Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now here's a highlight from coast to coast AM on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Frank, you were talking about the control they're trying to
put on us. It's almost biblical, isn't it.

Speaker 3 (00:11):
It is. It's so big, it's hard to get our
heads around, and it's happening around the world. And they
chose CO two because everything we do, we eat, what
we're doing right now, listening to something, if you're near card, driving,
maybe on your computer, eating, traveling, doing clothes, whatever it is,

(00:32):
all has a CO two component and ultimately that's the control.
They want to make us afraid of CO two and
we need to control it. So therefore they need to
control us. Now the elites won't be controlled, it'll be us,
regular people. And the way that they plan on doing
that is one with the digital ID that is coming
out right now in the United Kingdom, and the other

(00:53):
is with a CO two tracking card. And he said, well,
what do you mean by that. The largest bank Australia
and they're all in on this man made climate change
narrative crud there in Australia. It has about twenty three
percent of their market and they send all their customers
a CO two report, a carbon report is what they

(01:14):
call it. Again great marketing. Calling CO two carbon is
like calling water hydrogen. Water is not hydrogen. CO two
is not carbon. It's part of it, but it's not that.
But easier to make us think bad things about carbon
because we think of black things. I think of Cole's
just had a barbecue over the weekends. I think of that,
not the fizz and my beer or in my champagne

(01:37):
or soda. And they send a report to all of
their customers from their credit card data and their debit
card data on how much CO two they likely use
that month and recommendations and how they could lower their
CO two footprint. And then in Sweden they are testing
they're in the beta testing phase of a CO two

(01:57):
complete tracking card. So that's just some things they purchase.
In Australia the example I gave you, and this is
a large amount of people that are having this done
every every month. And then in Sweden, what they're testing
is something that tracks all the CO two from what
we're doing like now, listening to the radio, watching Netflix,

(02:17):
working on your computer, doing whatever would be recorded and
added to your CO two ration. That's what they ultimately
want to do is get us on CO two rations,
then they can tighten them down and tighten them down
and tighten them down. In order to do CO two
rations really effectively, you need digital currency, and that's being

(02:38):
talked about a lot right now, and they're working on
going to a digital currency in Europe. We're all in
on the climate scam. And digital currency then is programmable
both to the individual and to the purchaser. So then
they put you on a ration, so you have a
certain amount of CO two you as a person and
everyone in your family can use every month. And at

(03:00):
the end of the month, if you've used your allotment up,
and say you had a funeral or a party, or
a wedding or a graduation, or you just wanted to
get together for Christmas and all that travel and buying
in the food and all of that, you might use
up your CO two ration. Well you could go out
in the market and buy more CO two ration from
somebody else. That's also what they want to do is

(03:21):
make a lot of money on the trading of buying
and selling CO two rations, just inventing it out of
thin air with very little CO two in the thin air,
by the way, and then you can they'll also sell
it to older people, unfixed incomes and smaller homes, saying, hey,
you can sell or gift to your kids and grandkids

(03:42):
or sell them your CO two rations because you're not
using them all. You're not flying, you're not traveling, you're
not going to work every day. You don't do a lot,
you don't consume a lot, you eat less, you don't
buy a lot of clothes. So you have extra rations
that you can sell or give away. And they go, oh, well,
that's great, I like that idea. And that's how they're
going to sell it to a certain amount of the population,

(04:03):
and once they have it in place, and then the
digital currency. So now you have a ration and you
come to the twenty fifth of the month and you've
run out and you can't afford to buy more, and
you now know your rations, and they say, well, you know,
we'll let you charge your electric scooter, but you can't
buy gas. We'll let you buy bugs, which can't buy meat.

(04:24):
We'll let you buy something that we want you to
try that you don't like, but we won't let you
buy other things that you need and want because you
don't have enough CO two ration. That's how this will work,
and that's why they want the digital ID like they
have in China, so you can have complete control, and
then connect it with the digital currency. So you have

(04:46):
a digital ID and a digital currency, and that's the
evil under all of this, and then you connect it
to a co two ration and now you've got total
control over people.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
How many people, Frank believe this stuff?

Speaker 3 (05:01):
You know, there's a lot of people that do believe
or you know, they believe it and they've been propagandized,
but they don't really think about it. You know, this
is what I do a lot, So I talk to
a lot of different people about it, and there are
many people who are doubters, and you start to give
them some of the facts. You know, it's not as
warm now as it was in the nineteen thirties. I mean,
all the virtually all the things they're telling us are lies.

(05:21):
The ocean islands aren't sinking. In fact, through accretion the
adding of sand, they continue to grow. Most of the
Pacific islands that they're telling us are sinking and we
should send them billions of dollars because they're sinking aren't
sinking at all. I mean, it's virtually everything they're telling
about this is lies. We don't have more hurricanes now,
we actually have less tornadoes now, there's no more floods

(05:42):
or floods or any of the other things. So they're
lying to us on this. And you know, it's a
lot of people buy into that, but a lot of
people don't really pay attention to it. And where the
rubber hits the road. And I haven't seen a poll
on this recently, but the polling is very consistent. When
you ask Americans, the majority wills should we do something
about climate change? They'll say, yes, we should. Is it

(06:03):
important to you? No, it's not except to a very
small subset of crazy people.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
It is. The rest of us.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
Say, you know, if you gave me twenty items or
thirty items of importance of issues, it'd be the last
or the second to the last. And then when we say, well,
should we do something about it? Yes?

Speaker 1 (06:20):
Do you believe in it?

Speaker 3 (06:20):
Yes? Are you willing to pay for it?

Speaker 1 (06:22):
No?

Speaker 3 (06:23):
And if they knew how much we're already paying for
it built into everything, the food and energy that we
already have and consume, and how much more they want
us to spend on all of that stuff, it makes
all of that more expensive food and energy, and that's
the root of everything we do. They'd be just flabbergasted.
And it's wearing thin more people, especially with Trump's leadership.

(06:45):
He went to the UN and he addressed them and
told them that this is a scam, and it is
a scam. Who's behind it, Frank there are a leftist politicians, billionaires,
and I think some people behind the scenes. It started
with the Club of Rome. They latched their very forthcoming
in their book. We're going to use CO two them.
We're going to fighten people with it because we can

(07:07):
control them with that. And these people across the board,
and then you have all kinds of other people who
are making money off of it. And you know people
who work in the wind and solar industry or the
investors that own those companies, Well, they weren't making a
whole lot of money off of it. Now that the
subsidies are drying up, they're going to lose their money.
But if they got out early enough, they're smart enough.

(07:27):
So the control is a note of I think some
very evil people who have an idea that they want
to go back to the days of kings and queens
and serfs when all the regular people are serfs tied
through the land in fifteen minute cities. That's another part
of this. You know, they wanted the idea. It sounds
kind of nice and cozy, fifteen minute city. Everything you

(07:49):
need will be within fifteen minutes, and they're putting them
in in England in some places are rebelled against them.
And the idea is is you can't drive your car
outside of your fifteen minute city more than one hundred
times a year. That's not even a third of the year. Now,
what happens if your kids live outside the border, or
your childcare, or your job, or your mother or what

(08:12):
your favorite tavern whatever it happens to be, or your
favorite restaurant that you want to eat at every day,
you have to pay a fine about seventy dollars every
time over one hundred you leave your fifteen minute city.
And at first, well, that's kind of really interesting. Why
would you do that? It sounds good, But the further
end goal of that is to get all of us
doing what I'm doing right now is talking to you
on Zoom, but to get all of us used to

(08:33):
doing this using VR instead of traveling, So instead of
flying to visit Grandma for Christmas. We'll just tune in
with a virtual reality and talk to Grandma. That way,
you get us used to that, and then you get
us used to our fifteen minute city that we can't leave,
and it's actually controlled in China, they control them. You
have facial recognition that allows you to come in and
out of your area of your city and into your

(08:55):
apartment and into your apartment complex and travel anywhere. And
facial recognition and even gate recognition, so they can see
when you're walking across the street and identify that that's
Frank walking across the street. And they want to use
those things to ultimately control people. And when you get
to people in fifteen minute cities, and I saw some

(09:18):
alien Invasion of the World story where they did exactly this.
They locked every city and people in little groups and
wouldn't allow them to talk or communicate with any of
the other groups. So they get us used to using
all our social media and other things and communicating through that,
and then limit that to everyone in the fifteen minute city,
so you don't know what's going on outside in the world,

(09:38):
and they can tell you whatever they want. And we're
seeing that with the media in the United States. You know,
the leftist mainstream media has a narrative, and they're fomenting
the narrative. They're attacking what they don't like, and they're
telling us a bunch of garbage. And many people believe
the garbage. Others have woken up to the fact that
they're being lied to on a regular basis or manipulated

(09:59):
at a very lead and misinformed on purpose. And that's
ultimately what they want to do is control all of
us and turn us into real serfs. And once they
put the control in, it's not to our benefit. It's
going to get thinner and thinner and thinner and thinner.
And you know, we don't want you eating too much.
We don't want you flying. You know, there's Sea forty

(10:19):
Cities or another group out there that mayor's seventeen US
mayors have put their cities as members of it. There's
about one hundred and twenty large cities around the world
that are members of Sea forty Cities. And they want
they stated and then they hit it. I got copies
of it. But once they were outed, they're like, oh no, no,
that's not really goals, and it disappeared from their website.

(10:42):
But what they were saying is they wanted to limit
people's flights to one airplane flight every four years. People,
some men will like this, some women not so much.
But limit your close purchases to three new outfits a year,
make you largely a vegan, get rid of your personal car.
And you know they that's on their agenda, and that's
what they're going to turning us back into serfs where

(11:04):
kings and queens ruled the world and the rest of
us just had suck lives.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
California has a law that by twenty thirty five, all
new cars sold must be electric no gasoline. Is that
gonna stay now?

Speaker 3 (11:18):
That's on its way out. The federal government has acted
on that, it seems the courts have also said that
because they need a special exemption, and there were about
a dozen states that were going to follow them down
that madness and force electric vehicles on all of us,
whether we like them or not, can afford them or not,
or they really work for us or not. I mean
in a small city or city it might work okay,

(11:40):
but if you live out in the middle of nowhere,
you know it doesn't really work for you. And now
that the Trump administration is changing all the madness of
Biden and forcing all of this on us. We're starting
to see more normalcy and we'll see lower car prices
once all this tariff stuff shakes out goes away. But

(12:01):
we were heavily subsidizing both with federal money given right
to buyers of electric cars and trans literally billions and
billions of transfer payments from gas car makers increasing the
prices of our gas cars were sent to electric car
makers and they were subsidized behind the scenes that way,
and gas cars were more expensive. That's gone away. Those

(12:25):
payments are gone away, which is fantastic. That's part of
why Elon Musk got so mad at Trump because he
took away billions, literally billions from electric car companies.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
When you talk about see forty Cities, what does that mean, Well,
people can go.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
In and google that and you can look at it
See forty Cities. They're an organization that has an agenda.
They say nice things like sustainability and we have to
limit CO two and what kind of plans we can do,
and what you can do for your city to become
more green, so to speak, which really just means less
CO two. It doesn't really mean planting trees. But I

(13:01):
think that's on their agenda, which is really a good idea,
because urban heat island effect is a big part of
why there's any warming whatsoever as cities, as rural and people.
We've all seen this. If you've driven from the countryside
into the city, it gets warmer in the city. Why
you got buildings and you got asphalt and concrete and

(13:21):
lack of trees, so it gets hot. And we have
many temperature stations that are located in cities or in
very busy airports, like one in Miami. So all those
jets taking off and landing add to the heat at
the Miami Airport. You just think of how much increase
jet traffic there has been since nineteen fifty in Miami,
for instance. Or Chicago is another place, and that is

(13:44):
fake heat. That's not caused by CO two in the air.
It's just a city creates heat. So these I lost
my train of thought, Sorry about that when we.

Speaker 2 (13:56):
Were talking about the Sea forty cities and what that.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
Sea forty cities. So they had that agenda that they've
kind of hidden now, but it's ultimately to control their citizens,
to get us to not use cars, change our diet
and say, well, how can a city do that? Well,
New York City, for instance, is a sea forty city,
and they have control over what the kids eat at
schools the city does, and what the prisoners eat and

(14:22):
what they eat at their social functions for work for
the city work. Now they're sea forty cities. So they're
trying to get people to migrate to a more vegan diet,
so less meat, more vegetables, more plant based for instance,
or they want to you know, stop like they did

(14:43):
congestion pricing. As part of it in New York City
is they want to make it they're hostile to cars.
It's a good way to put it. They're hostile to cars,
and we shouldn't have individual cars and we shouldn't drive
them at all, and if we do, we should drive
them minimally. So they have these ideas that they want
to force on their citizens. And I think it would
be really great if every city council out there would

(15:05):
have to vote to be a member of the c
forty cities, just so that people would know it on
the table. This is more under the radar. Mayors sign
their city up, but then the cities go about implementing
this stuff.
