tyreeks at minus one fifty, I.

Speaker 2 (39:06):
Know, but hey, you can't thumb your nose in, you know.

Speaker 6 (39:10):
Four and a half to one now I know we
are our world listeners to play this every week.

Speaker 5 (39:16):
I know it's funny because Boomie shout out to him
every now and then he'll have work and he'll be like, sorry, guys,
it was working last week. And that'll be a barlay
that hits you know, So hopefully it's around when the next.

Speaker 2 (39:29):
One hits here.

Speaker 5 (39:30):
Yeah, definitely, so interesting trickle down effects with some of
these dynamics, Like say dtr Dorian Thompson Robinson, he's the
starting quarterback for the Browns today, what are they.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
Gonna try to do.

Speaker 5 (39:44):
They're gonna try to take some pressure off of him,
try to run the ball a little bit. So now
you start looking at Jerome Ford, maybe his carries prop,
maybe a rushing yardage prop. I like the ripple effect
with You could do the same thing with Pennix Junior.
Maybe you're looking at al Jeer to get some rushing
yards because you're gonna try to take some pressure off

(40:05):
your rookie QB making.

Speaker 2 (40:07):
His first NFL start. So I love all that type
of stuff.

Speaker 6 (40:10):
Yeah, I like the Falcons ones make a ton of sense.

Speaker 2 (40:13):
Yeah, And they've run the ball consistently and the Giants
can't stop it so that market could be good as well.

Speaker 5 (40:20):
All right, Week sixteen rolls forward? Is there a bit
too much pushback on this quarterback hitting the wall? Welcome
in Happy Week sixteen two years. We get you all
set for a loaded day of ball. Let's go to
to DC. Shall we at least DC ish the Philly

(40:44):
at Washington?

Speaker 2 (40:46):
A little bit of Eagles money this morning?

Speaker 5 (40:48):
Guys, Eagles up to a four point favorite at BEDMGM.
We start with the rushing offenses. We all know about
Saquon Barkley and the Eagles, right, number one rushing attack
in the NFL. How about Washington number three in rushing
yards per game? So Philly number one, Washington number three?

(41:08):
And I mentioned this at the end of last hour?
Is there a little bit too much pushback on this rookie?

Speaker 3 (41:14):
QB?

Speaker 5 (41:15):
I've heard a lot of I don't know about Jayden Daniels,
you know, right, Yeah, Like, I'm.

Speaker 2 (41:21):
Like, what are you talking about? This guy?

Speaker 5 (41:23):
He started off, he burst onto the scene and it
was just like, whoa what is this guy is doing amazing?
And since then he hasn't put up eye popping production.

Speaker 2 (41:35):
And I think that it's gone too far with Yeah, I.

Speaker 5 (41:38):
Don't know, he's kind of leveled off and I don't know.
It's like if you looked at his numbers, the guy
is top ten in passer rating. He's had a very
good rookie season. I don't think he's come close to
hitting a rookie wall, and I don't know that you're
hearing as much about that. But there have been some
pessimistic comments about Jaden Daniels. I think it goes a

(42:00):
bit too far. I thought, I think he's had a
fantastic rookie season.

Speaker 6 (42:04):
Here it is the Cliff Kingsbury effect where Kingsbury's teams
talking about this often guys get worse throughout the season,
whether he's the head coach or the offensive coordinator, And
what we're seeing now is just a progression of that
right where the offense doesn't look as crisp with the
season goes longer. Plus Daniale's got beat up right a

(42:25):
couple of weeks ago, and then maybe a deal with
a couple months ago. Now it feels like and it's
kind of not been the same place. So I don't know,
unless her rookie wall is the right way to put it,
but they haven't played as well offensively as we start
or in the season, and that is an issue if
the ceiling is Super Bowl, which is not. The ceiling
is we feel good about our quarterback exiting year one?

(42:46):
How do we put people around him now to feel
really good about what he can be in the future.
And today's game is just another example of that, right, Like, yeah,
beating the Eagles would be great, but you're playing a
team that is really good in the trenches in Philly.
I don't try to fill this passing game. I don't
know if you guys do, but they're better than the
Commanders now. They're four points better on the road in

(43:07):
divisional game. I don't know. I lean towards the dog
in this one crack, but I understand why people are
fussing about the Commander's offense.

Speaker 3 (43:18):
You know, I'm just looking at the opening line closing
line in this particular game, because not that it's the
closing line yet, but I know this game was down
to three. Now it's up to four solid four four
minus fifteen at MGM. Looks like it's heading in that
direction even four and a half. Possibly. I actually liked
Washington a tad bit earlier in the week. Got off

(43:41):
right away. Don't really have an opinion or a side
on this game. But you know, this team is rolling along,
this Philadelphia team and literally like one of the favorites
to win in the Super Bowl now. But which by
the way, I looked at the odds before we went
on air. God, so hard betting. There's so many teams,

(44:02):
they're all like four to one. Like, it's just impossible
picking a future for You're better off just doing a
mechanical moneyline parlay when they get to the playoffs probably
sometimes doesn't help. It doesn't work all the time with favorites.
But anyway, going back to this game, yeah, Washington, it
definitely needs the game more. But yet Philadelphia have money
as coming in droves. It looks like now this line

(44:26):
was driven down to three minus five for a day.
I think it was like Tuesday minus o five and
now up to four. No, no real opinion on the game,
big division game. It's actually still a big game for me.
I have some Philadelphia futures, so but I think I'm
pretty pretty well set where I you know, with the

(44:47):
odds that I took, you know, were really good compared
to what you can get now. I don't recommend betting
any Philadelphia futures.

Speaker 6 (44:53):
Now.

Speaker 5 (44:54):
Yeah, the Jalen Hurts completion prop. I was all over
it last week against the Steelers, so I thought that
was a great spot for it easily hit.

Speaker 2 (45:02):
It's the same number today.

Speaker 5 (45:04):
I don't feel it feel nearly as confident about it today.
Against the Washington Commanders, Jalen Hurt sixteen and a half completions,
Like that's it's such a low number. But Washington's number
four in past defense and the rush defense is not
very good. Could be a big Saquon day. Would not
be surprised at all if Jalen Hurts is under that number.

(45:24):
But it goes to your point, Jeff, where you just
can't trust the Philly overall passing attack. Like it's just
it's two inconsistent. You should never have you shouldn't.

Speaker 3 (45:34):
I know.

Speaker 5 (45:34):
Listen, Saquon, give him his flowers. He's been unbelievable this season.
But if he was matched up with give it a
handful of other quarterbacks. If he was with Mahomes or
Josh Allen, you think their completion prop is sixteen and
a half.

Speaker 6 (45:48):
No way, no, no way, one thing. I give you
a check. I have a Saquon Barkley over longest rush
of seventeen and a half. Yeah, I don't know what
it is now. I got that really early in the
Week one one Eagles. Thing that I that I seem
to like and I seem to play a lot is
the game well over rushing prop. I know, Brian, You've
been on me with this a lot of weeks. Like

(46:09):
I did Justice Hill yesterday for the Ravens. It was
seven and a half. That was it for the backup
running back seven and a half. Yeah, and before you
got hurt. But he got thirty yards on two carries
before he got hurt. The gainwell thing, man Like, the
Eagles use him on third down and they just run
the balls. And I was on third and fourteen seven
yards right there in the first rush. Barklay needs to

(46:30):
spell seven more yards and then you get one more,
two more rushes and you're home. Like you're in.

Speaker 4 (46:35):
You're in.

Speaker 6 (46:36):
That feels like a wager that I keep making each
week and find the number for you guys, seen and
a half. Yeah, sign me up for that, man, like,
especially if you think they're winning. Also too, like this
is also a game script, you know, a great a
game script thing right where like if you think they're
gonna win, Okay, so here here it is right here,
he's had twenty yards, twenty six, twenty two, forty three

(46:56):
thirty he gets three, five, four, seven, thirteen rushes. Like,
he gets a ton of rushes.

Speaker 5 (47:04):
Yeah, I like it. That makes sense today too against
the bad rush defense. Yeah, like sixteen and a half
didn't take that many carries to get there.

Speaker 3 (47:14):
Right, they haven't been good against the rush to here.
You're right, Brian, I haven't been twenty fifth actually in the.

Speaker 6 (47:21):
I like my, I like my, uh the Barkley over
longest rush number. Just you need one one explosive and
uh and we're home. I did it with Jayalen Warren yesterday.
I took over eleven and a half for longest reception
for Jayen Warren. He got he got there as well.
Isn't it so frustrating? We had the Russell Wilson prop
lit yesterday underpassing and he had like one hundred and

(47:43):
seventy yards like through the third quarter and we still
longly lost the prop by six yards. Wow, which is
like so frustrating, Like you're you're like, oh, well we're
gonna lose. Uh duh we're gonna lose, and it's like, actually, no, no,
we're not. Some of the things where it's like, oh,
like still should have cast it.

Speaker 2 (48:03):
I know it was.

Speaker 5 (48:04):
I'm surprised it didn't sail over based on where the
Steelers were in the game, and it's like, right at
the very end, they're down seventeen, they're handing the ball off.
It's like it probably didn't matter either way, but it
was just strange they weren't passing it against one of
the worst pass defenses.

Speaker 2 (48:19):
Just odd.

Speaker 3 (48:19):
But like Jeff said, if you're losing bets by just
minimal amounts and winning them, I'm not gonna say smoking
a cigar like a cigar game, but if you're winning
them pretty handily, that's a good sign. Now, believe it
or not, Guys, I had about five prop four props
in this game. I didn't even know the results until
one of you guys text me, maybee you well again, Yeah,

(48:40):
I didn't even know so until right now, I did
not realize that we lost that by only six yards
and now we lost.

Speaker 6 (48:48):
It was two eleven and a half and I think
he finished with two seventeen, but he had but again,
he had like one hundred and seventy yards in the
first forty minutes of the game. I get right right.
They threw the ball really well. Then all of a
sudden and it just it just sort of went away,
Which I mean that that's that's life. And uh, you
know in the but but you gave us Derek Henry over.
So I did disagree with one of your wagers you

(49:10):
sent over yesterday. I didn't tell you that I didn't wage.
I didn't wager on it.

Speaker 3 (49:13):
So I'm glad, very And you know how many times
in life have I sent you guys an over, especially
day of the game. You never want to bet well,
I hate betting over stays. You hit him both yesterday though,
So I had a fun. I just had a boy.
I tell you, that's that's just the first series. I
was like, wow, Scott fifty yards, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 6 (49:34):
Jack Henry one. Yeah, the Jack Henry one was was
a good one.

Speaker 3 (49:36):
That was a good one.

Speaker 6 (49:37):
Yeah that was That would mean that went easily over.
I mean yea, I mean Wilson the last two drives
when they're trying to score down fourteen points. Yes, he
they ran the ball once he threw four yard pass.
They ran it again. Five yard pass for Wilson, sack
fall start, seven yard pass minus one yard pass punt.

(49:59):
What do we? So that's why it's so frustrating because
then then they're down seventeen points with like two minutes left.
They were running it and they ran, they ran, they
ran the ball, so we like we I mean, that
was very close to to get home.

Speaker 2 (50:12):
I think that was crazy.

Speaker 5 (50:14):
Let me throw this one at you, Lions at the
Bears been a little bit of Lions money this morning.
It's up to minus seven at bet MGM Lions favorite
obviously on the road here and listen. The first part
of this is you think the Lions are a good
football team despite all the injuries. The Bears are not
a good football team at all. But I can't help
but think about that Thanksgiving Day game where the Bears

(50:37):
at worst should have tied the game on the road
when the Lions were much healthier, and I think you
have to apply that to today.

Speaker 6 (50:45):
Well, guys, the Lions defense is a wreck. I don't
care how bad the Bears are right now offense. I mean,
they certainly are bad, but it's it's a wreck. It's
it's not great. And so I think that you you. Obviously,
I have the Bear in the contest this week, and
the Bears will be in the Crack Challenge. I would
imagine Bears' and I'm okay with with those with them.

(51:08):
You know, look, it's it's really a Bilo spot for
the Bears who look corenda, who look horrendous, and absolutely
do they look bad. But they're at home a divisional
game because the Lions has what twenty one players injured, reserve,
twenty three reserve. I mean, they're just they're so beat
up right now. Defensively, even if the Bears just say, okay,
DeAndre Swift, you're getting twenty two carries, We're gonna try

(51:29):
to get the ball in Moore's hands as much as possible,
get the ball out quickly. The Lions can't rush the
passer right now either. Like all the things that bother
the Bears, the Lions can't do. Yeah, And sometimes it's
as simple as injuries play a huge factor and success
at the end of the season. I mean, I think
if the Lions are healthy, they win the Super Bowl.
But they're not, and the Eagles are gonna win the
NFC because of it. Maybe the Packers or maybe the

(51:51):
Vikings like someone's sort of the problem with that is
that I just don't see the vikings. I don't see
Sam Donald going into Philly if they have the one
seed of winning a playoff game and Minnesota wins out
there in the postseason is the one seed. But they
have Seattle. I think they're gonna actually lose today. We'll
can talk about that him at some point, so that
would take them out of the running almost immediately. So
it's Philly or bust. To me, I only have one

(52:12):
way through the NFC, guys. I got Philly. That's it. Yeah,
I don't see anyone else coming out of the NFC.

Speaker 3 (52:17):
I don't know. Maybe I'm hoping maybe that was because
I sent that to you earlier in the year. I
don't know.

Speaker 6 (52:20):
I don't remember I took it. Well, I have a
I have a preseason NFC East Philly ticket. Oh okay,
and then I have I think I took them recently
to win the win the NFC with all.

Speaker 3 (52:32):
A lot of I love how you could do that
with these with these types of MGM being uh they're
all really every week the new odds go up on
each team. Yes, yeah, it was season wins over Runner.
I love doing that and the middle.

Speaker 6 (52:45):
I didn't take Ravens twin the NFC North like two
weeks ago it was like plus one eighty five plus
one seventy five. I should have done that. I knew better.
It is nice to wake up on Monday morning look
at your account and there's more money in there and
you think should be. And it's because all the few
are cashing, like all the unders are cashing for the
teams and and whatnot, and and so it's been nice.

Speaker 5 (53:07):
By the way, they need to do a better job
of when you cash a bet. It should be that
if you check your settled wagers, it should be at
the top.

Speaker 2 (53:15):
I'm not ten months ago and you have no idea
what happens.

Speaker 3 (53:19):
One hundred percent agree with this and it's all sites.
Let me tell you, well, no, I agree with this.

Speaker 6 (53:24):
So here's what you have to do. You have to
you have to go in the like the history section
or whatever it's called for different websites. You can filter
it out by like I know in one of them,
not not bet MGM, but you can filter it by
dates settled and so it'll show you like if, for example,
if I haven't under for someone and they lose today,

(53:44):
and I can't think I have I probably a couple
that are determined on today and cash is today, then
it'll show me it's settled today. But you're right, but
I don't do the filter, then it will not do that.
So you can filter on on the bet MGM by
you know, buying all one loss canceled, but it doesn't
do the date settled. And so that's like, that's one

(54:05):
thing that you guys are listening. We would much appreciate that.
But that's what you had to spreadsheet too, that my
future wager, so I could just go and do it manually.

Speaker 3 (54:16):
I had a Green Bay Packer in season bet with
BETEMGM and the bet was over eight and a half
wins earlier in the season, and actually in the beginning
of season I had under ten and a half winds
we're talking about. I lost, but looking at that, I
was like, wait, why isn't that pending anymore? I didn't
even realize it was in my balance. I was like,

(54:36):
wait a minute. So I had to go exactly like
Jeff said, you go in. There's a deeper way to
go in and find out if that was paid. But
and that's like I said, that's all site. All these
sites do that, and I'm like, wait a minute, where's this?
How do you know what you're have in there? But
keeping a spreadsheet is great, but Jeff, you maybe just
check something. AFC North Baltimore Ravens. I laid a bad
number on this a couple of weeks ago. I bet

(54:57):
the AFC North minus a dollar ninety over the Steelers,
and now it's then then it was underdog taking a
dollar radium like, oh my god, terrible. Now it's actually
bet MGM has it up minus a dollar fifty AFC
North winners Ravens over. And that that was the point
of me saying this. I said, listen to me. That

(55:18):
may even sound a little bit low.

Speaker 6 (55:19):
I need to call my buddy who's been helping out
while I've been in Utah, and maybe go enter that wage.

Speaker 3 (55:24):
Right now, the bet MGM Ravens minus one fifty, it's
quite simple.

Speaker 6 (55:29):
If if the Steelers lose to the Chiefs on Wednesday,
which I think we all agree is probably happening. I'm
curious about the SATs of Chris Jones, I'm not sure
it matters very much, then the Ravens just have to win.
I think one. We have to close, I guess have
to win out. So the Ravens have to win out

(55:50):
and to just lose one more game. I think that's
the way it's going to work. And the Ravens have
let me pull it up here. The Ravens have the
Texans and the Browns. They're gonna be They're gonna.

Speaker 3 (56:00):
Beat the guys. Believe me, I don't know that chief
slong what's the Chiefs line uh for the for Pittsburgh? Yeah?
Is it like three? I'm guessing I'm.

Speaker 6 (56:10):
Gonna look right now, it's and a half.

Speaker 3 (56:14):
Beg BETEMGM has Kansas City minus two and a half.
That's that's gonna be a tight game in Pittsburgh.

Speaker 6 (56:20):
So is it? I might actually wait better than that
right now?

Speaker 3 (56:23):
Minus and a half minus fifteen one of the only
sites in the world that has the lineup.

Speaker 5 (56:27):
Why they got to get George Pickens they have to
get I mean, other than.

Speaker 6 (56:32):
The Chiefs just doing their typical bets that they try
to do. The early in that game and the early
the third quarter with those two runs on third and
fourth and third and fourth down. The Steelers have been
regressing way back to the mean. The last month of
the season. Look, this game. The reason why I might
wait to choose right now. The reason why is the

(56:53):
Chiefs win this game. They're off until January eighteenth at
the earliest. So Decem twenty fifth is Christmas. They played Christmas.
So do the Ravens and Texans. Chiefs win that game?
They have the one seed, they clinched the one seed.
They don't have to play again until January. The starters
will not playing until January eighteenth. You know, important that
is for eleven year veteran Chris Jones and ten year

(57:16):
veteran Joe Toney and Patrick Mahomes's ankle and Travis Kelcey
like they're gonna get them and any Reid will let it. Well,
give them the month off. They're not one of these
teams that comes out rusty after a break, like like
I would argue that some teams you would say, okay,
well let's not sit out Week eighteen and then the
bye and then no, Cantony will be just fine taking

(57:38):
a month off. Look, can I play Week one every year?
You know? Like, so that's why this game is so
important for Candid. So it's why they played the thing
so well last week. And you saw or yes, you saw.
In the post game. By the way, Andy Reid gave
his little here you know how about them Chiefs. Then
he said, guys, one more like he told them he's like,
he got one more like, and we wrap this thing up.
He made a Christmas joke with it, like they know

(57:59):
what to stake on Wednesday. That's why they're gonna beat
the Steelers. Buy a lot of points on Wednesday. They're
not stupid like to this all time, guys. The only
time it did not work as here was the Buffalo game.
But like, when the Chiefs want to win the game,
they're going to win that football game. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (58:15):
Yeah, well, and they've got it circled for all the
reasons you laid out, no doubt about that. That's Jeff
Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran Bill Krackenberger. He's with
us from crackwins dot com sports handicapper.

Speaker 2 (58:27):
I'm Brian no.

Speaker 5 (58:28):

Speaker 2 (58:56):
All right, coming up next.

Speaker 5 (58:58):
Just when you thought it couldn't get worse for this team,
it did. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff
presented by bet MGM. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown
to Kickoff presented by BETMGM. Throughout the entire football season,
betmgm will offer all different types of no Sweat tokens.
Be on the lookout for no Sweat, same game parlay

(59:18):
tokens and Parlay boost tokens just to name a couple,
and be sure to follow bet MGM across all socials
at BEDMGM. Okay, just when you thought it couldn't get worse,
it did for the New York Jets dues this week
the athletic piece where the team owner Woody Johnson apparently

(59:42):
nixed a trade for wide receiver Jerry Judy based on
Madden ratings. You know, he's like, I don't know, but
the Madden ratings about this guy aren't that great, so
I don't. And Jerry Judy's having a really good season
for the Browns. Think about that. He's putting up numbers
with Deshaun Watson as the quarterback for half the season
and Jameis Winston and the Jets could have made a

(01:00:04):
move for Jerry Judy and you could make a reason
why not to, but I wouldn't think Madden ratings would
be a good reason to do it. But we've got
the Jets hosting the Rams here today and the Jets
are three point home dogs.

Speaker 3 (01:00:19):
What do you think?

Speaker 2 (01:00:20):
Is this the uh?

Speaker 5 (01:00:21):
This is the crash back to reality here? We had
a Jets win on the road last week and just wait,
oh hey, Gang Green plus the points, this is where
Puka Nakua and Matt Stafford could go crazy, right, Uh?

Speaker 6 (01:00:37):
I have the Jets covering this game?

Speaker 2 (01:00:39):
Whoooh you do?

Speaker 6 (01:00:40):
Okay, So a couple of reasons why I finally think
people off of them. So it's good to finally like
be not on the Jets when they're the sharp team
each week, which seems to be what they're each and
every week. But more importantly, guys, this is a dome
team and the Rams playing outside in East Routh Theford

(01:01:01):
in late December, like it took. We do this all
the time, these cold weather teams, right, having to play
in cold and like not used to. We saw yesterday
collegable playoffs. I I like to fade those teams. I
think the Jets are still playing hard, which is important
and that will continue to be a priority for for them.

(01:01:22):
Just to think they're still they're still playing hard, Brian,
I mean they're not playing well at times, still playing hard,
And I think the Rams are I mean they're they're good.
I don't, I don't. I think when people talk about them,
I watch out for the Rams, I don't watch out
for what. I think they're gonna win the division. I
have a bet on them to win the division. But
they still have division games after this. So I look

(01:01:44):
towards the Jets here, Crack, give me the three points?
Uh maybe the first time all you're a bit on
the Jets. I have stayed all away from them all season,
and I like them in this spot though.

Speaker 3 (01:01:53):
Okay, guys have played the Jets all season, it seems like, yeah,
the why guys had played this these Jets all season.
It seems like another one of those games with a
team fighting for the playoffs and you know one trying
to play the roles. Spoiler rams of one three in
a row, now tied with the Seahawks for the NFC

(01:02:15):
West LA coming off of twelve six grind out win
versus San Franz. The Jets finally won game four this
season last week. Terrible Jaguars. Anyway, it's going to be
cold one too. It's cold one in New York is
supposed to be around twenty degrees with some light win.
These last few games are probably the last we'll ever
see off Aaron Rodgers on the field. Yeah, and final two.

(01:02:41):
You know, I got to tell you something though, this
Jet tenure he's had to can easily be forgotten. So
they were on the street. The Jets already started to
interview candidates for GM this week, and yeah, we're looking
for a total revamp of the entire franchise. You know
something I wanted to go back to. I didn't get
a chance to say anything about Kansas City before I

(01:03:02):
went off air. I wanted to just talk about something.
So last night, before I went to bed like midnight,
scoured every side I had and all the different places
to see. Just wanted to see what a Kansas City
future was because you know, even though I don't like
betting a lot of these futures to win the Super Bowl,
I said, let me just see what Kansas City is,
because they were like five to one like two weeks ago,

(01:03:24):
five and a half to one. I just want to
see if I can get anything close to believe it
or not. Bet MGM is the is the highest out
of any some had plus three to one, four to
one bet MGM still holding at plus four to seventy
five on their future, which listen, if they can let
like Jeff said, if they can like coast in here,

(01:03:45):
you might be able to even get some hedge opportunities there.
Taking the four to seventy five. I'm not one to
normally do this, like I said, but I did dabble,
and did I did. I did bet a pretty significant
amount last night on that, and it's still amazingly they
didn't move off me. So that's kind of interesting that
they didn't do that. But they have a large amount

(01:04:08):
of people betting different things there, and I noticed a
lot of times I'll bet something. It doesn't move for
a while, but then it usually does. So anyway, it's
something about the Kansas City future. And as far as
this Rams Jet games, I'm in the same situation as Jeff.
I need the Rams to win that division. So that's
pretty solid. Three here.

Speaker 6 (01:04:27):
It opened.

Speaker 3 (01:04:27):
By the way the game opened up, it's free and
it's still three. This game is really not moving around.
So same line and even the total is the same.
I would have liked to ask Christian, is there there's
no interest or no action on the game. It opens
three and forty seven, it's still three and forty seven.

Speaker 5 (01:04:43):
Well, you mentioned moving off of bets over here. You
know someone we're never gonna move off of crack. That
would be Isaac Loewenkron. You know what I'm saying, Like
the odds don't adjust, they don't move. We're staying true
with our guy. He's got the latest.

Speaker 2 (01:04:57):
What's going on.

Speaker 8 (01:04:58):
I low a lot of inactives being released as we speak.

Speaker 4 (01:05:03):
Will start with the New York Jets.

Speaker 8 (01:05:05):
Jets defensive tackle Quinn Williams is inactive for their game
today against the Los Angeles Rams. Cleveland Browns tight end
David Najoku is active for their game at Cincinnati. He
had been questionable because of a hamstring injury. Washington Commander's
tight end Zach Ertz is active for their game today

(01:05:27):
against the Philadelphia Eagles. He'd been questionable with a shoulder injury.
And Arizona Cardinals starting center yel de Froholt is active
for their game against the Carolina Panthers. He had been
a late addition to the Panthers injury Excuse me to
the Cardinals injury report this morning due to illness. And
Round one of the College Football Playoff on Saturday night,

(01:05:49):
the Ohio State Buckeyes defeated Tennessee forty two to seventeen,
so Ohio State advances to the semi finals against number
one seed Oregon in the Rose Bowl on New York Day.
In the NBA on Saturday night, victor Wembaniama, the San
Antonio Spurs thirty points and tied a career high with
ten blocks in just thirty minutes in their one fourteen

(01:06:10):
ninety four win over the Portland Trailblazers, and the Cleveland
Cavaliers improved to an NBA best twenty five and four
in a one twenty six to ninety nine win over
the Philadelphia seventy six years.

Speaker 4 (01:06:24):
Guys, back to you.

Speaker 2 (01:06:26):
Thank you.

Speaker 7 (01:06:26):
I lo.

Speaker 5 (01:06:27):
It is Fox Sports Radio Scuntdown to Kickoff, presented by
BETMGM all season long. Bet MGM's offering you a second
chance on your first touchdown bet in the NFL. When
a customer places an NFL wager on a first touchdown
scorer bet and he doesn't score first but score second,
BETMGM will return one hundred percent of their stakeback in cash.

Speaker 2 (01:06:48):
All right, let's do this.

Speaker 6 (01:06:49):
Let's go rush.

Speaker 4 (01:06:51):
Second in chance score.

Speaker 6 (01:06:53):
This might be our last opportunity.

Speaker 2 (01:06:55):
Mare all right, crack.

Speaker 5 (01:06:56):
We're looking for a first touchdown score ideally but hopefully,
worst case scenario, he scored a second instead, we get
our cash back.

Speaker 2 (01:07:04):
Who do you have circled today?

Speaker 3 (01:07:05):
Let's go to this Brown Spangles game. Let's go to
Chase Brown plus three fifty at bet MGM. Again. The
reason why I like betting something that's a little bit
lower odds here because you get chances are he's going
to score first, he's the favorite, and you get your
money back if he scores the second one instead.

Speaker 6 (01:07:24):
There you go, okay, okay, Well, I mean I'm gonna
be boring like crack here. I mean, Bjon Robinson for
the Falcons is plus two eighty. I mean, I just
I don't think Pat's gonna throw the ball very much today,
and so I like B's are here plus two eighty.
I think he's got to be a big part of
what they do today. So that's a running with bijon

(01:07:46):
plus two eighty in spirit though in.

Speaker 5 (01:07:49):
Spirit yeah yeah. Shout out to my guy back in
South Bend, Jay. He sent me this this morning where
he mentioned that Mason Rudolph, now the Titans quarterback. He's
I know he's thrown the ball more to the tight
end than Levis has. And on top of that, the
Colts are the worst team this year in terms of

(01:08:11):
giving up touchdowns to tight ends. And so you think
about chick a coon quo.

Speaker 2 (01:08:17):
I'll take him to score first. The odds are crazy.

Speaker 5 (01:08:19):
It's twenty to one plus two thousand, and if the
Colts are that bad giving up touchdowns to tight ends,
maybe we luck out and hit the lottery and he
scores first.

Speaker 2 (01:08:31):
So and we've got a shot if.

Speaker 5 (01:08:33):
He doesn't score first, if he turns to chick a
con Quo, the Titans tight end against the Colts today,
I can rock with I count out with that, like
when you get a little bit of insurance with the scoring. Second,
you get your money back every now and then, I'd
like to dabble on, you know, swinging for the fences

(01:08:53):
instead of going with your your typical like three to one,
four to one running back, you know. So I'll do
that today in this I think it at least makes
a little bit of sense.

Speaker 2 (01:09:02):
In this spot, I'll go with the KONQUI.

Speaker 3 (01:09:05):
I don't know any time of the year when I
see a gain guy named Rudolph around Christmas time, I
don't want to mess with that.

Speaker 2 (01:09:11):
I don't think that's good luck.

Speaker 4 (01:09:12):
Crack.

Speaker 2 (01:09:13):
No, you go the other way.

Speaker 5 (01:09:15):
Huh Okay, how about this, let's see Giants taking on
the Falcons normally, Crack, I don't think we could pay
for you to be there, but right like the interesting
part of this is Michael Pennix Junior his NFL debut.
Kirk Cousins has been benched. Kirk was freaking brutal the
last five weeks. One touchdown past nine interceptions over the

(01:09:39):
last five games for Kirk Cousins, so he's on the bench.
Michael Pennix Junior is in right there.

Speaker 2 (01:09:45):
You just mentioned this, Jeff.

Speaker 5 (01:09:47):
You want to take some pressure off of your rookie
and you want to run it against the rush defense
that sucks no Dexter Lawrence. So I would expect a
heavy dose of Bijon running it and also Tyler l
Gee running the ball here today for a rise up.

Speaker 6 (01:10:00):
Yeah, I took out Ji over thirty five and thirty
seven and a half fashion yards. Again, I like taking
the backup sometimes, man. I mean, these these backups they get,
you know, six to eight carries, man, especially if you
think that the game's gonna be a blowout. The last
quarter of this game is going to just be Tyson
Algeria running the football. So I like that that number
right there. Everyone is going to praise the Falcons for

(01:10:23):
drafting Michael Pennox now after we all blasted them. I
still don't think that was the right move because you
signed Cousins to be the future of your franchise. But
it's certainly possible that we're going to get a report
that after they signed him they realized his acuses is
much worse than they thought. And that's why I do
they went and drafted Michael Pennix. But you basically spend
ninety million dollars on a quarterback who do not help

(01:10:46):
you make the postseason, which is the entire point of
why you would sign Kirk Cousins. Cousins is in the
Hall of Fame, the NFL contract Hall of Fame. Guys,
there is no one who has done better job maximizing
his or her talents in any sport ever than Kirk Cousins.

(01:11:07):
I mean, he has made more guaranteed money than any
player in National Football League history, including Patrick Mahomes. Patrick
Mahomes will make more than him by the end of
his contract, but he has made so much money in
his career by just doing these. He has made two
hundred and ninety four million dollars.

Speaker 2 (01:11:26):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (01:11:28):
Wow money.

Speaker 6 (01:11:30):
Yes, that's how much I make. I took all of
that and put it on the Chiefs minus two for
Wednesday against Pittsburgh. Just start to throw that out there,
so and the number makes It's a silly number, man,
that's a silly number. I don't like two points. That's
it two for the Chiefs. Are they losing this game?
Are we we think they're gonna lose? Are gonna wind
in Pittsburgh. I mean, I'm gonna pull up by I

(01:11:52):
had it timed out. I had the Patrick Mahomes Pittsburgh splits.
He is dominated Pittsburgh in his career too, So one
game left for everyone to have rest. But you know
that that's a lot of money for cousins Madamy. Good
for him, obviously, you can get it. It's good, it's
good business. But I just I think that the Falcons

(01:12:12):
will get praised for really what ends up being just
a really bad, really bad decision to sign him. Mahomes
is only place sixte ers twice by averaging three hundred yards,
nine touchdowns, no interceptions. Wow, play well against.

Speaker 3 (01:12:26):
Them, all right, So this Giants Falcons, another game with
a team fighting for a playoff spot. First, a potential spoiler. However,
I mentioned this again because I want people to remember
that that's already baked into the line. Most of the
people will look at the game and say, oh, the
Falcons need to win the Giants season over. No way,
Giants playing this game. That's not the case. I say
it every week. Any given someday anything can and will happen.

(01:12:48):
I'm actually pretty surprised the Falcons are benching Kirk Cousins
and going with Pennix today. I figured that a change
of course can happen. But after the Falcons were eliminated
for maybe playoff contention, not right now, so we'll see
what happens to twenty four year old rookie. I'll be
rooting against the Falcons as I have a no playoff
future with them. I thought was dead that bet and

(01:13:10):
is still alive. And also we have our big survivor
pool here in town, which I have twenty percent of
a team. They're down to fifty teams, fourteen million first prize.
I have twenty percent of a team. That means the
implied value per entries over two hundred eighty five thousand
nine on a hold of eight people. Eight people have

(01:13:30):
the Falcons in that pool. I'm not one of them,
so you have I have the Packers, so the Packers
tomorrow night. Eight people have the Falcons, and so I'm
rooting for the Giants big time. How many teams are
left fifty nine fifty teams. Nine teams have the Bengals,
eight have the Falcons, seven have the Bills, four have

(01:13:51):
the Cardinals, and one have the Bucks. So someone is
sending two hundred and eighty five thousand dollars on the
bucks today. In other words, Wow, this.

Speaker 6 (01:14:01):
Survivor this year. I mean ninety percent of it got
eliminated the first five weeks and there's still fifty people left.
We were joking about whether it may even make it
the things.

Speaker 3 (01:14:10):
No way, I thought everyone was making it. There's absolutely
no way, and it's unbelievable. I'm willing to say this
is going to be a very large split in the end.

Speaker 6 (01:14:19):
Who do you have left it? Do you know which
seems you have left? Yes?

Speaker 3 (01:14:22):
Oh yeah, no, believe it or not. Our teams this
week was either going to be the Falcons or the Packers,
so that was going to be. We just figured the
Monday night look ahead, let's watch to see what happens
on Sunday. We have a fourteen point favorite over a
nine point favorite, where a rookie quarterback, So we went
I think we went with the right decision here, and

(01:14:42):
I'll be rooting definitely one of my bigg route. I
really don't really root too much throughout the season watching games.
I'll definitely be rooting.

Speaker 5 (01:14:51):
For the by the way, real fast, the if the
if Atlanta wins today, which they should Tampa has to
win tonight or else they're in second place.

Speaker 2 (01:15:03):
They don't.

Speaker 5 (01:15:04):
They lost a head to head, they got swept. Tampa
got swept by Atlanta, So that's something to keep in
mind for Sunday night. If Atlanta does win, Tampa has
to win also to stay in the lead of that division. Hey,

Speaker 2 (01:16:21):
All right, let's do this.

Speaker 4 (01:16:24):
Drop it up player plays.

Speaker 2 (01:16:27):
Okay, crack, we start with you with something you like.

Speaker 3 (01:16:30):
Let's go to San Francisco Taylor over rushing yards. Listen,
he's the starter for Sana fran here from what I'm
reading here, co I like his over rushing yards and
bet MGM again, I'm finding doing something shopping here because
I do shop, but I'm finding some good yards, some
good props at at bet MGM again over his rushing yards.

(01:16:54):
Let me give you the current number I bet it earlier. There.
They must still love that thirty nine point five.

Speaker 5 (01:17:01):
Okay, little Patrick Taylor, actually Patrick Taylor actually.

Speaker 2 (01:17:05):
Yeah too, so bad man. They are the walking wounded
San frans crazy.

Speaker 6 (01:17:10):
I like Terry Kill over five and a half, as
I mentioned, and I took two backup running backs today
over the rushing PROPM Gainwell over sixteen and a half
rushing yards and Algier over thirty seven and a half
rushing yards. Again, not every team does this, right, It's
not someone to us for every team, but teams that
want to run the football man, the backup's gonna get carries,

(01:17:32):
you know, And especially with the Eagles in those situations
where they're third in law and they put camebell and
they run the ball punt and so I, uh, all
right though those are my three and a half.

Speaker 5 (01:17:44):
Yeah, I'm with you on Algier. I've bet that one myself.
I might get down on Gainwells as well, get down
on Gainwell as.

Speaker 6 (01:17:50):
Well, you know, might as well.

Speaker 2 (01:17:52):
Yeah, why not?

Speaker 5 (01:17:54):
Okay, if you've you're on Algier, I'll give something else out.
I just look at this Seattle passing it at Jackson
Smith and Jigba has had a fantastic season, and the
Vikings pass defense has been leaky. So I'm gonna go
with JSN. Give me over sixty three and a half
receiving yards for Jackson Smith and Jigba. I think there

(01:18:14):
are a lot of yards to be gained against that
Vikings pass defense.

Speaker 2 (01:18:18):
It's not tight, it's not great over there.

Speaker 5 (01:18:21):
So if you're on Algier, Jeff, I'll pivot and I'll
go to jsn.

Speaker 2 (01:18:26):
Okay and take his over right there.

Speaker 3 (01:18:29):
How about that?

Speaker 6 (01:18:29):
I like it?

Speaker 2 (01:18:31):
You know, one to just bring up which is caught
my attention.

Speaker 5 (01:18:35):
I always love when Drew Lock, Okay, Drew Lock has
taken off and been running the ball and shown some athleticism.
He's ripped off some big runs, and his rushing prop
bet has actually gone down. I saw it at seventeen
and a half a little bit earlier. This week it's
down to sixteen and a half rushing yards against Atlanta today.
I'm just curious what you guys think about that when

(01:18:56):
a quarterback has shown he's he's got running ability and
his rushing yards prop goes the other way?

Speaker 2 (01:19:02):
What do you think about that?

Speaker 6 (01:19:04):
What I mean, I guess people don't think he's getting
the ball.

Speaker 5 (01:19:09):
I guess I don't think he's gonna run against the
Falcons today.

Speaker 6 (01:19:13):
You know, well, it's more of a gamescrip thing, right
where they think that that the Giants be throwing the
ball a bunch. That's it's just a gamescript, right.

Speaker 5 (01:19:19):
But that to me, like the game script factors into
him running if he's back, if he's dropping back to
pass and he's got to tuck it and run, quarterbacks
are they call it.

Speaker 6 (01:19:31):
But if they're losing, he's gonna look to pass the
ball instead of run the ball. That's why I guess
those people think. I guess I'm not saying that's what's
gonna happen, but right a lot of people probably think
it's gonna happen.

Speaker 3 (01:19:40):
Maybe.

Speaker 5 (01:19:40):
So all right, coming up next, Jeff is on this dog.
We'll Crack be on it too. I might be as well.
Maybe a team dog play. Ah Yes, welcome in here.
Happy week sixteen to you. Let's keep it going with
the Vikings heading to Seattle to take on the Seahawks.
That's a late after noon game, Seahawks a three point

(01:20:03):
home underdog. Jeff, you're on the dog here. I'm on
the dog too. I'm curious where Crack is. But let's
hear your argument as to why you like the Seahawks.
You like them plus the three you've actually said in
passing you like them out right here?

Speaker 2 (01:20:17):
Why is that?

Speaker 3 (01:20:17):
Jeff?

Speaker 6 (01:20:18):
Well, they played terribly last week, as we know, right,
and you know I think when you have a situation
where you have a team off a sort of embarrassing
home loss and they're still at home, and that's why
they just play better. That's that's what they do. And
I do think that we're going to see a good
part of that happening. You know, again today with Seattle,

(01:20:43):
I also look at the Vikings and what's ahead of them,
once ahead of them, and we talked about this is
they went out and they're the one seed. They end
up beating the Eagles out for that tiebreaker for the
one seed, and they know that, but be in the
situation before, Bro, it's a lot of pressure now on
Sam Darnold on the road dome team outside Pacific Northwest rain,

(01:21:08):
cold wind, not in the situation before. I'm just sort
of just honestly playing a number here. I'm just playing
that the number, and that's kind of all it comes
down to. I don't. I don't. It's not much more
for me than that.

Speaker 3 (01:21:23):
Yeah, you know, you make some good points there. I
was riding high on the Seattle train there for about
three or four weeks in a row, and I even
bet them last week, and but I was successful with them,
and you know, I may look I didn't bet this game,
but it makes sense. Seattle in this game a little
bit more than Minnesota, one of the only games left

(01:21:44):
with these two teams have winning records in playoff hopes.
The Lions losing their second game, the Vikings now have
a chance to get the number one seed in the
NFC and a bye, but they have to win today
and to keep that hope alive. Minnesota run defense has
not looked good in the last month, but should have
Warren Smith back today, and they also been protecting Sam
Donald's I shouldn't. I should say they also have been

(01:22:07):
uh have sorry, been protecting Sam Donald as they're giving
up the most pressure in the NFL. However, Uh, you
know this is gonna be a tough test for the
Vikings offense today. Seattle really does really well, getting the
quarterback and forcing some mistakes. But you know, I didn't
look at this game. A little little stuttering here looking

(01:22:29):
at this game. I tell you, if I can find
a three boy at home in this situation, and guess
what plus three minus O five at bet MGM. A
lot of two and a half's out here in Vegas,
even at two. But yet bet MGM has that plus
three minus five. I wasn't really considering this game until
Jeff said it, and then I seen the three at
bet MGM, so this may be a bet for me today. Guys.

Speaker 2 (01:22:51):
Yeah, I think Jeff said it.

Speaker 5 (01:22:53):
You know, like you'll see these games and you're like, Okay,
what's the argument for backing this side?

Speaker 2 (01:22:59):
And sometimes you're like, it's the number. The number? Is
that good because I can come up with arguments. I
don't like that.

Speaker 5 (01:23:07):
On the other side, the Vikings, they've been good at
pressuring the quarterback.

Speaker 2 (01:23:11):
So think about that.

Speaker 5 (01:23:12):
They're number four, They're tied for fourth with forty two sacks. Defensively,
they're facing Gino Smith. What do we just see from
Geno Smith? He's got a banged up leg, right, he's
got a knee. The Seahawks are twenty ninth in terms
of sacks given up. They're toward the bottom of the league.
They've given up forty seven sacks. And then on top
of it, Minnesota is number one in interceptions. They have

(01:23:34):
twenty interceptions. They're facing Gino Like, I've give you all
these numbers, yet the money is still coming in on
the home dog, and there's a reason why. It's the
spot and Uh yeah, I think the number makes sense
in this spot.

Speaker 3 (01:23:50):
Here.

Speaker 5 (01:23:50):
Let's go to Tampa at Dallas Sunday night football. You've
got Tampa. They are road favorites here, still hanging with
a four point number here on the road against Dallas.
Very sneaky because a lot of it's on Baker Mayfield.
Baker Mayfield has done a good job this season. Thirty

(01:24:11):
two touchdown passes, too many interceptions fourteen, but passer rating
one oh four point one. That's one of the league leaders.
He's sixth in passer rating. That's really good. So Tampa
number four in passing offense, very very quietly, tied for
fourth in rushing yards per game Tampa Bay.

Speaker 2 (01:24:30):
You wouldn't think they're running the ball like that.

Speaker 5 (01:24:33):
So in Dallas they can't stop the run at all.
They're one of the worst in the league at stopping
the rush. So watch out for Bucky Irving and Rashad White.
It's normally about Baker, but they can run the ball
way better than Dallas can.

Speaker 6 (01:24:46):
I got an argument with Erko pal Russ this week
about this time of year. There's a silly tweet that
comes out once a week from someone who says, here
there are seven players that have bonuses if they reach
a certain reception number, rushing number, touchdown number. Then here

(01:25:09):
are also the players that are looking to break records.
And the implied part of the tweet is you should
wager on these guys props. Okay, And every year we
make fun of this tweet. And I remember when last
year is like Week seventeen and none of them hit, like,
none of them hit, hit it all. And I made
the argument and there was a pushback from us about

(01:25:30):
teams purposely trying to get players these numbers. Okay, One
thing is teams don't want to pay players anymore, and
they already pay them, so they're not actively telling us
to go get someone a record, okay, or get someone
a bonus. But quarterbacks will do it to their friends.
We saw Tom Brady do with Gronk and to the

(01:25:51):
extent we saw, we've seen Travis Kelsey do it with Mahomes.
And then like last year, remember Chris Jones needed two
sacks and like Week eighteen last year to get his bonus,
like everyone was sort of making sure he got it
on the defense, like they made sure that he got
to rush rewanded rush and he got his two sacks.

Speaker 5 (01:26:06):
I love sometimes remember Clowney. I think this is a
couple of years ago. He got a sack and he's
doing like the money dance on the field.

Speaker 2 (01:26:13):
It's fun.

Speaker 6 (01:26:14):
Yeah, Okay, most of these do not wager on them. Okay.
A team is not trying to get the backup running
back his bonus. Okay, But Mike Evans of the Tampa
Bay Buccaneers needs I mean two hundred and seventy five
this yards for a thousand yards ers make I think
eleven straight thousand yard season, which would tie Jerry Rice's record.

(01:26:37):
They will absolutely give Mike Evans every opportunity to get
this record. Now again, Liam Cohen, the bucks OC is
not telling Baker Mayfield throw the ball to Mike Evans.
But Baker Mayfield knows what's up, he knows what's at stake.
So I think Mike Evans overs for the rest of
the season are a good play and I'm not sure

(01:26:59):
the rest. So right now, bet MGM is over is
seventy nine point five juice a little bit to thirty five.
So I again, if you're looking for something in this game,
don't have much, that might be a spot to go.
I'm with you. And Bucky Irving like a rushing receiving
number for him. But yeah, those those those bonuses again,

(01:27:24):
a lot of times they don't come through. But obviously
this situation, I think the chance for Mikey is to
come home.

Speaker 3 (01:27:31):
So that's interesting from a player's standpoint thinking about that,
because I'm always under the impression that that, of course
they're going to help their teammates make make a bunch
of money. But I guess you're right, and it doesn't
especially a backup or something. I guess I guess that's situational,
but crack.

Speaker 6 (01:27:51):
You also have to have, like if Tampa Bay is
is up twenty one nothing in this game, yeah, are
they like are are they throwing the ball at Mike
Evin a lot?

Speaker 5 (01:28:00):
Now?

Speaker 6 (01:28:00):
Now? Okay, Mike ye. But it is not the great
example because I think they're gonna get it for him.
But we were arguing over over Brock Bowers need sixteen
catches to set the record for most receptions for a rookie,
and he averages six the game anyways, so it's not
like there's like a deviation off the game plan. But
the argument was, is are they telling Desmond Ritter get

(01:28:22):
Brock Bauers the ball like out of the ordinary, like
force the ball to him. The answer is absolutely not. No,
they're not doing that. But again, that's that number. If
you just hits his average, he's gonna get So that's
not really a great example.

Speaker 3 (01:28:37):
Was there any money in it for straighthand when?

Speaker 6 (01:28:39):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (01:28:40):
When casts to know was there any money in it
for you?

Speaker 6 (01:28:45):
Probably had some money on that one.

Speaker 3 (01:28:46):
No, No, I met incentive, you know, like as we know,
that's all in the media.

Speaker 5 (01:28:51):
Now, there couldn't have been an incentive for that many
but he got paid off after oh yeah, single season.

Speaker 3 (01:29:02):
So anyway, Tampa is looking at eight and six, looking
to move closer to the playoffs here and actually it's
hard to even say this. Eight and six looking more
closer to an NFC South title. So a Cowboys looking
to just stay alive. I guess I didn't really even
know it that they weren't until I heard it yesterday.

(01:29:22):
I was like, wait, the Cowboys aren't mathematically eliminated yet
from the playoffs. So Tampa has been getting They had
one of the best offensive this season and explosive play
capabilities too, while the Cowboys have been giving up a
ton of these kind of explosive plays too. One good
thing for the Cowboys they've been doing this season is
creating pressure on defenses. But on the other hand, Tampa's

(01:29:43):
defensive line has been protecting Mayfield all year, so this
will be an interesting one primetime game. The game opened
up at four and still at four, so this is
one of those games again. And by the way, four
and forty seven and a half still four and forty
seven and a half. I'm sure by tonight though, when
everyone's chasing, this game will be moving around. There'll be

(01:30:04):
people firing on something or another, but probably not going
to be me, just a proper too.

Speaker 5 (01:30:08):
Maybe yeah, yeah, Do you have a rule of thumb
crack or if you're betting on the Sunday night game,
you got to do it earlier in the day, you know,
do you feel super square if you're like, I like
a couple of things in this game, but I don't
want to bet it.

Speaker 3 (01:30:23):
You know, if you're betting any marquee players, If you're
betting any Marquee players, I look to bet. If I'm
betting i'm under props. I'll look to way more towards
game time, when people are just forced to start betting
and those those and what do they betting? They're betting
overs over. So if I'm looking at marquee players, I'm
looking to bet under more towards game time. If I'm
looking to bet overs, I'll actually look more towards now

(01:30:45):
or even earlier in the weeks. Bet MGM puts their
props up very early, so you guys see, I sent
you guys multiple lists are out the week at bet MGM,
even though the games are you know, a couple of
days away.

Speaker 5 (01:30:56):
So right, yeah, like, and that's the thing that's a
good question, Like if you send us any unders, you
would you'd normally wait until the last minute to enter
those in because they're most likely going to go up.

Speaker 2 (01:31:07):
Is that that's normally the way you do it.

Speaker 3 (01:31:09):
I sent you guys one on Buffalo today, and Brian,
you agreed and I didn't. Usually during the props I
thought I thought you were going to we can give
out an extra bonus player. We let's see what I
gave the group. I know it was rushing yard. I
just want to see the number I gave.

Speaker 2 (01:31:23):
You guys should be seven and a half.

Speaker 3 (01:31:25):
Okay, good, so so uh yeah, it's Buffalo. Allen under
his rushing yards, and Brian said he agree with that.
So there's just a little bonus one there. We throw
these things in here from time to time, and uh,
there's there's an extra one for you guys. Lots of
money coming in on Arizona right now over Carolina. I
don't get it was four four and a half, not
up to five and a half and a six just

(01:31:46):
popped up on my screen.

Speaker 5 (01:31:47):
So yeah, interesting, Yeah, the Josh Allen prop. One of
the reasons I like the obvious is you don't want
to run them into the ground, you know.

Speaker 3 (01:31:56):
Hoping they have a big lead. Maybe and yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:31:58):
But the other thing is if you look at the
Patriots in terms of sacks, So think about this, Buffalo
is number one in terms of preventing sacks their offense.
They've only given up thirteen sacks this season, and the
Patriots they're twenty eighth. They're low near the bottom of
the league only with twenty seven sacks. So play that out.

(01:32:20):
What's gonna happen. Josh Allen has time to throw the ball,
He's gonna throw it. If he's under pressure and he's
forced to move out of there and make something happen.
He's more likely to run so in this spot. Yeah,
and there's so many outs where the underhits. So yeah,
I like that one. Sorry, don't need to belabor the point,
but I think that's a good play. You with that, Jeff,

(01:32:42):
you under Josh Allen rushing yards. It's one of those
You're like, oh gosh, he tucks it and runs for
fifteen You're.

Speaker 2 (01:32:49):
Like, what am I doing?

Speaker 5 (01:32:50):
But I don't think he gets there today. There's no
reason to keep running him and taking all that punishment.

Speaker 6 (01:32:57):
No, there's not, And I would you know his we're
talking about his rational time. It's more just about game plan, right,
Like these games he has to run, he runs, otherwise
he tries not to run.

Speaker 5 (01:33:10):
Right, Yeah, that's that's basically it like simple math on
that one. I feel like, all right, we've got Jeff Schwartz,
eight year NFL veteran Bill Krackenberger from crackwins dot Com.

Speaker 2 (01:33:20):
I'm Brian No coming up next.

Speaker 6 (01:33:22):
Man.

Speaker 5 (01:33:23):
This goes completely against cracks DNA, A couple of teams
and a couple of spots. Today we'll explain it for you.
It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by

(01:34:05):
bonus bets if that bet loses. Okay, I mentioned this
goes against your betting DNA. Crack laying fourteen points come in. Yeah,
got a couple of opportunities to lay fourteen points today.
You could go with the Bills at home against the Patriots,
or tomorrow night the Packers at home against the Saints.

Speaker 2 (01:34:28):
What do you think, Crack, you run into the window
to do that.

Speaker 3 (01:34:31):
I almost don't have to say anything. You guys already
know I'm not never laid double digits in the NFL. However,
I do have Green Bay and my survivor pool here
in Vegas. It's worth fourteen million, so I'm hoping they're
gonna win by at least fourteen points. But it's no
point spreads in this pool. So out of the two games, though,
I'll tell you these Division games, I would not.

Speaker 6 (01:34:55):
I was.

Speaker 3 (01:34:56):
Actually I made more live bets today's show than I
ever made in the history of our Fox show here.
I mean I bet the Seattle before that. It's why
I was like, I was studying lines. I'm like, how
they can bet MGM half plus three when there's two
and a half's everywhere and they still have plus three
minus we five. So I bet Seattle. I actually was
looking at betting be betting New England again because it's

(01:35:20):
just fourteen points, and you know, living in Las Vegas
is actually a book here in town with fourteen and
a half, so you get extra half points here and there.
Division game, I was looking at Chicago and other division
know the Chicago Detroit home dog again six and a
half mostly everywhere bet MGM plus seven minus fifteen. So

(01:35:41):
as far as the two games go, if any one,
if I was forced to bet one of the two,
it would be tomorrow night's game. But again I'm not
betting laying fourteen points.

Speaker 6 (01:35:51):
Can I can I correct? Can I make the case
to lay fourteen with Buffalo? Yes, here we go.

Speaker 5 (01:35:56):
They smack them around jeft those bad teams bills.

Speaker 6 (01:35:59):
They dominate bad teams at home, like that's been a
thing they've done. They beat Tennessee by twenty four. They
beat Jacksonville by thirty seven this year at home. This
is like an mo for Buffalo. They really smack. Now
be fair, I mean, they beat the Giants by five
last year at homes like they It's not always perfect, right,
but for the most part they dominant Helm Moore anything
else though, The Patriots have a handful of impactful players.

(01:36:26):
If one hen was missing three digits, they have two
impactful players on their team, Drake May, a rookie quarterback
on the road, and Christian goan Zales, their cornerback. That's it, right,
Barmore's not. Barmore's out right. The rest of the offensive line,
why they don't know what I mean Stevenson, I guess,
I mean, I don't know if Stevens in that impactful.

(01:36:46):
Buffalo's defense is bad. They've allowed ninety points basically the
last two weeks, right or eighty two points, which is
not great, Brian, But Buffalo's gotta keep pace with with
the Chiefs. Now, they're gonna be fire up to play
this game. They're wearing new uniforms today, right, those uniforms
with the red top. I believe up top. So I'm
all in a Buffalo. It's the one favorite I like

(01:37:07):
this week, Brian. I have him minus the fourteen and
I may look to play like a minus twenty three
and a half ault number at some point. We'll see what.
I haven't made my mind up in that one yet.

Speaker 5 (01:37:18):
No, I get it makes sense. Let me ask you this.
Krack always loves this as a former player. If you
go back, Jeff, I'm curious how many times letdowns occurred.
Compare it like when you were in college the letdown
factor and when you were a professional the letdown factor.

Speaker 6 (01:37:34):
Because really in an NFL.

Speaker 2 (01:37:36):
Yeah, rarely in the NFL, right, yeah, yeah. Because you
think about the Bills.

Speaker 5 (01:37:40):
They were flying high last week as a great win
for them on the road against Detroit, so I don't
look at the letdown factor nearly as much.

Speaker 3 (01:37:48):
In the end.

Speaker 6 (01:37:49):
They just had that when they lost the Rams, though,
you know, like they just sort of had that game,
and we picked Buffalo. I think all of us, I
mean all of us, but I picked them last week.
I think you did Brian as well to win that game.
I just think that this is what they do. And
the Patriots were off of bye last week and look lifeless,
man like, off of bye, looked lifeless. And to me,

(01:38:09):
that just shows you where their team is right now.
They didn't look any better. I mean all the Patriots
people that I see on social media complaining about the
coaching and the preparation, the play calling. So I like
Buffon in this one, guys, it's the one favorite like.

Speaker 5 (01:38:22):
Today, Yeah, any thoughts on Tomorrow night Saints we get
a Spencer Rattler in there.

Speaker 2 (01:38:30):
No Alvin Kamara.

Speaker 5 (01:38:32):
I mean it's it's a ton of points, but it's
still just gross.

Speaker 2 (01:38:35):
To take the Saints plus the points here.

Speaker 6 (01:38:38):
It's a it's a clean it's a like a clean
around the house night, or it's a you know, it's
a it's a honeydew list night, it's a go to
bed early night. It's it's one of those games. Whe're
just like, I don't think you have to pay attention
to very much unless you have a wage jar that's
what I'm not. I'm not betting the fourteen on that one.
But feels like the Packers are gonna take the business.

Speaker 3 (01:38:57):
Please tell me you're not cleaning and doing the cleaning
and stuff like that around the house.

Speaker 6 (01:39:01):
Come on, no, I I.

Speaker 3 (01:39:05):
Are you on dish duty? All right?

Speaker 6 (01:39:06):
Well you're all I do.

Speaker 3 (01:39:08):
Know.

Speaker 6 (01:39:09):
I do the dishes and then I'm pretty messy otherwise.
So we have people that come help with that part
of our life.

Speaker 3 (01:39:16):
Yeah, yeah, have to. I mean, my wife calls me
a hurricane. I'm not allowed touch anything, so correct.

Speaker 6 (01:39:21):
And when I cook, I do. I like when I cook,
I use all the dishes, like all the plunk of pants.
Everything gets used. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:39:28):
Yes, by the way, I'm curious. Let me pick your
brain here because I was thinking about this. We were
talking about Josh Allen, Bill's quarterback. You don't want to
have him run, run, run, run in a game you
should win easily against the Patriots, So yeah, you got
to save them for the playoffs a little bit. What
do you think about this Saints Packers game, because there
is a rushing total that caught my attention in terms

(01:39:50):
of carries. Josh Jacobs, Packer's running back, his rushing attempts
is at twenty one and a half. I really want
to run him that much in a game against the
Saints like this, where listen, if you're up comfortably, why
are you running Josh Jacobs repeatedly.

Speaker 3 (01:40:06):
I agree, I agree, Yeah, you would think it'd be
baked in the number. But you're even saying even more so,
which I understand, just like the bet on Alan under
you know, you just think. But sometimes it's weird. How
many times are we watching games guys where we're saying,
why are these guys playing? There's no reason to play.
There's been so many times in my life being a

(01:40:28):
prop better that I'm just looking that way. Of course,
like I always say, we look at things the way
we bet, But I want this is from common sense,
Like you're up twenty one points, you guys are going
to the playoffs next week? What are you doing next month?
All or whatever it may be? How can you play
these guys? So situations come up where I guess they
just got to give them repture. So I don't even know.

(01:40:48):
It doesn't even make sense to me. Sometimes from a coach,
and sometimes they need the coaches need sports betters in
their ear on the sidelines. Coach, you got to take
them out here and I'll tell you why later. Hey, coach,
coach to me, favorite, you got you gotta go for
the two here. I'll tell you why later.

Speaker 6 (01:41:02):
Imagine that that would that would be.

Speaker 2 (01:41:06):
That the analytics guy, it's yeah, I'll tell you guy.

Speaker 3 (01:41:08):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no.

Speaker 2 (01:41:11):
That's good. Coach.

Speaker 5 (01:41:12):
We need a time out here. Why do we need
to trust me? We need to try into the spread
blacker Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:41:17):
Uh yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:41:18):
If you're looking at Josh Jacobs, I could understand targeting
like a longest rush prop bet over. But to me,
the carries, I just don't know why you would want
to run him into the ground in a game against
the Saints where you're heavily favored, if you get a lead,
run the backups. You're gonna need Josh Jacobs big time,

(01:41:38):
come down the stretch and playoff time.

Speaker 2 (01:41:40):
I just I would save them. I would save the
wear and tear man. So I agree in mind, Yeah, yeah, interesting.

Speaker 5 (01:41:48):
You know what we don't worry about, uh, wearing tear
with this guy because he doesn't wear down at all.

Speaker 2 (01:41:54):
His name is Isaac.

Speaker 5 (01:41:55):
Loewenkron, and he goes and goes just like a thorough
Oh Britt Stallion, he's got the leads.

Speaker 6 (01:42:04):
All right.

Speaker 8 (01:42:05):
You want to talk about an inspiring intro, I'm thinking
of Whirlaway secretariat. Why, thank you so much.

Speaker 1 (01:42:12):
I've got it.

Speaker 4 (01:42:13):
I've got a little swagger.

Speaker 8 (01:42:15):
Now we start, Fellas with the National Football League, of course,
in the early games, kicking off at the top of
the hour. New York Jets defensive tackle Quinn Williams is
inactive for their game against the Los Angeles Rams because
of a hamstring injury. Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Orlando Brown
is inactive for their game against the Cleveland Browns because
of a leg injury. Brown's tight end David Najoku is active.

(01:42:37):
He'd been questionable due to a hamstring injury. Washington Commander's
tight end Zach Ertz is active for their game today
against the Philadelphia Eagles. He'd been questionable with the shoulder injury.
Arizona Cardinals starting center Yelled Defroholt is active for their
game at Carolina. He'd been a late addition to their
injury report due to illness. Panthers starting center Cade Mays

(01:42:59):
is inactive due to illness. Finally, Fellas get this in
golf today at the PNC two Player Championship in Orlando.
Here was Charlie Woods, the fifteen year old son of
Tiger Woods, teeing off on the fourth hole just a
short time ago.

Speaker 3 (01:43:21):
Really good contact.

Speaker 4 (01:43:22):
This is a great looking shot.

Speaker 6 (01:43:24):
It's the right number.

Speaker 4 (01:43:26):
Holy it is the right numb.

Speaker 6 (01:43:30):
Charlie Woods, that's where it is after.

Speaker 1 (01:43:36):
And guess what his father was actually, Fortunately he had
to take a break for a second.

Speaker 4 (01:43:44):
Cops back.

Speaker 8 (01:43:45):
Here's the war of the crowd, the call on the
golf channel. Fifteen years old and just got a hole
in one. Nice going back to you guys, very yeah,
very well.

Speaker 2 (01:43:53):
I love how they were like, oh this looks pretty good.

Speaker 4 (01:43:55):
Oh a hole in what?

Speaker 2 (01:43:56):
Like that hasclated very well for him.

Speaker 5 (01:43:59):
It is Fox Sports Video cat Down to Kickoff, presented
by bet MGM. Shortly after the show, our podcast.

right after we get off the air. A question for
you guys, you know, with this news like I Loo
has just mentioned where Quinn Williams on that Jets defensive line,

(01:44:27):
he's not going today, and I immediately think Kyron Williams
Rams running back, Maybe he rips off a long run,
maybe he has a bigger rushing day. How much will
you guys look to play things last minute when there's
new information like this?

Speaker 3 (01:44:42):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:44:43):
Do you look to do that in spots?

Speaker 6 (01:44:47):
I don't know if one defensive lineman changes all of that,
you know what I mean? Like, I don't know, I
don't know if that changes the way I feel about
it someone going over under. To me, it's more just
a function of the general matchup between Rams and Jets.
More than one defensive lineman, obviously, but that number already

(01:45:10):
baked him. Quin Williams was doubtful all week, right, so
that number is not any different now, you know. I
know that we look at backup running backs or like
second or third three wideout when someone's out, and we
might like, like a wide receiver was ruled out today
at last minute, you might look at it at a backup, right,
Brian tath to have the numbers over, but I don't

(01:45:32):
change my opinion on that, I don't. I don't know
if Krack does. Maybe he does. I just typically don't.

Speaker 3 (01:45:36):
Listen, my life is based on things last minute or
something like sure, Like even yesterday, I sent you guys
something over. I sent you guys something over because it
was announced, like right before the game, their beat reporter
made a comment that he spoke to a secondary coach
not even and and how how they were going to

(01:45:57):
get him in the ball more. I'm like, so that
everything I send you, especially day of the game. If
I'm setting a prop like twenty minutes before the game,
it's because of something that just came out. It's either
in social media, someone said something or someone it's always
and listen, I'm not saying it's inside information. There's no
inside information and fixed stuff. I can't take here in

(01:46:18):
the word fix, I just can't take it. If'eve hurt
it more this year than any other year in ever,
probably in the sports books, that's because we have a
lot of new people to sports betting, and they're only
looking at the game the way they bet, so though
automatic things are fixed. But no, there's not inside information
on guys that are making millions and millions.

Speaker 6 (01:46:35):
Of dollars a year.

Speaker 3 (01:46:36):
It give me a break. Yeah, they're gonna give it
to you. So you can bet five hundred dollars.

Speaker 4 (01:46:39):
On a prop?

Speaker 3 (01:46:39):
Sure, you know so it just that kind of bothers
me too. But however, you could get little nuggets of
information from those beat reporters from social media, and a
lot of them may come at closer to game time.
So yes, I actually do bet some things closer to
game time.

Speaker 2 (01:46:57):
Hey, how about the playoff picture?

Speaker 5 (01:46:59):
Let me throw this at you, because if you look
at the AFC, let's start there.

Speaker 2 (01:47:03):
You look at the Broncos.

Speaker 5 (01:47:05):
They lost on Thursday night, but they're gonna get in, right, Like,
they're nine and six. They have three teams that are
six and eight. Those teams would have to win out
to have a shot, and I don't think Indy can, right.
Indy lost. They just lost last week to Denver. They're
one of those six and eight teams. So even if

(01:47:26):
Denver loses out, Indy wins out. I don't think Indy
can get that spot against Denver, right, So it really
would just be the Dolphins and the Bengals. Do you
see a scenario where the Dolphins or the Bengals win out?
And the Bengals lose out. I don't see that at all.

Speaker 6 (01:47:42):
I think Broncos. Well just remember two guys, just remember, Yeah,
the Chiefs win on Wednesday, they're gonna set everyone week
eight team that's right, and the Broncos. And it's so
funny that Bengals have this weird relationship with Chiefs fans.
They're gonna be very pissed if they win this week
the Broncos lose and you end up with a situation, Well,
the bronk has already lost, right, they lost on Thursday,

(01:48:04):
with a situation where you know they need the Broncos
to lose again. In Kansas City, rest everybody.

Speaker 5 (01:48:10):
That's gonna happen, Like if Kansas City beats Pittsburgh next week,
Casey is resting everybody in week eighteen.

Speaker 3 (01:48:18):
Before we go off air, Jeff City bet it and
and you know what, yeah that that's such a strange line.
Kansas City. It just came up at some other sports
books too, So not bet MGM, by the way, one
of the first places to have it up. But minus
two and a half. Boy, I'll tell you, it looks
too easy, doesn't it. It looks uh, Kansas City minus

(01:48:39):
two and a half minus five now showing up on
my screen. And in the other game, Baltimore minus three
or three and a half bet MGM minus three over Houston.
So I just I just think that that game probably
you're You're probably right, Jeff, This Kansas City game probably
Now granted we know Pittsburgh needs the game too, of course,

(01:48:59):
but Pittsburgh, I can imagine what it's going to be
like over there. I've been to a game in that stadium.
It's really really cool setting. I still didn't bet that game,
just to let you guys know, I didn't bet it,
but I'm very much debating whether the beck Kansas City
over Pittsburgh. Now in case it does go to three.

Speaker 6 (01:49:17):
How many people are at that game on Christmas Day?

Speaker 3 (01:49:20):
Oh yeah, I didn't think of that too. Yeah it's
ten am, Well ten am my time. So what's that
one o'clock over there?

Speaker 6 (01:49:28):
Christmas Day?

Speaker 3 (01:49:29):
Christmas Day? Yeah, yeah, good point.

Speaker 6 (01:49:31):
We are going to see the cool videos though, of
like someone getting tickets Christmas morning, like a kid getting
tickets Christmas.

Speaker 3 (01:49:37):
Wow.

Speaker 6 (01:49:38):
I'm sure we'll see some of those videos pop up,
like we're going to the game today today.

Speaker 3 (01:49:42):
That's a great idea. What a great video. Yeah, we're
going to the games, you know, a little while cool
real fast.

Speaker 5 (01:49:49):
How about the NFC if you look at a couple
of games here where Washington not an easy matchup today
obviously home dog against Philly. Right now, they're in their
in seventh place. They're hanging onto that last playoff spot.
How about Seattle right behind them. If Seattle can win
as a home dog today against Minnesota, all of a sudden,

(01:50:10):
they're live for the division. They're live for at worst
a wild card spot. Do you think we're gonna see
a team that's on the outside looking in at the
playoffs sneak in down the stretch here?

Speaker 3 (01:50:21):
No?

Speaker 6 (01:50:22):
Do you do you? I don't see it happening.

Speaker 2 (01:50:26):
At Tampa's road.

Speaker 5 (01:50:28):
Is their path is just so favorable they'd have to
get tripped up. Maybe maybe if Tampa got tripped up.

Speaker 6 (01:50:35):
But that's not that big of a surprise though, right,
I mean, they've won the season series. If if the
season series was not won by Atlanta, this would be
a sound dug for Tampa.

Speaker 2 (01:50:44):
Bay, right it would be.

Speaker 6 (01:50:46):
I took Tampa to win the division a couple month ago,
like plus three twenty, So hopefully that comes home for me.
That'd be nice. That'd be a nice little little cash there.

Speaker 2 (01:50:55):
Yeah, yeah, definitely.

Speaker 3 (01:50:57):
Jeff and Ryan, both of you guys. Conversely, this Deelers
could be locked in also right to a wild card game.
That that that that they might have nothing to play
for that last week too, So I don't know, yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:51:08):
If they might have to play for seating. No, I mean,
well they lose, No, that's not right, crack. If they
lose and the Ravens win, they I don't.

Speaker 3 (01:51:20):
Know what win. If they win, If Pittsburgh wins.

Speaker 6 (01:51:23):
Yeah, against Kansas City, they're they're still in the hunt
for the for the division. I don't know what the
division tiebreakers are now, because the Ravens Steelers split, right,
they split one to one. Right now, the standings show
them ahead of Pittsburgh. I had a Baltimore.

Speaker 5 (01:51:38):
Yeah, the Steelers are ahead because they have a better
conference record.

Speaker 6 (01:51:43):
Right, so, but then Baltimore beats Houston. Let's say that
might and the Steelers lose. That might Chase, But basically
to Week eighteen, the Steelers and Ravens both have to
keep playing.

Speaker 3 (01:51:55):
Yep, Okay, yeah, I want to say the Bengals probably
have the best shot if I had a one. The
Bengals probably have the best shot to catch the Broncos
because they played.

Speaker 6 (01:52:03):
Yes.

Speaker 5 (01:52:04):
Yeah, the first part of it is like these six
and eight teams, are they gonna win?

Speaker 3 (01:52:09):
Out right?

Speaker 5 (01:52:10):
That's the first part of it. You see the Dolphins,
this is a favorable path. But do you see them
going three and oh? They've got the Niners at home
today at Cleveland at the Jets.

Speaker 2 (01:52:20):
No, do you see them going one and oh today?

Speaker 4 (01:52:23):
Jeff?

Speaker 6 (01:52:24):
Uh No, No, Well, because the Bartenders on them on
the Dolphins. So yeah, Barner has been hot though twenty
eight and twenty this year.

Speaker 3 (01:52:33):
Jesus. Wow.

Speaker 6 (01:52:34):
Okay, Bartner had Chargers the other night and the Broncos
were up I don't know by what, like fourteen and
lost by thirty. I was insane, twisted up up eleven
and lost by by ten. Wow, something like that.

Speaker 2 (01:52:48):
Yeah, that's insane, man.

Speaker 3 (01:52:50):
Uh right.

Speaker 5 (01:52:50):
We've got Bill Krachenberger from crack wins dot com sports
handicapper Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran, I'm Brian No
coming up next. We got all kinds, we got the
Crack Challenge, we got rapid fire picks, Cracks Play of

(01:54:02):
ten minutes on Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 2 (01:54:04):
All right, we got some picks to make. Let's do it.

Speaker 4 (01:54:07):
Five five games against the spread. We call it all
the crack Challenge.

Speaker 5 (01:54:14):
All right, moment of truth here Jeff, you're above five hundred.

Speaker 2 (01:54:17):
Very nice by you. Let's see if you can keep
it going here.

Speaker 6 (01:54:20):
All right, Well you put that pressure on me, so
all right, we got we got ugly this today.

Speaker 3 (01:54:24):
Guys.

Speaker 6 (01:54:25):
You ready? Yeah, Bears plus seven, alright, Jets plus three,
Seahawks plus three.

Speaker 2 (01:54:34):
Okay, how mean is that?

Speaker 3 (01:54:38):
Three lots?

Speaker 6 (01:54:42):
So I have lots oh bills minus fourteen. I don't
have the bills and so I had so my contest,
I have Pittsburgh, which I can't use today, so I
already lost that one, so it doesn't count for it
for this one. Give me Carolina plus five and a half?

Speaker 2 (01:54:56):
Okay, Carolina Riot, real fast? What's the reasoning I'm not
disagreeing Carolina.

Speaker 6 (01:55:04):
Well, I think last week we saw a team that
had not been there before. It was the first time
they were a favorite in many, many weeks, two years essentially,
and I thought they played like it. They played pretty poorly.
They played pretty well, Brian for about three weeks without
a win. I don't think Arizona's very good. Yeah, So
I like Carolina covered. There were five and a half

(01:55:25):
for the number. Little Chili too, and Charlotte. You see
Coyler Murray this week. Who was like, who was like
oh cold? Oh like no, no automatic fade.

Speaker 5 (01:55:36):
Okay, I'll start it with the Seahawks. I like this
spot plus three. I'm on that one. I'm gonna go
with the Colts, believe it or not, minus three and
a half. This number hasn't moved at all. That's telling
at you know, three in the hook and no taker
and really they just got in their own way. Jonathan

(01:55:56):
Taylor holds onto the ball on the road against Denver
very well win that. They very well might win that game,
so flucky loss. I'll take the Colts at home. I'm
with you on the Bills. They just smack around bad teams.
Give me them minus fourteen. I'm sorry, crack.

Speaker 2 (01:56:10):
I know that goes against your DNA.

Speaker 6 (01:56:12):
We're both on it shows both on that.

Speaker 5 (01:56:14):
I'm with you with the Bears. Give me the Bears
plus seven.

Speaker 2 (01:56:18):
Byan's defense banged.

Speaker 5 (01:56:20):
Up on the road outside, you know, in the on
the grass. I'll take the Bears plus the seven divisional
game Black and Blue Division, and I'm gonna go Sunday night. Jeff,
you mentioned this. I think you're on the other side.
I'm gonna take Tampa and lay the four. They can
run the ball so much better than the Cowboys can,

(01:56:42):
and in this spot they very well will have to
win because if Atlanta wins in this early window, Tampa
has to win or Atlanta takes over the lead in
the NFC South. So I got Tampa Cowboys can't win
at home.

Speaker 2 (01:56:55):
I'll lay the four. All right, we got more pick
to make.

Speaker 4 (01:56:58):
Let's do it, Ramian Fire.

Speaker 2 (01:57:04):
Okay, crack, what's something you like today?

Speaker 3 (01:57:06):
Man? Let's go with a side, a rare NFL side.
I'll go with the Chicago Bears plus the seven points
at bet MGM minus fifteen. Chicago Bears plus the points.

Speaker 2 (01:57:17):
Get us all on the Bears. Yeah, very nice? Anything
else do you want to mention there?

Speaker 6 (01:57:21):
Jeff, jeez, I got Terreek kill. I have to finish
up with parlay from yesterday, guys. I have Buffalo minus
six and a half at an alternate number at Tyreek
Hill over five and a half perceptions or five plus
perceptions to finish out my my Riley Leonard over twenty five.
And I think I had I think I had Penn
State Notre Dame in Texas in a parlay. So I

(01:57:43):
need a couple more, my crack, I haven't done my
I didn't do my ten team parlay yesterday. You'd be happy.
I just have a cross of a cross sport multi
side total prop parlay instead.

Speaker 3 (01:57:55):
By the way, make sure you're bankroll.

Speaker 5 (01:57:57):
I'm surprised Notre Dame quarterback Leonard didn't run more on
those like little zone reads.

Speaker 6 (01:58:03):
How many didn't, so that was intentional in my opinion,
I think that was game plan. We're not showing me
that because I'm with you. You could have kept a lot
of times and easily. By the middle of second quarter,
I was like, this not happened that he's not keeping these.
It was. It was holy game plan specific.

Speaker 2 (01:58:17):
I think you're right. I'm gonna add we mentioned this before.

Speaker 5 (01:58:21):
Give me Packers running back Josh Jacobs tomorrow night. Under
twenty one and a half rushing attempts. I think this
could be a comfortable win. I don't know why you
would run him into the ground. I'll take the under
on that.

Speaker 2 (01:58:32):
We got Cracks play. Let's get to this.

Speaker 4 (01:58:36):
This is the best play of the day.

Speaker 2 (01:58:38):
Touchdowns that Okay, Crack, what are you have for us, buddy?

Speaker 3 (01:58:42):
Let's go on Cleveland. Let's go over on Judy's yards.
Receiving yards. I'm sorry under on receiving yards, I apologize.
S gotch receiving yards under on Judy sixty four and
a half minus a dollar twenty. Here we go. You
got another play there. Listen. They're all big place today,
all of them, all these prop plays. So I love

(01:59:02):
one of a bunch.

Speaker 5 (01:59:03):
Yeah, a little DTR fade right there, Dorian Thompson Robinson,
A little bit, yeah, starting. Okay, we'll see how these
Newbee quarterbacks do. Interesting week Week sixteen.

Speaker 3 (01:59:14):
Enjoy it.

Speaker 2 (01:59:14):
We'll catch you soon
