This is the Troubleshooter Show. Now, Tom Martino, Hey, Tom Martino
(00:27):
here, Welcome to the show.Three oh three seven one three talk three
oh three seven one three A twofive five another day another I don't know
dollar two dollars, five dollars, one thousand dollars, whatever you make in
today. Welcome to the show. Thanks for being here. Let's talk.
I gotta tell you it. Itsimply amazes me that with this show on
(00:54):
the air for all these years, and for my Sleeze Brigade and all the
other calls we have taken, wecan say that we have never had more
complaints ever, ever than from JeffJolliffe. In my opinion, the man
(01:21):
should be in prison. He isa thief and a liar and a scumbag,
and he's had a number of differentcompanies. If you go to Sleavesbrigade
dot com you can read about someof it. The man is I don't
know. I swear to God,I don't know how anyone in the world
(01:47):
doesn't know about him. By nowyou gotta put the word out. This
guy is such a scumbag. Idon't even know. I mean, I
don't think. I think he totallyexists on lies. Totally. He takes
money and does nothing. He's acrook. Now in cases where people come
(02:09):
back to complain and take their carback because he doesn't repair them by the
way, he doesn't do what hesays, But when you come back to
complain, in many of those cases, the cars end up stolen. The
guy is I don't know how toput this a scumbag. If you don't
do anything else, please do mea favor and at least get the word
(02:36):
out. Now, why do Ibring him up today? Because I have
a caller on. Let's talk tohim. Eric, Hi, John,
good morning. Now have you evercalled me before? Oh? No,
sorry, I have not. Nowdid you know that we have gotten dozens
(02:57):
and dozens and dozens and dozens ofplanes like this on Jeff Jollify. The
only reason I'm aware of it isbecause I just had my experience with him,
and I decided to google him,and that's when I saw your yes,
sir, and then so that's whyI emailed the show. Now would
(03:17):
I have known prior I wouldn't havegone to him. Now, let me
ask you something, when were youstung by this guy? So I just
turned fifty in March, and formy fiftieth birthday is March twenty. I
about myself a corvette and it wasa cheap corvette, you know, I
needed a transmission and stuff. Soit was like, how'd you find him?
(03:39):
How'd you find Tom? I waslooking on Facebook for transmissions in it
and a specific transmission I need.He has an AD or six or so
ad on Facebook with different names anddifferent cities like Birdtt and Johnstown in Loveland.
What name is it? What nameis this clown using? Now?
(04:00):
Well, he I can't remember exactly, but when I met him, he
said that was his dog's name.It was a Xander with an X or
something. Because then I called himXander. He's like, no, my
name is Jeff. That's my dog'sname. I'm like, oh, did
he say Jeff Jollis? Yeah? And what what's the name of the business
you did business with? Come on, you must know, yeah, yes,
(04:24):
it's Mountain View Transmissioning Gear for MountainView Transmission and Gear. And then
what did you do when you calledhim? Did he sound good. Well,
yeah, he was a silver tonguedevil, so to speak. And
he said, yeah, you know, I could do it in a day.
And I was outcited because I didn'thave my first corvette. And so
Mountain viewed transmission and gear. Yeah, and it's that three fifty five Mountainview
(04:48):
Road, Birch at Colorado, Okay, number fourteen Mountain View Road, Okay,
number fifteen fourteen, sorry, fourteen, unit fourteen, got it.
It's a storage unit, right,Well, yeah, they're they're big,
(05:08):
big rental. That's a big storagebuilding. It's a it's at Atlas Roger
and Storage at Gateway Park. Okay. And what did what did you do?
Did you have to give him moneyup front? Yes? I so
I spoke with him, and Iand I had to take the transmission out
of my car, and which Idid. And oh wait, so you
(05:30):
didn't take the car to him,No, No, I just took the
transmission, all right. And uhso I showed up there and I met
him, and he sounded, youknow, there's all kinds of transmission stuff
in there. And what did youpay him? I gave him nine hundred
cash and do you know he's andthen what else did you give him?
Plus the transmission and the transmission? Now, I want to tell you something.
(05:54):
Do you know he has never completeda job yet. I have a
feeling. So what happened? Whendid you drop this off? Okay,
so I dropped it off at theend of March, I'd say, like
the twenty fifth or so, andhe said, you know, it'll be
a day. And it was twoweeks before I got it back. And
he said, oh wait, youdid. Wait whoa, whoa, whoa,
(06:16):
There is a miracle afoot here, ladies and gentlemen. You say,
wait a minute, no, youjust there might be a miracle. You
said, you actually got it back. I did get it back. Hold
on, that alone is a miracle. A miracle. I mean, I
(06:38):
am like flabbergasted that you actually gotit back. The heavens are opening.
What happened? Then? Well, there's a catch to it. He was
supposed to get me a rebuilt portconverter with it, and when I showed
up to pick it up, finallyhe tells me he sends me to Denver.
He says, go to see myguy in Denver and sends me to
(06:59):
go buy my own and torqu converter. But was the transmission rebuilt? Well,
it was repainted. Let's say,do you know if it was rebuilt
or not. Oh, he claimsit it was, but I uh,
after after drive put it in thecar in the beginning of April and three
(07:19):
weeks ago, three and a halfweeks ago, you know, the gears
went out in it. Oh,and it failed and it failed. It
failed in how many weeks from I'dsay March twenty eighth to May twentieth,
May fifteenth th something. Okay, now here's what I want to know.
(07:42):
Don't ever take your car there withthe failed transmission. If he says take
bring your car on all to fixit, because then it'll be stolen.
That's what that's what he told meto do. And I said no,
thank god, because your car wouldhave been stolen. Yes. I called
him back and told him it failed, and he said bring it back.
(08:03):
Something broke and it was no bigdeal to him. He's like, just
pull it, like I have time. I'm a single dad the two boys.
I run my own paint company.I'm like, ye, okay,
I don't have time to pull it. So I pulled it again and I
took it to him. Tom andhe said the same thing a day.
Ok okay. So I dropped itoff and I got it back last Saturday.
(08:24):
So it was ten days and Iput it in Saturday night and Sunday
I drove it for nine minutes andall the gears are gone and it's full
of sledge. Yeah. So Idon't know. Twice and took it to
him two times. Now what that'swhy I called him. I called him.
I called him again and he said, he tells me to pull it
(08:45):
again a third time, and hesaid, I said, I don't have
time and I don't want to pullit. He said, my guy will
pull it for five hundred bucks. What is this guy? Where does it
stand right now? Right now?It stands that I told him that he
needs to refund my money completely. He won't, And now you can take
in the small claims court, buthe doesn't care and there's nothing to collect.
(09:07):
The guy is a crook. Infact, does he have a phone
number we can call? We needto bombard this ass and get him out
of business. We got to gethim out of business. I have two
phone numbers for him, and theyboth work as of yesterday. They did.
Okay, Now these are probably newof okay, numbers, I want
(09:28):
them. What are they? Onephone number tom is nine seven zero six
eight nine five zero four seven,Yeah, and the advertised one for Mountain
View Transmissions that I had been gettinghold of him on prior to this other
(09:48):
number, which the other number Ijust gave you work yesterday. The other
number is seven to zero three threethree nine five four eight, and I
had spoke to him both of thesenumbers this week. I want people.
We got to get him out ofbusiness. Yeah, I'm on a mission
(10:11):
to get him out of business tosave people. Jeff Jollison is a cruck
and a liar and achieved. Icould not afford this, and I splurged.
After my fifty year old fifty birthday, I bought myself book. Well,
hold on, Eric, I'm gonnagive you some truth right now.
You're ready for some truth? Yeah? Okay, the truth is and I
(10:35):
mean this sincerely, he's never gonnachange. Don't go back to him,
don't use your money, don't wasteyour money. You're not going to get
your money back. You're not goingto get anything. You got to move
on. I hate to tell youthis, bro. You gotta move on
because this guy, is I figuredas much for the least that I could

Mark? Mark? Hey good tohear. Hey, Hey, hey,
hey, hey, Mark, listen. And I'm serious. I'm not.
I'm not talking politically now, butI'm talking about verdict. What do you
know anytime you say you're not talkingpolitical, No, what I mean is
I'm not. What I want peopleto know is I'm not trying to bash
(12:52):
or promote anyone. I'm trying toask, what do you think the verdict
will be? Serious? I wouldsay, if I was a betting man,
which I am on occasion, Iwould say, we're going to come
back with a hung jury. ButI do think we have a possibility of
an acquittal. But I'm guessing it'sgoing to be a hung jury. So
the question is how long is itgoing to take a man? These people
(13:15):
are sick and tired of sitting there. So Mark, I think because of
the venue and where it is inManhattan. I think you could get There's
no way you can get an unbiasedJerry. First of all, that's well,
I don't know, man, Istill have confidenaith. Well, yeah,
I don't even want to say faith. I want to say confidence in
the individual. I understand you mightlike, like I don't like Biden at
(13:39):
all, But if I was sittingat a criminal trial, right it was
evident he didn't do anything wrong,I simply couldn't. I couldn't throw a
guilty at him, thinking you know, oh, I don't want this guy
as president next year. I justeven the dis I know you wouldn't.
I know most people wouldn't. ButI'm thinking about, then why do we
(14:00):
say? Why are you even alludingto that? I was going to explain
people in New York, Well,I was going to explain it. What
I mean is I don't think theywould intentionally say to themselves, yeah,
the guy didn't prove the case.Bragg didn't prove the case. But I
hate this guy. I want himto be president. No. But what
I think is this. I thinkwhen they are hearing the evidence, I
(14:22):
think they convince themselves he is guilty. But now I heard the jury instructions.
I mean, they believe it ornot. I think the only time
the judge was a little straight up, and I think the guys as crooked
as he gets. Man, ButI think the only time, and I
think he has to do it now. I'm listening to a lot of pundits
and a lot of them say thesame thing. He has to give a
(14:45):
certain set of instructions. And Ilistened to all of them coming back,
or at least as reported from thecourtroom, and I don't see how any
of them, any of these jurors, let alone all of them, find
him guilt. So once again,I think an acquittal is possible. But
god, there's probably one more onin the twelve but maybe not. Maybe
(15:07):
they all are honest. We're gonnafind out. I would hope in the
next couple of days. Get thisman back on, get him back on
the campaign trail. It is unbelievablethat one side, one side of our
political party is going after the biggestcomposition who's leading in the polls. And
then how about this Robert de Nirofreak out. Oh my god, the
(15:31):
guy sounds like he should be ina rubber room. Man. I don't
even understand what he was trying tosay. Man, he was calling him
a punk and a gangster and ohmy god, Hitler basically, oh,
I mean god, it was nuts. Man. It see, and I
think the people are sick of it, and I think, okay, I'll
go right to some stuff. Ithink people coming over illegally from Mexico and
(15:54):
other places, or people that cameover legally, I think they're sick of
it. They're like, hell,we left this kind of stuff to come
over here, and this guy isgonna ruin this country. And I'm talking
about Biden. But then when yousee some wacko like DeNiro get up there,
Oh my god, what did younotice happened to this guy? Where
he's that angry mark. I'm onmailing lists because I'm an registered as an
(16:17):
independent. I'm on both mailing lists, and I'm getting all the Biden Harris
promotional emails. I'm sure you are, now, no I am, and
I'm getting I'm sure you are.Now you should too, because it's very
enlightening. Do you know how manyalmost every email has a celebrity attached to
it. He is, Biden isbig with celebrities, I mean big.
(16:41):
He's like Okay. See this iswhere I don't who even cares? Man?
No, But what I'm saying isto god, who even cares?
Well, I'm telling I'm just sayingsomething. I think people obviously must care
because they're they're putting them in everyemail. I mean, well, and
they're also losing money at the box. I mean, with the exception of
a few theaters, I mean prettymuch everything goes to Netflix. Now,
(17:06):
I mean, they've destroyed their ownindustry. No one cares what Tom Cruise
has to say. I mean, honestly, guy, how come when you
take someone like that that's in scientology. I think that's Tom Cruise. You
know, there's nothing ever ever talkedabout how wacky that is. But by
the way, speaking of Cake deNaro, and he goes in and he
goes off on some just tangent. That's unbelievable, man, I mean,
(17:30):
the guy's out of his skull.Speaking of Julia Roberts, by the way,
is one of his favorites. He'son a bunch of stuff, and
there are all Clooney is Clooney ispart of list and man, the American
people are sick and tired of theseelite people. Whether they're politicians, or
they're the elite Hollywood, which isbecoming all the same. They're sick and
(17:51):
tired of this crueling class. They'restarting to understand when a guy gets up
there and goes, you're not blackunless you vote for me like Biden,
did I mean that is racist withinitself. Well, lamarl A's starting to
come around, thank god now speakingof that. The racist thing. Honest
to goodness, I've said this before. I would be so insulted if I
(18:15):
was black and had to hear everythingDemocrats do is because they want to protect
black people from racism. No,they're basically saying, you can't live your
own life. Only I can tellyou how to do it. But it's
crazy. It's even worse than that. What they say is this, we
have to decriminalize, we have totake away crime because you commit too many
(18:38):
crimes. That's really what they're saying. But the reason, but the reason
that's even worse than what people areimagining right now, is because most of
that crime happens in their own neighborhoods. It's crazy. And then, and
then what I hear these policies doingis saying, well, we have to
change shoplifting. Why did they dothat in California because it was racing and
(19:02):
Walgreens, Walmart, all these restaurants. Everybody closes up. I don't know
what's left. You get the point, though, isn't it insulting blacks to
say to them, yes, ifwe don't take they're starting to realize that.
Yeah, they're saying to you, well, you know, I know
you black people aren't going to changeyour behavior, so we're going to have
to decriminalize things so we don't penalizeyou too much because it's racist. I
(19:26):
swear to god, I wish Idon't know if to leave's on, I'd
love to hear his perspective. Ithink they're pandering, and I'd love it
he's not on today. I seehe sometimes signs onto the YouTube more on
stream. But anyway, you wantto check what the mayor of Boston wants
to do. She wants to decriminalizetheft and about ten other crimes and have
(19:49):
absolutely no pease action on any ofthese things. It is so scary tom
now. But the reason they give, the seated reasons are they feel like
the laws are too racist against blacks, and they'd say hispanics too. But
here's the point, is that howhypocritical is that my gos insane man,
(20:15):
And we've already proven it doesn't workto defund the police doesn't. And by
the way, by the way,you know we're talking issues here, So
if there's anyone offended, here's whatI'm going to tell you. Bye.
We got more coming up on theTroubleshooter Show, and James wants to talk

and just imagine how dangerous it willbe if he becomes president again. Let's
(21:27):
make sure he never returns to theWhite House. Well, he's going to
ruin the world was another line ordestroy, But Biden restored decency, compassion,
honest, intelligent leadership. But theman can't walk. You notice every
time he tries to leave a room, he has no idea where the hell
he is. I can't wait forthese debates, James, what's going on
(21:51):
with your brother? To hey, man, can you hear me? Yes?
Sir? Alrighty. So I don'tknow where else to turn. Tom,
what's going on Gilbert? He isin Arapahoe County jail. He I
(22:12):
don't really know what's going on becauseof the charges that they have against him.
Well, what are the charges? They're holding him on? First degree
first degree murder? Yes, holycrap, I don't believe that for a
second, Tom, Well, noone ever does. But let me ask
(22:33):
you, how did this all happen? Though he didn't just show up there?
What happened? So my mother hadcome down to my house, and
my mother has a restraining order againstmy brothers. So he left and I
don't really know what happened. Butwe have been starting our business. Well,
hold on a second, hold onwho he's not accused of killing mom?
(22:56):
Is he no? No, no? When what does that have to
do with the story. Tell me, tell me a logical story. I'm
gonna listen. So we were startingour business and we go and we collect
really nice furniture and we sell itfor a propert. Okay, who is
this you and Gilbert? Yes?And what does that mean? You go
(23:21):
and collect furniture from where like people'shomes, you know people who are selling
like nice furniture, you know whatI mean? Yeah, when people are
on vacation or out of town. And I'm just kidding. Okay, yeah,
So you buy furniture and resell it. Okay, I got it.
Keep going. Okay. So wehad met these people at their house.
(23:42):
I guess I just lost their estate. So we were going to just pick
up the stuff and take it.We were gonna have to pay for it
this time, so it was adeal. They they offered the furniture free.
Yes, okay, well the free, the free, the alert that,
and that's how we found them.I get it. So they were
(24:04):
giving away furniture and you and yourbrother. What was the name of your
business? So it's gonna be ju'lla berry and vermillion? What was it
somewhere? Oh, never mind.So you had a business that bought and
(24:26):
sold furniture. Yes, okay, now, because I can't run this by
myself. Okay, you had abusiness that bought and sold furniture, and
and something went terribly wrong. Youyou found these people that were giving away
furniture, and what happened? Andthey gave us some furniture on day one.
(24:49):
Okay, we didn't have enough roomin our vehicle to take it all
back, so we scheduled for thenext day. Okay, the next day,
I'm out here selling my furniture andstuff. My brother went back,
everything was fine, came back home, we unloaded everything, and then the
third day, my mom came over. My brother couldn't be here, so
(25:12):
he decided to go back and finishteking the rest of the stuff from me.
Why does the mom Why does themom have a restraining order against Gilbert?
Because she's they have a whole longhistory. Put what happens? So
he goes back to third time? And what So he goes back to the
(25:33):
third time and I don't know,Tom, they were chilling. No,
is someone dead or what? Yes, who's dead? Is the couple who's
dead? I believe. I'm notsure I believe the man that I had
met, the husband of the journaliststhat I really want to get serious here,
(25:56):
James, you guys were here withyou them, You guys were picking
up furniture. The next thing youknow is that your brother is accused of
killing one of them. Yes,I'm sitting here selling my furniture, trying
to get rid of this stuff becausewe lost our stories, so we had
to bring all of our stuff hereto our home, in our condo,
(26:17):
and we can't have it here becausehoa. So I'm trying to get rid
of this stuff. I'm here.My brother went back to go finish collecting
the rest of the stuff while mymom was here bothering me. Yes,
well, I waited all night.I waited all night. I was worrying
nothing. Finally I get a callfrom my brother's ex and my mom telling
(26:41):
me that nine News is saying thisand nine News is saying that about guilt
about Gilbert. Yes, hey,now Gilbert. I want to know name
is Gilbert accused? And well, first let me ask this. Does Gilbert
have a criminal record? Just bestraight yes or no? Yeah? What
(27:03):
kind of what kind of a criminalrecord? Nothing Like first, it's just
like, what do you even havea felony? He doesn't even have a
felony? Just miss the mirrors,Like, Okay, has he ever been
violent? Yeah, he does havea record of that. Yes, Like
(27:25):
what give me an idea? Justfights? Just now now, James James,
I want to ask you something. How old your brother Gilbert forty three
and the man that he killed orexcuse me, allegedly killed. I'm sorry,
sorry, I mean that, thankyou, the alleged victim. I
don't know how old he is?Like now, James, I want to
(27:48):
ask you seriously. I want youto ask something really serious. James,
James, why do you feel it'simpossible? Now? Now, if if
somebody told me Mark murdered someone,I'd say it's impossible because I know him.
But what about your brother makes youfeel it's impossible because I know my
(28:15):
brother. My brother may have foughtpeople before, but he's always been the
person to take care of the otherperson, no matter what we are,
life savings? How was it?How was this other guy murdered? How
was this other guy murdered? Thenews says that he was shot. Did
(28:36):
they find a murder weapon? Idon't know it's not that anything about no
murder weapon. Well, first ofall, does your brother? Does your
brother have an attorney? No?He final guns or nothing? James,
does he have an attorney? Oh? Sorry, No, no he doesn't.
(28:56):
Why can't afford it? Well?Did you know that he can get
one of a public defender? Right? Yes, I'm supposed to speak with
the public defender right when I getoff the phone with you. I've just
got that information my brother. Sowhat are you calling us about? This
is shocking, This is terrible tohappen. But man, I don't know.
(29:21):
I don't know him from anywhere.I don't know you. But you're
saying it's impossible he couldn't yet heand his mom don't even get along.
Plus he has a string of misdemeanors, some of them violent. So I
don't know, Gilbert. Let meask you something. What kind of do
you know? What kind of evidencethey have or anything? What did the
news say they haven't released anything?Mark? Are you reading the story?
(29:44):
Yeah? I believe so. Thelast name starts with Vias and Victor,
right yeah, Vermillion, yeah,Vermilion. It basically says this an adult
man. Oh go ahead, Mark, go ahead, an adult man died
after a shooting and aroar of Fridaynight in a suspect is in custody.
Officers were called to report shots fired. When they arrived, they saw an
adult man leaving the scene in avehicle. The car then crashed nearby,
(30:10):
and the suspect, identified as GilbertVermillion, forty three years of age,
was taken to a nearby hospital forinjuries received from falling out of the vehicle
when it was wait and was inpolice custody. So that's it. There's
nothing else, man, I seethat right now. Yeah. So he
was seen leaving the scene of themurder and then he eluded. Why I'm
(30:33):
just asking this guy. We don'tknow what happened, we weren't there,
but just what can you imagine? He goes back to this house for the
third time, there's gunshots fired. Then he's absconding from the house, eluding
the cops until they chase him downand basically pitt maneuver or do whatever,
and he jumps out of the car, falls out of the car. Then
(30:55):
he's arrested. Why would he beeluding? Did it say he was being
chased? Yes, an adult mandied after Yes, it says he was
being chased. They saw an adultman leaving the scene in a vehicle.
According to police, the car thencrashed nearby. Yeah, but they didn't
say they were chasing him, right, well, okay, I would assume
(31:19):
they were, But no, Ididn't get that. I'm sorry. I
just meant, did it say that? It said his moving Oh wait,
attempting to flee the scene, accordingto police. Anyway, So listen,
this is you know, James,I mean, this is terrible, James.
I gotta take a break. Holdon, just hold on. I
(31:40):

Man Dix is the Troubleshooter Show NowTom Martine, Hello, Tom Martino here
three oh three seven on three talksseven one three eight two five five.
Welcome to the show, the onlyshow of its kind any And this is
(36:02):
a shocking story. James says heand his brother started a business and they
were selling furniture, buying and sellingused furniture, and the business was just
getting started. They found a couplethat wanted to give away furniture and they
(36:23):
made a couple loads. James said, his brother Gilbert went back to get
another load without him, and thenhis brother disappears and find he finds out,
James finds out his brother was laterarrested for first degree m murder of
the guy giving away furniture. Now, he says, it's impossible my brother
(36:46):
could not have done this. Andmeanwhile, while we're discussing this case,
as often happens with this show becauseit has such a vast audience, we
hear from Tim, who says Iam the dad of the victim. Tim,
my heart goes out to you.No matter who did this, My
(37:07):
God, I just can't even imagineyour grief, Jesus. But anyway,
what's going on? Oh my god, what's going on? Okay? So
and Tom, I've listened to yousince you from the beginning. I've lived
in Colorado for sixty years, havebeen gone for seven. So I drove
(37:27):
out Sunday morning straight out here. But I talked to my son's girlfriend yesterday
and her daughter showed up. AndI'll just try to resummarize this because I
know how your time works. So, my son, they were getting rid
of furniture, and this house waspractically empty. It belonged to my son's
girlfriend's relative and they want to sellthe place, so they were moving out.
(37:49):
So they had this free thing youknow, whether it was on Facebook
or whatever. So, yeah, him and the brother they come to get
stuff and then this George Familion comesback by himself and of the time,
here's the situation that they're leaving out. This is not going to sugarcoat anything.
(38:09):
This guy him into the house andhe starts making this young girl.
He thinks she's twenty one, she'sfifteen. He starts he holds her hand
and stuff, and he's saying thingslike the cartel blah blah blah, looking
into my eyes, this is whatI got from the girl that lives there.
(38:31):
Anyway, my brother had an ormy son had enough of this,
and he asked the guy to leavebecause there was nothing else left here.
Now was this was he flirting? Was he making these obnoxious overtures to your
son's girlfriend, Oh, to herdaughter, who is no, it's a
fifteen year old girl. Let himjust okay? So then the fifteen year
(38:53):
old girls trying to come on tothat. And supposedly this guy is married
with three kids or something. Butanyway, my son realizes what's going on
and asks the guy to leave.Well, my son actually forcibly threw him
out of the house, and myson will not take crap from anybody,
and so they end up outside swingingit out and this guy finally realizes he
(39:15):
can't beat this guy to a fairfistfight. And the last words my son
said is what are you gonna doabout it? And he pulls out a
gun and he shoots him in theforehead and then he splits and he runs
and he falls out of his car. That's why this guy, Georgie,
ended up in the hospital. Andwhile he was in the hospital, he
assaults a nurse. So this guyhas a rap record, which I'm waiting
(39:37):
now, Tim, which is verytim. Tim. I got to ask
you something. So both the girlfriendand the daughter witnessed the murder. The
girlfriend did not because she was inthe bathtub. She didn't even she didn't
even hear it. She said shewas in the bathtub, and the girl
was still in the house because shewas freaking out. So my son,
(40:00):
but there was others. Then howdo you know? How do you know
what happened? You're describing something asif it was seen, because I'm telling
you the part that I seen, not that I seen the girl. That
was that he was making very uncomfortableand how the fight that's how this whole
fight thing uh came out. Andthese are all statements made to the REPO.
(40:24):
No, Tim, Tim, allI need to ask is I'm not
challenging you. I'm asking you this. You said, you said that your
son said, what are you goingto do about it? And the guy
pulls out a gun and shoots him. So did someone report that to the
sheriff's apartment? And if so,was it an eyewitness? Yes, but
I don't know who the eyewitness was. Okay, it wasn't the fifteen year
(40:46):
old daughter. No, she wasstill in the house. Okay, but
somebody apparently he was in the garage. But somebody apparently somebody neighbors out that
heard the come and there was apparentlythree other witnesses out. Okay, that's
what I wanted to know. Thankyou, Tim. And now there's a
(41:07):
protection order on five more people fromthis guy. So okay, now do
you mind listen to him? Okay, God, this is so so.
When you were listening to this andJames was saying, there's no way my
brother could have done this, you'rethinking he doesn't know his brother. I'm
(41:29):
sure Hitler's mom thought he wouldn't havedone what he did either, So what
happens now? What did police sayhappens? Now? Well, the guy's
supposedly on no bond or it's amillion dollar bond or something, but he's
still I don't know when his courtor any of that thing is. But
right now we're doing preparation for myson's services. In fact, I'm here
(41:51):
to pick up some clothes right now. But I heard this on the radio
coming down and I just had toget on because this guy is no saint
and it's too bad about whatever asas they had. But I don't know
if it's going to be furniture bymurder or what you know? Now,
Tim, Tim the daughter, thefifteen year old girl, what did she
say or what did your your hisgirlfriend say? What started this flirtatious kind
(42:16):
of obnoxious behavior. He just startedeyeing on her and just coming on tour.
And I don't know how long theyrun the house that I don't have
any of that statistic, but apparentlyjust long enough. And he kneeled down
to her. This is what shetold me yesterday. He kneeled down,
he held her hand, and shewas getting She was trying to withdraw,
(42:37):
but she was afraid to and he'ssaying to look into my eyes, and
he's telling her stuff about the cartailsand blah blah blah. He's a you
know, don't mess with the carswith me because I'm part of the cartailer
or something like this. And sothat's what I got from her yesterday.
Okay, okay, And like Isaid, he's defense and then this is
(43:00):
not his child, but it's hisgirlfriend's daughter. And my son is very
protective of family and friends, andso he asked the guy to leave,
and then he physically had to puthim out, and then so the fight
ensued. And then when the guyhas a gun. Yeah, Now does
your I just need to ask this. Does your son have a criminal record?
(43:23):
Yes? He does, Okay, and is somebody who's been on the
right track. I know, Jim, I'm not I'm not Jim. I'm
not trying to you know. Iknow anything. I've listened to you for
you. So does he did hehave any violence in his background? Your
son? Yes? Because I'm thinkingthat this guy, he's not a perpetrator.
(43:46):
He's not a perpetrator. Though mostof the stuff my son has done
has only always just affected him.Just stupid, stupid, choices and stuff,
but he doesn't go out and pickfights with people on that. No,
No, I understand. I don'teven know what the relevance he would
be. He's the guy with thebullet on his head. Mark am I
(44:06):
am? I am? I?Wait? Wait? Mark, did I
say anything? Let me finish?Okay, for God's sakes, let me
finish. I am trying to tellTim that the only defense this other guy
is going to have if there wereeyewitnesses, is that he was trying to
defend himself from someone, and they'regoing to dig into his son's background.
(44:29):
Now, anyone with two eyes cansee that. For God's sakes, when
somebody is killed and there's a fight, the guy's gonna say I felt my
life was in danger. I doubthe's going to say I felt like killing
someone. So that's why I'm askingabout the other guy, because the defense
(44:52):
attorney is going to try to tearthe other guy apart. So Tim just
be ready for that. Slow becausethe only defense, if there are eyewitnesses,
the only defense. What is hegonna say. He's gonna say I
thought my life was in danger.Yeah, that's what we hear. He's
(45:13):
trying to claim self defense. Butoh really, okay, Marco geez,
well, who would have funked that? So ma so bullet? They retrieved
that yesterday in a Rapo County sawThey got to do is match ballistics.
But and the eyewitnesses, thank god, you have some three witnesses. All
right, Tim, My heart goesout to you, man, I mean,
geez, thank you. I meanI just when I heard this,
(45:36):
it's like, Tom, I havenever talked to you before, but I've
listened to you forever, and Ijust had to get on because my heart
beat came out of my chest. That this guy wants to make his brother
look like a hero and he's not. Wow, And and thank you Tim
for calling. Now, James,James, you know this is not you.
This is your brother, Okay. And I'm not saying anything except I'm
(45:57):
listening. But what were you callingabout originally? Now, you didn't call
originally about trying to make your brotherlook innocent? What did you call about?
I'm calling because my brother needs help. He is in or Appahole County
jail and they're violating all of hisrights. Like what they're not? Like?
What rights? What rights? James? I don't understand which rights are
(46:21):
being violated. So when you getinjured, you have the right to medication,
right, well, you have theright to medical care. Yeah,
yeah, exactly. They're not givinghim his medical care. So how was
he injured? How was he you'retalking about injured from this accident? Yes,
(46:42):
how do you know that? Yousaid you haven't been able to talk
to him. How do you knowhe's injured? No, I said I
did talk to him. Oh,I'm talking. He's telling me that the
nurses are refusing to give him care. They keep telling him when he tells
him that he needs his factor eightpcombinant factor. What is that? Oh?
(47:07):
Okay, So he doesn't clock blood. So right now he has internal
bleeding and he's bleeding into his extremities, and he's bleeding out of his orifices,
like into his underwear and his theaterblue and his public defender has all
these pictures. Tom. Okay,I thought you said he didn't have an
attorney. How the hell did heget one in the last fifteen minutes.
(47:29):
I told you that I was goingto call him after you. Okay,
I haven't talked to the journey yet. Okay, So listen, James.
So you're calling because your brother's notgetting medical care, yes, and he's
doing really bad, and I canhear in his voice it's not good.
Now, James, did anything changein your opinion though, based on what
(47:53):
you heard from Tim and supposedly eyewitnesses. No, not at all. You
don't think so. And I thankyou, Tom, thank you because that's
exactly you said, exactly what Iwas going to say. Why there's two
people, there's two sides. Wedon't know what's going on. The police
will let us know, but theydon't have my brother's statement. I don't
(48:16):
know about what that girl is saying, but my brother doesn't do stuff like
that. Well, come on,do you think they made the whole story
up? Everybody at that house wasdrinking, and Aaron was high, and
I know he was high because hehad gotten high when I was there,
(48:37):
and he had said that he wouldtrade for KHC or quick. Anybody that's
been on the street knows quick meansnothing, better means. I told him
No, I'm eight months in recovery, James. No, James, So
your take on this is that they'remaking this whole story up about your brother,
(48:59):
Yes, but what reason would theydo that? Because I know my
brother wouldn't do anything. No,that's not what I'm asking. I'm asking
what motive would they have to makeup a story about your brother and then
kill him? Wait, you gotthat wrong. I'm sorry. No,
(49:20):
no, hold on attempt to killhim where he had to defend himself,
That's what I meant. So mybrother told me that he was trying to
leave. I don't know what wentdown between Aaron and my brother, but
my brother told me he was tryingto leave, and he's saying that he
was defending himself. So so heOkay, that's what I'm asking. Why
(49:45):
would if he's there to pick upfurniture, why would they Why would they
all of a sudden want him deador hurt him or why would they tell
me? What? Why do youthink they did that? He went over
there to pick up the furniture andthey were over there having a little party.
Was he a selling by the way, was your brother is your He
said it was not. He saidit was misdemeanors only. Originally, I
(50:07):
don't know if that's true or not, but that's what he said, Mark.
He said he was a misdemeanors only. But James, yes, man,
that's why they have courts of law. That's why they have cross examination
of witnesses. That's why they haveYour brother will be heard. As far
as medical care, his defense attorneyhas to make a motion for that if
(50:28):
he's not getting care. Now,listen, it's not the first time.
It's really not the first time theseclaims have been made. I'm not saying
you're it's not true, but butlisten, you know this, this is
a this is a procedure, andI know that people in jail deserve medical
care. He has to stand trial. All of that has to happen.
(50:50):
We all want that to happen, you know. Now, here's the thing
though, It's going to be anuphill battle with three eye witnesses. James,
I know. Wow, I'm notI'm not worried, Tom, I'm
not worried. I believe my brotherwhen he says it was self defense.
I believe that the three eyed witnesses, Well, what's it called, they'll
(51:14):
say the same thing. No,there's a word rip, but I don't
know the word. They'll confirm, they'll what they'll collaborate his story. I
mean, do you think the witnesseswill see that it was self defense?
Yes, Okay, so do youWhat you're saying is what you're saying,
(51:34):
James, what you're saying is thesepeople were a bunch of tweakers and they
were getting violent with your brother.Your brother tried to leave and he defended
himself. Not everybody there, Okay, I know a d was on some
bowl. But here's what I wantto know, James, why would your
brother go to a house to pickup furniture carrying a gun? Well,
(52:02):
they say he took their gun.Whose gun was it, Jamesming, I'm
assuming it was Aaron. So you'resaying he pulled out a gun and shot
him, But he didn't have agun, so I think he took it
from him. If anything, Idon't know. I wasn't there, man.
I'd love to talk to these eyewitnesses, my god. Not that we're
(52:24):
going to try it here, butI am curious as hell. Okay,
James, stay in touch with usand let us know. Meanwhile, if
if you need help with the uh, you know, calling down there and
seeing what the procedure is for medicalcare, your attorney should be the one
to do that. Really, Andwhen you talk to the defense attorney,
(52:45):
that's what you ask him first,And foremost, don't be getting into that
he couldn't have done it. Hecouldn't have done it. Get him medical
care first so he can stand trial. We have more coming right up.

furniture, getting into a fight andkilling a guy. Now there's three eyewitnesses,
but James says his brother was defendinghimself and that the guy that he
(53:52):
killed was a tweaker doing drugs, high violent. The dad called in and
talking about his son who was murdered, and the dad said, I'm here
making funeral arrangements, and eyewitnesses simplysay that his son was sticking up for
(54:14):
a fifteen year old girl that thisguy Gilbert was hitting on and being obnoxious
to. He threw him out ofthe house, and then the guy,
after having a fistfight, shoots him. Now someone else, Tom, don't
you think it's going to be criticalto find out whose gun it was?
(54:34):
I mean, yeah, yeah,of course. Now, Deputy Doc,
we have another person though involved,Aliyah. I want to get to right
now. Then we'll make come Eliyahu. You are in close contact with who
Eliah? So it's Aaliyah. Sorry, I'm sorry, Aliah, go ahead,
that's okay. So my name isAliyah. The victim is my father.
(54:58):
His name is Aaron Baffler. Ohmy god. So your your your
dad is the one that was killed. Yes, so you can imagine my
shock, you know, our grief, our pain, the things that we're
dealing with, and then hearing thisstory that this other person is saying about
you know, my father. IThe witnesses are my father's girlfriend and her
(55:22):
daughter, so kind of like asister to me. Well well yeah,
but they didn't witness the murder. They said they just they they were a
witness to why it started. Butapparently they did not witness the murder,
right or did they? They didn'twitness the exact shooting because it happened.
Everything happened in about five minutes. It was very But did anyone, Aliah,
(55:47):
did anyone witness the murder? Ibelieve there were some neighbors. There
were some neighbors. We haven't gottendid names of the neighbors, because it's
still an ongoing trial, you know, and I'm pretty sure they're being you
know, protected, But from whatwe know, there were some neighbors.
(56:10):
Oh, Ron, do you thinkit was I think it was Gilbert's gun
because I have a brother. Hisname is Demetrius. He's in a band,
and in that band. It wasjust this random coincidence. One of
Gilbert's brothers. I don't think thebrother that called, but I think a
(56:31):
younger brother was in this band withmy brother and my brother. The day
of the shooting, my brother goesto his band and he's venting and he's
telling them and he's like, you'rekidding. And it turns out that one
of the bandmates is brothers to GilbertVermilion and he tells, my brother,
(56:51):
I am so very sorry for yourloss. I'm so very sorry what happened.
My brother is a drug addict. He is an alcoholic. He has
a long wreck or. He's veryaggressive with people. I've gotten into several
fights with him. And just twoweeks ago, he broke into our mom's
house and stole our guns because becauseAliah was your dad. Was your dad
(57:15):
a meth head? No he wasnot. And that's why I'm calling It
makes me so angry because people aretrashing his name. You know. Yeah,
that guy was trying to say he'sa tweaker. Yeah no, yeah,
no, he was defending a fifteenyear old girl. He was always
a very strong, loving, hardworking family man. And if and if
(57:37):
he sells furniture to this man andthis man is a tweaker and keeps coming
back every single day, he's gonnahe's gonna get angry and kicking. Now,
Aliah, Aliyah, the guy wentback because there was more furniture,
right, No, he ended theMy dad kicked him out because he was
(58:00):
hitting on the girl. And Gilbertsaid that he left his keys and he
and instead of kindly asking for hiskeys or asking the police to escort him.
After my dad had stated he didn'twant him on his property, he
went in and he broke down theirgarage door. He kicked their door in.
Jeez, really got it. Yeah, my dad was on My dad
(58:23):
was unarmed. He has no possessionof a gun, no possession of anything.
All he had was a small, cheap famboo stick to try. Was
your dad was your well, wasyour dad pulling a stick on him?
No? It was it was likea I don't know how to explain it.
(58:44):
The guy's you know, the guyapparently is hitting on a fifteen year
old girl in his house. Hewants to get him the hell out of
there, and apparently the guy won'tleave. I might have or a gun,
Aliyah, your dad doesn't get highand wasn't drunk or anything like that.
No, he's at the corners andthey already they already did that.
(59:05):
They already did his report and everything, the toxicology. Toxicology came back clean.
I'm pretty sure. Yeah, Aliyah, I'm so sorry. I'm so
sorry that this happened to you.Do you have any siblings to my dad?
No, it's just me. Now. He has a lot of nieces
(59:25):
and nephews though, and were peopleshocked. I mean, what this guy
is saying it was self defense, his life was in danger. I think
you are personally escorted off of propertyand you keep coming back in and you're
kicking someone's storing. It's not selfdefense. Aliyah, thank you for calling
(59:50):
this. This this is this isunbelievable. Unbelievable, and just be ready
though, because that's what they're goingto do, Leah. They're going to
attack your dad. They're going tosay he was being violent. Uh.
And I mean James believes every wordthat his brother is telling him from jail.
(01:00:13):
What I did not know is thatJames has a younger brother who says
something different. Yeah, because theolder the older brother that's calling in had
visited one day with the furniture. Then the younger brother doesn't talk to the
older brothers. Okay, thank youvery much, a Leah, thank you
(01:00:35):
for calling. I'm running from backgroundcheck on this guy too, and I'll
let everybody. I'll give an updatenow James, Now, James, your
younger brother, are you guys estrangedyou? And uh, the alleged first
I'm hearing of a younger brother,Tom, you don't have a younger brother.
I'm the youngest. Are you ina band? My brother, Gabriel
(01:01:01):
is in a band. Okay, well, okay, so big deal.
I mean, but you do havea brother in a band. We don't
have to split hairs here. Shesaid that you have a brother in a
band. Who was apologizing because hesays that Gabriel is violent? Gilbert are
(01:01:23):
Gilbert Gilbo? Is Gilbert violent?I mean Gilbert Gilbert does have past records
of fights. Yes, I've saidthat he does. I've been in fights.
Have you ever been in a fight? Tom, Yes, when I
was a real young, stupid person. Yeah, not as a grown man.
No, but listen, listen, you got it. Like I said,
(01:01:45):
you know you are just blindly listeningand believing your brother. Now you
have your reasons, right, youhave your reasons. I'm not blindly listening,
Tom, Well, sure you are? You? Sure you are?
You weren't there? No, I'mnot and I'm not sure. Well,
that's called blind That's called blindly blindly, meaning you're not privy. You did
(01:02:09):
not witness anything. No, butneither did any of these other people.
No, no, no, I'msaying, according to the eyewitness reports though.
Now, and is this the firstye're hearing that your brother kicked down
a door? Yeah? And whowas escorted off the premises by cops?
If he was escorted off the premises? No, I don't think you.

here three oh three seven one threeeight two five five. I'm trying to
find my call screener here, Dan. I cannot wait to see this guy's
background check this Gilbert. Now let'stalk to uh somebody else. Now,
(01:04:00):
David's been called a long time ago. David, Hi, thank you for
your patience. What's going on?David? Hiks Tom, It's good to
be on the show. I finallyhave a trail shooter worthy call to me.
So what's going on? Man?So I got laid off two weeks
ago. Okay, and good newsis I already haven't heard a job so
(01:04:20):
well as well. But the downsidewas I got a femail. They were
not unable to reach me when theylaid me off personally because I had quit
the day before put in my twoweeks notice and I was actually taking that
day off. So you wait, wait, so you were you were let
go right after you put in yournotice? Yes, okay, yes,
(01:04:45):
yeah, because I've seen the writingon the wall for quite a while.
Okay. So anyway, so Igot I got an email. It says
you're May fifteenth, twenty twenty fourthpaychecks will be your final paycheck, et
cetera. And then it said youwill be paid for seventy one hours as
funds are available in PTOs? Whatdoes that mean? As funds are available?
(01:05:05):
What does that mean? That's agood question. Well, are you
paid by the hour, by thesalary or by commission salary? Just straight
salary based on a forty hour week? Correct? Okay? Was there an
hourly rate attached to it? Ora flat rate? No? Flat rates?
(01:05:28):
Okay? What was your Okay? But I had these seventy one hours
of PTO? Right, so theypaid me for my work days? But
oh okay, but what as faras you out? Okay, So this
just concerned your PTO? Correct?Okay, go ahead? Sure? So
I asked that question, what doyou mean by funds are available? And
it said they said, we willpay sendy one hours of PO as funds
(01:05:54):
are available at this time, Ido not have a state for PTO to
be paid. Can I ask yousomething? So PTO at your company works
this way. If you don't takeit, you get paid for it anyway.
So if you if you leave thejob, if you get laid off,
or even if you quit you're owedwhatever PTO you've accrued. Yeah that
(01:06:17):
state law time. Okay, thankyou, thank you, Marco, go
ahead, sir. Yeah. So, so I've accrued these seventy one hours
of PTO, which includes you know, some from someone carried over from the
previous year, got and what I'vecrew this year also, so I am
kind of curious, like I'm willingto be patient with them. You know,
(01:06:43):
I kind of thought I would waituntil maybe the end of the month
to start. Well, hold onthere, you know, you know that
old saying you can't take blood froma stone or whatever, or blood from
a turnip or however they say it. But here's the deal. Here's the
deal. They're being honest with you, saying we can't pay you until funds
are available. They're not saying we'renot going to pay you. So hold
on and let's come back to this. I'm Tom Martino. Go with a

So what's so? So? Continue, David, you were fired, they
don't have the money. What doyou expect. They're being honest with you,
and they say they're going to tryto pay you even if you get
(01:08:14):
a judgment, that still doesn't putmoney in their pocket. Right, And
I'm more just wondering, like Iam. You know, I'm more than
willing to be patient, right,Yeah, I just want to not put
myself in a situation where one,I've waited too long to demand the money,
and or well I waited, it'sautomatically demanded. I'm don't it's automatically
(01:08:40):
demanded. You're not waiting. Goahead. What I've looked at in the
statue is I can put in aformal request for them to to pay that
money and then then go to troublethen go to trouble damages. Right,
so you can do that. Youcan make you can make a notice right
now, just make it, getit on record, and then after that,
(01:09:04):
if they don't come through with yourpay, you can sue them for
treble damages. And will that bein small claims court with your triple the
amount of PTO? No, probablyit would be over seventy five hundred right
for that many hours, yeah, probably, So you can't go to small
(01:09:24):
claims court for it, So you'dhave to go to an attorney or you'd
have to get the labor departments totry to enforce it. But that would
light a fire under them. Iwould do that for sure, give them
official notice, keep track of it, and then give them a reasonable amount
of time like five days, tendays, and then call us back.

about this like we're we're really gettingall kinds of information on and off the

(01:11:40):
But James called in about his brotherGilbert, accused of murdering a guy,
and he says, my brother couldn'thave done it. It was self
defense. And then the victim's dadcalled, the victim's daughter called, and
everyone has a different story now.Of course, then there's supposedly some eyewitnesses
from the Sheriff's department that the Sheriff'sdepartment has on their police report. So
(01:12:02):
that is one of the calls thatwas amazing. We also had another ripoff
from Jeff Jolliffe who advertises in Facebookmarketplace. And I want to remind you
this guy is a sleeze bucket pieceof crap. He is just a piece
of garbage. I don't know whatelse to say. We have never had
more complaints ever ever with auto repairs. He just doesn't do the repairs.
(01:12:28):
He lies to people. He repaintsstuff to make it look like it was
rebuilt. He's a liar, okay, and we have had so many complaints
it can't be a coincidence. Andthen we've had several others where when he
they take it back for warranty work, the vehicle is stolen. That's Jeff
Jolliffe. Nine seven zero six'eight nine fifty forty seven. Nine seven

I'm going to keep putting him outthere until he goes out of business.
Yes, I do have I dowant to put him out of business.
I'm saying that right out in theopen because based on everything we know,
he's a sleeze bucket. Seven twozero three three three ninety five forty eight.
Seven two zero three three three ninetyfive forty eight. If you call
(01:13:14):
you, let him know we knowabout him. The jig is up.
We know about him, Okay,we know about him. We know he's
a liar and a cheater and arip off. I don't know what else
to do, man, We gotto get this guy from from hurting others.
Nine seven zero six eight nine fiftyforty seven. Also seven two zero
(01:13:34):
three three three ninety five forty eight. So let's talk now to Rich who
wants to talk about a starter.Go ahead, Rich, Hi Tom,
this is Rich. Yes, sir, I'm going to change off of speaker.
(01:13:54):
Jeey good, thank you, okay. Rich. So I've owned twoday
thousand and three Toyota Corolla for tenyears. It's been a great car,
but I've had an intermittent starting problemwith it, and now it's become more
more predominant, and now you've hadthe problem for the whole time. Yes,
(01:14:19):
it's a five speed and so whenyou go to start it, you
have to push in the clutch becausethere's a switch on the clutch. And
sometimes it wouldn't start. You justgo click and then you'd let off the
clutch and push you back in andthen it would start, no problem.
Once in a while it would dothat. Then it became well it won't
start, but if I roll ita little bit and you know, pop
(01:14:42):
the clutch and then we'll start.Well that's because yeah, that's just popping
it. You have a Microsoft switchproblem. Yeah, And so I've replaced
the starter, the starter relay, the clutch starts switch, and the battery.
And when you say the start switch, you mean that little micro switch
that talks about that sees where theposition of a clutch is. Yes,
(01:15:04):
okay, so when you depress theclutch pedal, it lets it know you
can start right and you've replaced itwith hoping maybe one of your service guys
you might be able to recommend someonewho can look into electrical issue. It's
not an easy issue because I'm amechanical Well, the good part is that
Sheridan Autotech does both clutches, andthey do electrical and they do cars in
(01:15:30):
general, and they do foreign cars. So so how often does it happen
every single time you try to start? No, it does now, but
I mean over the last No,that's what I mean. But now you
but right now, if you goto start it, it will not start.
(01:15:51):
No. I actually roll it downthe hillpop to clutch it. It
runs and it runs well once you'restarted. Oh yeah yeah, and then
if you turn it and if youturn it off, you can't start it
again. No, Well, it'sgot to be. It's got to be
in that clutch sensor. It's gotto be. I replaced it. It
(01:16:14):
was a forty five switch from Toyota. Yeah, yeah, I understand that.
But the wiring to the switch. The switch is not made. Huh.
Nothing I've never had, I've nevermodeled. But it's obvious. And
here's here's how you can tell. You can take the switch out completely and
put those two wires together. Justtwist them together. Okay, so it's
(01:16:39):
always on. Then try to startit in neutral. Obviously, if it
doesn't start, that circuit is theone that's bad. There's no other way
it could be. It's that circuit. That's the only thing that makes sense
because it starts and it runs. And if it's that circuit, Kevin Caulkin
can trace Itvin, Okay, Kevinover at Sheridan Auto Tech. Let me
(01:17:03):
just give you the number. Youknow what, We don't have to spend
I don't want to waste your timetrying to get him on the air.
He truly confessed. But you wantto twist those together and see what happens.
Now, obviously you already replaced theswitch, but that would take out
the switch completely, and it wouldabsolutely tell you that circuit is not working.
(01:17:24):
Because if that circuit's together, itshould start. There's nothing else that
I can see that wouldn't make itstart. Now, your starter, by
the way, you already replaced thatit could be a grounding issue. But
then again before you said it wasintermittent, meaning well, I guess it
could be a ground problem going tothe starter or not getting a voltage and
(01:17:47):
for that, see Kevin can dothat voltage check. He can go and
see I can't do that part.So forget what I said about that micro
stage, because they could be inthe starter circuit. It really could be.
When you're talking intermittent, it couldbe anything. So here's what you
do now. Now, before though, when you used to get it to
start, when it was intermittent, how did you get it to start?
(01:18:12):
Well, if you moved the cara little bit and you know, pushed
in the clutch, moved the cara little bit, let out the clutch,
you know, and then started likenormal, it would work. Okay,
Okay, I'm trying to think nowthat does not work at all.
It could be Well, you can'tbe a dead spot in the starter.
You did a new starter. Sookay, here's here's Kevin. Here's Sheridan
Auto tech dot Com. First ofall, it's Sheridan as in the street.
(01:18:34):
He's not on Sheridan. Yeah,he's on Callfax west of Wadsworth.
He does electrical and mechanical. Soit's Sheridan Auto Tech dot com. Three
oh three four five five four fiveseventy two forty two. Where are you
located? Find in North Glenn.Oh, it's not bad, you're that.
(01:18:55):
He's on Collfax, west of Wadsworth. Give him a call, man,
you can just give him. Youcan just drive by and they can
do some quick testing. They're reallygood people, So thank you for calling.
I wish I wish I had ananswer right off the bat, but
we know where it is, right, We know that it's isolated somewhere in
there, all right. So wealso have Linda. She wants to follow

(01:19:18):
apartment house for not giving you thenotice about your security deposit and all of
that, and you were going todo it for treble damages, I believe.
But you can't find the registered agent, is that right? Yeah?
I went to the Colorado Secretary ofState website for both the management company and
the apartment complex and I can't findeither one there. So I'm not sing
(01:19:40):
how to get the registered agent toserve. The management company is based out
of Dallas, Texas. No,but but hold on, we had to
have something in Colorado. At theapartment complex. Is there an office?
Is there an office? There's aYeah, there's an office with a manager
in it. Then serve that manager. Okay, all right, I just
(01:20:01):
wanted to make sure Mark the redskirt agent Mark, but I wasn't here.
You know, well, I don'tknow. If you have to Mark,
wouldn't that suffice? I would assumeit would. That's where I'd start.
And if they have an argument ofwhy that person is not proper,
then they would be telling you whowould be proper. So you just refile,
(01:20:21):
okay, okay, I g Andyou don't even have to have the
person's You don't even have to havethat person's name in the front desk there.

she didn't get her money. Goahead, Clint, what's your comment?
Hey, Thomas Clint Webster, HeyClint, Deputy Clint, You're gone.
Holy moly, Clint. Well,I had some serious health problems,
but all I came out the otherside. I'm about one. Hey Clint,
what was your nickname when you werea dept? Clint? Was it?
(01:23:04):
Don't remember Tom Man. We likedhaving you. Bro Okay, so
we got a bad crop right now. I'm just kidding. We got great
peet. We have great people.Tell me everything I know about being a
deputy. Yeah, so listen, what's going on? Clinton? You had
somebody with electrical problems. Yeah, out the back door of Shared Auto Tech,
(01:23:29):
there's a separate facility is a placecalled Colorado Auto Electric. Right,
and the girl's name is Ali Al e E. Yeah. This girl
is an absolute electrical genius. Sheworked on my car years ago, Clint,
can you believe that? Yes,it's part of Sheridan Auto Tech.
Now they're wonderful. Yeah, she'sout back of there and like that Twitter,
I haven't found anything. She hasn'tsolved. There's really great people out
(01:23:55):
there. Hard to find, ohwholeheartedly. Yeah. Now, anyway,
I gotta pull off here because I'mgetting ready to go out there. All

I'll talk to you later. I'mon my way up to Colorado Spaceport

(01:24:16):
has a lot of business out thereat the airport. Thank you, Clint.
Be in touch, be in touchplease, we'd love to have you
back. Man. All right, let's talk to Darren. Darren. I
remember this call, man. Itwas a while ago. There was something
about food trucks. What can yourecap what that was? Okay? What
(01:24:38):
it is is, I am livingin a residential neighborhood next to a food
a taco food truck operation business.Yeah, they got like three or four
trucks. Yeah, but they don'tthey don't have the truck there. Whereeople
(01:25:00):
are coming to get tacos. Right, they just park there, right,
yep, right right. They cookfood and they clean the trucks, and
they they have their storage and thebuilding and it's also operating. But is
it a commercial area? Is itlegal or is it illegal? No,
it's it's well the city of lockBoo is allowing them to do this,
(01:25:26):
okay, and it is. Uh, it's not. But it's driving him.
Hold on, let's just get toit. It drives you crazy because
they're coming and going all times ofthe night and making noise as well.
You must have taken this call,Mark, No, I don't think so,
I just remember it. Okay,go ahead. What's happening, Darren?
(01:25:47):
Yes? So. And they they'vegot the concrete business operating over there
also, which the front end loaderis dumping trash. They have a rciel
dumpster that the truck comes and emptiesit before eight o'clock in the morning.
They're over there as But if youwent over this a year ago. But
(01:26:13):
if lack Bowie in the town sayingyou're not doing anything wrong, what could
we do for you? Okay?Well, I have the code officer's name.
I contacted Adams County. They theywon't do anything because they can't see
(01:26:34):
them cooking food inside, so they'redenying to help me, the town refuses
to shut them down because they can'tsee in the building. Also, well
hold on, wait, wait tellme what would happen if they could see
in the building. How would thatchange things? Because then they'd be making
(01:26:55):
the food in the building, andthen that would be you know, operating
a kitchen inside of a home.Yeah, but why why are they letting?
What about the concrete business though,we're just we're just glossing over that
one. What about that one?I think the county does food tom where
the concrete would be more of acity issue. Is that what you're thinking,
(01:27:18):
Darren? Well, right, butthere they won't serve them. They
won't do assystem deceip But for whatfor which one are you talking now?
The taco business or the concrete business? Either one? Either one? They
won't do anything about it. Well, is it violating any law? Well,
(01:27:42):
yeah, it's it's it's in acommercial it's in a residential neighborhood.
Okay, But what is in aresidential the parking of the trucks or do
they open up the truck there forpeople to come and get tacos? Which
one? Are they just parking theirtrucks? There's so much business in and
out of there, it's constantly notlike what like. But that's what I'm
(01:28:04):
trying to get at, Darren. What kind of business is going on in
the house. Well, they havea great, big building dedicated to just
the taco trucks. Okay, Sois the building separate from the house,
(01:28:25):
yes, Does the building itself notthe activity? Does the building itself violate
any laws or ordinances or codes?Well? Probably not. Okay, Then
you're claiming the activity inside the buildingis what would violate zoning. Correct.
(01:28:48):
And the reason they won't do itis because they can't see inside there.
What they're saying is they don't haveprobable cause to go there with a C
and desist. Correct. I think. So they've been allowing them to do
this for many, many many years. Well, allowing them or turning their
(01:29:12):
you know, a blind eye isdifferent. I know they're the same,
but they're they're not giving them officialpermission, but they're before I thought when
you said allowing them or it's notallowed by law, they're just turning a
blind eye. Is that what you'resaying? Well? Correct? Correct?
Okay, and they're claiming the reasonthey're turning a blind eye is because they
(01:29:34):
don't know what's They don't really knowwhat they're doing anything illegal, So it's
it sounds like they're just lazy andthey don't want to get involved in a
conflict. Yeah, that sounds likeit too. But they Now, did
you know that you have a rightas a citizen who you are both common
(01:29:55):
to the law, meaning you canactually sue in civil court if your neighbors
are violating a law that is damagingyou. And now that I know that,
that's what I'm thinking of doing isfiling That would be negligence per se.
Listen, but it's very very technical. You have to have damages as
(01:30:19):
a result of them breaking the law. Oh, well, it's personal damage.
Well what do they know? I'mserious. Now you have to have
a damage. What is your damage? Well, just at a lack of
sleep, noise pollution? Okay,I imagine that could happen. I don't
(01:30:45):
know. You got to find anattorney. It's going to be expensive,
but you can sue them if they'reviolating laws and it's causing you harm.
I don't know how to put itall together. I'm just telling you that
is one way to do it.You don't have to wait for someone to
enforce the law. You can goafter someone civilly if they're damaging you by
(01:31:06):
breaking the law. Have they Haveyou talked to any city council members and
lach Bowie, Uh? I did. I brought it up at the city
council meeting once. That hasn't beenaddressed since then, and I was going
to go back to the city council. I just keep hammering them, Man,
(01:31:30):
Why do you think they're letting himdo it? Why do you think
they're letting him do it because somebodyknows somebody? Yeah, but I you
know, black Boy's pretty small,man, I mean, that's that's pretty
possible there. They're They're very smalland very crooked. Well, okay,
(01:31:53):
I doubt someone's being paid off ifthat's what you're insinuating. You know what
county is it? Maybe doing morethan the Taco try business? Adams?
What what is that thousand people man, Adams County? Yeah? No,
(01:32:14):
no, I mean what does hemean they may be doing more? What
do you think they're cooking methan thereor what? Oh? Yeah, it's
probably part of the cartel. Okay, Darren, Now you're getting a little
overboard. Then then I don't knowwhat to say wrong. Okay, he's
just frustrated. I mean, youcan tell he's just frustrated. You got
(01:32:35):
to just keep going to those meetings, man and fill their ears up,
or like Tom said, hire anattorney. But it's not going to be
it's not going to be cheap. No one's going to do it on contingency
because I don't even know what thehell you'd win besides putting them out of
business. Well right, that's allI want is for them to stop doing
it. But also, but also, the contractor will not let me sell
(01:33:00):
the house. He wants another twentyfive thousand dollars. What contractor, Jim
Cope? Remember how I talked toyou about Jim Coch. Just wait a
minute, Wait a minute, Darren. How can a contractor prevent you from
selling your house? He said,he said that you called him back and
(01:33:20):
told him I don't even know Sharon. Do me, Darren. Here's what
I'm asking Darren. Don't I don'tremember it? Not that point, Darren,
Darren, let me ask you something. This is what I need to
know. You have a house, and you just made a statement. I
don't understand the contractor will not letme sell my house. That statement makes
(01:33:44):
no sense. What contractor? Well, he's wanting to claim inducement of fraud
that I got him to build it. Oh god, I remember somehow hold
on, yeah, some guy.Wait wait wait now I remember, hold
on, I'll recap it now,I know, hold on, hold on,
we'll come back to this, Iremember. Now, go with a

(01:35:01):
they have no maintenance and they lookexactly like real stone or stone resident.
They have beautiful glass panels as well, no doors, no thresholds,
perimeter drains, they're beautiful renew HomeInnovations. Three oh three nine zero four,
two thousand, nine zero four, two thousand three three nine zero four,
(01:35:23):
two thousand. Okay, So Darren, I looked up your old call.
I remember exactly. Mark listened tothis old call, this previous call.
So he he said he can't sellhis house to get away from these
truck these food trucks. And here'swhy. He hired a contractor to build
a small two bedroom home for him. Okay. And the contract called for
(01:35:45):
two thousand, two hundred thousand dollarsto build it, plus sixty five hundred
in an addendum. During the project, Darren decided he wanted to sell and
get out of that neighborhood, butthe contractor threatened him, and the contractor
said it was fraud in the inducement. Now, why would a contractor who
(01:36:11):
built a home for two hundred andsix thousand, five hundred dollars claim it
was fraud if he sold the housemark why I don't recall. Here's why
I know. I was asking youif you could fathom any reason why this
guy would have a case. Thiscontractor claimed that Darren cried poor mouth to
(01:36:35):
him and got the contractor to builda house. I do remember that,
okay, and then fat okay,he actually had some money. No,
it's not that he had money, not at all. He said that Darren
claimed to be poor and couldn't afforda house, and and so the contractor
(01:36:56):
gave him a special discount. Nowthe contract says no, nothing about that.
There is nothing in writing except theprice of the house. Now,
Darren stood to make a profit onthis house when he sold it, and
the contractor was pissed off because thecontractor said, if I knew you were
going to sell it for a profit, I would have charged you more.
(01:37:16):
Now, Darren, I don't carewhat that lying's thieving contractor told you.
I never called that contractor and toldhim to sue you. Never did I
say that. So Darren, you'refree to sell your house. This contractor
doesn't have a leg to stand on. Why the hell would you think that
a contractor who's been paid in fullwould have some kind of hold over you
(01:37:40):
selling your house. You know,I knew you were going to say that,
because I knew he was lying whenhe said that he called him back.
There was no reason to call him. There was no reason to call
him because you fell for his capAmy's story. Do you know, just
(01:38:01):
like you think your neighbors are workingfor the cartel, Darren, you put
your house up for sale and sellit. Okay, okay, because you
know, like I said, hethreatened me with inducement or fraud. I'm
not trying to sell it to makemoney, Darren. It wouldn't matter if
you made a million dollars. Theguy built you a house and you paid
(01:38:25):
him. He also, in orderfor me to get the certificate of occupancy,
he forced me to give him anotherfifteen hundred dollars that he said was
for repairs. He never maar anythingthat's water. That's water under the bridge.
Man, You already did that. But is there anything in writing ever
(01:38:48):
that said if you sold the houseyou would give him a portion of the
proceeds. No, no, isthere anything at all? Is there anything
at all that says he's giving youa special price, under the condition that
you keep it a certain number ofyears. No, no, nothing in
(01:39:09):
writing. He was just assuming thatthat I did you tell him? Did
you tell him that you would keepthe house and you couldn't afford a house,
And did he say, well, then I'll give you a special deal.
Well, I told him, yes, that I wanted to live in
the house for the rest of mylife. Okay, Okay, so that's
(01:39:32):
not fraud. That that's not fraud, and that's not a contract. Listen,
bro Darren, you're a little nutty. I'm not going to be I'm
not going to lie to you. You're a little nutty. You're nutty that
you think your neighbors are with thecartel. You're nutty that you think this
guy can sue you. It's justa little nutty. Okay. So I
(01:39:53):
don't know how to help you.I don't have medication available, but I
think you should sell your house andget out of the neighborhood. Three oh
three seven one three talks seven onethree eight two five five. Joe,
what's going on with you? Joe? Hey? Tom? Hey, Tom?
I promised not to be nutty,Okay, what's happening on? I
(01:40:14):
called you a couple months ago,I had a PayPal credit card backed by
the wonderful folks at Synchrony Bank, right, And it was a card that
I never used, but I sentseventy five bucks a month to it like
clockwork, thinking it was like payinga Roku bill or some stupid bill.
Right, So I never looked atthe actual bills coming in because if I
(01:40:39):
was overpaying, I would get acheck in the mail and I would stop
send him the seventy five bucks amonth. But what I what did happen
is I was served with a lawsuitfor three thousand, four hundred and eighty
two dollars and I have no ideahow that money, how that bill was
generated. I've asked the law firmthat is really, who's wait a minute,
(01:41:02):
man, who's suing you? Theysold it to a collection agency?
Who's they? Who's they who soldit to? So you're telling me,
you're telling me you had a PayPalcredit card, right, And did you
use the credit card? Never?I never touched the credit card. And
(01:41:24):
why were you sending him seventy fivedollars? That good question, why are
you sending? Yeah? I assumedit was a Roku or you know,
a reoccurring bill that it was justpaying. So I was just sending it
seventy five bucks outside you you weresending seventy five bucks to Synchrony, but
you had no idea why. Well, yeah, I I know that when
(01:41:45):
I started that seventy five bucks, there was a reoccurring bill on it.
I mean, that's the only reasonI would do that. What was the
reoccurring bill? That's what I mean. What was the reoccurring bill that showed
up on Synchrony. It's so manyyours ago. I think it was Roku
and another you know little okay, how many? How many? And why
(01:42:06):
was it put on Synchrony because itwas put on your PayPal credit card?
Right. Synchrony is the company thatbasically runs the credit card for PayPal.
They run the credit card. Theyrun the credit card for Amazon too.
Yeah yeah, yeah, So wasit Amazon or PayPal? It's PayPal,
(01:42:26):

the show. Oh, let's talkto you. Joe listen. I do
know how to help you, butbut I do want to just say this.
(01:46:11):
Somehow you accumulated a balance on thePayPal credit card with Synchrony Bank,
let's just say Synchrony Bank. Andyou have no idea really how it got
there, but you made payments onit for seventy five bucks a month.
Apparently while you were making those seventyfive dollars payments, it was not enough
(01:46:32):
to keep up with it. Andnow you have a lump sum do that
they're suing you for? How muchis lump sum? Four thousand? Did
you say? Yeah? Three fourand eighty two. And this is the
biggest problem is every connection I've hadwith the folks who are now trying to
collect the debt, I've asked them, how did this start. You know
(01:46:53):
what was John, Here's what Iwant to know. Why don't you know?
Why don't you know? I becauseI don't remember using the card,
that's the But you apparently, Okay, then that's stupid. If you don't
remember using a card. I wouldnever send seventy five dollars a month for
years to a card I never used. Well, there, I agree with
(01:47:16):
that. I have to plead stupidity. There, it's just that. But
all of a sudden. But whenI'm going apparently, let's start at the
beginning. Joe, Apparently you didapply for a PayPal credit card. Oh
yeah, why why? Just justreal quick answers. Why? Why it's
(01:47:39):
been so long? I don't rememberwhy I How long ago was it?
That's what I want to know. How long ago was it? I'm guessing
at least five years ago, atleast okay, at least five okay,
because if it was six years agothat you stopped paying, if it was
six years ago that this bill wasincurred, they can't get a joejudgment.
(01:48:00):
It's against the statute limitations, it'sbeyond the statute. Okay, So that's
one thing to keep in mind. And they but but if you were making
seventy five dollars a month payments, you were keeping it alive. So when
did you stop? Well, Istopped when they sold the debt to the
collection. When now I don't knowwhen I'm asking you, when okay,
(01:48:24):
ten, ten twenty three with thelast bill, okay, then it's probably
it's probably alive. And well, you have a balance due that you don't
agree with or you don't know howit came up with. So here's what
you do. You tell them thatwithout documentation, you will not pay the
debt, and they're going to takeyou to court and they're going to have
to show the court documentation and ifthey can't, you don't have to pay
(01:48:46):
it. They don't get to justcollect from you unless they get a judgment.
And the only way they get ajudgment is proving that you owe the
money and the only way to proveyou owe the money is with an account
transcript. That's it. You winif you don't have that bill o'ed.
Here's the big problem is I don'tknow, and this is why I'm The
(01:49:12):
crux of the reason I've called isif there's somebody in the debt collection business
that knows that when they buy thisdebt because that's how they get a hold
of them. Right, they putpennies on the dollar to buy my debts.
Right, you only have twelve monthsof accounting that they've sent me three
times now because every time I've dealtwith these folks who are trying to get
the money, I said, justshow me where this started. But they
(01:49:38):
don't have to show you. Theydon't have to. They don't have to
show you. They don't have toshow you where it started. What they
have to show you is the timewhen you kept paying on it. It
is assumed you acknowledge the debt. All they have to show you is what
(01:49:59):
the balance was at that time andwhat it accumulated to after you stopped paying.
You are under the impression they haveto go back to the beginning of
time. Well, that is thewhat started this whole thing is the beginning
of the debt. I have beena victim of identity sept multiple times.
(01:50:21):
You were making pay you Okay, whether whether you like it or not,
you confirmed the debt. Okay. That's that you're never going to go back.
You're never going to go back andsay it wasn't my debt. You
confirmed it. You made payments forhow many years? How many years?
I have no idea. Okay,I started that, I think, Joe,
(01:50:45):
Joe, it's your debt. Okay, it's your debt. But they
do have to show you did havea You did open an account with PayPal,
but you admit that, so youdid you open the account. Now
there could have been fraudulent charge onthere. There could have been. Maybe
you didn't make any of those charges, but you just pay your bills every
month, and that was one ofthem. But because you did it for
(01:51:09):
so long, you can't contest them. Now it's too late. It's too
late. You confirmed. What don'tyou understand, Joe? What do you
not? What do you not understand? What do we understand? What I
don't understand is we we know Synchronyhas in their computers every friggin transaction I
(01:51:30):
made. Why can't they spit themout and show them, Joe, to
both the people who are suing meand me, because they hold let me
try something. When they sold thatdebt, the person that sold it,
Sacrony Bank, agreed that they weredone with it. They washed their hands
of it. They won't get involvedin it in anything else. We mean
(01:51:54):
you have such an odd Oh mygod, I'm going to hang myself if
you don't go on, Tom,It's never ending. Joe, Joe,
listen what you're saying. You're notlistening, Joe. You're close. Well,
well, Joe, you keep sayingthe same thing over and over.
You want to know when they soldthat debt. They It's very likely they
(01:52:17):
got rid of their records. It'svery likely they sold it. They don't
care about it. They wrote itoff. They sold it, and whatever
they sold it for they wrote againstthe debt and the rest of it's gone.
Now the debt, the new guythat took over the debt. What
you're saying is because they can't goback from the beginning of time, they're
going to have a tard time provingit was yours to begin with. Well,
(01:52:41):
if you claimed it was identity theft, you never opened the account,
or the chargers were fraudulent, thatwould have worked had you not paid on
it for years. Okay, okay. Now, so the time they took
over that debt to the time youstopped making payment, they only go back
to where you stop making payments. You had a legitimate debt you were paying
(01:53:04):
on for years. You stop makingpayments. That's why they're going back twelve
months. Now you can argue yourargument. I'm not saying it won't work.
You can go when they sue you, and they will, but wait
for them to sue you. Theyhave to sue you to get a judgment.
I have a courting date, Janetwentieth. I have to appear,
(01:53:25):
and when you show up. Whenyou show up, you're simply going to
ask for documentation and you're going tosay you don't even believe it's your debt.
Now, if they bring up thepoint you've been paying for years and
the judge says, well, you'recrazy, But the judge might say,
well, what documentation do you have? You don't know how it's going to
go, just because we think itcould go a certain way. The judge
(01:53:47):
can rule anyway he wants, okay, or she wants so so, so
take your chances. That's it now. It's thirty four hundred dollars right now.
If you go to court, it'sprobably going to be four to five
grand. But that's okay. Takeyour chances. You know you're so hell
bent on not paying it. Takeyour chances. That's what you do.
(01:54:11):
I get you take your chances. There is a chance there is a chance,
Joe, that that the whole thing. The guy might say, get
out of here. They don't likecollectors that don't have documentation. But again,
when that documentation has to go backfor As a matter of opinion,
some people say it is what's calledno vation or confirmation when you make your
payments and payments and payments and thenstop. Others will say they have to
(01:54:35):
go back. It depends on whatjudge you get there you go three oh

here, three oh three seven onethree talk seven one three A two five
five. What's going on? Doug? What's happening you every day when I'm
home in town? Thank you,Thank you man. I went to the
mailbox yesterday when I got back intown, and I found a completed life
(01:56:05):
insurance policy paperwork. Wait that yousupposedly did? Somebody signed a name that
doesn't look anything like my name onthe application form. My birthday's not correct,
my place of birth is not correct, my phone number is not correct,
(01:56:26):
but the address is right, andthe Social Security number is correct.
It's your name and your social everythingelse is not correct and your address,
but everything else is not correct.Yes, exactly, it's what is what
is this? What are you applyingfor? In this application? Twenty five
dollars of simplified whole life insurance payablein premiums monthly on an auto draft.
(01:56:54):
And who's the agent? Say?It's somebody named Gregory John Wolbright. Did
you call him and say this isnot me? Every place there's a phone
number for him is blank on thispaperwork, And I didn't know what to
do first, So I'm asking you, where's the underwriter, Doug? Who's
(01:57:15):
the underwriter? Government Personnel mutual lifeinsurance out of San Antonio, Texas.
Why don't you start with them andtell them you ever get through the phone?
That if because it rings and thenhe put on hold for an hour,
two hours and they'll be ever picksit up. Now I know the
(01:57:39):
origin of this possibly is a whearago. I was shopping for life insurance
and I applied with this company. But at the same time, my bank
account got hijacked and I had togo to first bank and get a new
bank account. So I tried tocall this coming beneath to tell them the
(01:58:00):
account number they had not going towork. So wait a minute, so
you okay, So wait a minute. Then then it's not so foreign.
You did apply for this policy. You did apply for not not on May
twenty seconds of this year. Idid not, no, no, no,
I understand that you applied for itback when a year year and a
(01:58:21):
half ago okay, and when youapplied for it, they could never draft
a payment. But had your bankaccount not been hijacked back then, you
would have had a policy with them. Is that correct? I would have
back then. Okay, I getit, I get it. That's all
I'm asking. I'm not trying tohook you. So you would have had
(01:58:42):
a policy back then, but becauseyou could not authorize payment because you had
a new account and could never getthrough to them, it was never put
through. So therefore, somehow thisagent or whoever you were in contact with
was contacted finally by the car. They're finally getting around to you saying we
(01:59:02):
never activated this policy, and Iknow what happened. The guy filled it
out again with a new with anew date and sent it to you.
What are you supposed to do withthis? Does it ask you to sign
it? What does it ask youto do? It wants me to sign
for receipt of a policy. Andthen what who's paying for it? And
(01:59:25):
who's paying for it? I'm supposedto be paying for it? But they
don't have drafts from but they havenothing. They have nothing to draft payments
from. Right, Okay, Doug, I suspect listen, you may not
like what I'm saying, but ifwhat you're telling me is correct, just
(01:59:46):
because you did not let them draftthe premium doesn't mean you're not obligated to
a contract. Let me give youan example. If I signed a cont
tract for an annuity, for alicense excuse me, for insurance, or
for a car, and I wassupposed to supply bank account information, I
(02:00:15):
did, and I did not,and I dropped the ball or forgot about
it or they didn't answer their phone. No matter what the reason was,
I could still be liable for thecontract you promised to pay. You have
a contract. The fact that theynever drafted your account makes it an account
(02:00:41):
do not free unless the contract saidit's only it's only official if you make
your first payment or whatever it couldbe that you are obligated to pay because
you do have a contract. Nowthey haven't tried to collect yet. And
(02:01:01):
you may think I'm not signing forreceipt of this. I don't have a
contract. If they show you anactive contract that you signed back a year
and a half ago, they cannotonly get you for that contract. But
if they claimed you were insured thewhole time, they can get you for
back premiums if you have a contract. Well, in the initial thirty day
(02:01:28):
preview window when they mailed me thepolicy, I canceled the policy at that
time and mailed it back tome.Okay, and do you have proof?
Hold on, do you have proofyou canceled it? That's like a photocopy
of the page. No, anyI mean you said you canceled it.
So so back then you say youhad a thirty day review period for a
(02:01:55):
policy. Yeah, when they mailedto me the policy the first time,
and they say what do they tellyou to do? That says if we
do not hear back from you inthirty days from the original date, that
okas you approve of Okay, didhear back from me? Because I also
got a call for an attempted callfrom the woman that works in this agents.
(02:02:18):
Okay, so you have you havethat original letter from them that says
you have thirty days to contact them. Sure, yes, it's in the
file. Good. Well, thenyou have nothing to worry about. You
don't have a contract, but theythink you do, just so you know,
starting a week ago, I thinkwhat's happening is that's somebody Yeah,
(02:02:42):
yeah, that's what I think they'redoing now. I'm not saying they're going
to be successful, and that's whyyou should, you know, make sure
they don't have your policies or anything. But don't be surprised if after this
a bill shows up for a premium. I mean, I'm not saying you
have to pay it. Bro.There are all kinds of weird people in
(02:03:03):
this world. You had a contract, and I think what happened is no
one acknowledged that you canceled it,and somebody put a new date on it
and sent it to you saying thehell with this, you know, we'll
just start it again this year. And does it say on this new one
that you have to notify them withinthirty days? Yeah? The cover letter
(02:03:27):
inside this has the same form lettergood that you have thirty days and what
do they say? You have thirtydays to say no, or thirty days
if you don't contact them. It'sautomatically because they're not allowed to really send
you an automatic activation. It says, if we do not hear back from
you within thirty days from the dateof this letter, we will assume that
(02:03:50):
you approve of and accept the policyas received. You know what, That's
exactly what they're doing. They're givingyou the original letter back they never heard
from you back. Then they're claimingthey never heard from you. So they're
doing it again. You better makeWhat I would do is make some kind
of documentation they're going by the originalcontact. I would. I would.
(02:04:14):
This is a hell a boy ofdoing business, but just to protect yourself,
you better contact them. I wouldDoug send him a certified receipt you
live. Do you live in theold ages? Do they even do that
anymore? Yeah? But this wayhe has proof that they received it.
Tom, Well, do they evendo certified mail? I'm serious when I'm
(02:04:36):
asking you. I've never heard ofit anymore. Oh. Absolutely, But
the important thing is return receipt requested, so that proves that they got it
and then. But I would domore than that. I would also call
an email and keep a trail.Yeah. Yeah, I didn't realize that.
This one says, if they don'thear from you, it's automatic.
(02:04:59):
What balls do they have? Man? Is in the state, Well,
it's hold on. They have tohave a previously existing relationship for it to
be legal, or that's the wayit used to be. I don't know
the new laws on it. Forexample, they're not just allowed to send
you something like a magazine and sayto you, if you don't send it
back, you have a subscription. They're not allowed to do anything like that.
(02:05:20):
But with a pre existing relationship oninsurance and all of that, normally
they still do the negative decline. They don't do the automatic assumption. But
but that's why I'm saying, I'venever heard of such a thing. It
just doesn't sound legit. Did youlook up this insurance company? How legit
are they? How did you findthem? To begin with? I called?
(02:05:45):
Who did I call? A yearago? You got to call?
You must have talked to Is thisa new agent or do you remember talking
to this agent? I don't.I never talked to the agent. I
talked to the woman in the officethat took the affic. Well, you
better keep trying to call because thisis bull crap. I mean, this
is bull crap. Also, yeah, that's my social Everything else is wrong.
(02:06:08):
And the one thing they got rightwas the social I know, but
crazy. Just just make sure bankaccount number, no, they have your
address correct as well. That's it. Yeah, make sure you cancel call
us back if you have a problem. Man, you got to get a
hold of somebody, and you haveto do what Doc said. Send some

(02:08:07):
Uh? Yeah, what's going on? Pete? Hey? You know Dom?
Uh? You know? I've gota problem, Yes, sir,
what is it? I have parasites? Okay, okay, okay, I've
been to five different doctors out herein Colorado. Now can you tell me
what kind of parasites? Well,I don't know, Tom, I don't
(02:08:31):
know what they are, don't Iknow? What I mean is what I
mean is where are they? They'rein my body? Like where all through
them? They started in my feet? Now my nose is breaking out.
Okay, let me, Pete,Pete, listen, I've handled Oh let
me look it up about eight ornine calls like this. So how did
(02:08:52):
you discover what they were? Andwhy do you think they're parasites? Well,
I've I've looked it up. I'veread about him. But what what
first started you on this journey? That's what I need to know, I
really do. I need to knowwhat first caused this to to appear?
Like did you all of a suddenhave itching and then looked up something.
(02:09:15):
How did it work? I didhave itching in my legs and my feet
And then what and you started lookingon the internet? Yeah, okay,
and what what did you find?Well? I just started reading about him
and you know that. That's whenI went down to the urgent care on
(02:09:37):
Wadsworth. And what did they say? Well, she the doctor, first
doctor that I've seen, told meshe didn't see any signs of it.
It wrote me prescriptions for su cream. Yeah, and then what I came
home didn't work. Went back ina month seeing another doctor. Yeah,
(02:09:58):
I told them when I had. They said no, he told me what
I had, what he wanted meto have, wrote me a prescription for
su cream. He thought you had. What did he think you had?
I can't remember, Tom, whathe said. I hadn't been four months
ago. But anyways, that didn'twork. So I went back another month.
I seen another doctor. He guaranteedme what I had and what was
(02:10:22):
that? What did he say?I can't remember what they said. Tom,
It's been three months ago and I'vebeen through so much. But anyways,
he wrote me a prescription for somebacteria. Can I ask you something?
Can I ask you something? Bro? What do you think is going
(02:10:43):
on, Well, I got Igot something. My nose is breaking out.
I can pick. I picked myarms where I could film, and
I mean I can see. Ican see things moving in my arm when
I when I cut over. Okay, what now? Now? I assume
you called me because you wanted anopinion and you trust me, and all
(02:11:05):
I'm gonna say is this. Okay, Pete, here's what I'm gonna say.
There is a phenomenon. No oneknows why. Every single thing you're
describing everything, everything is exactly asyou're describing. People feel c itch the
(02:11:26):
whole thing. Doctors can't find it, medical tests can't find it. And
it's called more Gallons disease m OR G E L L O N S
more Gallon's disease. Okay, now, did anyone ever mention more Gallon's disease
(02:11:48):
to you? No? Okay,I'm gonna tell you this. Okay,
it's real, but it's not.Let me explain this. First of all,
it causes black, white, redblue fibers sometimes under the skin that
appear to move, peeling skin, itching skin. People feel like something is
(02:12:11):
crawling under their skin. The exactcause is unclear. Many people believe.
Just so you know, many people, many people have burned their own skin
to try to get rid of them. They've scraped their own skin. Have
you ever done anything like that.I've dug into my arm, but I've
(02:12:31):
seen things moving in my arm life. I get it, I get it,
I get it. But I'm goingto tell you something. You're not
gonna like what you hear. Theysay it's emotional and psychologically based and not
a real, actual parasite. Nowyou may not like it because you swear
(02:12:52):
to God it is there, butthere are many other people. But there
is no Oh, there is absolutelyno anything at all that shows it's viral
or bacterial. And and many timesit's you have to have something just to
(02:13:13):
quell the itching, or an antidepressantor something. Again, I don't want
to make light of this, okay, but if you've gone to doctors and
they can't find the issue, Ibelieve you. Go ahead, Okay,
can you guys some down I wandersome bills off of the off the internet
(02:13:35):
called Quinn's four. I take, you know, a couple of months,
and and I feel a lot betterwhen I'm taking them. It seems like
they're going away, you know, and I'll tell you why. I'll tell
you why because it's psychological and thatis giving you a great kind of feeling.
Do it. Then, if youthink it's working, do it.
(02:13:58):
Do it to paratize. Look atthere. A parasite detox formula has nothing
to do with skin parasites what you'retalking about. Listen. I happen to
know a lot about this because I'vetalked to so many people over the years
and this parasite cleansing product. Tobe very honest with you, very few
people have parasites, especially the kindyou're describing. It's more like outer space
(02:14:22):
stuff. It's more I'm not makingfun of you. I believe it's real
to you, and I believe youfeel everything, and I believe you can
see it, but other people can'tsee it. Why is that, Pete.
They're not lying to you. Now. I want to ask you another
very important question, and you're goingto have to be honest with me.
(02:14:43):
Did the did the start of thisundiscomfort and disease? Did it come with
any kind of emotional trauma or upsetor change in your life? No?
Nothing, Your life was perfect andthen all of a sudden this happened.
(02:15:05):
Yeah, Okay, let me tellyou something, Tom, I work over
or and I work around a lotof homeless people. Okay, what do
you do? What do you dofor a living? Pete? What do
you do? That's what I do? I I clean up property owned by
(02:15:26):
uh. Okay, and how oldare you? How old are you?
Pete? Sixty eight? Okay?Listen, Pete, I'm telling you you've
been to doctors and they can't findthe cause. Can they? They have
looked well because they know that youdon't have it. Because first of all,
there's no such thing as as parasitesthat dig under your skin all over
(02:15:50):
your body. There is no suchcondition. That's why they know. As
soon as you walk in, manyof them give you backed antibacterial stuff or
creams because what they want to dois they're hoping it has a placebo effect
and they're hoping it helps you.Okay, let me ask you one question.
(02:16:15):
Now, you would think them, being doctors, why couldn't they do
a steel sample and improve one wayor another. And because even if you
had, even if you had parasitesin your intestines, they're not going to
manifest under your skin. What you'redescribing is not something that would be an
(02:16:39):
intestinal parasite or line disease or anythinglike it. What you're describing is more
gallons disease, which is a psychologicaldisease. Listen, Pete, I don't
want to take any more time.I hope you'd honest to God, believe
me. I'm not trying to hurtyou. I'm trying to help you.
You don't have parasites, Pete, because there is no such thing as a
(02:17:01):
parasite under skin, all over yourbody. It doesn't exist. Okay that
it exists in space, alien showsand stuff like that. It's not real.
