Speaker 4 (00:35):
I'm REMB Radio one oh four point one broadcasting live
on iHeartRadio. People are like, where's Ryan homes? Ryan Holmes
went to the Crime Line Awards ceremony. They do this
every year and Detective Barb always gives us a very
nice award, so we let Ryan go and accept the award.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
It makes him feel like a hero.

Speaker 4 (00:53):
Makes him feel fancy, and he's usually late to it
or he screws something up, so we'll find out what
happens with that, but he'll be back in a little bit.
Two time MWO Champion Am Bernova here today and now
it's time brangel to bring you a Monster Sport.

Speaker 5 (01:13):
MOS Sports brought to you by the Just Okay Roast.
This one night event is gonna happen at Judson's Live
will feature three of the best friends you ever knew
that you ever had. You never knew you had sewn
Sabrina and Sea Lane, plus a stellar lineup of comedian
comedians including Ross Paget, Ryan Holmes, Ross McCoy and other
special guest Twisted surprises and the kind of comedy that

(01:36):
you will not hear on daytime radio. A few tickets remain.
You don't want to miss out on this. You gotta
go to Real Radio, Dot FM, Backslash Roast get your
tickets for that event, all right, Ross. NBA actually started
last night. We had two games on the bill. It
was the Warriors versus the Lakers. Lakers are not gonna

(01:57):
have Lebron James for at least another thirty days.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
He's out with sciatica. You know what they did last
night is you know it's on NBC.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
Yes, they made a big deal of it.

Speaker 4 (02:06):
And I like always at six thirty, I always go
to NBC to watch the nightly news, so I know
what the hell's going on, and the nightly news wasn't on.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
It was preempted by by.

Speaker 5 (02:17):
At the NBA. Yeah, yeah, yah, that's not going to
always be that way. It was just because it was
the beginning of the season. Russ, there's the season kick off.
They had a huge uh, special interview with Michael Jordan
because he's part of the broadcast team. People went nuts
over the interview. It was I thought, kind of softballers,
but that's neither here nor there. Yeah, so that was
just because it was the beginning of the season. Once

(02:39):
we get rolling here, you'll notice how you if you
want to watch your games, you're gonna have to go
to different platforms to watch it. And I'm to give
you an example of it here momentarily. But so last night,
Warriors beat the Lakers one nineteen to one oh nine,
and then a really really good games, surprisingly so in
the way that it's the season opener, thunder hoisting up

(03:00):
their banner, but had to go into overtime to beat
the Rockets one twenty five, one twenty four. Kevin Durant,
making his debut as a Houston Rocket, had an amazing
game as well. Afterwards, he took it on, you know,
basically said it was his fault that they lost. But again,
fun games to start the twenty twenty five twenty six

(03:22):
NBA season. Now the Orlando Magic get the hardwood this evening.
They're going up against the uh in Miami.

Speaker 4 (03:29):
Heat now, and I almost wore my my jersey today
and I knew you guys were like, no way, you're
derigeating your name.

Speaker 3 (03:35):
Your name in so I didn't wear my jersey, Russ.

Speaker 5 (03:37):
I don't know why you want to fight this. The
sports and Jens has proven and I'm trying to lead
you down the path they shake this thing, So don't
get mad at the process.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Am on the junks.

Speaker 5 (03:50):
Now here's the thing. Right, for the NBA upcoming season,
you're gonna need access to different platforms or different kinds
of situations to watch your favorite team. Oh my, So,
for example, if you want to watch the Orlando Magic
this evening, you need one of these three things.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
What do you need?

Speaker 5 (04:08):
Either, if you're connected with cable, cable, satellite, you need
to have the FanDuel Sports Network available on Spectrum DirecTV, Exfinity,
Fubo and the such. If you have Prime Video, you
need to add the FanDuel Sports Network to your Prime
Video subscription all right. Or if you're streaming subscription, you
need to get the fan Duel Sports Network Season pass.

(04:30):
That's just to watch Orlando Magic games, you need FanDuel
and association with one of these platforms, right, and that
FanDuel was it.

Speaker 3 (04:42):
Was a gambling app.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
It is oh okaya, oh man, all right, So well,
I mean it's any crazy like ten years ago, like
sports never leaned into gambling.

Speaker 5 (04:53):
Much that they love that gambling money that they do.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
How much more money has that brought to to sports?

Speaker 3 (05:02):
I mean it's got to be in the billions.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
I would say, so yeah, yeah, I probably could get
you a number here momentarily, but yeah, you're absolutely correct.
So and so that's just to watch Orlando Magic games.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
Russ.

Speaker 5 (05:13):
Now, if you want to watch uh, what's today? Today
is the Wednesday, So Wednesday you need. If you want
to watch other games that are happening throughout the league,
I think you're gonna need uh NBC or Peacock. There's
definitely a night where it's gonna you need Prime again
at these are to watch the other games that are
going on.

Speaker 4 (05:30):
So there are guys, I'm sure I don't know any
of them, but there are guys I guess they just
watch if there's an NBA game on, they're watching them
because they're gambling on or they're betting on them, or
they just love the sport that much. They just watch
any game.

Speaker 5 (05:41):
Yes, wow, yeah, yeah, yeah, I would I would say so.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
So I do that kind of with football, So I
guess I shouldn't say wow like I do with the
the NFL.

Speaker 5 (05:48):
You watch a game just to watch a game. Say,
It's the same way with any of the sports, whether
it's hockey, whether it's you know it.

Speaker 4 (05:55):
So has has viewership increased for all sports now that
gambling is more than I say more accepted.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
Is one hundred percent accepted.

Speaker 5 (06:04):
So that's where you get into an interesting kind of
where you garner your information. Right. So the NBA, for example,
I think in my own personal opinion, they've made it
more difficult for the NBA fan to watch games. They're
hard to find now as we're learning what platform is
you need for what day of the week, what platform

(06:26):
you need to watch your.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Hometowners much to keep that playing?

Speaker 5 (06:29):
You're one hundred percent correct, that's my opinion on the NBA.
So I'm sure the NBA is going to say, oh, wait,
our streaming numbers are up because we're you know, we're here,
we're here, we're here, and we had and the other
thing that they're arguing a lot of these leagues are
arguing now is that they're having more games on more platforms,
and so they're going to count that as a positive
as in that positive, right. I think it's again, if

(06:53):
the hardcore NBA fan you're gonna know where to find
your stuff. I think it's the casual fan that's going
to be like, we'll be like, well, wait, what do
I need? How do I do this? You know?

Speaker 3 (07:03):
Hey with viewerships.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
So obviously NFL is number one, the number one sport
is NBA number two?

Speaker 3 (07:09):
Or is baseball number in the number two?

Speaker 5 (07:11):
NBA's number two.

Speaker 4 (07:12):
Okay, So number one, NFL, number two NBA, and number
three is.

Speaker 5 (07:17):
Baseball baseball and then hockey and then hockey. Okay, But
I mean but again, in the day and age of
streaming services and everything, we'll see how that all that materializes, right,
and see what different platforms are there. Speaking of other
leagues and other and other things going on, Orlando City
is on the pitch tonight versus Chicago and their wild
card match.

Speaker 3 (07:37):
I thought they were done. They said they were Orlando City.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
I see no there. Their wild card game is tonight
versus Chicago. Oh, Chicago, the Pride's done. No prize is
still in the playoffs too. Oh, I thought, Okay, their
regular season. I'm sorry, regular seasons for them are done.

Speaker 3 (07:52):
Oh that's what it was.

Speaker 5 (07:52):
Okay, they're in the postseason now, okay, okay, and so
uh all right, So as of right now, the Chicago
has slightly favored for tonight's match. It's going to be
in Soldier Field. And again, if you want to watch
this match on streaming, you're gonna need the MLS Season
Pass on Apple TV. So again, this is one of
the things that I find frustrating. I know Ryan shared
with this, and so uh in my regard, I need

(08:15):
to update my TV and get a newer television because
I find it as a pain in the ass when
you're switching between you're now having instead of changing channels,
you're switching between apps apps.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
I'm dancing around the apps.

Speaker 2 (08:30):
All the time, like a smart TV that's on it.

Speaker 5 (08:33):
Yeah, it's a smart TV. He has all the apps,
but it's a few years old, so the processor and
it isn't super fast. Ryan says that if you get
the TVs with a faster processor, the switching between the
apps happens faster and it more resembles like changing channel.

Speaker 4 (08:48):
And then sometimes the fire TV and it'll have this
thing and it'll say that you have you don't have
enough bandwidth, but enough storage.

Speaker 5 (08:56):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (08:56):
In order to have all these different apps, really down
on the rabbit hole, I had to figure out how
to get rid of the storage stuff so I can
have all the apps that I have.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
But yeah, it's a totally different world.

Speaker 5 (09:07):
This is one day.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
It was so easy to just have one. You just
go on Spectrum and you can watch what you want. Now,
well here there's fifty different ways to watch TV.

Speaker 5 (09:15):
I'm well on my way is getting the cable again.
I am that guy, I am that proponent. One of
my best friends, Aaron, He's reminded me this is why
Spectrum Silver gets the gets gets the prize. Right now,
he could watch all all of the things that I'm
talking about, and he's just changing channels like the good
old days.

Speaker 2 (09:32):
He doesn't have to pay for like ten different subscription.

Speaker 5 (09:34):
Apps, paying them through the through the through the services.
But they're all on the channel. So you're not swapping apps,
you're just changing channels.

Speaker 2 (09:44):
N So the'm trying to go back to regular TVs that's.

Speaker 6 (09:46):
Paying different apps.

Speaker 5 (09:48):
Spectrum Hauler at you, boy, I'm I'm going to be
your perfect pitch man. Let's get this deal done.

Speaker 3 (09:54):
He's all about it.

Speaker 4 (09:55):
The I've got the fire stick, and then I watched
most of my TV through YouTube TV.

Speaker 5 (10:00):
I want I want the cable. I want the cable
coming back into my place. That's what I want.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
You gotta get DVR. You got to pay for the
extra things. And I used to have Spectrum.

Speaker 5 (10:09):
Yeah, I will pay for it.

Speaker 4 (10:10):
I got the Spectrum thinking I was going to save money.
And then apps.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
You're paying for. See, I bum off of all my
app I freeload.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
I feel bad. I can't do that. I feel like
I'm ripping somebody off.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
Oh well, they're my family, so they're just fine. Okay,
they're married with kids. They can they can let me freeload, gotcha?

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (10:29):
All right, Russ, We're world series will start on Friday,
October the twenty fourth, and it's gonna be Dodgers versus
the Blue Jays. We and we know that.

Speaker 4 (10:38):
So did you see here's a little bit of a
pop culture thing to it. So I guess the the
Dodgers are you know?

Speaker 5 (10:45):
Is it?

Speaker 4 (10:46):
Kendrick Lamar is a big Dodgers fan, and then Drake
is a big obviously Toronto fan. So once again as
Drake versus Kendrick Lamar for the World Series. And I
guess they're saying that Drake is a sports drinks, much
like your sports Jinks. So me and Drake are now acquipited,
which is terrible. It's a horrible thing to put on

(11:07):
the man. I say, he's not a sports drink, and
I say, I think now he's good. They're gonna win.
He can go Toronto, Toronto, and Drake, I'm pulling for
you because I don't like anyone being called a Jinks.
That's a ridiculous thing to.

Speaker 3 (11:20):
Call a man.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Okay, So this lets you know that you're talking out
of pocket, because again, much like yourself, there's a long
and distinguished history of Drake putting thousands of dollars and
going vocal and betting and then Jinks and Jesus isn't
real and the team's losing. Jinks is not real. Drake
is singly handed responsible for some of the epic losses
of Toronto or Canadian team.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
Drake and Box can't blame him. It is on the team.

Speaker 5 (11:47):
He doesn't again out of nowhere, He'll come in, draw
your parachute, in drop this ridiculous bet, and even the
team is like, no, we don't want that. No, Drake, no,
don't make that public. And they lose over and over
said that.

Speaker 3 (12:01):
Ussed off that he is back them.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
Do you believe in bad juju? Because that comes from
a Jamaican ghost and you believe in ghosts?

Speaker 3 (12:11):
I don't know. Just hear you say juju makes me laugh.

Speaker 5 (12:14):
Russ again, you're you're going again. I'm trying to coach
you out of this and telling you what to do.
And now you just broke the rule and you went
on record and now you've ruined it.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
Wear the shirt though. I think we.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
Will accept any any had from any sports team here.
Just send it to a real radio one on four
point one care of Russ Rollins.

Speaker 5 (12:34):
All right, So anyways, holy hell and so on of
the neat Now we're just going to shake down the
listeners for a sportsman Orbilia. Wow. So one of the
crazy things in regards to with the Dodgers, and they've
spent the most money they bought their team. They've got
all this. They spent seven hundred million dollars to sign
show you Tani, right, that's their the deal. Basic Italian

(12:56):
baseball player, Italian baseball player, so reports are the Dodgers
made that all up this year with the team's revenue
from ticket sales, merchandise and global marketing. They've got the
investment into show he already covered.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
It paid off.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Yeah, but think of all the athletes they paid that
money to and it doesn't pay off.

Speaker 5 (13:16):
No one's been paid like showing. Yeah, no one's been
paid like him. So he and well again he's got
the largest baseball contract. Is ridiculous in all these things.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
Let me say, what what do you do when you
pay someone? And I'm thinking about, you know, to a
tongue of blowa. You paid him two hundred and some
million dollars and he's flopping like that, like what do
you do?

Speaker 5 (13:34):
It's happens all the time. Yeah, that's it's a it's
built into the system. There's no way to know until
you play him long enough.

Speaker 2 (13:40):
And yeah, sometimes you give somebody enough chances, you know,
and you kind of know.

Speaker 5 (13:44):
No, well, this is what this was. He had earned
his second contract, this was coming out of his rookie contract.

Speaker 3 (13:49):
Earned it and then and then he's essing the bed.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
And that's much of sports, Thank you so much. As
someone else said, where is Ryan Holmes today? He is
accepting a war an award for us on our behalf,
on our behalf, and hopefully make us look good at
the he's going to bring us at the crime Line.
It's the Crimeline Awards ceremony. So as soon as he's
done accepting the award, he'll be back. Hopefully he'll bring
us some food. Right, we told him to bring his

(14:14):
food pocket eggs, pocket eggs. You can put eggs in
his pocket.

Speaker 5 (14:17):
Well, remember he was supposed to take a bunch of
his zip locked bags.

Speaker 3 (14:20):
That's right. You know we didn't do any of that, right,
I believe.

Speaker 5 (14:22):
Well, he had closing in the car. Why wouldn't he.

Speaker 4 (14:24):
All Right, I take you a little break. We'll be
back with more big dumb fun. You're listening to the
Mansters in the morning, professional grade.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
Welcome back to the Monsters in the morning. And I
am Russ Wallins there with the two time.

Speaker 2 (14:48):
That's right for more two.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
Times we need for artists.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
M w O Champion.

Speaker 3 (14:54):
Remember Nova, I'm working on getting her. I'm look, I
am working.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
I'm trying to get you a rematch for the title,
you know against TiAl Piper.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
She's yes, she just says you haven't earned it.

Speaker 2 (15:05):
Yet right. She knows all about earning things, doesn't she.

Speaker 4 (15:09):
And we'll see, we'll see what happens on Saturday. If
who knows what can happen on Saturday? If they're both
invited to come on the Monster Brew Bus.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
They're still that's fine. She can come.

Speaker 4 (15:18):
A handful of tickets available. I'm glad you gave her
permission to go. I will if you want a good
tickets for the Monster Brew Bus. It's real radio dot
FM slash Brew. That's real radio dot fm slash Brew.
It's gonna be a great time if you want to
just join. I just invited all of our friends on
the YouTube channel What's up YouTube channel? I popped in
there to say hi to you guys. Uh, By the way,

(15:38):
if you want to go to Puddle Jumpers, Wolf Branch Brewing,
Chicago Fire Brewing, or eating Apig Brewing and say hi
to us and say there's no charge to get in,
just come by, say hi, there's no cover charge anything
like that.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (15:50):
Come, you know, come in, joy a great day with us.
If we're all dressing up, it's going to be a
costume event. Uh, and it should be a lot of fun.
So we're gonna be at Wolf Ranch Brewing and Chicago
Fire Brewing at around eleven forty five or so. Then
at two o'clock will be at Puddle Jumpers. By the way,
thank you Puddle Jumpers for being a sponsor of this event.
And the Stubborn Cowgirl and Doug will be there at

(16:14):
two o'clock.

Speaker 3 (16:15):
Yeah, they're great.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
And then four fifteen or so will be in Mount
Dora at Eden Abbey Brewing.

Speaker 3 (16:21):
I don't know why it's so hard for me to
say Eden Abby Brewing.

Speaker 6 (16:23):
Abby.

Speaker 4 (16:24):
Yeah, yeah, we'll be there for that, So you're welcome
to come join us. Hey, so this is sort of
sports related, but not sports related.

Speaker 5 (16:30):
These are my sports Jason.

Speaker 4 (16:31):
Yeah, my my sports stories are always sports sports adjacent
sort of. But I'm curious, what do you think about this?
So some own Biles the greatest gymnasts of all time? Right,
we all agree, and she's the greatest gymnast all the time.
And she's a little thing. I mean how tall? I
wonder how tall she is?

Speaker 5 (16:50):
Four eight?

Speaker 3 (16:50):
Is she four eighty's?

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Goodness?

Speaker 4 (16:52):
I so h So Simone Biles confirms that she got
breasting plants.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
Good on you. I think I saw something online about that.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
Yeah, she put something on about that.

Speaker 4 (17:05):
Uh, and I was gonna ask about Okay, so when
you're I always thought when you're really short like that,
a lot of shorter girls ate like, don't get breast
and plants because they're afraid.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
It makes them look heavy, was the one thing.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
And then isn't it more of a thing now to
not get breast and plants, like like the the more
flat chested look is more appealing to people.

Speaker 2 (17:27):
Know, I want to say, I understand where you're coming
from with what you're saying, because there's a lot of
older women, a lot of women that I know and
you know, wrestling or acting that are removing their breast
because of they think it's it's giving them illness and sickness,
and it can with some people.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
Well I know someone who had breast and plants to
put in and maybe got to help pay for them,
and had them taken out because they believed, like you know,
as they got older and made them look heavy and
they didn't want them anymore, so they had them taken out. Uh.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
Because backing the day, that was a thing.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
Like everybody I knew in the nineties, with every woman
I knew they were getting breasts and plants.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
I paid for several.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
Of them and and a lot of the two of
them I know had them taken out. And then for
simum bios, who's four foot nine, four foot eight to
have breast and plants?

Speaker 3 (18:17):
Is that going to make her look?

Speaker 2 (18:18):
Well, you don't know what size she went with. She
could have went with a very tasteful, smaller size that
looks very natural and real.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
She may know there's a recent photo of her.

Speaker 5 (18:26):
She could be just balancing her out because she's she's
a thick lower body and so because of her the
strength of her muscles down there, So if you look
at it, it's just like I remember what you're saying suggested,
is that like it just balances her her And you don't.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
Know what size she went with, And you don't know
pushup or you know a certain push up braw addressed,
you don't. Depending on what you wear, that can look
at different and different sizes. But you know, she was
a gymnast, so as a gymnast, she has so much
upper body strength. Her chest was probably a little flatter
due to that muscle that she had. And if that's
what makes her happy, good on you, honey. But yeah,

(19:02):
I've heard of some woman now. Breast implants has come
a long way back when you probably are talking about
thirty years ago.

Speaker 4 (19:08):
In the nineties, it was the thing and then and
the girls would get like the really big remember Angela
that we go o, No, there was a cartoon.

Speaker 5 (19:14):
Move Yeah, there were a circus circus tees and it
was yeah, and it went way out of control. I
think the look nowadays is that more.

Speaker 2 (19:22):
Tasteful, more modest in and the technology is different what.

Speaker 5 (19:25):
Would flatter their their bodies so as it doesn't draw attention,
but it just looks more natural, is what the popularity is. Yeah,
And according to their own website and everything, breast augmentation
is still the most popular plastic survey that's out there.
Within twenty twenty three they did over three hundred thousand
procedures in the United States.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
So that's always gonna app and you can and you
can text us at seven seven zero three one.

Speaker 3 (19:51):
Is that still a thing? Do girls still?

Speaker 5 (19:54):
You know?

Speaker 4 (19:54):
Because I remember when when we started radio, that was
people wanted free breast and plants. Every girl we talked
it was doing breast and plans. I don't hear about
it anymore, but I'm sixty now, right, I'm not talking
to girls in their thirties are heard.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
It's like what Amber saying. What the popularity of what
they're doing now is to make it look more natural
as opposed to going.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
Going too big for your body. There's a lot of
girls that maybe do go a bit bigger and you
can tell right away, like a lot of bikini models, Okay,
those are definitely like kind of too big or big,
and some women do go for that look. But a
lot of women want to go for a more natural look.
It is very popular still.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
You know.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
Another another athlete that had hers taken out recently was
dani Ka Patrick. She had something, she had him taken out.
So there are women that just have them taken out.

Speaker 2 (20:35):
Now are they You have to think, are they twenty thirty?
How old are the breasting plants? Are they modern where
they might be a little bit more better for you
because they're more advanced now. So they're getting them redone
or taken out because they're making them sick or they're
getting them taken out.

Speaker 4 (20:49):
Yeah, I've never known anyone. I'm not sure it happens.
I've never heard about it making them sick, But I
guess it happens, But I've never known that. The ones
I know had to take them out is just looks
and they felt like it made them look heavy.

Speaker 5 (21:03):
Yeah, so I think that's probably because they went too big.

Speaker 2 (21:06):
Then I think if this is correct me if I'm wrong.
A female wrestler, Taren Terrell, she had hers removed recently,
and she you know, went on her social media and
talked about her journey and all that and how she
had hers removed. So there's a few women that get
them removed. It might just be just for for looks.
They just want to be more natural.

Speaker 4 (21:24):
Right, But I say for her most all models, well, no,
there's a lot of There are a lot of models
that you could tell they did not get breast and plants.
But when you see someone with big breast, you always
automatically think that all those are breast and plants.

Speaker 5 (21:39):
Right, No, because I'm able to tell whether they're natural
or not, you can tell, Yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
Can never tell. I'm always could be.

Speaker 5 (21:48):
I mean it's the way that they move. Oh, usually
is the dead giveaway. Russ. I guess.

Speaker 4 (21:55):
So, Okay, if you're simone bios, do you want people
knowing like, is that embarrassing to say, hey, I got
breast and plants.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Well, unfortunately due to being such a huge public figure,
and she wears a very tight leotar. You can see
you know the shape of her chest and then now
the shape of her chest.

Speaker 5 (22:12):
Hey, so if she and I don't think she's didn't
she retire? I think she's retired. I think she's doing
this just.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
Because she stepped away and she.

Speaker 4 (22:19):
Said she might come back when when the Olympics are
in LA. There's a possibility. She didn't say for sure,
but she said never say never. So do you think
she can still compete with breast and plants? Like, will
that change you know, her ability to.

Speaker 5 (22:33):
I'm sure there's I'm willing to bet a dollar that
there are plenty of gymnasts across the country that have
had breast augmentation and still abel to perform.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
Yeah, I definitely think she'll still be able to perform.
But I will tell you the scar tissue, all of that,
she needs time to heal, time to adjust. It's gonna
affect her a little bit, her upper strength. All of that.

Speaker 4 (22:54):
A lot of people are saying that breast and plant
illness is an actual thing and someone's saying here that
we know someone I won't say who it is, we
know someone who actually had them taken out because she
feels it was making her sick.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
So it is a thing. So I didn't realize that.

Speaker 2 (23:07):
But yeah, I say good on her. You know, if
that would make her, that's her confidence, her happiness, like
and you know that's the stage in her life that
she wants it. Good on her.

Speaker 4 (23:16):
What's what's I'm trying to think, what is a dude
thing where like a plastic surgery thing that do plants
calf and plants.

Speaker 2 (23:23):
Yeah, you're joking.

Speaker 5 (23:25):
No, that's the number one surgery that men have. They'll
do the caff iplants and then after that they'll try
to enhance their their stomachs and chest.

Speaker 2 (23:35):
It's probably the hardest part on a man's body to
build is their calf muscle. I would have to say,
you see all those upper body big guys like a
brock Lessener, and he's got those little skinny chicken legs.
People always say, so it's not proportionate. And I have
heard of like ad in plants. A lot of people
get the the fake.

Speaker 5 (23:54):
Ad when the dudes, like when the guys when men
actually break down and they're going to do facial reconstruction
or face stuff. Typically the main thing they'll do is
the nose job, right, and then do that and then
get their ears pinned back. But after that, the second
or the most popular is the cafin plant. Right.

Speaker 2 (24:12):
Wow, Dumbo years.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
They'll put them back to like put them back.

Speaker 6 (24:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (24:16):
Yeah, my my brother in law, shout out Jeremy fire department.
He's got he's got Dumbo years and he listens to
the show.

Speaker 5 (24:24):
I don't know if that's the right. Shoutout Amber.

Speaker 2 (24:26):
I'm saying, if you ever want to get plastic surgery,
they do that.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
Don't even that. Now everybody at the firehouse is going
to call him Dumbo. Heres the hair. That's a horrible
thing to do.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
They listen to the show sometimes.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
Well now you just put him on blast.

Speaker 2 (24:40):
Yeah, he puts me on blast.

Speaker 5 (24:42):
He's not on a radio show.

Speaker 3 (24:43):
You know what, you're talking to millions of people.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
He shots fired. He's always after me.

Speaker 3 (24:51):
Well you got him. Now, this is a firefighters called.

Speaker 5 (24:57):
Disadvantage.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
What's his last name?

Speaker 2 (25:01):
I don't know if I want to say, then everyone's
gonna go well on Facebook.

Speaker 4 (25:05):
He's probably told everybody that is you know, I know Amber,
and now they're all listening to the radio and now.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
You call them dumbo wheears.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Yeah, shout out to Burton Fire Departments, South Carolina.

Speaker 5 (25:18):
I say that.

Speaker 4 (25:19):
All right, we gotta take a prayer, U Amber. You
gotta go run and get Ray Trentley. He's up in
the right room.

Speaker 2 (25:24):
I'm on my way, all right, you go.

Speaker 4 (25:25):
Get it there, you go, go get him, don't go anywhere.
You're listening to the Marches the morning.

Speaker 3 (25:41):
Hey, thank you for listening to The Monster's Morning's. We're
Radio one on four point one. We are broadcasting live
on the iHeartRadio app. Also live on our YouTube channel.

Speaker 4 (25:48):
Real Radio Monsters on YouTube. It's National Nut Day. Just
in case you wonder.

Speaker 3 (25:54):
What just to show you now, it's National Nut Day.

Speaker 2 (25:57):
That's perfect. We're all a bunch of crazy nuts.

Speaker 4 (25:59):
Amber Nova here today. Coming up a little bit later
on a Barnova's going to bring her conspiracy theories. Angel Here.
Ryan is out getting uh accepting an award for us
from crime Line. Uh when when he gets in a
room full of police officer he wants to grab their guns,
which is void.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
Just happens weird call the void intrusive thoughts. Ross. It
all happens to all of us, and that happened to me.

Speaker 3 (26:23):
I never thought you're a.

Speaker 5 (26:24):
Walking example of intrusive thoughts.

Speaker 3 (26:26):
But I don't think about grabbing guns.

Speaker 5 (26:28):
Well that's one example. There's plenty of They're all kinds
of intrusive thoughts.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
I do think like like like a high building or
something like what would it be like to jump over?

Speaker 3 (26:37):
That freaks me out?

Speaker 6 (26:38):
Oh no, that is you should have.

Speaker 3 (26:42):
Friendly Ray Trentley here with us from TKL. How you doing, Ray?

Speaker 6 (26:45):
I'm doing well.

Speaker 4 (26:46):
I did text you on Sunday, yeah, because it was
your Miami Dolphins and I'm calling yours.

Speaker 7 (26:54):
I don't know what you're talking about. I was I
was rooting for the Bucks this past weekend. So you
see how that worked out for the Box. Unfortunate exactly.
Look look what you did?

Speaker 5 (27:03):
See you? Yeah jinks them?

Speaker 3 (27:05):
Let me talk.

Speaker 5 (27:05):
Are you willing to accept that that you okay? See
see he understands the sports thinks.

Speaker 7 (27:10):
But you know what, I'm willing to risk tanking the
entire Bucks season because Box are the Dolphins an the
Bucks season because I don't want to watch the Dolphins game.

Speaker 4 (27:21):
Yeah something, And I said this the other and people
just love to argue, just to argue, and you'll understand
what I'm saying, right Okay, as of right now for
the players that are walking out on the field right now,
I believe that the Miami Dolphins are the worst team
in the NFL.

Speaker 3 (27:35):
And I know people are, well, they've won a game.

Speaker 4 (27:37):
Yeah, they won a game back when they had a
Tyreek Hill playing for that and they were better than
they are the worst team now. They they can't they
can't get a snap, they can't interceptions like they everything
is as discombobulated that as of right now, they're the
You I know the record doesn't show it, but they're there.

Speaker 3 (27:58):
They're terrible.

Speaker 5 (27:59):
They went a really weird playing professional football.

Speaker 4 (28:03):
Right now, I'm just saying they're not playing professional football
the worst team and they we should win when it
comes to the worst team category.

Speaker 2 (28:10):
I think we should also throw into the fat win
something like. They've been featured in movies ace Ventura. They
have a really great mascot, so.

Speaker 6 (28:18):
That un defeated forty years ago.

Speaker 4 (28:22):
Not much yeah ago, Yeah, you've watched the Dolphins longer
than I have. Have you seen them ever be worse
than they were on Sunday.

Speaker 5 (28:30):
It's the season where they went they won one game
against the Ravens. No, there's one season and they're one
of the teams that didn't win any games in the season.

Speaker 6 (28:38):
I know they end up beating the Ravens the last
game of the season.

Speaker 7 (28:41):
Yeah, and you know that that got We got Jake
Long in that draft because we had the first overall pick.
And I remember that season because I was like, you're
ruined it because you know, we want to set.

Speaker 5 (28:52):
Damn field goal.

Speaker 7 (28:53):
I mean, like the whole team is listen. I think
they've given up on the season. I think everybody has
accepted that we're going to have a new head coach
and new GM next year.

Speaker 6 (29:03):
Uh, you know, I just wanted to go once.

Speaker 5 (29:05):
Would you do? What would you do if they don't
fire the head coach or the GM.

Speaker 6 (29:09):
I'm already ready to burn the whole stadium to the ground. So,
uh have you that might.

Speaker 5 (29:14):
Send me over? Not you're talking about? Yeah, have you
seen there? Have you seen that rumor that the reason
they haven't pulled the trigger of the lawsuit that they're in.

Speaker 7 (29:22):
Yes, that's the one with Brian Flora as the former coach,
and you know and it's I.

Speaker 5 (29:28):
Mean, it's gaining that particular lawsuit is actually gaining traction,
and it looks like Flores is going to win. Flores
was the coach that they had before. He did not
like to and so he was fired and he sued
the team for racial discrimination. And it looks like it
looks like it's going his way right now as so

(29:49):
far as the lawsuit is gone. And so that's uh
why the people are claiming or or sitating. Again, this
is all conjecture. This is just off you know, rumors,
conspira theories on the internet that that's why they haven't
fired the head coach or the GM. The GM should
have gone a decade ago.

Speaker 4 (30:06):
I was sitting here with the bow the other day
and we were arguing that which team is worse, the
Tennessee Titans or the or there might be Dolphins, and
it's a it's a close.

Speaker 7 (30:16):
So I'll tell you what the problem with the Titans is. One,
they've got a younger team. Their offensive line is garbage.
They've got a direction though, but you know what, they
make exciting plays. You know what I'm gonna We can't
have wide receivers run the proper route. So I've got
no I've got no hope for the office this season.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
If they're younger, I agree with you. If they're younger,
they don't have children, maybe they're not fighting as hard.
But if you have, if you have your own kids there,
and you think they'd be working a little harder to
not embarrass yourself in front of your kids, that's true.

Speaker 6 (30:46):
Yeah, embarrassed in the kids.

Speaker 3 (30:47):
That makes a little sense.

Speaker 7 (30:49):
And especially two has a kid and he's picks every play.

Speaker 4 (30:53):
So here's what they talked me into. They said this Sunday,
maybe Friday or Sunday, they want me to. I have
not put on dolphin gear pretty much all year because
I'm embarrassed by him there.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
But they're saying in order.

Speaker 4 (31:05):
The Jinx thing, to go full on dolphin gear on Sunday.

Speaker 5 (31:09):
Trying to get the monkey off his back.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
Right.

Speaker 5 (31:12):
So for the last alleged the alleged wein we have
about ten years of documented sports drinks with this guy.
Because of the way he's willy nilly with his fandom.
He's ruined the seasons for particular players. He's ruined like
literally in this wheeling. I mean this week, this week alone,
he ruined the Mariners. He ruined the Tampa Bay Bucks.

(31:34):
That happened in one day.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
I wore a Lion's hat and the Lions.

Speaker 5 (31:39):
Why do you keep doing that? You were truth the
day before. You were on the air, and you were
openly saying that the only reason you were wearing that whispered.
Did I told it to you?

Speaker 3 (31:47):
I didn't. You said it out loud.

Speaker 5 (31:48):
People are grabbing the audio whispered they sent it to me.

Speaker 6 (31:52):
I haven't because of the gift. I mean, that's what
I think.

Speaker 5 (31:55):
Anyway, So his so again, and I was warning him
even then. I was like, hey, I think you're trying
to be a little too slip with this. This is
not how sports. He upset the sports gods, right, and so,
and he didn't understand the concept of the sports gods,
and Ryan and I tried to explain it to him.
And so what I was proposing was, hey, listen, let's
not ruin any other teams. Let's not ruin it. Let's
double down on the Dolphins. And even if it's just

(32:18):
a win, even if it's a moral victory, right, you
rock all your Dolphins gear on Friday or Friday Thirs
or whatever, and you double down and like commit that
you're fandom that this is the team that you want
to win this weekend hard.

Speaker 7 (32:32):
But Angel, on any given season, I normally agree with
you at this point. Wear whatever you want to wear, man,
bigger fan. Here's the problem. You want to see them win.
I want to see them with the draft pick. See,
I'm not interested. I'm not interested in getting the seventh

(32:52):
overall draft pick so I can draft two Attager Viola
instead of Joe Burrow because you know what, that year
we had a shot for that first overall pick.

Speaker 5 (33:02):
Well, hold on a second. When you're talking about that, Okay,
we're talking about the front office, and your guys' front
office is not showing any resemblance of what the hell
they know they're doing.

Speaker 7 (33:11):
I don't miss on that pick. You can't miss on
that pick, So I don't know. Listen, I'm just trying
to help.

Speaker 5 (33:17):
Okay, you have a compelling argument, and I understand what
you're saying, right, But I'm just trying to help Russ
out because again, there's a ton of listeners. The Yankee fans.
They were pissed off at him because he ruled the
Yankees playoff run every time he's gone again being willy
nilly with his fandom. He ends up ruining that fan
bases of hopes and dreams. So I'm trying to just

(33:38):
get that get that monkey.

Speaker 4 (33:41):
In the first segment, you don't believe in ghosts, but
you believe in.

Speaker 5 (33:46):
Wait that's no, no, no, no, that's not me. No no, no, okay,
you know me, and you know what. I believe it,
and you know that I don't thumb my nose at it.
I didn't understand what you were doing in the first
segment with trying to a show from twenty years ago
that a freely did as to that the reason that's
why he died, that a ghost pushed them down.

Speaker 4 (34:06):
No, I just I just listen, ray, this is true.
I just found that you were saying about I just fell.

Speaker 6 (34:12):
So that's not who you are in your corner us.

Speaker 4 (34:15):
That's not the is as freely fell down the stairs, right,
that's how he died. And then I found this old
this is from twelve years ago where he believes that
and they and then send this little documentary thing that
his his daughter and his wife both believed that they
were pushed down the stairs by a ghost. Right now,
what what are the stairwell, what yeah, what are the odds?

Speaker 7 (34:37):
Maybe the stairs are just not even ghosts that that
anti ghost. I just think that usually the simplest solution
is probably the right one.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Well whatever, I'm just saying it could happen, you.

Speaker 2 (34:53):
Know, like they didn't feel like they slipped, they felt
how he.

Speaker 7 (34:58):
Felt a push like Amber got like mysteriously pinned by
a ghost and that's how she lost her title?

Speaker 5 (35:03):
Again? Is that?

Speaker 6 (35:05):
Is that what happened?

Speaker 2 (35:06):
You know? I wasn't pinned.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
To sleep. It was probably the sleeper hole. Yeah. Hey,
how is your diet going treadly good?

Speaker 7 (35:14):
I'm four point six pounds away from where I want
to get to from like my weight loss goal, and
then I'm gonna stay on the diet but increase the
calories and try to gain some muscle before the end
of the year.

Speaker 3 (35:27):
So okay, are are you still obsessed by it?

Speaker 7 (35:30):
You're oh, yeah, absolutely, yeah, yeahh like I'm every single
week I'm on there tracking it.

Speaker 5 (35:36):
If i feel like I'm getting stagnant. Uh, do you
have do you afford yourself or is there in what
you're doing and everything? Is there a cheat meal or
there's nothing?

Speaker 6 (35:47):
No cheating?

Speaker 5 (35:48):
You're not eating. You're totally eating for sustenance. You're not
eating for pleasure or enjoyment at all.

Speaker 7 (35:54):
Yeah, I've got a pretty strict diet, and uh, I
need to get a little bit of fiber in me
and a little bit of protein. I mean it's mostly
all protein and a little bit of healthy fat, trying
to survive on healthy fats. And uh yeah, no, I'm
loving it, and I'm excited and I feel great. This
is actually the weight I was when I got married
fourteen years ago, and so I feel great. I'm gonna

(36:15):
lose a little bit more weight and then, like I said,
I'm gonna add the muscle on the frame.

Speaker 4 (36:18):
And now, how's the rest of the family. Do they
feel like you're any fun anymore?

Speaker 6 (36:22):
Absolutely think I'm no fun.

Speaker 5 (36:24):
Are you hanging out on one wing of the house
all by yourself?

Speaker 7 (36:27):
Well I had to say this way, but fortunately all
my kids were sick this past weekend and so like
none of them wanted to eat either.

Speaker 6 (36:34):
And I was like, it was a good weekend, but
the weekend before, everybody wanted like popcorn and candy.

Speaker 7 (36:39):
They wanted to do like a movie night, some Popeyes,
And I'm like, how about we eat some celery you guys.

Speaker 2 (36:46):
Yeah, you could do a veggie platter. Veggie.

Speaker 7 (36:50):
My kids do not like veggies. They used to like veggies.
They used to eat a few things, but now it's
like if it's not grain beans, they don't eat it.

Speaker 6 (36:58):
They're terrible children.

Speaker 2 (36:59):
They like green beans. That's their favorite veggie.

Speaker 6 (37:01):
That's their only veggie.

Speaker 2 (37:02):
It's not even the good ones.

Speaker 6 (37:04):
They dip it in ranch. You know, you dip anything
in ranch. It tastes pretty good.

Speaker 2 (37:07):
Yeah, it's smart you're doing. You're doing it before the holidays,
and I think that's what a lot of people don't do,
Like get it right before the holidays. So that way,
when you have Thanksgiving, you can enjoy a nice giant
meal of stuffing and stuff and then go back to
the diet.

Speaker 7 (37:19):
I don't know if I'll have a giant meal of stuffing.
I think I'm going to give my stuff like up
to one hundred grams of carbs through maybe Christmas a
day and then we'll see how.

Speaker 3 (37:31):
My body looks in But how many mashed potatoes can
eat with that?

Speaker 6 (37:35):
It'll probably be about two spoonfuls.

Speaker 5 (37:38):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (37:39):
Crazy, But here's the thing, right, So, like I'm starting
to get the angle V back on my abs.

Speaker 6 (37:44):
I'm starting to get some definition.

Speaker 5 (37:45):
So are you including a workout regiment with us or
are you just strictly dieting?

Speaker 7 (37:50):
Yeah, so it's not it's mostly body weight piome stuff
because I hit it too hard early on and I
was just drained.

Speaker 6 (37:59):
But yeah, I'm doing some exercise. It's just not what
I should.

Speaker 5 (38:03):
But some of the body weight stuff is if you
got the right of exercise and stuff that some of
my stuff is just as good as going to the gym.

Speaker 4 (38:09):
By the way, Ray Trentley as a divorce attorney. I
just got a text from a listener and says, tell Ray,
I said, thank you. He handled my divorce settlement on Friday.
Got me the best case scenario that which is very
nice of this py. I won't say their name because
don't if they want me to say their name on
the radio, but best case scenario like that's a That's
what when you're going through divorce, it's really all about

(38:30):
like your expectation, right, Sometimes people expect too much. They
are not realistic and not realistic, right, that is that
one of the biggest problems with the divorce.

Speaker 6 (38:41):
Privately, I don't want to say this too loud on
the air. If I could have.

Speaker 7 (38:46):
Metaphorically beat the other side over the head, we could
have settled this case seven eight months ago.

Speaker 6 (38:53):
Oh really, But it took some It took some legal maneuvering.
We had to try.

Speaker 7 (39:00):
I mean, we started a trial. I did all my
examination of the other side, and after that, amazingly they
got reasonable.

Speaker 3 (39:06):
That's quite unusual, isn't it. For I've been divorced many times,
had a trial.

Speaker 5 (39:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (39:14):
So statistically ten to fifteen percent of cases go to trial,
so it is a small proportion of the cases.

Speaker 6 (39:23):
That end up in trial.

Speaker 3 (39:23):
And what do they what are they discussed everything you
were like with with a jury and everything.

Speaker 6 (39:30):
So this not a jury trial, no trial with the judge.

Speaker 5 (39:34):
Just with the judge.

Speaker 7 (39:35):
And when you have good clients it makes the whole
thing a lot easier. But I mean, basically, this is
an offer that we made to them February of last
of this past year, and you know, basically was separated
for lunch. The attorney came to me and said, hey,
you are just settlement, and I was like, I'm open
to anything, Like I'm a friendly guy.

Speaker 3 (39:56):
You tell me what you got.

Speaker 6 (39:58):
And you know, we were able to work something out.
And actually he's on my to do list a call today,
so I'm glad to hear that.

Speaker 3 (40:04):
Well, I know that, Uh, we've got you've got some
divorce facts. It's a divorce facts. So but those of
you are thinking about divorce right for the holidays.

Speaker 7 (40:14):
Well it's not just thinking about divorce. Maybe it's also
maybe you're thinking that you don't want a divorce and
you want to get some information.

Speaker 4 (40:21):
Okay, very good, So we'll do that when we come
back with friendly Ray Tranley. By the way, any kind
of family law. We talk about divorce a lot, but
you do other things other than divorce.

Speaker 6 (40:30):

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars?
