This is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by
Bett mg App. Now we're live from your tailgame. Here's
Brian no h Year NFL veteran Jeff Schwartz at sports
handicapper from crackwins dot com Bill crack Krackenberger.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Oh, welcome in, good morning as we get you all
set for the Divisional round of the Playoffs college football
National Championship game on Monday. Fired up for that, good morning, fellas,
Jeff Schwartz Spilkrackenberger. Wow, yesterday was wild. Huh? Washington they

(01:11):
dust the Lions forty five to thirty one. The one
seed goes down as Detroit turns the ball over five times.
Why Lord, Jayden Daniels was spectacular. And you go back
to Washington. They were four and thirteen the season prior

(01:33):
to this last one four and thirteen and here they
are in the NFC Championship game. Unbelievable. What a job
they've done.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
They have done a remarkable job. Good morning everyone. Yesterday
was quite interesting day for me in the gambling space.
I had a lot of lions, chiefs, money lines and
teasers combined, and I'm at the point of my gambling
journey where got a few extra bucks lending the accounts

(02:02):
to hedge and in the middle of that game, I
had shard and so I ended up not losing a lot, thankfully,
but I was in This is the gains of the
gambling evolution, right, Like you just sort of start getting
a feel. You're like, I'm out, I'm out, and you
try to find the best way possible to get out, and.

Speaker 3 (02:23):
It's like you in Biloxi, just yeah the first just
get out.

Speaker 2 (02:29):
So I'm I'm down a little bit on those those
plays in America's teaser, right, Chiefs lines, buck guys. Tomorrow
night went up in flames yesterday. Also, you know, I
saw everyone that I trust in you know, the gambling
space said under five and a half punts was one

(02:49):
of their favorite waiters last night. And it got to
the point. I'm sure Crack saw this from some of
the people that he also follows and looks at. You're
kind of the point where it was like, too it
was too many people were on it. I was like,
there's no way I'm making this wager. I'm not tailing
anyone doing this punt wager. That the price got way
too expensive. And two punts in the entire game. I mean,

(03:10):
it was what a game last night. I'll tell you what, Man,
when you find a franchise quarterback and dan Quinn's a
good coach, you took the Faculo Super Bowl, your life
changes immediately as an NFL franchise. I have many friends
are Commanders fans. Oddly enough, I don't know why, but
I just do. And I'm so happy for them. I mean,

(03:30):
they waited. Nineteen ninety one was the last conference championship game,
and they weren't even really close. It's not like they
were close really anytime that you know, RG three couple
of years made the playoffs. So I Crack, I don't
know about you, but yesterday was quite a gambling journey
for me. Well you were, I mean the props you
sent over were good, so we all made money. Yesterday,

(03:50):
but it was quite a day yesterday.

Speaker 4 (03:53):
Well, I look at things differently, like you know whatever,
thirty years dan quainn. I don't care about any of them.
They don't care about me. But from a football players standpoint,
I understand you were there. You could taste and feel it,
and you feel for them. I just I'm always the
Bronx tail, you know, the little Kike crying. You know,

(04:14):
Mickey Malon don't care about you. The why you care
about him, you know. But that's wrong. I know it's
a little harsh, but I had a rare situation where
I actually, even though I didn't give it out to
my guys, I did find unbelievable prices on those two favorites.
Lions were minus four to ten and Chiefs minus thre

(04:37):
eighty five, which was ridiculous money lines. But that made me,
it didn't It didn't. The money lines didn't, you know,
work with the real money line. What they should have
been like here in Vegas everywhere they were like at
least minimum four point fifty, and here they were four
to ten, and by the way, they were more like
five to one by game time over five to one.

(04:59):
So I found a good money line. So I actually
laid a little bit less I think than two to
one on on that teaser myself. But unbelievably, I did
get off the game a little bit too. I still lost.
I still lost on the teaser, but I lost a
peanuts because I actually did and then I seen what
was going on during the game too, But I did.

(05:20):
I did hedge a little bit before the game, but
I lost to the game as far as that goes.
But as far as as betting for the day, though, no,
I did okay on on a couple of props and stuff,
like I said.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Just okay, just like four for four, five or five,
just okay. And Chiefs money line, which we just we
we both that was the big one.

Speaker 4 (05:42):
Yeah, we both you know speaking of that, Jeff, you
know going back and forth, you know how hard it
was to push the button to send the text to
you guys that guys, I love this Chiefs money line.
There's not And I never talked like that. I never
talked that that on a favorite and and and I
was talking about this was like Monday, I BETMGM, let's
just talk about it. It was bet MGM. So BETMGM had

(06:05):
a ridiculous price I thought it was ridiculous on the
money line on Kansas City, and then when I sent
it over to listen, guys, if you got bet MGM,
that's it. We're talking about price sensitivity here, and I
know you're laying four to one, but the real number
should be five to one. You have a twenty percent
at least twenty percent value here on a money line

(06:25):
compared to the rest of the sportsbooks in the world.
But it was still hard to send over a four
to one favorite. So you're right. I forgot about that bet,
so I did have the money line bet. I actually
did have the money line bet on on Kansas City.
But so as far as sides to go, I probably
made a little little bit of money for the day
even though I lost that teaser. But I felt like

(06:45):
a sucker here. I talked about it on at least
five different shows throughout the week. We have a sports
book in town here that all of a sudden decided
to get into this money line boost boosted parlay, and
their boosted parlay was the City Lions, Ohio State. All
three of them, they're boosting to minus one twenty, which

(07:07):
actually went to minus one thirty because people are of
course betting them. Well, the real boost, just like I
said on even the Twitter video I put out like
three or four days ago, the real boost was on
the underdog taking a dollar ten there. But who's gonna
do that? Who's gonna take a dollar ten? No way,
None of those teams are losing. They gotta win. Well

(07:27):
we see in the end. Another tweet I put out
yesterday with the the fabulous Gates of Heaven, God protects
the bookmaker. Wait till I grab this Christian today. I'm
gonna grab him. All year long. He's been talking about how,
oh my god, the lions are gonna kill us on futures.
All right, Christian, where are you at today? Buddy? It's

(07:47):
all steak and lobsters. Now.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
You know what's funny is I thought of Troy Aikman
said this a couple of games ago. I can't remember
which game it was. It might have actually been the
Monday game when it was the Rams and the Vikings.
But he quoted his old coach, Jimmy Johnson, who always
used to say, it's not who makes the most good plays,
it's who makes the fewest bad plays. Yeeses often come

(08:11):
down to that that Lions game last night against Washington
was the perfect example of that, because look at the
good plays the Lions made. They made a lot of them.
Jamiir Gibbs was sensational. Yeah, yeah, the Jamison Williams sixty
one yard run for a touchdown. They made a lot
of good plays. It was the bad place. Those turnovers.
Man Gough was freaking terrible. The fumble when they were

(08:35):
up seven to three. The three interceptions, one was a
pick six, twelve men on the field when it's fourth
and two. It was just a calamity for the Lions yesterday.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
I'm glad you mentioned that, Brian. If you've heard me
for years now, this our third third year doing the show, right,
fourth year, third fourth year doing the show. And by
the way I've been I've been doing more college basketball
and NBA like to get ready for because this used
to be just ball season. Now we're doing twenty four seven,
So I gotta I gotta have my my college basketball
takes in. Still know there has not been a stop

(09:06):
of that Kentucky Alabama game. They're still shooting, has not
stopped yet. How about that game last week? Two hundred points? Yes,
so much fun.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
Start.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
Yeah, I mean was the total was one seventy five
easily cleared in saying nonetheless, I often say you hear
me say, this's a lot in football. I think teams
lose games more than they win games. Right, So you
both games yesterday, right, Look at the first game, the

(09:37):
Texans the first play of the game to give up
a extra long ko R kickoff return, then get a
dumb penalty and the Chiefs just unfortunate didn't capitalize on that,
but got the three a free three points essentially right,
three points for free. Texans missed an extra point, a
field goal, had one block. So that's that's now seven
points plus you want to add to three at the beginning,

(09:58):
that's not ten points. You had a fourth ten where
you just decide to rush should it take it? Either
delay or call time out? Like there's it's the biggest
point in the game. So these little moments right where
you know you put Carl loftus the Chiefs dnd On
Schultz like three times, I mean, what are we doing?
Look at the night game, we're gonna take the lines made.

(10:18):
You mentioned the turnovers, right, but even just like, why
is Jameson William throwing a pass? I get it. It's fun.
That's fun to do when you're up twenty four. This
is a great example, by the way of why I
say people always ask me why do you run trick
plays when you're up three scores? Because they work when
you're up three scores, that's why. And they don't work

(10:39):
in games like this. It's not because you're playing it's
a playoff game. Like the teams are better, they're better prepared,
they're ready for all this stuff. Right, The intensity and
the focus really hones in these playoff games. That's why
the Lions do it when up twenty four to six,
because the team are playing in stinks. They're gonna it's
gonna be a it's gonna convert. So the Lion's made

(11:00):
some many mistakes. The twelve men in the field was Baba,
did you guys have the issue with the coverage where
it would like come back too late so that that sequence,
at least here in Charlotte. I didn't see it. I
missed third down and then fourth down. It came back
on after twelve men penalty I didn't get I didn't

(11:21):
see third or fourth.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
It wasn't that bad, but.

Speaker 2 (11:24):
And that might be a local Charlotte thing here local
Fox Network. So again the Lions mad. But guys, I
just want to make sure we credit the Commanders, because
that would mean that was incredible. Jaden Daniels looks nothing
like a rookie. And look, I think the inclination is
going to be, whoever they play next week, we're going

(11:46):
to be like Commanders.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
I if it's Philly with that rush defense.

Speaker 2 (11:52):
Probably not, but I don't think it's out of the question.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
Guys, I don't know either.

Speaker 2 (11:56):
Their defense though, was so bad. I mean if the
Lions have two less turnovers, I mean the game's probably
a field goal game at the end, you know. So nonetheless, though,
incredible job. And this is what new ownership does. I
thought about what Dan Snyder was doing last night, this
game last night old Commanders older, but like no chance

(12:21):
he watched it. He watched it. Does he still have,
like I still have like a little bit of a
little bit of a connection to the team. I don't know.
But good for the Lion I mean, good for the Commanders.
The Lions though the windows probably closed you look at
they're losing both coordinators, most likely head coaching jobs. They
can't be more injured than they were this year on defense.

(12:43):
There was a tweet last time. I'll find it right
here with their depth chart to start the season. They're
missing one, two, three, four, five, six starters and that
includes Robertson who broke his arm yesterday. We didn't have
to see that twice by the way they go. And
then then they're they're down seven backups. So that's my
math puts it at thirteen out of the twenty two
and the too deep. Eventually that catched it up to you,

(13:06):
and that's what happened last night.

Speaker 4 (13:08):
Yeah, you know, they lost their starting cornerback in the
first possession of the game too.

Speaker 2 (13:12):
But the injury, Yeah, Robin said when he broke his arm,
he decided to show it to us for some odd reason.

Speaker 4 (13:17):
Oh the injury, I think that changed it all happened
back in week six though I think it was six
to one went down. Oh yeah, he was like the
favorite for defensive Player of the year too, right, Yeah,
it was someone that other team's quarterbacks but they they
literally would fear and defensive quarteraders would have to actually
plan for him. So and you know, coach Campbell called

(13:37):
him the heart and soul of the defense. So I
think losing him finally caught up with them also, but
the explosive Washington offense. Listen, you can't take anything away
from the kid. I love it. You know, everyone talking
about how these rookies do in playoffs. Boy, he doesn't
look like a rookie.

Speaker 3 (13:51):
To make doesn't He really doesn't crack. And that was
the thing that stood out is it's not just the production,
it's everything. It's Jaden Daniels. He has three hundred and
fifty one total yards, two touchdown passes. This is the
first trip back to the NFC championship game for Washington
in thirty three years. Again, they were four and thirteen

(14:14):
the season before he took over. But if you compare
that with the first game of the day, like Jeff said,
the very first play, there's a big kickoff return by
the Chiefs Chris Boyd, who is a safety. He throws
his helmet, he shoves his special teams coach. Yeah, they're
freaking out on the first play. Jayden Daniels is a

(14:37):
rookie and he looks like he's a ten year vet.
It's so impressive what he's been able to do, so smooth,
so poised, just as calm as can be always in control.
He's the man. He's outstanding.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
Chris Boyd, the defender or the especially his player said
that he thought he's on his him afterwards, he thought
they recovered the fumble. That's why he was like pushing
his coach out of excitement. Oh yeah, he realized obviously
that they did not recover the fumble and he got
fifteen yard penalty. So that was how start the game.

Speaker 3 (15:13):
His coach didn't look like, yeah, man, let's sell. He's like, you.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
So fired up. You know. It's so interesting to see too,
like how the losers talk after the game, where one coach,
I mean Dan Campbell was like in tears. He was
so upset that yeah, the other one's blaming the officials.
So that tells you who I think, you know, I
just you know, the different mentalities of the organizations.

Speaker 3 (15:36):

Speaker 3 (17:16):
Oh, we won't come in our good friend, Christian Sippolini,
BETMGM Trading Manager, Good morning, Christian. I want to know
how big was the collective smile on betmgm's face when
the Lions went down all those futures had to be
a huge smile, right.

Speaker 5 (17:36):
And it looked like the Grinch f there. Yeah, we
were quite happy with that outcome. We needed the Lions
to get beat. At some point we probably would have
preferred them to go one more week by you know,
getting the beat was the number one thing we needed
for the rest of the season. So yeah, we finally
finally got what we needed.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
Is there a percent a number you have on the
amount of Chiefs, Lions, buck guys, teasers, moneyline parlays. I
got blown up yesterdays. I feel like I did one.
I mean, I think we all sort of did one obviously,
that is no more.

Speaker 5 (18:14):
Yeah, and that was the other part of the Lions
game was that there was four games over this weekend
with spread of six and a half more. We knew
that there was going to be moneyline parlays with all
those teams together, but if you did do the mass
of parlaying those teams together, you were getting them at
plus money, telling you that statistically one of those teams
was bound to go down and we were fortunate to

(18:35):
get the one we needed last night. So yeah, I
mean he killed all those parlays. We know there was
a lot of them. I don't know the exact percentage.
All I can say was there was a lot of them.

Speaker 4 (18:43):
Christian John Ewing sends us insights, you know, almost every day,
so he had the most bet games ticket wise, Lions commanders,
most bet teams the Lions minus nine and a half,
but yet the most bet team's money commanders. That surprised
me over the Ravens and Chiefs. So you actually had

(19:06):
more risk on people betting the Commanders at bet MGM
for this game plus two points.

Speaker 5 (19:12):
Yeah, probably was talking about the money line because our
liability ended up getting pretty high. We did take a
good amount of money Line commanders that it wasn't. It
wasn't a crazy win like we would have had for
most Lions in the season. We did end up people
a decent amount of Lions action, but kind of like
you said, with the futures angle of it, breaking up
those Moneylin parlays, that was really the bigger key. Like

(19:34):
from an individual game standpoint, it wasn't. It wasn't one
of our biggest being single game wins of the year,
but it was everything else that made it huge.

Speaker 3 (19:42):
You got the two NFL games today, Christian, you got
the National Championship game tomorrow night between Ohio State and
Notre Dame. In those three games, what would be a
great outcome for you guys.

Speaker 5 (19:55):
Yeah, Actually, we're doing okay with the rest of these games.
I mean, from the rest of it, we probab would
want the Rams to win, although I do think the
Rams commander's NFC championship probably is going to draw the
handle that Beagles commanders would, So that's one that could
kind of go back and forth, But that's probably the
only big one that we'll have. This Ravens Bills game,
we're taking more Ravens action, but it's nothing crazy as

(20:17):
you can imagine. That's a pretty split game. And then
from the national championship standpoint, we will want Notre Dame,
but Notre Dame pans are everywhere, so it's not so
we are taking bets. I think we're going to end
up probably like sixty forty Ohio State on that. So
it's another one that I don't think is going to
be crazy, lopside in of one direction. So really the

(20:37):
big one. If we would have talked yesterday, I would
have been saying, we need the commanders, we need the commanders.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
So yeah, how about the prop market. Obviously with less games,
more focus on I would imagine a lot of overs.
What's your liability like today for Hurts and Barkley and
Stafford and some of these. You know, the rushing numbers
for Allen and Lamar Jackson Field have to be very
popular today.

Speaker 5 (21:03):
Yeah, those are really popular. I know. One thing will
certainly need today is take home Barkley not to have
a big rushing game. With the snow in the forecast,
the way they've been playing and running the ball, we've
taken nothing but safe on overs on all the rushing stats,
say Michale hurts, So the punters are expecting a big
rushing game, so that's the one thing we'll definitely need.

(21:25):
A more aerial attack would be big there. And then yeah,
Ravens Bills game, I mean, we just have props on
everything Alan and Lamar rushing overs passing over is basically
expecting that game to be a shootout. So a low
scoring game per usual is good for the book, but
especially in that Ravens Bills that's probably what we want more,

(21:47):
just a low scoring game versus either team to come
out on top.

Speaker 4 (21:51):
I'm personally on a lot of on their on quarterbacks today,
so hopefully that that's a good sign up. I'm going
to be on your side. I am on Alan over rushing,
but as far as quarterback passing yards, I'm on the unders.
So let me ask you, because it's almost shocking to me.
I've only listened to a couple podcasts during the week

(22:12):
because because I respect them, I only respect a few.
To be honest with your sports betting wise, all three
the guys are on Baltimore. I lean to Buffalo in
this game. I know they lost thirty five to ten
the first time. Are you guys finding according to the
numbers I'm seeing here, maybe not really as much. But

(22:32):
are you guys finding really Baltimore money coming in and droves?
You're you're now minus one minus fifteen bet MGM. So
are you right now looking for some Buffalo money to
even up the book or to come back a little
bit or or you're not seeing that?

Speaker 5 (22:48):
Yeah, I'm with you there. I think Jay Flower is
going to be pretty significant to this game, and not
playing is obviously very bad for the the Raven. So
I do think the Bills have a pretty good chance.
From what we're seeing money and bet Live, we are
taking more Ravens. That's probably about sixty to forty right now,
so we yeah, we are looking to grab some Bills money.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
There.

Speaker 5 (23:07):
If looking at us right now, we're juice to the
Raven on that one. We're looking to be one of
the few books out there that way, So you can
kind of see we are kind of hoping to get
a little bit of Bills money. Maybe there's a chance
they end up been one and a half by kickoffs.

Speaker 4 (23:21):
Cool, cool, you know all the way. I have one
more question too. I'm sorry, guys, I was just looking
at the major line move on my screen. I'm sure
Christians are going to see this unusual a major line move.
There's only two games today. I mean, people are just
this much of animals that they're moving the line here.
You guys have the only forty two on the screen.
Rams Philadelphia just went to forty three almost everywhere, major

(23:44):
line move up. Just wanted to know you're are you guys?
Do you guys have some equal money on that right now.
I'm sure you're going to be moving up a little
bit here, but right now you're the best line in
the market as bet MGM.

Speaker 5 (23:57):
Yeah, So this one is interesting just because that line
probably just only moved down because of the forecast and
looking at it the mixed here, it could end up
blaning as opposed to swing. So it's stopped me a
little bit above freezing. So I'm guessing that that's probably
what is causing that line movement. I do think we,
the market itself, probably moved down a little bit too

(24:18):
far based off like a weather move. Yeah. I mean,
I'm sure we'll get there in a second because it's
kind of going with everything else. But yeah, if you
want to be over right now, betmg's got a forty
two still sitting there, So amazing.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
You know, before you go, Christian, put all the money
to the side, all the bets, you sports books, but
put it all to the side. Aren't you polling for
the Irish? Huh aren't you? Aren't you going deep deck?

Speaker 5 (24:43):
Come on, no real, look at that last name, Sipolini.
Come on, I'm not rooting for the Irish.

Speaker 3 (24:48):
There, that's great, fair enough man, All right, Christian, good
talking to you as always.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
Man.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
We'll catch you soon. Have a good day.

Speaker 5 (24:57):
Yeah, take care of everyone. Good luck.

Speaker 3 (24:59):
There he is and Zippolini bet MGM trading manager.

Speaker 4 (25:03):
Man.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
He's he's honest, you know, he's like, no, I'm not
rooting for the Irish. He sounds like he's on the
bear Bets podcast. Actually, it's what he sounds like there, Jeff.
You know, we'll get to that here in a little wilver.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
I have an Irish future though, yeah, we all do. Yeah,
I mean, I'm still I'm very much on Ohio State,
but I have an Irish future.

Speaker 3 (25:21):
Well at least you have that. That's good.

Speaker 4 (25:23):
That's good.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (25:23):
You know what else we have. We've got a little
I low in our back pocket. You always want that
ticket in the portfolio. I lo here with the latest
what's going on?

Speaker 6 (25:34):
Buddy, Well, I thank you and good morning, and we
start with the events of Saturday night as the Washington Commanders,
what had one scene Detroit forty five to thirty one
to advanced to the NFC Championship Game for the first
time in thirty three years, ending the longest active conference
championship game drought in the NFL.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
In said NFC Championship Game, Washington.

Speaker 6 (25:55):
Will be on the road against either the Eagles or
Los Angeles Rams, who meet today three pm Eastern Time
at Philadelphia. Earlier Saturday, the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the
Houston Texans twenty three to fourteen. Despite Houston out gaining
the Chiefs by one hundred and twenty four yards, Kansas
City advances to its seventh straight NFC Championship Game.

Speaker 4 (26:18):
Now.

Speaker 6 (26:18):
After Yesterday's Chiefs victory, Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes tweeted
the following quote Genesis twenty two fourteen, Thank you God unquote.
Now curiosity made me want to scroll down and check
out some of the comments underneath that tweet. Rob commented,

(26:42):
quote thy refs will hand thee thy game unquote. Dylan
comment and quotes think thy refs A flop will be
fifteen for me unquote. By the way, is that Dylan
or Dylan Thomas the great poet anyway? Nate commenting quote A,

(27:04):
I'm gonna keep it cool because you mentioned God.

Speaker 3 (27:08):
But all trolling aside. How much do you pay the refs?

Speaker 6 (27:12):
Unquote A sampling of the response to that tweet by
Patrick Mahomes. In the AFC Championship Game, Kansas City will
host either the Buffalo Bills or Baltimore Ravens, who will
meet at six thirty Eastern at Buffalo. Finally, Fox Sports
Jay Glazer reported overnight that the Chicago Bears will interview
former NFL running back Eddie George for their head coaching

(27:33):
job today. George has been the head coach at FCS
Tennessee State the last four seasons, with the record of
twenty four and twenty two, including nine to four this
past season. Guys, back to you.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (27:44):
I LO.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
It is Fox Sports Radios Campdown to kick Off, presented
by BETTMGM. So if we look forward to the two
playoff games today, you know the first part of this,
I'm really curious how as far as the quarterbacks go, Yeah,
how much they rushed today, right, Like, which quarterback is
going to end up with the most rushing yards? Because

(28:07):
we've got three good ones. We've got Lamar, we've got
Josh Allen, We've got Jalen Hurts, crazy leg Stafford not
exactly in the mix. But when you look at those
three quarterbacks, right, what would you go with, Jeff? Who
do you think? Who do you think between those three
will have the most and will have the least rushing yards?
Between Lamar, Josh Allen and Jalen Hurts.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
The least is Jalen Hurts. I just you watched them
run last week. I'm okay, he sakue, you can keep running.
It's okay, keep going. Did we cover this last week?
That came us on Sunday? Right last week?

Speaker 3 (28:40):
Yeah, we didn't get it.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
So yeah, I had Jalen Hurts over thirty six and
a half. I think that it was a crack a
crack prop right over thirty six and a half for
Jalen Hurts and gets a thirty seven. Okay, And he
had many of opportunities to run forward and run sideways instead.
He could have easily gone fifty yards if he just
ran forward. So Barkley breaks free scores, huchdown, game's over,

(29:08):
no falls down. Hurts takes the knee and he loses halfway,
he loses the yard and we lose the rob The
worst part is they got graded as a win. I
got an email like six hours later saying that we
regraded your wager. So that was a bummer. No, it's
not Jalen Hurts. He's not as mobile anymore and it's
just not gonna be Hurts. So it's Lamar or Josh Allen, right,
I mean, Lamar has more design runs. Alan is certainly

(29:32):
more of a make things happen type of quarterback, which
does which can lead to more rushing yards because plays
break down, he's just taken off with defenders with their
backs turned to them. I would probably lean Josh Allen.
I know Cracky Euron is over right for Josh Allen today,
so we Josh Allen. You can also wager I took

(29:53):
Jane Daniels yesterday plus three thousand to be the leading
rusher of the day, so you can take Josh Allen
leading rusher of the day. I mean probably unlikely with
Barkley and Henry on tap today, but sprinkle it on there.
I mean, who stay. Lamar has have one hundred yards rushing.
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (30:11):
It could happen, Absolutely could happen.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
I would just say, I would just cast you one thing.
I know, Jason Dane's had a lot of rush attempts.
Yesterday he went over his rush attempts. They have juiced
the rush attempts up this week for quarterbacks, like Josh
Allen had eight last week. We were on Josh Allen
over seven and a half rush attempts all of us,
even that they came with Saturday, we will while texting
about it during the week he had eight. That was
it like, And because Trabisky had a kneels down, it's

(30:36):
eight and a half now that Lamar would not. It's
that's a lot of rushes for quarterback guys. Just just
be careful.

Speaker 4 (30:43):
Yeah, no, I'm sorry, guys. You see my head down
here and buried into the screen. I just didn't think
the Eagles we was gonna going to go to seven.
I can't believe we have sevens here, uh some sevens
showing up and the one, two, three, there's three of
them on the screen here in Las Vegas.

Speaker 2 (30:58):
It was going that way last night.

Speaker 4 (30:59):
It was like it was going to six and a half.
I probably just didn't see get into that key number.
I forget, you know, literally seventy two hours ago this
was five and a half. So to see go to
the six, of course there was mostly six is six
and a half. Not to sea go to the key
number of seven. Wow, just shocks me. But you know,
such a low total which they get moved up a

(31:21):
little bit. We were just talking about that with Christian.
I just think seven points sounds like a lot. But
yet I'm not rushing to the window to bet the Rams.

Speaker 2 (31:28):
So yeah, I mean I eagles mine and six one
of my best bets of the weekend, So I'm that's
a good so also with my six and be happy
with it.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
Yeah, good line.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
The passing yards today for these four quarterbacks, who has
the most, who has the least? I think the most?
It looks like it's gonna be Josh Allen because he's
got the most favorable matchup, right, Like the Ravens rush
defense is really good. I can't imagine the Bills having
great rushing success. They're gonna have to throw it, and
that past defense has been one of the worst in

(31:57):
the league. Stafford, I think Stafford could have some success,
but that Eagles pass defense is the best in the league.
I think it's Josh Allen the other two quarterbacks. The
Raven's gonna be running a lot. Eagle's obviously going to
be running a lot. I don't see Lamar or Hurts
having the most passing yards. I think it's Allen today.

Speaker 2 (32:14):
The thing I'm concerned about with Alan, it's just the
young wide receivers, like in this situation, right like this
is this is a big situation for those guys haven't
been this spot before, you know, Mark Cooper's sort of
been non existent, right yeah, Like, yeah, I am. That's
my concern is that we have just I don't know

(32:35):
if he's to have a big passing game and they
might just rely on trying to run the football. Josh
might run the football a lot. The other thing too,
like who could be behind? Like could Matt Stafford be
behind and pass himself back into the game. I don't know.
It probably is gonna have to be Alan or Jackson.

(32:56):
I think I don't have a great answer for that one.

Speaker 3 (32:58):
Mm hmm. You crack passing yards between these four qbs,
do you think?

Speaker 4 (33:02):
Listen, I'm against I just I just made more bets.
I'm not you know, we're talking about it now, I'll
talk about again later. I just can't make I've made
hurts under passing yards like four different times now, even
in the chat, just like you better at.

Speaker 3 (33:16):
There's so many times, but you hit it again and
he's like, I'm times.

Speaker 4 (33:20):
Actually I'm your GA meeting.

Speaker 2 (33:22):
Yeah, well, I just was curious because I'm not at
I'm not comfortable yet at the stage of like hitting
the same prop four time plus something like one of
my one of my apps, not bet MGM though, won't
let you hit it again, like you just spread out obviously,
So I'm not there yet. Crack, I'm okay with the
one prop wager I got on all these ones, and
uh and let it be. I know people get super

(33:44):
excited about that, but uh, you know, you're obviously hitting
it many different sports books.

Speaker 4 (33:48):
And I am I am and and and uh like
you guys know I actually played the Alan not not
now I'm sorry Jackson underall So so I'm hoping it's
neither one of those two.

Speaker 3 (34:00):
Yeah, there you go, there you go.

Speaker 4 (34:02):
All right.

Speaker 3 (34:03):
We've got Bill Krackenberger, professional sports handicapper Jeff Schwartz, eight
year NFL veteran. I'm Brian no Coming up next to
parlay platter. We each have one selection. We pull it
together for a greater payout. We'll share some picks with you.
Coming up. It's Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented
by BETMGM. It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff,

(34:23):
presented by BETMGM. Every time you make a wager at BETMGM,
you earn BETMGM rewards points that can be redeemed for
things like bonus bets or converted to MGM rewards points
that could be used towards dining shows and hotel rooms
at over twenty MGM resorts. All right, let's do this.

Speaker 1 (34:42):
Check this out parlay letter.

Speaker 3 (34:45):
Ah, yes, the platter. We each have one selection. We
pull it together for a greater payout. Crack, We'll start
with you. What's one thing you like?

Speaker 4 (34:58):
Hey? From here? Get with us. Yes, there is a sorry,
sorry guys, I was I was making best to go
to Jeff.

Speaker 2 (35:06):
All right, so my first to the part of the
planner I have about this, guys, I've done this a
couple of times this season. I'm going back to the
well here gain well, the backup running back for the
Eagles over nine and a half rushing yards.

Speaker 3 (35:17):
It's your guys, right, that's my guy.

Speaker 2 (35:18):
This has hit a lot this year because I think
about the game plan. Right, it's run the ball, bad
weather again. The weather thing is about win, win, anything else.
But the Rams don't defend the run very well. This
might just take three carries, three carries ten yards, certainly manageable.
Barkley rushing the ball four hands the row theyre bringing
gain well. It is also the third down back. Eagles

(35:39):
run the ball and third down a lot protect the
offense doing that way. So game over nine and a
half yards. The problem is I gave this out early
in the week and then I saw the voice also
has this. I know, but I gave it out like
four days ago, so I feel like that's okay. Still,
I still feel good about it. It's my own thought. No,
it's not like I you know what I mean, like

(35:59):
if my own handicap. I'm the only person that saw
gave about Gamewell that all of a sudden the voice
has gainwell, I don't know, feel suspicious to me, cracks,
So give me Gaywell over nine and a half yards.

Speaker 4 (36:09):
Listen, let me tell you what I was just doing.
That it's at bet MGM. I just couldn't believe they
didn't move. I sent out Lamar Jackson under two hundred
and twenty and a half yards, so of course it
moved everywhere in the world, but at bet MGM, and
as we speak, it's still at bet MGM. So under
Lamar Jackson two hundred and twenty and a half passion yards,

(36:31):
they have yet to move it. So that's uh, that's
barely moved.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
They barely moved the Hurts one.

Speaker 4 (36:36):
Clearly moved the Hurts one too.

Speaker 2 (36:38):
We're gonna I just I checked another another property that
was moved it to one nineteen and a half.

Speaker 4 (36:42):
Let me tell you something. This is eleven yards difference
at one of the sportsbooks here. And yeah, so I'm
just saying bet MGM Lamar Jackson's still under all right.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
So you're telling me I should do it again, hit
it again.

Speaker 4 (36:54):
No, I'm not saying that. I'm not saying I'm just
saying that they have the best odds. And when I
when you guys asked me, I was betting it again
to see if I can get more money down there.

Speaker 2 (37:02):
I'll do a little I put a little bit.

Speaker 4 (37:03):
More, all right, rout a couple of peanuts.

Speaker 2 (37:06):
I put a third of another third unit on. I
have a full year one. I put a third just
I just oh man, the thought of losing money is
much worse than the winningbody. I can't stand it.

Speaker 3 (37:18):
I like how you're just twisting with this over here. Jeah, yeah, okay,
I'm gonna look to the Ravens game here I've got.
I'm gonna go with Derrick Henry his rushing attempts. It's
gonna be a steady dose of King Henry. It's juiced,
which I don't love, but play though. I'm gonna take

(37:39):
Derrick Henry over nineteen and a half rushing attempts because
they're gonna feed him. Man, They're gonna feed him, feed him,
feed him. Because they're gonna have success with that running game.
I don't see the Bills coming close to stopping it.
They're gonna have a hard time even slowing it down.
So give me Dereck Henry to get to twenty rushing
attempts today like that one.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
Yeah, it makes sense in the parlay of the juice,
not as a point of the deal.

Speaker 3 (38:01):
Not that crazy, right, yeah, yeah, so and we're not
talking like minus two hundred. We're just talking talking to
a dollar thirty Yeah, you know tax right there. So
it's not that significant.

Speaker 4 (38:13):
Man.

Speaker 3 (38:14):
How you guys feel about it's weird, right, Like I
feel like there's the square you know you talk about
like the angel and the devil on your shoulder. I
think there's the square angel or devil on your shoulder
that whispers to you like, yeah, but that's square, and
you're like, I don't know, I want to do that.
But Lamar Jackson his rushing yardage just went down at

(38:35):
bet MGM. It's fifty two and a half yards. Like
the guy carried it fifteen times last week. His own
mom is like, run the ball, Son, what are you doing?
Like he's gonna run the ball a lot today. Do
you like him under fifty two and a half. I don't,
even though the square voice on my shoulder is like,

(38:56):
that's square to take the over. I think it hits.

Speaker 4 (38:59):
Though.

Speaker 3 (38:59):
Of you guys think about Lamar's rushing.

Speaker 2 (39:01):
Cards probably hits. I think I am probably hits. You know,
you could you could play an alternate number and maybe
do a Josh Allen Lamar over rushing parlay and just
sort of get.

Speaker 3 (39:13):
Him both over forty or something like that.

Speaker 2 (39:15):
It's better for you that that's gonna actually be pretty pricey.
I think actually you might have to put put something
else in there, like a eight, like a Henry any
time TV, and just kind of make him get it
looks even money as possible. So yeah, I know, I'm
I'm generally with you. I mean, we've seen in this postseason.
Stroud yesterday went over obviously what's his face went over.
Daniels went over. I think golf even had a rush yesterday.

Speaker 3 (39:37):
He went at the very very man. I didn't have
a cent on God, we do.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
The Stafford one again? Did I roll it back?

Speaker 4 (39:45):
Man?

Speaker 3 (39:46):
I don't know if we can. This is the one
where he tucks it and rushes for twelve yards and
looks like he has some athleticism when we don't have
a dime on him.

Speaker 4 (39:56):
Of course.

Speaker 3 (39:56):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, it's against the vikings.

Speaker 4 (39:59):
Go ahead, crack real quick if you will. If anyone
does like Henry over, the best line in the world
is at bet MGM by far ninety two and a
half yards. No one's even close to that. If you're
betting over there, you.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
Go Okay, the previews continue coming up, can the man? Ah, yes,
good morning, welcome in here as we get you set
for the second half of the Divisional round two playoff
games today, national championship game on Monday. We'll compare some
notes on that as well. And these freaking Dodgers. My gosh,

(40:35):
I want to keep it with ball.

Speaker 2 (40:37):
Over here, but how I'm I despise the Dodgers. I'm
a Giants fan. I baseball at some point's gonna have
to say like enough, right, I mean, yes, they're gonna
win one hundred and fifteen games. I mean what they
have the best rotation in baseball now after they've signed
two of the Japanese players, right, I believe with Otani
coming back as a as a pitcher.

Speaker 4 (40:57):
Yeah, it is.

Speaker 2 (40:59):
It's wild best relievers, best hitters. I don't know how
baseball will let them. Well, I mean it's what baseball wants.
I guess they don't don't care, right.

Speaker 3 (41:07):
It's too much.

Speaker 4 (41:08):
Man.

Speaker 3 (41:09):
You guys have seen the movie Braveheart, right, Oh you've
seen that milk. Yeah, this is what the Dodgers remind
me of the movie Brave Heart. Remember when the dude
that leads the English he says, this is a great line.

Speaker 4 (41:27):
Victory.

Speaker 3 (41:28):
That's that's the Dodgers right now, like sending the reinforcements,
send us news of our victory, and you just carry
on like Bro. At some point, this is the thing.
The deferred money has got to go for all of baseball.
It's not just a Dodgers thing. And I know, I
was just talking to Bo Benson. He's on the Dodgers'
own podcast. He's our trusted producer over here. And if

(41:50):
you're a Dodger fan, this is great. But if you're
a collective baseball fan, we celebrate Bobby Bonia Day. But
that's a couple of million bucks. When show Hay has
most of his deal, which is like six hundred and
sixty years, six hundred and eighty million dollars in deferred payments,
he's getting like a dollar ninety two right now. It's ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (42:11):
You can't do that.

Speaker 3 (42:13):
It's just it's so bad. I could yell about this forever.
The NFL, the best ingredient is parody. Yeah, you have
parody in the NFL. You don't have even close to
the same thing in MLB. And some of these big
wall fans. It's so stupid. You have one hundred and
sixty two game seasons and you have no parody, Like

(42:36):
why why would you look at the NFL and be like, man,
it's really working for them. Let's do the exact opposite
and see if it can work with us for our
seasons that are way long. It's just such a dumb approach.

Speaker 2 (42:48):
Own owners just don't care, man, Like they're they they're
all about obviously just making the REV share for some
of the teams and whatnot, Like they just they just
don't care. Brian and Rains are not terrible. I mean,
they're not what they used to be in baseball. But
I mean I know the RSNS have their own issues
right now with just sort of carrier issues. But the
RSNS get a lot of views, and Brian show the

(43:12):
owners like, why does I mean right now, the azon
er caven get a freaking place to play baseball? Why
do the owners care about about the Dodgers being good
or not? It doesn't matter to them at all.

Speaker 3 (43:24):
I don't know. Man, We'll get to the Eagles in
a second. But our trusted producer, Bob Benson, he has
something on this here.

Speaker 7 (43:30):
Yeah, no, I just you're talking about parody in the NFL. Right,
let me just look at the AFC Championship next week
and see which team is there for the seventh straight year.

Speaker 3 (43:40):
Okay, did they look all world against the Houston Texans?
Are you're taking the Chiefs? So you're taking the winner
of the Bills Ravens game here today?

Speaker 7 (43:47):
You asking me, I'm asking you, man, Well, I got
to see how the Bills look today. But I'm not
going to bet against the Chiefs because they've been to
seven straight AFC title games.

Speaker 3 (43:57):
Yeah, that's all. I look at the NFC. By the way,
what baseball what? What baseball team is the equivalent of
Washington going from four and thirteen to the NFC Championship game?
Where's the base Okay? Is that commonly happened or is
that once in a couple of decades, because that's common

(44:19):
in the NFL.

Speaker 2 (44:20):
The thing about this is it'd be like at the
Chiefs signed this offseason, Trey Hendrickson traded for you know,
Tyree kid back and like, and then they're like, yeah,
we're not paying you guys for seven more years. You'd
be like, that's probably not good. We'll sign the best,
you know, We'll trade for the best pass rush. It's

(44:41):
just Max Crosby and yeah, well we'll get Max Crosby
Trey Hendrickson and we'll get a corner that no one
you know that that's that's it's not the same thing.

Speaker 3 (44:49):
Now.

Speaker 2 (44:49):
Look, I I still also watch baseball all bet against
the White Sox. That would imagine every game again this season.
But it's it's just not you know, I'm I'm gonna
have to probably put money in the Dodgers to win,
which is gonna hurt my heart. But as uh as
crack Off, it says, you know your your your bank
was most important. Who's gonna be the Dodger in a

(45:09):
seven game series, nancwer. Nobody's gonna beat them a seven
game series. It's gonna be impossible.

Speaker 3 (45:14):
And they're banged up. They were, and they still won
in five against the Yankees. Yeah, you know what I mean.
It's I don't know, man, but whatever.

Speaker 7 (45:20):
I'm gonna, I'm gonna save this conversation so we can
go back to it when it's July and the Dodgers
are like scraping the uh relief pile because they're dealing
with injuries and stuff.

Speaker 2 (45:28):
That doesn't matter. Though we saw that last year. It
didn't matter for.

Speaker 7 (45:31):
Them, right because it didn't matter in October either.

Speaker 4 (45:34):
That's true.

Speaker 2 (45:35):
What matters is when you know it's sae like the
Chiefs had a bunch of this year. Now they're healthy,
it don't matter what happens earlier this season matters where
you are at the end of the season. The Dodgers
got healthy last year, and Otani's gonna pitch this year,
which is insane after the last season their rotation.

Speaker 3 (45:49):
Dude, it's Glass now, Yamamoto, Otani, Blake Snell, Sasaki who
they just signed, and they're oh, by the way, guy
might be Clayton shot just like.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
Well for not Blake Snell signed there? Yeah, yeah, giants,
we're going to resign him. There was no chance they
were doing that. So that Dodg he makes that, I
understand that. Oh there, or the what F guy for
Kushaw's or what if guy? That's that's awesome.

Speaker 3 (46:13):
Yeah there.

Speaker 4 (46:14):
We're a gambling show, so we'll be talking about, at
least I will the value of betting against the Dodgers,
because there's gonna be over inflated numbers. You're gonna see
three to ones, three and a half to one, you're
gonna see crazy numbers, you know, throughout the season, and
uh you will. I'll be I'll be betting against the

(46:34):
Dodgers in a lot of situations.

Speaker 3 (46:36):
Just they're the new evil Empire, man, That's what they are.
They're the new the way the Yankees used to be
known as the evil Empire. That's the Dodgers. Now they've
taken the roll, taken the mantle over here. All let's
move it to ball. So we've got the Rams and
the Eagles here today. Uh we're looking at these lines.
Are fluctuating your crack?

Speaker 4 (46:55):
Oh man, biggest move. I mean there's only two games,
I understand, but solid seven now on the screen everywhere,
you know, And before when I was looking at my
head down on this screen, I mean, I don't know
what's going on there at MGM. We should ask.

Speaker 3 (47:08):
Christian still say year and a half, right, they.

Speaker 4 (47:11):
Want to wait to see where the market goes there.
One of the last holdouts is MGM on the six
and a half. Just like I just told you guys
before the break, I'm going to be giving that out later.
So a little sneak peek here in about an hour
and a half, an hour and forty five minutes. I'm
going to be giving out Henry over because that number
is sick. Listen, I just betted again for they took

(47:33):
three different bets from me. They moved it one yard.
There's still ten yards off market, so Derrick Henry over, Yes,
Derek Henry over rushing yards. There's a one oh nine
in town here. Just think about that. There's a one
o nine they have ninety three and a half. They
moved up one yards. So anyway, but yeah, they're the
last holdout on this six and a half here minus fifteen. Uh,

(47:57):
and they're probably one of the last holdouts on the
forty two and a half too.

Speaker 2 (48:00):
So they told me I gotta got this Derrick Henry
rushing right here? Yes, yeah, I mean.

Speaker 4 (48:04):
Still I'm gonna be on it later on. So I
mean I bet wow.

Speaker 3 (48:09):
On the attempts crack huh? Are you gonna sport the
parlay platter?

Speaker 4 (48:13):
Parlay platter? I actually thought about that too. Sure that
would that would that? Would you know, correlate to that?
I do? Like Listen, it's price sensitive. The reason why
it's just I gotta be honest with you. If if
he was on there right now, what is Christian, say Christian,
So why would you guys be Are you guys taking
some big money on under Henry? Is that why you're

(48:36):
about nine yards off market? Is that why? Because you know,
I just want to know the guys had some great
games lately and and he's their horse and and uh
but anyway, that that's when we when we get to
that game, and we'll talk a lot more.

Speaker 3 (48:48):
But this, how about this too, though, crack where if
you look at the right, like if you look at
the both of them, we're just talking about Derrick Henry.
Saquan's at one twelve and a half in a playoff game.
I know he went for two fifty five against the Rams,
I know, but one twelve and a half for a
playoff game. How do you feel about that?

Speaker 4 (49:07):
Yeah? Wow, wow, you know you heard what he said.
That's gonna be the probably their biggest prop exposure of
the day will be Undersake one. And you know you
know how I feel. I'd say it. I'm a broken record.
God protects the bookmakers, so but he has had some
games though, I understand, But yeah, I want to pro
I'm gonna leave that one alone. I'll for anything you

(49:30):
guys have on it. I'll just stick with this Henry One.

Speaker 3 (49:35):
Yeah, I'm here now, Okay, And how do you feel
about this Rams Eagles game? Crack? What's on the top
of my mind.

Speaker 4 (49:41):
Seven points is a lot of points for a low total.
I mean, and this is a you know, Philadelphia starts
out slow so well last season was even worse. Let's
see the first half. First half line is Yeah, there
are a couple of fours out there.

Speaker 2 (49:54):
Wow. I think this is a very tough matchup for
the Rams because the things that they do well, the
Eagles do better. You know, if you say, okay, the
Rams defensive line, young, aggressive playmakers, well with the Eagles

(50:16):
Rams defense, the Eagles offensive line, what do they do?
They're really good, right, and they control the game. But
they control if you say, okay, Stafford when protected can
findal open guys, well, Eagles defensive line is really good. Like,
the Rams are gonna run the ball in this game.
And it's just a bad matchup. Now, you could could
could Hurts have some mistakes, sure, but this is not
even hurt Like I would not be surprised if Hurts

(50:38):
was thirteen of nineteen. Like it just he didn't throw
the ball in this game. He doesn't have to throw
the ball in this game. And we talked about this
before now, and obviously I know that they lost us.
They lost the Super Bowl, so that that game, you know,
that's unfair to look at, you know, and and and
blame him for that, but when he played really well,

(50:59):
but in their win, in their playoff wins. Okay, in
Jalen Hurts' career, sixteen of twenty four one fifty four,
fifteen of twenty five one twenty one, thirteen of twenty
one for one thirty one. And of course look super Bowl,
he was twenty he was he twenty seven or thirty
eight for three zero four. It's not his fault they
lost that game. But the point is the Eagles success

(51:19):
in the postseason is predicated on running the football and
keeping hers out of they see Harm's way.

Speaker 4 (51:24):
A J.

Speaker 2 (51:24):
Brown obviously pretty upset about his role right now, but
he's not the same receiver Devonte Smith, as as Smith
is any more important to them. So I just think
that this is going to be a run the ball,
low scoring game. I mean, I feel this game is
very much like twenty four to thirteen, you know, like
just and grind it out for the Eagles win, maybe
a late cover. I like the Eagles to cover this game.

(51:46):
I don't think the Rams are gonna score it very much.
Think about this, guys. The Rams are twenty offensive points
on Monday Night against the Likes Remur. They scored seven
on defense. Take out a week a team when the
Stars didn't play the previous three games was thirteen, twelve
and nineteen points. That was it. So they have been
broken twenty in four games with their starters. Now are
you on the road? Short week and it gets a

(52:07):
good defense though I know Nikobe Dean, he's the one
who got hurt, right, Yeah, And I still I still
don't think that's gonna matter terribly much in this game.
Shorter week two for the Rams on the road in
the bad weather. It feels like a very grind out Eagles.
And the Eagles get to host the Commanders next week
if they win. Which crazy whoever one's this game gets

(52:28):
to host next weekend.

Speaker 3 (52:30):
Yeah, it's uh, it's wild because if you look at
a couple of things pop out. First off, the A. J.
Brown thing where it was just funny because he was
reading the book last week during the playoff win and
he's being questioned about it at his locker because everyone's like,
are you upset? Like he seemed like you're and he's like,

(52:51):
why do you guys always think I'm upset? It's like,
because you always are. You're upset about everything.

Speaker 2 (52:55):
You're reading a book in the locker. What do he
wants to think?

Speaker 4 (52:58):
I know?

Speaker 3 (52:58):
But U And the other part of this is what
you bring up, Jeff. With Jalen Hurts in some of
these wins is interesting because it's the Belichick thing. Belichick
was so successful taking away what you did best. And
that's my question for the Eagles. If there's a team
that maybe doesn't take Saquon Barkley away, but they limit

(53:20):
his effectiveness, they have success in limiting what he can do,
is Jalen Hurts gonna be able to take it from
there and say, Okay, I got this because there are
a lot of times they just rely on Saquon and
Jalen does next to nothing. Last week he had a
buck thirty one throwing it.

Speaker 2 (53:36):
I just don't all the rams the team taken away
from him though.

Speaker 3 (53:39):
That's that's my missing fair enough, absolutely fair. Yeah, it
might be for down the road if they survive today.
But yes, yes, It's like, is Jalen hurts enough if
Saquon is held in relative check?

Speaker 2 (53:53):
I mean maybe, but we just haven't seen him have
to do it recently. I mean I think the answers yet, yes,
But to be fair, I don't really I don't really
know because it just hasn't been what he's had to do.
He hasn't had to be the offense a long time
in one of these big games, So I don't I
don't know. Bright Again, I tend to say, yes, he

(54:15):
could do it, but again we have he hasn't had
to do it in a long time, you know, Like
I just he hasn't. And and if the Rams get
into a game where they I think they would, I mean,
they probably would want this to be that that type
of game where like you know, you you let Jaharts
throw the football and still out to stop Barkley, which
I'm not sure that they can do that, but again,

(54:36):
like that, that goes to show you that the opposing team,
if they want your quarterback to throw the ball, probably
not great. Yeah, that's what their plan is.

Speaker 3 (54:43):
Well, the other thing too, guys, is you look at
this Rams offense and you mentioned it, Jeff, some of
these low point totals. If if Pooka Nakua isn't doing
a whole lot today, you know, like Cooper Cup has
done nothing like you.

Speaker 2 (54:59):
Yeah, he looked old. It's crazy.

Speaker 3 (55:01):
Yeah, it's thirty four and a half receiving yards. You're like, wow,
Cooper Cup. Really, But it's like if if Puka Nakua
doesn't do a whole lot, I can't see Kyron Williams
having a great day on the ground. How are the
Rams moving the ball?

Speaker 2 (55:16):
That's my Probably I did a I did an sg
PEZ that's called SAMBI, and probably I did an under.
I couldn't find no first quarter points. I'm sure I
can find it somewhere, but MGM, I took under Rams
under three and a half first quarter points and I
put it with Eagles under six and a half first
quarter points. I don't I don't think anything it was
a score in this game, or Eagles are not good

(55:38):
early in games. I think the Rams are going to
be overwhelmed Eagles defense in this game. I don't think
we're seeing a touchdown in the first quarter.

Speaker 4 (55:44):
I can. I couldn't find the weather coming from LA
to Philadelphia. They're talking about that a lot it's a problem.

Speaker 2 (55:51):
It's a it's a problem. I don't think it's I
don't know.

Speaker 4 (55:53):
I'm saying I really don't. I don't factor it in
as much as other sharp handicappers. You know, these guys
have played all over the country this year too. I
know Philadelphia of course is I talk about it all
seasons in this space here. How it's a tough place
to play there the link I understand, But weather wise,

(56:15):
actually being cold, I don't know if it affects them
as much as everyone else thinks.

Speaker 3 (56:21):
Well, I like how you threw in other sharp handicapers crack.

Speaker 4 (56:25):
No, because that's Look look at this line. This line
was five and a half twenty seven. It's a combination.
Now listen, it's not the sharp money today. If it's
sharp money today, shame on them. They had chances to
lay this game earlier in the week. But I think
this is actually even You know that this is the
public money on volume coming in on Philadelphia today, and

(56:46):
some people buy into that weather a little bit more.
Now you're on a key number of seven. I'll tell
you one thing. I could never lay seven in this game.
I don't care about the weather. I don't care this
is a team that you know, they they didn't look
good against Jacks Jacksonville this year. They looked terrible. I
thought against they didn't look good against Washington. I mean,

(57:07):
there are certain games. You know, I understand they're one
of the best teams in football, but you know they
don't need kryptonite to stop. I'll tell you corract.

Speaker 3 (57:14):
I still have nightmares about that Philly game hosting Jacksonville.
That was the game where Saquan does the backwards hurdle.

Speaker 4 (57:22):
They're ahead like.

Speaker 3 (57:23):
Twenty three to nothing or whatever, and.

Speaker 4 (57:25):
They don't cut.

Speaker 3 (57:26):
They didn't cover that game.

Speaker 4 (57:28):
It was didn't cover the game.

Speaker 3 (57:29):
Ridiculous, man, No doubt. We've got Bill Krackenberger, professional sports handicapper.

(58:35):
All right, fellows, So I thought we'd look at the
playoff picture right now after yesterday, especially where things have
changed dramatically in the NFC and they haven't changed a
whole lot in the AFC. You look at the Chiefs.
They're in the AFC title game for a seven straight year.
It's amazing. But we'll get to how they looked and
if they're vulnerable and not in a second. But if

(58:57):
you look at the NFC. Look how much things have changed.
If the Eagles win today and basically hold Serve, right,
they're the home team favored by about seven points. They
hold Serve, they're hosting the NFC title game against Washington,
obviously a divisional rival. So NFC things have changed a ton.

(59:19):
And the Eagles, I mean think about it like this,
not just to their odds to get to the Super Bowl,
what do you think about Philly's chances to win the
whole thing now that the Lions are out and the
road goes through Philly to get to the super Bowl
as of right now.

Speaker 2 (59:34):
Yeah, I don't think they're better than then either of
the three FC teams they might face. But they do
the things that win you football game, which is they
win in the trenches, run the football, rush the passer,
those things. But a lot of times Super Bowl comes

(59:54):
down to who is a quarterback? And I'm either going
to get Patrick Mahomes Josh al Lamar against Jalen Hurts,
and I would and those coaches are better. Nick Sirianni,
like I would lean toward the AFC teams that are
thinking they're just better than the Eagles. It doesn't mean
the Eagles can't win that game, can't grind out a win. Obviously,

(01:00:14):
Saquon sort of changes what they could be offensively from
the last time they win the Super Bowl. But we
sure Washington can't beat the Eagles. I don't know. I
feel like that's not a four gone conclusion absolute. I
will say there is going to be a game when
the Commanders go one for five on fourth down and
lose that game, and it might be next weekend or
the Super Bowl, and then it's like we just lost

(01:00:38):
because of that. I mean what I mean like it's
gonna happen at some point because they're having this historic
run on third down a fourth down, which I mean
they're over eighty percent. Yesterday were four for five on
fourth down and the one they was the early in
the game. But they're actually more like five for six
because on one of the fourth downs a lot of
got twelve men in the field, which is exactly sort

(01:00:59):
of why you rush up and get lined up and
confuse a lion. So I'm an Eagles to win the
NFC future, let's just for a little mouth. I don't
I don't feel great about it. I'm in a good
spot because I still have it so I don't know, crack.
I don't think about Eagles win the Super Bowl.

Speaker 4 (01:01:16):
Well, you know a couple of things you said there,
Can the Commanders beat them? Yeah? Absolutely, they beat them
December twenty second, they beat them six thirty three, And
then you said that, I'll give you a little bit
of the the opposite of that too. Can the Eagles
win the Super Bowl? Oh god? They beat Baltimore in
Baltimore twenty four to nineteen. I don't know, maybe four

(01:01:39):
or five weeks ago, so on the road. Yeah, sure
they can. But I don't know. It just seems like
to me, it does look like it. Like Jeff said, so,
you would think you would think there's that it's going
to be tough to beat whoever it may be, Buffalo Baltimore.
You know, it's it's going to be a tough game

(01:02:00):
for sure. You know what's funny, twenty four hours ago,
even up to yesterday morning, there was a sports book
in town here and they put up every single combination
of what the games are going to be next week.
And I even told one of one of my guys,
I said, wow, seven points just sounds like a lot
against a Washington team that just beat them recently, and

(01:02:25):
you know he makes lines. He's very very good. This
this kid that works works with me, he's very good.
He's an originator, he's a genius. He said, well, I
put that at six and a half, so I didn't bite.
But I'll tell you one thing now, Now the line's
going to be four and a half. Yes, you know,
it's going to be four, maybe three and a half.

(01:02:45):
I mean, now it's going to be a total different
line than that. Seven looks looked really good. But you know,
I know a lot of the stories are about how
the Chiefs look so sloppy yesterday yards but they have
one like you know, really all season, they've been grinding
out little games. They they've never really looked completely dominant

(01:03:06):
this year. At the end of the year, they had
some pretty good games, but I don't know, they just
seemed to find a way to win every game. It's
the reason why I bet again at bet MGM. They
were the best line out of the you know, dozens
of lines I look at. I had plus four seventy
five on the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl. So
I need the Chiefs to get there, and I need
even if I want a hedge, which I normally am

(01:03:28):
not a hedge person, but I actually bet a lot
on this bet, so multiple different bets like that. So
as far as hedging, I hate hedging. I just yesterday
when I bet that parlay with Joe Public and everyone else,
it was priced. It was just I laid a lot
less than most of the country on that parlay. I
just knew I had to get off a little bit
from Washington.

Speaker 2 (01:03:49):
We did, We both got off of it. There was
just I just I just knew I had again. I
lost a little bit, but I lost, not.

Speaker 4 (01:03:55):
As though I didn't get off completely. I lost.

Speaker 2 (01:03:58):
Yeah, I lost. I think I told you guys that
was we were playing with free money because I faded
someone and I hit a twenty to one yeah reverse
p So I just took that money and put on
more checks.

Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
The funny thing though, about what a line should be
and what a line will be. Yes, and I remember
I was talking about this crareg There's no way that
if Washington went in and beat the Lions, they'd be
a seven point dog. There's no way, and they won't be.
I just I don't see that happening at all. Now
real fast on the AFC side, there's this stat floating

(01:04:31):
out there where the Texans they're the first team in
playoff history to out gain their opponent by one hundred yards,
have zero turnovers and lose. Teams were forty nine to
zero in such games before yesterday, And so if you
think about that as it relates to the Chiefs going forward,

(01:04:51):
there are two very different ways to look at the Chiefs.
Where you could look at that stat and look at
the way they played yesterday. They were sloppy, and you
could say they're vulnerable, man, they're right for the picking.
Or you could look at that and say they were
slappy yesterday. They're the first team to win a game
when they were out gained by one hundred and their
opponent didn't turn the ball over. They still won by

(01:05:13):
two scores. Even in spite of all they're the only
team to win and they won by nine points. Still,
So you could look at them as vulnerable, or you
could look at them as even though they were slappy
and probably bought brought their D plus game yesterday, they
still won by nine points. Like good luck stepping on
their neck and getting by them. It's it's not an

(01:05:35):
easy thing to do.

Speaker 2 (01:05:36):
The thing about the Chiefs that people have a hard
time I think understanding. First of all, you know they
lost twenty three yards of the final drive on that safety,
so that that number is a little different, the total
yards is a little different. I think this actually makes
it less than one hundred yards. In between those teams.
The Texan only ad three hundred and thirty six total yards.

(01:05:57):
The Chiefs had fifty plays like that was it? I mean,
and for those were that last drive, it didn't matter.
They basically had forty six plays.

Speaker 3 (01:06:03):
It was that.

Speaker 2 (01:06:05):
Yeah, the Texans had to start the third quarter. The
Chiefs take advantage of all your mistakes. I mean, this
is what makes them so good. So their offense was
I don't know, okay, yesterday they didn't really target anyone
but the middle of the field, right, I think the
David Worthy had the only catches for any wide receivers.
There weren't many targets for the for the wide receivers

(01:06:27):
outside of that Hollywood Brown dropped that that one that
that deep pass that was I got knocked away one
or the other. But otherwise that was about it. Hopkins
looks old, which is not surprising. But but then you
know Al Shazier that the middle linebacker had a couple
of blown assignments and Kelse took advantage of. I mean,
they just that's what they do, right, look at at

(01:06:47):
special teams. You know that's a part of the game
we don't talk about very much. Ope, kickoff return, long
kickoff return. They blocked another field goal, but Leo she
blocked another one. Obviously the wind, you know that played
a role in the field goal that Houston has. But
the Chiefs just don't make those, if not try the
ball over at eight games now, they don't make mistakes. No,

(01:07:09):
that doesn't mean I don't think Baltimore and Buffalo can
beat them. I think they're Beata Ball next weekend. I
cannot if the Ravens win this game today, I cannot.
With the Chiefs plus two whatever, it's gonna it's gonna
be like just they're gonna give the Chiefs points in
this game. It's gonna be insane.

Speaker 4 (01:07:24):
We talked about that last night, Jeff, Where did you
get that from?

Speaker 2 (01:07:27):
So the look ahead look ahead? What are the guys
who wrote the sports book? I forget which one put
a look ahead at Ravens minus one and a half.
This was like four days ago. If the Ravens win
this game. Everyone's gonna be in the Ravens in this game.
You already know it. And I'm gonna get the Chiefs
plus two or two and a half. I don't know
any of the three sign me up sendment for that one.

Speaker 4 (01:07:48):
Fellas a We have a book in town right now
that actually still has that up. And then if you
look at the way they have it up, that would
make the Chiefs plus one twenty five money line. Right now,
we're twenty two.

Speaker 3 (01:08:00):
So it is Fox Sports Radios Countdown to Kickoff presented
by bet MGM all season long. Bet MGM's offering you
a second chance on your first touchdown bet in the NFL.
When a customer places an NFL wager on a first
to touchdown score bet and he doesn't score first, but
score second, bet MGM will return one hundred percent of
their stake back in cash. All right, let's do this.

Speaker 4 (01:08:24):
Let's go rushing.

Speaker 1 (01:08:25):
Let's second chance score.

Speaker 2 (01:08:29):
This might be our last opportunity.

Speaker 3 (01:08:30):
Man, all right, crack, we're looking for a first touchdown
scorer hopefully next best case, if you score a second,
we get our cash back. What do you like today?

Speaker 4 (01:08:40):
Well, you know what I'm gonna have to go with
Henry Dereck Henry plus four fifty at bet MGM. Again,
if if he doesn't get the first touchdown gets a
second one, you get your money back. I got a refund.
I think last week it was, So there you go,
Derek Henry.

Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
I'm gonna take Jalen Hurts. I've been burned so many
times on sake one one because he gets high the
two and then they do a toush push and your
Hurts gets the first touchdown. So this I don't know
if you get the second touchdown, but I have Hurts
here plus five fifty. I'll go a different direction than Crack,
just because I mean, the answers are Henry and Barkley

(01:09:15):
are the two answers today. But I'll take someone a
little off. It's not actually I thought it'd be a
little more. It's plus five fifty, So there there is
there a thought to doing a defensive score like for
Philly today as a plus twenty five hundred defensive score.

(01:09:35):
Yeah I could do that.

Speaker 3 (01:09:36):
Yeah, I had Derrick Henry as well. Crack, I agree
with you on that, but you're good. But it gets
me thinking, right, like what about Mark Andrews. You're just
talking about the Philly Toush push, right, Yeah, what if
they get to the one and instead of Henry you
just go Mark Andrews. It's possible. I also, I don't

(01:09:56):
hate Lamar. At twelve to one as you first touchdown score,
I would still go with Derek Henry. But I think
Lamar is a decent option right there. He's going to
be running it a lot man and he has still breaks.
We're a playoff time here.

Speaker 2 (01:10:12):
Cooper to Gene is plus fifteen thousand for for for
for a touchdown.

Speaker 3 (01:10:17):
Score, so you can specify which defensive.

Speaker 2 (01:10:20):
Well, no, he returns punts for them, and then that's
why he's here. That number feels too low for that possibility, right,
I mean, does that feel low? It's because egos, because
defense special teams is plus twenty five hundred.

Speaker 4 (01:10:34):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:10:35):
I feel like Cooper the Gene just might throw a little.

Speaker 3 (01:10:37):
That's the call of calls. If he gets into the
paint first.

Speaker 2 (01:10:40):
Stafford plus ten plus ten thousand, little one of those
Drew Brees jump over sneaks.

Speaker 3 (01:10:47):
What do you think can't he jump.

Speaker 4 (01:10:50):
Jump?

Speaker 2 (01:10:51):
Should we hit the rushing proptest for fun today? Like
a half half the already usual. Yeah, but it's minus
one fifteen. It's someone it's unfair.

Speaker 4 (01:11:00):
You know.

Speaker 3 (01:11:00):
We might have to, you know, because their chances of
kneeling it out aren't as much being underdogs. Yeah, we
might have to, hey, our thanks to Rapid Radios, the

(01:11:44):
Prop it up the prop bet market. Crack has seventy
two prop bets as we speak rap now, it's gonna
be eighty two by time we come back. I feel
that's a that's probably the way it's gonna go down.

bonus bets if that bet loses. All right, let's do this.

Speaker 1 (01:12:35):
Prop it up player plays.

Speaker 3 (01:12:39):
Doesn't life feel better when we're talking about prompt bets?
It does to me, crack, I would imagine it does
to you as well. What's something you like today?

Speaker 4 (01:12:47):
I don't know. Did I give Henry out? I mean
I gave it out during a show, But BETMGM over
Henry ninety three and a half. I'll give you another
one too, though, nikoua under I bet this so many
times it's almost embarrassing. Yeah, and nikoo under. Let's get
his current Let's get his current yards. He is at

(01:13:09):
eighty one and a half. Yeah, I still see it
going under there. So there's there's another one for you guys.
There's a double dose from We'll have a double dose
at the end of the game, also at the end
of the show. Sorry, wow, that's.

Speaker 2 (01:13:22):
Nice on bet MGM. Gamewell is now at eight and
a half but minus one twenty five, so I gave
a nine and a half earlier at a better price.
I think you'll get ten yards rushing. But if you
want to lay the one twenty five, be my guest.
It might go back nine and a half by the
time in the next hour. How about take one Barkley

(01:13:42):
over longest rush next to you?

Speaker 4 (01:13:44):
Are you doing it?

Speaker 2 (01:13:45):
Oh yeah, I took it already. It might have been
eighteen and a half when I have it early in
the week, but I can look at my my account.
So I like to take one Barkley over nineteen and
a half when Cooper Regene for first score. Why not
we not. I'm not giving that as an official play,
but those are the two I like today so far. Again,

(01:14:07):
I'm I think the quarterbacks will run the ball today. Yeah,
but I'm just not. I feel for bet you take
the attempts, I'm just not doing it. I'm not doing it.
I think it's not a bad wager to look at
the rushing attempts over. I'm just not. I I feel
like I would be. I feel like they're gonna all go

(01:14:29):
over and I'm looking at dummy.

Speaker 8 (01:14:30):
But I'm staying away from those interesting Well, the first
one I've got, I'm gonna go with Rams running back
Kyrone Williams under seventy five and a half rush yards.

Speaker 3 (01:14:42):
I love this Philly front. You look at last week's
game and it just as a gauge, right, don't I
don't want to rely heavily or solely on that. But
Kyrone Williams was held in check by a really good
Vikings rush defense until the Rams got up big. And
then Kyrone Williams, who's a big part of their second
half attack. That's not happening today against Philly. They're not

(01:15:05):
leading comfortably, and all of a sudden you're like, oh,
they're gonna feed Kyrine Williams. That's not gonna happen. And
so I look at that Philly front slowing him down,
and then if game script gets away from the Rams,
they're gonna be throwing it instead of running it. So
I like Kyrone Williams shout out Irish, no love me
some Kyrone Williams, but give me under seventy five. Oh

(01:15:27):
we will, mister Dooman gloom Schwartz, we will get to.

Speaker 2 (01:15:30):
The gloom shorts. Irish are going to win.

Speaker 3 (01:15:35):
It's okay, yeah, okay, that's why I call you Duman
Glooms Schwartz.

Speaker 2 (01:15:39):
Over here, well, House State fan, you're probably like Jeff Schwartz,
the greatest kapper of all time.

Speaker 3 (01:15:47):
Side of the fence. You're on right there for sure.
But here's the thing, crack. Jeff mentioned this, the rushing
totals for some of these guys. You want to get
in on any of them. Jalen Hurts are Josh Allen.
They're gonna be running, man, when they're gonna be scrambling
a lot designed runs. You like him getting to the

(01:16:08):
fifties the sixties.

Speaker 4 (01:16:10):
Yeah, I'm on one of them to the end of
the end of the show.

Speaker 3 (01:16:13):
Okay, I don't want to give it away.

Speaker 4 (01:16:14):
If you're in yeah, yep, yep, saving I'm on one
of them, and and he's over.

Speaker 3 (01:16:18):
I got him over, so yeah, goodness, knocked everything, knocked
the production system down over here? Goodness? What's going on?

Speaker 4 (01:16:27):
H okay?

Speaker 3 (01:16:28):
You know, I'll give you a random one. What do
you guys think of? You might hate this. Dawson knocks
over eleven and a half receiving yards Ravens again, they're
they're past defense. That good. He always seems to do
something in these playoff games. I could see him getting
over that.

Speaker 4 (01:16:45):
All right?

Speaker 3 (01:16:45):
Coming up next? Is he doom and Gloom or the
voice of reason? You decide next? Oh, welcome in here.
We are just a couple of hours away from kickoff.
What a few hours specifically?

Speaker 2 (01:17:00):
Isn't it one o'clock Eastern?

Speaker 3 (01:17:02):
I'm checking right game on top of this? Yeah, noon
Pacific time, so three hours away?

Speaker 1 (01:17:09):
Right?

Speaker 4 (01:17:09):
Yeah? No, it's twelve noon Vegas time. Three pm.

Speaker 2 (01:17:11):
Oh I thought they're I thought they were playing at
one in four today. No, whoop. I had no idea
I would I would ended the show. That would have
gone to Fox and been like where's my Matt?

Speaker 3 (01:17:20):
Yeah, you be watching like Creighton or something like that.

Speaker 2 (01:17:23):
I had no idea. So same as next weekend on Sunday. Okay, yeah,
I legit had no idea. I thought the game was
was on. It was on right after our show.

Speaker 3 (01:17:35):
No, no, you get a little bit of you can
watch some college hoops. We got college oops.

Speaker 2 (01:17:38):
I watched Organ yesterday. I'm good.

Speaker 3 (01:17:41):
You don't need anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:17:43):
Organ pissed me off. Yesterday.

Speaker 3 (01:17:44):
We got Illinois and Michigan State tipping off here in
less than an hour.

Speaker 2 (01:17:48):
You know, the one thing I've realized about being in
the Big Ten now is you get these like ridiculous
amount of quad one wins. When you look at the conference,
you're like, yeah, those teams are not very good. Why
are these quad one wins? So or gets the benefit
of doubt this year. But what a bad loss yesterday?

Speaker 4 (01:18:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:18:04):
Not a great not not a great game.

Speaker 3 (01:18:07):
By the way, uh crack. Did you happen to catch
the beare Bets podcast this week talking about the college
football National Championship?

Speaker 4 (01:18:16):
You did?

Speaker 3 (01:18:16):
You didn't match that?

Speaker 4 (01:18:17):
And and I should. It's a great podcast, it is.

Speaker 3 (01:18:19):
They do a great job. I would just say, you.

Speaker 2 (01:18:21):
Don't have to pretend it's that you you like it?
It's okay, I guys do it?

Speaker 4 (01:18:26):
You crazy? I talked to Chris just about every single week.
So this is awesome. Yeah. So no, I'm a fan
and and you know why because you put skin in
the game, like you, Jeff. Oh yeah, I mean I'm
sick and tired of I can't listen to people on
air tell me what to bet that don't gamble. So

(01:18:46):
let me tell you something that show.

Speaker 2 (01:18:49):
Bear gambles it all. I tell you that if you
think I gamble on a lot of stuff, I mean,
my man be texting me about tennis in the morning.

Speaker 3 (01:18:56):
Crack. I'll give you the highlights because you missed this episode.
It was Doom and Gloom. They like the Bear and
Jeff should be this should be their new tag team,
like WWE Doom and Gloom.

Speaker 2 (01:19:11):
That's only if you like Notre Dame, if you like
Ohio State. Who is the best podcast of all time?

Speaker 3 (01:19:16):
It's like, I don't know who's doing. Are you Doom
or are you Gloom? Jeff, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:19:21):
We have won fourteen straight best bets, which is wild.
This should not be a lot.

Speaker 3 (01:19:25):
That is wild but means straight.

Speaker 2 (01:19:28):
In college football.

Speaker 3 (01:19:29):
Yeah, Like, man, it's gonna come to a screeching halt.
Now that your joint best bet is Ohio State minus
eight and a half. This is all it was crack,
oh Ohio State has much more talent. How's Notre Dame
gonna score? This is a bad matchup. Oh my gosh,
it's already over. That's all. It was the whole thing.

Speaker 2 (01:19:49):
How about this, Brian, you tell me how Notre Dame? Yeah,
it's gonna score in this game. I want to hear it.

Speaker 3 (01:19:55):
Go ahead, Okay, I'm glad you asked here. All right,
ready for this? Yes, okay, so you know about Riley Leonard.
We're gonna have to use his legs. Okay, to utilize
the legs of Riley Leonard.

Speaker 2 (01:20:07):
Land over fourteen and a half Russia attempts is my
favorite second game in pocket.

Speaker 3 (01:20:13):
Yes, so we're off to a good start here, right, Yes,
Jeremiah Love, you mix him in. He's not gonna go off.
He's limited, got the knee. But I have under a
little extra time to get ready. So we're gonna need
some Jeremiah Love sprinkled in there. We get Aneas Williams
out of the backfield. He was a nice little weapon
against Penn State. You sprinkle him in. Then we're gonna

(01:20:33):
have to get Jordan Faison. I don't know why I'm
going we I'm from South Bend, but whatever. Notre Dame
needs to get Phason involved in the passing game. Mitchell Evans,
I will, I will allow you to say, we cope you.

Speaker 4 (01:20:47):
I appreciate that.

Speaker 3 (01:20:49):
So it's gonna be a bit methodical. They're not gonna
score a ton of points. But look at the Georgia game.
They played fantastic defense, they had a special team score,
got to twenty three points.

Speaker 2 (01:21:00):
Ah okay, do you plan on scoring seventeen points in
fifty four seconds in this game?

Speaker 3 (01:21:09):
Huh again like they do against Georgia. Well, hey, Georgia,
you know what, I'm glad you mentioned this too, because
Kirby Smart was stupid before halftime. Everybody would admit that
when they tried to throw the balls with a backup
quarterback and it blew up in their face. Ryan Day
is prone to doing lots of stupid things. Ryan Day
is the perfect ingredient in the recipe for an Irish

(01:21:33):
upset because he gets tight like he didn't get tight
in these other games because their boat racing your ducks
and they're boat racing Tennessee. But if this is a
close game, best believe Ryan Day is more than capable
of getting tight and the team reflects that. You saw
that in the Michigan game. You saw exactly that in

(01:21:55):
the Michigan game. So that's what Notre Dame needs to do.
Keep it close, get it to the second half where
it's a one score game, and let Ohio State get tight,
and will Howard do stupid things? You have to force
some turnovers. Look at last night's game, who has more talent?
Is it the Lions or the Commanders? Even with all
the injuries, it's still the Lions. And look how that

(01:22:18):
game went down. So spare me with this. It's already done.

Speaker 4 (01:22:22):
It's not.

Speaker 2 (01:22:22):
Fortunately, Jane Daniels is not playing quarterback for you guys,
so that seems to be a problem. Look, Ohio State
has not a lot more than seventeen points, but twice
this season's in the same team Oregon and Oregon, and
the second time was you know, the garbage touchdown. If
Not Dame scores seventeen points, which they're no unders a

(01:22:42):
seventeen and a half, are they winning this game seventeen points?

Speaker 3 (01:22:46):
They're going over seventeen anyway?

Speaker 2 (01:22:48):
Oh, they're over seventeen? Okay, I was, I was, I
didn't realize that was happening. Okay, No, look I just
think it's a bet. It's just you listen to the podcast.
You know how I feel about this.

Speaker 3 (01:22:59):
I feel life is worse off for listen.

Speaker 2 (01:23:01):
There is nowhere on the field where the Irish are
better than Ohio States. There's just there's nowhere. It post
on is Irish chain. Yeah, there's there's just nowhere. And
the number one concern for me is the Irish defensive
structure against Ohio State. So the last four games, Ohio
said has played offense against Michigan not good, good against Tennessee,

(01:23:24):
good against Oregon, Okay, against Texas Texas and Michigan did
one thing. They played too high zone right two I
safeties and they said, you know what, we're not going
to Jeremiah Smith get off and then we can when
you play two I safety, so that means two safeties
are back one less defender typically can stop the run

(01:23:44):
because they're back playing pass defense. Well, Michigan's defensive line,
Texas defensive line pretty good and they can stop the
run without that extra guy in the box. Irish have
a bunch of injuries on the defensive line. Brian, you
know this. I just don't know if they can do
that right sext the run when they have to, which
is defensive line. But more importantly, No Name plays the

(01:24:05):
most man coverage in college football, and that is going
that's a recipe for disaster because Ambuca and Tate and
Jeremiah Smith. You can't Morgan did this. It's it's not
even when Oregan triple team Jeremih Smith. He jumped up
and caught the ball. That didn't matter. But the thing
about it is people will say, well, just just run
cover two.

Speaker 4 (01:24:26):
You don't.

Speaker 2 (01:24:26):
Really, it's not the way football works. You know, Like
the No Name is in this game because of what
they do. And if you're Al Golden, I get it.
The DC you're thinking about, okay, well let's play some
more zone. You're also like, we'll screw them, like we're
gonna run what we do because that's what we do
and it works well for us. You can't just decide
to be this different defense in ten days. And so
that's my concern is that I just do not think

(01:24:50):
Nor Dame structurally is is schematically gonna stop Ohio State.
And so it comes down to Will Howard forcing you know,
no name force a ton of turnovers? Can they force
some turnovers in this game? The middle eight, last four
minutes of first half, four minutes of the second half,
No name. I think Alex scored opponents won forty to

(01:25:10):
twenty one this year, like some insane number. It is that.
I so there's a path to keeping it close. Riddy
Leonard over fourteen and a half rush attempts. It's a
huge reason why they would keep it close. He has
to run the ball. Brian, you know this also worth
pointing out a sack as a rush attempt. So four sacks,

(01:25:33):
eleven rush attempts. I mean, like it's sertainly possible for
that to happen. No Dame is moving there doing an
O line shuffle, which I don't necessarily love. The projected
left tackle got hurt in camp. I believe he came back,
Brian right with the torn peck or something. He played
guard the last two weeks. I was going back to
left tackle. I don't love that changing the offensive line

(01:25:55):
after you played well in the postseason. I get what
they're doing. So I just think, and you look at
at the ways you you mentioned them winning, it's a
lot of if if this happens, if that happens, if
this happens, if that happens, if this happens, if that happens.

Speaker 3 (01:26:10):
So it's just whens with Ohio State. It's when this,
when this, when like that. But I don't do this
whole break.

Speaker 4 (01:26:15):
I love you guys. Going back, we've we've seen.

Speaker 2 (01:26:18):
But we've seen Ohio State do these things like.

Speaker 3 (01:26:20):
I just saw them in like a fourteen fourteen dog
fight twenty one fourteen at the one yard line. It's like,
if Texas isn't stupid, just run the ball ahead for
straight times, they're not gonna stop.

Speaker 2 (01:26:33):
So the first one they did, and they got stuffed
for minus one.

Speaker 3 (01:26:36):
And then they're like change it up.

Speaker 2 (01:26:37):
Well, the second one is actually not it's see this
is this is the the nuanced part about the like
toss plays against man coverage are really good. They got
man coverage. Caleb Downs has made a play. No one
there's no Caleb Downs. He's incredible. So also, these games
tend to be blowouts. They've there are a lot of

(01:26:58):
blowouts in the championship game. So I have Ohio State. Look,
if Ohio State wins, I couldn't tell if Notre Dame wins,
I make half the money I would have made Ohio State.

Speaker 3 (01:27:11):
We got to find out about this. We know where
you stand, Jeff. Everybody points, well.

Speaker 4 (01:27:16):
No, no, I'll just tell you this game opened up
ten and a half for a second and ten's the
tens stayed there for a bit. All I did was
take a little bit on the ten. But I also
bet before that round. I bet Ohio State minus a
dollar ten for a large amount. So I need Ohio
I need Ohio State to win, yep, yep, between and

(01:27:39):
I need them to win the game, but I would
like Notre Dame to cover the game. And you know,
as much as much as people think Ohio State just
offensively the biggest juggernaut that scores on you, they they've
really been more dominant on the defensive side of the field.

Speaker 3 (01:27:55):
To defense, they were held in check by Texas. Yeah,
that was not about.

Speaker 4 (01:28:00):
If people don't realize that that game, that game was
right at the goal on Like you said, people see
the final score and it doesn't dictate what really happened
in that game. So Notre Dame in Ohio State. Listen
to the top two passing defenses in the country this
season too, that being said, I think both of these
teams are looking for a different type of game from

(01:28:20):
Monday night. Ohio State wants to track meet Notre Dame,
looking for a low scoring, grind it out clock kind
of game. This will be exciting game, maybe to end
the twelve team playoff with this historic game. Two of
the biggest blue bloods in all of college football. Ohio
State ranks second second in all time wins, Notre Dame fourth.
Each school has seven Heisman Trophy winners. They have a

(01:28:44):
combined for nineteen national championships. Listen, this is really gonna
be fun. I don't like how much tickets are. So
you're from South Bend, what's the deal? I mean, those
beleaves are two grand? What do you got for us? Brian?
I know you got to connect.

Speaker 3 (01:29:00):
You know, I don't have that kind of you know, hookup,
but really, yeah, you know I don't. I don't complain
about a whole lot. You'll never hear me complaining about
the cost of ticket prices ever, especially if it's a
big game. It's the national championship game, it's the super Bowl.
I don't get these people that whine about how much
there's a lot of demand. There's gonna be a lot

(01:29:22):
of money. That's the way it is. Either pony it
up or shut up. That's how I feel about it. Man,
It's gonna cost you a lot to go, That's the
way it is. Why complain about twenty twenty.

Speaker 4 (01:29:34):
I've seen crazy prices.

Speaker 3 (01:29:36):
That is, that's pretty high. By the way. I know
Jeff will hate this stat but there have been a
handful of Notre Dame coaches that won a championship in
their third season. Frank Lahy, Arab Parsigan got Dan Devine,
Lou Holtz, it's year number three for Marcus Freeman.

Speaker 4 (01:29:54):
Huh.

Speaker 3 (01:29:54):
And if you don't love that, Jeff Riley Leonard has
the Lord on his side.

Speaker 2 (01:30:00):
Okay, don't do not get me started on the get tired.
I'm gonna get fired for my thoughts on what Ry
Leonard said about that.

Speaker 3 (01:30:10):
I randomly saw one of your tweets.

Speaker 2 (01:30:13):
So I had one tweet I was asking why organ
I guess or if I had known that it was
destined to lose, I wouldn't bet any money on the game.
I don't don't. Yeah, that's a dangerous topic for me
to I like to keep my job.

Speaker 3 (01:30:30):
Look, I'll be completely honest with you, Ohio State has
a lot of advantages. I just dislike when people make
it sound like this game is already over. This game
is already over. Jeremiah Smith has already gained two hundred
receiving yards.

Speaker 4 (01:30:46):
It's done.

Speaker 3 (01:30:47):
Like, how can anyone say that when we saw Ohio
State suck to the high heavens at home against Michigan.
How can anyone say that with a straight face? It
blows my mind.

Speaker 2 (01:31:01):
Well, because I just don't think Nor Dame's defense can
is structurally the same as Michigan's, and that that is
the concern is I don't I just don't think they
can stop the run with their defensive line like Michigan
can and play zone behind. It's not what No Dame
is done all season, that's it. And and they also
have not played an offense like this and Georgia is
not this offensive. Penn State pens wide receivers both win

(01:31:24):
the portal after they lost that game. So, uh, I
just wanted to like what what not Dame has done
this season? It should not be taken away because of
this result of this game. I think people are gonna
be like, wow.

Speaker 3 (01:31:40):
See, like that's That's what I'm talking about. You just
start you're acting like it's done already, Like are you're
giving them this backhanded compliment of even though they're not
going to win, let's just that's established, it's set in stone,
we've written it in sharpie. Let's not forget what they've done.
As if it's already done. That pisses me off. It's

(01:32:00):
not already done.

Speaker 4 (01:32:03):
You didn't get mad.

Speaker 2 (01:32:04):
I'll text you tomorrow night about eight forty five and
we'll see what the score is after that quarter.

Speaker 4 (01:32:09):
Fair enough.

Speaker 2 (01:32:10):
I again, these games, it would be it would be
abnormal if this game was close. For championship games, they're not.
They're not. They're not close games, So that would be
that would be a rarity. If this game was close,
an upset was like don Wright, almost never happens in
these games.

Speaker 3 (01:32:28):
Yeah, hey, yeah, we'll see, we'll see. But there have
been some crazy things that happened. Look at the Arizona
State Texas game was why is Texas big underdog?

Speaker 2 (01:32:38):
You know Texas is a little bit from I know.

Speaker 3 (01:32:40):
They're fluky, but just point spread wise, I think a
lot of people will look at a point spread and
look at games on paper and I get that, but
it's like it plays out in all sorts of crazy directions.
So I don't know, man, I don't know when the
Ohio State buck guys became the eighty five big defensively

(01:33:01):
and Will Howard turned into like the next coming of
Jayden Daniels. Okay, all right, I guess.

Speaker 2 (01:33:07):
Will Howard is certainly like if there's that's they got
to force him in the turnovers, which is I mean,
he certainly will give you the football. They have to
have to make them do it.

Speaker 3 (01:33:16):
Yeah, Okay, all right, Jeff and I are still you know,
a quaint.

Speaker 4 (01:33:25):
You did. That's fun. All right.

Speaker 3 (01:33:27):

pm Eastern Time. Two leading MVP candidates on the same field.
Here's the thing, man, Lamar Jackson, he might win his
third MVP. He had a sensational season, forty one touchdown
passes in four interceptions, the best passer rating in the

(01:34:56):
league just a shade under one twenty, and then all
the running yards and the touchdowns, all that production on
top of it. Lamar has been sensational. But here's the thing.
It's fully capable of playing good football in the playoffs.
He just hasn't typically. If you look at his what
seven starts, his passer rating is eighty one point two

(01:35:18):
and just for context this past season in the NFL,
eighty one point two would slot in between Will Levis
and Gardner Minshew. That's what Lamar has done in the postseason. Now,
the question is how much will he need to do
through the air today? Because the ground game was effective
to the nth degree in the regular season against the Bills.

(01:35:41):
Bills don't play great rush defense, so that's the question.
How much does Lamar need to do through the air.
But what he's done before hasn't been good enough. That
doesn't mean it's automatically going to continue, but he's got
to pick it up throwing the ball in the playoffs
because it just hasn't been where it needs to be,
where he's capable of having and so he's got to

(01:36:03):
step it up.

Speaker 2 (01:36:04):
Okay, the most fun part about this game for me
is neither this Buffalo iteration with Josh Allen or Lamar
with the Ravens have won this game. Yet none of
them have. Right, Buffalo can't be Kansas City and Baltimore
underachieves relative to their regulation success nearly every season in

(01:36:26):
the postseason, no one's won this game yet. So I'm
on Buffalo, I think only because the worst people that
I follow who gamble are on Baltimore today, and so
I'm just like, I gotta just take like the Bartenders
on Baltimore, So I gotta take the Bills here. But
this game, to me feels like it's coming down to

(01:36:46):
something that we can't see yet, right, A fluky play,
a fourth down that doesn't hit a fumble, especially since
error drop pack, It's gonna come out as something that
we can't see yet. I think the teams are very even,
and they're gonna probably be able to move the ball
when they have to. Who can for it's on fourth down?

(01:37:06):
Who doesn't like There's just so many different things I
think that matter in this game that we cannot We
just we cannot. We just don't know yet cracked And
that's why I think I don't really know exactly who's
gonna win the game.

Speaker 4 (01:37:23):
This game just might be better than the super Bowl, so uh,
and that doesn't take a rocket scientist to come up
with that, though. Uh, this is a matchup of probably well,
it's tough to say this the two overall maybe best
teams in the NFL. I mean, you know, I'm gonna
put I am gonna put case there though a little bit,
but boy, I tell you, we have the top two

(01:37:46):
MVP candidates today going head to head, Alan and Jackson,
so but neither has been able to really break through
in the playoffs. Like Jeff said there, everyone talks about
the Ravens offense too, in their rushing game, which it's
dominated the season, I understand, but people forget that the
raven have one of the best I think actually the
best run defense this season. Could only allowing like eighty

(01:38:07):
yards rushing this year, So the Bills may have to
take it to the air. And we just don't know
how bad that weather is going to be there either
come game time. Looks like lake effects, snow wind, and
I think that that helps the Ravens a little more
than the Bills, maybe even now the Bills are used
to playing there. But it's one of those games that
I feel like something, maybe just like just said, something

(01:38:28):
will happen on special teams that will change the game.
Maybe a fumbled kickoff for a punt or blocked field goal.
I don't know. I just have a feeling something wacky
could happen in this one. But I am really looking
forward to this game. This has to be the highest
rated again, this is gonna be the highest rated game

(01:38:49):
I would think of the season. I would think it
would be, So we'll see what happens.

Speaker 3 (01:38:52):
I love when you pointed out with the Ravens rush defense,
because if James Cook isn't doing a whole heck of
a lot in that Bill's running game, it's the Josh
Allen Show. It's Josh Allen throwing it and running it.
But that's the first part of this is how much
is James Cook doing. He's a huge part of their offense.

(01:39:13):
Think about the win last week against Denver. He was
the game plan ran through him heavily. So if he's limited,
it's on Josh Allen. And when you look at the
weapons that he has, like quote unquote weapons, it's not
a who's who. He's made it work. But if James
Cook is relatively taken out of this game, it is

(01:39:34):
all on Josh Allen to be the Bills offense. And
he's done it throughout the regular season. I have to
do it tonight most likely. Again, if It's based on
an if, but it's likely that James Cook will not
be doing significant damage tonight.

Speaker 2 (01:39:49):
The Ravens defensive improvement, though, does coincide with them playing
much worse offenses. Just I mean that first eight games
were like all playoff teams, and then since that's been
so Wilson a couple of times, it has not been
Murderer's row. Of course, this is by far the best
they're gonna face in a long time at.

Speaker 3 (01:40:06):
Quarterback, absolutely, but what do you think about the rush defense?

Speaker 4 (01:40:11):
Right?

Speaker 3 (01:40:11):
Do you think they they have success the Ravens do
against James Cook.

Speaker 2 (01:40:15):
The Bills offensive line is really good, guys. I don't
think people have talked about that enough. I mean, we
do an offensive line community. I I think they will
be okay. But the Bills offense line and what they do.
They have that six offensive lineman. I'm not sure Jack
Anderson's healthy today, which does change. I think the Bills
run a ton of six offensive lineman sets. Right, they

(01:40:36):
put that big, big wy essentially and that that has
been Jack Anderson and he got hurt last game. I've
not seen the status yet today, so that could affect
what they do. But they'd run the ball well with
those with those six offensive lineman sets. So I'm not
I'm not as certain the Buffalo can't run the ball today.

Speaker 3 (01:40:53):
Yeah, No, it's fair.

Speaker 4 (01:40:55):
Jeff brings up some good points. They just won't look
at their schedule. I knew about it, of course, I
knew about the Raiders game. Raiders beating them in Baltimore.
It was a giant upset, knock a lot of people
out of our survivor pool here in town. But yeah,
I mean, if you look at some of these games,
the Chiefs beat them opening Day twenty seven to twenty,
Raiders beat them, and then you have to go into
the The Ravens just barely got by the Cowboys twenty

(01:41:19):
eight to twenty five. They did beat the Bills though,
thirty five to ten. That was an impressive win, but
overtime against the Bengals, there are some games in here
the Browns beat them. So, Jeff, you bring up a
good point the first half of the season compared to
the second half. You know, everyone goes back to that
I'm here and everywhere that thoh they beat him thirty

(01:41:41):
five to ten. It's not as easy as people think.

Speaker 2 (01:41:44):
To beat was four months ago.

Speaker 4 (01:41:46):
Yeah, It's not as easy to beat a team twice
in the season in football especially, we'll be talking about
this throwing college basketball. Not easy to beat a team
two or three times throughout the season. So I think
I think we're in for a real game here.

Speaker 3 (01:41:59):
Yeah, I'm curious about Also, you know, interceptions potentially. Josh
Allen the last three playoff games zero turnovers, nine passing
and rushing touchdowns.

Speaker 4 (01:42:11):
Lamar.

Speaker 3 (01:42:13):
He hasn't turned it over a lot in the postseason.
Six interceptions in those seven games. I guess that's a
little on the high side with a short sample size
like that, But the touchdowns is what is the big difference.
Josh Allen has twenty three touchdown passes in the playoffs,
Lamar with eight. But I just think about last night.
We mentioned it earlier, like the Troy Aikman quoting Jimmy Johnson,

(01:42:36):
it's not the team that makes the most good plays,
it's the team that avoids the most bad plays. And
you know, the turnover thing, it's always a big deal
in games, but I think in this one too. You
go back to their one playoff meeting. This was during COVID.
Nobody in the stands, but it was a very very
low scoring game and Lamar threw a pick six that

(01:42:57):
lost the game. So yeah, that turnover in. Both quarterbacks
this regular season have done a fantastic job. Josh Allen
only six interceptions this season. Lamar only four interceptions the
entire season. But it could take one bad decision or
one fluky bounds a pick could be a big deal today.

Speaker 2 (01:43:17):
Yeah, I think too, like with this game might force
one of you know, one of the quarterbacks that they're
making mistakes because they feel like they have to make
a play and we have don't have to do that
as much a season.

Speaker 3 (01:43:37):
You know who feels like he has to make a
play and does that would be Isaac Loban front. You know,
he feels it and then he delivers. Just like right now,
I low with the latest Steve the Studio, Steve.

Speaker 6 (01:43:53):
No, it's a true story. I'm shocked that Steve Harriman
was in the on deck circle. By the way, is
not talking in the background right now, showing enormous discipline
as beads of sweat stream off his face for the
lack of talking. Yeah see there he goes. Couldn't keep
him down for too long. Well, speaking of Maidan, plays.
The defending world champion Los Angeles Dodgers made another big

(01:44:16):
play today because MLB dot Com reported the free agent
labor Tanner Scott has agreed to a four years, seventy
two million dollar deal with the Dodgers. Scott named an
All Star for the first time last season with the
Miami Marlins before being traded to the San Diego Padres
at the end of July. In the NFL on Saturday night,
the Washington Commanders, what had one seeded Detroit forty five

(01:44:38):
to thirty one to advance to the NFC Championship Game
for the first time in thirty three years. In the
NFC Championship Game, they will be the road team. They
will visit either the Eagles or the Los Angeles Rams,
who are getting ready to meet at three pm Eastern
time today at Philadelphia. And with that in mind, let's
check in on the tailgating atmosphere at Lincoln Finance Field.

(01:45:00):
As moments ago, some guy in a full Santa Claus
suit attempted a one hundred and thirty five pound bench press.
Let's listen, Yes, I guess for the record, Philadelphia did
not boost Santa Claus this time anyway, coming up at

(01:45:23):
six thirty pm Eastern time this evening from Buffalo, the
Bills host the Baltimore Ravens. The winner will visit the
Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game. Finally, Fox
Sports Jay Glazer reported overnight that the Chicago Bears will
interview former NFL running back Eddie George for their head
coaching job today. George has been the head coach at
FCS Tennessee State the last four seasons, with a record

(01:45:46):
at twenty four and twenty two, including nine to four
this past season.

Speaker 1 (01:45:51):
Steve, anything you want to say in a preview of your.

Speaker 3 (01:45:53):
Show that was absolutely brilliant?

Speaker 4 (01:45:55):
All right, back to you guys, Back to you guys.

Speaker 3 (01:45:58):
It is Orts Radios Countdown to Kickoff, presented by bet MGM.

(01:46:20):
we get off the air, by the way, shout out
to our trusted producer Bo Benson and also our technical
producer extraordinary Chris Purfett. They had a couple of great
things on the text thread. So Chris pointed out that
the mighty NFC North is zero to three in the playoffs,
which is kind of crazy, and all three, by the way,

(01:46:42):
lost by double digits. That's wild. And also Bo Benson,
he threw this out there. He texted me and said,
is Jayden Daniels a top five quarterback already? And when
you stop and think about it, I think most people
would have somewhere like Mahomes Burrow, Josh Alan, Lamar Jackson
most likely in their top four after that number five

(01:47:05):
is Jayden Daniels fifth already? It's not a crazy question
at all. Who do you like better than Jayden Daniels
right now? It'd be guys like Herbert, Jordan, Love Tua Baker, Stafford, Purty,
Dak Stroud hurts Goff, like, who are you taking over
Daniels right now?

Speaker 4 (01:47:32):
It's amazing, right?

Speaker 2 (01:47:34):
I think I think NFL people would still take Herbert
because he's big and strong and he throws the ball
in ways that no one else can. I mean, even
some of those maybe too so no one else can
make But as far as a gamer like I mentioned
this the other day about Daniels, when you watched him
in the first playoff game and they showed his face,

(01:47:56):
there was never any concern about it. Never remember. And
they showed Sam Donald's face against against even early the game.
It's like, no, I don't like that. That's not the
ball on Eli Manning was very common, you know, for
for having a you know, kind of a fizz face
on the sidelines. But I uh, Brian liked I mentioned
I like that, Brian got that. I think I think

(01:48:18):
he got it. It's not no lamb of what what
was it the.

Speaker 4 (01:48:24):
I have? I have?

Speaker 2 (01:48:25):
Well, TikTok's down now for a couple of days. I
saved the TikTok for you. Of the lamb I ran
into some like some account the lamb of God drummer
it's like a it's like a blind reaction to a
pop song and then they have to create. The drummer
then has to create like a beat around not hearing

(01:48:47):
the drum beat of the song. I saved it for you.
TikTok should be back next week. Not the notsation for that,
but just what it is what it is.

Speaker 3 (01:48:59):
But I wonder if it's a new guy art Cruse
Art Cruise great Baseball.

Speaker 2 (01:49:04):
What's the name of the other drummer. I don't know.
I can't look at it now because it's down. I
wonder if I saved it to my phone previously for you,
But I thought of you, O today I saw a
Lamba God's drummer doing a uh yeah, I was gonna
send it to you. Nonetheless, Daniels just he looks so
composed that that to me boosts him up. Like Herbert

(01:49:30):
doesn't ever look like that composed, you know, and Daniels does.
He really does.

Speaker 4 (01:49:36):
Yeah, Listen, what he's done as a rookie is amazing.
His staff also done a great job with him, not
overwhelming and putting and you know, using his strength. So personally,
I need to see a few seasons of success before
I'm putting him with my elite group like Mahomes, Jackson Allen.
Remember everyone was super high on Chris Stroud coming into

(01:49:57):
this year. The Sportsbook's clean on Houston futures they did.
They took so much, so many people. It was one
of their biggest risk. They cleaned up on that, so
he had that kind of a drop from his rookie year.
I also think that coaches will have a lot more
tape on Daniels after this year, and listen, the defenses
will throw some different looks at him next year. So

(01:50:20):
I think he can handle it. Though. I think he
could be have a great long career if he stays healthy.
I just need one more season under his belt before
I'm putting him in that elite class of quarterbacks.

Speaker 3 (01:50:30):
It's fair crack man. You look at Stroud, so last
season he was unbelievable, He's fantasicitely and then this past
season he came back to earth pretty quickly. He's twenty
fifth and passer rating this season c J Stroud, and
that's under Bears rookie Caleb Williams and just slightly above

(01:50:52):
Raiders quarterback Aidan O'Connell. So that CJ went from dynamic
rookie season to that's where he's at. He's in the
Caleb Williams Aid O'Connell passer rating cold to sack. You know,
that's not the neighborhood you want to be in right here,
So to your point, be interesting to see what happens
with Jaden Daniels going forward. But good stuff right there.

(01:51:12):
All right, We've got Bill Krackenberger, professional sports handicapper, Jeff Schwartz,
eight year NFL veteran. I'm Brian Nell coming up next,
some picks to share with you, Rapid fire cracks play
the day. We'll have all of that good stuff coming up.

crushing the updates and crushing life that is, Isaac Loewen
Cron and our main man on Digital Sager posting our
clips does a great job. Top of the Hour, Steve Hartman,
Rich Ornberger, they have got you covered. Keep it locked

(01:52:17):
right here on Fox Sports Radio. Have we got some
picks to make? Let's do it rapid fire, all right,
Thomin Bloom Schwartz. What do you have for us?

Speaker 4 (01:52:29):
Buddy?

Speaker 2 (01:52:30):
Well, you know what, No, I wasn't even gonna go
this strection, but now now we're gonna do it. I
like I like gain Weell over nine and a half
rushing yards. I took the Eagles minus six. I can't
take a minus seven, so can't do that. I think
I'm gonna lead. I think even takes Buffalo plus one
hundred in the money line. Okay, I think I'm gonna
do it, and then I'm on the bet. MGM, let

(01:52:51):
me we click over here. Boo boo poo. CFP Championship.
I wasn't gonna do it, Ohio State mice eight and
a half is now the entry into Actually, I mean eight,
you can probably get eight tomorrow. I think I think
Notre Dame money will come in quickly here. I like
Jeremiah Love under forty one and a half rushing yards.
I like Royley Leonard over rush attempts, which I don't

(01:53:15):
think that's offered in many places. I do have it
fourteen and a half over fourteen half rush attempts, So
I there we go. Also, I think if you wanted
to do like yard name under it's not even up
right now, so you could do your name under under
points as well.

Speaker 4 (01:53:35):
All right, we like track. I'm gonna surprise you guys
here and get you guys ready for NBA a little bit. Okay,
make you laugh a little bit here. So because we
give out so many things here, let's start out here
with Paul George points rebounds, assist over thirty and a half. Yeah,
this is gonna be fun when we do get into

(01:53:56):
NBA and college basketball. I love doing these kind of props.
But let's start out with that one, and I'm gonna
come back with another NFL prop year in a second
very night.

Speaker 3 (01:54:05):
What was it for points? Rebounds assist?

Speaker 4 (01:54:06):
What was the thirty and a half minus eight dollars
twenty over thirty and a half Paul George points rebounds,
It's just.

Speaker 3 (01:54:13):
Love it awesome crack. All right, I'm gonna go to
the National Championship Game tomorrow night, not physically. But for
my pick here right figuratively, give me Jordan Faison, quick
wide receiver for Notre Dame. Give me over thirty five
and a half receiving yards. You're gonna have to get
him involved and he can make some things happen after
the catch. So give me Jordan's face on number six

(01:54:36):
much for number six to get to thirty six receiving yards.

Speaker 2 (01:54:39):
Why aren't you if you think you're gonna win, I'm
suppose you're not going to celebrate and Alana after the.

Speaker 3 (01:54:43):
Game, Jeff, it costs, like yeah, I gotta yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:54:46):
I know.

Speaker 2 (01:54:46):
It's It's why even I looked at the tickets like
organ it's at the point of order winning this game,
and there would be expense if I don't think I
would be like to go, Ryan.

Speaker 4 (01:54:55):
It's nothing the crap table can't solve tonight.

Speaker 3 (01:54:57):
I'm like, here you go.

Speaker 2 (01:55:00):
Calling up calling Scott for press pass and go for free.

Speaker 4 (01:55:04):
There you go, that's not a bad idea.

Speaker 3 (01:55:06):
All right, let's get to this as well.

Speaker 1 (01:55:09):
This is the best play of the days a touchdown.

Speaker 3 (01:55:14):
All right, crack, I didn't know NBA was on the oh,
I know the car.

Speaker 4 (01:55:18):
You know what? As I give out all these props earlier.
What I can hurts under Nicoua under, you know, Jackson under.
I want to give you one that I don't know
if I even sent you guys in the chat. Let's go,
but let's go with Allen rushing attempts over eight and
a half. Yeah, I don't know. Did I give you
guys that at all? Around rushing attempts over eight and

(01:55:39):
a half? So like it? Yeah, I think he'll be
you know, the part of their success is going to
have to have him run a little bit, even though
Baltimore's defense might be up for the task. But I
think the attempts, let's go that.

Speaker 2 (01:55:48):
He gets a bunch of touch pushes and.

Speaker 3 (01:55:52):
That counts, right, yeah, oh yeah, yeah, maybe the kneel downs, right, Jeff,
for your money line, that so possibly could happen. All right,
everybody enjoy the divisional round in Notre Dame. Sound victory
tomorrow night would be a good one
