(00:00):
It's camp I am sixty and you'relistening to The Conway Show on demand on
the iHeartRadio app. It is theConway Show where we're live. Yes,
yes, yes, yes, yes. How do they know? Well,
it's currently sixty eight degrees outside. It's Conway Show. We're live, and
(00:21):
prove it. Well, it's currentlysixty seven degrees outside. It's Conways Show.
Prove it it's currently sixty six degreesoutside. He used one of those
and then throw in some old crap. Okay, all right, but Bellio's
here, congratulations, welcome back, thank you, and Crozier's here live,
Angels here live, and Steph boshMan, we're the We're the only show
(00:46):
I believe in Los Angeles radio whereeverybody came to work. I think,
yeah, yeah, yeah, that'swild. Why is that? I don't
know. I'd like for I wouldlove to believe that this show respects the
military more than any other show, and we came in to dedicate this time
(01:06):
to their memory. That's not aquestion or a doubt at all. It's
one hundred percent right man, onehundred percent right man. When you drive,
when you drive this fleet week andwe have an aircraft carrier in town,
which is kind of cool, right, And the last time that happened
was two thousand and eleven, anda lot of people they said the line
was like two or three hours long. Who on Saturday just to take a
(01:27):
look at the aircraft carrier and theyhad people on board, which I couldn't
believe, which must mean that thatship is about to be decommissioned, because
you wouldn't have the public trolling aroundone of those new Ford class, you
know, one of those you know, gerald Ford class aircraft carriers. There's
way too much secret crap on thatyou can't just have a guy buzzing around
(01:49):
taking photos of that. This hasto be an older ship that is about
to be decommissioned. I'll bet youdollars to donuts that's what's going on.
And they just towed it in.They throw an airplane on it, and
it's how old is that ship?Do you know? Croach? I know
you're big on the seventy five iswhen the construction started, was launched in
nineteen eighty. Nineteen eighty, Okay, so we're talking about forty four years.
(02:13):
It has to be close forty fouryears. I think we're getting close.
Did you have when you were younger, did you have occasion where there
were where it was more frequent thateither aircraft carriers or at least bigger ships
docked here in the LA area. You know, I don't remember. I
didn't really grew upround the sam Pederarea and so far from us, but
I do remember when I was upin Oregon, my wife's grandfather is or
(02:38):
was a river pilot on the ColumbiaRiver, and so he would he would
meet these big ships and submarines. They had a thing called Rose Week where
they would bring big military ships upthe Columbia River about sixty five seventy miles
to Portland, and they'd have abig ceremony and you know, a big
celebration and they would all, youknow, enjoy a weekend looking at these
(03:01):
big, huge, you know, massive ships that they brought up the river.
So it was his job. They'venever done this before, but they're
going to bring a Los Angeles classsubmarine up the Columbia River to Portland.
And so he was on board andhe's, you know, he's standing out
there. They weren't submerged, theywere you know, they were above the
surface. And he was standing thereand telling you know, the pilot or
(03:23):
telling the captain or the guy steering, I don't know what his name is,
where to go because he got tofollow a certain pattern there to get
the you know, the deepest partof that channel. And about thirty miles
in he gets a call from thecoast guard and the coastguard's yelling at him.
He goes, you got to slowthat effing thing down. And he
(03:44):
goes, why, he goes,we have no wake. He says,
you're displacing my water two miles infront of you. You're pushing so much
water up this river two miles infront of you. Boats are being displaced.
Wow. Isn't that wild? Wow? Yeah, through the through the
narrow parts of that channel, they'repushing all that water towards Portland and swamping
(04:05):
boats. That's that's wild. That'scrazy. My dad used to despite the
fact that he was never in themilitary. My grandfather was in three of
the four armed services. My dadnever in the military. In fact,
he avoided Vietnam by having me.He was a huge fan of going to
air shows and anytime, either inMiami or when we lived in DC,
(04:27):
when ships were docked, he wouldhe'd love to go down to Newport News
down in Virginia and do all ofthe tours available on these ships. So
I remember, even as a seveneight year old kid, getting on these
aircraft carriers and walking around doing allthat stuff, and I was just carrious.
How much of a thing that wasout here. Yeah, it was
a big deal out here. Myfather served in the Army up at Fort
(04:47):
Lewis in Seattle, and because hewas the quickest type is on the base
that he was in charge of transferorders. They'd say to him, hey,
this guy's, you know, transferringto Boston. They want to get
somebody out of here quick, right. He'd knock it out with the typewriter.
He could type like, you know, one hundred and fifty words a
minute, just bang and he's gone. And so my dad found a workaround,
(05:12):
like Conways do, found a workaround the system and transferred himself back
home every every winder for Christmas.Oh look at incidence. Yeah, I'm
going to Cleveland again for two weeksover Christmas. I hope I come back
soon. Yeah, you're coming backon January third. January third, you're
coming back. But I remember hetold me it's one story that he lost
(05:36):
his weapon. He was supposed to, you know, he's supposed to the
guys who were guarding the base alwayshave to have their weapon, and he
and he fell asleep and he losthis weapon, and a general pulled up
and if you don't have your weapon, and the general says, you know,
like a hole two go identify yourselfwhatever. That's the brig, you
know. So general pulls up andsays, identify yourself, and my dad
(05:59):
pulls out what because it was atnight, he thought he could get away
with this. It was a fluorescentlight bulb, so it looked like a
shotgun. And the general looked down. He goes, what are you gonna
light me up here? Two weeksin the brig for that? I feel
like I saw that episode of McHale'sNavy. Yeah, yeah, it wasn't
McHale's name. You're right, that'sa true story. It's a true start.
(06:23):
Did that happen a lot with yourdad? That stuff that he experienced
went into a lot of the showsthat he were Yeah, mostly he did.
You know. My grandfather was abig part of it. My grandfather
was funny, but he never henever told jokes or anything. He was
just a very funny man, mostlythrough his cheapness. You know, he
bought a doorbell from Sears. He'sgonna be the first guy in the block
(06:44):
to have a doorbell, and itwas going to cost next to three dollars
to hook it up, and hesaid, screw it, I'll do it
myself a mechanical So he hooks itup and he crosses the wires backwards,
so it buzzed all day and thenas soon as it stopped, he goes,
I'll get it. We have agreat video on Instagram at Conway Show
of your dad visiting his childhood houseand ringing the doorbell. Oh yeah,
(07:08):
that's right. Yeah, So golook at it on social media. Rights,
it's great on Instagram, facebook pagesor whatever those things. Threads yes,
threads yes, Instagram, whatever youhave TikTok at Conway Show. That's
right. All right, we're livehere on KFI. We are going to
(07:29):
be here atill seven pm. IsMo live tonight? He is? He
is? Okay, So from nowto ten o'clock your live shown. Try
to find that on the station.Actually don't. You're listening to Tim Conway
Junior on demand from KFI AM sixforty. I think Angel Martinez's weather.
It's Angel you with us today?I sure am. I'm looking at it
(07:50):
at A I got a problem herein the desert. I don't know if
you're looking at it. Ten westboundcoming back in towards Los Angeles in southern
Califia for you, looks like aback up there. Come on and come
on will it's a ten twenty onthat. Yeah, it's been pretty jammed
up away from Palm Drive all theway to Highland Springs for a while.
It looks like it's starting to easeup a little bit, but it's just
(08:13):
people coming back from the low desertover this beautiful holiday weekend, all right.
And if you're coming back from thedesert, Angel, what our hotel
would you stop at for a couplehours just to take a you know,
take a break where you can getsome food, enjoy yourself, maybe get
a I don't know, a softdrink, and then hit the road again.
(08:33):
Oh well, I would definitely hopinto the Lazy River as well at
Moron. Yes with you, Yeah, I'm looking at the Marongo right now.
Traffic goes right up to Marongo andthen it opens up a little bit
afterwards. Right as you get toBeaumont. There it'll open up and it
looks like pretty cool, pretty smoothsailing after Beaumont and the rest of La
(08:56):
is is pretty open. Obviously youhave you know, your your one oh
ones are busy, uh, youknow, northbound one on one out of
Los Angeles. But but I I'mseeing a lot of green. Have people
already come back, Angel or arethey about to jump in the car?
I think that the drive is actuallystarting to look a little better than it
(09:16):
did a couple of hours ago.But you know, another hotspot is people
leaving and coming back into the LosAngeles area. If you look at Cast
Steak on the fire oh yeah,it's pretty slow moving around, you know
Magic Mountain. I got northbound delaystake you all the way up to Cast
Steak Lake and southbounds even leaving CastSteak heading back into Stevenson Ranch. Yeah,
(09:41):
all right, we'll keep an eyeon it for everybody. Angel,
thanks for coming in today. Youdeserve an out. A girl all anything
golong with her. Here's something horrible, a but it's new, so it's
a new station. A person wasfound dead in a residence pool and in
Sino today. Los Angeles Fire Departmentsthat got a call around two thirty eight,
(10:03):
so about almost an hour and ahalf ago, about a body in
a pool on Haskell Avenue near Satakoi. And my dad used to live on
Haskell in Sino. He looked rightnear Ventura Boulevard and Haskell and that was
our McDonald's. We used to goright there and that was first place I
(10:24):
ever had the McRib how about that. But the Los Angeles Fire Department set
have received a call around two thirtyeight pm about a body in a pool.
This is horrible. Preliminary investigation showeda body that may have been there
for an unknown amount of time. The deceased person's gender and age was not
revealed, and while the cause ofdeath has not been confirmed, it looks
(10:48):
like a drowning incident, and it'shorrible. Over forty five hundred people die
due to drowning each year, fortyfive hundred people from twenty twenty to twenty
twenty two. It's a horrible, horrible way to go. They say it's
one of the worst ways you cango. And then we also had a
(11:11):
sonic boom. I don't know ifanybody heard it, but a sonic boom
rattled southern California. This is Ithink it's for tomorrow. Tomorrow, it's
going to be a sonic book.Oh okay, expect the sonic boom.
Oh yeah, I see right there. Okay, yeah, expect the sonic
boom. It could rattle southern Californiatomorrow thanks to SpaceX's latest rocket launch from
(11:35):
Vandenburg. It's a big one. It's the Falcon nine and it's gonna be
carrying it's called ESA EarthCare, whichI believe it's Earth Cloud Radiation Explorer is
what it is. And so it'sgonna be in a lower Earth orbit or
as Bellio calls it, Leo,she's into that stuff. Yeah. And
those people living in from Santa Barbara, San Luis obispo Ventura, can you
(12:01):
might be hearing a sonic boom andso thing go wrong with you. Doesn't
say when, but it says hereit's scheduled for three twenty pm, depending
on whether conditions. So we'll keepthose stories on handy here, all right.
The Memorial Day. Memorial Day tributesare rolling in and for you know,
(12:22):
anyone who has I think we've alllearned over the last couple of years.
And I don't know why we didn'tlearn this earlier. Maybe we did,
maybe some did, but some didn't. That you're not supposed to wish
somebody a happy Memorial Day? Didyou know that I'm supposed to wish somebody
a happy Memorial Day? So ifyou were, if somebody says happy to
(12:43):
Memorial Day to you, I don'tknow if your if your position to correct
them or not. I don't know. Leave that up to us because they
don't know us. And you know, but don't fight a friend over it.
You know, if you get intoan argument over a friend with a
friend over that, I wouldn't dothat. But it's not It's not cool
to wish somebody a happy Memorial Day. Memorial Day is reserved for many women
(13:03):
who died in the line of duty. Oh are you happy people died in
the line of duty doing their dutyto this country? Yeah? Yeah.
You definitely don't want to run intoKrozier saying that, because he will jump
down your throat. All right, when we come back, we're going to
play you some Memorial Day tributes. Then we also have a lifeguard shortage.
(13:24):
Maybe you're a lifeguard or your youknow, your kids want to be lifeguards
over the summer. There's a shortageof lifeguards and we're looking live at La
fleetwek right now it looks like aCarlvin sens Is. It's wrapping up.
Fleetweek is wrapping up. So ifyou got to down there in the harbor
to see that aircraft carrier, goodfor you. That is a big deal.
(13:45):
It hasn't come in. We havenot had an aircraft carrier in southern
California since twenty eleven. So whatis that thirteen years, yes, sir,
thirteen years? Wow, wow, wow. All right, we're live
on k five. We are live, live, live, We're live well,
Kelly's going to be live till teno'clock tonight, So from now until
ten you've got five hours and thirtythree minutes of live radio and then I
(14:07):
think George Norris live too. Ithink we're all live now until you know
wake up call, so we'll behere for you. You're listening to Tim
Conway Junior on demand from KFI Amsixty. We are live here on Memorial
Day, remembering all the brave, beautiful men and women who sacrifice their lives.
(14:30):
We could be doing this and ifit wasn't for them, this would
be a hell hole, and sometimesit is even with them. You know,
as you drive around Los Angeles, there's a lot of craziness. But
let's let's play some Memorial Day.Memorial Day tribute here, some tributes.
(14:50):
And these men and women, man, they deserve a lot more than one
day, they really do. Andthere should be an entire month that it
came to these people, an entiremonth. One day, Brandon Peters.
It was a somber setting. Asthe sun was rising on Memorial Day,
US Marine started reading the names ofthe men and women who made the ultimate
(15:13):
sacrifice and died in combat. Afternine to eleven, more than seven thousand
names were read at the memorial wallat Rosie the Riveter Park in Long Beach.
From locals to veterans, they stoppedby to honor these fallen heroes.
It brings me here is there's threeneighborhood men that gave their lives for our
country. Josh Whitaker, Andrew Harvelland his brother Sean Harbell. I've been
(15:37):
coming here for about five years.I'm usually I'm a reader. This year
I have made I'm going to stopat a few places, but I just
wanted to come. This is myfirst stop at of the day to pay
respects. The nonprofit Honoring Our Fallenis behind this annual event. It presented
these renderings of new plates that willbe added to the wall. They will
honor those who gave their lives datingback from War World War One to Desert
(16:00):
Storm Desert Shield. The place willalso honor first responders who died in the
line of duty and service members whodealt with PTSD and those that have lost
the battle to PTSD to suicide. It's important to remember them too. Yeah,
I think it's I think that's onehundred percent right. You know,
it's not just the people that welost, you know, in action,
(16:23):
but the people that came home andcouldn't cope and either took their life or
you know it led to homelessness livingon the street, or you know,
a drug addiction they couldn't kick.I think this look for people have never
been to war. You know, you wake up every morning and you have
your own problems. You know, you can't pay the mortgage, you got
(16:45):
fired, your car broke down, the kids are a mess, and you've
got to navigate your way through youknow, your stupid life and put out
fires every day. Well, thesemen and women who fought in in some
of the conflicts. They have todo it, but they also have to
deal with what they saw overseas. So it's tremendously, tremendously burdensome and complicated
(17:11):
to come back and just try to, you know, shake it off.
These men and women sacrifice both communitiesand abroad well. Memorial Day is a
federal holiday when many take the dayoff from work. Maria Castleberry from Long
Beach uses it to honor her threehometown heroes. It touches home more often
for me because of the three gentlementhat grew up in my neighborhood, but
(17:34):
also for everyone to remember, whyyou have this day off. It's not
just a beach day or a picnicor a barbecue that you have to stay
off. Because you hear that thiswoman has it nailed it. Why you
have this day off. It's notjust a beach day or a picnic or
a barbecue. You have the stayoff because of this and all these people
you see right here. And thenonprofit says it plans to install and unveil
(17:59):
these new plays and next year onMemorial Day that that's great. The new
plates will be up BI Memorial Dayof next year, we have so holiday
traffic at hold them on second,I think the horrible time to lose my
voice. Holiday traffic and the CHPis out there in maximum enforcement maximum.
(18:23):
So if you're thinking about drinking anddriving today, maybe you've had a few,
give the wheel to somebody else, because that could turn your life upside
down. I remember doing this storyon Friday. Literally millions of people were
hitting the road from southern California.Well now today many of them are coming
back, and according to the CHP, over the next few hours you can
(18:47):
expect the traffic to be heavy. The California Highway Patrol has been out on
what they call maximum enforcement since Friday. It's basically all hands on deck until
midnight. Tonight, we rode alongwith Officer is a Bel as she patrolled
along A one, thirty four andtwo highways. Officers are keeping an eye
not only for speakers, but alsofor distracted drivers. This motorist was pulled
(19:11):
over for being on the phone.Oh no, everybody's on the phone.
Everybody's on the phone all the time? Was it to look for everything?
Was did to be selling you?Speedy and pair driving? I was I
went to a Costco last night.Uh, you know, not bragging,
just like the slide, and everyone'sfrom my look at the products. He
(19:33):
nothing. You didn't walk out withanything? No, I didn't because the
line was eight hundred people in eachat each register at least eight stuff.
I don't know what. Yeah,I think it was, yeah, people
getting ready for you know, forMonday off. But I will say that
I noticed I was going to getone of those ice creams at Costco.
(19:53):
There it is, that's why youwent. Yeah, that's why I went.
But there were about six hundred peoplein front of me, and there's
a point where that's not worth itanymore. And that's what happened yesterday.
I couldn't find a parking spot.You know, there's a million parking spots
at Costco. And when you can'tfind a parking spot, don't go in.
Don't go in. It's hell inthere, it's hell. And so
(20:17):
when you go in there and there'seight hundred people you immediately see in line
to check out, You're like,oh, screw it, I'm not buying
anything. So went now to getsomething to eat outside and it looks like
a prison yard. You know, everything's in cement. The tables or cement
everything, you know, and there'sa bunch of people who are broke trying
to get a dollar hot dog.I get it. I'm one of you.
(20:37):
I get it. I understand it. But I noticed this. I
was almost to a picture, butI don't want to take a picture,
and then some idiot, you know, breaks my phone because I didn't have
permission. But every single person, without exception, every single person. There's
probably seventy five people waiting in lineat Costco last night to get a hot
dog or you know, I don'tknow, uh cool, a coup or
(21:00):
whatever they saw. I don't knowwhat they sell. Sandwiches, a wrap,
roast beef is the new thing.Every single person was on their phone
without exception. Even the kids hadtheir own phone. Every single I couldn't
find one person that wasn't on theirphone, Like I've never seen it before,
seventy five people buried in their phone. It was horrible. You know,
(21:23):
nobody talking, what are you havingany interaction with each other? And
I think it's starting to hurt.I think it's starting to hurt people.
Oh yeah, you know, haveyou noticed that, you know, people
don't socialize, they don't come overfor dinner parties anymore, or maybe that's
just you know, maybe that's becauseyou know, I turn a lot of
people off. But but I don'tread. I think there were a lot
of a lot more parties and alot more get togethers before the before the
(21:48):
smartphone. I think now you canquickly text somebody. You find it offensive
when somebody calls you out of theblue. You do that. You know,
you look at your phone. D'rearelike, what the app on your
phone? Yes? Why is thatperson called? That's my phone? You
have to actually text them first, yes, say is it okay to call
it? That's right, that's right, Or text them to say, hey,
(22:11):
do you want to text for alittle while and then you want to
talk? Yeah, but you gotto set it up. You got to
set that date up. Man,there has to be an invitation and acceptance.
Well. I find it so rudethat I'm just driving, you know,
with my wife, my daughter andmade my sister in the car and
then somebody calls like, oh,you want to be part of this group.
Now we have our own group going, and all of a sudden they're
(22:32):
like, oh, you have nothinggoing on your life. I could just
pop in I could just pop intoyour life because you've got nothing going on.
That's what it's saying to you. That's what it's saying to you.
I understand business calls. You gottaget business done. I get that.
I call Bellios sometimes, but BelloI usually text you, yes you do
and say hey, you got asecond yeah, and and Bellio's you know,
(22:53):
usually the sad face emoji yeah yeah, with the head that explodes at
the top. I have called youbecause I needed to know something like right
away, and then like, oh, I shouldn't have done that, So
I text you and I'm like,oh, I had to just call you
because of this. Yes, rightexactly. And then I have one friend
(23:14):
who constantly sends me Santa Claus.Right, that's that's just what he sends
me. But it's but it's ablack Santa Claus, dude, and and
I said, I said, buddy, I said, what is this all
about it? And he says,oh, I'm just sending a Santa Claus.
I go, why is it black? He goes oh, He goes,
I don't know. Is there differentcolors? I said, yeah,
you can put your finger on it. And then it turned and he goes,
oh, I didn't know that.He just didn't know. You know,
(23:36):
he's seventy five years old. Heisn't No, he's not being racist.
He's just an idiot. And Igot no explanation for why he's sending
He just it's true. He sentme black Santas. For like years,
I never got it, and thenI finally go, you know, you
(23:57):
can change the color on me.He goes, oh know that, yeah,
you can know from really white toAsian to Hispanic to Tan to you
know, Native American, to wasa woke or politically correct phone. He
just did. He just didn't knowyou, just like you know Santa's.
(24:18):
Maybe we shouldn't have been live space. You run that Steve, you know
Steve Gregory Audio again. Here you'relistening to Tim Conway Junior on demand from
k f I A M. Sixforty traffic is you know, post Memorial
Day. People are trying to gethome and so if we have any balls
up, we'll have it for youimmediately. So keep listening to k f
(24:42):
I. Hey grow we we sortof learned that that Bill Walton passed away
today. That's horrible. Bill Walton, very very great basketball player for U
C. L A then he wenton to Portland and they played for Boston.
And think I should I should writea piece. I should take a
(25:03):
piece of paper and see what Iknow about Bill Walton. This is gonna
be really short. This is gonnabe really really short. Okay, let's
see what I know about Bill Walton. Okay, he played for UCLA.
I know that he has a sonnamed Luke. He has, yeah,
one of them. Okay, isthat true or not? That is true?
Okay, And that guy either playedor coach the Lakers both. Oh
(25:25):
he did? Yeah, I thinkdog, I get two credits for two
points for that, two points forthat. Or he played for Portland.
Yes, he won a championship forPortandal I think I believe so. Yeah,
he played for Boston and I thinkhe won a championship for them too.
And then his kid won a championship, and he and he smoked pot
(25:48):
and he liked a grateful Dead. That's pretty good. That's about a rap.
Oh no, No, he wasin that movie Airplane. He wasn't
in it, but that's one ofmy favorite movies in the world, and
he's mentioned in it. Kareem AbdulJabbar, Mensheds, Walton and his knee
and his foot foots and both feetare banged up, or his knees or
something. His knees horrible. Yeah, yeah, so and that's all I
(26:11):
know about. What Angel? Whatdo you know about? Sorry, it's
it has nothing to do with him, although I really enjoyed him over the
years. However, Will Cole Schreiberjust let me know that there is a
huge protest happening on the one ohone for Bill Walton in downtown l A.
Yes, can you believe it?Man, These kids will protest anything.
(26:32):
What are they protesting that he thathe didn't win a championship or that
you know, the coaches paid offin U C. L A. I
think because he couldn't go to allof the dead concerts that he wanted to.
Sucks. All right, where isthe traffic gym and what's going on?
Well, we've got Bill Cole Schreiber, Will Cole Driver. How you
bump? Good afternoon day, niceand quiet on a Memorial Day up there?
(26:55):
Well, it was a whole bunchI'm talking about like maybe a couple
hundred people have just wandered out intothe middle of the one o one Freeway
downtown LA northbound side of the oneo one. This is going to be
right past Los Angeles Street, rightthere near City Hall. They're out in
the freeway. I don't see anyCHP or LAPD there yet. They're certainly
on their way, I'm sure. But yeah, they've taken over the one
(27:18):
on one freeway in downtown LA,the northbound side, jammed up all the
way back from the East LA interchangewith this big Channel nine right now.
Ye all right, so we'll tellus again where this is. Is this
the Palestinian thing or the Gaza Strip? I think? So? I can't
from my distance, from my altitude, I can't see what they're waving or
holding. But uh, that's what'skind of been going on lately. All
(27:41):
right. They're on the one onone. Gives give us the location again
because people have passed the show likeI do. Just past just past Los
Angeles Street. This is going tobe right right there next to City Hall.
So if you're driving up the oneoh one, you know where city
Hall is. It's right next toCity Hall. And what are they doing?
They're just they're literally walk They've justwalked down the freeway. Now there's
(28:03):
hundreds more who aren't on the freeway. They're just kind of on the side
streets watching a woman walking her dogon the freeway. Well, sure,
why not? Oho, this isnot you know what these protests and when
they're on campus, it doesn't botheranybody, you know, And they're getting
their point across and and look, you know they might have you know,
a point here, point there. It depends on how you look at the
(28:25):
situation, whatever it is. Butman, when you block traff it like
this, everybody hates it. Everybodyhates it. And it's Memorial Day,
you know. Yeah, so it'ssouthbound or northbound. It's all northbound so
far, nothing yet on the southboundside. But yeah, they're basically blocking
the lanes. It does look likethere might be fewer of them, like
they're maybe moving off just a littlebit. Maybe it was just a quick
(28:48):
temporary protest because without any law enforcementhere that I can see, they they
are looks like moving off the freewaynow they're they're actually under and overpass,
so yeah, I can't see themright now. Well, there's a guys
selling bobblehead dolls for people on thefreeway. They wanted a bobblehead doll.
That guy's ship for serving his audience. All right, well thanks, I'm
(29:08):
sure you'll be flying around you. You're directly overhead. Now we're directly overhead.
Yeah, we'll be here. Peoplecan look up and see your plane.
They could. Well. Color isthe white blue. It is,
big old white plane. All right, excellent, all right, you're the
best, Bob. Thanks man Manthere he goes Will Coleshriver. Angel.
That's a good call on your part. Hey, thank you, thank you.
(29:29):
Y'all. Will just told me aboutit, so I just had to
bop in and let you guys know. Wait, Belly was pointing at herself.
No, Belly, I know youcalled it, but but Angel came
on to and now we're seeing livefootage of it on Channel nine. Belly,
O bellio. Please, Belly keepspointing at herself. I know you're
the first one, and you toldme during the commercial break. I get
(29:49):
it. I get it, butwe didn't have any photos of it.
Angel's on it. Now you gotto mellow out. You came in second
place on the story. Belly,O second, you got no, No,
you got second. I get it. I get it. You don't
get it. I get it?All right. One O one north Bound
closed down because of these protesters, and is it starting to back up?
(30:11):
Angel I think the answer is yes, right, that is correct. The
answer is yes. It is veryslow moving right now getting away from just
about the ten freeway, so it'sstarts filling in quickly, one nine,
real quick here, if we gota minute, Yeah, here William looking
out here. And so as wecome away from Union Station, it is
(30:33):
jammed upretty quickly now coming away fromthe Samberdadino. So what do we have
going on right here? Looks likesome that's I think that maybe a felony
stop or something probably unrelated to whatwe've been looking at. But yeah,
so back here from the ten SamBarnadino, where that basically jumps off into
the north bound one oh one. It's now jamming up from that point,
(30:55):
and if you drive it to takethe one on one north through downtown,
you could be sitting, Oh,bobbo, this is gonna be ours all
right, definitely, thank you Niners, Channel Niners northbound one oh one through
downtown, right the Hall of Justice, which is kind of ironic that they
(31:15):
could just pick these people up andput them right in that jail that's next
to that freeway. Hey, youdon't want that. It's you know,
it's a holiday weekend. You wantto go home to your family, even
if you're protesters. But if youstay in front, if you stay on
that freeway and jam it up,man, it pisses people off. It
pisses Republicans off, Democrats off, liberals. I you know, January six
(31:37):
ers, I everybody everybody gets crazy. Yeah, you're not getting people on
your side when you now, Idon't know who who's on your side when
you do this? Was like anybody? All right, this is gonna be
a big story. We'll cover it. One on one northbound through downtown Los
Angeles. Brought to us by Ballioand Angel. How's that that? Good?
(32:00):
Gals? Better, It's okay withthat now, Angels, give me
the silent treatment. I know whatthis is all about. She thinks I'm
she thinks I'm I prefer belly.O tell me about Oh my god,
Now I gotta go deal with this. All right, where's myself? I'm
let me talk to Angel? Hey, Angel? How you doing? Yeah?
(32:22):
