Speaker 1 (00:00):
God, there we go. We couldn't get the button open,
couldn't get the mic on. Wow, all right, now it
seems to be working. You can hear me. All right,
there you go. Hey, a lot going on. We're running
out of time. The mayoral race, we're running out of time.
It's about three weeks left. The debate is Thursday night,

(00:22):
that could decide the election. We'll get to that. We'll
get to Alec Baldwin, another accident with this Alec Baldwin.
We'll get to Israel, of course, the hostages. We'll get
to There's a big protest coming up Saturday, a big
protest everywhere in America. There's expected to be twenty five
hundred of these protests called the Company. These names the

(00:45):
No Kings Protest. It is pretty silly. They're No Kings Protest.
We we'll get to that. We'll get to all the
crazy left wingers in their bizarre reactions to the peace agreement.
He's thrown them completely off. We'll get to well, well,
let's get to the mayoral race now. This Thursday night

(01:08):
is the debate. If Curtis is going to win this
thing or turn it around, it's going to have to
happen this Thursday night in the first debate. Now, Mom
Donnie's a very good debater and Curtis is a great debater,
professional debater for decades. Cuomo is not a good debater,
so he could look very weak compared to these two
good debaters. But Curtis has to hit Mom Donnie with

(01:31):
some knockout punches. I don't know if he can do it,
but if he can, it'll be this Thursday night. Then
then it has to go viral because the debate's on
Channel four. Not a lot of people see television anymore,
but it'll have to go viral and get all over
the place. A lot going on. Curtis was on the
Breakfast Club this morning, right over there in the next studio,

(01:53):
Charlemagne the Breakfast Club. That's a big deal. Millions and
millions of people see that, and a lot of Democrats voters,
if they're gonna leave Mom Donnie or go to Curtis,
it's a chance to pick them up. So that's a
big opportunity there. I don't know if has Mom Donnie
been on I don't think so. Ma'm Donnie very careful
about doing interviews, and Charlemagne doesn't fool around, he'll ask

(02:16):
the tough question. So I don't think you'll see Mom
Donnie do that Mom Donnie rally yesterday. Now this was interesting.
He does a big rally. And who does he have
rally with him? Who's his co star? On stage? The
indicted Letitia James, And it was her first appearance, first
public appearance since the indictment, and she was quite defiant,

(02:41):
yelling and screaming, I will not bend, I will not kneel,
I will I won't give up, and I won't give in.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
So we have no time to linger and focus on
pettiness and revenge. We've got to breath on West forward,
continue to Honey, claim the victory and gold.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
No man, Now, when you're that guilty, you gotta scream.
You gotta yell and scream and be totally defiant and
yell as she will not. She was the whole thing
in there. I will not bend, I will not bow.
I'm not afraid of any Well, this one you might
be a little afraid of. He's got you pretty much
on the mortgage fraud. It's pretty clear now you could

(03:24):
say that, well, that's that mortgage try was not that big. Well,
seemed to be a monumental crime when you were accusing
Trump of it. And I love how they say he's
weaponized the justices. He's targeting his political opponents. Hey, the
two years of Biden and Leatsia James and everybody going
after Trump, did they once any of these same news people,

(03:45):
any of these same commentators, any of these same politicians,
Do they ever say she's going after her political opponent?
They never mentioned it. And another thing, she's not his
political opponent. You think he's ever going to run for
attorney general in New York. She's a tiny little speck
of sand on the beach compared to him. He's the
president of the United States. She's one of fifty attorney

(04:06):
generals in the United States. But this was the mom
Donnie Rallies locking hands, you know, standing by Letitia James,
and he's defending mortgage fraud.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
And four years you have fought the good fight for
New Yorkers, and now it's our time to fight for.

Speaker 1 (04:24):
You good fight for Nobody can see where she fought
this good fight in New York. She's just seemed to
vote a hell of a lot of time to going
after Donald Trump. And it's a tribute to Trump actually
that she really investigated him. You can be sure the
whole Biden Justice Department they really investigated Trump. They looked

(04:45):
at everything, and they couldn't find a crime nothing. It's
pretty impressive that they couldn't find anything in his business anything.
So they had to drum up this ridiculous charge of
he overvalued his apartment in a bank loan. I mean
it was a ridiculous charge, as the appeals court judge said,

(05:06):
has anybody on earth ever been charged with this? No,
of course not. And it was also a crime that's
actually impossible to commit. You couldn't defraud the bank with
a false number, because it's known to both sides, to everybody.
They'll never look at your numbers. They don't use your numbers,
They never even look at them. They do their own evaluations.

(05:27):
And then what was the other chair that Alvin bragg charge.
Did anybody ever mention Alvin Braggett he's going after his
political opponents? Did anybody ever say Alvin bragget weaponized the
He made up a charge. It doesn't even exist. Our
greatest legal scholar, Democrat Alan Dershwood, said he's read the
charge one hundred times he still cannot figure out what

(05:47):
the crime is. Totally manufactured nonsense. But in the case
of Letitia James, it's pretty clear she lied on a
mortgage application about what she was going to use this
place for. She called it her primary residence to get
big breaks on mortgage taxes, all that stuff, when she
obviously couldn't. It couldn't be her primary residence. It's in Virginia.

(06:08):
Here's more of her.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
We see powerful voices trying to silence truth and punish dissent, and.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
Yes, weaponize justice for political gain.

Speaker 2 (06:20):
I will not bow, I will not wake, I will
not been, I will not capetulate, I.

Speaker 4 (06:28):
Will not give in, I will not give up.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Oh god, I was actually married to her. Boy. She
knows how to yell, she knows how to scream. That's
a lot of yelling. That's a good look for Democrats. Screaming,
screaming like rabid dogs, that's a good look. That's a
good look. Here's the rally was yesterday.

Speaker 3 (06:46):
We can demand a government that makes our lives better.
We can tell billionaires that this city doesn't just belong
to them. We can tell Donald Trump he cannot buy this.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
They got themselves all worked up into a frenzy, and
they get a whole world of news media, mainstream media
feeding them with all this stuff, so they're actually convinced
of this. I saw a crazy liberal friend of mine,
you know, they post this stuff online. This one was,
if you taxed every billionaire two percent, you would have
enough money to get rid of homelessness, to change all

(07:24):
the pipes, to get rid of all the lead pipes,
and where you can do everything if you just tax
every billionaire two percent for a year, and it wouldn't
affect them at all. Well, first of all, it's not
a case of money. You got more money than you
could ever spend. You just waste it all. You know,
in New York State, our budget is double what it's
supposed to be. It should be about twenty five billion,

(07:45):
it's fifty billion. We have double the budget of Florida double.
Florida's got more population, it's got more cities. It's just
they waste the money you could get here. You can
hand them a trillion dollars to fix homelessness, nothing will happen.
They'll just hand out contracts to people that shouldn't have them.
They'll get nothing done. It's like even fixing the road.

(08:08):
It's forty thousand dollars a mile to pave a highway.
Forty thousand a mile. We spend almost two million a mile.
They just waste all the money, and when they do it,
they don't even do it right. The road is cracked
and broken, filled with potholes. Six months later, so hey,
Curtis was on the Breakfast Club this morning. I think
this is a bit of it with to Berat. Did

(08:28):
I take off my wow? I mean you said you're
going to take it off permanently when you're elected xactly
If people are sold disturbed by me wearing this beret
like me, may I promise qush my heart helped it.
I'll never wear it again.

Speaker 5 (08:42):
That's great.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Yeah, there's a lot of people. I know. It's just silly.
It's ridiculous. They're arguing about the hatrat means absolutely nothing.
It's not a factor in the election, doesn't mean anything. Well,
it looks silly. Hey, a guy just got elected president
wearing a red hat. You can wear a hat. It's
not a big deal. But Curtis now getting threats everywhere,
and it's frenzy.

Speaker 6 (09:02):
Oh, Zora Mondami, the world will end now some are
directing threats to myself and my wife, Nancy more important
than me.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Yeah, that's not good. It's terrible.

Speaker 6 (09:13):
I never had armed security thereafter. Never you've seen me
in the trains. Oh security. Now everywhere I go, armed security,
Nancy where she goes, armed security. Because of these crazies
out there who are threatening my life in Nancy, and
not on behalf of anybody, but because of the rhetoric
that is being stirred up.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
You've gotta drop out. Yeah. The Cuomo people pushing them
to drop out, the Cuomo donors pushing them to drop out,
the push I saw Curtis the other day. I say, hey,
I got to talk to you about something, and he said,
you're not gonna try to bribe me too. I said, no, no,
But they're all pushing them to get out.

Speaker 4 (09:50):
He drop out.

Speaker 6 (09:51):
I'm the second major party, Kennedy the Republican. When you
go in and you look, you see zor on Mandami Democrat,
a Republican Courtius Leaver. Try to find Andrew Clmo's name
on that ballot. He's lost amongst all these other independents. No,
I'm not dropping out. Don't threaten me, and certainly don't
threaten my wife Nanci.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Hey, Now that's another point. You know, you talk about
dropping out. They said, well, Curtis, I should drop out
because he's hurting Cuomo's chances. It's the other way around.
Cuomo should drop out because he's hurting Curtis's chances. Remember
there's only two major party candidates in this race. There's
the Democrat Mamdani, there's the Republican Curtis. Cuomo is on

(10:30):
some third party. He's a third party candidate. Bear that
in mind. When did you ever tell a major party
candidate to drop out for a third party candidate? And
Curtis is right about that ballot ballot problem. Culomo has
a ballot problem. You know, when you get that ballot
and you go to vote, it's the Democratic candidate and
the Republican candidate. Cuomo's name is way down the ballot.

(10:53):
You're going to have to hunt for his name on
the ballot. It's not going to be easy. And I
don't think Cuomo, as far as I know, has still
not opened a campaign headquarters. I don't know if he's
actually running a campaign. Occasionally you'll see a commercial. There's
a lot of Curtis commercials on the air a lot
of them from Curtis's campaign, and now there's a super

(11:13):
pack running commercials very anti Momdani and pro Curtis. And
I've seen a lot of them this Good Day in
New York. I was watching Good Day New York in
the morning. There's Curtis commercials all over it. If you're
watching the Big Yankee playoff game, there were Curtis commercials,
So he's spending some money. Hey, Israel an amazing, amazing story. Boy.

(11:35):
You watch the video of the hostages reuniting with the families,
the screaming, the crying, It is so moving, so powerful
to watch. Unless you're a Democrat then it's very upsetting.
You don't want to see them released. The Democrats would
love to have kept this thing going. It's a campaign
issue they can use. They wanted to continue. They don't

(11:55):
like a peace agreement because it hurts their ability to
attack Israel day and night. But the hostages back with
their families, the other things. You know, You look at
these hostages, emaciated, obviously been through hell, ribs protruding through
the skin, and it looked like Holocaust survivors. It was
just awful, awful images. You see what a brutal Hamas

(12:20):
was with them. And you know, all you've been hearing
about the Israel has been so brutal when you look
at these hostages, seems to be the other way around.
You look at the Israeli prisoners that were released. They
all look pretty healthy to me. But Democrats are very
upset by this piece. They want gossip to be attacked.
I know, they can act like they're fighting for the

(12:41):
palace and they're fighting for God. They weren't. They just
want to go after Israel. It was a great way
to do it. If Gods is not being attacked, it
hurts their ability to go after him. You see these
crazy democrats, these crazy media people. Now you take CNN
or PBS's Christian Christian on Amanpur she had to apologize

(13:03):
yesterday for her awful comments. It gives you a real
insight on how bad these people are. She was talking
about the hostages and she said they were treated better
in Gaza than Israel treated Gas. It was some kind
of weird. It was just awful, awful totally, and she

(13:27):
apologized later. She got so much flak for it by
saying the way the hostages were fine, it was the
Gosins that were treated much worse than by Israel than
the hostages were absolutely insane comments. She later apologized. She
said it was insensitive, it was wrong. She acknowledged the
physical and mental torture the hostages endured for two years.

(13:50):
She did apologize. But that's PBS, that's their host, the
PBS host, Christian ahmanpur that's CNN, and that's the way
they think. Hey, we'll get to Alec Baldwin coming up.
The hell is it with this Alec Baldwin. A lot
of accidents, a lot of accidents with guns, with cars.
He's driving his wife's turns out his wife's car, it's

(14:12):
a white Range Rover, and he crashes into a tree.
This is in East Hampton. He's now saying there was
this enormous garbage truck. He called it a whale of
a garbage that way, This garbage truck was so big.
We've all seen garbage trucks. They're pretty much a standard size.

(14:33):
They're really a standard size. And apparently it was coming
from a construction site carrying away debris. But everybody listening
to me right now has seen garbage trucks on the road.
You've driven around garbage trucks. Past garbage trucks, doesn't mean
you crash into a tree. See if he was, I
would have used the nor'easter excuse the wind, the rain.

(14:54):
He couldn't see. Now people wonder if he was drinking.
No indication yet that he was. He's actually I think
an alcoholic and it's been sober for forty years now.
But he did crash into a tree. It's in East Hampton.
He's with his brother, Stephen Baldwin, these two geniuses, driving
in a storm and they crashed into this tree. East

(15:16):
Tampton police show up. Now he's a pretty connected guy,
a very powerful guy there in East Hampton. He was
there all week for the big East Hampton Film Festival.
It's a big thing for them East Hampton. They think
it's important. But so the police like him, and who
knows how hard they investigated this, But he then put
up an explanation online.

Speaker 7 (15:35):
It must have been something commercial for like taking away
material from construction something. It was the biggest garbage truck
I've ever seen any anyway, I woncome into the details now.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
It was so big. It was what an actor it was.
It was the biggest garbage They're all the same size
pretty much for you.

Speaker 7 (15:52):
But to avoid hitting him, I hit a tree. I
had a big fat tree and crushed my car or
my wife's car.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
He's so dramatic. Probably to avoid the garbage truck, I
deliberately crashed into a tree. Brilliant. So I don't know. Again,
the East Tampton police like him. I don't know how
hard they're how hard they will investigate. But boy, this
guy has a lot of accidents. He's I guess he's
competing with the Billy Joel record. How many trees as
Billy Joel hit? How many crashes Billy Joel's crashed a car,

(16:24):
a motorcycle, a boat. So far with Baldwin just a
but he's when it comes to accidents, the people have
died in some Alec Baldon accidents. Anyway, we'll get back
to him. Got a lot to talk about. Hey, we'll
take some calls. Next eight hundred three to two one
zero seven ten is the number eight hundred three to
two one zero seven ten. Hey, let's take some calls.

(16:46):
Let's go to Patrick, long Beach. Patrick, how you doing,
How's it going good? How's a long beach much better
than yesterday?

Speaker 8 (16:54):
Right?

Speaker 1 (16:59):
Yeah, hear you. But it must have been very bad
the weather yesterday.

Speaker 9 (17:03):
Oh terrible, terrible. But I just wanted to talk about
Letitia James for a second. It's just as an independent,
it just boggles my mind how she's able to do
all that to Donald Trump with those like very very
false claims. Meanwhile he's doing it right back to her,

(17:24):
but he has more of a legal claim than she does.

Speaker 1 (17:27):
Yeah, it's it's more than Trump derangement syndrome. Some people
just have Trump arrangement syndrome, but this is like a
total blindness. They can't It's just they're insane with this stuff.
You know. They can investigate Trump over absolutely nothing. A
bunch it wasn't Trump, but a bunch of people actually
dug into Letitia Champs. They found an actual crime, sent
it into the Department of Justice, and she is berserk.

(17:51):
They go insane. If you come after them, we be
powerful voices. I won't give the yelling, screaming. Let's go
to uh Stuart in South Carolina. Stuart, how you doing, hey?

Speaker 4 (18:05):
Mark her?

Speaker 10 (18:05):
You you know one as a police officer, I've seen
the destruction and rapes and murders and robberies from.

Speaker 5 (18:13):
That Alvin Bragg has basically done nothing about Do you
really think there's a chance that this sorrows guy could
be re elected?

Speaker 1 (18:22):
Well, let's hope not.

Speaker 8 (18:23):
Now.

Speaker 1 (18:23):
Alvin Bragg is also a pre election in three weeks.
In this election, vote vote for the Republican. Maud Marriage
sexually a Democrat, but she's a Republican on the ballot
and was very good on crime. She'll get Alvin. She'll
be a much better DA than Alvin Bragg. She'll actually
put people.

Speaker 4 (18:39):
Oh, no question, you know after the Badega vote for her.

Speaker 5 (18:43):
Yeah, when he when he charged the Badega guy with
murder when he was defending himself. He charged Kenny on
the subway, who basically saved all these people. I mean,
it's just phenomenal that this guy even has a chance.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
Hey, you're the Stewart, you're a police officer for many years.
Alec Baldwin crashes into a tree. He said it was
a very large, the biggest garbage truck ever. So that's
just your instincts. What do you think happened there?

Speaker 5 (19:12):
This guy's a walking nightmare. I mean, I'm around garbage
trucks all the time. They've never caused me to drive
into a tree, you know, and hopefully the police would
investigate it. You know that you said he's been more
sober for forty years. Yeah, he's got a real, real
angle problem, which is just as bad.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
That could be. I never know what this guy. All right,
thanks for calling, Stuart. Let's go to Rich and Myrtle Beach. Rich.
How you doing.

Speaker 8 (19:39):
Andy?

Speaker 4 (19:39):
Thanks Mark, I used to live in Long Beach. We
used to love those big storms the surface, you know.
But you know, a couple points number one, you know,
we always know that Biden's been, you know, an angry, plagiarizing,
lying sack of crap and said him and blink and
even try to put their stink on this Donald Trump
historic peace plan just shows what a classless and arrogant
act this guy is. That that really takes the case.

(20:01):
And then I read yesterday that the Virginia Homer Latitia James,
her niece, has been sitting there with open warrants. And
now they're thinking, I'm not getting here for Hall. Bring
a fugitive yees.

Speaker 1 (20:11):
No she From what I hear, there are more charges
coming against Latitia James. More charges are coming against Latitia James.
Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how you doing,
Good morning, Mark, that's Mike.

Speaker 10 (20:25):
If anybody's seen Letitia James, everybody who should know, she
couldn't bend if she wanted to. That aside, you know,
I'm glad he made the point about Curtis's hat because
I keep listening to these Republican leaning shows and everybody
makes the you know, oh, Donnie's going to do this
and this, but Curtis is wearing a hat, and it's like, guys,

(20:46):
it's so intellectually dishonest. And then they'll say almost the
best pick because he if he does lose, it won't
be by as much. I'm thinking, how is that logical?
I've actually heard guys say that yesterday.

Speaker 1 (20:57):
Well, you know what the problem is, most people they
don't really follow this. They pretend they're they're following it.
They really don't know much of anything. They have this illusion,
and Cuomo went around meeting with many of them that
he is some sort of mainstream traditional politician. He was
the most left wing kook of a governor, with his

(21:17):
no bail, no jail, with his close up persions level.
He was as far left as mom Donnie. But he
looks like a you know, older, distinguished looking. He looks
like he must be some sort of mainstream politician. It's
kind of like the same thing we went through with
Joe Biden. You look at this Biden, he looks like
a politician of the nineteen fifties. He looks like Eisenhower.

(21:37):
Then you put him in office, he opens the borders,
he hands everything the illegals. He's a total nut job
left wing. The same thing with Cuomo. Anyway, Bill, O'Reilly
not with us today. He's at the White House actually
working on something big with the President. So he's you're
not gonna be with us. But instead we'll have Greg Jarrett,

(21:58):
the greatest legal analyst of all. Next I will ask
him about Letitia James and what's going on there and
more coming up next on seven to ten. Wr. Well,
here's the best legal analyst in America, Greg Jarrett. Hey
get his books. He's got a lot of great books,
The Constitution and other patriotic documents, Trial of the Century,
the Riveting Book, and go back and get the earlier

(22:20):
books on the FBI, on what was going on there,
witch hunt and the Russia hoax. And he's with us
right now. Greg Jarrett how you.

Speaker 8 (22:28):
Doing, Mark, I'm fine, good to be with you.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
Hey, I don't know if you saw the Mom Donny rally,
there was Letitia James screaming, I will not bend, I
will not bow, I will not break. What does all
that mean?

Speaker 8 (22:42):
Well, she, you know, she is, you know, creating a
melodrama for her own benefit. The problem for her is that,
purely on the paperwork that she executed, you know, it's
a pretty serious case against her bank fraud fault stavens
to a financial institution. You cannot claim a house, whether

(23:04):
it's primary or secondary, as an occupied residence and then
obtain a lower, more favorable mortgage rate and then rent
it out without telling the bank. You're cheating the lender
by lying about the financial risk. And documents show that
James incriminated herself. Take a look at her mortgage papers

(23:28):
or insurance application. In both of those she said she
would occupy the house at least partially, but on IRS
records she admitted it was cheerly rental with zero personal occupancy. Well,
it can't be both, and it turns out that James

(23:49):
never resided there even briefly. Her defense, through her attorney is, oh,
it's all a terrible misunderstanding. It's just a paperwork snaffo.
Somebody else is to blame. But under James's own stated
standard in the case she brought against Trump, she declared,
that's never an excuse.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
Under the law, the.

Speaker 8 (24:09):
Borrower is always responsible, regardless of what other did. So
you know she's she's hoisted on her own. Petartes Shakespeare would.

Speaker 1 (24:20):
Say, that's a good point. Trump brought that up in
his case, that he didn't fill out any of that
stuff and he wasn't the one doing the loan.

Speaker 8 (24:26):
Streat, and she said it didn't matter.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
So let's get let's get the komy James comy. Uh
what how is he going to fight this case? What
will his strategy be in court?

Speaker 8 (24:42):
Well, I wrote a column about this, so you can
read it on Fox news dot com. But you know,
when he was preening like a peacock in front of
a camera the day the indictment came out, saying let's
have a trial, that was just another pre It's another
lie by phony Comy. It's a con job. The last

(25:05):
thing he wants is a trial, which is why his lawyers,
on the day of his plea notify the judge that
they're going to file motions to dismiss claiming the charges
are vindictive and selective retribution by Trump, and so Comey's
strategy obviously is to put Donald Trump on trial to

(25:29):
avoid his own trial. Now, typically that's an uphill battle
for a defendant under the law, for example selective prosecution.
Commy has to prove by clear evidence that the charges
have an unjustified motive. But if they're justified, it's not

(25:50):
a defense. And of course the argument that Trump is
the terrible villain, poor Jimmy is the innocent victim is nothing,
you know, more than a farce, given Comy's long list
of wawless schemes, lives, deceptions, abuses of power. I mean,

(26:11):
remember Colley's the guy who invented law there by launching
the perverted Russia hoax against Trump. So you know, his
hypocrisy and arrogance is quite stunny.

Speaker 1 (26:23):
Yeah, Greg Jarrett, you wrote the best stuff your books
about Comy and that seventh floor up there with all
his cronies, those dirty guys there. How much has been
done to clean that up and clean up the FBI.

Speaker 8 (26:36):
Well, Comey created a cancer on the seventh floor, you know,
with the whole gang of people Andy McCabe and Peter
Struck and you know, the whole cast of misfits and
miscreants that abused the law and they did it for
political reasons. And as I say, you know, Comey's the

(27:00):
who was the motivating driver behind the Russia hoak. So
you know Cash Fattel, the new FBI director, Dan Bongino
deputy director, and they got their work cut out for them.
You know, you've got to get rid of the bad actors.
They've done some of that, and you have to dig

(27:21):
deep in vaults where Cony squirreled away all kinds of
things and try to uncover the truth and hold people accountable.
That doesn't necessarily mean that you criminally charge them, but
you certainly expose their misfeasans and mouth seasons.

Speaker 1 (27:41):
Yeah, hey, Greg, Jared, who do you think is next
to get int? A lot of people think Bolton, the
Bolton indictment will come later this week or next Yeah.

Speaker 8 (27:52):
I mean, look, Bolton's got problems for pulling a Hillary Clinton,
and you know, allegedly maintaining classified evidence at home and
in his office, both of which were rated by the FBI.
You know, you would think people would learn from Hillary Clinton.

(28:14):
She got away with her thanks to comy. But you know,
David Betraeus did the same sort of thing eventually, you know,
pled guilty. You know, you cannot take top secret classified
documents home with you unless you have a skiff at home,
you know, a secured facility, and most people don't. And

(28:36):
you know, Joe Biden did the same thing, you know,
squirreling away at his home as well as his garage
what turned out to be classified documents. And of course
he escaped any prosecution because of special counsel that he's
too old and dement to bring charges against him. But
it's okay if he runs the you know, the United

(28:58):
States as president. So you know, this sort of thing
happens sadly all too often, and it jeopardizes national security.
But you know, I think Adam Shift, I think he's
in deep trouble for mortgage fraud, same sort of thing.
So we'll wait and see when the next shoe drops.

Speaker 1 (29:17):
Well, now you're a great legal historian. When did this
legal development happen? Where it's only a crime if Trump
does it, it's not a crime if we do it.
Where's that legal standard in the law books?

Speaker 8 (29:31):
It doesn't exist, you know. I mean, the Lawfair campaigns
plural against Trump were really pretty shameful. Leticia James bring
a ludicrous case, Alvin Bragg an even more absurd case.

(29:51):
And as I wrote in my column this week, you know,
Joe Biden's dirty fingerprints were all over the double indictments
brought by special counsel Jack Smith.

Speaker 1 (30:03):
You know.

Speaker 8 (30:03):
So, you know, Lawfair has really reached an apex, not
with Trump but with Democrats that we're trying to prevent
him from seeking reelection. It backfired on them tremendously. I mean,

(30:23):
that's really one of the biggest political boomerangs I've ever witnessed.
You know, people saw Trump not as a villain but
a victim of Lawfair, and it, you know, helped propel
him to a second term.

Speaker 1 (30:36):
Yeah. Well, amazing period in history. Everybody, get Greg Jarrett's
great books, and hey, read these columns. Who've been talking
about the brilliant columns. You can go to foxnews dot com.
You can read Greg Jarrett's column there. Of course, you'll
see him all over Fox News. Greg Jarrett, thanks for
being with us.

Speaker 8 (30:53):
