a Supreme Court of which he nominated and confirmed or
we're confirmed three justices. So now you have a conservative
six' to three court which is leans towards giving the
president a lot of.

and just doesn't Want he's go to, sleep and obviously

wife but it's hard for my son and his. Family

neighbor in the street across trash day and he tried
to talk to him and the neighbor pulled an axe

not every, time but often you'll call the police to

to my, son you're welcome to call, us but there's
nothing we can.

blaring or you, know sound blaring next, door lights too

to the next step is to get a restraining. Order
you have to go in. There you want to get
an emergency, order explain what, happens you'll probably get, it
and hopefully if a judge issues an order and then
you call the cops on that one when he violates,
it which he, WILL i guarantee he is going to

violate a restraining. Order and THEN i don't know what
else to do on this. One it's one of those
things where you got me on, this you really, do you,
know there's no easy way of dealing with. This there really.
Isn't so other than, THAT i, mean just you, KNOW
i got stuck with a neighbor and it it was

the condo and the condo association had the same problem
AS i, did and, man we it was a it
was a noise issue and a stomping on the floor,
issue and, man we were in litigation for a, year
year and a half and it costs just a ton of.
Money and there's just no fun way of doing it

know what you know. THERE i don't know what else to.

out to a third party collection agency to collect. This

have an appeals process and you have to appeal, it
uh and make that argument never got it, HERE i,

entire appeals. Process, now can you go to court on?

Forever literally there is no literally no statute of, limitations

okay BUT i guess that we purchased upgraded warranty to
that lifetime warranty that included everything pretty much bumped a
bumper versus just the powertrain and the basic, stuff and

that the upgraded warranty they say is still, valid but
they claimed that the lifetime warranty was never, given it
was never part of the vehicle because Which i've got
them the different people on the phone to say that,
yes we had a lifetime, warranty but they voided it
because we didn't do some inspection that we never knew.

About AND i guess there was supposed to be an
inspection every five years that the dealership was supposed to,
do and we took the vehicle in during these inspection
periods to do with, pairs AND i guess they never
did the inspection, also which they were supposed to, do
and we recently got the vehicle inspected under the in

the timeframe they were supposed to do, it and they're
saying that this warranty is still not. Valid and when
we talked to, them they claimed that there was never a.
Warranty but then when you get upgraded to a high enough,
level they're, like, oh, yeah we see it.

have to prove that you, did and you don't have
any proof that you, did and they're going to say.

a Supreme Court of which he nominated and confirmed or
we're confirmed three justices. So now you have a conservative

neighbor in the street across trash day and he tried
to talk to him and the neighbor pulled an axe

nothing we can.

to the next step is to get a restraining. Order
you have to go in. There you want to get
an emergency, order explain what, happens you'll probably get, it
and hopefully if a judge issues an order and then
you call the cops on that one when he violates,

violate a restraining. Order and THEN i don't know what
else to do on this. One it's one of those
things where you got me on, this you really, do you,
know there's no easy way of dealing with. This there really.

the condo and the condo association had the same problem
AS i, did and, man we it was a it
was a noise issue and a stomping on the floor,
issue and, man we were in litigation for a, year

they claimed that the lifetime warranty was never, given it
was never part of the vehicle because Which i've got
them the different people on the phone to say that,
yes we had a lifetime, warranty but they voided it
because we didn't do some inspection that we never knew.

inspection every five years that the dealership was supposed to,
do and we took the vehicle in during these inspection

did the inspection, also which they were supposed to, do

saying that this warranty is still not. Valid and when
we talked to, them they claimed that there was never a.
Warranty but then when you get upgraded to a high enough,
