Speaker 1 (00:01):
You're listening to Fox Sports Radio.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Oh what is going on? Happy Sunday too? Yea, my gosh,
unless you're a Duke fan, I don't know how happy
you are this morning. My lord, it's funny. Fella's Good morning, Jeff,
good morning, crack morning. My girlfriend left last night, right like,
her mom and her sister are in town, so they

(00:25):
went out, and so I was sitting there just by
myself watching the end of the Duke game. The game
was long over with and I'm still just staring at
my TV, just talking to myself. No one's around. I'm like,
I can't believe they lost. I can't believe they found
a way to lose that game. But up by nine

(00:46):
points with just over two minutes to go, Duke lost.
That is an epic collapse.

Speaker 3 (00:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
I give Houston props for the comeback, and they were tough.
They never went away. But that should be a w
every single freaking time. And it wasn't for Duke last night.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Your burning fellas costly loss last night for your boy
over here, Duke futures. I had Duke tied it some
Masters futures as well, even just I took Duke second half.
Houston has only covered twelve second halfs the entire season.
It's not what they do well the way Duke's able

(01:23):
to score in their length. And I thought I had
that one, and they're fourteen points with eight minutes left.
You know, they had stretched a six point half time
lead out date. And you know at that point too,
Houston had made like fourteen shots total in the first
thirty minutes and seven were threes. Like, this is not sustainable.
I'm like, I'm good. I had Duke over sixty nine

(01:43):
and a half total points, which I took at the
end of the first half, bed fifty nine points with
eight minutes left. They scored one point a minute for
the rest of the game. They ended it was sixty
seven points. And yeah, yeah, look Houston deserves credit, but
I mean, Duke couldn't inbound the ball. This game is
why my hypotheses hypothesis, my theory on college basketball, why

(02:07):
we watch it. It's for the last five minutes because
teams just do this all the time. Because the first
thirty minutes of the game were not fun to watch, right,
I mean, it was a kind of a physical lot
of missshots. Not the most esthetically pleasing game in the
last five minutes of madness. They couldn't inbound the ball
after timeouts, Like, I don't understand why. You know you

(02:30):
could have done that football play right, everyone lines up
out of bounds. There's so many ways that you could
throw the ball deep like Cooper Fly's huge, like set
a backscreen, let them run deep, and they just had
nothing for that. Houston made their shots and then you know,
Flag had a good look at the end and just
just shortened it and wow crack. Yeah, I uh, I

(02:50):
lost a good bit last night on that, and I
thought I had it pegged. Well, I thought my handicap
was right on it. I thought it was. I mean again,
like it was un till it wasn't. So a disappointed
Good morning guys.

Speaker 5 (03:01):
Yeah, the sports books really cleaned up here. I'll tell you,
not only Duke futures, Yes, the futures, Yeah, Duke futures. Really.
I'm sure when Christian comes on here, we'll hear that
from him too. Duke they wanted added there, so when
four number ones get there and and the big names

(03:24):
Duke and even Florida, they probably want to Florida out
of there. Too. But yeah, it's it's going to be
there's going to be no no collection buckets out for
a while again for the sports books because they interesting
all the futures. I'm sure that was killed and even
the game itself. The money line people just throw Duke
money line into their barlays. Oh well, they're five point favorite,

(03:46):
let me just give the money line. So you know,
Duke controlled this game for like thirty seven minutes, Like
you guys set up nine with to and change left
before completely collapsing. They could even simply inbound the ball
with Euston's pressure in the last minute of the game.
It seemed like they were just completely worn down. Maybe

(04:10):
they weren't in enough close games down the stretch this
season to have that experience of these type of close games,
you know, miss free throws, turnovers. They just look really fatigued.
So but I'm not saying don't credit Houston and Calvin
Sampson for never giving up too. I'm not trying to
say that. Congratulations to them. But so it's funny. I

(04:31):
have my buddy, my my ninety four year old, but
he's gonna be ninety five. The legendary Jerry Eisenberg, the
writer for many different newspapers, Star Ledger and a friend
to so many his best friends in life. I mentioned
it before coach Vince Lombardi, Yogi Bear, Muhammad Ali Yulo
giez a funeral. I mean, he's just a legendary guy.

(04:53):
So Jerry, you know, he doesn't get out of the
house much. But I did go to dinner with him
and his wife recently and he's like, Billy, you bet
that Houston to win it all for me? Right at
at the beginning, I was like, yeah, Jerry, yeah, I
bet it. I bet it for you one hundred dollars.
He's like, all right, what do we get twenty two
to one? I said, no, Jerr at the start of

(05:14):
the march, man is a number one seed is not
going to be twenty. He goes, I thought, I read
twenty two to one. To Jerry, it's like seven and
a half to one, which is good, by the way,
seven and a half to one, And anyway, I thought
it was just kind of funny that he made it
there in the end, and if they win it all,
he's still going to say, Billy, I'm sure it was

(05:34):
twenty two to one.

Speaker 4 (05:35):
So maybe you made this start of the regular season,
which I think was probably still high for Houston at
that point. You know there's apps that will give you,
you know, the cover percentage, right, They'll tell you, like
what a team you know percent covered. And you look
at the Florida game. I mean Florida was Albert was
covering for ninety percent of the game and then didn't cover.

(05:58):
Duke was covering for bigger stretches longer, like they were
covering all the game to the very end as well.
I mean, if you had an Auburn ticket or Duke ticket,
you probably feel like you had a bad beat there.
And I sort of continues to trend. I think of
this tournament where you know, nothing has felt gets stayed
for forty minutes. You know, a lot of upheaval, a

(06:20):
lot of turmoiling games, and all the worst people that
I know, they yamble won yesterday. So I don't know
about the books, crack, I don't know what I don't
know talking about all the worst people that I know
won yesterday.

Speaker 5 (06:33):
So yeah, you're right, this is on Twitter and like.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
So I don't know, I don't know if the books
on future, certainly of Schmo's like me, who will be
donating to bet MGM on my for my Duke future today.
I will make it back on Yukon tonight. By the way,
we will talk about that game in a little bit.
So yeah, I mean, look credit Houston, Duke collapsed. I thought,

(06:58):
I don't know, if you guys are watching White Lotus
right now, out very fitting that the gift was going
around of the actor with the with the gun to
his head with the Duke shirt on. I mean, just like,
it's all all bad for Duke right now. And I
look toward toward Monday, guys, tomorrow, and I don't know. Sorry,
I want to bet Florida, but I'm like, Florida can
punk Houston. I mean, Houston can punk Florida too. They

(07:20):
could do the same exact thing, right, Like, Florida feels
more susceptible to this than Duke even did. I thought
Duke was bulletproof to this because of their ability to
score in so many different ways. Cooper Flag, you know,
their wing players proctered and played terribly well, but that
didn't matter. They're fourteen. They were fifty nine forty five.
I'll tell you one moment in the game that really

(07:41):
changed it was that six point basically six point possession.
So so Houston hits a three, Duke gets called for
a flagrant one on a box out. Now. I have
a lot of beefs with college basketball. The flagrant system
is one of them. I think it's way too literal.
Like I don't think that guy was going to elbow

(08:03):
him in the face. It happened. Two shots and the ball.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
That's the That's my thing is that's amputative. It's not
just a Houston thing. I'd say this if it was
a Duke thing. I'd say it if it was two
other teams whatever. But yeah, you're right, it's too it's
too big of a penalty. Where Okay, Crier hits the three,
it's Duke's ball, right, Well, no, not so fast. Gillis
with the elbow to the head, all right, So Houston

(08:29):
gets two free throws. Still Duke's ball, though, No, it's
actually Houston's ball. It's like you could have happen two six.

Speaker 4 (08:36):
They got six points on a duke touching the basketball.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
In one trip, and that was that's what started the
rally because it was what fifty nine to forty five.

Speaker 4 (08:45):
It was fifty nine, it was fifty nine to fifty one. Immediately,
that's right, think six points without Duke touching the basketball.
It looks like there was an inbound play and they
stole the ball. They didn't touch the basketball, and it
could have been seven because Duke couldn't make I mean,
Houston their foul shots to the very end, oddly enough,
where they they did make their foul shots. You know,
Duke's a great foul shooting team. And then prompt for

(09:07):
some reason, who's their worst foul shooter, decided at then
they're to keep the ball from self, give it to
someone else who can shoot. Knuvel is ninety two percent,
give him the ball, give it to someone else. Just
was epic collapse of the of just what Duke was doing.
And again give give credit to Houston, who I thought, like,
you know, for for thirty five minutes of that game,

(09:28):
bad shot selection, drippling way too much, I mean, chucking
up these three. I think, if you're Duke, you're like, oh,
you're shooting fifty percent from three, great, like Houston was
shooting fifty percent from three, Brian and down by fourteen points.

Speaker 2 (09:43):
That's crazy. And that's the thing where like every Duke
did almost everything wrong, pretty much everything wrong. At the
end of that game, the final two minutes. It was
a clinic on what not to do and how not
to handle pressure in all of that where even at
the very end, the little things where Cooper Flag misses
that shot when they were down by one, they don't

(10:03):
file right away. They burned over four seconds and they
filed Crier, who shoots at like ninety two percent. It's
like the little things were done wrong too. And that's
the thing that stood out to me the most Cooper
Flag and how quickly things can change. Cooper Flag played
great last that was his signature game until it wasn't.

(10:24):
Where the guy scored twenty seven points. He scored nineteen
alone in the second half. He had a three pointer
with three minutes to go to give Duke a nine
point lead, and then he had a block, same score.
It was like two point fifteen left, had the big block,
and at that time, I'm like, all right, this is
Duke's game. I thought maybe the cover wouldn't have gone

(10:47):
their way. I never thought after that block that they
wouldn't win the game outright, And literally just two minutes later,
he's missing a shot in the final seconds and Duke
loses like that was supposed to be on the final
four stage, him scoring nearly thirty points, doing everything he did, rebounding, assists,
all that, and the last thing we'll remember is Cooper

(11:07):
Flag missing that shot and Duke lose it. It literally
did a one eighty and two minutes crazy that went
down the way it did.

Speaker 4 (11:14):
Yeah, everyone's so focused on the over the back, which
I thought was a terrible call by essentials. Duke may
last in the last ten minutes. I look, I hate
to be a guy who talks about officiating, but it's
just it's not good. There was a play earlier too,
like near the end of the game where I think
it was so crier me went to the lane to

(11:35):
make it for a layup and the official only blew
the whistle after the ball didn't go in, like very clear,
like like you're like, I mean, come on, you can
you pretend that we're doing this fair? Like you know,
I get this from the Basketball war sometimes sly an
NBA thing you wait to see the ball goes in.
I mean it was not it was not good. But look,
Duke Center had get so many rebounds last night.

Speaker 2 (11:59):
Zero. Yeah, I believe at halftime I looked he at zero.
I'm like, I swear Melawatch has like two or three rebounds.
He had none for the.

Speaker 4 (12:06):
Whole game, none for the whole game, and again they
were still up fourteen points with eight minutes left. It's
an epic collapse.

Speaker 5 (12:17):
Hearing how the flated you guys are. And Jeff opened
up the show with you know, losing some futures and
moneyline futures and hearing Brian talk about the screen and
just when the game's over and his girl goes out
with the mother and they just staring at the screen
and just hearing that, you know, it just show a loss.

(12:39):
I mean, these sportsbooks made a lot of money.

Speaker 3 (12:41):
And.

Speaker 4 (12:43):
I will make money back today. I'm not concerned about that,
just like I just like.

Speaker 5 (12:49):
The money was the shock of the thing.

Speaker 1 (12:51):
It's a shock of it.

Speaker 4 (12:52):
Yeah, it's more because you know, of course we all
want to win money. But I like being right about
the way handicap games. I did radio last night and
like I laid out this game. I said it's gonna
be close in the first half, which is sort of was.
Houston made a couple of threes there in the first
half to get to the six points, and then I
thought Ducal was gonna take over the second half, and

(13:13):
I was right for like for the entire thirty first
thirty five minutes of the game, and then it just
like crumbled. And I feel like a dummy because I
said all these things publicly about how the game would
go and didn't up that way. I'm more pissed about
that that team total, because I mean I needed eleven
points in the last eight minutes, Crack eleven points last

(13:34):
eight minutes, and I scored seven scorted seven.

Speaker 5 (13:37):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (13:37):
Yeah, So that's why I'm just upset about that. But
you know what, I'll make it back today fitting the
Rockies pitching, so we'll we'll, I'll even itself out a
little bit.

Speaker 2 (13:48):
That's the recipe right there.

Speaker 5 (13:50):
I love it. That's great.

Speaker 4 (13:51):
They're bad. The Rockies are there there. Their pitching is bad,
so we will have plenty wagers day. I'm excited for
your baseball wagers day, Crack. I didn't get nothing. We
got it yesterday. A little sad when the first five
or or anything.

Speaker 5 (14:05):
No, no, no, but baseball. I'm not losing losing on
the season. It's a grind, though, it's a grind. One
or two strong games. Did they mgm, oh boy, did
they get lucky. Yesterday I had under four minus five
when the entire mark I could have took over four
plus a dollar ten. I could have scalped it with
some other books in Vegas here and literally with arbitrage.

(14:28):
But bet MGM gets lucky on that. I don't worry.
I had a max bet on that also yesterday. But
I can't complain though I've been I've been grinding away
on bet MGM and beating them up a little bit. So, Jeff,
the background there, something looks different. I don't know. Does
your wife do something different? Is there something different on
the wall, or is there something looks feels different.

Speaker 4 (14:51):
I think the hats the pictures are straight. I think straight.
Think it's great today.

Speaker 5 (15:02):
It looks so different that stadium photo or someone well.

Speaker 4 (15:06):
Normal, I got to put my thing up. But normally,
normally the pictures are crooked. They look straight, so that
maybe is a big difference.

Speaker 5 (15:13):
That's the same background that we've had for years here.
I didn't even realize it. Yeah, oh man, it's them,
I think.

Speaker 3 (15:20):
So.

Speaker 4 (15:20):
I mean, I don't know. I'm not really in charge.
Sometimes my wife just puts stuff up here.

Speaker 5 (15:24):
I think she did something.

Speaker 4 (15:25):
I don't think she did I think it's in the
same way.

Speaker 5 (15:28):
Is that Oregon? That the stadium or.

Speaker 4 (15:31):
Yeah, Watson Stadium photo, Yeah myself.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
What's that stadium? Fit jeep.

Speaker 4 (15:37):
It's listed at fifty four, but they can get fifty
nine thousand in there with standing room only in students
like the Hillow State game. Got I think near sixty
thousand like that in a good season, organ will have
like one hundred and seven percent capacity for I think
you should stated they're talking about expanding that one side
the I don't know what's but the well the small

(15:57):
press box, and I kind of don't think they should.
But the place is loud, buddy, I'll tell you that
as a loud.

Speaker 5 (16:03):
Wow wow, nice nice close to I forget uh.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
Before the addition, that's almost exactly what capacity was, it
was like fifty nine thousand, I forget it exactly. It
was like three seventy five or something like that was
every game.

Speaker 4 (16:17):
As I'm I'm of the opinion that stadium should be
smaller than bigger. You know, like you just you want
you'd rather I think you run out of your stadium.
You might make less money, I get it, but you
want it to be full. You want every game to
be full. You want it to to have to people
have to find tickets right to want to be there.
When the same gets too big, it's not it looks worse.

(16:38):
If it's you might have a bigger stadium with better amenities.
But if it's if it's half empty or not full,
it looks worse. Like players notice that, guys, players notice
if stadiums full or not. So I like the smallest state. No,
iris don't have to worry about that. That they most games.
But yeah, give me a full stadium. I I've already
hit some college win totals. Oh boy, we have many little.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
To talk about this, but we have a lot of
time to get to you here today.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
I've been hammered away. Crack on those already.

Speaker 2 (17:04):
If you're scoring at home. Notre Dame original capacity before
the series of additional seats fifty nine seventy five. Just
as a kid, you would see that year in and
year out, every single game. Now it's up to eighty
thousand and seventy eight.

Speaker 5 (17:20):
Wow, they put twenty some thousand more seats in there.

Speaker 4 (17:22):
Thirty thousand?

Speaker 2 (17:23):
Yeah, now right, yeah, how do you fit?

Speaker 5 (17:28):
What do you do for you? Go up?

Speaker 2 (17:30):
Yeah? Who whole extra level, like you go up.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
It's one of those things where you walk in and
go down right like it's built into the ground.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
No, Michigan's like that.

Speaker 4 (17:39):
It's Michigan, yes, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
Notre Dame is not really it's just on top of
the ground.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
So Michigan built up crack like to get more seats,
like because their stadium is like sort of down kind
of you walk in at like mid level. The Rose
Buls the same way. You could tell like where they
put the second edition on because the Rose Bowl you
walk in and you could tell where the first and
then they put something on top of it that's like this.

Speaker 6 (18:00):
That's what they've been like like go look at like
go look at like a Texas A and m look
at their stadium over the years, and you see like
it just goes up and up and up and up,
and Tennessee right up and up and up, like it
just keeps going higher.

Speaker 4 (18:13):
And then you add that you know, you have the
luxury boxes. I'm sure the Irish have down the luxury boxes.
And that's another you know, set of of people and
amenities that you're that you get there. I like grimey stadiums.
I think it like I went to Buffalo a couple
of years.

Speaker 2 (18:28):
As it gets.

Speaker 4 (18:31):
You're just you're there to watch ball. Man, give me,
give me like a Dominoes pizza, like little personal pan pizzas,
and give me an Italian sausage, and like, give me
a trough to go to the bathroom in, and like
we're s tugh on the I'll tell you what, man,

(18:51):
when you're when you're eight years old the Rose Bowl
going to the men's restroom and it's trough. Only quite
a humble experience.

Speaker 7 (19:03):
Love set.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
All right, we've got Bill Kragenberger, professional sports handicapper. Jeff Schwartz,
eight year NFL veteran, I'm Brian.

(20:43):
So over the past fifty years, there are two players
that have scored thirty points in the Elite eight and
the national semifinal game. That would be Walter Clayton Junior
of Florida. He got on that list yesterday and Larry Bird.
That's it. That's the list. These two players scored at

(21:03):
least thirty points in the Elite eight and then their
Final four matchup. So over fifty years, pretty special. What
Walter Clayton Junior has been able to do with Florida.
He's scored thirty four points last night against Auburn. It's funny.
It seems like it happened three days ago, I think
because of the dupe game and the way that game
ended where no but Auburn lost to Florida. Florida with

(21:26):
a nice comeback win. And Walter Clayton Junior. What a player.
He's had a sensational tournament and he's gonna have to
crank it up obviously against Houston tomorrow night. But if
anybody can do it, it's him. He's been really special.

Speaker 4 (21:39):
When we see championship teams in college basketball, they have
a player like Clayton junior, right, they have that transcendent
point guard type player, shooting guard. I mean, I think
they're interchangeable. Nowadays in basketball, they have that type of
player that can make all the I mean, you could
have used someone like that last night, right, like a

(22:00):
big play for them at the end, and he's been
doing all the time.

Speaker 5 (22:03):
Now.

Speaker 4 (22:03):
I think if you're a Florida Backer, you hope that
you don't wait to the end to sort of turn
on of games like you have for many games so
far in the tournament. You don't want to rely on
him to have to be that guy against Houston. But
the ability to make shots like he can do, you know,
and I think there's there's an importance to shot making
in the tournament. I think we don't rely on that

(22:25):
so much during the regular season because analytics right show
us that layups and threes are sort of the best offense. Brian,
But there's something to the idea of just in a
half court offense, a guy like Clayton can make a
shot all over the court, right, lay up, mid range,
three pointer, And so I'm sure houstonld everything. They can't
have shut him down obviously, because you have to if
you want to win this game, crack. But having a

(22:47):
guy like like Clayton Junior certainly should make you excited.

Speaker 5 (22:50):
If you like Florida in this game, Yeah, you know,
it's funny. I'm over on bet MGM. I just wanted
to see how fast they put the propumbers up, and
of course they're there. They were up once the games
were the term of the I'm sure this is maybe
one of the ways to attack this game would be

(23:11):
the prop market, because let me tell you, if any
college game ever would be an efficient line, it would
probably be this one. This is probably the right number.
And you know, even yesterday's games, as we could see
there down the stretch, either one of them could have landed,
you know, on the number like that easily. Duke could

(23:31):
have won by five in that game. I mean the
collapse they you know, went worked its way down from
the nine to the five and right through it. Uh
And and the first game also that game was on
uh you know, a game literally Auburn, you know, dominating
a little bit, especially the first half there, and then
another really you I mean, you know, I'm gonna call
an epic collapse, but it was kind of a collapse

(23:54):
there for for Auburn, and this is why these games
are so efficient. These games can land around the number.
So I would would would look towards some of these
props on the game, more towards I know, everyone's got
to have action national championship game. I get it. It's like,
you know, the super Bowl, you know, and it is

(24:16):
the super Bowl of college basketball. So I would maybe more.
It's funny because all the sports books I'm looking on
my screen, let me just make sure my line screen again,
I see it like one everywhere. But yet MGM is
an outlier all the time on these games. Yeah, it's
one every single sports book in Vegas, every single book

(24:37):
that I can even look at, and I have. I'm
looking at a literally sixty seventy live lines and there
is not no the only one and a half at MGM.
So I like to know what Christian's thinking there along
those lines. Do they think there's you know, is it
that much? Maybe that is that much Florida future money

(24:58):
because he told us they had some Florida futures in
the But however, the Duke futures six figure bets, multiple ones,
I'm sure knock those people out. But this is a
total different bet now, So interesting to see what he
says about the Florida risk what they have at risk,
because they also do have one of the highest money

(25:20):
lines too, with Florida at minus one to eighteen on
the app. So I'm going to be interested to hear
what he has to say and how much action do
he expects on Monday night.

Speaker 4 (25:32):
Well, yeah, I think this is a game where you
can basically wait and play both sides in game with
a plus money. I think that's the way you play
this game.

Speaker 2 (25:45):
Yeah, could be. And by the way, Craig, I've got
some good news and some bad news for you. Okay,
So bad news there's no Christian Zippolini today. But the
good news Seamus McGee from BETMGM will be okay with
us on Saturdays. Does a magnificent job, so you can
pepper him with questions the same way and he can

(26:05):
handle it. I got some bad news and some good
news again. Bad news, no Isaac Loewenkrown today, but good
news we do have Isaac Loewen Lawn in for I
low on Isaac Loewen Lawn. What's going on here today?

Speaker 8 (26:22):
Are you referring to my evil alter ego.

Speaker 2 (26:24):
That's exactly right. That's what we have in Isaac's place today,
do we not.

Speaker 8 (26:29):
I don't know why this triggered this specific memory, but
with the misspelling of my name, I swear this is true.
Youth roller hockey, I was, you know, on a team,

(26:50):
but I joined the team in mid season, so they
had to they had to send away to get my
jersey with my name on it, and they wrote on
form name loewen Kron. Okay, So the jersey came back,
name me Loewen Kron, named the letter I, which they

(27:13):
misinterpreted for the dash Lowen Kron. So it was in
letters as small as Buddy Bionkalana when he once played
for the Kansas City Royals back in the eighties. So
you just triggered a memory that was wonderful. He won
the championship that year. By the way, in youth roller hockey,
some team that's not winning the championship, as you know, Duke,
because you have a Final four. On Saturday night, Houston

(27:36):
pulled off one of the most epic rallies in Final
four history, beating Duke seventy to sixty seven. The Blue
Devils led by nine with two h six left, Houston
closed on a fifteen to three run Jowan Roberts two
clutch free throws for the lead with nineteen seconds left.
Duke's Cooper Flag scored twenty seven but missed a twelve
footer for the lead with eight seconds to play. And guys,

(27:57):
to put this into context, there's a great social media
account out there called Freezing Cold takes well. They have
curated a number of tweets posted before Houston made its
epic comeback.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
I'll rig you couple.

Speaker 8 (28:12):
This's from Joseph who posted quote, this is classic Houston basketball.
Unbelievable regular season, followed by just absolutely choking when the
lights are the brightest, and then Sean added quote, Duke
has led by fourteen plus points in every NCAA tournament

(28:33):
game this year. No game who's really fill close for
the Blue Devils. And it's not because they can't play
close games. They're just flat out better than everyone else. Unquote. Anyway,
in the earlier semi final, Florida over Auburn's seventy nine
to seventy three. So it'll be Florida against Houston in
a championship game on Monday today at three eastern. The

(28:55):
women's national Championship game between South Carolina and yukon NBA
Saturday Night. Milwaukee won in Miami at overytime, one twenty
one to one fifteen giannis On Teda Kunpo thirty six points,
fifteen rebounds, ten assists for his second straight triple double baseball.
On Saturday night, the San Francisco Giants tiping to the
Seattle Mariners four to one. The Giants on a six

(29:17):
game winning streak.

Speaker 2 (29:18):
Guys, back to you.

Speaker 5 (29:20):
Thank you, I lo.

for a shot twenty share of bonus bets. All right, fellas,
if you just dip your big toes into the National
Championship Game matchup. We'll have more on this a little
bit later in the show, but just first impressions. Florida
taken on Houston. Florida favored by a point and a

(30:04):
half at bet MGM.

Speaker 5 (30:05):
Crack.

Speaker 2 (30:05):
You can you know, you can look across the spectrum
over there and see a lot of shops with Florida
minus one, but Florida's minus a point and a half
at bet MGM. Jeff, first impressions of this matchup? What
are you thinking here?

Speaker 4 (30:22):
I mean, I want to take Florida, but jeez, I
mean they've had games where like if I don't think
they can play like the word down at ten game
against Houston and just like come back, I don't. I
mean they hit three threes in a row. I think
against Auburn to make that nine point or ten point

(30:43):
deficit very quickly. One, I don't think that's the game
plan against Houston, right, you just can't do that. And
I think Houston can muddy this game up. Can do
the same thing they did to Duke. But Duke made
a bunch of their shots, right, Florida's to do the
same thing. They're better at shot creation In my opinion,
Florida is Houston shoots a good percent from three, But

(31:05):
I think you got the perfect game plan. Okay, your
first fourteen made basket seven or threes. I think Florida
would sign up for that too. It's a better of
just making sure you finish and look, Florida, give them credit.
They have finished a lot in these games. Crack mentioned it.
It's a good point, like Duke has not been a
lot of close games Florida has. You look at it
in one of two ways, right, that Florida shouldn't be

(31:26):
in a lot of close games. That's a sign of
weakness or a sign that the team is not as
good as we think, or A or B. It's that
hey man, they know how to close games out and
Duke doesn't. So I do lean Florida in this game.
I think again, the best way to play this for
me is, you know, let's say Florida gets down ten.
You take Florida plus five and a half or six

(31:46):
or the other can happen, right, Houston gets down ten,
you take Houston plus five and a half or six,
and maybe both happen in the same game at some point, right, Like,
you find a way to take both. Like I had
Auburn plus two and a half and I had a
Florida plus five and a half yesterday, So like I
was able to sort of, you know, I won one
and lost. When I get that, I did take Auburn
minus two and a half at one point too, so

(32:07):
I ended up I think that positive on that. But nonetheless,
like you can do this any game, Cracker, I think
if you're just sitting at your TV on Monday night,
you can sort of play that game.

Speaker 5 (32:18):
There's gonna be there's really going to be a ton
a ton of live wagering on this game. I see
it happening. You're right, one point spread back and forth.
I could see a lot of big bets on this game,
back and forth live. These two teams two different styles here.
Houston's gonna want to slow this thing down and the
Florida is going to want to get out and run

(32:40):
you up and down. You saw this in the Florida
Auburn game yesterday. Like you said, Auburn was controlling the
pace of the game for the first half, walking it
up the court, making it really a half court game.
It will be very interesting to see how it plays
out Monday night. Can can Houston win down Florida the

(33:01):
way they wore down Duke? What will Houston do to
contain Walter Clayton? It really seemed like no one on
Florida I wanted to take shots down the stretch besides Clayton.
So I think first Houston know someone else is gonna
have to step up to win this game. I think
Houston also should double and triple up, maybe even on

(33:23):
Clayton down the stretch and force someone else to make
some big shots. So Eusta is just so tough a
d because every player can guard every position. It makes
switching off screens much easier for them. They're just so
tough and so physical. I look forward to watching this one.
I do too.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
And that's the thing is Houston's defense is fantastic. We
all know their credentials, but look at what Cooper Flagg
did against them. You know, special players can have special
games against Houston's defense, and I would expect that from
Walter Clayton Junior. And like you just said, crack. Even
if Houston just rose to kitchen sink at Clayton Junior
and says, anybody but him is beating us. Are you

(34:05):
gonna have some wide open quality looks time and time again,
and if you get moderate production from the other guys,
as Shaq would say the others. I mean, Florida is
more than live to win this thing. I favor them
in this. But again, like who is Houston's Walter Clayton Junior?
That's the question, right. Collectively their defense is fantastic, but

(34:29):
who is their guy. Crier was fantastic yesterday twenty six points,
hit six threes, he was great, But from game to game,
I mean, you're not consistently getting that from LJ. Cryer.
So if you need someone from that Houston squad to
match what Clayton Junior does, I don't know that's happening
tomorrow night. So they're gonna have to play great defense collectively.

Speaker 4 (34:50):
I mean I thought that was what we were getting
last night too, So I don't like now I'm kind
of spooped off of Florida because of what we just
saw happen, you know what I mean, Like, I I
don't know, I don't know. I think flor was the
right side, but I thought Duke was the right side too.

Speaker 2 (35:08):
So they absolutely were until they were like a like
pressure if they just freaked out man. We've got Bill Krackenberger,
professional sports handicapper, Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran. I'm

do you have for us?

Speaker 5 (36:49):
Let's look at baseball. Let's go with the hot hand
here hate the better favorite boy. I'm not really I'm
not really a big favorite guy on laying anything over
a dollar forty, But I'm gonna have to go with
the Yankees today on the road versus Pittsburgh. It sounds
so easy, but uh yeah, the Yankees over Pittsburgh playing

(37:10):
about a buck sixty on the road. There, Interleague game
ten thirty five am my time, And all right, there's
my portion baseball highs. Actually, my assistant has sent me
a text just to let me know that we are
thirteen and four so far in Major League Baseball this year.
So I was a little down on myself about a
losery yesterday, but I know we're having a good season.

(37:30):
Though we're gonna win. It's a grind, it's a good
grind though.

Speaker 4 (37:33):
I don't want to jux you, but I think you're
like one hundred on your over pitching prop so far.

Speaker 5 (37:39):
Yeah, I know, we hit like five in a row there.

Speaker 4 (37:42):
Yeah, yeah, all right, Brian, what are you gonna do?
I'm determining what odds I'm gonna give for my way
to depending on what you're gonna do.

Speaker 2 (37:51):
I'm going Gators, Okay, I'm doing You're going Gators.

Speaker 4 (37:55):
Okay, I'll just do I'll do Yukon MINU six and
a half tonight or today in South Carolina. I mean,
Yukon is much better in South Carolina. They did beat
in by thirty in South Carolina in February, a random
like mid mid season out of conference game. They beat
there by thirty. Because they're much better than South Carolina.

(38:16):
South Carolina is not bad. Let's not an antisectrona thing.
Yukon's number one in the country in field goal percentage,
number one in the country and scoring defense. It's pretty
good when you shoot the ball really well and you
also stop the other team from scoring. South Carolinals doesn't
make a lot of threes. That kind of worries me.
They shoot okay, but we want to make six threes
a game, and you play a Yukon team that can
do many different things. So I saw with Yukon here,

(38:39):
I might ladder this one a little bit. I think
this could get at some point a little, a little
out of control here. So I like Yukon. They beat
UCLA by thirty four points the other night, the most
of the highest win, most biggest margin in women's Final
four history. On the other night, Yukon's a wagon. I'm
taking Yukon.

Speaker 2 (38:57):
Okay, all right, I'm on Florida. I'll take Florida minus
to point and a half here. That's at minus a
dollar five. I like that. A few reasons why Walter
Clayton junior has been sensational. He's either going to score
himself he's going to open it up for his teammates.
So the best bullet in this matchup is Walter Clayton junior,

(39:19):
make no mistake about that. You also think Kelvin Samson.
He shouted out his conference, the Big Twelve, where Houston
was battle tested. If you're shouting out a conference, Florida
can shout out the best conference in college basketball. The
SEC was the cream of the crop here this season.
Also Florida plays really good defense. And the last reason
I love Florida in this matchup is last night was

(39:42):
what a half hour at the end of the game
of if you give Houston an inch, they will take
ten miles. So for Florida, they know that heading into
this game, and I expect them to be on ultra
high alert, not just because it's the National Championship game,
but because of what appened last night, where if they
get a lead, I don't look at them letting their

(40:04):
guard down at all. So give me Florida minus the
point and a half is what I lay. I come
it up next. Jeff alluded to this matchup. It's a
good one and could have beat down beyond Oh happy
Sunday to you. We got some tasty title game matchups,
including some stats that just don't even sound real. That's

(40:27):
coming your way in Jazz a couple of seconds. You

the ladies get it on today. It's at three pm
Eastern time. Yeah, which is weird. It's a noon Pacific time.
I don't know why we're playing this at noon and
not in prime time, but whatever. It's Yukon and South Carolina.

(41:11):
Gino Arima. He is coaching for his twelfth national championship.
That's ridiculous. This is even more staggering. This year, Yukon
reached the final four for a sixteenth time in seventeen years.

Speaker 4 (41:27):
Yeah, that's insane.

Speaker 2 (41:28):
That's ridiculous. But hey, on the other side, Don Staley,
it's not like she has these weak credentials. She's got
a resume as well. She's going for her fourth championship
as South Carolina's head coach, and that would be the
third and four years if they're able to take down Yukon.
So a lot on the line for both coaches here today.

Speaker 4 (41:49):
So have you listened to the show long enough, you
know that my best sport is the Big Ten, essentially
Big ten football, I'm very good at Big ten football.
My second best sport is now women's college basketball. During
March Madness, I'm on an insane run. I think it's
twenty seven and eleven, twenty seven and ten, something like that.

(42:12):
These lines, I don't know. Man, the games get so
out of hand so fast. Like the other night, South
Carolina third quarter, like they just they beat Texas by
twenty points a third quarter. I took yukon pre flop
ont Uca because I was I was gonna stay away
for the game. I mean, it won by thirty four.
I took Fud over points the other night because she

(42:32):
hadn't been playing well. Nineteen points in the first half.
There's just these opportunities in women's basketball. I think that
are unlike men because the games tend to flow a
certain way. We're talking. We joked about this. We had
I think we all had the under in the first
game of the of the of the weekend, Texas and
South Carolina, and they played to the very last Second's
not go. I hit a three up what twenty points

(42:56):
with twelve with twelve seconds left and went over because
they never stopped playing. You can take advantage of things
like that in this game. So again, Yukon number one scoring, defense,
best shooting team in the country. They make nine three
pointers a game. South only made six, and South Carol
doesn't have at least to me, I don't know, Brian,

(43:17):
maybe disagree with the individual playmakers that Yukon has similar
has had a great season, but they're not the team
that they have been in previous years. I mean, obviously
that they're where they're at because they're very good, and
Yukon being a two seed was interesting to me. I
don't think they have lost. They lost to Tennessee I

(43:40):
guess middle of the season, but I mean they've won
like twenty five of their last twenty six games. I mean,
they'vey've been in a pretty big run. They lost the
USC by two this year, lost to Tennessee by four,
beat South Carolina a couple weeks after Tennessee by thirty
points at South Carolina, and they've dominated every opponent since.
So I like Yukon win and cover this game, mind

(44:01):
six and a half.

Speaker 5 (44:03):
Yeah, you know, I look at this and I think, wow,
twelfth national title, you know, going for here, good lord,
I mean just doesn't even sound possible. But on the
other side, now you have Dawn Staley who has a
chance to win a fourth title, including three in the
last four years. These coaches, Gino and Staley, they're very

(44:24):
long history together. And you know, one of my main guys,
his dad was a UVA professor, and he refused he
would be upset if I didn't mention this. They both
credit long time Virginia coach Debbie Ryan for a lot
of their success. Gino was an assistant of the Ryan
at UVA back in the early eighties, and Dawn Staley

(44:47):
played for Ryan at UVA from like eighty eight to
ninety one, so some old history there were. Uv a
matter of facts, Staley's UVA team knocked out Gino's Ukon
team out of the tournament way back in ninety one,
and then rivalry really started happening. So coaching wise, Gino
host a nine to five edge head to head, but

(45:08):
Staley's five and two versus him since twenty twenty, so
some interesting little things back and forth there. They've gone
after each other in the press a few times, and
as much as the press can sugarcoat it, it's a
nice little rivalry these two. Simply just to say women's basketball,
how much they hate each other, but they just don't
like each other. So interesting line in this one. Yukon

(45:31):
favorite again by six and a half. I think these
two teams are maybe even a little bit closer to
the eve. You know, this game opened at the sharpest
sports book in town here at five, so quickly went
up to five and a half and six. But you know,
these teams might be a little bit closer. You know,
yukon't beat I think it was eighty seven to fifty

(45:55):
eight something like I'll say thirty early this year at
South Carolina. I don't think I can lay these points
in this one. I understand why you're doing it, but
you know, if they're let me just see if there's
anything close to a seven. But by game time there
could be there's some six and a half minus sixteen's
out there, fifteen's six and a half. Yeah, I'm probably

(46:17):
gonna stay away from this one, and I'll probably be
rooting for you guys.

Speaker 2 (46:22):
Be rooting for us.

Speaker 4 (46:23):
I like that.

Speaker 2 (46:24):
Yeah, Like listen, it's hard for me to get the
twenty nine point loss that South Carolina suffered at home
to Yukon out of my head. When it comes to
this matchup. It doesn't mean automatically history is going to
repeat itself. But that's hard to get out of my head.
It was a seventy one game home winning streak that
South Carolina had snapped and they lost by twenty nine.

(46:46):
Like I go back to the game last night between
Florida and Auburn, where if you just look at the
surface level and you said, okay, Florida during the regular
season went to Auburn and smack them around pretty good.
They didn't have Elijah Martin one of their guards, and
yesterday's matchup, Jani Broom is banged up. So I'm supposed

(47:08):
to bet Auburn when they got smacked around at home
and now Jani Broom's nicked up, Like tough to zoo,
it's tough to do. So yeah, I think South Carolina's
got their work cut out for themselves here today, and
they've been vulnerable multiple times during this NCAA tournament. They
are ripe for the picking. I'm not calling Yukon to

(47:30):
win by twenty nine, but I know six and a
half heading into the game seems like, man, this is
South Carolina. They're defending champs, they're going for three and
four years. But twenty nine points is a big time
beat down. And you talk about one of the best
atmospheres in women's college basketball, that South Carolina home court
advantage is real, and Yu kind went in there and

(47:51):
was like, yeah, it doesn't seem real to us. They're
not loud when we're winning by twenty plus points here.
So it's hard for me to get that out of
my mind when I'm looking at this game here today.

Speaker 4 (48:01):
I often think that we should not look at results
that happened months ago to tamikank games now. But I
think Brian laid out a pretty good point why that
in this situation, I might do that right because this
game was at South Carolina. It's a marquee matchup. YU

(48:21):
kind of just lost to Tennessee like it looked like
a spot for Yukon to sort of they lost USC,
like they lost all these better teams they played, and
they went beat South Carolina by thirty. And I think
the the athletic mismatch of the Yukon women. I think
they're just better players. They're better athletes, right, I mean,

(48:43):
you look at right now, I think that that's kind
of a good a good I'm gonna pull up the
bet MGM the the props for this game, because I
think it's kind of sort of goes to show you
that why I think this game is picking out of hand.
So you look at player points, right, So they have
the three top players for Connecticut right page, Beckers her

(49:05):
total twenty four and a half, Sarah Strong who's a
forward center ish sixteen and a half, and then Fudgs
twelve and a half. All three are ahead of any
of the South Carolina girls, right Like. That tells you
right there that even if they just hit, even if
Paigetts twenty four, Sarah gets sixteen, and Fuggets twelve they're
under those, they're still ahead of the numbers put out

(49:28):
for the South Carolina players. So that tells you right there.
I think that Yukon is just a much more skilled
offensive team and that matters. And they play defense too,
so both they're both right, It's almost like Duke last night. Honestly,
we're like, you have this one like Custon South Carolina.
I think profile pretty well and Duken Yukon profile pretty well. Different. Obviously,

(49:49):
if if Yukon us up fourteen and loses, I'm gonna, yes,
I give up, But I think that they just have
more ways to get the ball in the basket. I
like fudd over twelve and a half. I might right
back with that again, we get to a proper or
proper ladder later, So I don't know. I like Yukon.

(50:13):
I know cracks the best number is not available anymore.
But one way to play this game is, as I
often say with when college basketball, is if this game
is close at some point, you kind of don't drop
Yukon way down to two or three or something like
that and take Youkon at that point.

Speaker 5 (50:28):
Yeah, I like what you said about you know, it's
actually a very tough Some some of the best college
basketball handicappers in the world have said over the years
how hard it is to beat a team a second
or third time throughout the season, especially after that like
Ryan's aid twenty nine points. You almost want to throw

(50:49):
that out, but it's hard to throw out when you
see someone dominating like that. But you know, you look
at this game like where the opener was, I'm looking
at the opener. I'm not going to use the one
sharp sports book that uh, you know, kind of shapes
the line. I'll look at the sports books like at MGM.
You know, open up the game at uh six, six

(51:10):
and a half and still there. So but this is
the only action today, right, I mean basketball wise, that
really counts. I know there's NBA, but again, kind of weird.
Weird time start three pm Eastern time, you know, guys,
I'm looking forward to Sundays being about our show and

(51:30):
then turn it on the golf. So look look forward
to that. I'm actually headed out to the Masters next weekend.
I will be I will be on with us here.
As a matter of fact, I don't know if you guys,
you know, enjoy a golf shirt here and there, but
I'll be happy to get you one compliments of me.

Speaker 4 (51:46):
Oh Masters, pull up, do you?

Speaker 5 (51:51):
Yeah? You know I need colors and sizes, just to
let you know.

Speaker 4 (51:55):
I mean, it's not white. White. White makes me a
little pudgy. Oh yeah, yeah, I'm not.

Speaker 5 (52:04):
I'm not a white guy on the golf course. I
have to wear something a little bit darker, but yet
black black black should make me get really hot.

Speaker 4 (52:12):
Yeah, here's the question, crack. I've never been into Augusta.
I actually I will not be on Sunday, by the way, guys,
I will be in Mexico with my kids. So I'll
listen you guys next week. Uh it's spring break, so
that's what we have a little spring break. I can't
I bet the masters probably, which kind of bums me out,
which is like a fun thing to do, but nonetheless,
it is what it is. Okay, do they have big

(52:33):
and tall sizes or they have a regular person side?
Because the difference between a four X regular person four
X and like a four X big and.

Speaker 1 (52:41):
Tall four X, Yeah you need xl T right, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (52:44):
But i'd do like a two x l T or
a four X if it's like a regular size for
X that I'm sure people listening are like, yeah, I
get that. If you're a big human, there's a difference
between that. So I'll text you my sizes. But yeah,
that sounds like.

Speaker 5 (52:59):
It sounds like to me that I can't even do.
I love to do this with people. I'll FaceTime them
from the clubhouse.

Speaker 4 (53:09):
Works in Mexico. Yeah, okay, yeah, no, Okay, this is
a family trip crack. So okay, let me explains the
me to you. You guys are both kipless. So there's
there's a there's a vacation, and there's a trip. Okay,
vacation is my wife and I Okay, a trip is
meeting our dear friends who have three kids and just

(53:31):
five kids all together, my two and they're three, and
it's a ton of fun. And then the parents, obviously
our kids are at the age now, were like, you
can just like go to pool, We'll talk to you
in a little bit and we can you know, we
can have some adult time. The four of us can
hang out together. So that's good. But it's going to
be a place where there's a lot of activities and
things to do. It's great, we've been there before. A
place in south of Campcoon would be fantastic. But no,

(53:53):
please FaceTime me. I'd love it. Give an opportunity to
be like, hey, guys, I got to go back to
the room and talk to crack here. You know, the
air conditioning and and and whatnot, So please FaceTime me.

Speaker 2 (54:04):
By the way, random question for you, jes Yes, if
it's adult time and you guys are having a conversation, yeah,
what subject do you enjoy talking about the most that
does not involve sports or sports betting?

Speaker 4 (54:17):
For my wife and I are just are just in general, just.

Speaker 2 (54:20):
For you personally, where you're around. It's the adults. It's
the four adults here and we're talking about whatever. What's
something that you're like, Okay, I'm into this tariffs. No no,
I didn't expect that.

Speaker 4 (54:34):
No, no, no, certainly not, certainly not. I don't know, man,
what do I What do I talk about with people?
Everyone want to talk about football with man? Rather don't
talking about football.

Speaker 5 (54:44):
All the time.

Speaker 4 (54:45):
My wife and I don't even know what do want
I talk about if it's not sports? Oh, kids, I
guess you just get so caught up in your kid's life.
I don't know. It's just like when you talk when
you're with friends have kids, you talk about your kids,
talk about what's happening. I mean, I just I I
sit there while my my wife and they just like gossip,
you know, you just sit there in the corner, just
listen to them gossip about you, your monthly like tea

(55:10):
on what's happening around around the city.

Speaker 5 (55:12):
You know.

Speaker 4 (55:13):
So I get that, not all. I'm curious, I I
you know, Uh, yeah, I don't know. It's a good question. Yeah,
I mean we're going with my high school route, my
uh my college roommates, so like, I mean, I don't know,
we talk about random stuff I would imagine.

Speaker 2 (55:29):
But what about you?

Speaker 5 (55:31):
First time I ask you that you go to your college? Now,
is there the five kids? Is there any like like
all the kids are there there nannies involved or not? Really?

Speaker 4 (55:38):
No, the nanny is the pool, Yeah, right, nanny's But
our kids are, like you know, they're my kids are
very responsible. We allow them freedom to sort of be responsible,
if that makes sense, and they can they can handle it.
Like we we let them sort of have opportunities to

(55:58):
to be and act older. So like we're comfortable with saying, hey,
now we're going to go to the pool with them,
but we're comfortable saying, like, you guys can just go
play like at the beach and don't go in the water.
But like you know, we trust them to like sort
of be around the hotel but not have to be
like in our presence if that makes sense. So yeah,

(56:20):
especially there's five of them all together, sure, yeah, stay
in the hotel property. Obviously, I got you.

Speaker 5 (56:25):
I got you. And as far as conversations for me,
you know, I've been my wife so many years and
so long. We just know so much about each other.
We're opposites in many ways. She like goes to the
gym every single day. I don't even speak to anyone
named Jim. I mean that's just that's how bad it
is for me. But uh no, But but opposites to

(56:48):
a tract. But we love the same kind of movies,
believe it or not. My wife, I mean for very
highly educated, very sophisticated, very smart woman, she's the book
smart one. I am a street smart one. But being
around my family, like literally a knock around family, my
mother from the Bronx and Diyan from the Bronx, Like
she she has street smarts and book smarts, but she

(57:12):
likes the same movies I like. You know, literally I
can go up and down a list, but every single
mob movie, of course, you know, The Godfather, Goodfellas, Casino.
She loves all that stuff too, loves the Sopranos. But
yet I walked in the room the other day. You know,
we have a pretty big place here, so she she
has her own section, her own wing of the place.

(57:32):
And I walked in there and she was watching some
new show on TV, which surprises me because she doesn't
really get into drama shows. Like there's no she's never
watched a housewives show, nothing like that. But I caught
her watching a show called The Baldwins, which is Alec Baldwin.
And in the background there I was making something to
eat or something that I started hearing what was going

(57:55):
on there, and just to see Alec Baldwin. I don't
know when kids, but he's probably got seven or eight, no, lie,
maybe nine like kids, and they're all little kids, like
the oldest ones, like thirteen or something. That's ridiculous. I
started watching a little bit and his wife's very young.
I'm sure they have tons of natties. But just to
watch this put me in check real quick. It made

(58:17):
me feel how lucky I am that I listen. I
have no children, and that was by choice, of course,
and you know, sometimes, especially coming from big families on
both sides, you regret that as you get older. But
I want to tell you something. I like the freedom
of being able to do it. This week, I'm jumping

(58:38):
on a plane going to the Masters. Last week I
was in Biloxi for a couple of days, New Orleans
and just you know, flying around and not that I'm
a big fly guy. I used to always fly around
the country, but I don't really do it that much anymore.
But I like that freedom. I like that freedom. I'm
a sports better. I have to understand still my income,
though I have met, I'm blessed to have many media

(59:00):
spots and media things like Fox Sports Radio. My sports
betting is still my number one source of financial money
that comes into this house. So you know, I am
flying to some different destinations. Down in Florida, they have
only the Seminole Indians control the sports betting there. It's
only one place and it's gonna be that way for

(59:21):
a long time. So Florida. I enjoy going down there
to bet some sports and futures. They had the first
place that had some season wins up. But let me
tell you something, guys, I'm talking about other sportsbook that
a season wins up. I don't know any this time
this time around that had season wins up before. BETMGM,
bet MGM. As far as I've seen, there were the
first place. I think I sent you guys four or

(59:42):
five of them, and one has come here much much
stronger now that another second place put them up here
in town. I bet a max bet on giants under
five and a half. I think I did a dollar twenty. Well,
I just laid it again. Yesterday under five and a
half minus a dollar thirty. So I think the giants

(01:00:03):
are going to be terrible. So you know, that was
a good segue into a bet MGM. I bet a
max bet there with them. But anyway, going back to
the freedom of being able to fly around the country,
it's it's.

Speaker 2 (01:00:15):
Well, hey me, listen, it's kids. Aren't for everybody. I
can't imagine your wife saying to you, Hey, crack No,
master's for you. It's Johnny's recital this weekend. Can't do
it like it just wouldn't fit into your life. So
it works for you. Hey, we got Bill Krackenberger Professional
Sports Handicapped for Jeff Schwartz, eight year NFL veteran, I'm Brian.

Speaker 5 (01:00:35):

Speaker 1 (01:01:51):
Follow the money, real good money.

Speaker 2 (01:01:53):
H Yes, we'd like to welcome in our good friend
Seamus McGee today, team lead of Sports Trading at BEDMGM. Seamus,
good morning to you. Okay, So on a scale from
one to ten, how good of a day was it
for bet MGM with the results on the men's side
in the tournament?

Speaker 3 (01:02:13):
He guy's good to be back. I have to say
in eleven, if I'm being honest, this is the day
we were waiting to have. It's been very up and
down this tournament, and these days are we're pretty hard
to come by this March. So it's good to finally see,
you know, for us at least, it is a good

(01:02:34):
day for us.

Speaker 4 (01:02:35):
Was it more about the futures market or more about
just the game? Because you know, I don't look social
media is what it is. It's not every wager obviously,
but it did seem like, you know, a lot of
people were on Florida and a lot of people might
have been on Houston plus the point. So just from
that perspective, was it more of a game, a good
day for the game or good day for the futures

(01:02:56):
for you guys?

Speaker 3 (01:02:58):
A little bit of both, honestly. I mean for us, Duke,
we needed to get Duke. They were a big loser
on the Future's book, so to wipe that out was
really nice. And then I mean, we would have liked
to see Auburn win from a future standpoint, but I
mean that's used to get eight field a ton of
moneyline parlays that had Florida in there. So even with

(01:03:19):
Florida covering the spread in that game, it still came
out very good. And in the Houston game also, staying
under was also big too, So from a parlays standpoint
and future standpoint, that's what really made the day so good.

Speaker 5 (01:03:34):
Seamus Bill Krachenberger Here, you know, I'm trying to think.
I'm looking up at MGM top level executives. Big bonuses
should be going around, So I'm working on that for
you guys, you know, and it's not just your sports
book though, sportsbooks nationwide, sportsbooks worldwide. This was a real

(01:03:56):
big game, the Duke game, the money line, the future book.
We've known from talking to a Christian throughout the year
here what their big risk was, and I told the
guys and went on air, I thought this was a
real big game for you guys. So I guess, congratulations
to you guys, because I need you guys to make
a lot of money in order for me to take

(01:04:16):
it from you. So it is what it is. So
now I see this game today, this woman's game popping up. Now,
it's funny, I said earlier it like there was like
some six is it opened up five and a half
even actually opened up five at one of the one
of the books here. Now I see six and a
half slowly going to seven. One, two, three, four, five

(01:04:37):
five sevens popped up on my screen in the last
fifteen minutes. Any big action on the women's game today
or people just are they just broke from yesterday? It'd
be real street. What's going on in this game?

Speaker 3 (01:04:52):
Well, the money's still coming in. I think we'll see
a big flory of action come closer to tip around
three o'clock. But this this is going to be one
of the biggest game. I think this will be the
biggest game we had all year. The Yukon UCLA game
was a huge handle for us. That was our number
one women's college game of the year so far. But
we are taking a ton of Yukon money on the

(01:05:12):
spread the money line, we look pretty good there. I mean,
Yukon is going to be in every parlay, so South
Carolina outright would be great for us to break up
some of that, but I mean it's yeah, it's pretty
lopsided on Yukon. I mean, Sharpson squares they both like
the Huskies today, so we'd like to see South Carolina
cover this number. But yeah, the number is starting to climb.

(01:05:33):
We opened a flap six and then moved to six
and a half, but money's still coming in on Yukon.

Speaker 2 (01:05:39):
You ended up being on the right side yesterday, Seamus.
You saw value on Houston plus five and a half
against Duke and somehow, some way it got there. Where
do you think the value is when it comes to
tomorrow's title game matchup?

Speaker 3 (01:05:54):
I mean, this is I agree with the number right here.
Florida's slight favorite, But I mean, you look at Walter
Clayton a tournament he's having. There's not a lot of
players in the history of this term we've had a
tournament the way he's had. It seems like he's going
to be like he's the storybook figure that we have
in this tournament. But you know, al Jake Cryer had
a very good game last night too. We could see

(01:06:15):
him maybe pop off tomorrow. It's It's a really tough
game for me to handicap because I love both games.
I was on Florida all the year myself, and then
I don't need an excuse to back Kelvin Sampson and Houston.
So it's really tough. If I had to pick a
side or a total, maybe I lean under on this game.
It's two very good defenses.

Speaker 4 (01:06:35):
How are do you guys get hit on the props
market in the game, like like what we're going to
see tomorrow or people just probably assume a lot of
Clayton overs, you know, maybe some some Houston unders fading
some of those guys a shot well yesterday. How much
action do you end up seeing on the pop.

Speaker 3 (01:06:50):
Market this This weekend is when we'll see most of
like the player prop action coming in. A lot more
recreational players you don't bet. A lot of college basketball
will come this weekend to bet the Final Four. So
that's when we'll really start seeing it's gonna it's you
know things, story is most basketball games, it's gonna be
a lot of overs being bet. People hit a lot

(01:07:12):
of threes. But the only difference is is because player crops,
it does vary on the state you live in whether
you can bet on it, there's about i'd say almost.
We're getting close to like half the legal states right now.
You can't bet player crops, so the actually see it.
It's all about the six pack, the money line, spreading
the total on these games, you know shames.

Speaker 5 (01:07:33):
I have multiple different odds screens that are live screens.
Of course, like dodds and don best to odds logic.
I use spank odds, so you know, this is what
I do for a living. So I'm looking at my
odd screens and I looked across this morning. I was
telling the guys ones every single sports book in the world, Vegas,
all Shore, everywhere, the only one and a half at play, MGM,

(01:07:58):
bet MGM sorry for tonight tomorrow's game. What's going on
with that? What's what's why you guys have that one
and a half or are you expecting Florida money to
come in? And you know what, if I'm a bookmaker,
maybe I'm putting that one and a half. I'm thinking
Florida money is going to be coming in here. There's
no way this game's going down to pick them. If anything,
maybe only going up to what you guys have. The

(01:08:19):
one and a half. Did you guys open it one
and a half or are you just expecting money to
come in? Or or is it some kind of maybe
it's even a slight Uh have some Florida futures? What
do you look? What are you guys looking out here?

Speaker 3 (01:08:32):
First, I was going to say it, I can say
I can see a real don Best user when I
hear playing GM popping up. So yeah, we don't see
you there.

Speaker 1 (01:08:39):
Sorry, Yeah, the.

Speaker 3 (01:08:43):
We opened minus one half, but we juiced. I think
that Florida minus want to have we opened even money.
It's been that to minus one oh five right now.
And you know, we don't mind seeing some Houston money
come in. Florida on the Future's book is less of
a good result than Houston is. We've got a couple
of big, outstanding parlays where Florida comes in cashes some

(01:09:04):
big money, So we don't I taking Houston money. And
right now the spread is looking it's looking a little good.
We took a big bet early this morning on the
Houston plus one and a half, but right now we're
still saying on the Juice plus one and a half.

Speaker 2 (01:09:17):
All right, Seamus, do you have a Sunday seamous special
for US.

Speaker 4 (01:09:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:09:24):
I was looking at the women's National Championship thinking how
often do you get Don Staley getting almost getting six
and a half points in a game in women's basketball?
But then I looked across the odds screen and I
and I asked myself how often do you get Manchester
City at twus obbs in the English Premier League. So
we're going to the Manchester Derby. We're going to take
man City. We're a plus one ten, plus one fifteen.

(01:09:47):
If you shop around you can probably get a good number.
Uh yeah, man City to win on the three way
market against Manchester United.

Speaker 2 (01:09:53):
Okay, beautiful. I appreciate that advice. Seamus, Hey, always good
to catch up with you, man, have a good Sunday.
We'll catch you soon.

Speaker 3 (01:10:00):
Thanks for having me, guys, appreciate it.

Speaker 5 (01:10:02):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (01:10:02):
There He is Seamus McGee, team lead of Sports Trading
at bet MGM. All right, we go from heavy hitter
to heavy hitter, from Seamus McGee to Isaac Lowen Crawn
with the latest. What is going on here?

Speaker 5 (01:10:13):
I love.

Speaker 8 (01:10:16):
Sorry, guys, I'm just wiping myself off from reading Duke
related tweets on social media. Then I'm about to share
with you. Oh yeah, all because of what happened to
the final four on Saturday night. Duke led Houston by
nine points with two oh six remaining. Houston closed on
a fifteen to three run for a seventy to sixty

(01:10:37):
seven epic comeback win. Juwan Roberts of Houston two clutch
free throws for the lead with nineteen seconds remaining. Duke's
Cooper flag scored twenty seven, but missed a twelve footer
for the lead with eight seconds to play. So with
that in mind, the popular social media account message board
Geniuses has been curating reaction from Duke fans throughout the

(01:11:00):
last dozen hours or so, mitt Cpa posting I am
completely dead inside, Bruce a lawyer one adding we're a
football school now, and my personal favorite from j TC
Blue Devil, who posted quote I left a Pittsburgh bar

(01:11:23):
when they lost and now I'm wandering aimlessly with people
yelling bleep Duke at me unquote. Rough evening in Pittsburgh
for JTC Blue Devil. In the earlier semi final, Florida
defeated Aubreage seventy nine to seventy three. Walter Clayton Junior
scored thirty four. That will be Florida against Houston for
the title on Monday today at three Eastern. In the

(01:11:45):
Women's National Championship, Team South Carolina will take on Yukon
in the NBA on Saturday Night Milwaukee One in Miami
at overytime one twenty one to one, fifteen Giannis Antetokoupo
thirty six points, fifteen rebounds, ted assist for his second
straight triple double. Baseball Saturday Night Giants over the Mariners
four to one. San Francisco's won six straight and Mike

(01:12:06):
Trout homeward for a third consecutive game in the Angels
ten to four win over Cleveland Guys.

Speaker 2 (01:12:11):

points from correct answers for a shot to win a
share of bonus bets. All right, let's do this.

Speaker 1 (01:12:48):
Sunday splash Jack.

Speaker 2 (01:12:51):
Yes, we have a chance to win bonus bets over
here in the NBA. Just got to pick the guy
that hits the most threes today. You know, Jeff, We'll
start with you, and who's on your radar.

Speaker 4 (01:13:00):
I am not gonna take I'm gonna take Kratsky again.
Let me see what let me see what I want
to do here. Okay, I I might just I might
just a little homer this one right here. Luca has
has not been great recently. Right, he was a little
better the other night, But for a couple of games

(01:13:22):
in a row, Brian, as my Lakers fight to have
that that three seed, three seed would be fantastic. Oh,
that'd be great, you miss ok seed to the Western
Conference finals, be fantastic. He made four or ten last game,
but before the previous three games, oh for six, one
for seven to two for nine. I'm going Luca today
against the Thunder, the first of a back to back
against the Thunder. The Lakers still have some games to

(01:13:44):
make up from the fires, so there they have more
games I think the rest of the NBA, right, I
think I'm right on that, right, Brian. They still have
quite a few more games in the rest of the league,
so clearing like that back to back with the Thunder.
So give me Luca today hopefully goes off for the
Lakers needing a win.

Speaker 5 (01:14:01):
All right, I'm gonna go over to the Warriors here.
I'm gonna stick with Curry here for the most And
you know what, I gotta tell you something, guys, But
I see these numbers though, when I see it like
it was over under four and a half. Boy, I
tell you, it just seems like crazy that someone is
lined every game four and a half three pointers. It's

(01:14:24):
just something that doesn't I would think the under overall.
But in this situation when we're picking one for the day,
let's let's go with uh, Let's let's go with Curry today.

Speaker 2 (01:14:35):
Okay, little Steph Curry action. I'm gonna go with Anthony
Simons of the Blazers. They are taking on the Spurs today.
Spurs don't want to win. Simon's can get hot, so
I'll go with him. I feel bad that we haven't
gone with Sam Houser one time here the other day
I did, I did go. I'm looking at my notes.

(01:14:56):
I didn't go with him one time. I think it
was the week before he hit the eight three pointers
or whatever it was. So I was premature on that one.
But give me Simon's here. He won this. Actually we've
been doing this on Sundays. So you go back to
March sixteenth, he had the most. He had six threes
that day, that was the most in the NBA. So
he's capable. And the Spurs they're they're not playing lockdown

(01:15:17):
defense by any stretch here. So I'll go with Signon Brian.

Speaker 4 (01:15:21):
Yesterday, I was doing radio last night, all right, and
I'm watching the Wolves Sixers game. I'm trying to find
a place to get in live. We talked about the
fan the Sixers right the post game. It was a
two point game entering the fourth quarter, Wolves minus six
and a half. Sign me up. They get up one
oh one ninety and then just stop playing basketball.

Speaker 2 (01:15:43):
That's right, just stop, just stop. It took a big
three from Anthony from Anthony Edwards, he was double teamed.
It's an insane shot.

Speaker 4 (01:15:54):
And then then they get up six with fifty five
seconds left, You're like, okay, we're back in it, right
six and a half, Like you know the sixers, mister
shot get a foul. They really found the NBA though,
It's kind of funny. They never found the NBA. They
just let the game play out and no, no, there
was a one point game almost immediately after that. So
I tried to get a little bit of of action

(01:16:15):
there and I failed.

Speaker 2 (01:16:17):
It was they were up eleven. I'm like, they might
cover the sixteen and sixteen.

Speaker 4 (01:16:21):
Yeah, I wasn't taking sixteen and a half. I'll tell
you that Crack would have never talked to me again
if I took a road road favorite sixteen and a
half an NBA. But I was waiting to get a
good number. I got a great number six and a half,
and they nearly got eleven point lead and then just
shot playing.

Speaker 2 (01:16:36):
So it happened sometimes.

Speaker 4 (01:16:39):
Man, Lakers thunder today, buddy, I know.

Speaker 2 (01:16:42):
Get ready for the dorchart.

Speaker 4 (01:16:44):
Chambert enjoying the Western Conference finals, but back to back.
They played today and they play Tuesday, and okay, see,
so big games were Lakers here at the top of
the you know the West, that three seed I think
is hugely important because that you, Hey, the thunder and
possibly like I don't think the NBA wants a Lakers

(01:17:05):
Warriors first round series, but so I Lakers, I would
like a three seat would be nice?

Speaker 2 (01:17:12):
Hey, total logjam. These games are important down the stretch
for a lot of teams in the West. Hey, we've

Speaker 1 (01:18:16):
Prop it up player plays.

Speaker 2 (01:18:20):
All right, crack, we start with you. What's something you like?

Speaker 5 (01:18:23):
All right, let's go to baseball. Let's go to Texas
Texas Rangers. Let's go what Jeff said. I've been on
fire on these these pitching props. So let's let's keep
that streak going here. Don't jump myself to more. Rocker
over four and a half minus a dollar forty had
a tough first start, but he's looking for a good

(01:18:45):
bounce back today against the Rays, who had the fifth
highest strikeout rate against Rady's last season. So let's go
Rocker over four and a half strikeouts.

Speaker 4 (01:18:58):
I like that craft. I I'll go with azy Thud
over twelve and a half points for Yukon tonight. She
had a lot of south front in the first game.
I think it's so important, but Yukon does and she
played much better up to nineteen points in the first half.
I also like the A's to score over four and
a half runs today against the Rockies. I've been taking

(01:19:19):
a team total against the Rockies every single game this year.
The Rockies pitching is atrocious and the bullpen's even worse
than's been over in five of their eight games so
far this year, so I'll continue to go back to Well,
there A's over four and a half runs.

Speaker 2 (01:19:36):
All right, I'm gonna go a little unconventional here, I think,
but I'm looking at the ladies today. Give me Page Beckers.
I'm gonna go under twenty four and a half points.
I'm just looking at South Carolina. They go nine deep.
You can keep throwing fresher bodies at Page Beckers. Page
is sensational. She could go over, but I'm gonna go

(01:19:57):
with the depth of South Carolina, and she could her
teammates involved as well, So I'll take cage Becker's under
twenty four and a half points today. Hopefully she doesn't
make me look.

Speaker 5 (01:20:06):
Like an idiot.

Speaker 2 (01:20:07):
All right, come it up next. Don't call it a comeback,
call it what it really was. That is on the way. Ah,
Happy Sunday too. You welcome in. Hope your day is
off to a fantastic start. We will get to the

meat left on the bone. I just it was just

(01:20:50):
such an epic game last night between Duke and Houston,
and I feel like sometimes we move on too fast,
you know what I mean? Like this always comes up
during the Super where the Eagles just beat the Chiefs
and immediately it's like, here are the odds for the
next Super Bowl. It's like, did we just like live
in the moment for a second before we move on?

Speaker 4 (01:21:11):
But correct?

Speaker 2 (01:21:12):
I just want to go back to the Duke meltdown. Like,
here's the question. Was it more a Duke meltdown or
a Houston comeback? And I'll go first. It was absolutely
more of a meltdown than a comeback. And that's not
short changing Houston. It's not taking credit away from them.
They hung tough, they made some big shots, they didn't

(01:21:33):
go away. They did a lot of great things. But
just ask yourself, what Duke needed to do to win
that game. It could have been simply inbounding the ball
without turning it over that could have led to a win.
It could have been Proctor hitting one free throw that
could have been enough to win the game. So when
you are just melting down that way, you have to

(01:21:57):
not only leave the door cracked for Houston. They opened
the door wide open and was like, come on, Houston,
come on. That was way more of a meltdown than
a comeback.

Speaker 4 (01:22:07):
It was so here here here's something to note. A
tweet from OPTA stats. Okay, Duke is the only team
to have an NSAA tournament game with a higher field
goal percentage, more foul shot attempts, more assists, fewer turnovers,
more steals than their opponent, and yet still lose.

Speaker 5 (01:22:29):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (01:22:29):
Since that's became official in nineteen eighty six, teams have
been three hundred and thirty five and zero in a
tournament games when leading in those categories. That to me
screams a Duke collapse. It does, right, and there were
many moments in this game where you Duke just didn't
make a shot that they had the opportunity to do.

(01:22:50):
So it wasn't even just the final ten minutes. There
were times they missed just layups. Houston had much tougher
shots to make all game. In credit Houston for that,
but they had tougher to make. And you know, last
week I had the Duke team total over against Alabama,
and in the second half of that game, Duke did
not try to score. They just played a four corners

(01:23:11):
offense and just like used all shot clock and they
saw eighty five points. I felt they did that here
and it was a mistake, you know, against a team
like Houston. I think you still want to be aggressive offensively,
you want to continue to push down the field, down
the court. I should say also Procter was terrible the
last five minutes. He missed all the foul shots, He
dribbled the ball off his leg. One time he was better.

(01:23:33):
And like, I feel like they just didn't go to
you know, the flagging and and those guys that were
were making the right places. Mean, how do you not
inbound the ball in game forty of the season. How
do we not know how to do that quite yet?
And they looked like shier. You know, there's creative inbound plays,
We've seen those all the time, but look like they
didn't have many of those. I think it was a

(01:23:55):
total collapse from top to bottom. And people want to
blame the foul call on Cooper Fox. Was it a foul?

Speaker 5 (01:24:02):
No?

Speaker 4 (01:24:03):
But then I mean Roberts had two foul shots, which right,
he hadn't done six two percent foul shooter and then
two the final play of the game, why is Duke
throwing a three quarters length pass. I know what they're
trying to do. They're trying to get in the middle
and then find it. Oh god, for three I get
the point aut but three seconds is enough to dribble
up the court and get a shot. You can do that.

(01:24:25):
So I thought Duke it was a more of a
Duke collapse. Give give Houston credit. One thing I love,
by the way, about when you win a game like
that is Calvin Samson gets to say what he said
after the game, which is like, screwed Duke essentially right,
But like, you know, for the first thirty eight minutes
of the game, he couldn't say that. You know, It's

(01:24:46):
funny how you can say those things after the game.
You know. Again, I thought Duke was was better. They
didn't win Crack, but I think Duke blew this game
more than Houston won the game.

Speaker 5 (01:24:57):
Yeah, you're right. You do have to give you some credits,
especially their pressure d But this was an epic meltdown
by Duke. Like I mentioned before, these young Duke players,
they really didn't have many close games to play with
in the situations this season that probably hurt them too

(01:25:17):
many late turnovers, miss free throws, mental mistakes the last
two minutes. Like you guys just said, even that little thing,
it's three seconds. I mean, come on, you're you're absolutely right.
You could have dribbled down. You're up nine with two minutes.
Was it to twenty two thirty?

Speaker 4 (01:25:32):
Yes, I fly, I hit that three right to make
it sixty four fifty five. I think the.

Speaker 2 (01:25:37):
Quarner three three minutes so.

Speaker 4 (01:25:41):
Houston basically so it was fifty nine fifty five. Houston
missed a two point, like a twelve footer that would
have made a two point game, and then Duke comes down,
they score, they hit the three. I thought, Okay, they
weathered the store, Like did they weathered the store? You
remember they started because Houston scored six points with Duke
touching the ball. They made a three called a flagrant
one on Duke for elbowing a player in a box

(01:26:03):
out Cryer only made one to two, but they got
the ball back. I mean, it's such a punitive penalty, right, Like,
I don't think Duke went, I don't think he threw
his arm up like on purpose, which with the flagrant
one essentially is right. It's an unintentional, intentional foul. It
just the penalty for that is pretty big. And I
think that I have many issues with college basketball officiating.

(01:26:26):
I don't really mind at times even miss calls, but
you know, the review process is just so laborious and
just like I mean, looking for for flagrance all the time,
I don't do. We watch the sport because we hope
the officials call more flagrant fouls.

Speaker 5 (01:26:44):
Right right right now. So guys again, the last two nights, actually,
I've done some classic rock concerts here. The Eagles at
the Sphere on Friday, and last time I was at Yes,
so I was following on online there. I watched as
much as I could home, but I was following online.
Some of the benefits of living in Vegas though, just
amazing nights. Man, that the Sphere is just sick. It's

(01:27:07):
just for me. It's very hard to impress me living
in Vegas twenty two years, very hard to impress me
with Vegas things that spear is something though, And watching
those guys in their late seventies, almost eighty years old
singing there was it was amazing. But yesterday even watching
the eighty year old the lead singer Yessen and Anderson,

(01:27:27):
just to watch him John Anderson, sorry, to watch him
sing at that age was amazing. But I had to
go and I had to get out of that, like literally,
like just just make it to the to the concerts.
I was trying to watch as much of the game
I can, so with two thirty left wherever, Well, you
just simply cannot lose this game. You have to put
some blame on Duke's coaching staff. I'll just tell you

(01:27:52):
maybe the you know, the coach of there is only
in his second this is the second season and being
a head coach, and he probably should have had his
guys ready with a couple different ways to inbound the ball.
This was an epic, like I said, an epic meltdown,
and I didn't get a chance. Seamus doesn't. I really
don't know Seamus that much like I know our other

(01:28:12):
guy Christian. I didn't get a chance to say to him,
God protects the bookmaker.

Speaker 2 (01:28:18):
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 5 (01:28:19):
Didn't get a chance to terrorize him a little bit there,
darn it.

Speaker 2 (01:28:22):
I'll tell you what though it was. It's funny because
we're talking about the end of the game sequence and
you had Cooper Flag hit that big three with about
three minutes to go. Duke has a nine point lead,
and I'm thinking, Okay, I feel pretty good about Duke
winning this game. And then he had that big block,
same score with two point fifteen to go, and I'm like, okay, good.

(01:28:44):
Then you fast forward a little bit more. Remember Tuggler
got teed up because he the ball before Duke inbounded it.
He gave Duke a free point, and he's like slapping
himself in the head. Kelvin Samson is collapsing like, oh
my god, gosh, there goes our chance. Is basically how
he reacted to it. And the next thing you know,

(01:29:06):
Duke is just wetting themselves. Wow, it's insane what happened.
But I think you hit on something big there crack
where Yeah, you could look sideways or with the critical
eye at the Duke coaching staff, but it was a
young team and they just they didn't have experience in
those situations. They had the most thirty point wins of

(01:29:26):
any team in the country this season. They won a
ton of games by twenty plus points, and they reminded me.
You know, I have a football brain here, but it
reminded me of the seven Patriots, right o. Seven Patriots
are crushing teams and then they get in Super Bowl
forty two against the Giants and they're not used to
playing those close games. It can make a difference. And

(01:29:49):
you certainly saw the difference between those two teams last night.
I mean, goodness, you can't melt down that way. I'll
tell you what, if Duke was running it back with
those most of those same guys for a second a
third year, there's no way that they don't handle that
that game the same way like they would handle it
much better. You're up by nine with two point fifteen

(01:30:10):
to go, that's got to be a win every single time,
and they just they didn't have the experience. It's funny.
I'll say one last thing. They replayed I hate Christian
Latner the thirty for thirty after the game, and they
showed the nineteen ninety final between Duke and un l
v U and LV crushed him by thirty points, and
coach k said, we just weren't tough enough. And that's

(01:30:31):
exactly what happened last night. It was the same thing
what thirty five plus year, thirty five years later, where
Duke just they weren't tough enough for that moment. They
were too young, they just weren't ready.

Speaker 4 (01:30:44):
They weren't and that's why, you know, flipping it forward
to tomorrow the crack, I think you think about a
great point about about Duke and not playing in close
games where they really having the close games they played
in were in the AC tournament where Flag wasn't even playing.
That's why the clar were close. Because I heard is
is you know Florida has played in these close games
and part of that's their own doing because they've been

(01:31:05):
down a lot early in these games. Does that help them?
I mean I would not want to be down ten
against Houston and just have the muddy the game up,
so that that does maybe lead me toward Florida a
little bit in this game. And then officiating, you know
how they call the game, right, is it going to
be a game like last night? They a lot of.
I think they lot of they let a lot go.
There weren't a lot a ton of foul calls till

(01:31:26):
the Cooper flag one at the end.

Speaker 2 (01:31:27):
That's why it was so weird. It was a physical
game until the flag file was so strange.

Speaker 4 (01:31:33):
If they let it be physical, that obviously favors Houston
used to give. It's a ton of fouls. I have
not looked at Florida's foul shooting percentage. I know Duke
was really good. I imagine Florida is a good foul shooter. Again,
it's it's why I liked Duke to cover the second half.
They're good at foul shooting. That turned don't turn the
ball over. You know, Florida is they're seventy two percent.

(01:31:55):
They're right abound where Houston's at. So they're they're middle
of the pack and not great, which which you know,
we saw a little bit too that Auburns big men
kind of were able to physical Florida's big men in
that game, yeah, yesterday. So I'm curious to see if
if that's a Houston's ability to sort of, you know,

(01:32:16):
be physical inside and try to take away Clayton. I
had an offshore. A far away website offered a Broom
points rebounds of sinst I took the under. I couldn't
believe it was thirty one and a half. I was
like shocked. They all even offered that yesterday Broom was
not one hundred percent, but early on played really well.
It will to score a bunch of that game. So

(01:32:39):
I I lean toward Florida unless Houston just MUCKs it up.

Speaker 5 (01:32:43):
Guys.

Speaker 4 (01:32:44):
That's the way I look at this game.

Speaker 2 (01:32:46):
Yeah, hey makes sense to me. I'm like, yesterday it
reminded me of Rounders. Also, you know, remember when Matt
Damon said this, check this out. This reminded me of Houston.

Speaker 5 (01:32:58):
Short stacked in the long odds.

Speaker 4 (01:32:59):
Again, all their outs gone, one last card in the
gag that can help them.

Speaker 2 (01:33:04):
That's pretty much what happened. Houston had a one outer
and they hit it. It's like they needed the jack
of hearts and somehow that's what came on the river
and you're like, holy hell, Like I just think that.
I think Florida is a better team, and I keep
going back to that was a psa for the Florida
Gators of if you give Houston anything, they're gonna maximize it.

(01:33:28):
You can't give them any you can't leave the door open.
They're gonna run right through it. And so if the
better team, I just have a hard time seeing Florida
letting their guard down if they get a lead. I
just don't see lightning striking twice in a row if
that indeed is the case. So I like the Gators.
I think they're the better team.

Speaker 4 (01:33:49):
I think the hard part about gambling is, you know,
having a bad game yesterday like I did with Duke.
I had a good first game and then sort of deciding, like,
you know, does that scare you off of the handicap
for the second game? I thought I had it pegged,

(01:34:10):
and I feel like I'd run back the same handicap.
Florida's better, more ways to score, and and you know,
just just I think a more talented team. Well, that
didn't work for Duke in the end. So do I
run that same that same thought process back this time and.

Speaker 2 (01:34:25):
Hope it works. But what's different is you don't have
a ton of freshmen, correct.

Speaker 4 (01:34:31):
So that always is and that that was my only
thing about Duke that worried me about having a futures
wager on them. Was young teams do not win championships anymore.
Older teams do, and Florida is an older team. Uh so,
uh yeah, I mean we'll see.

Speaker 5 (01:34:51):
Jeff text me yesterday with we had chicken dinner and
the voice. I mean we we really had a boy.
I know, I got involved and I don't know these guys.
This bartender just had a stupid year this year and everything.

Speaker 4 (01:35:09):
This is why I was so surprised when when seam
has said they had a great answer. I think it
was because the future is on Duke. But like, yes,
every bad gambler I know won all the waiters yesterday.

Speaker 5 (01:35:19):
Really because they had the money line Duke money line
and their parlays though, So that's the reason why the
sports books made a lot of money.

Speaker 4 (01:35:26):
Yes, it makes sense. I didn't put Duke in a
money line parlay, but I mean I just yeah, the
parlay has probably got ruined. But I mean all the
bad waigers I saw had Florida money line and Houston
plus points and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (01:35:40):
So I'll tell you what that is, the sports betting
walk of shame. If you have the money line parlay
bet going on and you immediately think if you had
Duke money line, and that's a disgusting way to lose.
But your immediate thought is what if I had Houston
money line, the payout is much greater, And oh that's

(01:36:02):
the worst. It's the worst if you go money line
favorite and it doesn't go your way and you could
have cashed in, taken the money line underdog. But typically
that's not how you get down. You know, you don't
see that many parlays going the other way. That's why
Vegas I'm laugh inside just.

Speaker 6 (01:36:20):
Just hearing it.

Speaker 5 (01:36:21):
They just thinking about that. I gotta be real blunt.
I don't think there's many listen. Uh, there's just not
many people that think, let me just throw in Houston
on the money line, right, That's.

Speaker 2 (01:36:34):
What I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (01:36:34):
Yeah, no, yeah, you're right there. It's just that's how
the sports books clean actually cleaned up on this instance,
uh situationally, and people just throw it in there to
try to, you know, make a bigger parlay payout with
their big Baseball favorites laying two to one and they're Dodgers. Oh,
Dodgers laying one and a half every game. I'm betting.
I have a co host on my podcast, so I

(01:36:57):
love the death but yeah, that that's just that's I
think since he said it, they're on three laying a
run and a half. That's his new bet for not one,
just every game Dodgers minus one and a half. Take
the money and run. It's easy. It's a lock. It's
easy money.

Speaker 4 (01:37:13):
They're playing a good they play a good team right now.
You can't just do it. Yeah, we're playing they're playing
their edge Philly right now.

Speaker 5 (01:37:19):
But it went three one yesterday that they actually covered the.

Speaker 2 (01:37:23):
Yeah, you're right. The crack where it's like, hey, I'll
just do something easy. I'll take duke their five and
a half point favorites. I'll just go money line.

Speaker 5 (01:37:31):
Let me.

Speaker 2 (01:37:31):
Let me do something easy. But you see the the
it's like a reminder for sports game nothing easy.

Speaker 5 (01:37:38):
But it's not that easy.

Speaker 2 (01:37:39):
We've got Bill Krackenberger, professional sports handicapper. Jeff Schwartz, eight

Speaker 4 (01:38:07):

Speaker 2 (01:38:08):
Coming up next, what's the biggest key for both teams?
Well dissect. It's Fox Sports Radios Countdown presented by BETMGM.
It is Fox Sports Radios Countdown presented by BETMGM. Tractor

All Right, So, if we spin it four Florida and
Houston tomorrow night. What do you think the biggest key
is for both teams? Right, Like on the Florida side,

(01:39:08):
I would say limit turnovers because they're a very efficient
offense as long as they're getting shots. And we all
know about Houston's defense and turning you over and that
can fuel their offense. At Florida's got a limit turnovers.
And for Houston, I mean, I think it's really important
to limit the three pointers. Like the three point defense

(01:39:30):
gotta be huge for Houston, especially Walter Clayton Junior. They
get so much juice from Clayton junior just knocking down threes.
He had five of them last game against Auburn. But
I also think for Houston it's like just get a
lead and lean on them. You know, when Houston they
mucked the game up when they're down by nine with
two minutes to go. Like when they're mucking the game

(01:39:51):
up when they've got a lead, it's like rounders, man,
when you get you chopped out one of his legs
in the first hand, you just lean on him till
he falls over. That That's what Houston does. So getting
a lead, I think is really important for Houston, especially
in the second half.

Speaker 4 (01:40:06):
I think getting out, as you mentioned, to an early
lead for Florida. I just don't think you want to
get in a situation where you're down ten at any
point in this game when you have to score points.
That's what Houston is at their best, right, They're pressuring
you gain your face. And then I think that I
think that Florida big men have got to got to
play well.

Speaker 3 (01:40:25):
You know.

Speaker 4 (01:40:27):
Malawa wash is that is that they pronounce Duke centers
it yeah, zero rebounds, come on, So I think it's
being important for the Florida big men. I think for Houston,
I mean, I don't know, you have just I think
you have to just find some offense that's not the
three pointer in this game, but you did against Duke, right,
and Florida's even is not as good as Duke's. It's good,

(01:40:50):
but not as good. So I think that that, to
me is important for Houston, just to find some some
maybe some easier offense than you had early in the
game against against Duke.

Speaker 5 (01:40:58):
Yeah, you know, uh okay, we talked about this earlier,
but these two teams, again, two different styles. Houston's just
gonna want to slow the game down, like he said,
and Florida is gonna want to run up and down.
So Florida plays much better when when they get in
the game that goes up and down the court. Also,
but can Houston really slow this one down? The other question,

(01:41:19):
it's interesting to see how it plays out. Can they
wear down Florida the way they wore down Duke? What
will Houston do to contain Clayton? So it really seemed
like like no one on Florida wants to take shots
down the stretch besides him, So I think versus Houston,

(01:41:40):
someone else is going to have to step up to
win this game. I think Houston, again, I said earlier,
they should even double even triple Clayton down the stretch
and forced someone else to make some big shots. So
Houston is so tough on d but every player can
guard every position, so it makes switching off screens much
easier for them. So they're just tough to tough and physical.

(01:42:01):
But I look forward to watching this one. You know
some of the over the years, you know, maybe as
you you get a little bit older and you start
realizing that these are the top shelf teams. I know
everyone wanted Florida and Duke I was in everyone's bracket,
including mine. But I think we're I think we're in
for a better game than some people think here. So

(01:42:21):
let's see what happens. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:42:23):
Interesting, And I agree with you Krack where I mean,
you don't want to lose if you're Houston, but I
would rather lose by throwing the kitchen sink at Walter
Clayton Junior. And hey, Elijah Martin hit a couple of shots,
or Will Richard or Thomas Hawk or whatever. They're more
than capable. But I would rather force those guys to

(01:42:43):
beat me than walking away losing. And say, man, Walter
Clayton Junior went off for thirty points. Again, you know,
I do not want to lose that way. So I
would expect Kelvin Samson to be very very aggressive when
it comes to defending Clayton Junior and just force the
the other guys to beat you. That might very well
be what we see tomorrow night.

Speaker 4 (01:43:04):
They might try to do that, but I mean, Clinton
Juniors the type of player, it might not matter, you know,
that's right. It's impressive.

Speaker 2 (01:43:10):
Yeah, yeah, no doubt about that. It's kind of like
Isaac Lohencron. You know what I mean, Like you can
triple team him and he's still gonna get off with
the next update. He's got the latest fource.

Speaker 1 (01:43:21):
What's going on?

Speaker 5 (01:43:21):
I low.

Speaker 8 (01:43:25):
Death had to fight through multiple screens. Just call me
a Houston Cougar honorarily. Of course, that's because they fought
through a lot in the final four on Saturday, and
I had one of the greatest comebacks in the history
of March Madness. Houston down nine to Duke with two

(01:43:45):
h six left in the second half sixty four fifty five.
They would close on a fifteen to three run, take
the lead with nineteen seconds left on a pair of
clutch free throws by Juwan Roberts. Duke's Cooper Flag, who
scored twenty seven points, then missed a twelve footer for
the lead with eight seconds to go, and it went
into the books as an epics seventy to sixty seven
comeback victory for Houston. They'll place Florida for the national

(01:44:09):
championship on Monday, after the Gators knocked off Auburn seventy
nine to seventy three. Walter Clayton Junior thirty four points
five to three pointers the first player to have back
to back thirty point games in the Elite eight am
the Final Four since Larry Bird in nineteen seventy nine.
Coming up today three pm Eastern, the Women's National Championship

(01:44:29):
game between South Carolina and Yukon. And finally, even more
history could be made today because coming up one hour
from now, Alex Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals tries to
break the NHL's all time goal scoring record as the
Caps visit the New York Islanders.

Speaker 2 (01:44:46):
Guys, back to you, thank you.

Speaker 1 (01:44:49):
I Low.

takes over there, Jeff, What do you have on your mind?

Speaker 5 (01:45:18):
So?

Speaker 4 (01:45:19):
I've been betting on his Uh. I told you guys
like four wagers and it went well last last Sunday, right,
it went went well for us. I took honestly anytime
goalscorer over three and a half shots, third period goalscorer,
and last goal scorer. The problem with today, guys, is
the numbers are outrageous, Like over three and a half shots.

(01:45:39):
It's like a minus one oh five minus one ten
around there, minus one forty six. I'm not playing. I'm
just not playing it. I'm not playing it today. I
took I took anytime goalscorer last night minus one ten
and that's what I got. A live with that third
period goalscorer is anyways, like I can probably find the
last time I hit it. You know, it's like, you know,

(01:46:00):
six to one, seven to one somewhere around there. Today
three and a half to one. I'm just I'm not playing.
I just there's no value in playing that when it
drops that much, obviously, and it shouldn't be. He's you know,
trying to get it in today. I loved by the
way that he said he would that he would not
do empty net.

Speaker 2 (01:46:19):
That's great.

Speaker 4 (01:46:20):
I love so for those who missed it. So he
scored two goals last game to get himself tied with Gretzky,
which is wild because Gretzky has his record of goals
in x amount of games. If Ov scores today, he
will have broken the record in X amount of games
at the same amount of games. It's wild how close
it's paired together. And he during this streak of not duractory.

(01:46:43):
But during this season, I've watched a lot of ovtchually
have wager on he and I love this so much.
He just is cherry picking, right. He just stands in
front of the net or on one side. They feed
him the puck the entire game, and he just blashhot
at the goalie. All right, now, capitals are good enough,
it doesn't really matter, right. And then at the end
of games, when there's empty net, they put him in
for the final three minutes. He just takes shots and

(01:47:04):
not the empty nets. So they asked him like, do
you want to go back in, and he said, no,
they're up. He wanted to wait to have a goalie
in the crease. And I love that about Ov because
he could have easily come back in with two minutes
left and try to score an empty net, but it
would feel unfulfilling, probably right to just like take it
down there, So I get it. And so I kind
of like that about about his decision.

Speaker 5 (01:47:24):
Do you guys get the same MGM notification about a
minute and a half ago right when I low I'll
almost be working with that MGM as soon as he
metches it. Boom, I get the MGM notification about OV here.
So I just wondered if you guys got the same one.

Speaker 4 (01:47:42):
No, I did not. I'm not getting it.

Speaker 5 (01:47:44):
They must have. They got me down.

Speaker 4 (01:47:45):
So I will say again, like these wagers again normally
are again pretty you know, they're they're they've got some
plus money on these. You're not today, you just can't.
And so I'm standing away from a lot of these. Yeah,
every yeah, I mean look third period goal. Yeah, it's
just it's hard. They're all they're all juicing these up

(01:48:05):
right now because of obviously you know o V and
what I mean. Look, okay, so this is from April second,
so like four days ago, over three and a half
shots on goal was plus one eighteen for a veg.

Speaker 5 (01:48:19):
Case and it's minus one what's it? Minus one?

Speaker 4 (01:48:21):
I'd sound like a minus one forty six today any
third period anytime goal scorer plus four sixty that was
four days ago. It was down today too. I can
find it. It's not you know, not every book has
the third period goal scorer, but you know, plus three hundred,
so this is correct. This might be the first time
in my life I've actually just like been like, it's

(01:48:42):
not worth it to me to bet Norman side. I
don't think you can do that. Yeah, plus three thirty anytime,
third period, anytime goalscorer. So I mean these are just
it's just to me, it's un unbedable at the moment.
Maybe it changes, and maybe there's a live you can
hit live possibly as well.

Speaker 2 (01:49:02):
What's it normally on him just to score a goal?

Speaker 5 (01:49:06):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (01:49:07):
Anywhere from plus one fifteen to minus one fifteen somewhere
around there. It's normally not it depends on the game
and why not. I mean today it's minus one twenty five,
so so a little more expensive. I took them on.
I went ten this morning. So look, I'll play a
little bit twelve thirty Eastern, I think, and obviously all

(01:49:28):
eyeballs will be uh in Long Island today.

Speaker 2 (01:49:32):
Well good, I'm glad you're not sitting out completely.

Speaker 4 (01:49:34):
I was not sitting out completely. The Islanders do play
in Long Island. Right, there was a time when they
I think they played like in Brooklyn. But I think
they're I think they're back in Long Island.

Speaker 2 (01:49:43):
Is Gretzky going to be there today?

Speaker 4 (01:49:45):
He was there, He was there the other night.

Speaker 2 (01:49:47):
Yeah, that was cool that he was there in Washington.
Conference is going everywhere. I don't know. I don't know
if he's doing like the Ray Allen with Steph Curry.
I don't know what it's going on over there. But
I thought that was really classy. He was there, he
was in the postgame press friends with OV. That's really cool.
It's cool for the sport. Instead of being like it's
my record. I can appreciate Eric Dickerson saying, hey, no,

(01:50:09):
I don't want my record to be broken. I want
to be the single season rushing leader.

Speaker 5 (01:50:14):
You know.

Speaker 2 (01:50:14):
I don't want Sa Kwan to rush for twenty one
oh six. I'm being on. I love that about Eric Dickerson,
but there is something to be said about it's bigger
than just you. It's about the sport and the game
as a whole. And if Gretzky was pulling and Eric
Dickerson like, no, I don't want him to break my record,
it wouldn't be as good for the game, I don't
think so. I love what Gretzky is doing there, and.

Speaker 4 (01:50:37):
Why does he Why would he care? I mean, I
know he wants the record, but he's you know, everyone
considers me the greatest of all time, Like, I mean,
this doesn't change that.

Speaker 2 (01:50:44):
Fact, right right, Well, yeah, that's part of it too.

Speaker 4 (01:50:46):
It doesn't really change anything. So why not You're on,
you know, someone to break in. And again, it's a
pretty remarkable consistency for for Ovechkin and the you know,
the Capitols are good. I took the game over today
as well. I think they're going to try to get
to get the ball near the net for Ovechkin to
get rebounds and tips and deflections and find a ways

(01:51:07):
from the score as soon as possible.

Speaker 2 (01:51:09):
I just I can't believe fellas that Gretzky is unpopular
as he is in Canada. Now, that's insane to me,
because of his politics. People that freaking hate this.

Speaker 3 (01:51:20):
I saw.

Speaker 4 (01:51:20):
I saw some tweets about that yesterday. I don't follow
Gretzy's politics. I don't know what they are, but yeah,
that's I did see some tweets on that yesterday.

Speaker 2 (01:51:31):
I think a lot of it's the tariffs stuff and
he's not spoken out. And oh dude, they like they
smeared one of his like, uh statues with feces. They
hate this guy now because it's insane, Like, how can
you not separate hockey from politics? A lot of people
are just not doing that right now in Canada.

Speaker 1 (01:51:53):
In Canada, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:51:55):
I just say, staying your lane anyway, if you're an
actor being an actor, if you're a hockey player, hockey player.

Speaker 2 (01:52:01):
That's what he's doing. Like he's not speaking, he's not
he's doing the MJ thing.

Speaker 4 (01:52:05):
I think one of my takes on on the on
the stock market. I guess I'll stay my length. I'll
just talk about I'll talk about sports.

Speaker 2 (01:52:13):
Well that's a thing, man. After the college season goes away,
we are going to have a politics only segment on Countdown.
I don't know if you guys, did you guys get
that email?

Speaker 4 (01:52:23):
I must have lost it. I will wager on politics.
I go well in November, but I will. I will
dabble in politics. It was money to be made, man, I'm.

Speaker 5 (01:52:32):
I'm absolutely money to be made.

Speaker 4 (01:52:35):
Yeah on that so uh yeah, I aren't there some
states pushing to put it in the domestic books, right,
I think, sure, yeah, there's obviously those predicted predicted markets.

Speaker 5 (01:52:46):
You can m GM booked it, but bet mgm was
was one of the only sports books that was actually booking.
They were booking in Canada on the election. So yeah, yeah, yeah,
pretty uh pretty interesting. And there is some American mark
that Calshy app and there is some America.

Speaker 4 (01:53:03):
Some of the prediction prediction apps, right, like, you're really
not it's not it's not technically gambling because you're like.

Speaker 5 (01:53:09):
Right, you're buying, you're buying contracts, you're buying. It's gambling
though it gambling. The Las Vegas Shrip had giant ads
for Calshy and Interactive Brokers during uh the elections, and
then they were absolutely gambling.

Speaker 4 (01:53:24):
But it's the same as when some of these apps
that do the daily but they call it, they call
it more or less. It's over under, it's over under.

Speaker 2 (01:53:36):
For years, for years it was like, oh, it's daily fantasy,
it's not gambling. It's like what are you talk And
of course it is absolutely.

Speaker 5 (01:53:43):
Gambling, but break gambling.

Speaker 2 (01:53:47):

Let's do it.

Speaker 1 (01:55:37):
Rapid fire, all right, crack.

Speaker 2 (01:55:40):
We start with you.

Speaker 5 (01:55:41):
What's something you like A rare time that I'm going
to be betting the Dodgers this year. Let's throw a
little peanut plus on the Dodgers on the road here.
But the thing, the value here is you're not going
to get the Dodgers like minus a dollar thirty your
life many times this year. So I know they're playing
the Phillies. Great team, you have some futures on the Phillies,

(01:56:01):
But I like the Dodgers in the spot with Glass,
Now let's go with the La Dodgers.

Speaker 4 (01:56:06):
This is like, this is like the worst possible thing
to bet on the team you hate. But Querk says,
so disappointed.

Speaker 2 (01:56:12):
You're gonna roll with the Dodgers today.

Speaker 4 (01:56:14):
Jeff, let me have crack, says, so, hey, we gotta
do it another day.

Speaker 2 (01:56:17):
They're not playing the Giants.

Speaker 4 (01:56:18):
Guy, Well, that's not gonna happen. The other night there
was a wager sent out against my Giants. I did
not bet on it because I just don't do that.
We know this many times I don't. The Giants won
that game, by the way, So that was one of
your four one of your four losses so far in
baseball was the one that I was like, I'm glad.
Good for me again. I just don't don't do it.
It's my maathmeetic ethos. All right, give me a Yukon

(01:56:39):
mine six and a half and fud over twelve and
a half points for Yukon tonight. I like, O, that's
you're gonna score a goal. That puck drops about thirty
minutes there in that game. And that's that's where I'm
sitting right now for some of my wedgers for today.

Speaker 2 (01:56:54):
All right, I'm going with the parlay today. You guys,
you tell me go thumbs up for thumbs down here,
but I think this makes sense. It's at plus one
oh two, so a little better than even money. I'm
gonna go soccer on. You give me Newcastle in the
Premier League. Leicester City is freaking disgustingly bad. They're awful.
They're gonna get re relegated. So I've got Newcastle just

(01:57:17):
winning the match minus two hundred and then I'm also
looking at the NBA so Pacers Nuggets. The total is
two forty and a half. It's gonna be a shootout.
Denver needs this win. It's a log jam in the West.
They can't lose ground. The Pacers have been playing some
really good basketball. I think it's gonna be a shootout.

(01:57:37):
The total again, two forty and a half. I went
with an adjusted line. I went all the way down
to two thirty and a half. So you you bear
those two things together. The over in the PACER's Nuggets
two thirty and a half. Give me Newcastle minus two
hundred together, that's plus one oh two. What do we
think we on board? You're just rooting for me, Crack?
What do you think here?

Speaker 5 (01:57:57):
I'm on board the team player Ford?

Speaker 2 (01:58:00):
Yeah, okay, Jeff, what do you think there's a lot
of words right there? Do you all right with this here?

Speaker 4 (01:58:05):
I know I went to Oregon, but I can comprehend
the words. When you said soccer, I might have boss over.
So do you know what I rooted for you?

Speaker 3 (01:58:15):
Oh?

Speaker 5 (01:58:16):
Wow?

Speaker 2 (01:58:16):
Leicester City sucks? Fade Leicester City.

Speaker 4 (01:58:20):
The difference is when when Cracks is he's rooting for you,
That tell me is on the other side, and so
I'm not on the other side. I just I'm I.
I just can't add soccer to my life.

Speaker 2 (01:58:33):
Okay, hey, nothing wrong with that. We got Cracks play
the day. Let's do this.

Speaker 1 (01:58:39):
This is the best play of the day. Man.

Speaker 2 (01:58:43):
All right, Crack, what do you have for us going
to the NBA.

Speaker 5 (01:58:46):
Let's go to Oklahoma City against the Lakers. Here, let's
go to one of these props. Let's go to Kildus
Alexander over one and a half, three pointers, over forty
five in his last sixty five and the Lakers give
up a ton of frees too. Alexander had ten three
point attempts in his last matchup first to Lakers. I

(01:59:08):
just need the Lakers to keep this game close and
be competitive. If they keep it close, keep it competitive,
I think we go over here over the one and
a half. This is a nice play for me to
end this show today and heading down to Augusta getting
my boys some shirts. May even throw you in a
little golf hat there.

Speaker 4 (01:59:29):
Please FaceTime, I would like nothing more. Four time from
Crack next.

Speaker 5 (01:59:33):
Week, FaceTime from the cup, from the glove, from the
golf shop.

Speaker 2 (01:59:36):
So by the way, uh, we're a little short on time.
But the Pistons broadcaster George blahad you did you hear
what he said earlier this week they were doing a
game against OKC and he was like, yeah, shake Gildes
Alexander Measley three assists. Joker has way more than this guy,
always legendary. Everybody, enjoy your day. We'll catch you suit guys,
