Sunbrin well, sun Run. Whois sun Run? So they're supposedly one

says when you look online that whenyou look on they're like, hey,
sun runs one of the best,and they're not. I could never go
with them. Was it installed bysun Run? No, Originally it was
owned by the event and then sunRun bought them out and so they took

over the contract. Now, whenyou take took over the contract? What
contract? So basically, so sunRun is on the side of our house.
They have the box on the sideof their house. They're supposed to
do all the warranty and do allthe servicing, and all did under warranty.
It is under warranty. How doyou know this based on our contract

and also the contract for I hateto keep asking these, but I what
contract? The contract when you boughtthe house or the contract after you bought
it you signed up with sun Run. Tell me about your contract. So
the contract you originally had was withVivin and then they had a really hard
time moving all of our stuff over. But then after we got a bunch

of hail damage on our roof lastyear, Sun Run then signed to had
us contracts to have them take offthe solar panels and then reinstall them,
and that included all of the informationof will maintain a warranty from previous So
you signed a contract how long agowith the sun Run that to detach and

rate set the panels was in September. No, I'm talking about that actually
said if you let us take thepanels off and put them back on,
we're going to service this whole systemfor you forever or what what were the
terms. It just doesn't sound rightto me that this company comes in to
take off the panels and reinstall themor supposedly reinstall them. But you say

it also was a maintenance agreement.How much were you paying for this maintenance
agram? Well, not fortiving it. It was for anything required to maintain
the warranty, so not like maintainingand checkout on it every year. But
they were supposed to maintain the warrantyfor any damage to the solar panels.

warranty? So it was supposed tobe ten years from the time of installation
of the solar panels, and thena twenty five year manufacturer warranty. Okay,
And you're saying sun Run took thison, Yes, and what do
you pay them for this? Wealready paid for the solar panels, so

it's but you didn't pay You didn'tpay sun Run for them. I believe
we did because I believe at thetime that we bought the house, sun
Run was already the one in chargeof the solar panels, and so he
paid off the loan. It wouldhave been the sun Run but you did
us. But that contract was thatsigned with you were the previous homeowner.

The original contract was with the previoushomeowner. But then we when we bought
the house, we had to takeit on and so we just paid off

I mean, you can still thelamb. The owner can still proceed as
if it's a squatter case, andthen there's a hearing then like a day
or two, and if the squattercan prove that they had some then it's

not no longer squatter case. We'vedone the expedited eviction. You did it.
Yes. When the sheriff showed upover the Denver shriff, he says,
we have to have twenty people andaccess to a truck to move his

So they were not licensed in aRapahoe County to take off and to remove
and reattach solar panels and sun runsout. They're supposed to give us their
license summer beforehand. They did not. And it was only when they weren't

to be a electrical contractors. Noother jurisdiction in Colorado requires all three,

They already picked a fraudulent company.You don't want sun Run, you

your home for something and you're notthere. They're starting to charge no show

relationship, then your business relationship,they can do it. They cannot arbitrarily

be energized, and then when theygo beyond that, it's really good news.
But if they don't hit the earnings, it sometimes doesn't farewell for stock
prices. But the companies are obligatedto tell the truth and not to exaggerate

Here's the deal. Fast food placesare missing targets because their labor has
gone sky high. So the ideawas to try to make all jobs at

more than minimum wage, but there'sgoing to be fewer of them. So
it's really having the opposite effect ofwhat people think it will have. It

on workers. And that's just theway it is. Whenever we try to
screw with the economy, that's whathappens, because we do it with the

feel about this one. It's calledtipflation. That's a nickname given to it.
You know what I mean. Ifyou're paying more for items at a
restaurant. It used to be fifteenpercent, right then it got to be
twenty percent, But you're paying moreanyway, so now it's twenty percent.
And since the average ticket is morethan it used to be, the twenty

percent of that ticket would logically bemore. But servers and people in the
business of getting tips say we shouldactually be doing more than twenty percent,
even though the ticket items are goingup, we should now be tipping twenty

but I tip ten or nothing ifit's really bad. I've never had service
