Speaker 1 (00:46):
Moore, Hey, pet pals, Welcome to the Old Behave Show
on Pet Life Radio. I'm your host, Arden Moore. We
got a perfect pair of guests today. One is a
top notch veterinarians. The other, well, you have been singing
his song since the nineties. Together, they're here on a
campaign to help cat lovers manage dating When allergens getting away?
(01:12):
Can I get an I too? So please enough pussy
footing around. Please welcome Nick Leche and Parina Venarian doctor
Michelle Mooyle. Welcome, Welcome you too.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
Good morning. What a perfect intro.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
That one good morning, Good morning. Don't let the cat
get your tongue. The campaign, it's a video campaign. It's
called Live Clear, Love Clear. Nick, what's that all about?
Speaker 2 (01:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:36):
Well, Live Clear, Love Clear is a series of videos
that highlights the struggles that cat onners sometimes face, you know,
juggling cat allergens in the dating world. And it highlights
the journey they have gone on to navigate those struggles.
And I think what it really illustrates is that while
they can be struggles, they're not struggles that you can't
overcome with the help of a piano.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
One Live Clear. So very excited about this series.
Speaker 4 (01:57):
You can check it out on Piina One's YouTube page,
that cat YouTube page.
Speaker 1 (02:01):
Very nice. Nice and we got the good doctor in
the house from Parina. Tell us what is that? It's food? Right?
Speaker 2 (02:08):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (02:09):
So.
Speaker 5 (02:09):
Pirina one Live Clear is a dry cat food that
comes in both a kitten and adult formulation. It's a tasty,
complete and balanced, nutritious diet that utilizes a protein to
neutralize cat allergens at the source, which is in the
cat's mouth, and it can actually decrease cat allergens by
(02:31):
forty seven percent at day twenty one of feeding, which
is really incredible. So it's a really nice tool in
the toolbox for our cat owners who would like to
date some other people that might be sensitive to cat allergens.
Speaker 1 (02:44):
So thank you. So how does a nice gentleman lead
singer from a band that also's been on shows like
Love Is Blind on Netflix team up with Pirina?
Speaker 2 (02:53):
Nick?
Speaker 1 (02:54):
I know beautiful dog Wookie and now you have Dash
and Wookie was your dog, right.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
Yeah, Wookie was our dog.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Unfortunately he's in the Great Kennel in the Sky at
this point, but we had a very nice run with Wookie.
Speaker 2 (03:06):
He was our first child, as we like to say.
Speaker 4 (03:08):
But no, I, as you mentioned, I host a lot
of shows that deal with love and making connections, and
so I love to see people make connections. But let's
be honest, dating is kind of a tough thing sometimes, Yeah,
a long distance relationship or people's schedules or for cat
on eers, sometimes cat allergens get in the way, which
is why I'm so excited to partner up with Prena
one Live Clear, which is, as we mentioned, an allergen
(03:29):
cat allergen reducing catfu to highlight some of the stories
of people who have found a way not to let
cat dan dere.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
Nobody wants to kiss somebody when they're route to sneeze.
Speaker 4 (03:39):
Right, Well, I do think it's a little bit of
a buzzkill when you're having a reaction and sneezing and
watery eyes, and yeah, it can't put a damper on
the love life.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
So that's why Puriana one Live Clear.
Speaker 4 (03:49):
It's such an important tool in the toolbox, as you mentioned,
to kind of get past those obstacles and find those
connections you looking for in the dating world.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
And doctor Michelle, it seems like cats are getting us
second popularity resurgence these days. Real men love.
Speaker 5 (04:04):
Cats, right, Yes, I love cats, and obviously I'm biased
as a cat owner.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Oh this isn't aside.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
I grew up with three cats, and I'd like to
think I'm a real man. So yeah, real men like cats.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
I think you're a real man, of Michelle, I think
you're a real gal. That's cool. What is it about
cats that intrigues you the most? Nick because they're not
little dogs.
Speaker 4 (04:25):
No, I mean I think cats have such a different
personality than do dogs. You know, there's an independence, first
of all, that cats have as dogs.
Speaker 2 (04:32):
Dogs need a lot more of attention, they need a lot.
Speaker 4 (04:34):
More care, you know, cats are much more independent, and
they and cats seem to I always get the impression
that cats know more than we do, you know what
I mean, always get the impression I'm on the wrong
end of that equation, but it's true. Yeah, they're fascinating,
fascinating creatures, a lot of fun. I don't have any
cats anymore, but as I said, I grew up with
cats and loved all three.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
Working on that Buzzy, Squeaky and Oreo or my cats?
Speaker 1 (04:54):
Oh goodness, disclosure, that'll probably be a Jeopardy clue. You
know that they're gonna do a Nicholas Shake commercial question
and we all heard it later on the Old Behave Show.
These are the three original cats of Nick Lachet. How's
that that was growing up?
Speaker 2 (05:06):
Were you in there? You go?
Speaker 1 (05:07):
You were growing up in the Midwest, right.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
I did? Yeah, grip in Cincinnati and nah, those are
my three cats and old Cincy.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
What about your cats, Doctor Michelle, you're gonna do a
shout out unless they're seventeen of them. We only have
a few minutes on the show. Yes, shout out to
Greg my cat.
Speaker 5 (05:23):
She's the queen. Her name is Greg and Roy Kent.
If you're a ted Lasso fan, that will land. I'm
currently fostering two cats. If you need cats, I'm your
connection Bix and Feryxpert and.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
Or fans in our house as well the Star Wars nod.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
Yeah, thank you, Gosh, I'm learning so much from you too.
What's it like to be part of there? Is this
the first time you guys have met? And is this
the first time you get to team up with the veterinarian? Nick?
Speaker 4 (05:49):
I can say it's the first time I've ever done
a satelline media tour with a veterinarian.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Yeah, this is I'm checking check it off boxes this morning.
Speaker 4 (05:55):
But yeah, last they certainly don't trust me to give
all the important information about this amazing so thank god
that doctor Moyle is here to decipher all of that.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
Well, she'd threw out some stats at me, and I
used to be a sports writer, so I got them.
Doctor Michelle, you got to tell me what's your favorite
ninety eight degrees song, No pressure, he's right here.
Speaker 5 (06:15):
Oh see ez, that's easy, give me one more night,
that's easy.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
That's a vibe.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
Well done, well done, Thank god I found you. I
do cherish this interview.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
Ah, those puns keep them coming.
Speaker 2 (06:28):
Sometimes I feel like the invisible man, but not this morning.
That was special.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
Perfect.
Speaker 5 (06:33):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
I think the three of us could get in some
good trouble.
Speaker 2 (06:35):
Don't you think I have that inflected? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (06:38):
Yeah. We really need our cats to have good food,
and we need our people two leggers to have happy
love lives. Right, And it sounds like this is the
team to help get that message across. Yeah, you want
to throw any other things about it, doctor Michelle.
Speaker 5 (06:55):
Yes, we would love for you to do two things.
Get more in from I Purina one Live Claar and

Speaker 1 (07:14):
I know you're on a schedule, but I gotta ask you, Nick,
if you could have any trait a cat has, and
SAME's going to you, doctor Michelle, what would it be?
And why? Oh?
Speaker 2 (07:23):
I could have any what I'm sorry.
Speaker 5 (07:26):
That's a good one.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
Please don't say you want to use a litter box.
Speaker 2 (07:29):
I'd be down to have nine lives.
Speaker 5 (07:32):
I've seen that in practice, seen that in practice.
Speaker 2 (07:34):
That's real.
Speaker 5 (07:36):
I would say a cat's jumping ability, it's really outstanding.
I mean even kittens can just jump an outstanding height.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
It's impressive.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
All right.
Speaker 1 (07:44):
I do thank you for helping cats, and I do
thank you for bringing some more love into the world.
Any party message, Nick, how did you survive this interview?
You're okay about this?
Speaker 4 (07:55):
My party message would be if you suffer from, you know,
sensitivity to collegians or date someone who suffers from sensitivity
to collagians, then check out this amazing product because it
will definitely change your future and your life.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
So love life.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
Uh yeah, Well you have now survived being on the
longest pet podcast on the planet. We've been on the
air since seven when no one knew what a podcast was,
and I think my coffee mug has a podcast now.
I don't know, but I want to thank you both
for being on the show. This is my producer, Mark Winner.
Hey guys, good luck with the satellite media tour. We're
(08:27):
glad we could be on Thank You Hey, Pet Pals. Whoo,
that was quick. This is kind of a special episode
of The Obehay Show because Nichola Che and the Good Doctor,
Doctor Michelle from Parina are on a satellite media tour.
We got a whopping ten minutes with him and we
used every second of that. But I wanted to just
(08:48):
let you know you know who he is. Nick Lache
was the lead singer of ninety eight Degrees and he's
been in a number of TV shows and host He's
on Love is Blind on Netflix. He's been on The
Ultimatum and Perfect Match.
Speaker 2 (09:02):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (09:03):
He is married to Vanessa joy Leche. They have three kids.
You heard him allude to his very first child, a
four legger named Wookie, a dog. They love that dog,
and they said Wookie live to be fifteen and Wookie
let them get some skills to be good parents. They
now have a dog named Dasher. But as Nick said,
(09:26):
he grew up with not one, not two, but three kiddies.
And doctor Michelle Moyle from Parina. Man, she's got some
credentials that'll make your brain hurt, and she's part of
the Parina team. But she is a veterinarian that is
focused on canine and feline preventative medicine. She graduated from
(09:48):
Cornell's Vet School. That's a big one, that's a tough one,
and she actually hosts the Cornell Veterinary Podcast. When she's
not hanging out with the stethoscope around her, she likes
to bake and spend time with her family. So we
had two great guests, and we are very happy on
the OD Behave show because we got the first slot
(10:10):
of the satellite media term with Nick and doctor Michelle.
We're pretty jazzed about that. So it's a special segment
of O Behave. We're so happy that you tuned in.
I want to give a shout out to my producer,
Mark Winter. He produces each and every show on the
Pet Life Radio Network. We are the number one pet
