Speaker 4 (01:17):
I'm good? What's going on? Andy has everything?

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Everything is great. We're moving now to the pinnacle of
college football. And before we kind of dissect what happened
yesterday in the game, I got a problem. My question
is this, where are you Lane? We're waiting for your Lane.

Speaker 1 (01:32):
Kiffin.

Speaker 2 (01:32):
You told the world you're gonna make the announcement on Saturday.
You're gonna leave. If you're gonna go, don't let the
door hit you in the rear end on the way out,
because you know why, it's not fair to the school,
it's not fair to your players, it's not fair to
college football. And you know what what you're saying where
you're saying right now by dangling Florida and LSU out there,
and all the media reports say he's gonna go to LSU. Okay,

(01:56):
you're saying that you really can't win at Ole Miss.
All right, and let me just say this, Buck before
I let you have you say, let me just say this.
Old Miss was a school that gave him a second life, really,
because if you remember one thing he was in Tennessee,
he got canned with a seven and six season, He
got fired on the tarmac. If you remember at USC,
Nick Saban fired him ahead of a national championship game

(02:19):
when he couldn't change around to the offensive coordinated duties
with his role as Florida Atlantic University head coach. Okay,
so right now, he spent a couple of years in
Boca Raton, his best years have been in Oxford, Mississippi,
and now he's saying to them, the heck with you.
I don't think it's right. I think it's wrong for
everybody concerned, especially the players, your tank, my friend, Bucket Brooks.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Yeah, and I'm with you. I'm not real pleased. I
think what Lane has done as a disservice to the program,
all the good will that he built up over his
time at Old Miss, building the program back up, making
him national contenders, national title contenders, like he stoned it
all the way. And this is situation where if you
feel like you can go to LSU, you need to leave,
but you can't keep taking the kids in the program

(03:05):
through that. I just don't like all of this. I
don't like what it represents in those things. And at
a time when coaches are complaining about players jumping in
the portal not being committed, they continue to show time
and time again they only committed to the paycheck. And
for him to leave what I think is a really
good situation, a situation where he could be the greatest

(03:26):
coach to have ever put the hat and whistle on
at Ole Miss. To me, it just takes away from
what college football should be, but it just reveals what
college football really is.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
There's no doubt now if Lane Kiffin's goal in life
is to win a national championship, all he's got to
do is win four more games and he's right there. Okay,
this is something LSU has not done in what thirteen years.
I don't know what he's done with double digit wins
he's had there when he was something like fifty five
or nineteen at Old Miss. I get that. So if
he wants to win a national championship, why is he
bolting on the rebels moving to LSU. I don't get it.

(04:01):
I don't understand this whole mindset is an ego? Is
it that he wants to do what others have done
in the past at LSU. Every form of coach except
Brian Kelly has won a national championship at LSU. I
don't get it. I mean what they have done. They
they're given in the red carpet at LSU. They love them.
They'll build a statue for him in Oxford, Mississippi. And
he wants to go. And I don't know whether the

(04:22):
athletic threat to and or the president of Old MISSUS
right now, because if he says this afternoon that he's
going to LSU, you know what I do. I take
a truck empty out of his office and say Locke
to put the padlock on it and get out. We
don't want your coach in the playoffs. You're out of here.
We don't want you anymore. That's the way it should be, really, that.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Is one hundred percent the way that it should be.
If he doesn't want to be a rebel next year,
then he certainly can't be a rebel right now. So
he doesn't get an opportunity to coach the team in
the playoff and those things, and even though it might
hurt Ole Miss in their playoff runt, I would rather
have someone that wants to be all about us than
someone that is halfway in halfway out. And he's shown
because I felt this, if he was going to stay

(05:03):
at Old Miss, he could have shut it down early
in the process and be like, you know what, guys,
I appreciate all the good things, but I am here
the fact that he let a drag out, the fact
that it's become such a national distraction. Even I'm checking
my off phone every twenty minutes or thirty minutes waiting
for an announcement. Look, man, it's bad. It's just a
bad look. And literally all of the currency that he

(05:24):
had built up where people were beginning to become Lane
Kiff and Vans. When you talk about all the stuff
he gave him drinking, did all this other stuff, Like
if his lifestyle did all that, it's all up in smoke.
Because this decision and the way he's handled it all bad.

Speaker 2 (05:39):
Well, the truth of the matter is he still is
a rebel, if you know what I mean. He's a
rebel in his own mind, that's what he is. He's
probably a bit of a I don't know the guy. Okay,
he's probably a bit of an egomaniac. I mean, I
don't know. And the grass is never greener. On the
other side, it really Isn't they love him at all?

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Miss?

Speaker 2 (05:54):
And now he's gonna be forever? Really I think hated
did old Miss? And maybe, look, maybe I'm completely wrong,
maybe he's gonna change, but I think the money they've
they're dangling in front of him at LSU is just
too attractive. And remember, old Miss is the one that
opened the door and gave him a second life because
he hadn't really done much until he got the old Miss.

(06:16):
Fifty five and nineteen and sixty years double digit wins.
Pretty darn good, it really is. But he's gone RAU
all right. I'm not for Lane Kiffin. Okay, he doesn't
deserve the twelve K with us. But let's talk about
what happened yesterday. I was watching that Oregon game and
now Washington gave him a little bit of a game,
but it was a twenty six to fourteen game. So
what happens now? Obviously the Ducks they're going to be
in the twelve team playoff. They finished eleven to one,

(06:37):
eight and one of the Big Ten. And the Huskies
not a bad year for them, eight and four and
five and four. They came pretty close. It was like
nineteen to fourteen on a less minute touchdown, but that
was the end of them. But Oregon's pretty good. But
I don't think they're going to challenge Ohio State or Indiana.
I just think Ohio State right now. They've gotten better
every single week when they play, and they just rolled
over Michigan yesterday. They really did. It was three nothing

(06:59):
and they have that the game was over.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
Really yeah, I mean going to Ohio State like they did, dominate.
Matt Patriciat has made a world of difference defensively cleaned
up some of the wolves that they had, even though
they wont type last year and talked about clean it up.
But they're just a rock solid defense. They dominate people
from the beginning to the end. They play hard, they
run to the ball. They're fundamentally sound and had to

(07:24):
dispatch of their nemesis because when you're looking at that
game and Michigan jumps up six nothing, they blew an
opportunity to put a seventh spot up which made it ten.
Nothing that changed the energy in the stadium. But no
matter what positive things that went, Michigan's way, O higher step,
O higher step, Ohio State kept battling, came back, took

(07:44):
it over and dominated the game. Very spectacular performance for
the Buckets.

Speaker 2 (07:49):
And the beautiful thing about that game it was like
football the way football should be played. You couldn't even
see the lines on the field because of the snow.
That's the way I like I was thinking about when
dome stadiums came into vogue. I mean, really and truly
football should be played the way it was played yesterday.
Even that Illinois Northwestern game was the same thing. You
couldn't even see the football lines because of the snow.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
Love that.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
How many games have you played in snow? And how
difficult is that.

Speaker 4 (08:14):
I played in a few games and not where it
was a full on snow storm the entire game. But
it's a little different. So when I was in Buffalo
and Green Bay, they'll tell you this that it snow's
worn Buffalo, but it's colder in Green Bay, and so
the snow would always kind of be a factor and
you just have to get used to how it impacts
the field to make it slick. All those other things

(08:37):
you got to dress appropriately, but the snow was just
different because not only are you cold, but you got
precipitation at the stuff flying around, and it depending on
when it kicks off a start, so it could be
doing the entire game, it could be a part of it.
So you just got to be able to lock in
and focus on the main thing. But it's definitely a challenge.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
No doubt. You know what I love about those snow
games and those cold game Those big linemen they want
to come out there and sholl tough day, but they
always wear shirts sleeves. They don't wear anything at all
except the shirt sleeve, a short sleeve shirt. I remember
when the Cincinnati Bengals were playing I think it was
then the San Diego Charges what they called the Freezer
Bowl in Cincinnati. It was like minus thirty two degrees.
All those offensive linemen, I don't know what they put

(09:18):
on their wrongs, but they all wear short sleeve shirts.
It was I mean, it's like a mind game. I
don't know how you could do that, but they did.
That's what they did in that game.

Speaker 4 (09:26):
Yeah, I mean, there are few different a few different
ways that people attack it in terms of the psychological
advantages that you would have. Some people won't put on
like their shirts. They go out there like either shirtless
or with cutoffs and those things on. Other people will say, oh,
I'm not gonna wear gloves today because I'm gonna let
them know. I'm not gonna put the jacket on them,
stay away from heater. All those things can't help, But

(09:50):
do you want them to help? Like like that? So
you just have to like I mean, you know, you
just have to lock in and focus. It's a very
interesting journey in Rodo.

Speaker 2 (10:00):
You know one guy who was happy yesterday? I was
Brian Kelly Why LSU lost?

Speaker 4 (10:03):
You know that?

Speaker 2 (10:04):
Well, look, he's happy because he's getting his money now
because it's kind of finalized when they threw him out
of there. But they lost to Oklahoma seventeen thirteen. Oklahoma
almost blew that game. But I guess Brian Kelly was
cheering there because you know, the guy gets fired from
a school, you don't want to see them do better
after you leave. I'm sure of that. So he was
happy that hiss. LSU Tigers lost seventeen thirteen to the
number eight ranked sooners, and you know, it was scary

(10:26):
for Oklahoma for a while, but Oklahoma kind of lost.
But I think the big story yesterday, really one of
the big stories actually was Miami. Miami of Florida, the
twelfth Frank Miami football team. He finished ten and two,
six and two in the ACC. They rolled over pit
at pitt yesterday thirty eight seven. But the Hurricanes right now,
you know they're not going to be in the finals

(10:46):
of the ACC title game, so because Louisville and then
SMU after lost to those guys earlier in the year.
So what happens to Miami now? I mean they're in
And I think Miami is one of those teams kind
of like Notre Dame in a sense, and they did
beat not Your Dame. You just don't know what you
get in any given day.

Speaker 4 (11:08):
I'm gonna say this, Yeah, they're probably one of the
bigger disappointments because this was supposed to be their year,
coming on the heels of last year, supposedly being their year,
and they just let you down at the biggest moments
when they have winnable games, games that you already kind
of moved on to the next week. They don't get
things done. And even though they were close enough, they're

(11:28):
much closer than that any other time they've been, you know,
like Mario, it's just there's something off, and you know
they're gonna have this debate about whether they deserve to
be in over Notre Dame. In those things Notre Dame
were talking about ten straight wins, beating everybody about double digits,
basically said the slot through there, but had to head.

(11:49):
They have the tiebreaker over the fighting Irish and you
want to see him go. I mean, their quarterback is
streaky and Carson back, but when he's playing at a
high level of this offense, this team can rock. I
just don't. I just don't know why they can't get
over the hump. And I don't know if there's like
a new voice and new leadership that could that can

(12:11):
make it happen. But you want to see the U
back is just a watered down version of the U
that we see right now. I love that.

Speaker 2 (12:17):
But what about Vanderbilt beating Tennessee. I never would have
thought I'd see that. It's Vanderbil a ten win season
ten and two as an SEC team. That is unreal.
I mean, and what about Diego Heisman Trophy winning out
from Vanderbilt at quarterback. What do you think I think
he's getting it.

Speaker 4 (12:36):
I mean, look, he's a talented player, he has a
lot of swag, a moxie. He's the most notable name
brand out there. Todd Simpson fell apart a little bit
against the Auburn Tigers in the Iron Bowl, so he
doesn't have enough momentum to get it. I mean those
it is weird because Indiana is great, but I don't
know if anyone is like in love with the quarterback.

(12:58):
So that leaves Diego Poppy, who has the biggest personnelity.
He has a flare to his game. He's dramatic, he's fun,
he has the sizzle ability and when they win, they
win because of him. He certainly has a good chance.
He has a really good chance. My vote would go
to Jeremiah Love, running back from Notre Dame, but I
can't be mad if you know the kid wins it

(13:18):
from Vanderbilt. If Diego wins.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
Well you know it's a quarterback contest basically, So I
think the Notre Dame running back was as great as
he is. I'll get votes, but I don't think he's
gonna win it. It's just a quarterback deal.

Speaker 4 (13:32):
Yeah, I mean I get that, and it doesn't make sense,
but that makes.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
Sense, it does, you know, a little bit of a
sad note. Yesterday Colorado finishing the season three and nine. However,
after the game, I heard coach Dion Sanders and he
said that he basically hit that he's going to be
back to there. Things are going to be different, things
are gonna change. You know. It's funny, but when he
came in there, there was a lot of criticism because
what he did, like he changed the entire roster, what

(13:56):
he brought like thirty forty guys in there. And I
think you made a comment about that. I kind of
resonated in my mind for months, really that it's difficult
to bring so many players in from so many different
areas and you want them to gel immediately. It just
doesn't happen. And obviously it didn't happen there in Colorado.

Speaker 4 (14:15):
No, it hasn't. I'm just a disappointing season. And I
feel like we're saying that a lot about these programs
are a struggle. But yeah, the expectations were so much
greater than what the product the final product delivered, and
some of that was, you know, coach Ryan was away
health issues, stuff like that. So you have other people
run the team, and no matter what you say, you

(14:36):
can lay the plan out, but someone else in charge,
they kind of put their own imprint on everything. And
then when you come down to the players, and you know,
they missed on some transfer portal guys, they gave money
to some guys who didn't end up playing for them
at a high level. It's just a mess and it's
unfortunate because it's all right there, but it's just messy

(14:56):
right now.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
I agree with you there. I mean I think turn
it around, but it's gonna be difficult. And you know,
with the new athletic turret there coming up to Colorado,
you don't know what's going to happen. I mean, he'll
be back, but will he get everything he got before?
And it's a lot different coming in with all the
hype when you're there several years and some of those
years were a little bit of a disappointment. So we'll

(15:19):
keep our eye on Colorado right there. And speaking of disappointing,
I mean, you're North Carolina Tar Hills losing to NCY
State twenty eight thirteen yesterday. So what happens now is
that Bill Belichick finishes like four and eight? Was that
I thought for sure they make a bowl? I thought
they'd be Bowl eligible for sure this year.

Speaker 4 (15:36):
Yeah, I mean I do a lot of expectations tied
to the program, but you are what your record is.
And at four and eight, losing to your rivals, losing
to all the N state teams over the last three games. Look,
it's not all disappointed. It's heartbreaking because that was something
that provided ourselves in and look as bad and the attention,

(15:57):
even though it's a lot good or bad, only has
changed the perception around the program. So they have to
sit and reflect and figure out who they want to be,
how can they get there? And then they got to
get there. That's what it is and that's what the
expectations would be in the second season. So topeeling to
get the to work.

Speaker 2 (16:16):
All right, This is for you, Bucky Brooks. This is
a big one in Texas A and M. They lose
the game, Okay, Texas wins and now they're making a
big case for I guess to go to the college
football playoffs. Can they do it? Let's talk about Texas
for a minute. For a minute. They finished year nine
to three, and they got wins over Vanderbilt Oklahoma and
Texas A and M. All right, and they're currently rankling
in the top fourteen. Texas has a couple of big

(16:39):
time losses. I mean, when i'd say positive losses, if
you want to go that direction, good losses. They lost
to Ohio State and Georgia. Does Texas make it? Do
they make the playoffs? I mean, I don't know. That
was a big win over Texas A and M. And
more than that, it was a tremendous loss for Texas
A and M. They were perfect all year long, but
that was their first loss.

Speaker 4 (17:01):
Yeah, we'll start with Texas first. I think Texas should
definitely be in. If we're going to be at a
point where we encourage people to take on tough games
because we want to see him. Guys should be rewarded
for their efforts in a win or in a loss,
because if they safe, they wouldn't have that held on
their ledger. So look, I think they're definitely in. I'll

(17:21):
put Notre Dame in. They're just on the eyes, they
look like in a built like a playoff team, and
I just think that they deserve to be there. The
two other teams that I'm concerned about, Miami is right there,
and I know they had to head they beat. You know,
they deserve to win because they they be notre dame.

(17:41):
They head to head contest, so I understand that. But
they don't have any real, notable wins outside of that.
So you have that, so I don't know. I have
to see how the rest of it plays out. And
then you have the spot that's reserve for group of
five and which team is going to fill that spot.
So overall, I think you should reward the teams that

(18:03):
played the big games, the marquee games, because they gave
us an opportunity to see them work. They put themselves
out there. You don't want to penalize people for playing
those games, because otherwise, why would I ever schibule anybody hard.
I was just trying to get the ten or eleven
wins and let the vote, the voting committee determine whether
I'm in or not.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
No, You're exactly right, and we'll see what happens there.
I'll leave you with this. I think when there was
four teams going to the college football playoffs, there was
a little more I think discussion, a little more controversy
and maybe more fan interest. Right now, with a dozen
teams going in, it's like, well, you know they'll get in,
don't you think. I mean, when you have four teams

(18:41):
in there, everybody was talking about the team having their
nose pressed against the glass number five. Right now, no
one's talking about team number thirteen. You know, twelve teams.
Did you got to get teams in there with three losses?
I mean, you know, a good bitter and different. It's
just the way it's going to be.

Speaker 4 (18:58):
Yeah, Now, some of this is going to be a
manufacturer controversy, and a lot of it really stems from
Notre Dame in Miami, like which team goes, which team stays,
and if it comes down to a situation where Notre
Dame is on the block, some coaches are going to
be like, see, it's not worth it. It's not worth
taking on those big games. Whereas if Steve Sarkizan and
Texan gets in, they are rewarded for playing those tough games.

(19:20):
So we the people in the media and the greater
community football community, you need to determine what's important, Like
do you want undefeated teams? We want teams that have
been challenged a little bit and give the challenging teams
an opportunity to get back into it. That's what this
week should be about.

Speaker 2 (19:38):

right away, we go a little National Football League talk
right now, because, as you know, Bucky Brooks, the media
was very quick to call the Chicago Bears a surprise,
call him a flash in the pan. They said it

(21:28):
was fool's gold. But on Friday they beat the defending
Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles twenty four to fifteen, and
now maybe they're not that much of a surprise at
all at nine to three. As a matter of fact,
Ben Johnson now in only twelve games as head coach,
that may have been the biggest win in the Chicago
Bears franchise in years. They're in first place in the
NFC North. And then just this close, see my fingers,

(21:51):
they're this close towards winning and clinching a playoff berth.
It is unbelievable and really and truly they handed it
to the Eagles pretty good. What's the difference. What has
Ben Johnson done in Chicago that changed the whole outlook?
What they call culture now?

Speaker 4 (22:09):
Well, I mean he did change the culture. He raised
the standards, the practice standards. He raised the expectations that
they have inside and outside of the building. And they're
performing at a high level because they know exactly who
they are. And when I think about the Bears, I
think about two words physicality and pozzass. When you watch
them on the offense, the physicality and toughness that they

(22:32):
exhibit running the football is exactly what you want. However,
they do it with some pizzazz. They mix it enough
trick plays, fun plays, complimentary plays that kind of captivate
the minds and the imaginations of the football geeks while
still being an old school team. Then on defense, they
are a team that specializes in taking the ball away,

(22:52):
and whenever you take the ball away, that gives you
a chance to win because it's the biggest deciding factor
in who and loses football games. They've done all those
things because Ben Johnson's put together staff that has stressed
those things. And then Ryan Pole's general manager for the Bears,
deserves credit for upgrading the roster, the people that they
bought in, the veterans, the young guys. It's all working together,

(23:16):
and you have a coach who's fearless, who's making it happen. Yeah,
he copied the blueprint that he saw work successfully in Detroit.
But guess what those blueprints work because they are built
for those type teams that have to play in the
environments that they play in the NFC North.

Speaker 2 (23:33):
I'm gonna make you very proud of me right now
because I listen to you. I digest everything you said
because you're the football maven. I don't care who's on TV,
who's on radio. No one knows more football on God's
Green Earth than Bucket Brooks, and I picked it up.
I learned a little bit because I watched these games
on TV and they always have these lunatics saying, here
are the keys of the game. You know what The
keys of the game in football is two things. Number

(23:54):
one turnovers and number two make a team one dimensional.
Is that true? If you're gonna make a team one dimensional, bee,
make it just run the football and take away the
pass game and vice versa. Well, turnovers and takeaways, that's
how you win a game. That's the two keys of
the game, period and the story well, I mean, those.

Speaker 4 (24:12):
Are the keys of the game, and it's been tried
and true from the beginning of time. If you stop
the run and you force turnovers, you're going to win
a bunch of games. It doesn't mean you can win
one hundred percent of your games, but you're gonna be
in the upper percentiles of winning if you can control
the game by either running it and not allowing the
opponent to run, which forces long yard of situations. And

(24:32):
then in those long yarded situations you blitz them, you
pressure them. They throw arrant passes that are tipped to
overthrown into the hands of defenders, which leads to turnovers.
Then that is the winning recipe. It's been that way forever.
The Bears are doing it, other teams are doing it.
But it's easier said than done. But if you stick
to the principles, it always takes you to the winner circle.

Speaker 2 (24:54):
I learned from Bucket Brooks. That's true. Okay. I watched
that that Bears came against the Eagles on Friday. Bears
had the bull twenty one minutes in the first half.
They ran the bull at ease against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Bears had two one hundred yard rushers in that game.
It's the first time the Bears have had that since
nineteen eighty five, and one of those guys was Walter Payton.
How do they like that? Eagles? So right now eight

(25:15):
and four, and here's my question, Sae Kwon Barkley thirteen
carries for fifty six yards. What's the deal. I don't understand.
They put the bull in the guy's belly. He susul
to get the bull twenty five to thirty times a game.
I don't understand it. And several years ago when the
Eagles were kind of faltering like a mid season these
like two years ago, what do they do? They changed
their offense. They went to a running offense and it worked.

(25:36):
I don't understand it. You got Sae Kwon Barkley who
ran for over two thousand yards last year.

Speaker 4 (25:41):
Well, you got a lot of people that are demanding
of the ball. AJ Brown being one, and we know
about his because it's so public, but there people privately
that are walking down to the O c's office every
day saying, hey, man, I can help us win, give
me a shot. Da da da da da. And then
you have others within the organization offering up their opinions
when it comes to how things should be run, how

(26:03):
we need to run it through or whatever. So the
overall discord between the team is impacting the performance of
the offense because if you have Aj Brown on the outside,
sulking Devonte Smith potentially maybe not complaining about getting enough
touches to be an impact player to run the games
on the trade, no one is happy and it falls
on the quarterback to try and figure out how to

(26:23):
make everybody happy. But it's hard to do and they're
struggling because they don't have any chemistry, they don't have
any connection or deeper level of commitment, and so everyone
is out here playing for themselves. And that's why they're
getting their back beat out the last couple of weeks.

Speaker 2 (26:40):
It's amazing because everybody said, well, the Eagles, they're going
to have an easy road down the rest of the
schedule because they got a weak defense on these teams
that they're playing down the road. By the way, they
played the Dallas Cowboys and they lost to the Cowboys,
and the Cowboys with thirty first in defense and they
lost thirty one to twenty eight. So you got two
Super Bowl teams right now that are gasping to try

(27:00):
to even make the playoffs. And I think to an
extent that's a good thing. As far as following the
game as a fan. You know, different faces. Okay, they've
had their day in the sun. Move away, the Cowboys
are coming on strawing. The Cowboys are six' five and.
One they went three. Straight so all of a, sudden
Now Dak prescott's looking pretty, good and you know, what
he's going to get some VOTES i think FOR. MVP

(27:22):
i don't think he's going to get, it BUT i
think he's going to get some.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
Votes. YEAH i, mean, Look Dak prescott is playing at
THE mvp. LEVEL i said in her the commercial where
it Was Brady LeVar And Jonas knox talking About Michael
parsons and how that wasn't a big deal and those.
Things BUT i will say, this two things can be
true at. Once, look it's unfortunately they weren't able to

(27:47):
Retain micah because he's one of their best. Players, however
maybe they needed to move on From micah to build
a better. Team AND i think one of the things
that we underestimated overlooked the team, component meaning, chemistry. Connectivity
that stuff, matters and so when you have high levels
of commitment and, accountability there's a trust and if you're

(28:09):
not able to trust your, teammate it falls. Apart so
maybe some of the issues that The cowboys had had
little to do With micah's talent or his contract, demands
but more to do with the team and his ability
to fit in with the. Team The cowboys are real
because WHEN i look at this team and watch them On,
Thursday George pick And Cedee lamb two unstoppable forces on the.

(28:30):
Perimeter they can run the, ball Which Avonta Williams sta've
invested heavily in that offensive, line and the moves that
they've made recently have helped them fortified defense that was struggling.
Early but, man they're really good late and so this
gives them a chance to make a.

Speaker 2 (28:44):
Run, okay you mentioned the term, team AND i think
that for years we saw that there was pretty good
chemistry and a good team In Kansas. City and basically
it's the same. Team so what makes this team now
all of a sudden six and Six Kansas city and
kind of gasping to get to the. Playoffs the one
THING i see is that maybe old age age is set.
In they're not the SAME i mean age will do. That,

(29:05):
well maybe just to being a little bit. Complacent been,
there done, that and they're taking things for. GRANTED i don't,
Know i've never been in a situation like, that but
it seems to me rather. Strange you got the same,
participants the same, players same, personnel and they're not doing.

Speaker 4 (29:19):
Anything, YEAH i, mean there's so much to, do you
have so many different things going, on but you're, right,
like they're not doing. Anything you're trying to figure it all,
out trying to put it. Together but here's the beauty
of the, season as we break it. Down the calendar
is about to flip and when we get To, december
like you have an opportunity to play your best. Ball

(29:39):
there's six games left when we talk about. Today if
you're playing your best ball down the, stretch it gives
you an opportunity to make a deep postseason. Run will
now have an opportunity to see which of these teams
and if this team can flip the, switch get it all,
right put all the hurt feelings, aside and let's get to.
Work if they can get to, work they still have a.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
Chance well, here you, know no talk about how a?
Chance is there a chance for The Cincinnati bengals to
make the. Playoffs joe, Cool Joe burrow came Back thursday.
Night they beat The Baltimore ravens In baltimore thirty two to.
Fourteen it wasn't so much Of joe Or joe did play.
Well But Lamar, jackson oh my. GOODNESS i never saw
him so. ERRATIC i, mean it was unbelievable AND i

(30:19):
don't know what. HAPPENED i, mean Did Joe borrow just
give them a? Lyft Or baltimore. Helped there's no doubt
that five. Turnovers as we talked about the turnover, situation
The bengals are tough on, defensive but one of the
best defensive efforts they had all. Season but still in
All baltimore was not The Baltimore ravens team we saw
that rolled off five straight.

Speaker 4 (30:36):
Wins no they're. Not but they've been sloppy all year
and under. Pressure, man your habits really really show. Up
first time we Saw baltimore this, year we saw them
giveaway a game at the end with. Turnovers King henry
laid it. Down we saw blowing assignments in those. Things
they don't pay great attention to detail this year for whatever,
reason and it comes back to bite him over and

(30:58):
over and over. Again, yeah and this is a team
that we'd already penciled in to win The north because
they look they did the horror port, early got themselves
back in, contention and then they're gonna fall. Off now
they're Jeckling. High you don't know which team he's going
to show. Up so they're very frustrating and difficult team
to for analyze breakdown because their, performance their production doesn't

(31:23):
match the talents of the players did they have on their, roster.

Speaker 2 (31:27):
No doubt about. That but all of a, sudden now
The bengals at four and eight three and one in the.
Division that division is still up for. Grabs they Got
baltimore in two weeks, again they Got. Pittsburgh there's a.
CHANCE i, mean, LOOK i know it's a long, shot
but Did Joe burrow make that much of a. Difference
is it a mental? Thing is it a rally Around

(31:47):
joe or is it that much of a. Difference Because
Jamar chase came back to life seven catches for like
one hundred and ten, yards fourteen. TARGETS i mean it was,
big and they got a running. Game, now you know
they really do so. Well is there a chance in
your mind that that The bengals can go on a
roll here and make a playoff run.

Speaker 4 (32:07):
One hundred? Percent they can always go to really. ROLL
i mean they're, talented, Yeah, LIKE i, mean they're talented
enough to make. One, now defensively they can't stop, anybody
but offense that they can keep the pressure on. People
they can make you play in an uncomfortable. STYLE i
think they're with two and a half games off the,
pace they can get back in. IT i think there's
a way where they can convince themselves that they're gonna

(32:28):
have a chance to get in. It And Joe burr
is only gonna get. Better as he knocked off the
rest we saw in the second half he kind of
was rounding back in the form more weeks of. Preparation,
yeah he's gonna be even. Better like, So, YEAH i
have confidence that they're gonna get into the, Conversation they're
gonna make the graphic and then it's on them to
help them out by knocking off some of these. Heavyweights

(32:50):
but a lot of, ammunition no doubt about.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
That we'll see it's going to be exciting down the home.
Stretch there we. Go He's Bucky brooks And Andy firmwell
life in The Fox Sports radio. Studios and by the,
way we got some, Questions bri you got some questions.
Too you, know while we got the man, here We're
lucky the man to answer? Them why because Ask bucky is?
Next all? Right As spucky right around the, band That's Bucky.
Brooks it's about fourteen minutes before the top of the.
Hour this Is Fox Football sunday On Fox bus ready

(33:15):
with S Bucky brooks And Made FIRMAN. A we are
broadcasting live for The Fox Puts radio. Studios but it's
time for As bucky SO i mean it's time For. Brie,
brie are you? Ready can you handle? This is it
too big for?

Speaker 3 (33:25):
You i'd like to KNOW i can actually handle. This
thank you so much for being, concerned, though appreciate that.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
Concern, YES i can tell.

Speaker 3 (33:33):
You, okay for our first, question we're actually going to
go to our tech, Producer Mark. Ramsey, mark what's your, question.

Speaker 6 (33:39):
So, bucky when any given, play is a cornerback ever
instructed to look back for the ball for the person they're,
defending because it seems like they could prevent a lot
of passes from getting it, through but they never look.

Speaker 2 (33:53):
Back is that always taught or how's that worked?

Speaker 4 (33:55):
Out, yeah so it's taught a few different, ways like in,
zone bring your eyes to the, quarterback so you should
see the ball most of the times coming from the.
Quarterback that's why teams that play zone typically get more
interceptions than teams are in manda man and. Man the
man is a little more tricky because you've got to
turn towards the. Man you're running with the, man and
you're instructed to look back for the ball when the

(34:17):
receiver looks. Back and so sometimes guys receivers are what
we call late hands, guys they won't put their hands
up until, late they won't look back until, late and
so you're trying to make a decision off of their.
Reactions and so that's why some of those guys are
late reacting to the. Ball, also if you're not in
control of the wide, receiver many you're in perfect. Position

(34:38):
you're taught not to look for the, ball but to
play the, pocket which is where the guys put both
hands up and you try and put your hand over their.

Speaker 2 (34:44):
Hands But i'm. Impressed i'm Impressed Magic. MARK i really.
AM aprei that he did it on HIS ownA you
gave THAT i was A. Mark that's a great.

Speaker 3 (34:54):
Question, okay our next question Is steve In Kansas. City,
steve go ahead and give your.

Speaker 7 (34:59):
Question, hey, guys my question About Lane kiffan is throughout
most of this, Process old miss has maintained if they
had the money to MATCH. LSU i think it was twelve,
years seven, years twelve million per year for eighty four

(35:20):
and now that it looks like he's going to take
the job AT, lsu Even Nick saban said the jobs
are about equal in TODAY'S nil. Environment so my question
is was was was was All miss bluffing or or
what are the job THE lsu job really? BETTER i,

(35:41):
mean what's the comparison, there what's the comparison in today's
nil Is Nick saban? Corrected the jobs are about. Equal you.

Speaker 4 (35:51):
Know it's FUNNY i go back and, forth right BECAUSE
i think he's done a great job building Up Old.
Miss THAT i don't understand the value in leaving something
that you've. Establied That you've already created a situation where
you went intoen plus, games you're competing at the national,
level obviously by the way that you're able to go
to the college Football. PLAYOFF i don't, know BUT i
know what people are saying is THAT lsu you can

(36:13):
potentially lure more. Talent we've seen them win national titles.
There we've seen the last three coaches coming there and
win national titles with exception To Brian, kelly so you
know it can be done. THERE i don't. KNOW i
really don't understand what the fascination is going From Old
miss TO. Lsu but maybe he just thinks he can

(36:33):
have more, power more sway more influence without having to
deal with. Administration BUT i would caution, him just look
at how they've done the last couple of. Coaches those
guys get the five years and the guys that people get.
Restless so be careful what you wish.

Speaker 2 (36:49):
For i'd like to answer check one. Thing IF i
May Bucket, BROOKS i know it's As. Bucky, HOWEVER i
think the whole, process as far as All missus concern is.
Disgusting Penn state's looking for a, coach he had nothing about.
That there's no grand standing at. All you have no
idea who's, applying who's, interested who's who's going to get the.
Job but with old miss it was like a daily
thing which oversees the entire. Program it's all About Lane,

(37:10):
kiffin and that to me was. Disgusting.

Speaker 4 (37:14):
Yeah Now Penn state is you're not hearing anything because
they don't know who they're gonna get because all the
guys that they were shooting las pull it. Out but,
YEAH i mean It's, look it's a different. Situation Lane
kivin certainly could handle it. Better but at this, Rate
i'm just. Tired just make a. Decision go where if
you're gonna, go you're not gonna be able to have
your cake and to eat it. Too you're not gonna

(37:34):
be able to stay for the playoffs and and win
with the team before you go. Elsewhere no one wants
to give you an infomercial for your other. Programs so,
yeah whatever it, is it, is it's. WEIRD i don't
like these. Situations but here's where we are as it
relates to college.

Speaker 3 (37:49):
Football are, Alrighty and now we have one question From
twitter From. Gunner how do you think The panthers will
play today when they play The? Rams will they make the?

Speaker 4 (38:00):
Playoffs The panthers are a tough one, man because they
go out To San, francisco they play a very competitive,
game but they lay an egg. OFFENSIVELY i just don't
know which one to. Believe they Going they should lack
The falcons and they lose games they should. LOSE i don't.
KNOW i don't think they will make the playoffs BECAUSE

(38:22):
i don't see them winning the division and only one
team from that division is getting into the. POSTSEASON i
don't think they're. It so i'mouna say. No knowing The panthers,
well and.

Speaker 2 (38:32):
The rams have won their last, six SO i don't
think they're gonna lose.

Speaker 3 (38:35):
Today, okay and then So George pickens currently has more
receiving yards than The steelers wide receivers have. Combined, bucky
do you think The steelers regret Training George.

Speaker 4 (38:46):
Pickens they won't say they regret him because they probably
gonna say there were other things that led them to
move on from. Him he was good on the, field
but he may have been bad in the locker, room
and so they feel like they're better on the, surface. Though,
yeah they. Regret as a talented, player he's a dominant.
Player he's one of the best wide receivers in, football
and we're seeing him show a different skill. Set but

(39:09):
maybe that never comes out In pittsburgh's. Offense maybe they
had them typecasts for a certain. Role now he's playing
a different role where he can fully showcase all the
skills that he brings to the. Table all, right you.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Want me to do? This, yeah you take the last
TIME i got. ONE i want to know what the
hell is THE Nba cup and who really cares about?
It i'm moving to THE nba in this.

Speaker 4 (39:30):
One, well THE Nba cup is mid season tournament that
they created to mimic some of the things that soccer
was doing and a move designed to garne an interest from.
Fans they created THE Nba cup to have a mid season.
TOURNAMENT i don't know if it's calling. ON i don't
know how many people pay attention to. It it's kind

(39:51):
of confusing because they played these cup games at all
these random times and it's not like a true tournament
field where everyone is operating in one day at one,
site one low. Location but, yeah they created a. Cup
it's a missison. Tournament you get trophies and rings and,
bonuses but it means nothing in the final scheme of, things.

Speaker 2 (40:10):
No doubt about. That all, RIGHT i got a quickie
to one last. One less practice in THE nfl means more.
Injuries is that what we're seeing this? Year at least
that's the WAY i. Feel they're practicing less and there's more.

Speaker 4 (40:20):
Injuries. YEAH i mean like you can't fully be ready
for battle unless you spoil a little bit and you
have to practice. More Now i'm an old guy that's
out the, league but we will, say, like, oh back
in the, day when you practice, more you didn't have
as many. Injuries so, yeah you gotta, practice you, practice
you avoid. It thank.

Speaker 2 (40:36):
You all, Right, hey there's a record on the line
and so much more right here On Fox Football sunday
next right, here.

Speaker 1 (40:43):
Don't listening To Fox Sports, radio all?

Speaker 2 (40:46):
Right is it too early to give up on this?
Quarterback well that's right around the. Corner good, Morning good morning, Everybody,
well good evening wherever you might. Be maybe good. AFTERNOON
i don't, know but we Are Fox Football sunday On.
Fox butt's, ready He's Bucket, BROOKS i mean from and
we are live from The Fox Sports radio. Studios and
by the, way let's talk about subscribing to The Fox
Sports radio's YouTube. Channel, YES i think you. Should how

(41:08):
do you do? It just Search Fox Sports radio on
YouTube and you'll see our best videos from all of our.
Shows and don't stop, there no. Way hit that thumbs
up icon and comment the. Way let us know whose
takes it you like and whose takes maybe you don't
like that. Much just Search Fox Sports radio on YouTube and.
Subscribe all, Right, bucky let's get go a LITTLE nfl
action right. Now and the Game i'm looking at and

(41:30):
people gonna, say what the heck are you talking? About
the eight and Four San francisco forty nine ers are In.
Cleveland tell you to play The. Browns browns are three and. Eight,
however a lot of good stories in this. Game if
you open the curtain to take a, look Shad Door
sanders gets his second quarterback stuff for The. Browns AND
i am so happy because this guy got banged around
and just kicked in the rear end big time by.

(41:51):
Everybody not so much for him or his lack of,
performance BECAUSE i thought he was a great college quarterback
because Of daddy and HIS i don't know it just
because of The sanders. Name, REALLY i think there's a
lot of, people especially in the, media who wanted to
see this guy, fail all, Right and he became the
First Cleveland browns, quarterback rookie quarterback since nineteen ninety five to.

(42:11):
Win in his debut. Start last, week he averaged over
ten yards to pass a, ten the best for any
quarterback last, week In week, twelve and last week Against Las,
Vegas sanders had two hundred and nine yards and a.
Touchdown and right now he had one interception and they.
Won and they, Won that's what they did because he
won the. Game And i'm so. HAPPY i am so
happy For Shadua. Sanders and why. Not he deserves, it

(42:34):
don't you.

Speaker 4 (42:35):
AGREE I, mean he got an, opportunity BUT i don't
know if you deserve. Anything, now you got to make
the most of. It and whatever that was last week
and winning a, game that's, Great but it only boughtom
time to have another opportunity to show people that he
could be a start in this. League and he's played
against a Tough San francisco, team and you want to

(42:56):
see him be more. Decisive you want to see him
display the patience and disciplining to attack this kind of
defense that he's going to, see and you want to
continue to see him make the plays that are there
to be made as he leads his team to. Victory
everyone on the, outside we all can stump in campaign for,
him and we can say they, should they, would they?
All none of that stuff. Matters should Door sanders has

(43:17):
convinced the current coaches that he is good enough to
play and that they can trust him to play the
game's most important position the right. Way that's on, him
that's not on anybody. Else so he has to take
advantage of this opportunity and if he gass chances to make,
plays he has to make those plays.

Speaker 2 (43:36):
Right and then they say is. Right there are coming
out of the woodwork, saying, well they played Against Las
vegas and they're a bad. Team so we'll see today
he's going against the forty. Nine let's see what he could.
Do and, Look i'm a should do A sanders. FAN
i was a fan last. YEAR i was shocked and
more disappointed than shocked when when he was drafted in
the fifth. Round you, KNOW i think that it was

(43:57):
it was. Collusion i'll say say that till my dying.
Day it was collusion that these owners did not want
to pick up a guy who's daddy was a big,
name who may be in the shadow of his. KID
i really believe the reason he was bumped out to
the fifth round is because of. Daddy don't you?

Speaker 4 (44:16):
Agree, NO i. WON'T i won't fully agree with. That,
Right SO i would say, this the greater the, talent
the more the. Tolerance and for some people round, around
a lot of executives did not view him as a premier.
Talent and so when you're thinking about that and you're thinking, About,

(44:38):
okay we can develop, him we can bring him in
as a second or third, rounder that's, Great but we
are talking about all the noise that's around, him and
he's a fifth round. Pick so if he's a fifth round,
pick and they're this much noise and conspiracy theories and
all these other things that are being floated out there

(45:01):
and coaches that have to answer for. It at some,
point the coach is gonna turn too his pr person
and be, like, yo, Man i'm. Good and then they're
gonna tell to the scouting, people co, eight no, more
no more guys like, This we're. Good so his, people
biggest supporters are almost doing him a disservice by being
so vocal about, hey man doesn't seem Like Kevin stefanski

(45:22):
likes him or. Whatever and, look that might be true
based on their, interactions but you can't keep putting that
buzz out there because after a, while the team is
gonna make a. Decision is the juice worth the? Squeeze
is the talent worth the? Headache so he just needs
to focus on the work and making sure that it's
clear and apparent to everybody that he not only deserves

(45:43):
me on, team but he deserves to be in a
line Of.

Speaker 2 (45:45):
Well he didn't do much to help himself either with
the speeding. TICKETS i mean that got a lot of.
PLAY i, mean you could get a speeding, ticket but you,
know when a. Guy when a high profile guy LIKE
i should do a share there's goods a speeding ticket
and he was doing like one hundred miles an. HOUR i,
mean you, know you gotta think before you do certain
things in, life you, Know And i'm to. Blame i've
done stupid. Things we all. Have but you, Know i'm
not as visible as it should do a saying, this

(46:07):
that's the difference.

Speaker 4 (46:09):
It. Is but is it, Though like because you're saying
we all have done, it But i'm not, visible SO
i should be able to get away with, it but,
he because he has more, visibility shouldn't when in, essence
we all shouldn't do those things if we're really being about,
It so we can't hold him to a higher standard
than we hold some of the other. Guys AND i

(46:30):
do feel, like, yeah AND i do feel like some
of this is in play where we talk about every
interview and, oh he's not humble, enough he's not, this
he has too much. That but then there are other
guys like A Jackson dart or whatever who exhibit those same.
Qualities so the thing THAT i would say for, everybody, hey,
man pick one standard that we want to measure all
these guys by unless use that same standard when having

(46:52):
any conversation about any of these young, quarterbacks whether they're, cocky, confidence,
swaggy whatever you want to. Say if you don't want
to see some things from one, player then it needs
to go with the other. Player and with, shoulder with
quarterbacks in, general we're so quick to anoint or the
cast off. Quarterbacks we're talking About Shadur sanders in his second,

(47:14):
start we're ready to say that if he doesn't shine
in this, start we need to move off of. Him,
like just think about how crazy that sounds on our
side that these are the conversations that we. Have we're
having the same conversation WITH jj McCarthy who's played six,
games and we're talking about The Minnesota vikings need to
hit the panic button after six games following up rookie

(47:37):
year where he didn't play a. Snap so these, Problems,
yeah the players has some, problem but these are, okay you.

Speaker 2 (47:44):
Talk about the, problems, right moving off a quarterback after six?
Games is that the ball club or is that the
fans in? Media that's WHAT i, asked because we see that.
Happen the teams do do. THAT i, mean certainly there's
media speculation and the fans go. Nuts but when the
teams do, it you know it's did just as.

Speaker 4 (48:04):
Guilty, yeah everyone is. Guilty because here's the, Thing no
player is fully developed after six. Games Nobody hall Of
famer Executive Ron wolf would tell you it takes two
to three years to determine whether a kid can play or.

(48:27):
Not a player in this, league it takes two to
three years as a non quarterback to determine if they
can play or not because there's so much transition going
from college to the. Pros most will tell you for
a young quarterback it takes thirty to thirty two starts
starts to be able to determine if they can cut

(48:48):
it in the league or. Not because that's two years
of starts we're talking about after six, games and we
wonder why we have a quarterback. Problem, no we don't
have a quarterback. Problem we have a patience. Problem patient for,
anybody we don't give them a, Chance, like how can
we expect someone to be able to play THE nf,
game THE nfl game until they get into THE nfl

(49:10):
and learn all the intricacies that are. Required so this
is more us than. Them but, yeah with your, Doer,
yeah yes to, show show improve because the loud noises,
right because perception becomes. Reality and the more that people
write about, it the more that we feel, it the
more that owners look at the, paper see the news and,
say oh my, god we got to find somebody better

(49:32):
because they don't, know so they listen to the. Outsiders
so all of this, is in my, word, silly, stupid
whatever you want to call is dumb because we're making
these evaluations too quick before guys even have a chance
to fully develop into their.

Speaker 2 (49:48):
Games but there is a team that does have, patients
and that's The Green Bay, packers and we've seen that
when the quarterbacks over the list ten fifteen. Years they
did it With Jordan, love, right they have the patience.

Speaker 4 (49:59):
And even With Jordan, love think about. It so they
waited all that time For Jordan love to, start and
then it was bumpy for him early in terms of
when he, started, like, oh it's first year, Starting maybe
a second year be. Better that's what it. Takes but
it takes everyone being fully invested in the. Process and
that means that when we're, losing we're just not going

(50:20):
to point our finger at the quarterback and, say, oh
he's the one that's holding us. Back we're going to
build up the pieces of the team around the quarterback
so that he doesn't have to be the end all be.
All he can be a part of the, team not
the entire. Team that is also where we mess this.
Up we think that everybody has to be a one
man team where the quarterback is playing Like John wayne

(50:41):
and shooting up everybody in the movie because he's the only.
Star but that's what we're, doing and so we just
got to have more, patience more.

Speaker 2 (50:49):
Patience no doubt about. That and you know, what for
a team that's three and, eight there's gonna be a
lot of eyeballs watching that game against the forty nine ers.
Today not only should do a saying, this but let's
talk about. DEFENSE a defensive. Started they had ten sacks
last week Against, vegas three more From Miles garretlet's still
About Miles garrett for a. Second you wrote about, HIM
i think ON nfl dot. COM i get confused because

(51:09):
you're right For Fox sports AND nfl Dot. COM i
think WAS nfl dot com dot COM nfl dot. COM
i love. It garrett has eighteen, sacks four and a
half shy Of Michael strahans AND Tj watch single season.
Record with six games to, Go he's probably gonna break the,
Record Lawrence. Taylor they only play with four three sack
games in the season nineteen eighty, six when sacks became

(51:31):
an official stat back in nineteen eighty. Two garrett has
three such games right, now in the last four weeks
in his, career he's got. Eight this, guy he already
has his plaque in The hall Of. Fame he's there.
Already thirteen sacks Since october twenty six are the most
on record in a four game. Stretch, unbelievable and he
doesn't get the credit he. DESERVES i don't think he

(51:52):
does well because he plays on a bad team for,
Sure but, still in all what a. Player Miles garrett is.

Speaker 4 (52:00):
A, player. MAN i haven't really seen guys like him
come into the league very. OFTEN i compare. THEM i
liken him To Julius. Peppers When Julius peppers entered the,
league just a ball of freakish athleticism rolled up into
the body of a pass. Rusher and they live up
and even exceed expectations as a number one because they

(52:20):
after year after year sacks templus. SACKS i think a
straight seasons templus sacks For Miles garrett unheard, of on
track to not only obliterate the single season record WITH
Tj watt and straight, hand but he has an opportunity
to get his former, teammate our former, Teammate Bruce. Smith so,
LOOK i love. THIS i love how he's. Trending the

(52:45):
fact that he's playing for a losing team where those
opportunities are not even there just speaks to his his
greatness because he's doing it when people are not dropping
back and throwing in and effort to chase. Points he's
doing it with most of the game plan is about
running the ball right at him to slow him down before,
passing and then he wears out the pass. Rusher what a?

Speaker 2 (53:04):
Player what a? Player? Really he's talking about losing, teams
just talking about The Minnesota vikings there four and. Seven
they're In. Seattle Take seattle's eight and. Three and the
question In minnesota is it too soon to give up
ON jj. McCarthy we talked about. That you just mentioned
that about the quarterback situation right there. THERE i, mean
AND i think the problem being maybe he didn't play
enough games in. COLLEGE i think that has a lot
to do with. That you've gotta have some games under

(53:25):
your belt before they go to THE. Nfl as speaking of,
quarterbacks The vikings are starting Mac. Rosma who is this,
Guy Max rosmer who he went to The university Of,
MINNESOTA i, think and he was an undrafted. Guy why
is he? Starting and they say that he's still in
protocol concussion PROTOCOL jj, McCarthy i don't believe. IT i
think they're moving. ON i really believe.

Speaker 4 (53:46):
That don't you Think, NO i don't think they're moving.
ON i would hold he's in concussion. Protocol But Max
bromer is going to bring the same issues that you
have WITH jj. McCarthy let's think about. This bromer hasn't
started game, runners undrafted late round pick whatever that. Is
he wasn't when they take. That he doesn't have nearly

(54:06):
the pedigree THAT jj McCarthy. Had but yet we're ready
to say, that, oh he's going to be. Better we
are crazy in terms of. That we just like. Change
we just like talking about, change and we want people
to change it out and swap it. Out we'll. SEE
i would say some of this is also On kevin
O'Connell and the reason why it's On kevin. O'Connell he's
been so good for so long with so many different,
quarterbacks BUT i can't say that he has necessarily propped

(54:30):
UP jj McCarthy the right, way not in what the
ex'es and o's, are but in terms of making, Sure,
ay let's make sure we support the young. Quarterback let's
make sure we have a dominant run. Game let's make
sure we get this off on. Track we're gonna play complimentary,
ball meaning we rely on the defense and the special
teams to set us up and maybe we punch it
in on short. Fields we're not going to be in
quote unquote playmaker. Mode we're going to be in game

(54:52):
and manager. Mode we're gonna make sure that we manage,
game avoid to, turnover stay on, track and do those.
Things so it's going to look different because you have
a young. Quarterback Sam donald was old, old he had
seven eight years in the. League, yeah you could do
more stuff because he's seen more. Stuff we have to
have a different level of patience with the young.

Speaker 2 (55:11):
Player, okay you talked about the statistics OF jj McCarthy
first of, all fifty four point one percent completion, ray
fifty seven point nine, passes rating five point eight yards
per passe attempt and he only played what in twenty
something college or twenty eight college, starts which has something
to do with. It BUT i will say, THIS i
give a lot of credit To Justin. Jefferson Justin jefferson

(55:32):
may not be happy about it because you, know he's
not getting the ball and no one's giving him the.
Ball but he's not pulling ON Aj brown LIKE Aj
brown's doing In, philadelphia which is disrupting the. Team, well
Maybe Justin jefferson's doing, it you, know not in the,
media but in the locker. ROOM i don't, Know BUT
i haven't heard boo From Justin jefferson being upset about
this whole. Situation have.

Speaker 4 (55:51):
You, no he publicly supported, him But i'm sure privately
he would like to see the ball more and they
can do some things to make that. Happened he has
not played well because he's been in and out the.
Lineup he's been, hurt hurt all rookie, season didn't get
any of the extra work that you thought he would
have gotten in the. Offseason rather than being improvement, mode development,

(56:14):
mode he's in rehab mode because he's trying to get
back onto the. Field he gets, there he does this
thing training cap has some little bumps and, bruises but
he can't do any of the stuff to make up
the ground that he. Lost so now we're in, it and,
look there's nothing for him to draw. Upon there's no
solid set of new fundamentals and mechanics and things that

(56:38):
he's refined and done all this stuff to be a better.
Version so they we got to live through. It and
you know what you got to do to live through
it next. Year and even though the team and the
roster looks like a win now, team you're only going
to go as far as your quarterback. Goes and right
now your quarterback can't go that.

Speaker 2 (56:54):
Far, well and the, quarterback they're not going. Anywhere Max,
BROSBY i did some. Research IF i, COULD i try
to find him anything about this, guy undrafted, rookie final collegiate,
Season university Of. Minnesota he opened the twenty camp with
The vikings as their number four. Quarterback is twenty four years,
old two years older and twice as much collegiate experience
AS jj. McCarthy all, right and they say The vikings

(57:15):
were impressed With brosby's quick processing skills during training. Camp
REALLY i don't get, it but you, know he's going
to play and we'll see what happens. Today but going
against somewhat tough, Opponents so we'll see what happens. THERE
i don't know what to. Expect and really that's one
of the SHOCKERS i think in THE nfl this. Year
The Minnesota vikings at four and, seven that's a shocker

(57:37):
as much as The Chicago bears what they are at
nine and.

Speaker 4 (57:39):
Three, yeah would you feel like with The vikings there's
gonna be a bit of a course correction just because
the division is so. Tough everyone can't finish for the
winning record in the. Division it's just like this unlikely
to ever. Happen so they called some. Straights they lost
some close games and those scenes that they wish they had,
back but it is what it. Is their magic number

(58:01):
is still, ten which is still. Attainable ten will get
you into the. Postseason it's gonna be hard for nine
and eighteen to get, in but ten can get you.
There so whatever the number looks, like you get a
real off ten games to get to that.

Speaker 2 (58:11):
Point we'll see what happens. There, okay we talked About Justin,
jefferson the receiver on The Minnesota. Vikings but you also
touched on some of the receivers, There Jamar chase at The,
Bengals Justin, jefferson And Jackson smith And jibba of The.
Seahawks who right, now who is leading the league in?
Receptions what's the? DIFFERENCE i, mean if you had a
choice to draft any one of these, guys who would it.

(58:33):
Be and, honestly how much is the quarterback of factor
in the success of these receivers Because Justin jefferson right
now not having a tremendous, year not having a Typical
Justin jefferson, year because he doesn't have the quarterback giving
in the.

Speaker 4 (58:46):
FOOTBALL i, mean it all. MATTERS i, mean, production, performance
all this stuff. Matters so, yeah when you struggle in that,
quarterback it's gonna make you struggle out wide at a wide.
Receiver and so that's in the. Deal than it's, unfortunate
but that's the only way that you can judge people
is how they, play how they, perform what they look
like on. TAPE i would say this ABOUT, Jsm Jackson

(59:08):
smith And. Jigua when he was coming out Of Ohio,
STATE i loved. HIM i thought he was, complete the most.
COMPLETE i thought he was beyond a wide receiver two
candidate that he had wide receiver one. Potential he is
terrific with the ball in his. Hands he can go
and take it off the rebound if it's an ally
you all those. Things he does all of that quiet
and goes to. WORK i, mean he goes to where

(59:31):
he goes to. Work SO i love all of that about.
Him and What Clint kobiak has done is moving them
from end the slot last year where we're primarily anywhere
from seventy to seventy five percent to now he's extensively
outside over eighty percent clip in terms of lining up
on the. Outside that allows him to face some isolation

(59:54):
routes when he's on the backside of three point. One
it allows him to get him more balls where you target.
Him they can do even more to make sure that
he's active and involved. Early but, man he's a really
good player and he gets after it when it comes
to chewing up, cushion running away and separating from DB's
and then catching everything that's thrown in his.

Speaker 2 (01:00:12):
Direction all, RIGHT i ask you this right, now who
is the best Receiver i'm not saying The National Football
league out of this Bunch Jamar, Chase Justin, jefferson And
Jackson smith And. JIBBA i, mean who do you think
is the best one of that? Bunch give me the names, Again, Chase,

(01:00:32):
well the, three the three we just talked.

Speaker 4 (01:00:34):
About, Look i'll say this THAT jsn right now goes
right to the. Top AND i Love Jamar chase And Justin,
jefferson BUT jsn goes right to the. Top there is
nothing that he cannot. Do he can go, vertical he
can run the horizontal catch and run. Game he can
catch it over the. Middle he's a terrific route. Runner

(01:00:57):
he has great, hand that coordination and. Ball he is
the prototype that you want to roll. Out he is. Great,
Now Jamar chase has all of the. Tools he's more
running back on the. Perimeter but he catches the ball
well and all. That and there'd be people to make that.
Argument but right, now for my, money, Yeah i'm gonna
TAKE jsn all, day every.

Speaker 2 (01:01:16):
Day here we Hear, okay you just heard it from

Speaker 1 (01:02:16):

Speaker 2 (01:02:21):

drive shift fast and free back by free road houser

(01:02:43):
protection with convenient installation options like mobile tire installation tire
rack Dot. Com the way tire buying should be all,
Right here we. Go bucket And Buffalo bills are In pittsburgh,
today a pretty big Game bill seven and, Four steelers
six and. Five Aaron rodgers underset them for The, steelers
AND i got to say That bill's other better team
that Got Josh. Allen but the QUESTION i have for,

(01:03:04):
you AND i know you have the, answer is That
Aaron rodgers is not the Same Aaron rodgers he was
prior to his injuries several years ago before he went
to The. Jets he's forty plus years of, age so
Was Joe. Flacco how Is Joe flacco able to come
off the couch and play the way he has? Played
And Aaron rodgers still continues to play and is not
playing as well as he. COULD i think That Joe

(01:03:26):
flacco at forty has been playing better Than Aaron rodgers at.

Speaker 4 (01:03:29):
Forty, yeah BUT i mean they have different. JOURNEYS i,
mean you just think about. One Joe flacco is a bigger.
BODY i don't know what his injury history is, like
but it, impacts you, know the things that happened early
in his career impacts how you played later in the.
Career Aaron rodgers is a little. Smaller he's had some,
injuries particularly If ladies has some serious injuries that have

(01:03:51):
impacted the way that he throws the. Ball that's why
you don't see him as accurate or as making the
athletic plays that he used to make because father time
has gotten, them and then the due book got whatever
father time didn't take. Up so he has some of those.
Things but he is doing the best that he can
with what he. Can The stillers really got him for
his high level management. Skills they want him to make

(01:04:12):
a handful of plays in those, things but they felt
like they had a team that was good enough around
him to alleviate some of the pressure on. Him that
hasn't turned out to be, true But i'm sure that
was the thoughts behind how they built this team Around Aaron.

Speaker 2 (01:04:26):
Rodgers you know what's gonna. HAPPEN i see it coming right.
Now you, Know Aaron rodgers is the, player AND i
guess that The Lane kiffler is the coach that had similar.
Personalities it's gonna be after the season's, over everybody's gonna
be asking is this? It are you coming? Back he's
gonna drag this out until training camp next. Year that's
what he's gonna. Do that's that's just the way he.

(01:04:47):
IS i see it, happening don't. You.

Speaker 4 (01:04:51):
NO i mean, WELL i think you'd be probably a
little more on top of it in terms of like, no, no,
no let's. Go i'm ready to go for, it LIKE
i want to play OR i don't want to. PLAY
i don't think he would drag it. OUT i think
he has a different level of respect for them than
he had maybe for some of his previous.

Speaker 2 (01:05:08):
Teams, OKAY i hear what you're. Saying, Okay, now the
opposing teams are passing on sixty two almost sixty three
percent of plays against The steelers on their, defense which
is the fourth highest right in the. League and you
look at The, Steelers Jalen, ramsey you got these, guys
but you know what you know after you mention the,
name and they got some high profile names in the.
Backfield they're old and as you always, say you can't

(01:05:31):
hide for the. Time you, can't you can't stop. It
that's the way it. Is The steelers defense is old
and that's why they're doing that against The Pittsburgh.

Speaker 4 (01:05:37):
Steelers uh, YEAH i mean they're older, defense and The
steelers are trying to figure out the best way to play.
Defense meaning they brought some of these older guys in
thinking today would be able to play man man. Extensively Jalen,
ramsey you think They're Darius slay coming on. Board they
thought they would be able to just lock up and
play a certain. Style of what they were doing is

(01:05:58):
they were giving up more big plays and they've ever given.
Up that changes the way that you want to approach,
it and now you want to get back to, basis
keep the ball in front of the defense in those.
Things so you have some changes in those, things but
they're still good enough to be able to do. It
it hasn't, clicked but a lot of their issues stems
from the fact that their defense hasn't played at the

(01:06:20):
level that was. Expected and so when the offense struggles
and the defense is surprisingly. Struggle that's why you have
some of these bad losses show.

Speaker 2 (01:06:27):
Up AND i certainly hope That Jalen ramsey comes out
with a clean jersey. Today get that spit off there
From Jamar, chase BECAUSE i don't want to see that.
Anymore you know What i'm. Saying you, KNOW i got
a clean jersey for?

Speaker 7 (01:06:37):
Us?

Speaker 2 (01:06:38):
Up could you do? That that's ALL i ask A
Jalen ramsey, today Clean. JAMES i, mean that was, disgusting
it really. Was you, Know it's. Funny i'm watching the
college game yesterday and a kid From michigan head butted an.
Official all, right and Now i'm trying to say to
myself which is. WORSE i think the head butting is
worse than the. Spitting the spitting is. Disgusting it's the

(01:06:59):
lowest form of anything you could ever. Do and it's really.
Discussed but at least no one got. Hurt it's just
a bad. Look but you, know you take a helmet
in your head butt an. OFFICIAL i don't know why
that kid wasn't throw out of the. GAME i don't
get it, SUSPENDED i mean suspended for another. GAME i
don't get. THAT i do understand that at.

Speaker 4 (01:07:16):
All, YEAH i, Don't, YEAH i don't. Know, like, LOOK
i can't figure out like why and all these, things
like some things go unpunished and other things are punished.
Heavily but that's just kind of where we're. AT i
have no. IDEA i don't. Know, andy it's, weird it's,
weird it's.

Speaker 2 (01:07:34):
Crazy it really is not that as far as The
bills are, concerned deal without two offensive Tackles Deon Dalkonspensive
brown THAT i could. Play how big a loss is?
THAT i, mean obviously the protection factor For Josh. Allen
BUT i still think that The bills are a better.
TEAM i think The bill should. Win although the game
is In, pittsburgh that makes somewhat of a.

Speaker 4 (01:07:50):
Difference that's a big, game and it's a big game
to play without your two starting offensive. Tackles we saw
the kind of problems that The Houston texans were able
to give them with The Neil hunter And Will anderson
playing off the. Edges, boy now you're down your. Starters
this is not, easy. Man it's not. Easy when you
like to push the ball down the field or, whatever

(01:08:11):
it's almost like a recipe waiting to. HAPPEN i mean
a disaster waiting to. Happen i'm gonna go with The
steelers in this one BECAUSE i worry about The bills
protection AND i worry about their ability to win, outside you.

Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
Know and it's funny because The bills right now they're
run defenses allowing almost six yards per play five point
three and at this point in, time you see almost
trends with. TEAMS i, mean they're not going to get any.
Better if they get, injured they make it. Worse but
we see what's, happening and you, know right, now The Indianapolis,

(01:08:46):
colts they're for. Real The Chicago, bears they're for. Real you,
know The Buffalo bills a lot of question. Marks Minnesota
vikings a bit of a. Disappointment so we're seeing the
things are shaping. Up The Kansas City chiefs right now
a bit of a prize at six and, Six but
is the rain? OVER i think the rank could very
well be. Over there'll be a shock if they'll make the.
Playoffs And Patrick mahomes said the other day that they've

(01:09:09):
got to win every game remaining on their. Schedule. Now
they were playing the other, day they had a twenty
one to twenty lead with about fifteen minutes left in
the fourth quarter in that game Against dallas when they
lost To, Dallas cowboys scored the next two. Possessions they
went a hit by ten. POINTS i, mean there's this falling.
APART i mean, age maybe it's part. AGE i don't
know what it, is. COMPLACENCY i, mean obviously people are

(01:09:29):
going to put point. Fingers Andy reid's got, it you,
know the way fans. Are Andy reids got to, know
he's not any worse of a coach than he. Was
he knows as much football as he always. Has he's
just the guys aren't. Producing that's just what.

Speaker 4 (01:09:40):
Happens, YEAH i, mean like did not playing, well and
there's some. Fatigue we talked About Andy reid and the. Chiefs,
man it's a long run that they've been. On you
talk about five Super bowls IN x amount of, years
you just Don't you just don't get a chance to do.
That and what happens is you go deep into the

(01:10:01):
postseason and you have to turn right back around and go,
again so your body never recovers from the. Deficit and
then when you think about the cumulative effect of doing
all those things and getting, it like you just already
beat up football team that's probably older than the years
listed on. Paper this is gonna be a tough one
because they got To they have to run the table

(01:10:24):
because they've lost all the tie break scenarios. Lout they
lost head to head With, jacksonville they lost head to
head With. Buffalo there's another team that's up there that
they also have lost. To so they have to go
and win it. Out and they got to do it
against their division. Teams and even though they have been
the boogeyman because you always know the fifteen is going
to keep them in the, game tough to win sixth?

(01:10:45):
Straight can theyb lost sixth? Straight get hot for six
going into the? Postseason, MAN i don't. KNOW i don't think,
so but we'll see If Pat mahomes should prove me.

Speaker 2 (01:10:54):
Wrong, well they lost three of the last four games right,
now and when that game On Thanksgiving, day they scored
the first two touchdowns of the game on their first
two possessions and then the next four drives in that
game they had a. Punt it was. Nothing and if
you want to ask, me and obviously what DO i
know about? FOOTBALL i MEAN i don't even know how
to put a uniform. On but if you would to
ask me why The chiefs are struggling a, age maybe be.

(01:11:17):
Complacency but see more than, THAT i think their offense
relies too much On Patrick. MAHOMES i really believe. THAT
i think that the running game is almost non. Existent
they need a better running. Game Maybe i'm, WRONG i
just that's the WAY i see. IT i don't see
a lot Of chiefs, games but the few That i've
seen that that's What i'm taking away from those.

Speaker 4 (01:11:34):
Games, WELL i would agree with you, there AND i
would say it extends beyond just the running. GAME i
think they need an upgrade at running. Back they need
a special. Back AND i know that people will say, like,
oh it doesn't make sense to commit to a running,
back but they need someone who can command. Attention without
that player in the, backfield they can never dictate the
terms to the defense by, saying, oh you need the

(01:11:56):
play us in TWO d look or you can play
some and SAYING, i look and we go have an
answer for either. One they're not able to get into
that because you don't even know what he's best day
can he get in a based offense like those? Things
so they need a dynamic runner in the backfield to
change the way that people have to defend, them because
if you don't defend them and defend a level running,

(01:12:18):
back it's gonna be problems for you in so many
different ways because you never can seize control of the.

Speaker 2 (01:12:24):
Game you're exactly, right And i'll tell you what you.
Mentioned they've got to run the. Table let's take a
look at the table right. Now let's look at the
remaining schedule that they. Have on The december, seventh they're
home with The. Texans that's a. POSSIBILITY i, MEAN i
hate doing. THIS i mean people do this all the.
Time And, august you know what the team's record is
going to. Be you have no, idea and there's gonna
be injuries and things like. That but right, NOW i
think they could take The. Texans then they go To

(01:12:46):
charges on the. Fourteenth that's a. Toughie charges are seven and.
Four right. Now they got The titans At. Tennessee that
should be a Guinea they could probably win that game
ten on. Eleven they really. Can titans are. Terrible Denver
broncos at, home very. Tough that's On Christmas. Day broncos
a nine and two right, now and then they got
The raiders On january. Fourth at The raiders they're two and,

(01:13:07):
Nine SO i think in this, scenario there's three five games.
LEFT i think they could easily take three out of those.
Fives the two question marks Are denver and the, charges
and now charges are.

Speaker 4 (01:13:21):
Away but that only gets you into nine, wins and
it's uncommon that nine wins are going to get. In
and because they've lost the, tiebreakers that's where they. Can't they.
Can't they have to get to. Ten they got to
win four out of their last five to make. It
to just be in the conversation and be able to make.
IT i mean they can do. IT i guess depends
on how good you feel about see what.

Speaker 2 (01:13:43):

this really and it's a good. Thing we have ten.
Fingers why of, course the blame game is freaking. Next,
oh the blame game right around the, corner right here
On Fox Football. Sunday it's about thirteen minutes before the

(01:14:20):
top of the. Hour He's Bucket. Brooks i'm many for.
Him by the, way at the top of the, hour
it should be eight am on The East. Coast Mike
Harmon Swollen dome And Greg cosel right. Here we're On
Fox Sports. Radio that's what it might. Be and by the,
way we are live from The foxmorts. Radios do. This
but right now it's time for the blame.

Speaker 1 (01:14:38):
Game d, me it's all your. Fault it's your. Fault
what is it all your? Fault maybe it's everyone's. Fault
who see the. Liar that's why there's the blame. Game
the blame. Game let's figure out who to.

Speaker 2 (01:14:55):
Blame and now we Have we're so, lucky the best
producer that money could buy A Fox sports. Wader we
have a right here pre take it.

Speaker 3 (01:15:05):
Away, wow what a compliment, Already mark you wait.

Speaker 2 (01:15:08):
A, minute it was that was kind of a slaughter.

Speaker 3 (01:15:11):
Remark absolutely not, no, NO i. Was it was very
very genuine on my. End, anyways we're.

Speaker 4 (01:15:15):
Gonna go To.

Speaker 3 (01:15:16):
Mars oh my, gosh we're gonna go To mark, First,
mark go for. It who do you?

Speaker 9 (01:15:20):
Blame so once again we asked the, question when it
comes to college coaches or professional, coaches why is it
always the same names that come around when there's an.

Speaker 6 (01:15:30):
Opening who's to?

Speaker 4 (01:15:31):
Blame bucky uh reporters and media people because no one
knows what people do behind closed, doors and so everyone
first looks towards the coordinator offense or defense as the
guys that are viable leading candidates to be head. Coaches
they never consider position coaches who were, qualified guys who've
never been, coordinators like A Dan campbell who's had. Success

(01:15:54):
and so it's, unfair but a lot of times the
pool is determined by us on the outside that picked
the guys with the play cards as opposed to someone
who really knows what's going.

Speaker 2 (01:16:04):
On you, KNOW i somewhat agree With Bucky gliss right,
Now i'm seeing like these stories right, Now vegas picks
like percentage, wise who's gonna be the next, Coach like
At Penn state OR lsu Or florida or whatever it may.
Be but you know, what there's a pool as you, Say,
buck and you know you're going to get a guy with.
Experience you know you don't want to get a guy
here's a. DEAL i think That Chuck martin's a great.

(01:16:26):
Coach he won THE mac again with The miami Of.
OHIO i Think Chuck martin has done a wonderful job
At miami Of. OHIO i think that he could Be
he should, be in my heart of, hearts should be
considered for the job At Penn. State he'll never get
it BECAUSE i think the people who Operate Penn state
don't know Who Chuck martin. Is they think That miami
Of ohio is not big enough to move from that

(01:16:47):
place to Coach Penn. State that's WHY i gave Not
Ja dame so much credit when they Hired jerry From
Mola High school way back when they hired a high school,
Coach Jerry. FOWLS i, MEAN i gave Not Ja dame
a lot of. Credit jerry did a decent. Job the
problem was he was two hands on AND i Knew.
Jerry may he rest in, PEACE i knew him really

(01:17:07):
well At Molo High school In. Cincinnati BUT i was
shocked that they went out of the so called pool
and they went to a high school coach to coach
at No Ja. Dame that was. Big doesn't. Happen it
probably never happened. Again all righty.

Speaker 3 (01:17:19):
Guys So Chip kelly was fired after The raiders loss
to The browns last.

Speaker 1 (01:17:24):
Week who?

Speaker 3 (01:17:26):
Oh and then there's some controversy going around in regards
to like his play, calling whether or not he was
kind of botching. Plays who do you?

Speaker 2 (01:17:32):
Blame?

Speaker 6 (01:17:33):
Andy, Well i'm.

Speaker 2 (01:17:34):
Gonna Blame Mark. Davis Mark davis is the owner of The.
Raiders he's like a modern Day George. Steinbrenner it's like
a you, know instead of firing, coaches why do you
get a? Haircut you're gonna do something with that. Hair it's,
ridiculous it really. Is you know, what you can't Blame Chip.
Kelly he's not an. Idiot he's been, there done. That
he knows what he's talking. About, yeah it's a bad.
Team i'm. Sorry you, know don't Blame chip for the

(01:17:54):
team that you put. Together so it's on, You Mark.
Davis all, right You.

Speaker 4 (01:17:58):
Bucky, yeah let'sten a little bit of everything Is Mark,
davis As Tom brady Is Pete, carroll like everybody's to
blame for this debacle that we're seeing In Las. Vegas
it just hasn't been a good. Thing and you, know
without cohesion on the, staff it's hard to operate at
a high. Level and that's what they have because this

(01:18:18):
was not Necessarily chips. Thing he didn't have his own.
People SO i blame, everybody the entire, organization in the.
Whole they didn't put together a great staff All, right.

Speaker 3 (01:18:27):
Before The bengals beat The ravens On, thanksgiving there were
skeptics that were arguing that the team should Bench Joe
burrow and not let him come. Back who but, now
obviously after The ravens, win who do you blame for?

Speaker 2 (01:18:40):
That?

Speaker 4 (01:18:40):
BUCKY i don't. Know some smart you already thought it
would be a good idea to say That Joe burrow
should sit. Down Joe burrow is a franchise. Quarterback Joe
burrow makes a ton of. Money Joe burrow's obligation and
duty is to short for his team whenever he's healthy
and ready to. Go SO i Appreciate Joe burrow being
a professional And whoevers he just, said is a deem.

Speaker 2 (01:19:01):
DOG i will say, THIS i had a lot of
respect For Joe burrow prior to the. Injury it goes
up another notch after what happened the other day because
he was asked the, question you, know do you think
you should be? Playing you know what he. Said here's
the quote that he said AND i heard it. Firsthand he,
says we get paid a lot of money to play
a kid's. Game he, says as long As i'm, Healthy

(01:19:23):
i'm going to. Play god bless, You god bless, You Joe.
Burrow that's the way it should. Be and then he
also added the fact THAT i can't worry about potentially
getting hurt because that's part of the game of. Football
how do you like? That stick that in your. Pie
people who credit, say, well the team's out of, it
he shouldn't. Play rest Of, no you. Play that's.

Speaker 4 (01:19:42):
It you got to play last.

Speaker 3 (01:19:45):
One The chiefs are on the verge of missing the.
Playoffs who do you?

Speaker 9 (01:19:48):
Blame Andy?

Speaker 1 (01:19:50):
Age?

Speaker 2 (01:19:50):
AGE i, mean they're. OLD i mean and, look we
talked about it.

Speaker 4 (01:19:53):
Earlier.

Speaker 2 (01:19:54):
Today they did a running. Game they did a soul
Called Big Time Running. Back but other than that too
much pressure On Patrick. Mahomes they gotta they get. Youth
get some youth, then will.

Speaker 4 (01:20:04):
You, yeah just. FATIGUE i think they're. TIRED i mean
when you make the runs that they've made and back
to back to back to back, years you're gonna have
some of those. Things. Uh they just need to, reset,
refocus retool their roster at every.

Speaker 2 (01:20:17):
Back, okay, yeah one.

Speaker 3 (01:20:20):
More The eagles offense has been really. Conservative who do
you Blame bucky The who's?

Speaker 4 (01:20:26):
Offense? Eagles, LOOK i Blame nick Sire. On he has
to figure out what he. Wants what's division for the.
Offense they have too many, people uh to be struggling
like they. Are they just got to figure out to
get the ball to the best players and get out the.

Speaker 2 (01:20:38):
Way, yeah and stop trying to please. Everybody do what's
best for the. TEAM i KNOW A. J brown wants the,
ball and maybe it's a good thing if he does
get the, Ball but you know, what Say Kwon barkley
needs the ball as. Well do something change it. Around
it ain't. Working all, right have a great. Day we'll
